Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of wind energy utilization, in particular wind turbines. [Background technology]
[0002] The rapid development of the economy has accelerated energy consumption and aggravated the severity of the energy shortage. As a type of renewable energy, wind energy has attracted more and more attention. At present, wind energy is mainly utilized by converting wind energy into mechanical energy through a windmill, and then converting the mechanical energy into electrical energy through a generator. Windmills can also be used directly as a power mechanism for other devices.
[0003] Existing wind turbines typically rely on windmills to spin their rotors and generate electricity. However, wind in the natural environment tends to constantly change in direction and magnitude. Because wind turbines are huge and have narrow blades, light or gentle breezes produce insufficient power, barely enough to drive the rotation of the rotor of the generator, imposing limitations on wind power and making sustained generation and supply impossible. Furthermore, generators must idle when there is not enough wind to support their operation, resulting in a waste of resources. Such extended downtime can cause rust and damage to the equipment. Additionally, windmills must maintain a constant rotation direction or voltage can become unstable. Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0004] It is an object of the present invention to provide a wind turbine that can maintain a constant direction of rotation. [Means for solving the problem]
[0005] To achieve this object, the subject of the present invention is a wind turbine comprising a rotating base, a rotating shaft arranged vertically on the rotating base as a power output shaft, a rotating frame fixed circumferentially around the rotating shaft, and wind blades articulated to the rotating frame. The direction of the central axis of the articulated shaft of the wind blades is parallel to the direction of the central axis of the rotating shaft. At least two wind blades are arranged at equal intervals in the circumferential direction of the rotating shaft. When the wind blades rotate around the central axis of the rotating shaft, they also rotate around the central axis of the articulated shaft. The revolution and rotation of the wind blades occur in the same or opposite directions. The rotating base is driven by a steering mechanism and rotates with an attitude adjustment that follows the wind direction according to the wind direction. The rotation with attitude adjustment satisfies the adaptive relationship that when the plane along the central axis of the articulation shaft and the central axis of the rotation shaft is perpendicular to the wind direction, the blade surface of one wind turbine is perpendicular to the wind direction, and when the one wind turbine rotates 180° on the rotation shaft, the blade surface rotates 90° and becomes parallel to the wind direction. A rotation support structure that supports the rotation shaft and the wind blades connected to it in the axial direction is arranged between the rotation shaft and the rack.
[0006] In the above arrangement, on the windward side of the wind turbine, there is one of the wind blades whose blade surface is perpendicular to the wind direction. This allows the wind power to be fully utilized for the rotational drive of the entire wind turbine, and the wind power can be driven to rotate even in a gentle breeze, increasing the utilization rate of wind energy. Moreover, according to the present invention, the rotor can rotate following the wind direction. In this way, the wind turbine of the present invention can maintain stable rotation in any wind direction. As a result, the wind turbine can be driven by the wind power to rotate in a fixed direction. [Brief description of the drawings]

[0008] The device for adjusting the tracking motion angle of the wind blades in the wind turbine includes a rotating base 10, a rotating shaft 30 arranged vertically on the rotating base 10 as a power output shaft, a rotating frame 40 fixed circumferentially around the rotating shaft 30, and a wind blade 50 connected to the rotating frame 40. The direction of the central axis of the connecting shaft 51 of the wind blade 50 is parallel to the direction of the central axis of the rotating shaft 30. At least two wind blades 50 are arranged at equal intervals in the circumferential direction of the rotating shaft 30. The wind blade 50 revolves (α) around the central axis of the rotating shaft 30, but also rotates (β) around the central axis of the connecting shaft 51. The direction of the revolution (α) of the wind blade 50 is the same as or opposite to the direction of rotation (β) of the wind blade 50. A steering mechanism drives the rotating base 10 to rotate with an attitude adjustment according to the wind direction, so that the revolution follows the wind direction. Such rotation accompanied by attitude adjustment satisfies an adaptive relationship in which, when the plane along the central axis of the articulating shaft 51 and the central axis of the rotating shaft 30 is perpendicular to the wind direction, the blade surface of one of the wind turbines 50 is perpendicular to the wind direction, and when the one of the wind turbines 50 revolves 180° together with the rotating shaft 30, it rotates 90° so that the blade surface becomes parallel to the wind direction. A rotating support structure 34 is disposed between the rotating shaft 30 and the rack 90 to support the rotating shaft 30 and the wind blades 50 connected thereto in the axial direction.
