It enables faster detection of abnormalities in drive equipment. [Solution] The drive device comprises a drive device that operates with mechanical movement in response to a drive signal, a drive unit 42 that outputs a drive signal, a sensor circuit 44 that outputs a target signal based on a voltage linked to the operation generated by a sensor 43 provided on the drive device, adjustment units 451 and 452 that adjust the amplitude and phase of the signal from the drive unit 42 and generate a reference signal, and a comparison unit 453 that outputs a comparison signal to detect an abnormality in the drive device by comparing the reference signal and the target signal.
