Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a bicycle stand, and more particularly to a training stand specifically designed for a bicycle stand that can automatically adjust the included angle with the ground based on a tilt command from virtual ride software. [Background technology]

[0002] FIG. 1 shows a conventional direct drive type smart bicycle training bicycle stand 50b, which is abbreviated as smart bicycle stand 50 together with other friction type bicycle stands (see FIG. 5). It is a fitness equipment that realizes indoor bicycle pedaling training, can simulate the feeling of pedaling a real bicycle, provides resistance to the user when pedaling a bicycle, and measures the output power of the user. In recent years, as technology matures and prices fall, smart bicycle stands 50 have gradually begun to spread in the market. When using a conventional smart bicycle stand 50, the rear wheel of the bicycle 10 is usually removed and then the rear axle frame 16 of the bicycle is attached to the smart bicycle stand 50 (see FIG. 2). This requires the installation size of the bicycle and the bicycle stand to be adapted, and there is a certain degree of inconvenience in both use and installation. For this reason, stands dedicated to bicycle stands are gradually appearing on the market and are being accepted by the market.

[0003] However, the functions of conventional smart bicycle stands on the market are simple, and common smart bicycle stands allow users to change the resistance provided by the bicycle stand using smart functions. By changing the resistance, it is possible to match the effort of riding on a certain terrain. However, many common smart bicycle stands cannot change the orientation of the bicycle and cannot simulate the gradient of the terrain. As a result, the bicycle is not placed in the same position as when a cyclist actually rides on the terrain. This prevents accurate simulation of the situation in which a cyclist rides on a road or alley, and the changes in altitude that a cyclist encounters when actually riding, and there is room for improvement.

[0004] In conventional patent documents, for example, Patent Document 1 discloses a "climbing training device 100 for bicycle 10" (see Figs. 3A to 3C). The climbing training device 100 for bicycle 10 includes a housing 102, a base 104, a shuttle 106, and a guide member. The guide member includes a lower end and an upper end of an axis therebetween, and the shuttle 106 is operable to be coupled to a front stand 17 of the bicycle, and is translated along an axis (XX) 200 by a drive device connected to the shuttle 106. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0005] [Patent Document 1] U.S. Patent No. 11,395,948B2 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0006] However, the above-mentioned climbing training device 100 (see FIG. 3B) is an independent device, and when combined with the front stand 17 of the bicycle 10, it not only takes up a larger volume of space, but also the axis (YY) of the bicycle stand 17 moves along the axis (XX) 200 of the climbing training device 100, not along the axis (YY) of the front stand 17, which is somewhat different from the feeling of actually riding a bicycle up and down a slope, and lacks a realistic feeling.

[0007] In addition, in the transmission method of the climbing training device 100 described above (see FIG. 3C), the motor 222 drives the shuttle 106 to move up and down through the gear structure 224, the belt 226, and the tension pulley 228. However, the shuttle 106 needs to withstand the weight of the bicycle 10 and the cyclist, and since the belt 226 pulls the shuttle 106 up and down, slippage is likely to occur, and it is not possible to quickly and accurately position the shuttle 106 to the ascending or descending position.

[0008] Therefore, the inventor believed that the above-mentioned shortcomings could be improved, and after extensive research, he came up with the present invention, which effectively improves the above-mentioned problems through rational design.

[0009] The present invention was developed through intensive research by the inventor in consideration of the above problems, and its purpose is to provide a bicycle stand with an automatic tilt adjustment mechanism. That is, the simulated tilt lift adjustment device and the training stand are combined, and there is no need to install a separate lifting platform. In addition, this stand combined with the lifting device can be combined with each bicycle stand that complies with the standard matching size to form a complete training device and provide it for cyclists to use. [Means for solving the problem]

