Description

Technical Field

[0001] This application claims the benefit of U.S. Provisional Patent Application No. 63 / 637,450, filed on April 23, 2024, the entire content of which is incorporated herein by reference.

[0002] The present disclosure generally relates to a clamp handle device, a portable bag, and an electronic device stand using the clamp handle device. The clamp handle device provided by the present disclosure can be selectively switched to a configuration for clamping an article, a configuration for relaxing an article, and a configuration for carrying an article. Further, the clamp handle device may be configured to be adjustable for use as an electronic device stand. The portable bag provided by the present disclosure can directly store food without the need for an additional bag, which is environmentally friendly. Further, the portable bag is easy to fold and convenient for storage, and is stable during use and has a reduced risk of tipping over.

Background Art

[0003] Articles such as documents, books, or food bags without handles can only be held by gripping them with the palm of the hand or holding them with the arm because there is no handle. Holding these articles in such a way is necessary to prevent the articles from slipping off the hand or arm. However, continuing such a holding method for a long time easily causes fatigue and makes it difficult to lift or lower the article.

[0004] In recent years, environmental protection has become an issue that should be noted in various countries. Disposable plastic containers and paper containers used for storing food generate a large amount of garbage and non-decomposable substances. Recycled food containers can be alternatives to disposable plastic containers, but most of the currently commercially available recycled food containers that can accommodate either solid food or liquid food are composed of hard plastic or glass materials, occupy volume, and are inconvenient to carry. Furthermore, in either case of using disposable containers or reusable containers, it is often necessary to prepare additional plastic bags or insulated bags to carry the containers by hand, which further deteriorates environmental pollution. On the premise of environmental consideration, by reducing the use of disposable containers and plastic bags, the amount of non-decomposable garbage can be reduced and the environmental burden can be alleviated.

[0005] Existing silicone or cloth food bags are easy to deform and difficult to stand up. When storing liquids, these bags tend to leak. Also, with this type of food bag, it is necessary to fold it multiple times to seal the opening, which is not only time-consuming but also often results in an insufficient sealing effect.

[0022] Hereinafter, the technical disclosure according to the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described with reference to the accompanying drawings. All other embodiments that can be obtained by those skilled in the art without creative efforts based on the embodiments described in the present application are included in the protection scope of the present application. It should also be clearly understood that the drawings are provided for illustrative and explanatory purposes only and should not be construed as defining the limiting matters of the present application.

[0023] In this specification, terms such as "first" and "second" may be used to describe different components, but these components should not be limited by these terms. These terms are merely used to distinguish one component from another. Therefore, even if a certain "first" component is renamed as the "second" component, it does not deviate from the technical idea of the present disclosure.

[0024] Unless otherwise specifically defined in this specification, the term "coupled" should be interpreted broadly. For example, it may be a fixed connection, a connection through an intermediate medium, or an internal communication or interaction relationship between two components. For those skilled in the art, the specific meaning of the above terms in the present disclosure is understood according to individual situations.

[0025] As shown in FIG. 1, the clamp handle device includes a clamp body 100 to which a handle component 200 is attached.

[0026] As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the clamp body 100 includes a first clamp portion 110 and a second clamp portion 120 hingedly connected to the first clamp portion 110. An end of the first clamp portion 110 may be hingedly connected to an end of the second clamp portion 120 via a pivot shaft 310. A space is formed between the middle portions of the first clamp portion 110 and the second clamp portion 120, and the space is configured to accommodate at least a part of the object to be clamped. Both the first clamp portion 110 and the second clamp portion 120 have distal ends at positions away from the pivot shaft 310, and these distal ends cooperate to form a clamp opening. The clamp opening is configured to be selectively opened and closed.

[0027] The torsion spring 300 is fitted onto the pivot shaft 310, and both ends thereof are in contact with the first clamp portion 110 and the second clamp portion 120 respectively. The torsion spring 300 is configured to urge the first clamp portion 110 and the second clamp portion 120 toward the closed position of the clamp opening.

[0028] The handle component 200 includes a first handle 210 and a second handle 220. The first handle 210 is disposed on the first clamp portion 110, and the second handle 220 is disposed on the second clamp portion 120. The first handle 210 and the second handle 220 are each at least partially slidable relative to the clamp body 100 and are disposed on both sides of the clamp opening.

[0029] The first clamp portion 110 and the second clamp portion 120 are slidably connected to the first handle 210 and the second handle 220 respectively. For example, the first clamp portion 110 is provided with through holes, and at least a part of the first handle 210 is disposed through these through holes and is configured to reciprocate within the through holes. The connection relationship between the second clamp portion 120 and the second handle 220 is similarly configured. The second clamp portion 120 is also provided with through holes, and at least a part of the second handle 220 is disposed through these through holes and is configured to reciprocate within the through holes.

