Abstract
Description
[Technical Field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a packaging bag, and more particularly to a packaging bag whose opening can be efficiently closed manually. [Background technology]
[0002] Packaging bags are widely used for storing and transporting powdered or granular industrial raw materials, food ingredients, agricultural products, feed, etc. This type of packaging bag is made of kraft paper or the like, and is filled with, for example, 20 kg or more of content before the opening is sealed. Although automatic machines are sometimes used to close the openings of this type of packaging bag, these machines are large and require a considerable investment in equipment, making it difficult to introduce automatic machines when production volume is relatively low.
[0003] Therefore, a gusseted bag, described in Patent Document 1, has been proposed, the opening of which can be closed manually. In this bag, the opening is closed by sewing the upper end of the bag, and if necessary, the entire opening is closed with a sealing tape prepared separately from the bag. [0004] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 9-104446 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0005] However, since the opening of the conventional bag is closed by sewing, there is a risk that pieces of thread may get inside the bag. Furthermore, since the sealing tape is prepared separately from the bags, there is a problem of poor work efficiency. The purpose of this invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems of the conventional method, and to provide a packaging bag in which the opening can be sealed efficiently using a simple device such as a foot-operated sealing machine, without using a large automatic machine. [Means for solving the problem]
[0006] The present invention relates to a packaging bag comprising a bag body having a space for storing contents inside, which is composed of a front body portion, a rear body portion, and a bottom portion, and an opening at the top end, and a sealing tape having a heat-sealed portion formed on one side thereof, wherein the surface of the sealing tape facing the heat-sealed portion covers the entire width of the upper end of the front body portion and a portion of the sealing tape protrudes beyond the upper end of the front body portion, and when the sealing tape is folded along the upper end of the bag body, the heat-sealed portions overlap each other at the upper end of the bag body.
[0007] Preferably, the sealing tape has protrusions that protrude on both sides of the width of the bag body, and heat-sealed portions are formed on the protrusions, and when the sealing tape is folded along the upper edge of the bag body, the heat-sealed portions overlap each other.
[0008] Preferably, the sealing tape is attached to the upper end of the bag by heat welding the heat-sealing material of the heat-sealing portion. [Effects of the Invention]
[0009] With the packaging bag of the present invention, the opening can be sealed efficiently using a simple device such as a foot-operated sealing machine, without using a large automatic machine. Furthermore, since the opening is closed without sewing, there is no risk of pieces of thread getting into the bag. [Brief explanation of the drawings]
[0010] [Figure 1] 1 is a perspective view of a packaging bag according to an embodiment of the present invention; [Figure 2] FIG. 2 is a front view of the packaging bag of FIG. [Figure 3] FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the packaging bag of FIG. 1 filled with contents. [Figure 4] 2 is a diagram showing the process of filling the packaging bag of FIG. 1 with contents and sealing the opening with sealing tape using a foot-operated sealing machine. FIG. [Figure 5] 2 is a rear view of the state in which the contents have been filled into the packaging bag of FIG. 1 and the opening has been sealed with sealing tape using a foot-operated sealing machine. [Figure 6] 5A is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA in FIG. 5, and FIG. 5B is a cross-sectional view taken along line BB in FIG. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0011] A packaging bag 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Reference numeral 3 denotes a bag body, which is composed of an outer layer 5 made of kraft paper and a moisture-proof inner layer 7 attached to the inside of this outer layer 5. The inner layer 7 is made of an aluminum sheet laminated with synthetic resin (see FIG. 6). As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the bag body 3 is composed of a front body portion 9, a rear body portion 11, and a bottom portion 13, and as shown in Figure 6, it has a space 15 inside that can store contents, and an opening 17 is provided at the top end. The bag body 3 has a height of 730 mm, a width of 520 mm, and a width of the bottom 13 of 150 mm.
[0012] Reference numeral 19 denotes a sealing tape, which is in the form of a strip having a width of 100 mm and a length of 540 mm. As shown in FIG. 6, one surface of the sealing tape 19 is coated with polyethylene resin to form a heat-sealed portion 21.
[0013] The sealing tape 19 is attached to the upper end 9a of the front body 9, and its lower half 19a in the width direction covers the entire width of the upper end 9a of the front body 9. The surface on the heat-sealed portion 21 side faces the upper end 9a of the front body 9, and by partially heat-sealing this heat-sealed portion 21, the lower half 19a in the width direction is fixed to the upper end 9a of the front body 9. In addition, an upper half 19b, which is a part of the sealing tape 19 in the width direction, protrudes from the upper end of the front body 9. Both ends of the sealing tape 19 form protrusions 19c and 19d that protrude to both sides in the width direction of the bag body 3.
[0014] Next, how to use the packaging bag 1 will be described. As shown in FIG. 3, the packaging bag 1 is placed upright, and the opening 17 is opened to fill it with granular industrial raw material M as the contents (see FIG. 6). Next, as shown by the arrow in Fig. 3, the upper half 19b of the sealing tape 19 is folded along the upper end of the bag body 3. As a result, the heat-sealed portions 21 of the lower half 19a and the upper half 19b overlap each other with the upper end of the bag body 3 interposed therebetween (see Fig. 6(A)). Moreover, the protruding portions 19c and 19d at both ends of the sealing tape 19 overlap each other (see FIG. 6(B)).
[0015] Next, the sealing tape 19 is set in the foot-operated sealing machine S with the upper half 19b facing up, and the heating part Sb is lowered by stepping on the pedal Sa, and the heat-sealing part 21 is heated and heat-sealed, and the sealing tape 19 is fixed to the front body part 9 and the rear body part 11 as shown in Figure 6(A), thereby closing the opening 17. At both ends of the sealing tape 19, the heat-sealed portions 21 of the protruding portions 19c and 19d are heat-sealed to bond the protruding portions 19c and 19d together. Therefore, both ends of the opening 17 can be completely closed without leakage. Furthermore, since the opening 17 is closed without sewing, there is no risk of thread pieces getting into the bag body 3.
[0016] The above describes in detail the embodiment of the present invention, but the specific configuration is not limited to this embodiment, and design changes that do not deviate from the gist of the present invention are also included in the invention. For example, the size of the packaging bag is not limited to the above. Of course, the packaging bag may be made of kraft paper only. Furthermore, the present invention may be applied to packaging bags that have no bottom. In the above embodiment, the heat-sealed portion is made of polyethylene resin, but other synthetic resins may also be used. In addition, in the above embodiment, the sealing tape is fixed to the upper end of the front body portion by partially heat-welding the heat-sealed portion, but the sealing tape may also be fixed to the upper end of the front body portion using an adhesive other than the heat-sealed portion. The contents may be food ingredients, agricultural products, feed, etc. other than industrial raw materials, and may of course be in a powder form other than granules. [Industrial Applicability]