[0010] In order to solve the above problems, one aspect of the bicycle stand of the present invention is a bicycle stand comprising a main frame having a saddle and handlebars, a rear wheel set installed behind the main frame, which is removable and separable from the main frame, and a drive system installed on the main frame for driving the rear wheel set to rotate. A hollow casing tube is installed at the front end of the main frame so as to extend downward, and the hollow casing tube is provided with symmetrical screw holes on both sides approaching the bottom end, and the tilt elevation adjustment device is installed within the axis of the hollow casing tube. The inclined chamber adjustment device is a housing base located at the bottom end of the tilt lift adjustment device, the bottom surface of which is in contact with the ground and the top surface of which is provided with an opening; a telescopic slide tube, the bottom end of which is fixed to the opening of the housing base, two symmetrical axial slide grooves are provided on both sides, the upper end of which is inserted into the hollow casing tube and slides telescopically within the hollow casing tube; and an adjustable screw, the bottom end of which is disposed within the housing base, the adjustable screw being disposed within the telescopic slide tube; a nut fitted over the adjustable screw and having threaded holes on both sides thereof at positions corresponding to the threaded holes of the hollow casing tube; Two fixing screws for fixing the nut to the inside of the hollow casing pipe by the screw holes and the threaded holes; a drive motor installed in the housing base for driving the adjustable screw to rotate forward or backward; an encoder installed around the shaft of the driving motor to detect a rotation state of the driving motor; a control unit (Micro Computer Unit, MCU) that is installed in the housing base, electrically connected to the driving motor and the encoder, and used to control the driving motor to rotate forward or backward, and rotate the adjustable screw forward or backward to raise or lower the nut relative to the adjustable screw and bring the telescopic slide tube into a telescopic state relative to the hollow casing tube. The tilt-lift adjustment device is adapted to extend and retract within the axial line of the hollow casing tube, so that the main frame can rise or fall, simulating the situation of riding a bicycle up or down a slope. Effect of the Invention

[0011] The present invention has the following advantages: First, the present invention combines an incline lifting adjustment device and a training main frame, eliminating the need for a separate climbing training device as in the prior art, and thus saving space. Secondly, and more importantly, the tilt-lift adjustment device and hollow casing tube of the present invention are installed on the same axis, which gives a different sensation from the prior art which displaces on two axes, and the present invention is closer to the real sensation of actually riding a bicycle going up and down a hill. Third, the tilt lift adjustment device of the present invention does not use a belt for transmission, but instead uses an adjustable screw, a nut and an encoder to adjust the lift, eliminating the disadvantage of belt transmission that is prone to slipping, and also has the effect of allowing for quick adjustment and accurate lift positioning.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0014] Hereinafter, the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Note that the present invention is not limited to the following embodiment, and various forms may be adopted as long as they fall within the technical scope of the present invention.

[0015] First, the bicycle stand 80 with automatic tilt adjustment mechanism according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 4A to 15. FIG.

[0016] (First embodiment) The bicycle stand 80 with automatic tilt adjustment mechanism according to the present invention comprises a main frame 10 having a saddle 11 and handlebars 12, a rear wheel set 13 mounted on the rear of the main frame 10, which is removable and separable from the main frame 10, and a drive system 14 mounted on the main frame 10 for driving the rear wheel set 13 to rotate. However, since the above-mentioned structure belongs to the prior art and is not the object of the present invention, its description will not be repeated here.

[0017] This invention is mainly a bicycle stand device that can be installed on top of the smart bicycle stand 50 indoors to replace a bicycle stand and allow the cyclist to ride. The basic structure is similar to that of a bicycle, but the front wheel of the bicycle is replaced by a set of height adjustment mechanisms that can automatically respond to commands.

[0018] Therefore, in this invention, a hollow casing tube 20 is installed at the front end of the main frame 10 so as to extend downward, and the hollow casing tube 20 is provided with symmetrical screw holes 21 on both sides approaching the bottom end. The inclination elevation adjustment device 30 is installed on the axis (YY) of the hollow casing tube 20, and is mainly characterized by including the following members. The configuration of each member will be explained below.

[0019] The bottom surface of the housing base 31 at the bottom end of the inclination lift adjustment device 30 comes into contact with the ground, and an opening 311 is provided on the upper end surface thereof. In this embodiment, an arc surface 312 is formed on the bottom edge of the housing base 31 facing forward (see Figs. 9, 10A and 10B).

[0020] The telescopic slide tube 32 has its bottom end fixed to the opening 311 of the housing base 31, and two symmetrical axial slide grooves 321 are provided on both sides. Its upper end 322 is inserted into the hollow casing pipe 20 and slides telescopically within the hollow casing pipe 20.

[0021] The adjustable screw 33 is installed in the telescopic slide tube 32, and its bottom end is disposed in the housing base 31. In this embodiment, the bottom end of the adjustable screw 33 is covered with a shaft seat 313. A nut 34 is installed on the adjustable screw 33, and both sides thereof are provided with screw holes 341 at positions corresponding to the screw holes 21 of the hollow casing tube 20.

