AI Technical Summary

Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] This invention belongs to the field of underwear, specifically relates to breast stickers, and particularly to breast stickers having N layers of adhesive layers.
Background Art
[0002] Breast stickers are also called nipple stickers, and generally include a cup body and a single layer of adhesive layer attached to the inner surface of the cup body. The adhesive layer has a certain adhesiveness. In order to prevent impurities such as dust from sticking to the adhesive layer, a single layer of protective layer is usually provided on the breast sticker to be coated and attached to the adhesive layer. In the prior art, the adhesive layer is generally directly formed by manual adhesive application or hot melting method and coated and attached to the inner surface of the cup body in a single-layer structure. This single-layer adhesive layer is the same or almost the same as the shape and outer contour dimensions of the inner surface of the cup body, completely covers or almost completely covers the entire inner surface of the cup body. When in use, first tear the protective layer, and use the adhesiveness of the adhesive layer to attach the breast sticker to the user's chest. The adhesive layer is covered on the chest to completely close or basically close the covered area of the chest. Also, since the single-layer adhesive layer in the prior art is a whole, the adhesiveness of the entire adhesive layer is the same, and the adhesive force applied to the chest is also the same. Therefore, generally the following problems exist in the breast stickers with such a structure in the prior art.
[0003] 1. The adhesive layer of the breast sticker in the prior art has only one layer, but the number of available uses of the adhesive layer is limited. Therefore, when the number of uses of the adhesive layer reaches the upper limit or loses its adhesiveness, the entire breast sticker cannot be used. However, the cup body of the breast sticker can be used many times, and the service life of the cup body is much longer than that of the adhesive layer. Therefore, if the entire breast sticker cannot be used, it will result in a waste of resources, and if the user repurchases the breast sticker, the usage cost will increase. 2. Because the adhesive layer is sticky and made of a soft material, even if multiple adhesive layers are provided as accessories that can be manually applied to the chest patch and the user can replace them themselves, the user is often unable to apply the adhesive layer themselves. Even if they can apply it themselves, it is difficult to apply a single adhesive layer correctly and flatly, and wrinkles are likely to occur if it is not applied flat. Therefore, replacing the adhesive layer oneself is troublesome and time-consuming. 3. The adhesive layer is a single-piece structure that is attached to the inner surface of the cup as a whole. Because the cup itself has an uneven structure with an outward-convex and inward-concave shape to fit the chest, when the adhesive layer is attached as a single piece to the inward-concave inner surface of the cup, wrinkles often occur in the adhesive layer itself. However, the adhesive layer itself is adhesive, and when the surfaces of the adhesive layer at the wrinkled areas are stuck together, it is difficult to separate them. Attempting to flatten the wrinkles or forcibly separate them may cause the adhesive layer to tear or rip, or to be locally damaged, which affects the lifespan of the adhesive layer and the breast patch. 4. Wrinkles can cause protrusions on the surface of the adhesive layer, tearing, or localized damage, resulting in a feeling of a foreign object pressing against the corresponding area of the chest when the user uses the chest patch. 5. The adhesive layer is a single piece attached to the cup body, and because the adhesive layer may stick to the woman's nipple and surrounding sensitive areas, tearing it can easily damage the skin of the nipple and surrounding sensitive areas, and for example, tearing it forcefully could even damage the skin of the nipple and surrounding sensitive areas. 6. After the user sweats, the sweat becomes trapped within the limited cup area of the single-layer adhesive patch and is difficult to expel. Even if the adhesive patch has ventilation holes, these holes are generally small, causing wrinkles to form in the single-layer patch, pressing or crushing the ventilation holes. This makes it easier for the adhesive around the ventilation holes to stick together or block the ventilation holes, making it difficult for sweat to be expelled. This difficulty in expelling sweat can irritate the skin and cause discomfort to the user, as well as damaging the adhesive of the adhesive patch and accelerating its wear. 7. When the chest protector is used, the adhesive layer is attached to the user's chest in a single piece. As a result, the user's chest is enclosed within the cup body, which is covered by the single adhesive layer, and has almost no ventilation from the outside world, making the chest prone to sweating. 8. Because the adhesive properties of the adhesive layers are the same, they cannot be adapted to the different needs of different users. For example, some users may want the chest patch to provide appropriate tensile or adhesive force to specific areas of the chest, others may want the chest patch to have a relatively good chest-coating effect after wearing, and still others may want the chest patch to have a good effect of lifting the chest or preventing breast sagging. [0020] The chest patch of this invention has the following advantages or beneficial effects. 1. Because the inner surface of the cup is equipped with an N-layer adhesive layer, after the first adhesive layer reaches its maximum number of uses or loses its adhesive properties, the user can tear off this layer and continue using the next adhesive layer, continuing to use the breast patch until the last adhesive layer reaches its maximum number of uses. This can save a large amount of resources, and the user's usage cost is relatively low. 2. Users do not need to replace the adhesive layer themselves; they can continue using the chest patch simply by tearing off the layer that has reached its maximum number of uses and exposing the next layer. This results in a long service life, convenience of use, and saves time and effort. 3. The breast patch of the present invention has an adhesive layer that is divided into a non-single-piece structure including at least two adhesive sheets, thereby avoiding or reducing the phenomenon of wrinkles easily occurring when using a single-piece adhesive layer, avoiding or reducing the phenomenon of the adhesive layer being torn or locally damaged due to wrinkles, extending the service life of the adhesive layer, and further extending the service life of the cup. 4. Because wrinkles in the adhesive layer are avoided or reduced, the adhesive on the surface of the adhesive layer can remain relatively flat and smooth when in use, and the user does not experience any discomfort such as the feeling of foreign objects pressing against the surface due to wrinkles. 5. The adhesive layer is divided into a non-single-piece structure containing at least two adhesive pieces and attached to the cup body. The two adjacent adhesive pieces are spaced appropriately apart, leaving a nipple-receiving area to accommodate the nipple. This prevents the adhesive layer from sticking to the skin of the female nipple and surrounding sensitive areas, thus avoiding or reducing the probability of the adhesive layer damaging the skin of the nipple and surrounding sensitive areas, making it safer to use. 6. The adhesive layer is divided into at least two adhesive sheets and attached to the cup body. Two adjacent adhesive sheets are spaced appropriately apart to form a nipple-retaining section for accommodating the nipple and several sweat-draining ventilation passages for draining sweat. The sweat-draining ventilation passages extend from the nipple-retaining section to the edge of the cup body, connecting the inside and outside of the cup body, so that after sweating, sweat is drained along the sweat-draining ventilation passages. The presence of sweat-draining ventilation passages prevents or reduces sweat from irritating the skin and causing discomfort to the user. The provision of sweat-draining ventilation passages and nipple-retaining sections is also convenient for the rapid drying of the cup body after washing. 