Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a packaging bag. [Background technology]

[0002] 2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, packaging bags (packaging bags) have been invented that have perforations (weakened lines) formed therein and are therefore easy to open.

[0003] The packaging bag described in Patent Document 1 has a first surface and a second surface forming the packaging bag, which are provided with a first line of weakness, a second line of weakness, and a third line of weakness arranged along the opening direction and inclined with respect to the opening direction in order to form a tab portion at the opening opening formed after opening in order to facilitate opening. The first line of weakness and the second line of weakness are formed parallel to each other, and the third line of weakness formed between the first line of weakness and the second line of weakness is formed so as to form an angle of approximately 50° to 90° with the first line of weakness and the second line of weakness. A notch that serves as the opening start point is formed within the area where the third line of weakness is formed.

[0004] In addition, the first, second and third lines of weakness are inclined symmetrically with respect to the opening direction on the first and second surfaces, respectively, so that the opening line is guided by the first line of weakness and advances while being in contact with the first line of weakness on one side of the first surface and the second surface, and is guided by the second line of weakness and advances while being in contact with the second line of weakness on the other side. Therefore, a grip portion is formed based on the size of the distance between the first line of weakness and the second line of weakness.

[0005] The packaging bag described in Patent Document 1 is intended to facilitate opening by providing a sufficient distance between the first and second weakened lines, creating a step in the opening line, and forming a handle portion with a sufficiently large area. [0006] [Patent Document 1] Patent No. 4648605 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0007] However, there are cases where the area in which the perforation line of the packaging bag can be formed is limited, or from the standpoint of reducing manufacturing costs by downsizing the machine for forming the perforation line, a smaller step in the opening line is preferred.

[0008] In view of the above circumstances, an object of the present invention is to provide a packaging bag in which the step formed at the tab portion when opened is smaller. [Means for solving the problem]

[0009] A packaging bag according to a first aspect of the present invention is a packaging bag in which a first sheet portion and a second sheet portion are opposed to each other to form a sealed space, a packaged item is contained in the sealed space, and the packaging bag is opened by forming a slit in the first sheet portion and the second sheet portion that extends over the sealed space, the packaging bag having a first straight guide perforation line that is formed substantially opposite the first sheet portion and the second sheet portion and has a perforated first cutting line formed on a path from a first edge to a second edge of the packaging bag over the sealed space, and a first straight guide perforation line that is formed substantially opposite the first sheet portion and the second sheet portion and has a perforated first cutting line formed on a path from a first edge to a second edge of the packaging bag over the sealed space. The opening guide line has a second straight guiding perforation line formed on a path from the first edge to the second edge, and is formed at an approximately constant distance from the first straight guiding perforation line, and a perforated opening guide line, wherein, in the first sheet portion, the starting point of the opening guide line is formed near the second edge end of the first cut line and the ending point is formed near the first edge end of the second cut line on the second edge side of the starting point, and in the second sheet portion, the starting point is formed near the first edge end of the first cut line and the ending point is formed near the second edge end of the second cut line on the first edge side of the starting point. Effect of the Invention

[0010] According to the present invention, a packaging bag can be provided in which the step formed at the tab portion when opened is smaller. [Brief description of the drawings]

[Figure 10] FIG. 13 is an enlarged development view of a packaging bag according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0012] Hereinafter, one embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. The packaging bag 1 of this embodiment has a sealed space formed by opposed sheet-like members, and contains a packaged item such as a poultice in the sealed space. The packaging bag 1 is opened by forming a slit in the opposed sheet-like members that overlaps the sealed space.

[0013] As shown in Fig. 1, the packaging bag 1 includes a first sheet portion 1F and a second sheet portion 1B. The first sheet portion 1F and the second sheet portion 1B face each other, and a joint portion 1U goes around the approximate peripheral position to form a sealed space S. The packaging bag 1 may be formed by joining the first sheet portion 1F and the second sheet portion that are provided separately, or may be formed by folding a single sheet member and joining the opposing surfaces as the first sheet portion 1F and the second sheet portion 1B.

[0014] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the packaging bag 1 has a first straight guide perforation line 11 formed on the path from the first edge 1E1 to the second edge 1E2, extending into the sealed space S and having a perforated first cutting line 11B.

[0015] In the packaging bag 1, perforated second cutting lines are formed on the path from the first edge 1E1 to the second edge 1E2, across the sealed space S, so as to correspond to each of the first cutting lines 11B. Each of the second cutting lines 12B is formed with a second straight guide perforation line 12 having a length 12B. Each of the second cutting lines 12B is formed at a substantially constant distance from each of the first cutting lines 11B. In this embodiment, the first cutting lines 11B and the second cutting lines 12B are parallel to each other.

[0016] Furthermore, perforated opening guide lines 13 corresponding to each of the first cutting lines 11B and each of the second cutting lines 12B are formed in the packaging bag 1. It is preferable that the opening guide lines 13 are connected to either or both of the first cutting lines 11B and the second cutting lines 12B. Since the opening guide lines 13 are continuous with either or both of the first cutting lines 11B and the second cutting lines 12B, the cut at the time of opening can easily move from the opening guide lines 13 to the first cutting lines 11B or the second cutting lines 12B.

[0017] The first straight guiding perforation line 11 and the second straight guiding perforation line 12 guide the cut when opening so that it is formed by tracing the first cut line 11B or the second cut line 12B. The opening guide line 13 guides the cut when opening so that it is directed toward the first straight guiding perforation line 11 or the second straight guiding perforation line 12.

