Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The invention relates to a device for transmitting torque between a drive unit and a rotating component of a spinning machine, to a drive device for a spinning machine and to a spinning machine equipped with a device for transmitting torque.

[0002] Spinning machines, and in particular ring spinning machines, often have a number of identical and adjacently arranged working units, each with a spinning unit. The spinning units and / or the components connected to them are often driven by a common drive of the spinning machine. Such a drive generally has one or more drive units. Each drive unit is connected directly or at least indirectly via a shaft to the components to be driven, for example to the rollers of a drafting device arranged upstream of the spinning units. For example, a gear unit may be arranged between the drive unit and the shaft. In the case of particularly long shafts, in order to ensure a stable rotation of the shaft, several drive units and / or auxiliary drive units are arranged at least along the extension length of the shaft. For this purpose, the torque of each drive unit is transmitted to the shaft. For this purpose, generally in the region between the two working units of the spinning machine, a gear wheel is fixed on the shaft, on which the drive unit acts.

[0003] However, particularly in the case of very long shafts with several gears arranged along the length of the shaft and each driven by an auxiliary drive unit, excessive tensile and / or compressive stresses often occur in the shaft and in the components arranged on it, such as the rollers of the drafting device, which leads to increased wear of the components and damage to the components, in particular the gears fixed on the shaft. Furthermore, replacing gears fixed on long shafts for maintenance or repair is laborious and time-consuming, since it is generally necessary to remove at least a relatively long section of the shaft, and sometimes the entire shaft, which leads to long interruptions in the operation of the spinning machine.

[0004] The object of the present invention is therefore to improve a device for transmitting torque between a drive unit and rotating components of a spinning machine, a drive device for a spinning machine and a spinning machine in such a way that the drive of the shafts is possible with particularly low undesirable tensile and / or compressive stresses and thus with particularly low wear of the components, and that the device and the spinning machine can be operated particularly reliably and can be maintained and repaired particularly easily and quickly.

[0005] This object is achieved according to the invention by a device for transmitting a torque according to claim 1, by a drive for a spinning machine according to claim 11 and by a spinning machine according to claim 12. Advantageous developments of the invention are set forth in the dependent claims.

[0006] The device according to the invention for transmitting torque between a drive unit and a spinning machine or a component arranged on a spinning machine, in particular a rotating component of a drafting device, comprises a gear component with a tooth row for receiving torque from the drive unit and two shafts each transmitting torque to one rotating component, the gear component having, on both sides of the tooth row, an axial extension each with a conical pressing surface transmitting torque to one of the two shafts, each of the conical pressing surfaces being arranged in a receiving portion of one of the two shafts and forming a press connection for transmitting torque between the gear component and the shafts.

[0007] Furthermore, the invention relates to a drive for a spinning machine, in particular for a drafting device of a spinning machine, particularly preferably a ring spinning machine, which comprises a motor-driven drive unit and a device according to the invention for transmitting torque between the drive unit and a rotating component of the spinning machine or a component arranged on the spinning machine, in particular a rotating component of the drafting device.

[0008] Finally, the invention relates to a spinning machine, in particular a drafting device of a spinning machine, particularly preferably a ring spinning machine, which has a number of working units which are identical to one another and at least one device according to the invention for transmitting torque between a drive unit and a rotating component of the spinning machine or of a component arranged on the spinning machine, in particular a rotating component of the drafting device, in which the torque transmission to one drive point, in particular a gear component of the torque transmitting device, takes place centrally between two working units.

[0009] The connection of the gear components on both sides to a shaft, so that the entire shaft of the spinning machine is formed by individual shaft sections and at least one gear component arranged between the individual shaft sections, and the fixed position of the components relative to one another by press-fitting, on the one hand, allows a reliable torque transmission and, on the other hand, also allows the gear components to be easily and quickly separated from the shaft, so that maintenance or repairs can be carried out quickly and without long-term interruptions to operation. Furthermore, since a press-fitting is possible in which the individual components are arranged against one another without undesirable tensile and compressive stresses, the device as well as the entire spinning machine can be operated with particularly little wear.