7. The protective layer is designed to fit the adhesive layer, and is divided into at least two protective sheets before being applied to the adhesive layer. The protective layer adopts a non-single-layer structure, and when covering the adhesive layer, the sweat drainage passage and nipple area are not covered, allowing for easy ventilation inside and outside the cup, which is convenient for rapid drying of the cup body after washing. At the same time, the outer edge of the adhesive layer is at an appropriate distance from the outer edge of the cup body, and the protective layer completely covers the adhesive layer. The protective layer protects the adhesive on the adhesive layer from contamination and damage, and the use of this protective layer also extends the tackiness of the adhesive layer surface, allowing for more uses and a longer lifespan. 8. The adhesive layer is divided to include at least two adhesive sheets, and two adjacent adhesive sheets are separated by an appropriate distance to form a sweat-draining ventilation passage, allowing for communication and ventilation between the inside and outside of the chest patch, thus providing good breathability. 9. The width of the openings at both ends of the sweat-draining ventilation passage is greater than the width of the passage itself, which is convenient for ventilation between the inside and outside of the chest area and also convenient for draining sweat. 10. In order to allow sweat expelled by the user to naturally flow downward and facilitate sweating, in the state of use, the opening at one end of the sweat-discharging ventilation passage faces upward and the opening at the other end faces downward. 11. The adhesive layer can also be installed on the inner edge of the cup body, and the adhesive layer is elongated and extends along the inner edge of the cup body, surrounding the nipple area and the sweat drainage ventilation passage. Therefore, this adhesive layer is not a single-piece structure, and breast pads using this adhesive layer also have good breathability. 12. Since an N-layer adhesive layer is provided on the inner surface of the cup body, the thickness of the N-layer adhesive layer is N times thicker than that of a single-layer adhesive layer. The overall thickness of the nipple accommodation area and the sweat discharge ventilation passage formed jointly by the N-layer adhesive layer is thicker than the thickness of the nipple accommodation area and the sweat discharge ventilation passage formed by a single-layer adhesive layer, giving the chest patch better air permeability. 13. Since at least two adhesive areas with different adhesive strengths are provided within the range of the cup body, it can adapt to and meet the different adhesion force requirements of different users. The chest patch can provide appropriate tensile and adhesive forces that are differentiated for the local area of the user's chest. The chest patch has a relatively good chest agglomeration effect after being worn, and further has a good effect of lifting the chest or preventing chest sagging.

[0022] To address the aforementioned technical problems in the prior art, this invention provides a chest strap. The technical solutions for the chest strap will be described in detail below based on specific embodiments.
[0023] 1. First embodiment of the present invention The chest attachment of the first embodiment of this invention is as follows; refer to Figures 1 to 12 for details. The breast patch of the first embodiment includes a pair of symmetrically arranged cups and a connecting device 7 located between the pair of cups for connecting them, where each cup includes a cup body 1, an N-layer adhesive layer 2, and an N-layer protective layer 3, where N is an integer of 2 or more. For the sake of explanation, using Figure 2 as a directional reference, the cup on the left will be described as follows: The cup body 1 includes an outwardly protruding outer surface 11 and an inwardly recessed inner surface 12, where the inner surface 12 itself is not adhesive and is made of an existing flexible and skin-friendly material such as fabric or silicone rubber.
[0024] The N-layer adhesive layer 2 includes the first layer adhesive layer 2, the second layer adhesive layer 2, ..., the N-1 layer adhesive layer 2, and the N-layer protective layer 3 includes the first layer protective layer 3, the second layer protective layer 3, ..., the N-2 layer protective layer 3, the N-1 layer protective layer 3, and the N-layer protective layer 3. The first layer adhesive layer 2 is attached to the inner surface 12 of the cup body, the first layer protective layer 3 is removably attached to the first layer adhesive layer 2, and the second layer adhesive layer 2 protects the first layer The protective layer 3 of the second layer is attached to layer 3, the protective layer 3 of the second layer is removably attached to the adhesive layer 2 of the second layer, and so on, until the protective layer 3 of the (N-1) layer is removably attached to the adhesive layer 2 of the (N-1) layer, and so on until the adhesive layer 2 of the N layer is attached to the protective layer 3 of the (N-1) layer, and so on. The adhesive layers 2 of the N layers and the protective layers 3 of the N-1 layer are formed integrally and pre-attached to the inner surface 12 of the cup body, so that the user does not need to attach all of the adhesive layers 2 of the N layers to the inner surface 12 of the cup body themselves. In order to protect the adhesive layer 2 of the N layer, an additional protective layer 3 of the N layer is provided, and the protective layer 3 of the N layer is also removably attached to the adhesive layer 2 of the N layer.
[0025] Each layer of the N-layer adhesive layer 2 is the same, and each layer of adhesive layer 2 is divided into at least two adhesive sheets, and is composed of at least two divided adhesive sheets, so that the adhesive layer 2 is not a single-sheet structure to distinguish it from a single-sheet structure. The adhesive layer 2 of this embodiment includes two adhesive sheets, and in the direction shown in Figure 4, it includes a first adhesive sheet 21 and a second adhesive sheet 22, and the first adhesive sheet 21 and the second adhesive sheet 22 are located on the left and right sides of the inner surface 12 of the cup body, respectively, and are provided at an appropriate distance from each other to form a sweat discharge ventilation passage 4 for discharge of sweat and ventilation. Between the first adhesive sheet 21 and the second adhesive sheet 22, a surrounding state is formed in the middle of the inner surface 12 of the cup body, and in the middle of the surrounding area, a nipple accommodation area 5 for accommodating the user's nipple and the sensitive area around it is formed in an openwork shape, and the nipple accommodation area 5 and the sweat discharge ventilation passage 4 are in communication with each other. Each adhesive sheet is attached to the inner surface 12 of the cup body, and a sweat-draining ventilation passage 4 is provided between two adjacent adhesive sheets, ensuring they are at an appropriate distance from each other. Furthermore, a nipple-receiving area 5 is provided in the middle of the inner surface 12 of the cup body, further ensuring they are at an appropriate distance from each other. This non-single-layer adhesive structure is less prone to wrinkling during use compared to a single-layer adhesive layer. Because the inner surface 12 of the cup body is not adhesive, when the breast patch is attached to the user's chest, the inner surface 12 of the cup body does not adhere to the user's nipple and surrounding sensitive areas. At the same time, because there is no adhesive layer 2 in the nipple-receiving area 5, the adhesive layer 2 can avoid adhering to the user's nipple and surrounding sensitive areas, meaning that damage to the nipple and surrounding sensitive areas when tearing off the adhesive layer 2 can be avoided or reduced, making the use more comfortable and safe.
