Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention belongs to the technical field of artificial decorations and relates to artificial trees. [Background technology]
[0002] With the improvement of people's living standards, people's viewpoints on beauty become more prominent, and the placement of ornaments becomes more and more important in daily life. By decorating a room with various ornaments such as artificial flowers, artificial plants, artificial trees, etc., it can not only decorate the room, but also enhance the aesthetic sense, make people feel cheerful, relax and enjoy their mind, and is easy to maintain.
[0003] Chinese utility model CN201083348Y discloses a prefabricated holiday tree light, which includes a tree trunk, branches, flowers and a base, and the tree trunk is butted against each other through at least two sections of the trunk through a sleeve, i.e., two butted sections of the trunk are inserted into both ends of the sleeve, respectively. A number of branch insertion holes are provided at the edge of the sleeve, which are arranged along the circumferential direction. The branches are made of wire, and the flowers and leaves are fixedly connected to the branches, and the ends of the branches are inserted into the branch insertion holes.
[0004] Although the above-mentioned artificial tree provides an artificial decorative effect, when the branches are subjected to an external force, there is a risk that the entire branch will rotate around the trunk and lose its position, or will deform and lose its position, resulting in an unstable shape.
[0005] In addition, the trunk of the artificial tree (Chinese Utility Model Publication No. CN2614478Y) has branches that slope upward and decorative leaves are attached to the branches, but when the decorative leaves are subjected to external force or are too heavy, they deform and fall off, resulting in a lack of stability in the design. The usual means of improving the stability of the design is to thicken the branches or install reinforcing leaves on the outer periphery of the branches, but the decorative leaves that cover the branches must also be changed in size accordingly, which may make it impossible to attach decorative leaves that have been produced up until now. Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0006] The present invention provides an artificial tree to solve the above-mentioned problems in the prior art, and the problem that the present invention aims to solve is that the shape of the conventional artificial tree is unstable. [Means for solving the problem]
[0007] The object of the present invention is achieved by the following technical means: The artificial tree includes a plurality of decorative units, the heads and tails of which are inserted in sequence, each of which includes a tubular trunk. A plurality of connecting posts are integrally provided on the outer circumferential surface of the trunk, and the connecting posts are provided at an incline from the inside to the outside along the radial direction of the trunk to the top of the trunk. The artificial tree is characterized in that a pull rod is integrally connected between all or some of the connecting posts of at least one decorative unit and the trunk, and the connecting portion between the pull rod and the connecting post is located at the middle of the connecting post.
[0008] When installed, the decorative units are inserted and fixed at their heads to form a pseudo tree, and the pseudo tree is placed vertically. The top of the decorative unit is upwards, the bottom downwards, the connecting pole is inclined upwards, and the curling ring of the decorative branches and leaves is installed over the outer end of the connecting pole. The pull rod is integrally connected between the connecting pole and the trunk, and the connection part of the pull rod and the connecting pole is located in the middle of the connecting pole, so that the load-bearing strength and structural strength of the corresponding connecting pole are increased, and the bearing strength of the connecting pole is prevented from being deformed, causing the shape to be unstable and damaged, while the installation of the pull rod does not affect the connection between the decorative branches and the outer end of the connecting pole, and the curling ring of the decorative branches and leaves has a position limiting effect, which can prevent the curling ring of the decorative branches and leaves from completely sliding down to the inner end of the connecting pole. Therefore, the stability of the shape of this pseudo tree can be improved.
[0009] In the above-mentioned artificial tree, the outer ends of the connecting posts have a stepped shape in which the outer diameter decreases from the inner end toward the outer end.
[0010] The curling ring of the decorative branches and leaves is installed covering the outer end of the connecting post and abuts against the step surface of the stepped portion, so that the curling ring of the decorative branches and leaves is stably supported by the connecting post, and the stability of the shape can be guaranteed. If the curling ring of the decorative branches and leaves or the step surface slides downward from the step surface due to processing errors, deformation due to long-term use, or deformation due to external force, the normal connection between the decorative branches and the outer end of the connecting post is not affected because the pull rod is connected to the middle of the connecting post, and in the event of an abnormality, the curling ring of the decorative branches and leaves has a position limiting effect, so that the curling ring of the decorative branches and leaves is prevented from completely sliding down to the inner end of the connecting post, and the pull rod and the step surface provide double position limiting, thereby ensuring the stability of the shape.