[0009] In the above arrangement, when the plane along the central axis of the articulating shaft 51 and the central axis of the rotating shaft 30 is perpendicular to the wind direction, the wind blade 50 on one side has a blade surface perpendicular to the wind direction and is exposed to the wind, while the wind blade 50 on the other side has a blade surface parallel to the wind direction and is not exposed to the wind. In this way, there is a huge difference between the wind exposure areas of the two wind blades 50 on the opposite sides with respect to the wind direction, which ensures that the rotating shaft 30 continues to rotate in a certain direction with the maximum possible torque, and makes full use of the power of the wind. The essence of the present invention is to allow each wind blade 50 to have different wind exposure areas at different positions due to its own rotation (β), so that the resultant torque acting on one side of the rotating shaft 30 with respect to the wind direction is greater than the resultant torque on the other side, and the wind blade 50 revolves (α) around the central axis of the rotating shaft 30. The revolution (α) of each wind blade 50 is accompanied by its rotation (β), which rotates 90° when each wind blade 50 revolves 180°. That is, for each wind blade 50, the ratio of the rotation angle of revolution (α) and rotation (β) is equal to 2:1. Since each wind blade 50 is a symmetrical plate-like structure, the angle between the blade plane and the wind direction after 180° rotation (β) is the same as the angle between the blade plane and the wind direction after 360° rotation (β). This ensures that each wind blade 50 has a consistent wind exposure area at each position during its revolution (α), and therefore allows the wind turbine to be operated in a continuous and stable manner. The essence of the rotating base 10 is to adapt its attitude to follow the wind direction, thereby defining the position directly facing the wind direction as the zero position, and upon any change in the wind direction, the steering mechanism drives the rotating base 10 to return to the zero position directly facing the wind direction. According to the present invention, the rotating support structure 34 is an axially supported bearing or magnetic levitation mechanism. The wind turbine of the present invention has a large wind exposure area and can make maximum use of the wind force to drive the rotation of the entire wind turbine. The windmill can rotate even in a gentle breeze, which further increases the utilization of wind energy. Moreover, in the present invention, the rotating base 10 can follow the rotating wind direction. As a result, the windmill of the present invention can maintain stable rotation in any wind direction. In this way, the windmill can be driven by the wind to rotate in a fixed direction.
[0010] A base gear 13 is fixedly mounted on the rotating base 10 and is concentric with the rotating shaft 30. The base gear 13 meshes with the same number of intermediate gears 15 as the number of wind blades 50. An intermediate bevel gear 16 is concentrically mounted on the intermediate gear 15, and a driven bevel gear 52 is fixedly mounted on the connecting shaft 51 of the wind blades 50. A power transmission shaft 60 having a central axis lying in a horizontal plane is concentrically mounted on both ends of the power transmission shaft 60, and these bevel gears mesh with each of the intermediate bevel gears 16 and each of the driven bevel gears 52. In this configuration, the power transmission shaft 60 and other link mechanisms can be located either above or below the wind blades 50 depending on the rotating base 10. The mechanical structure in this configuration makes it possible to prevent errors from occurring in the rotation (β) accompanying the revolution (α) of the wind blades 50 in a simple and easy manner. In addition, compared to electrical control, complicated wiring is not required.
[0011] The wind blades 50 revolve (α) and rotate (β) at a speed of 2:1 relative to the ground surface. Only then can it be ensured that each wind blade 50 has a consistent angle with the wind direction at any point during its revolution.
[0012] The wind blades 50 revolve (α) and rotate (β) in the same direction relative to the installation ground. The same direction of revolution (α) and rotation (β) of the wind blades 50 refers to the wind blades 50 revolving (α) and rotating (β) counterclockwise or clockwise when viewed from the top of the wind turbine. The rotation (β) is referred to relative to the installation ground. Since each wind blade 50 revolves and rotates simultaneously, the angle of its rotation (β) relative to the installation ground is equal to the angle of revolution (α) minus the angle of rotation about each articulation axis 51, and the direction of its rotation about each articulation axis 51 is opposite to the direction of revolution (α).
[0013] When the plane along the central axis of the articulation shaft 51 and the central axis of the rotation shaft 30 is parallel to the wind direction, the blade surface of the wind blade 50 forms an angle of 45° with respect to the wind direction. In this position of the wind blade 50, the blade surfaces of the wind blades 50 at the windward and leeward positions with respect to the wind direction respectively form an angle of 90°. Every wind blade 50 rotates 90° from the windward position to the leeward position. With the help of the wind direction tracking system, the blade most windward with respect to the wind direction is always kept at an angle of 45° with respect to the wind direction by the driving means.
[0014] A braking means is provided in the power transmission path between the wind blade 50 and the steering mechanism to restrict the rotation of the rotating base 10. When there is no change in the wind direction, the braking means limits the position of the rotating base 10 to prevent it from bending under the action of any external force.