[0026] In this embodiment, in the direction shown in Figure 2, the sweat-discharge ventilation passage 4 includes a passage opening 401 and a passage body 402. When in use, preferably, the passage opening 401 at one end of the sweat-discharge ventilation passage 4 faces upward and the passage opening 401 at the other end faces downward so that the sweat discharged by the user can flow down naturally and be easily discharged. In addition, to facilitate sweat discharge and ventilation, the width of the passage openings 401 at both ends of the sweat-discharge ventilation passage 4 is made larger than the width d (shown in Figure 8) of the passage body 402. The nipple-retaining area 5 is approximately circular or elliptical in shape, and it is understood that the shape of the nipple-retaining area 5 is not limited to this and can be set to other different shapes as needed.
[0027] As shown in Figure 9, the adhesive layer 2 can employ a flexible double-sided adhesive structure comprising an intermediate layer 203, a cup-shaped adhesive layer 201 attached to one side of the intermediate layer 203, and a skin-adhesive adhesive layer 202 attached to the other side of the intermediate layer 203. The intermediate layer 203, as a base material, has a certain degree of flexibility, waterproofness, and breathability, and the intermediate layer, the cup-shaped adhesive layer 201 attached to both sides thereof, and the skin-adhesive adhesive layer 202 are integrally formed and have an appropriate thickness. The intermediate layer 203 is an elastic membrane material layer selected from a TPU layer, a TPR layer (TPR paste), a PTE layer (PTE paste), and a silicone rubber film. Preferably, the elastic membrane material layer is a TPU layer, and the TPU adhesive can bond various materials. The cup body adhesive layer 201 is for attachment to the cup body 1, and specifically, the cup body adhesive layer 201 is attached to the inner surface 12 of the cup body and is resistant to tearing. The cup body adhesive layer 201 can be a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer can be made using materials such as organic silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive, acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive, heat-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive, or acrylic adhesive. The cup body adhesive layer 201 has good tackiness and peel strength so that it is attached to the inner surface 12 of the cup body and is resistant to detachment or displacement. The skin-adhesive layer 202 is attached to the other side of the intermediate layer 203, and the skin-adhesive layer 202 is made using an environmentally friendly adhesive material, has a skin-friendly effect, and is used to attach the breast patch to the user's skin. Preferably, the skin-adhesive layer 202 can be made using a silicone gel material such as platinum-addition type silicone gel or condensation-curing type silicone gel. The tackiness of the cup body adhesive layer 201 is greater than that of the skin-adhesive layer 202, such that the adhesive force between the cup body adhesive layer 201 and the inner surface 12 of the cup body is greater than the adhesive force between the skin-adhesive layer 202 and the user's skin.
[0028] As shown in Figure 10, the adhesive layer 2 employs another double-sided adhesive structure in which one cup body adhesive layer 201 and one skin adhesive layer 202 are bonded to each other. That is, this structure is a double-sided adhesive structure with the intermediate layer 203 removed, and the cup body adhesive layer 201 is directly bonded to the skin adhesive layer 202 to form an integral structure, has an appropriate thickness, and is bonded to the cup body 1 using the cup body adhesive layer 201 and removably bonded to the protective layer 3 using the skin adhesive layer 202.
[0029] By ensuring that the outer edge of the adhesive layer 2 is at an appropriate distance d1 from the outer edge of the cup body 1, and that the dimensions of the adhesive layer 2 are slightly smaller than the dimensions of the cup body 1, it is possible to prevent the outer edge of the adhesive layer 2 from protruding beyond the outer edge of the cup body 1, thereby preventing dust and impurities from adhering to the outer edge of the adhesive layer 2 and affecting its service life. Furthermore, any adhering dust and impurities will also contaminate the adhesive layer, resulting in an unsightly appearance.
[0030] Each of the N layers of protective layer 3 is the same, and each protective layer 3 is removably attached to the corresponding adhesive layer 2 of each layer in order to protect the adhesive layer 2 of each layer. The protective layer 3 of the Nth layer is attached to the adhesive layer 2 of the Nth layer to protect the adhesive layer 2 of the Nth layer, and each of the other N-1 layers of protective layer 3 is used to protect the corresponding adhesive layer 2 as well as to support the next adhesive layer 2. For example, the protective layer 3 of the first layer is used to protect the adhesive layer 2 of the first layer as well as to support the adhesive layer 2 of the second layer. In this case, one side of the protective layer 3 of the first layer is removably attached to the skin adhesive layer 202 of the adhesive layer 2 of the first layer in order to protect the adhesive layer 2 of the first layer, while the other side of the protective layer 3 of the first layer is attached to the skin adhesive layer 202 of the adhesive layer 2 of the second layer in order to support the adhesive layer 2 of the second layer. Since the adhesive strength of the cup body adhesive layer 201 is greater than that of the skin-adhesive layer 202, the adhesive force between the first protective layer 3 and the second adhesive layer 2 is greater than the adhesive force between the second protective layer 3 and the second adhesive layer 2, resulting in a firmer and more tear-resistant bond between the first protective layer 3 and the second adhesive layer 2. The reason why the adhesive force between the second adhesive layer 2 and the first protective layer 3 is greater than the adhesive force between the second adhesive layer 2 and the user's chest skin is that when using the second adhesive layer 2, the second adhesive layer 2 and the first protective layer 3 as a whole are attached to the first adhesive layer 2, meaning that the second adhesive layer 2 is indirectly attached to the inner surface 12 of the cup body via the first adhesive layer 2, and does not easily detach from the inner surface 12 of the cup body. By analogy, the adhesive force between the Nth layer adhesive layer 2 and the N-1th layer protective layer 3 is greater than the adhesive force between the Nth layer adhesive layer 2 and the user's chest skin. When the user attaches or detaches the chest patch with the Nth layer adhesive layer 2, the Nth layer adhesive layer 2 and the N-1th layer protective layer 3 as a whole are attached to the N-1th layer adhesive layer 2. In other words, the Nth layer adhesive layer 2 is indirectly attached to the inner surface 12 of the cup body via the N-1th layer adhesive layer 2, and does not easily detach from the inner surface 12 of the cup body.