[0010] The torque transmitting device can in principle be any unit having a component that receives rotation or torque at one point and a component that transfers rotation or torque at another point. In this case, the device can transmit the torque unchanged or with a torque change, and for this purpose can have at least one gear stage or a further component that brings about a gear change. However, preferably, the torque transmitting device transmits the torque unchanged, but at least one gear is arranged upstream and / or downstream of the device. Furthermore, the torque transmitting device can have any further function, for example, the torque transmitting device can simultaneously form a bearing for the shaft at least on one side of the shaft.

[0011] According to the invention, the device for transmitting torque is designed for transmitting the torque of a drive unit, in particular of a drive unit of a drive device, to a rotating component. The drive unit of the drive device is primarily a device which provides rotary drive or torque, an electric motor being preferred as drive unit. The torque transmission from the drive unit can basically be direct or also indirect, for example via at least one gear and / or at least one shaft. Particularly preferably, the torque transmission between the drive unit and the device for transmitting torque is positively coupled, in particular via a gear or pinion shaft.

[0012] The drive with at least one drive unit is essentially provided for driving at least one component of the spinning machine, preferably several components of the spinning machine, via one common shaft. Very particularly preferably, the drive drives one component arranged in each working unit of the spinning machine via one shaft. The drive can be a main drive, preferably with one drive unit arranged at one end of the shaft to be driven and / or several drive units arranged along the extension length of the shaft. Alternatively, the drive can be an auxiliary drive, preferably for at least one drafting roller, in particular a drafting bottom roller, of the spinning machine, which is arranged in particular in the central region of the shaft. The auxiliary drive is particularly preferably provided to assist the main drive and / or to prevent twisting of very long shafts. However, configurations without a main drive, but exclusively with an auxiliary drive, are also conceivable. Preferably, the drive also has at least one transmission unit, in particular a main transmission and / or at least one distributed transmission. Particularly preferably, one main transmission and two distributed transmissions are arranged in each drive unit of the drive.

[0013] The spinning machine can in principle be any machine for producing and / or processing textile fibres or a single thread of textile fibres. Preferably, the spinning machine is a ring spinning machine, and particularly preferably, the spinning machine or a component of the spinning machine, such as the drafting device or the winding device, is provided with at least one device for transmitting a torque according to the invention, particularly preferably with several devices for transmitting a torque according to the invention, which are in particular identical to one another. The spinning machine preferably has several working units each with one spinning unit. Each working unit particularly preferably has its own drafting device or each spinning unit is preceded by a drafting device in each case.

[0014] The device according to the invention for transmitting torque may be arranged at any point of the spinning machine, but preferably the torque transmission to the rotating component takes place exclusively in the center between two operating units, and particularly preferably no end drive is arranged on the rotating component. It is likewise particularly preferred that a number of drive points, at which a device for transmitting torque according to the invention is arranged, are provided between two of the operating units of the spinning machine. In principle, however, it is not necessary that a drive point is located between each adjacent operating unit. However, this may also be the case, in which it is particularly preferred that such a drive point is not provided at least in the center between every two operating units or at the joint between every two adjacent operating units.

[0015] According to the invention, the device for transmitting torque comprises a gear component with a toothing for receiving torque from a drive unit. The torque can be received from the drive unit directly, in particular from the output shaft of the drive unit, or indirectly via one or more components, for example at least one gear unit and / or further shafts. Generally, the gear component is a component which transmits torque in a form-locking manner and for this purpose preferably has a toothing, in particular an external toothing. Particularly preferably, the toothing of the gear component extends over the entire circumference of the gear component. Particularly preferably, the gear component can have a gear and / or pinion shaft. Likewise preferably, the toothing is arranged in the center of the gear component, particularly preferably centrally with respect to the central longitudinal axis or axial direction of the gear component. According to the invention, the gear component is arranged between two shafts. Particularly preferably, the central longitudinal axis and the shaft of the gear component are arranged parallel to one another, very particularly preferably coincident.

