Abstract
The pressure should be controlled considering the amount of unburned hydrogen remaining in the mold. [Solution] The unburned gas removal system according to this disclosure comprises a mold that forms a cavity in the shape of the object to be cast, a heating device that heats the mold using combustion gas, a detection sensor that detects unburned gas in the mold, a depressurization device that reduces the pressure inside the mold to remove the unburned gas, and a control device that controls the operation of the depressurization device based on the amount of detected unburned gas. The control device also adjusts the amount of combustion gas supplied to the heating device when heating the mold according to the depressurization time of the depressurization device and the amount of detected unburned gas.