[0011] In the above-mentioned artificial tree, the area between the step surface of the stepped portion of the connecting post and the trunk forms a cone shape whose outer diameter gradually becomes smaller from the inner end to the outer end, and there is a gap distance between the connection point of the pull rod and the connecting post and the step surface of the corresponding stepped portion of the connecting post.
[0012] On the connecting pole, the area between the step surface of the step-shaped part and the trunk is the extension step. When the curler ring of the decorative branch and leaf slides downward from the step surface due to processing errors, deformation due to long-term use, or deformation due to external forces, the extension step forms a cone shape that is small at the top and large at the bottom, and the curler ring of the decorative branch and leaf is firmly engaged and fixed at the extension step, preventing the curler ring of the decorative branch and leaf from sliding off completely and ensuring the stability of the shape. Therefore, the installation of the above-mentioned structure does not affect the connection between the decorative branches and the connecting column, and under normal circumstances, it ensures the position limiting effect of supporting the decorative branches and leaves on the step surface. Furthermore, when an abnormal situation occurs in which the curler ring of the decorative branches and leaves slides downward, the cone structure at the outer end of the extension section and the curler ring are firmly engaged and fixed, and the pull rod uses its position limiting effect on the curler ring of the decorative branches and leaves to prevent the curler ring of the decorative branches and leaves from completely sliding down to the inner end of the connecting column, thereby forming a triple position limiting guarantee and ensuring the stability of the shape.
[0013] In the above-mentioned artificial tree, each decorative unit further includes a tubular support tube made of metal material, the support tube is drilled into the trunk and fixed thereto, and the support tubes are inserted head to tail in sequence.
[0014] The support tube made of metal serves as the internal skeleton of the decorative unit, ensuring sufficient rigidity of the entire decorative unit and being advantageous for stably shaping the trunk. The trunk is located outside the support tube, which protects the support tube and is also advantageous for reducing the weight of the entire decorative unit.
[0015] In the above-mentioned artificial tree, both ends of the support tube extend to the corresponding trunks, and when the support tubes are inserted sequentially, the bottom ends of the support tubes are inserted into the top ends of the adjacent support tubes below, and the top ends of the support tubes and the bottom end faces of the adjacent trunks above abut against each other.
[0016] After the artificial tree is assembled, a small portion of the top of the support tube is exposed, and even if the decorative branches and leaves on the periphery are covered, the decorative effect is not affected, and this installation allows the user to determine the connection point of the decorative unit when removing it, improving removal efficiency and safety. Furthermore, as a result, the support tube made of metal located at the bottom bears the weight of the decorative unit and the tree above, and the trunk bears only the weight of the decorative branches and leaves on the decorative unit, it is possible to prevent the trunk from being deformed due to an excessive load and improve the stability of the artificial tree shape.
[0017] In the above-mentioned artificial tree, the outer surface of each trunk is provided with a plurality of annular grooves arranged in sequence in the axial direction.
[0018] In the above-mentioned artificial tree, when the support tubes are inserted one after the other, the bottom end of the support tube and the top end of the adjacent support tube below are screwed together.
[0019] In the above-mentioned artificial tree, when the decorative units are inserted sequentially, the maximum included angle in the axial direction between the connecting post and the trunk of the decorative unit is smaller than or equal to the minimum included angle in the axial direction between the connecting post and the trunk of the adjacent decorative units below.
[0020] In the above-mentioned artificial tree, each trunk is provided with a plurality of connection groups arranged at intervals along the axial direction of the trunk, and each connection group is composed of a plurality of the above-mentioned connection poles. On the same trunk, the length of the connection poles of the connection group is longer than the length of the connection poles of the connection groups adjacent to each other above.
[0021] In the above-mentioned artificial tree, the connecting posts of the same connecting group are uniformly arranged in the circumferential direction of the trunk.
[0022] In the artificial tree described above, the trunk, connecting posts and pull rods are injection molded as a single unit.