[0016] In order to transmit the torque from the gear component to each one of the two shafts, the gear component according to the invention has two axial extensions, which run along the central longitudinal axis of the gear component and / or along the axis of rotation of the toothing. Preferably, each axial extension is directly connected to the part of the gear component with the toothing. Also preferably, each axial extension has a cylindrical section and a conical section. The cylindrical section particularly preferably adjoins the part with the toothing directly.

[0017] Both axial sections each have a conical pressing surface according to the invention. The pressing surface is preferably formed by the outer surface of the gear component of the conical section. Furthermore, the conical pressing surface preferably extends over the entire circumference of the gear component and / or has a rotationally symmetrical shape. The conical pressing surface is preferably arranged at the end or end region of the axial extension in each case. The diameter of the conical pressing surface decreases towards the end of the axial extension.

[0018] According to the invention, the torque transmission device has two shafts. The first shaft is arranged on a first side of the gear component, and the second shaft is arranged on a second side of the gear component. The two sides are preferably located opposite each other and / or in the region of one end of the gear component. The shafts can essentially be any component or any group of components which transmit a rotation or torque from a drive unit via the torque transmission device to another component of the spinning machine, and any further device, in particular a transmission device, can be arranged between them. Each of the two shafts is preferably provided for driving a drafting device roller, in particular a drafting device bottom roller or a drafting device cylinder. For this purpose, the drafting device roller is particularly preferably arranged directly and / or non-rotatably on the shaft. Very particularly preferably, the shaft is formed integrally with the rotating component, in particular the drafting device roller. At the same time, however, the shaft can be any further component of the spinning machine which transmits torque or drives a rotating component.

[0019] According to the invention, each axial extension with a conical pressing surface is fixed in a shaft receiving part with a corresponding conical shape for torque transmission. A first conical pressing surface is arranged in the receiving part of the first shaft and a second conical pressing surface is arranged in the receiving part of the second shaft. The receiving parts are preferably arranged on one end face of the shaft and / or extend in the axial direction of the shaft or along the axis of rotation. The receiving parts have a conical shape. The receiving parts are preferably longer than the conical pressing surface of the gear component. In particular, each receiving part has a shape corresponding to the conical pressing surface for forming a press connection, so that torque transmission from the gear component to the shaft can take place.

[0020] According to the invention, each axial extension is arranged in a receiving section of a shaft, preferably the entire section of the axial extension with the conical pressing surface is arranged in the receiving section. To transmit torque from the gear component to the shaft, a press connection is formed between the conical pressing surface and the corresponding surface of the receiving section. The press connection is essentially an at least partially, preferably completely, force-locking connection, in which the conical pressing surface is connected to the receiving section of the shaft via frictional forces. This can be, for example, a tapered connection. Particularly preferably, no positively and / or materially-locking connection is present to supplement the force-locking connection. Furthermore, the connection between the gear component and the respective shaft is preferably achieved exclusively in the region of the conical pressing surface.

[0021] In a preferred embodiment of the device according to the invention for transmitting torque, a tie rod is provided for axially fixing the gear components on both shafts. The tie rod has a thread at both ends. The thread can be or is fixed in a corresponding thread in the tie rod receptacle of the shaft, so that a secure and play-free fixing of the gear components on the respective shaft is possible and at the same time a secure transmission of torque is ensured. The tie rod is preferably a rod-shaped component with threads at both ends. The thread of the tie rod is particularly preferably an external thread, very particularly preferably both threads of the tie rod are formed in opposite directions. At least the threaded end of the tie rod likewise preferably remains the same, i.e. has a constant diameter or cylindrical shape. The tie rod can in principle be formed as a subassembly from any number of components, but one-piece tie rods are preferred. The tie rod receptacle is preferably deeper in the axial direction of the shaft than the length of the end of the tie rod or the threaded region of the tie rod. The tie rod receiving portion of the shaft is particularly preferably a bore, particularly preferably having a diameter that remains the same, i.e. is constant, and likewise preferably has an internal thread that corresponds to the thread of the tie rod.