[0031] When using the chest patch for the first time, tear the protective layer 3 of the Nth layer from the adhesive layer 2 of the Nth layer, and the chest patch can be attached to the user's chest using the adhesive properties of the adhesive layer 2 of the Nth layer. When the chest patch is not in use, the protective layer 3 of the Nth layer can be attached to the adhesive layer 2 of the Nth layer to protect the adhesive surface of the adhesive layer 2 from contamination and damage. The use of the protective layer 3 also extends the adhesive properties of the adhesive layer 2 surface, allowing for more uses and a longer lifespan. After using the chest patch, clean the surface of the adhesive layer 2, and then attach the protective layer 3 to the adhesive layer 2 to protect it. After the adhesive lifespan of the first layer (layer N) adhesive layer 2 is reached or the adhesiveness is lost, the breast patch cup body 1 can be used repeatedly, and the lifespan of the cup body 1 is much longer than that of the adhesive layer 2. Therefore, the user can tear off the adhesive layer 2 of layer N and continue to use the adjacent adhesive layer 2, which is the N-1 layer adhesive layer, and continue using the breast patch until the lifespan of the first layer adhesive layer 2 is reached. The protective layer 3 of layer N-1 supports the adhesive layer 2 of layer N and adheres firmly to it, making it difficult to tear. Therefore, to tear off the adhesive layer 2 of layer N, the protective layer 3 of layer N-1 can be directly torn, which will also tear off the adhesive layer 2 of layer N.
[0032] In this embodiment, the breast patch has N layers of adhesive 2 on the inner surface 12 of the cup body. Theoretically, its number of uses is N times that of a breast patch with only one layer of adhesive 2, saving a large amount of resources and reducing the user's usage cost. Furthermore, unlike the prior art which requires the user to replace the adhesive layer themselves, the user of the breast patch in this embodiment does not need to replace the adhesive layer themselves. The user simply tears off the adhesive layer that has reached its usage limit to expose the next adhesive layer, and can continue to use the breast patch by utilizing the adhesive properties of the next layer. This eliminates the problem of difficulty in correctly aligning the adhesive layer with the inner surface of the cup when replacing the adhesive layer themselves, and also eliminates the problem of wrinkles easily forming due to improper alignment of the adhesive layer. Because the user does not need to replace the adhesive layer themselves, the breast patch in this embodiment is convenient to use and saves time and effort.
[0033] The protective layer 3 in this embodiment is a sheet-like structure that conforms to the shape and dimensions of the adhesive layer 2 and has appropriate thickness and flexibility. The protective layer 3 is made of a release film, the outer edge of the protective layer 3 is at an appropriate distance d2 from the outer edge of the cup body 1, the dimensions of the protective layer 3 are the same as or slightly smaller than the dimensions of the cup body 1, and the dimensions of the protective layer 3 are greater than or equal to the dimensions of the adhesive layer 2 so that the protective layer 3 can completely cover and protect the adhesive layer 2. The protective layer 3 includes two protective sheets, a first protective sheet 31 and a second protective sheet 32, the shape and dimensions of the first protective sheet 31 conform to the shape and dimensions of the first adhesive sheet 21 and are attached to the first adhesive sheet 21, and the shape and dimensions of the second protective sheet 32 conform to the shape and dimensions of the second adhesive sheet 22 and are attached to the second adhesive sheet 22.
[0034] As shown in Figure 12, the first adhesive sheet 21 or the second adhesive sheet 22 of the adhesive layer 2 is divided into two adhesive sheets compared to the single adhesive sheet of the prior art, and a sweat-draining ventilation passage and a nipple-accommodating area are provided, so the probability of wrinkles occurring during use is greatly reduced. However, considering that the first adhesive sheet 21 or the second adhesive sheet 22 itself has a bend portion, a longitudinal portion or a wide portion, and the inner surface 12 of the cup body is an inwardly concave surface, several first wrinkle-preventing notches 29 are provided in the bend portion or wide portion of the first adhesive sheet 21 or the second adhesive sheet 22 in order to further prevent or reduce the occurrence of wrinkles in the bend portion or wide portion of the first adhesive sheet 21 or the second adhesive sheet 22 during use, so that the probability of wrinkles occurring in the adhesive layer 2, especially in its bend portion or wide portion, during use is further reduced. Preferably, the shape of the first wrinkle-preventing notches 29 is V-shaped, U-shaped, or arc-shaped. Since each protective layer 3 conforms to the shape and dimensions of the adhesive layer 2 of each layer, specifically, the first protective sheet 31 and the second protective sheet 32 conform to the shape and dimensions of the first adhesive sheet 21 and the second adhesive sheet 22, respectively, and correspondingly, it is understood that several second wrinkle-preventing notches 39 are provided at positions corresponding to the first adhesive sheet 21 and the second adhesive sheet 22 in the bent or wide portions of the first protective sheet 31 and the second protective sheet 32. Preferably, the second wrinkle-preventing notches 39 are the same as the first wrinkle-preventing notches 29, and their shape is V-shaped, U-shaped, or arc-shaped.
[0035] As shown in Figure 12, since the adhesive layer 2 of each layer is adhesive, a tear-off assist part 9 can be fixed in advance to the upper edge of the adhesive layer and / or protective layer of each layer so that the user can easily tear off the adhesive layer 2 after the number of uses of the adhesive layer 2 has reached its limit or the adhesiveness has worn off. When in use, the user can use this tear-off assist part 9 to easily tear off the adhesive layer 2 and / or protective layer 3 that they wish to tear.