[0023] In the above-mentioned artificial tree, the head of the outer end of the connecting post is round-headed. Effect of the Invention
[0024] Compared with the prior art, the features of the present invention are as follows: 1. In this artificial tree, the connecting poles radiate outward and serve as a base for separately mounting the decorative branches and leaves, which is advantageous for covering the decorative branches and leaves in the circumferential direction of the tree. The decorative branches and leaves are installed covering or engaged on the outer ends of the connecting poles, and the extension length of the connecting poles makes the installation space around their outer ends more sufficient, which makes the operation easier and ensures the convenience of installation. Furthermore, the connecting poles themselves have good rigidity and their outer ends are inclined upward, which prevents the decorative branches and leaves attached to the outer ends of the connecting poles from falling off naturally due to the action of gravity, while at the same time reducing the probability of the decorative branches and leaves falling off due to external forces, improving the stability of the shape. 2. By installing the pull rod, the load-bearing strength and structural strength of the corresponding connecting column can be increased, and the connecting column can be prevented from being deformed, causing the shape to become unstable or damaged. Meanwhile, the installation of the pull rod does not affect the connection between the decorative branches and the connecting column. When an abnormal situation occurs such as the curling ring of the decorative branches sliding downward, the pull rod acts as a position limiting mechanism for the curling ring of the decorative branches, preventing it from falling off completely, and ensuring the stability of the shape. 3. The combined installation of the support pipe and trunk not only reduces the weight of the entire artificial tree, but also helps to stabilize the trunk shape. [Brief description of the drawings]

[0026] The following describes the technical solutions of the present invention in further detail with reference to the embodiments and drawings of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to these embodiments.
[0027] <Example 1> As shown in Figures 1, 4 and 5, the artificial tree includes four decorative units 1 which are inserted in sequence in the vertical direction. The four decorative units 1 are called the first decorative unit, the second decorative unit, the third decorative unit and the fourth decorative unit, in order from top to bottom. Each decorative unit 1 includes a main body 2 and a support tube 3. The main body 2 includes a cylindrical trunk 2a and connecting posts 2b connected to a plurality of decorative branches and leaves for the outer ends (the dotted line parts in Figures 5 and 8 are combined by the decorative branches and leaves). The connecting posts 2b are integrally provided on the outer circumferential surface of the trunk 2a and are arranged in the circumferential direction of the trunk 2a, and are provided at an incline from the inside to the outside and upward along the radial direction of the trunk 2a (i.e., to the top of the trunk 2a).
[0028] The four-tiered decorative units 1 have trunk-like shapes inserted one above the other, allowing the number of decorative units 1 to be increased or decreased according to actual needs, making it easy to adjust the height of the tree, and they are detachable from one another for convenient storage. The connecting posts 2b, which are integrally provided on the outer periphery of the trunk 2a, radiate outward and serve as a base for attaching the decorative branches and leaves separately, and the decorative branches and leaves are attached by covering the outer periphery of the connecting posts 2b via a curling structure or a structure similar to a curling structure, which is advantageous for the tree to cover the decorative branches and leaves in the circumferential direction. The decorative branches and leaves cover or engage with the outer end of the connecting posts 2b, and the extension length of the connecting posts 2b leaves sufficient installation space around the outer end, making operation convenient and ensuring convenience of installation. In addition, since the connecting column 2b itself has better rigidity and its outer end is inclined upward, it prevents the decorative branches and leaves attached to the outer end of the connecting column 2b from naturally falling off due to gravity, while at the same time reducing the probability of the decorative branches and leaves falling off due to external force, thereby enhancing the stability of the design.
[0029] As shown in Figures 1, 2 and 3, the outer end of each connecting rod 2b has a stepped shape with an outer diameter gradually decreasing from the inner end to the outer end, and the stepped portion has a stepped surface 2b3, the region between the stepped surface 2b3 of the connecting rod 2b and the trunk 2a is the extension section 2b1, and the region between the stepped surface 2b3 of the connecting rod 2b and the outer end surface of the connecting rod 2b is the insertion head 2b2. The extension section 2b1 has a cone shape with an outer diameter gradually decreasing from the inner end to the outer end, that is, the extension section 2b1 has a cone shape with a smaller upper portion and a larger lower portion, the insertion head 2b2 is cylindrical, the minimum diameter of the extension section 2b1 is larger than the diameter of the insertion head 2b2, and the insertion head 2b2 and the extension section 2b1 are arranged coaxially. In other embodiments, the insertion head 2b2 can also be installed in another direction while maintaining the overall upward state. Between the insert head 2b2 and the extension section 2b1 there is a step surface 2b3 for position restriction. Under the condition of ensuring the rigidity of the support of the extension section 2b1, the decorative leaves installed by covering the insert head 2b2 also obtain the position restriction and support function of the extension section 2b1, so that the installation position of the decorative leaves is accurate and stable. The end of the insert head 2b2 is round-headed, for example, semi-round-headed, flat-round-headed, or round-headed. This provides a guiding effect when the decorative leaves are attached together with the insert head 2b2, making installation even easier.