[0022] In a preferred embodiment of the device for transmitting torque according to the invention, the tie rod receiving portion is arranged in the shaft coaxially with the receiving portion for the axial extension, in particular in the region of the conical pressing surface of the gear component, whereby a particularly well-aligned and play-free arrangement can be achieved. It is also preferred that the tie rod receiving portion is central and / or extends along the axis of rotation and / or is arranged along the central longitudinal axis of the shaft.

[0023] According to an advantageous variant of the device according to the invention for transmitting torque, the tie rod is arranged in a tie rod bore of the gear component. The tie rod bore is preferably configured as a bore extending along the central longitudinal axis and / or the rotation axis of the gear component, so that a particularly simple and at the same time play-free arrangement of the gear component relative to the tie rod can be achieved. Generally, the tie rod is preferably arranged through the gear component. The tie rod bore may firstly have any shape, a cylindrical shape with the same diameter over its length being preferred. For easy screwing in and / or tightening of the tie rod, preferably at least one surface of the shaft, particularly preferably the surface of each shaft, has a rough surface structure, in particular in the upper surface section of the receiving part or on the outside on the receiving part.

[0024] The gear component and the tie rod are particularly preferably two separate components. In order to achieve an arrangement of the gear components on both shafts that is as free from play as possible, the tie rod is preferably arranged axially displaceably and / or freely rotatable in the tie rod bore of the gear component, so that stress generation and / or transmission between the components is effectively avoided. Particularly preferably, at least one shaft of the tie rod and / or the gear component and / or both shafts, particularly preferably both shafts, are arranged along one common central longitudinal axis. Furthermore, the diameter of the tie rod is preferably smaller than the diameter of the tie rod bore at the end with the thread. Particularly preferably, the diameter of the tie rod is smaller than the diameter of the tie rod receiving part, at least in the region where it is arranged in the tie rod bore, possibly with the exception of one or more support sections. Very particularly preferably, the tie rod has at least two, particularly preferably exactly two, support sections in the region to be arranged in the tie rod bore of the gear component. Each support section preferably has a cylindrical shape or is particularly preferably a cylindrical section of the tie rod having the same diameter as the tie rod hole, so that radial fixation of the tie rod in the tie rod hole is achieved while radial mobility and / or rotatability remain maintained.

[0025] According to an advantageous variant of the invention, at least one, preferably two bearings are arranged on the gear component for arranging the gear component, in particular the entire device for transmitting torque, on the spinning machine. Each bearing is particularly preferably partially embedded in the gear component, and very particularly preferably partially arranged under the toothing. This makes it possible to achieve a smooth and play-free construction and operation while at the same time protecting the bearing. Preferably, the bearings are arranged on the gear component on both sides, in particular on both sides and / or symmetrically with respect to the center of the gear component, in particular along the central longitudinal axis. Alternatively or additionally, the bearings are also preferably arranged completely or at least partially on both sides of the toothing. Furthermore preferably, the bearings are fixedly positioned on the surface of the gear component, preferably on a cylindrical surface section, particularly preferably on each of the axial extensions. Each bearing is further preferably embedded in the gear component in or under the toothing by 10% to 90%, particularly preferably 25% to 75%, very particularly preferably 40% to 60%, particularly preferably 50% of the bearing width.

[0026] Each of the bearings may be designed in any way, but it is particularly preferred if the bearings are each a radial bearing, particularly preferably a radial-thrust bearing, and very particularly preferred if they are supported both against one of the shafts and against a component of the spinning machine, so that a play-free and stress-free arrangement of the gear components in the spinning machine and / or against the shafts can be achieved. The radial bearings may in principle be designed in any way. The radial bearings, in particular the radial bearing part of the radial-thrust bearing, are preferably rolling bearings, particularly preferably roller bearings. The bearings designed as radial-thrust bearings are particularly preferably applied axially against the shaft, in particular against the end face of the shaft. The radial bearing of the radial-thrust bearing is preferably designed as a plain bearing.