[0030] The first handle 210 includes a first grip portion 211 and a second grip portion 212 hinged to the first grip portion 211. Similarly, the second handle 220 also includes a first grip portion 211 and a second grip portion 212 hinged to the first grip portion 211. In their mutual relationship, the first grip portion 211 is disposed closer to the pivot shaft 310, and the second grip portion 212 is disposed closer to the clamp opening.

[0031] The first gripping portion 211 and the second gripping portion 212 are rotatably connected via a hinge connection portion, and the hinge connection portion is disposed between the first gripping portion 211 and the second gripping portion 212 within the same handle. When it is necessary to open the clamp mouth, the hinge connection portion of the first handle 210 slides and moves to the outside of the clamp body 100 on the side adjacent to the clamp mouth. Also, the hinge connection portion of the second handle 220 also slides and moves to the outside of the clamp body 100 on the side adjacent to the clamp mouth. With this configuration, the clamp mouth can be opened without the clamp body 100 interfering with the rotation of the second gripping portion 212.

[0032] In one embodiment, within the same handle, for example, the first handle 210, the hinge connection portion between the first gripping portion 211 and the second gripping portion 212 can move to the inside of the clamp body 100, the outside of the clamp body 100 adjacent to the pivot shaft 310, or the outside of the clamp body 100 adjacent to the clamp mouth.

[0033] When the hinge connection portion is located outside the side of the clamp body 100 adjacent to the clamp mouth, the first gripping portion 211 extends from the clamp body 100 on the side adjacent to the pivot shaft 310. With this configuration, it is ensured that a part of the first gripping portion 211 is always located outside the clamp body 100. When hand-held carrying is required, the user can operate by pulling out the extending portion of the first gripping portion 211. The distal end of the second gripping portion 212 away from the hinge connection portion can rotate in a direction away from the clamp mouth, thereby opening the clamp mouth.

[0034] When the second gripping portion 212 rotates in a direction away from the clamp mouth and contacts the clamp body 100, the distal end of the first gripping portion 211 away from the hinge connection portion is similarly located below the distal end of the second gripping portion 212 away from the hinge connection portion. With this configuration, interference of the first gripping portion 211 with respect to the rotation of the second gripping portion 212 when the clamp mouth is opened is avoided, and the clamping force applied by the user can be easily transmitted.

[0035] When the hinge connection part is located outside the clamp body 100 on the side adjacent to the pivot shaft 310, the second gripping part 212 extends from the clamp body 100 on the side adjacent to the clamp opening. With this configuration, it is ensured that a part of the second gripping part 212 is always located outside the clamp body 100. When it is necessary to open the clamp opening, the user can pull the extended part of the second gripping part 212 to slide the hinge connection part to the outside of the clamp body 100 on the clamp opening side, and then rotate the second gripping part 212.

[0036] By adjusting the position of the hinge connection part and the rotation angle of the second gripping part 212, the handle component 200 can take a plurality of configurations to achieve different functions.

[0037] As shown in FIG. 4, when it is necessary to open the clamp opening, the handle component 200 is deformed into the first configuration. In this first configuration, each hinge connection part of the handle component 200 is located outside the clamp body 100 on the side adjacent to the clamp opening. Both second gripping parts 212 are rotated in a direction away from the clamp opening, forming a structure similar to an arris groove clamp together with the clamp body 100. By further rotating the two second gripping parts 212 towards the pivot shaft 310, the ends of the first clamp part 110 and the second clamp part 120 on the clamp opening side are separated, and the clamp opening is opened to receive the object to be clamped.

[0038] When it is necessary to carry an article by hand, the handle component 200 is deformed into the second configuration. In this second configuration, the external force is removed, and the ends of the first clamp part 110 and the second clamp part 120 adjacent to the clamp opening move towards the closed position of the clamp opening under the action of the torsion spring 300, firmly clamping the article. The user can grip the first gripping part 211 to carry the article. In the second configuration, the first gripping part 211 and the second gripping part 212 within the same handle are respectively configured in the extending direction of the handle or are aligned substantially in a straight line.

[0039] As shown in FIG. 5, when the extending directions of the first gripping portion 211 and the second gripping portion 212 within the same handle are aligned in a substantially straight line, each hinge connection portion of the handle component 200 is located outside the clamp body 100 on the side far from the clamp opening, providing a larger hand-holding space for the user.

[0040] In one embodiment, the hinge connection portion between the first gripping portion 211 and the second gripping portion 212 is slidable toward the inside of the clamp body 100 and the outside of the clamp body 100 adjacent to the clamp opening.

[0041] In the first configuration, each hinge connection portion of the handle component 200 is located outside the clamp body 100 on the side adjacent to the clamp opening. Both second gripping portions 212 are rotated in a direction away from the clamp opening, forming a structure similar to an ant groove clamp together with the clamp body 100.