[0030] As shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 3 and FIG. 5, in the other decorative units 1 except the first decorative unit, a pull rod 2c is integrally connected between the extension section 2b1 of each connecting column 2b and the trunk 2a, and the connection point between the pull rod 2c and the connecting column 2b is located in the middle of the connecting column 2b, and the pull rod 2c, the connecting column 2b and the trunk 2a are integrally injection molded. Some connecting columns 2b need to be installed in the lower layer of the tree, so that the connection quality is improved and more lush decorative branches and leaves are required, and the pull rod 2c increases the load-bearing strength corresponding to the connecting column 2b, so as to prevent the situation where the shape is unstable and may be damaged due to the deformation of the connecting column 2b. As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 6, each pull rod 2c is installed at an angle, and the inner end of the pull rod 2c and the trunk 2a are integrally connected. The outer end of the pull rod 2c and the corresponding extension section 2b1 are integrally connected, and the pull rod 2c, the connecting column 2b and the trunk 2a form a triangular support structure. The outer end of the pull rod 2c is adjacent to the insertion head 2b2, and there is a gap distance δ between the connection point of the pull rod 2c and the connecting post 2b and the step surface 2b3. The gap distance δ is usually 5%-10% of the length of the connecting post 2b, and may be, for example, 8% of the length of the connecting post 2b.
[0031] As shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 4 and Fig. 5, in the first decorative unit, five connecting groups 21 are connected to the trunk 2a and distributed at intervals along the axial direction of the trunk 2a. Except for the first decorative unit, four connecting groups 21 are connected to each trunk 2a and distributed at intervals along the axial direction of the trunk 2a, and each connecting group 21 is composed of a plurality of connecting poles 2b. As shown in Fig. 6 and Fig. 7, in the other decorative units 1 except for the first decorative unit, each connecting group 21 is composed of 12 connecting poles 2b. The connecting poles 2b in the same connecting group 21 are closely packed together. On the same trunk 2a, the length of the connecting poles 2b in each connecting group 21 is greater than the length of the connecting poles 2b in the connecting groups 21 adjacent to each other above. The lengths of the connecting poles 2b of the multiple connecting groups 21 on the same trunk 2a are distributed in a shape that is short at the top and long at the bottom, which is closer to the actual shape of a tree, while making it easier to attach decorative branches and stabilizing the shape of a pseudo tree. The trunk 2a and the connecting columns 2b are integrally injection molded. This maintains the connection strength between the connecting columns 2b and the trunk 2a, and ensures the stability of the design. As shown in Figure 7, the connecting columns 2b of the same connection group 21 are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction of the trunk 2a. This ensures that the bearing strength of the trunk 2a is uniformly stable, and at the same time, the artificial tree effect is even better.
[0032] As shown in Figures 4, 5 and 8, the maximum axial angle between the connecting posts 2b and trunks 2a of the decorative unit 1 is equal to or less than the minimum axial angle between the connecting posts 2b and trunks 2a of the adjacent decorative units 1 below. This makes the shape of the connecting posts 2b more similar to the shape of a real tree branch, and makes the shape of the artificial tree more stable. In the first decorative unit, the axial angles between the connecting posts 2b and trunks 2a of the same connecting group 21 are the same, and the axial angles between the connecting posts 2b and trunks 2a of different connecting groups 21 gradually change from top to bottom. As shown in Figure 1, the connecting group 21 located at the bottom of the first decorative unit and the two connecting groups 21 located at the top of the second decorative unit each include an upper group and a lower group arranged above and below, and the connecting posts 2b of the upper group and the connecting posts 2b of the lower group of the same connecting group 21 are installed crossing the circumference of the trunk 2a. In the second decorative unit, the axial included angle between the connecting posts 2b and trunks 2a of the same connecting group 21 is the same, and along the top-to-bottom direction, the axial included angle between the connecting posts 2b and trunks 2a of different connecting groups 21 gradually changes until the axial included angles between the connecting posts 2b and trunks 2a of the two lowest connecting groups 21 are the same. As shown in Figure 9, in the third decorative unit and the fourth decorative unit, the axial included angle between the connecting posts 2b and trunks 2a of the same decorative unit 1 is the same, and the axial included angle between the connecting posts 2b and trunks 2a of the two decorative units 1 is also the same. The maximum axial included angle between the connecting posts 2b and trunks 2a of the first decorative unit is equal to or less than the minimum axial included angle between the connecting posts 2b and trunks 2a of the second decorative unit. The maximum axial included angle between the connecting posts 2b and trunks 2a of the second decorative unit is equal to or less than the axial included angle between the connecting posts 2b and trunks 2a of the third decorative unit. In this way, by distributing the decorative branches and leaves evenly on the artificial tree so that they are offset from one another, the situation in which some of the decorative branches and leaves are pressed against one another and the shape becomes unstable is reduced.