[0027] It is furthermore advantageous if the two conical pressing surfaces of the gear component are formed identically relative to one another and / or have the same angle, in particular over the entire axial length of the gear component, in particular relative to the central longitudinal axis of the gear component, which allows particularly simple manufacture and an orientation-independent arrangement of the gear component relative to both axes, so that no undesirable stresses arise due to incorrect installation. Preferably, the two conical pressing surfaces have the same length, width, and / or the same diameter relative to one another at the beginning and / or end of the conical pressing surfaces. It is furthermore particularly advantageous if at least the tie rod and / or the gear component, and preferably the entire device, have a mirror-symmetrical structure. The structure of the component or the entire device is particularly preferably mirror-symmetrical relative to a plane that is centered and / or perpendicular to the central longitudinal axis of the component or device.

[0028] In order to achieve a connection of the two shafts with respect to one another that is as stress-free as possible, it is advantageous if as few components as possible are arranged in contact with one another in the device for transmitting torque, and in particular are movable with respect to one another, so that there are as few connection points as possible at which stresses arise. It is therefore particularly preferred if the tie rod or the gear component is formed in one piece. It is particularly preferred if the tie rod and the gear component are each formed in one piece.

[0029] An embodiment of the device according to the invention for transmitting torque is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawings. [Brief description of the drawings]

[0030] [Figure 1] FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of a device for transmitting torque.

[0031] The arrangement of the device 1 for transmitting torque shown in Fig. 1 comprises a gear component 2 and two shafts 4a, 4b. The gear component 2 is formed in one piece and rotationally symmetrical about a central longitudinal axis. In the middle section, the gear component 2 has a row of teeth 3 which receives a torque from another component, in particular a drive unit such as an electric motor.

[0032] The tooth row 3 is immediately followed on both sides by axial extensions 5a, 5b, which have the shape of a hollow cylinder. At the respective ends of both axial extensions 5a, 5b there is provided a conical region with an outside diameter which decreases towards the ends, so that the surfaces of the axial extensions 5a, 5b form conical pressing surfaces 6a, 6b in this region. The entire gear component 2 is formed mirror-symmetrically with respect to the centre between the two axial extensions 5a, 5b.

[0033] The two shafts 4a, 4b each have a seat 7a, 7b for the end of the axial extension 5a, 5b of the gear component 2. The seat 7a, 7b has a conical shape which is adapted to the conical pressing surfaces 6a, 6b of the gear component 2, so that one axial extension 5a, 5b in each case can be pressed into the seat 7a, 7b, in which a frictionally locked, non-rotatable connection for the direct torque transmission between the gear component 2 and the shafts 4a, 4b can be formed.

[0034] A tie rod 8 is provided for axially fixing the shafts 4a, 4b on the gear component 2 and for generating pressure for the press connection between the conical pressing surfaces 6a, 6b of the gear component 2 and the inner surfaces of the receptacles 7a, 7b of the shafts 4, 4b. The tie rod 8 has an external thread 9 in the region of both ends, and the shafts 4a, 4b have a tie rod receptacle 11 with an internal thread 10, so that the tie rod 8 can be screwed onto the shafts 4a, 4b, respectively.

[0035] The tie rod 8 is arranged in a tie rod bore 12 of the gear component 2 in the central region between the external threads 9, and is axially movable relative to the gear component 2 and can rotate within the tie rod bore 12. For play-free fixing of the tie rod 8 in the tie rod bore 12, the tie rod 8 has two support sections 14. The support sections 14 have a cylindrical shape, and the outside diameter of the support sections 14 corresponds approximately to the inside diameter of the tie rod bore 12.

[0036] Two radial thrust bearings 13 are arranged on the axial extensions 5a, 5b in order to support the gear component 2 axially relative to the shafts 4a, 4b on the one hand, and to fix the gear component 2 radially relative to other components of the spinning machine on the other hand. In this case, each of the radial thrust bearings 13 is arranged recessed in the gear component 2 below the toothing 3 by approximately half its width. Furthermore, each of the radial thrust bearings 13 is arranged in such a way that it is supported on one axial side relative to the gear component 2 and on the other side relative to the outer surface of the shafts 4a, 4b.