[0042] In the second configuration, the ends of the first clamp portion 110 and the second clamp portion 120 adjacent to the clamp opening move toward the closed position of the clamp opening under the action of the torsion spring 300. The first gripping portion 211 and the second gripping portion 212 within the same handle are each configured in the extending direction of the handle or are aligned in a substantially straight line. When the extending directions of the first gripping portion 211 and the second gripping portion 212 are aligned in a substantially straight line, each hinge connection portion of the handle component 200 is located inside the clamp body 100, thereby providing a larger hand-holding space for the user.

[0043] In one embodiment, the distance between the first clamp portion 110 and the second clamp portion 120 is configured to first increase and then decrease in the direction extending from the clamp opening toward the pivot axis 310. The longitudinal cross-section of the first clamp portion 110 may be formed in a generally C shape. Specifically, the first clamp portion 110 includes an upper wall 111, a transition wall 112, and a lower wall 113 in order from the distal side to the proximal side with respect to the clamp opening. The upper wall 111 and the lower wall 113 are each configured as inclined plates. Through holes are formed in the upper wall 111 and the lower wall 113 respectively, and the first handle 210 is slidably disposed through the through holes in the upper wall 111 and the lower wall 113. With this design, the moving directions of the first handle 210 and the second handle 220 are configured to be controlled along the straight line connecting the centers of the two through holes.

[0044] The additional portion 114 is provided on the side of the lower wall 113 adjacent to the clamp opening. In a state where no external force is applied, the clamp opening is closed and the two additional portions 114 are in contact with each other. Thereby, the clamp contact area is increased and a reliable clamping effect is obtained.

[0045] In one embodiment, the first clamp portion 110 is structurally identical to the second clamp portion 120

[0046] In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the first gripping portion 211 includes two first rods and a first connecting portion disposed between the two first rods and connecting them. The second handle 220 includes two second rods and a second connecting portion disposed between the two second rods and connecting them. Each first rod is rotatably connected to a correspondingly paired second rod, and each pair of the first rod and the second rod is slidably connected to the clamp body 100 through at least one hole.

[0047] Both the first gripping portion 211 and the second gripping portion 212 are formed in a U shape, and when combined, they form a rectangular loop. This loop structure can prevent the handle component 200 from slipping out of the clamp body 100. Also, the first connecting portion serves to facilitate the gripping operation.

[0048] To enhance operability, anti-slip sleeves are attached to the connecting portions of both the first gripping portion 211 and the second gripping portion 212. These anti-slip sleeves are made of rubber.

[0049] In one embodiment, the hinge connection portion includes the following elements: an end plate 213 provided at the proximal end of the first gripping portion 211 on the side of the second gripping portion 212, a connecting shaft protruding from the end plate 213, and a connecting head 214 provided at the proximal end of the second gripping portion 212 on the side of the first gripping portion 211. The connecting head 214 is rotatably attached to the connecting shaft. If necessary, two end plates 213 are symmetrically arranged, and the connecting shaft is arranged between these two end plates 213.

[0050] In one embodiment, the second handle 220 has the same structure as the first handle 210.

[0051] In one embodiment, the clamp handle device is made of a hard material.

[0052] The object to be gripped may be a bag, a book, or other articles that need to be carried by hand. The clamp handle device can be switched between configurations for clamping, releasing, and carrying an article.

[0053] From another perspective, as shown in FIG. 6, the present disclosure provides a portable bag including a bag body 400 and the aforementioned clamp handle device, and the clamp handle device is detachably clamped to the upper part of the bag body 400.

[0054] In one embodiment, the bag body 400 is made of a flexible material such as silicone.

[0055] As shown in FIG. 7, the bag body 400 has an opening at the upper part, and includes a first side wall 410 and a second side wall 420 on the opposite sides of the opening. The first side wall 410 and the second side wall 420 are detachably connected to each other at the upper part adjacent to the opening, so that the opening can be opened and closed to ensure the closing effect of the bag body 400.

[0056] In one embodiment, a button is provided on the first side wall 410, and a button loop is provided on the second side wall 420. The button is detachably engaged with the button loop. The button is provided at at least one end of the first side wall 410, and the button loop is provided at at least one end of the second side wall 420 and is arranged at a position corresponding to the button.

[0057] In one embodiment, the first side wall 410 is provided with a seal strip at the upper part adjacent to the opening, and the second side wall 420 is provided with a seal slot configured to be detachably engaged with the seal strip by a pressing operation, so that the opening of the bag body 400 can be closed or opened.

