Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to recyclable articles, and more particularly to recyclable pet articles.

Background Art

[0002] Existing pet articles such as existing pet diapers are generally composed of a multi-layer structure of different polymer materials as described in, for example, Patent Document 1. When attempting to recycle the waste of used pet articles, since the material properties vary depending on the polymer material, it is necessary to collect, decompose, and purify each material, adding many processes. As a result, the recycling process becomes troublesome and inconvenient. Furthermore, existing pet articles are made using long fiber pulp and must be crushed by a crusher before being used as an absorber, and a large amount of energy is also required for their manufacture. Moreover, since the layers of the polymer material in existing pet articles must be adhered with a hot melt adhesive, a large amount of heat and carbon dioxide are generated during the manufacturing process.

[0003] Therefore, simplifying the recycling process when discarded after use by improving the structure of pet articles has been a problem to be solved in the industry.

[0009] In order to more clearly explain the object, technical means, and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention, hereinafter, in combination with the accompanying drawings of the embodiments of the present invention, the technical means in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described. It will be apparent that the described embodiments are some, but not all, of the embodiments of the present invention. Usually, the components of the embodiments of the present invention depicted and shown in the accompanying drawings can be arranged and designed in various different configurations. Therefore, hereinafter, the detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention provided in the accompanying drawings does not constitute any limitation to the protection scope of the present invention, but merely shows the selected embodiments of the present invention.

[0010] Also, in the following description, it should be noted that elements having the same role and function may be represented by the same number even if they do not have exactly the same configuration.

[0011] A first embodiment of the recyclable pet supplies of the present invention is shown in FIGS. 1 to 3. As shown in FIG. 1, the recyclable pet supplies P1 of this first embodiment are suitable for being worn on a pet and are used to absorb liquids such as urine, blood, and secretions that are discharged from the inside of the pet's body to the outside of the body.

[0012] The recyclable pet supplies P1 of the first embodiment of the present invention are formed on a sheet body that extends along a predetermined length direction L and has a front surface 21 and a back surface 22 on the side opposite to the front surface 21. The breathable outer sheet means 2, a sheet body that is overlapped on the front surface 21 side of the breathable outer sheet means 2, and a liquid-permeable inner sheet means 4 whose periphery is adhered to the periphery of the front surface 21 of the breathable outer sheet means 2, and an absorption means 3 that is sandwiched between the liquid-permeable inner sheet means 4 and the breathable outer sheet means 2 so as to be located inside the periphery of the liquid-permeable inner sheet means 4 and the breathable outer sheet means 2, and an adhesive means 5 that is disposed on the back surface 22 of the breathable outer sheet means 2.

[0013] In the recyclable pet supply P1 of the first embodiment of the present invention, the breathable outer sheet means 2, the liquid-permeable inner sheet means 4, the absorbent means 3, and the adhesive means 5 are made of the same polymer material. This same polymer material is polyolefin or polyester. Examples of polyolefin include polyethylene resin (PE) or polypropylene resin (PP), and an example of polyester is polyethylene terephthalate (PET).

[0014] The absorbent means 3 is welded / fixed to the front surface 21 of the breathable outer sheet means 2, and the peripheries of the breathable outer sheet means 2 and the liquid-permeable inner sheet means 4 are welded / fixed to each other. Further, the absorbent means 3 is formed to have a top surface 31 facing the liquid-permeable inner sheet means 4, a bottom surface 32 facing the breathable outer sheet means 2, and a number of absorption holes 30 having openings on both the top surface 31 and the bottom surface 32. By having liquid absorbency, it is used for absorbing the above-mentioned liquid. Also, in order to rapidly absorb the liquid, the absorbent means 3 can have a softening agent or a modifying agent added thereto, or its absorption performance can be improved by graft processing. Further, the absorbent means 3 used in the present invention can be composed of a plurality of fibers having the same thickness, or a plurality of fibers having different thicknesses, or a single-layer foam.

[0015] The liquid-permeable inner sheet means 4 is, as an example, a non-woven fabric having embossed patterns 47 formed on the surface not facing the breathable outer sheet means 2.

[0016] In this embodiment, the adhesive means 5 disposed on the back surface 22 of the breathable outer sheet means 2 has, as shown in FIG. 1, two adhesive sheets 51 disposed on the back surface 22 and a release sheet 52 adhered to the two adhesive sheets 51. With this configuration, when the release sheet 52 is peeled off from the adhesive sheets 51, the recyclable pet supply P1 of the first embodiment of the present invention can be attached to another object, such as a pet sheet or a pet cart, with the adhesive sheets 51.