[0036] Since adhesive layers in the prior art are generally single-layer and have the same adhesive properties, the adhesive layer 2 of this embodiment may include two adhesive sheets, and the adhesive properties of these two adhesive sheets may, of course, also be the same. Considering that the size and shape of the chests of different users differ, it is necessary to adapt and suit the different adhesive strength needs of different users. For example, some users may want a relatively good chest cohesive effect after wearing the chest patch, others may want the chest patch to provide appropriate tensile or adhesive force to the chest area, and still others may want the chest patch to have a good effect of lifting the chest or preventing sagging. Therefore, as shown in Figure 11, the cup body 1 of this invention is further provided with a non-adhesive area, a first adhesive area, and a second adhesive area, and there is a difference in the strength of the adhesiveness between the first adhesive area and the second adhesive area. For example, if the adhesiveness of the first adhesive area is strong, the adhesiveness of the second adhesive area is weak, in which case the adhesiveness of the first adhesive area is stronger than that of the second adhesive area. Conversely, if the adhesiveness of the first adhesive area is weak, the adhesiveness of the second adhesive area is strong, in which case the adhesiveness of the first adhesive area is weaker than that of the second adhesive area. The setting of different levels of adhesiveness between the first and second adhesive areas provides the user with the option of selecting at least two levels of adhesiveness or two levels of adhesion. As shown in Figure 11, the first adhesive zone and the second adhesive zone are provided in the corresponding areas of the adhesive sheet of the adhesive layer 2, specifically the skin-adhesive adhesive layer 202 of the adhesive sheet. When manufacturing the breast patch, the strength of the adhesive in these corresponding areas of the skin-adhesive adhesive layer 202 is predetermined as needed. One of the first and second adhesive zones is a weakly adhesive zone, but the adhesiveness of the weakly adhesive zone is still satisfactory for multiple applications to the chest. The area within the nipple-retaining zone 5 and the area within the sweat-draining ventilation passage 4 are non-adhesive zones because the inner surface 12 of the cup itself is not adhesive. In this embodiment, each of the adhesive layers 2 includes a first adhesive sheet 21 and a second adhesive sheet 22. If the first adhesive sheet 21 is the first adhesive zone, then the second adhesive sheet 22 is the second adhesive zone, or if the first adhesive sheet 21 is the second adhesive zone, then the second adhesive sheet 22 is the first adhesive zone. By dividing the area within the cup body 1 and, as needed, distinguishing between a first adhesive area and a second adhesive area with different levels of adhesive strength, the adhesive force on the chest of the relatively strong adhesive area differs from that of the relatively weak adhesive area. This allows for differentiated and varying levels of adhesive force to be applied to different areas of the user's chest, thereby placing the chest under the influence of different adhesive forces. In this embodiment, the chest patch provides appropriate tensile and adhesive forces to different parts of the user's chest when in use, resulting in a good effect of chest aggregation after wearing the chest patch. Furthermore, the chest patch has the good effect of lifting the chest or preventing chest sagging.
[0037] In this embodiment, preferably as shown in Figure 8, the length H of the cup body 1 is 14.5 cm, the width W of the cup body 1 is 11 cm, the distance d1 of the outer edge of the adhesive layer 2 from the outer edge of the cup body 1 is 0.25 cm, correspondingly, the distance d2 of the outer edge of the protective layer 3 from the outer edge of the cup body 1 is 0 to 0.25 cm, and the width d of the passage body of the sweat-draining ventilation passage 4 is 1 cm. More preferably, the shape of the nipple-receiving area 5 is elliptical, with the major axis a of the elliptical nipple-receiving area 5 being 7 cm and the minor axis b being 4 cm. Of course, the dimensions of the breast patch and its various components and functional areas can be adjusted as needed and are not limited thereto. For convenience of explanation, N in this embodiment is 2, and the cup body 1 is provided with two layers of adhesive layer 2 and two layers of protective layer 3. Preferably, N is an integer between 3 and 10.
[0038] 2. A second embodiment of the present invention Referring to Figures 13 to 15, the second embodiment of the present invention is basically the same as the first embodiment and also includes a cup body 1, an N-layer adhesive layer 2', and an N-layer protective layer 3'. The main difference is that each layer's adhesive layer 2' includes three adhesive sheets, a first adhesive sheet 21', a second adhesive sheet 22', and a third adhesive sheet 23'. The first adhesive sheet 21' and the second adhesive sheet 22' are separated by an appropriate distance to form a sweat-draining ventilation passage 4' for draining sweat and allowing ventilation, the second adhesive sheet 22' and the third adhesive sheet 23' are separated by an appropriate distance to form a sweat-draining ventilation passage 4' for draining sweat and allowing ventilation, and the third adhesive sheet 23' and the first adhesive sheet 21' are separated by an appropriate distance to form a sweat-draining ventilation passage 4' for draining sweat and allowing ventilation. In this embodiment, the first adhesive sheet 21' is attached to the left side of the inner surface 12 of the cup body, the second adhesive sheet 22' is attached to the upper right side of the inner surface 12 of the cup body, and the third adhesive sheet 23' is attached to the lower right side of the inner surface 12 of the cup body. Of course, the positions of the first adhesive sheet 21', the second adhesive sheet 22', and the third adhesive sheet 23' are not limited to these positions, and their positions can be changed and their shapes adaptively modified as needed. For example, the first adhesive sheet 21' may be placed on the right side of the inner surface 12 of the cup body, the second adhesive sheet 22' may be located on the upper left side of the inner surface 12 of the cup body, and the third adhesive sheet 23' may be located on the lower left side of the inner surface 12 of the cup body. Their shapes can be adaptively modified.
[0039] The first adhesive sheet 21', the second adhesive sheet 22', and the third adhesive sheet 23' form a surrounding area in the middle of the inner surface 12 of the cup body. In the middle of the surrounding area, a nipple accommodation area 5' is formed as a cutout for accommodating the user's nipple and the sensitive area around it, and the nipple accommodation area 5' and each sweat-draining ventilation passage 4' are in communication with each other.
[0040] In this embodiment, each protective layer 3' of each layer conforms to the shape and dimensions of the adhesive layer 2' of each layer and includes three protective sheets, including a first protective sheet 31', a second protective sheet 32', and a third protective sheet 33'. Specifically, the shape and dimensions of the first protective sheet 31' conform to the shape and dimensions of the first adhesive sheet 21' and are attached to the first adhesive sheet 21'; the shape and dimensions of the second protective sheet 32' conform to the shape and dimensions of the second adhesive sheet 22' and are attached to the second adhesive sheet 22'; and the shape and dimensions of the third protective sheet 33' conform to the shape and dimensions of the third adhesive sheet 23' and are attached to the third adhesive sheet 23'.