[0033] As shown in Figures 1, 2 and 4, the support tubes 3 are tubular and made of metal material, the support tubes 3 are drilled and fixed into the trunks 2a, and the support tubes 3 are sequentially inserted into the head and tail. The body 2 is made of plastic, and during production, the support tubes 3 can be put into an injection molding machine to integrally mold the body 2 on the outside of the support tube 3. Both ends of each support tube 3 extend to the corresponding trunk 2a, and the length extending from the corresponding trunk 2a at the top end of the support tube 3 is shorter than the length extending from the corresponding trunk 2a at the bottom end of the support tube 3.
[0034] As shown in Figures 2, 8 and 9, when the support tubes 3 are inserted in sequence, the bottom ends of the support tubes 3 are inserted and fixed into the top ends of the adjacent support tubes 3 below, and the top ends of the support tubes 3 extend to the trunks 2a and abut against the bottom ends of the adjacent trunks 2a above. In the first decorative unit, a plug is inserted into the top end of the support tube 3 to seal it.
[0035] As shown in Figures 1, 2 and 3, the outer surface of each trunk 2a is provided with a number of annular grooves 2a1 arranged in sequence along the axial direction. The annular grooves 2a1 not only perform a decorative function, but also have the ability to expand and contract gaps, reducing the problem of trunks 2a splitting due to thermal expansion and cold contraction caused by temperature changes, resulting in an unstable shape, and ensuring that the weight of the artificial tree can be supported by the support tubes 3. Thus, the support tubes 3 are conical tubes that are larger at the top and smaller at the bottom, and are firmly fixed after being inserted between the support tubes 3, or a step is provided on the inner surface of the top end of the support tubes 3. The upper adjacent support tubes 3 are inserted into the step and fixed by abutting against the step. For example, if the trunk 2a does not have an annular groove 2a1 and there is a processing error, the support tube 3 abuts against the bottom end faces of the adjacent trunks 2a above, and the two support tubes 3 are not firmly fixed (i.e., there is a gap where the two support tubes 3 are inserted), or the bottom ends of the adjacent support tubes 3 above do not abut against the step (i.e., there is a gap between them), and gravity cannot be transmitted between the support tubes 3. The entire weight of the decorative unit 1 and the tree above is borne by the trunk 2a of the decorative unit 1, which is not advantageous for the stability of the design. If the trunk 2a has an annular groove 2a1, the surrounding wall of the trunk 2a will change slightly to accommodate the processing error. When the support tubes 3 abut against the bottom end surfaces of the adjacent trunks 2a above, the two support tubes 3 are still firmly fixed and can transmit gravity through the support tubes 3, withstanding the entire weight of the decorative unit 1 and the tree above, while the trunks 2a only withstand the weight of the decorative branches and leaves on the decorative unit 1, thereby ensuring the stability of the design.
[0036] <Example 2> As shown in Figure 10, this embodiment is almost the same as embodiment 1, with the difference being that, except for the first decorative unit, in the other decorative units 1, there is no pull rod 2c structure between some or all of the connecting posts 2b and the trunk 2a, which helps to reduce the cost of the process in which the connecting posts 2b and the trunk 2a are integrally molded.
[0037] <Example 3> As shown in FIG. 11, this embodiment is almost the same as embodiment 1, except that the outer periphery of the bottom end of the support tube 3 has a male thread, which is screwed into the adjacent support tubes 3 below, so that the stability of the entire connection is more excellent. The specific embodiments described in this specification are merely illustrative of the spirit of the present invention. Those skilled in the art may make various modifications, additions, or similar substitutions to the specific embodiments described in this specification, but without departing from the spirit of the present invention or beyond the scope defined by the claims.
