[Solution] The interior structure of the cab 1 includes a driver's seat 2 that is rotatable between a driving position facing forward and a resting position facing rear of the vehicle, and a passenger seat 3 positioned behind the driver's seat 2 and having seat surfaces 3L, 3R and backrests 6 on both the left and right sides of the driver's seat 2. The backrest 6 of the passenger seat 3 includes a panel 6B that is attached to the rear surface 1A of the wall surrounding the interior of the cab 1 and has a surface 6A for supporting the back. The panel 6B is movably provided to be in a first state in which the surface 6A is supported on the rear surface 1A in a vertical position along the up-down and left-right directions, and a second state in which the surface 6A is supported on the rear surface 1A in a horizontal position along the left-right and front-back directions. In the first state, it can support the back of an occupant sitting in the passenger seat 6, and in the second state, it becomes a table combined with the driver's seat 2 set to the resting position.