[0058] In one embodiment, the opening of the bag body 400 is rectangular, and the first side wall 410 and the second side wall 420 constitute a pair of opposite sides of the rectangle. Further, the bag body 400 includes a pair of opposite third side walls 430 arranged between the first side wall 410 and the second side wall 420. To enhance the storage capacity of the bag body 400, the third side walls 430 are configured to be partially foldable, and the inner surface of each third side wall 430 is detachably connected to both the first side wall 410 and the second side wall 420 at a position adjacent to the opening. For example, the third side wall 430 is provided with a protrusion protruding toward the inside of the bag body, and the first side wall 410 and the second side wall 420 are provided with corresponding grooves toward the inside of the bag body, and the protrusion is configured to be snap-fitted into the groove.

[0059] The folding point of the third side wall 430 is located at the central part of its upper end. When the opening is closed, the two third side walls 430 are bent inwardly towards each other, bent until their folding points contact each other, and the first side wall 410 and the second side wall 420 are completely connected to the third side wall 430.

[0060] In order to facilitate the folding of the third side wall 430, a crease is provided on the third side wall 430

[0061] In one embodiment, the bag body 400 has a truncated rectangular pyramid structure that defines an opening. The cross-sectional area of the opening may be larger than, equal to, or smaller than the cross-sectional area of the end portion opposite to the opening.

[0062] When the cross-sectional area of the opening is larger than the cross-sectional area of the end portion opposite to the opening of the truncated rectangular pyramid structure, a wide opening is provided at the upper part of the bag body 400, and it is configured to make it easy for the user to visually recognize or take out the contents inside the bag body 400.

[0063] The bag body 400 may be made of a food-grade material for containing food, and the seamless one-piece molding structure reduces the risk of leakage. The bag body 400 is heatable in a microwave oven, and the clamp handle device is removed during heating.

[0064] When the bag body 400 is made of a silicone material, the thickness of the silicone is designed so that the bag body 400 can stand upright firmly without deformation and retain the internal space to reduce the possibility of shape change of the food.

[0065] In one embodiment, the thickness of the bag body 400 may be in the range of 1 to 5 mm. Due to the flexibility of the silicone material, the user can easily invert the inner surface of the bag body 400 to the outside.

[0066] In one embodiment, the thickness of the proximal side with respect to the opening of the bag body 400 is smaller than the thickness of the distal side with respect to the opening. For example, the thickness of the silicone in the range of 2 cm from the bottom of the bag body 400 is 2 mm, and the thickness of the silicone in other parts gradually decreases to 1.4 mm upward. Here, the bottom is the distal side with respect to the opening. With this design, the bag body 400 can maintain an upright position without falling over, especially when storing liquid. Also, since the material of the upper part is thin, it can be easily folded.

[0067] The bag body 400 of the portable bag is detachably connected to the clamp handle device. When taking out an item, it is first possible to remove the clamp handle device. When storing food, there is no need to use an additional storage bag, which also contributes to environmental protection. Both the clamp handle device and the bag body 400 can be easily attached and detached, and the clamp handle device also serves to further close the opening of the bag body 400. The bag body 400 and the clamp handle device each have their own environmental protection functions and can be used more effectively by working together.

[0068] In the usage scenario of food storage, recyclable food containers can replace disposable food containers. Currently, many of the food containers on the market that can accommodate both solid and liquid foods are made of hard plastic or glass, which are inconvenient to carry. Furthermore, even for disposable food containers, whether they are made of hard plastic, glass, or soft plastic, an additional storage bag is required to carry them by hand. Such a method not only lacks convenience but is also not environmentally friendly. As a result of extensive research, it has become clear that the points that consumers value most when choosing a food bag for takeout are "leak prevention performance", "ease of use", and "portability".

[0069] The bag body 400 according to the present disclosure is made of a food-grade silicone material and is convenient for storing food. The bag body 400 is designed to maintain an upright position without tipping over. Since it has an integrally molded structure, the risk of leakage is minimized, and it is also possible to store liquids. The detachable connection structure between the first side wall 410, the second side wall 420, and the third side wall 430 can improve the sealing effect of the bag body 400. It is made of a flexible material and has an opening larger than the bottom, so it can be folded back to a desired depth according to the user's preference. When not in use, due to the physical properties of silicone, the bag body 400 can be easily rolled or folded, which is convenient for storage and carrying.

[0070] The portable bag according to the present disclosure is lightweight, leak-proof, and configured to be self-standing, and is suitable for storing food and beverages. After opening, it is configured to be directly used for eating and drinking, which is an environmentally friendly alternative to conventional containers.

[0071] As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, from another perspective, the present disclosure provides an application example of using the clamp handle device as an electronic device stand. The electronic device may be a mobile phone or a tablet terminal.

[0072] The hinge connection part is provided with a mechanism for restricting rotation, and a predetermined torque threshold is required to overcome the static friction and start the operation around the connecting shaft.