[0022] The two fixing screws 22 fix the nut 34 to the inside of the hollow casing pipe 20 through the screw holes 21 and the screw holes 341. In this embodiment, the nut 34 is provided as two symmetrical flange bodies 342 on both sides where the screw holes 341 are provided, and the two flange bodies 342 slide up and down in the two axial slide grooves 321. In this way, when the adjustable screw 33 rotates, the two flange bodies 342 of the nut 34 are restricted in the two axial slide grooves 321 and do not rotate following the rotation of the adjustable screw 33. Therefore, the nut 34 can slide up and down only in the two axial slide grooves 321, and drives the hollow casing pipe 20 to move up and down.

[0023] A drive motor 35 is installed in the housing base 31 and is used to drive the adjustable screw 33 to rotate forward or backward. In this embodiment, the drive motor 35 is installed at a front position in the housing base 31. The reduction gear set 353 is installed between the bottom of the adjustable screw 33 and the drive motor 35, and the drive motor 35 drives the adjustable screw 33 to rotate through the reduction gear set 353 (see Figures 9, 10A and 10B), but the present invention is not limited thereto, and the drive motor 35 may also directly drive the adjustable screw 33, which will be described in more detail later.

[0024] The encoder 352 is installed around the shaft 351 of the driving motor 35, and is used to detect the rotation state of the driving motor 35. In this embodiment, the encoder 352 is installed in a reduction gear set 353. The encoder 352 is a sensor used to measure physical quantities such as speed, position, angle, etc., and converts mechanical displacement into an electrical signal, but since this is a conventional technique, the description thereof will not be repeated here.

[0025] The control unit (Micro Computer Unit, MCU) 36 is installed in the housing base 31 and is electrically connected to the driving motor 35 and the encoder 352, and is used to control the driving motor 35 to rotate forward or backward, and rotate the adjustable screw 33 forward or backward to raise or lower the nut 34 relative to the adjustable screw 33, and make the telescopic slide tube 32 telescopic with respect to the hollow casing tube 20. In this way, the inclination lift adjustment device 30 telescopically extends or retracts on the axis (YY) in the hollow casing tube 20, and raises or lowers the main frame 10, which is used to simulate the situation of a bicycle going up or down a slope.

[0026] With the above-mentioned configuration, the inclination lift adjustment device 30 is driven by electricity. When the power is turned on, the drive motor 35 rotates, rotating the reduction gear set 353 and driving the adjustable screw 33 to rotate. At this time, the encoder 352 rotates following the reduction gear set 353, detects the origin position, and stops the inclination lift adjustment device 30 at the origin. That is, in the virtual ride software, it is the position where the included angle between the bicycle and the ground plane is 0 degrees. This operation is called origin return. After the origin return is completed, the drive motor 35 stops rotating and goes into standby mode.

[0027] 10A is a schematic diagram of the inclination lift adjustment device 30 according to an embodiment of the present invention in an elevated state. When the driving motor 35 rotates forward, the adjustable screw 33 rotates and drives the nut 34 to move upward, and the nut 34 interlocks with the hollow casing tube 20. Thus, the hollow casing tube 20 also moves upward. Similarly, as shown in FIG. 10B, when the driving motor 35 rotates backward, the adjustable screw 33 drives the nut 34 to move downward, and the hollow casing tube 20 also moves downward.

[0028] Fig. 11A is a schematic diagram of the inclination lift adjustment device 30 according to the present invention in use, and as shown in Fig. 10A, the front end of the main frame 10 is raised at a certain angle (+θ). That is, the main frame 10 is extended on the axis (YY) of the hollow casing tube 20 with the distance to the fixing screw 22 of the nut 34 as the radius (R) around the rear axle frame 16, and raised at a certain angle (+θ). Similarly, as shown in Fig. 10B, Fig. 11B shows the inclination lift adjustment device 30 contracting the main frame 10 on the axis (YY) of the hollow casing tube 20 and lowering it at a certain angle (-θ).

[0029] Fig. 5 shows the first embodiment of the present invention combined with a friction type bicycle stand 50a, but the present invention is not limited to this. As shown in Fig. 6, the rear wheel set 13 is removed and another smart bicycle stand 50 is combined. Fig. 7 shows the rear wheel set 13 is removed and a direct drive type bicycle stand 50b is combined by the rear axle frame 16.