[0041] In this embodiment, as shown in Figure 19, a non-adhesive area, a first adhesive area, a second adhesive area may be provided within the cup body 1 as needed, and a third adhesive area may also be provided. The adhesiveness of the three adhesive areas, the first adhesive area, the second adhesive area, and the third adhesive area, are all different, and there are differences in the strength of the adhesiveness of the three adhesive areas. In this case, the provision of the third adhesive area is based on the selection of two different adhesive needs from the first adhesive area and the second adhesive area, providing the user with a total of three adhesiveness levels or, in the most case, three adhesive strength levels to choose from. The area within the nipple-retaining area 5' and the area within the sweat-draining ventilation passage 4' are non-adhesive areas because the inner surface 12 of the cup body itself is not adhesive. The strength of the three adhesive areas is relative and depends on comparing any two of the three adhesive areas, but the one adhesive area with the weakest adhesive strength among the three still provides satisfactory adhesion for multiple applications to the chest. In this embodiment, each layer of adhesive layer 2' includes a first adhesive sheet 21', a second adhesive sheet 22', and a third adhesive sheet 23', so the first, second, and third adhesive areas can be installed as needed by adjusting their fit between the three adhesive sheets 21', 22', and 23', and any of the adhesive sheets can be installed as the first, second, or third adhesive area as needed, but the three adhesive sheets have at least two adhesive areas of varying strengths, or the three adhesive sheets have at least two types of adhesiveness of varying strengths. For example, the first adhesive sheet 21' may be a second adhesive zone, the second adhesive sheet 22' may be a first adhesive zone, and the third adhesive sheet 23' may be a first or third adhesive zone; or the first adhesive sheet 21' may be a second adhesive zone, the second adhesive sheet 22' may be a third adhesive zone, and the third adhesive sheet 23' may be a first adhesive zone; or the first adhesive sheet 21' may be a second adhesive zone, the second adhesive sheet 22' may be a third adhesive zone, and the third adhesive sheet 23' may be a first adhesive zone.Of course, the setting of the first adhesive zone, second adhesive zone, and third adhesive zone is not limited to this, but the three adhesive sheets have at least two adhesive zones or at least two types of adhesiveness, and a maximum of three adhesive zones or a maximum of three types of adhesiveness. When the three adhesive zones, the first adhesive zone, the second adhesive zone, and the third adhesive zone, are simultaneously provided within the cup body 1, the first adhesive sheet 21', the second adhesive sheet 22', and the third adhesive sheet 23' correspond to the first adhesive zone, the second adhesive zone, and the third adhesive zone, respectively. By dividing the area within the cup body 1 and, as needed, establishing a first adhesive zone, a second adhesive zone, and a third adhesive zone with varying levels of adhesive strength, the adhesive force applied to the chest by the relatively strong adhesive zone differs from that applied by the relatively weak adhesive zone. This allows for differentiated and varying levels of adhesive force to be applied to different areas of the user's chest, thereby placing the chest under the influence of different adhesive forces. As a result, the chest protector in this embodiment provides appropriate tensile and adhesive forces to specific areas of the user's chest during use, resulting in a good effect of chest aggregation after wearing the chest protector. Furthermore, the chest protector has the added benefit of lifting the chest or preventing chest sagging.
[0042] The parts related to the aforementioned differences can be adjusted for conformity as needed, and all parts that do not require conformity adjustment or are not otherwise described are the same as in the first embodiment and will not be explained further.
[0043] III. A third embodiment of the present invention Regarding the third embodiment of the present invention, referring to Figures 16 to 18, the third embodiment is basically the same as the first embodiment and also includes a cup body 1, an N-layer adhesive layer 2", and an N-layer protective layer 3". The main difference is that each layer adhesive layer 2" includes four adhesive sheets, including a first adhesive sheet 21", a second adhesive sheet 22", a third adhesive sheet 23", and a fourth adhesive sheet 24", and a sweat drainage ventilation passage 4" is formed between the first adhesive sheet 21" and the second adhesive sheet 22" at an appropriate distance to allow sweat to drain and ventilation, a sweat drainage ventilation passage 4" is also formed between the second adhesive sheet 22" and the third adhesive sheet 23", and a sweat drainage ventilation passage 4" is also formed between the third adhesive sheet 23" and the fourth adhesive sheet 24", and A suitable distance is also provided between the 4th adhesive sheet 24" and the 1st adhesive sheet 21", forming a sweat-draining ventilation passage 4" for draining sweat and allowing ventilation. In this embodiment, the 1st adhesive sheet 21" is attached to the left side of the inner surface 12 of the cup body, the 2nd adhesive sheet 22" is attached to the upper side of the inner surface 12 of the cup body, the 3rd adhesive sheet 23" is attached to the right side of the inner surface 12 of the cup body, and the 4th adhesive sheet 24" is attached to the lower side of the inner surface 12 of the cup body. Of course, the position and shape of the 1st adhesive sheet 21", the 2nd adhesive sheet 22", the 3rd adhesive sheet 23", and the 4th adhesive sheet 24" are not limited to these, and their position and shape can be adjusted as needed.
[0044] The first adhesive sheet 21”, the second adhesive sheet 22”, the third adhesive sheet 23”, and the fourth adhesive sheet 24”, form a surrounding state in the middle of the inner surface 12 of the cup body, and a nipple accommodation area 5”, for accommodating the user's nipple and the surrounding sensitive area, is formed in a perforated manner in the middle of the surrounding area, and the nipple accommodation area 5”, and each sweat drainage ventilation passage 4”, are in communication with each other.
[0045] Each protective layer 3" of this embodiment conforms to the shape and dimensions of the adhesive layer 2" of each layer and includes four protective sheets, including a first protective sheet 31", a second protective sheet 32", a third protective sheet 33", and a fourth protective sheet 34". Specifically, the shape and dimensions of the first protective sheet 31" conform to the shape and dimensions of the first adhesive sheet 21" and are attached to the first adhesive sheet 21", the shape and dimensions of the second protective sheet 32" conform to the shape and dimensions of the second adhesive sheet 22" and are attached to the second adhesive sheet 22", the shape and dimensions of the third protective sheet 33" conform to the shape and dimensions of the third adhesive sheet 23" and are attached to the third adhesive sheet 23'", and the shape and dimensions of the fourth protective sheet 34" conform to the shape and dimensions of the fourth adhesive sheet 24" and are attached to the fourth adhesive sheet 24".
[0046] In this embodiment, as shown in Figure 20, a non-adhesive area, a first adhesive area, a second adhesive area may be provided within the cup body 1 as needed, and a third adhesive area may also be provided. Details of the three adhesive areas, the first adhesive area, the second adhesive area, and the third adhesive area, will be described in detail in the second embodiment and will not be explained further here. The area within the nipple-retaining area 5" and the area within the sweat-discharge ventilation passage 4" are considered non-adhesive areas because the inner surface 12 of the cup body itself is not adhesive. In this embodiment, the adhesive layer 2" includes a first adhesive sheet 21", a second adhesive sheet 22", a third adhesive sheet 23", and a fourth adhesive sheet 24", respectively. Therefore, the first adhesive zone, second adhesive zone, and third adhesive zone can be installed as needed by adjusting the fit between the four adhesive sheets 21", 22", 23", and 24", and any of the adhesive sheets can be installed as the first, second, or third adhesive zone as needed. For example, the first adhesive sheet 21" can be the second adhesive zone, the second adhesive sheet 22" can be the first adhesive zone, the third adhesive sheet 23" can be the first or third adhesive zone, and the fourth adhesive sheet 24" can be the second or third adhesive zone. The first adhesive sheet 21" is designated as a third adhesive zone, the second adhesive sheet 22" is designated as a second adhesive zone, the third adhesive sheet 23" is designated as a first adhesive zone, and the fourth adhesive sheet 24" is designated as a first adhesive zone, or the first adhesive sheet 21" is designated as a first adhesive zone, the second adhesive sheet 22" is designated as a first adhesive zone, the third adhesive sheet 23" is designated as a third or second adhesive zone, and the fourth adhesive sheet 24" is designated as a third or second adhesive zone. Of course, the setting of the first, second, and third adhesive zones is not limited to these, but the four adhesive sheets are provided with at least two adhesive zones or have at least two types of adhesiveness, and a maximum of three adhesive zones or have a maximum of three types of adhesiveness.By dividing the area within the cup body 1 and, as needed, establishing a first adhesive zone, a second adhesive zone, and a third adhesive zone with varying levels of adhesive strength, the adhesive force applied to the chest by the relatively strong adhesive zone differs from that applied by the relatively weak adhesive zone.