[0015] It further includes a base 70 shaped like a cylindrical boss and disposed on a base plate 80. The rotating shaft 30 passes through the rotating seat 10, the base 70 and the base plate 80, forming a matching clearance with the three. A lower radial bearing 71 having a vertical center axis is disposed in the base 70 to radially support the rotating shaft 30. An axial bearing 12 having a vertical center axis is disposed at the top end of the base 70 to support the rotating seat 10. An upper radial bearing 11 having a vertical center axis is disposed in the rotating seat 10 to radially support the rotating seat 10. The shaft body of the rotating shaft 30 is disposed in the upper and lower radial bearings 11, 71 and forms a small clearance fit with the inner ring of the bearing. The upper radial bearing 11 is disposed on the upper end surface of the axial bearing 12. In this configuration, the clearance fit is formed to avoid the possibility that the rotating shaft 30 will come into contact with and rub against the rotating seat 10, the base 70 and the base plate 80 during rotation, causing wear and energy loss of the equipment. Moreover, the base 70 can be adjusted in position within the clearance to prevent eccentricity and deflection of the rotating shaft 3. The small clearance ensures both that there is no axial force transmitted between the upper and lower radial bearings 11, 71 and the shaft body of the rotating shaft 30, and that even if the central axis of the rotating shaft 30 is deflected during its rotation, the radial bearings only receive the force that they can withstand. Furthermore, in the event that the central axis of the rotating shaft 30 is deflected to a certain degree, the upper and lower radial bearings 11, 71 provide a radial force that acts in the opposite direction at a certain distance on the intermediate connecting shaft 32, thereby providing a bending moment for support and restoration of position. The base 70 and the lower radial bearing 71 therein are adapted to provide radial support to the rotating shaft 30, allowing it to rotate freely on the base 70. Since wind turbines are large, the rotating base 10 is also large and heavy. The axial bearing 12 supports the rotating base 10 while ensuring its rotatability relative to the base 70.
[0016] The rotating seat 10 is fixedly provided with a base bevel gear 13 concentric with the rotating shaft 30, and the articulation shaft 51 of the wind blade 50 is fixedly provided with a driven bevel gear 52 in a concentric state. The power transmission shaft 60, which has a central axis lying in a horizontal plane, is provided with two bevel gears 61 concentrically at both ends, which are meshed with one of the base bevel gears 13 and the driven bevel gear 52, respectively. The transmission ratio between the base bevel gear 13 and the driven bevel gear 52 is 2:1. The base bevel gear 13 and the driven bevel gear 52 are oriented so that their bases face in the same direction. The meshing sides of the two bevel gears 61 meshing with the base bevel gear 13 and the driven bevel gear 52 are located on the side of the corresponding gear away from the rotating shaft 30. In this configuration, depending on the rotating seat 10, the power transmission shaft 60 and other linkages can be located either above or below the wind blade 50. The mechanical structure in this configuration allows the wind blade 50 to avoid errors in its rotation (β) as it revolves (α) in a simple and easy way. Also, compared to electrical control, no complicated wiring is required. Also, compared to a chain power transmission device, the shaft power transmission device avoids damage caused by a chain drop and is easy to maintain and manage. The bases of the base bevel gear 13 and the driven bevel gear 52 are oriented to ensure that the revolution (α) occurs in the same direction as the rotation (β). According to the present invention, the base bevel gear 13 and the driven bevel gear 52 are oriented so that their bases face the same direction. In this way, since the meshing side of the bevel gears is located below the base, dust is not easy to accumulate on it, and as a result, their lifespan is extended.
[0017] The steering mechanism comprises a steering sprocket or gear 14 fixedly mounted concentrically on the rotating base 10, and the drive means receives the position signal of the wind vane 20 and drives the sprocket or gear 14 to rotate following the wind vane 20. That is, the steering mechanism transmits power via a chain or gear. Alternatively, a worm drive may be used which provides both driving and braking functions and thus allows the rotating base 10 to rotate synchronously with the wind vane 20. Moreover, the drive means may restrict the rotation of the rotating base 10 to prevent it from being driven by the rotation of the rotating shaft 30. The rotating base 10 is located below the rotating shaft 30 for easy maintenance and wiring. This configuration ensures that the steering mechanism can transmit power in a manner offset from the rotation of the rotating frame 40, avoiding interference therebetween.
[0018] An axis adjustment bolt 81 for adjusting the central axis of the base 70 is provided on the base plate 80 outside the base 70. In this way, the concentricity of the bases 70 arranged vertically above and below each other during assembly can be ensured, and the central axes of the rotating shafts 30 at the upper and lower ends thereof can be adjusted to avoid large deflections that may cause damage to components.