[0017] Furthermore, in this embodiment, the absorption means 3 is adhesively fixed to the front surface 21 of the breathable outer sheet means 2 by high-frequency welding or ultrasonic welding, and the peripheries of the breathable outer sheet means 2 and the liquid-permeable inner sheet means 4 are also welded / fixed to each other by high-frequency welding or ultrasonic welding. Therefore, the recycling process of the recyclable pet supplies P1 of the first embodiment of the present invention made of the same polymer material becomes easier.

[0018] As described above, in the first embodiment of the present invention, the breathable outer sheet means 2, the absorption means 3, the liquid-permeable inner sheet means 4, and the adhesive means 5 are all made of the same polymer material, and the absorption means 3 is adhesively fixed to the breathable outer sheet means 2 by high-frequency welding or ultrasonic welding, and the liquid-permeable inner sheet means 4 is also adhesively fixed to the breathable outer sheet means 2 by high-frequency welding or ultrasonic welding. Therefore, adhesion by an adhesive is not required. For this reason, the first embodiment of the present invention does not require joining different materials with a hot-melt adhesive like existing pet supplies, and when discarded after use, only the same recycling process for the same polymer material needs to be performed, so simplification and cost reduction of recycling are possible.

[0019] Furthermore, the recyclable pet supplies P1 of the first embodiment of the present invention can be provided in a state packaged by packaging means. Such packaging means can be configured as a packaging bag 9 shown in FIG. 3. [0024] The liquid-permeable inner sheet means 4 has a first connection portion 44 adhesively fixed corresponding to the first end portion 24, a second connection portion 45 adhesively fixed corresponding to the second end portion 25, and a shielding portion 43 covering the absorption means 3, and an inner sheet slit 46 penetrating the liquid-permeable inner sheet means 4 is formed in the first connection portion 44 corresponding to the position where the outer sheet slit 26 formed in the breathable outer sheet means 2 is formed. Also, as in the first embodiment, the liquid-permeable inner sheet means 4 is a non-woven fabric in which pressing lines 47 are formed on the surface that does not face the breathable outer sheet means 2.

[0025] The absorption means 3 is welded / fixed to the front surface 21 of the breathable outer sheet means 2 and is arranged so as to be sandwiched between the main body portion 23 of the breathable outer sheet means 2 and the shielding portion 43 of the liquid-permeable inner sheet means 4.

[0026] The two adhesive tabs 6 are provided on the back surface 22 of the breathable outer sheet means 2 and extend away from each other along the width direction W orthogonal to the length direction L from the breathable outer sheet means 2. Specifically, the two adhesive tabs 6 each have a fixed end portion fixed to the back surface 22 of the breathable outer sheet means 2 and a mounting end portion extending from the fixed end portion to both sides of the breathable outer sheet means 2, and each mounting end portion is configured to be attached to the back surface 22 of the breathable outer sheet means 2. In this embodiment, the fixed end portions of the two adhesive tabs 6 are fixed to the second end portion 25 of the breathable outer sheet means 2, and the mounting end portions on the opposite side of the fixed end portions are attached to the back surface 22 of the first end portion 24. Further, as the present invention, it is also possible that the fixed end portion of the adhesive tab 6 is fixed to the first end portion 24 of the breathable outer sheet means 2 and the mounting end portion to which the adhesive is applied is configured to be adhesively attachable to the second end portion 25 of the breathable outer sheet means 2.

[0027] The two stoppers 7 extend along the length direction L while being spaced apart from each other in the width direction W and are welded / fixed to the liquid-permeable inner sheet means 4 so as to shield both sides of the absorbent means 3 respectively. Specific methods for welding / fixing the two stoppers 7 to the liquid-permeable inner sheet means 4 include high-frequency welding or ultrasonic welding.

[0028] With this configuration, the recyclable pet product P2 of this second embodiment formed in the shape of a diaper can be worn so as to wrap around the waist of the pet 1 as shown in FIG. 6, and when worn on the pet 1 having, for example, a tail 11, the tail 11 of the pet 1 can be passed through the inner sheet slit 46 formed in the liquid-permeable inner sheet means 4 and the outer sheet slit 26 formed in the breathable outer sheet means 2 and exposed to the outside, so that it becomes easier to wear.

[0029] The above embodiments exemplarily explain the principles and effects of the present invention and do not limit the present invention. Those skilled in the art can make some changes and modifications to the above embodiments on the premise of not departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Therefore, all changes and modifications made on the premise that those skilled in the art do not depart from the gist of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