[0047] As an alternative to this embodiment, without considering the extent of the manufacturing process, the adhesive layer 2" includes four adhesive sheets, and within the cup body 1, at least two of the four adhesive zones—a first adhesive zone, a second adhesive zone, a third adhesive zone, and a fourth adhesive zone—may be provided as needed. The adhesive properties of the first, second, third, and fourth adhesive zones are different, and their adhesive strengths differ. Each adhesive sheet can be any of the first, second, third, or fourth adhesive zones as needed. The four adhesive sheets will have at least two adhesive zones, or at least two types of adhesiveness, and a maximum of four adhesive zones, or a maximum of four types of adhesiveness. In other words, a total of four types of adhesiveness or the most... The user is offered the option to select from four different levels of adhesive strength. Users can combine four adhesive sheets with two, three, or even four levels of adhesive strength in a single chest patch to suit the different adhesive strength needs of different users. When four adhesive zones—a first adhesive zone, a second adhesive zone, a third adhesive zone, and a fourth adhesive zone—are simultaneously provided within the cup body 1, the first, second, third, and fourth adhesive layers correspond to the first, second, third, and fourth adhesive zones, respectively. The strength of the four adhesive zones is relative and depends on comparing any two of them, but the weakest adhesive zone among the four still provides satisfactory adhesion for multiple applications to the chest.
[0048] The parts related to the aforementioned differences can be adjusted for conformity as needed, and all other parts that do not require conformity adjustment or are not described are the same as in the second embodiment and will not be explained further.
[0049] IV. A fourth embodiment of the present invention Referring to Figures 21 to 24, the fourth embodiment of the present invention also includes a pair of symmetrically arranged cups and a connecting device 7 located in the middle of the pair of cups for connecting them. Each cup also includes a cup body 1, and the inner surface 12 of the cup body 1 is also provided with an N-layer adhesive layer 2A and an N-layer protective layer 3A. The N-layer adhesive layer 2A and the N-layer protective layer 3A are integrally formed and are provided at the outer edge of the inner surface 12 of the cup body. Each layer of adhesive layer 2A is the same, each layer of protective layer 3A is the same, and the shape of the protective layer 3A conforms to the shape of the adhesive layer 2A. For convenience of explanation, in this embodiment N is 3, and the cup body 1 is provided with 3 layers of adhesive layer 2A and 3 layers of protective layer 3A.
[0050] In this embodiment, each layer of adhesive layer 2A is elongated, and each layer of protective layer 3A conforms to the shape and dimensions of each layer of adhesive layer 2A. Therefore, each layer of protective layer 3A is elongated and is attached to the adhesive layer 2A. The outer edge of the protective layer 3A is at an appropriate distance d2 from the outer edge of the cup body 1. The dimensions of the protective layer 3A are greater than or equal to the dimensions of the adhesive layer 2A so that the protective layer 3A can completely cover the adhesive layer 2A in order to protect it. In this embodiment, the dimensions of the protective layer 3A are equal to the dimensions of the adhesive layer 2A, and the protective layer 3A is a sheet-like structure with appropriate thickness and flexibility.
[0051] Each adhesive layer 2A and protective layer 3A extends along the outer edge of the inner surface of the cup, surrounding a nipple-receiving area 5A for accommodating the user's nipple and surrounding sensitive areas. An opening is left at one end of the surrounding area to form a sweat-draining ventilation passage 4A. One end of the sweat-draining ventilation passage 4A communicates with the nipple-receiving area 5A, and the other end extends to the outer edge of the cup body 1 and communicates with the outside of the cup body 1. The adhesive layer 2A and protective layer 3A of the N layer are integrally formed, and both extend along the outer edge of the inner surface of the cup, surrounding a nipple-receiving area 5A for accommodating the user's nipple and surrounding sensitive areas. An opening is left at one end of the surrounding area to form a sweat-draining ventilation passage 4A, one end of which communicates with the nipple-receiving area 5A, and the other end which extends to the outer edge of the cup body 1 and communicates with the outside of the cup body 1. This provides the cup body 1 with good breathability. The overall shape of the adhesive layer 2A and protective layer 3A of the N layer is also elongated, and both have appropriate width and length.
[0052] As shown in Figure 24, the adhesive layer 2A has an elongated overall shape with appropriate length and width, and is therefore a long, non-single-piece structure compared to the single-piece adhesive sheet of the prior art. Furthermore, the adhesive layer 2A surrounds the sweat-discharge ventilation passage 4A and the nipple-retaining area 5A, significantly reducing the probability of wrinkles occurring during use. To prevent or further reduce wrinkles from occurring in the adhesive layer, especially in the bent or wide parts of the adhesive layer, several first wrinkle-preventing notches 29 are pre-formed in the bent or wide parts of the adhesive layer 2A, thereby significantly reducing the probability of wrinkles occurring in the adhesive layer, especially in its bent parts, during use. Preferably, the shape of the first wrinkle-preventing notches 29 is V-shaped, U-shaped, or arc-shaped. Since the protective layer 3A of each layer conforms to the shape and dimensions of the adhesive layer 2A of each layer, it is understood that, correspondingly, several second wrinkle-preventing notches 39 are provided in the bent or wide portions of the protective layer 3A, corresponding to the positions of the adhesive layer 2A. Preferably, the second wrinkle-preventing notches 39 are the same as the first wrinkle-preventing notches 29, and their shape is V-shaped, U-shaped, or arc-shaped.
[0053] As shown in Figure 24, since the adhesive layer 2A itself is adhesive, a tear-off assist portion 9 can be pre-provided on the upper edge of the protective layer 3A to allow the user to easily tear off the adhesive layer 2A after the number of uses of the adhesive layer 2A has reached its limit or the adhesiveness has worn off. When in use, the user can easily tear off the protective layer 3A using this tear-off assist portion 9, and incidentally, the adhesive layer 2A attached to the protective layer 3A can also be torn off.