[0030] Therefore, the inclination lift adjustment device 30 of the present invention and the training main frame 10 are combined, and there is no need to install another independent climbing training device 100 (see Fig. 2). This main frame combined with the inclination lift adjustment device 30 can be combined with each smart bicycle stand 50 (50a, 50b) that conforms to standard matching size, forming one complete training device and providing for cyclists to use.

[0031] (Second Example) 12 and 13 show a second embodiment of the present invention, in which the same structures as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals. The housing base 30a in this embodiment has a small volume, and the shaft 351 of the driving motor 35 extends vertically, and the upper shaft 351 directly drives the adjustable screw 33 without relying on a reduction gear set 353. The encoder 352 is installed around the lower shaft 351, and the control unit 36 is installed at the rear side of the housing base 30a, which is the only difference from the first embodiment. In this way, this embodiment has the same characteristics and effects as the first embodiment, and the description thereof will not be repeated here. The operation of the first embodiment will be described below.

[0032] In this case, as shown in Fig. 14, the tilt-lift adjustment device 30 of the present invention further includes a transmission unit 37 and a storage unit 38 electrically connected to the control unit 36, and a power supply circuit 39 for supplying the necessary power to the tilt-lift adjustment device 30. In the example of Fig. 9, the control unit 36 is in the form of a control circuit board. In this embodiment, the tilt-lift adjustment device 30 further includes a control meter 15 installed on the main frame 10, and the control meter 15 is electrically connected to the control unit 36. The smart bicycle stand 50 is connected to the control meter 15 and the control unit 36.

[0033] The virtual ride software 60 is displayed on the display screen 70 by the control meter 15 or the mobile device 61, and the smart bicycle stand 50 is also connected to the virtual ride software 60, receives commands sent from the software, and controls the smart bicycle stand 50 based on the commands, so that the smart bicycle stand 50 can meet the motion (resistance) required by the virtual ride software 60. One of the commands sent by the virtual ride software 60 is a real-time virtual tilt command. At different tilts and at the same riding speed, the resistance experienced will be different depending on the tilt. Therefore, after the smart bicycle stand 50 receives the command, it calculates the required resistance to be output based on the received command, and adjusts the resistance of the smart bicycle stand 50 based on the received command to meet the requirements of the virtual ride software 60 and meet the virtual reality requirements of the software. Figure 15 shows a reference diagram of the use state of the present invention.

[0034] In addition to combining the smart bicycle stand 50, the present invention also allows a smart power trainer (Smart Bike, not shown) to be combined with the virtual ride software 60 for exercise. In addition to controlling the resistance of the Smart Bike by the same tilt command as the smart bicycle stand 50, some Smart Bikes can simulate different gradients during real riding, and the included angle of the bicycle with respect to the ground can further enhance the realistic sensation that the cyclist feels in the virtual environment.

[0035] Here, the tilt command mentioned above is used to control the included angle, and the command can be transmitted to the smart bicycle stand 50 or Smart Bike by wire or wirelessly. The present invention is a dedicated training stand for bicycle stands that responds to the tilt command of the virtual ride software 60 and can automatically adjust the included angle with the ground based on the command.

[0036] When the cyclist connects the device to the virtual ride software (or game software) 60, the control unit 36 establishes a message matching channel with the virtual ride software (or game software) 60, adjusts the structure to complete the origin return, and then waits for commands.

[0037] Through the above technical means, the present invention can promote the following effects: First, the present invention combines the inclination lifting adjustment device 30 and the training main frame 10, eliminating the need for a separate climbing training device as in the prior art, and thus saving space. Secondly, and more importantly, the tilt-lift adjustment device 30 of the present invention is installed on the same axis (YY) as the hollow casing tube 20, which is different from the prior art's sense of displacement on two axes (XY), and is closer to the realistic sensation of actually riding a bicycle going up and down a hill. Third, the tilt lift adjustment device 30 of the present invention does not use the belt 226 transmission as in the prior art, but adjusts the lift by combining an adjustable screw 33 with a nut 34 and an encoder 352. Therefore, it does not have the disadvantage of belt transmission being prone to slipping, and it also has the effect of quickly adjusting and accurately adjusting the lift position.

[0038] The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications are possible within the scope of the claims. Embodiments obtained by appropriately combining the technical means devised in different embodiments are also included in the technical scope of the present invention. [Explanation of symbols]