[0019] The rotating shaft 30 includes an upper connecting shaft 31 attached to the rotating frame 40 and an intermediate connecting shaft 32 penetrating the rotating seat 10, the base 70 and the base plate 80. The upper connecting shaft 31 is connected to the intermediate connecting shaft 32 by a flange. The intermediate connecting shaft 32 defines a step on its outer wall, making its shape wider at the top and narrower at the bottom. The surface of the step is spaced at a distance from the upper end surface of the upper radial bearing 11. The rotating shaft 30 further includes a lower connecting shaft 33. Both the lower connecting shaft 33 and the intermediate connecting shaft 32 are hollow tubular shafts, which are nested in each other so that they cannot move relative to each other both axially and circumferentially. The lower connecting shaft 33 is provided at its lower end with a flange that is connected to a power receiving mechanism. Since the wind turbine is large, the rotating shaft 30 can be made of multiple sections to facilitate transportation, assembly and machining. By providing such an intermediate connecting shaft 32 and connecting the upper and lower radial bearings 11, 71 to it, the machining accuracy of the intermediate connecting shaft 32 can be ensured and the installation can be made easy. Otherwise, it would be necessary to handle a very long rotating shaft 30. Due to its large length, it is very difficult to achieve the desired machining accuracy, and it is also difficult to assemble the upper and lower radial bearings 11, 71 using it. In contrast, by making the length of the intermediate connecting shaft 32 about 1 meter, the machining can be greatly facilitated and the installation can be easily performed. The step of the intermediate connecting shaft 32 is provided so that the radial bearing can temporarily bear the weight of the intermediate connecting shaft 32 at an early stage of assembly when the assembly of the rotation support structure 34 has not yet been completed. The bearing will not be damaged by the weight of the single intermediate connecting shaft. In addition, since the rotating shaft 30 has a tubular structure as a whole, it is ensured that the rotating shaft 30 has a sufficient circumferential wall for mounting the rotating frame 40, and is made as light as possible. As a power output end, the lower end of the lower connecting shaft 33 can be connected to a generator to generate electricity from wind energy.
[0020] The wind turbine body is arranged on the multi-layer platform 91 on the rack 90 along the axial direction of the rotating shaft 30. The base plate 80 is arranged on the upper surface of the platform 91. The upper connecting shaft 31 has a flange at its upper end configured to be connected to the intermediate connecting shaft 32 of the upper wind turbine. This multi-layer arrangement of the wind turbines can increase the exposed surface area to the wind in the same area, making it possible to produce more power. Furthermore, the rotating shaft 30 can be interconnected with the flange in the vertical direction to form a single shaft, and the wind turbines arranged above and below each other can be attached to combine their power. This provides ease of dismantling, and the number of wind turbines is simply determined by the weight-bearing capacity.
[0021] The rotating frame 40 includes cantilevers 41 fixed to the upper and lower ends of the wind blades. The inner ends of the cantilevers 41 are like half-structures. The outer ends of the upper and lower cantilevers 41 are provided with bearing seats and radial bearings to support the connecting shafts 51. The connecting shafts 51 at the outer ends of the cantilevers 41 are provided with axial support structures to counter the gravity of the wind blades 50. When the number of wind blades is two, they are half-structures. The axial angle occupied by the inner end structure of each cantilever 41 is equal to 360° divided by the number of wind blades. This allows the cantilevers 41 to be manufactured and transported in a single design. Also, since it is close to a half-structure, it is easy to assemble and disassemble. The axial support structures are axial support bearings or magnetic levitation structures.
[0022] The diagonal brace 42 is disposed between the lower cantilever 41 and the rotation axis 30. The cantilever 41, the rotation axis 30 and the diagonal brace 42 form a right-angled triangle shape. The lower part of the wind blade 50 is trapezoidal in shape to leave space for the placement of the diagonal brace 42. Since wind turbines are large and the lower cantilever 41 bears heavy loads, adding the diagonal brace 42 can increase their load-bearing capacity. If the diagonal brace 42 cannot be placed below the lower cantilever 41 due to narrow space, it may be placed above the lower cantilever 41. In this case, the lower part of the wind blade 50 may be designed correspondingly to leave space for the placement of the diagonal brace 42.
[0023] A shaft brake is arranged between the shaft 30 and the rack 90 to limit the revolution (α) of the wind turbine. The shaft brake serves to stop the operation of the wind turbine by the braking means 36 when maintenance is required. Furthermore, it is possible to avoid safety concerns that may arise from the rotation of the wind turbine during assembly or disassembly.
[0024] A wind blade brake for restricting the rotation (β) of the wind blade 50 is disposed between the articulating shaft 51 and the rotating frame 40. During assembly or disassembly, when the link mechanism between the wind blade 50 and the rotating shaft 30 is not established, the wind blade can rotate (β) freely, which may interfere with the assembly or disassembly work. This can be avoided by the wind blade brake. Furthermore, the safety concerns that may be caused by the rotation of the wind blade 50 during assembly and disassembly can be avoided.