[0054] In this embodiment, as shown in Figure 22, the adhesive layer 2A of each layer has the same shape as the protective layer 3A of each layer, forming a U-shape. The width d3 of the adhesive layer 2A is 2.75 cm, the distance d1 from the outer edge of the adhesive layer 2A to the outer edge of the cup body 1 is 0.25 cm, and the distance d2 from the outer edge of the protective layer 3A to the outer edge of the cup body 1 is 0.25 cm.
[0055] The parts related to the aforementioned differences can be adjusted for conformity as needed, and all parts that do not require conformity adjustment or are not otherwise described are the same as in the first embodiment and will not be explained further.
[0056] V. A fifth embodiment of the present invention Referring to Figure 25, the fifth embodiment of the present invention is basically the same as the fourth embodiment. The fifth embodiment also includes a pair of cups arranged symmetrically and a connecting device 7 located in the middle of the pair of cups for connecting them. Each cup also includes a cup body 1, and the inner surface 12 of the cup body 1 is also provided with an N-layer adhesive layer 2B and an N-layer protective layer 3B. The N-layer adhesive layer 2B and the N-layer protective layer 3B are integrally formed and are provided at the outer edge of the inner surface 12 of the cup body. The adhesive layer 2B of each layer is the same, the protective layer 3B of each layer is the same, and the shape of the protective layer 3B of each layer conforms to the shape of the adhesive layer 2B of each layer. Each adhesive layer 2B in this embodiment includes two adhesive sheets, as shown in Figure 25. Specifically, each adhesive layer 2B includes a first adhesive sheet 21B and a second adhesive sheet 22B. The first adhesive sheet 21B and the second adhesive sheet 22B are located on the upper and lower sides of the inner surface 12 of the cup body, respectively, and are spaced appropriately apart to form a sweat-draining ventilation passage 4B for draining sweat and allowing air to circulate. Between the first adhesive sheet 21B and the second adhesive sheet 22B, the middle of the inner surface 12 of the cup body is enclosed. In the middle of the enclosed area, a nipple-accommodating section 5B is formed as a cutout to accommodate the user's nipple and the surrounding sensitive area. The nipple-accommodating section 5B and the sweat-draining ventilation passage 4B are in communication with each other. The overall shape of both the adhesive layer 2B and the protective layer 3B is elongated, and both the adhesive layer 2A and the protective layer 3A have appropriate widths and lengths.
[0057] In this embodiment, each protective layer 3B conforms to the shape and dimensions of the adhesive layer 2B of each layer, and each protective layer 3 includes two protective sheets, a first protective sheet 31B and a second protective sheet 32B. The shape and dimensions of the first protective sheet 31B conform to the shape and dimensions of the first adhesive sheet 21B and are attached to the first adhesive sheet 21B, and the shape and dimensions of the second protective sheet 32B conform to the shape and dimensions of the second adhesive sheet 22B and are attached to the second adhesive sheet 22B. The outer edge of the protective layer 3B is at an appropriate distance d2 from the outer edge of the cup body 1, and the dimensions of the protective layer 3B are greater than or equal to the dimensions of the adhesive layer 2B so that the protective layer 3B can completely cover the adhesive layer 2B to protect the adhesive layer 2B, and the protective layer 3B is a sheet-like structure with appropriate thickness and flexibility.
[0058] The overall shape of the adhesive layer 2B is elongated and has appropriate length and width, thus it has an elongated non-single-piece structure compared to the single-piece adhesive sheet of the prior art. Alternatively, the first adhesive sheet 21B or the second adhesive sheet 22B of the adhesive layer 2B is divided into two adhesive sheets, compared to the single-piece adhesive sheet of the prior art. Furthermore, the adhesive layer 2B surrounds the sweat-discharge ventilation passage 4B and the nipple-retaining area 5B, and several first wrinkle-preventing notches 29 are pre-formed in the bent or wide parts of the adhesive layer 2B to prevent or further reduce the occurrence of wrinkles in the adhesive layer, especially in its bent or wide parts, during use. In this way, the probability of wrinkles occurring in the adhesive layer, especially in its bent parts, during use is greatly reduced. Preferably, the shape of the first wrinkle-preventing notches 29 is V-shaped, U-shaped, or arc-shaped. Since the protective layer 3B of each layer conforms to the shape and dimensions of the adhesive layer 2B of each layer, it is understood that, correspondingly, several second wrinkle-preventing notches 39 are provided in the bent or wide portions of the protective layer 3B, corresponding to the positions of the adhesive layer 2B. Preferably, the second wrinkle-preventing notches 39 are the same as the first wrinkle-preventing notches 29, and their shape is V-shaped, U-shaped, or arc-shaped.
[0059] Since the adhesive layer 2B itself is adhesive, a tear-off aid 9 can be pre-provided on the upper edge of the protective layer 3B to allow the user to easily tear off the adhesive layer 2B after it has reached its maximum number of uses or has lost its adhesiveness. When in use, the user can easily tear off the protective layer 3B using this tear-off aid 9, and incidentally, the adhesive layer 2B attached to the protective layer 3B can also be torn off.
[0060] Each adhesive layer 2B includes a first adhesive sheet 21B and a second adhesive sheet 22B. Therefore, the first adhesive sheet 21B and the second adhesive sheet 22B can be designated as a first adhesive zone and a second adhesive zone, respectively. The adhesive strength of these first and second adhesive zones differs; please refer to the first embodiment for details, and no further explanation will be given here.
[0061] Each adhesive layer 2B includes a first adhesive sheet 21B and a second adhesive sheet 22B. In another embodiment of this design, the first adhesive sheet 21B and the second adhesive sheet 22B may be located on the left and right sides of the inner surface 12 of the cup body, respectively. In this case, the design is essentially the same as the first embodiment, and the fit can be adjusted as needed. For details, please refer to the first embodiment, which will not be explained further here.
[0062] In this embodiment, it is preferable that the adhesive layer 2B and the protective layer 3B of each layer are the same U-shape, the width d3 of the adhesive layer 2B is 2.75 cm, the distance d1 between the outer edge of the adhesive layer 2B and the outer edge of the cup body 1 is 0.25 cm, and the distance d2 between the outer edge of the protective layer 3B and the outer edge of the cup body 1 is 0.25 cm.
[0063] The parts related to the aforementioned differences can be adjusted for conformity as needed, and all other parts that do not require conformity adjustment or are not described are the same as in the first and fourth embodiments and will not be explained further.
[0064] There are many other ways to form new embodiments and new constituent features based on the changes in switching, combinations, and adaptability between the embodiments described above and between the constituent features described in each embodiment, and these will not be described further.