[0018] The interval between the perforations in the first cut line 11B and the second cut line 12B is, for example, 0.2 to 1.2 mm. More preferably, the interval between the perforations is 0.5 to 0.9 mm. The interval between the perforations is appropriately changed depending on the material and thickness of the perforated substrate. If the interval between the perforations is narrower than 0.2 mm, the processed substrate is easily cut.

[0019] If the interval between the perforations is greater than 0.9 mm, the cut end surface is likely to become rough, particularly when a paper substrate is used, and the cuts are likely to deviate. Furthermore, the length of the perforations in the first cut line 11B and the second cut line 12B is preferably 0.3 to 5.0 mm, and more preferably 0.5 to 3.0 mm.

[0020] Fig. 3 is a view of the packaging bag 1 developed with respect to a center line O that passes through the first edge 1E1 and develops the sealed space S symmetrically. As shown in Fig. 3, the first straight guiding perforation line 11 is formed in the first sheet portion 1F and the second sheet portion 1B substantially symmetrically with respect to the center line O. That is, in the packaging bag 1, the first straight guiding perforation line 11 is formed in the first sheet portion 1F and the second sheet portion 1B substantially opposite each other.

[0021] Similarly, the second straight guiding perforation lines 12 are formed in the first sheet portion 1F and the second sheet portion 1B substantially symmetrically with respect to the center line O. That is, in the packaging bag 1, the second straight guiding perforation lines 12 are formed in the first sheet portion 1F and the second sheet portion 1B substantially opposite each other.

[0022] In the first sheet portion 1F, the opening guide line 13 has a starting point 13S formed near the end of the first cutting line 11B on the second edge 1E2 side, and an ending point 13E formed near the end of the first edge 1E1 side of the second cutting line 12B on the second edge 1E2 side of the starting point 13S.

[0023] In the second sheet portion 1B, the start point 13S of the opening guide line 13 is formed near the end of the first edge 1E1 side of the first cut line 11B, and the end point 13E is formed near the end of the second edge 1E2 side of the second cut line 12B on the first edge 1E1 side from the start point 13S. The opening guide line 13 formed between the first straight guide perforation line 11 and the second straight guide perforation line 12 is preferably formed such that the interval between adjacent opening guide lines 13 is 2.0 mm to 30 mm. If the interval between adjacent opening guide lines 13 is narrow, the perforated substrate is more likely to break. If the interval between the opening guide lines is wide, the distance until the opening guide line 13 is hit when opening is longer, the length of the step formed when opening is shorter, and the opening line is more likely to deviate from the perforation.

[0024] The angle α between the first straight guiding perforation line 11 and the opening guiding line 13 is set to 30° or more and 60° or less to allow the package to be opened stably as intended, and is preferably approximately 45°. Since the second straight guiding perforation line 12 is formed at an approximately constant distance from the first straight guiding perforation line 11, the angle between the second straight guiding perforation line 12 and the opening guiding line 13 is approximately equal to the angle α.

[0025] A notch 14 is formed in the first edge 1E1 and the second edge 1E2 of the first sheet portion 1F and the second sheet portion 1B. The notch 14 is formed between the first straight guiding perforation line 11 and the second straight guiding perforation line 12.

[0026] 4, the first sheet member 1F and the second sheet member 1B include a sealing layer SL and an exterior layer OL. The sealing layer SL faces the sealed space S. The exterior layer OL is laminated on the outside of the sealing layer SL.

[0027] The exterior layer OL may be a sheet made of paper or polyethylene terephthalate. The exterior layer OL may be a paper material such as fine paper, mozo paper, or coated paper. It is more preferable that the exterior layer OL is made of fine paper having high interlayer strength. In addition to polyethylene terephthalate film, film substrates such as oriented polypropylene film, stretched nylon film, and polyolefin film may be used for the exterior layer OL. The sealing layer SL may be a sheet made of aluminum sandwiched between polyethylene materials.

[0028] The sealing layer SL is made of a material such as polyethylene terephthalate material or nylon material with aluminum deposition. It is preferable to use an aluminum material in order to form a step at the opening of the packaging bag 1 formed by bonding the first sheet portion 1F and the second sheet portion 1B together by a cut following the perforation processing applied to the exterior layer OL when opening the bag.

[0029] The exterior layer OL and the sealing layer SL are bonded together by a known method such as dry lamination, extrusion lamination, non-solvent lamination, etc. The sealing layer on the inner surface of the sealing layer SL may be formed from a heat-sealable film or extruded resin such as low-density polyethylene, linear low-density polyethylene, polypropylene, cycloolefin polymer, cycloolefin copolymer, PET, etc., or may be formed by coating with an acrylic or elastomer heat-seal varnish.

[0030] A fastener (sealing portion) 15 is provided on the inside of the sealing layer SL. The fastener 15 has a known structure, and by pushing and engaging the convex portion 15V into the concave portion 15C, the opening opening is closed after opening and the packaging bag 1 is sealed. A structure other than the fastener 15 may be used to close the opening opening.

[0031] The first straight guiding perforation line 11, the second straight guiding perforation line 12, and the opening guiding line 13 are formed using a rotary cutter, laser processing, a pinnacle die half cut, or the like.

[0032] Since the aluminum material is required to provide airtightness and light-blocking properties for the sealed space S, it is preferable that the first straight guide perforation line 11, the second straight guide perforation line 12, and the opening guide line 13 are formed so as not to extend into the aluminum material.

[0033] The thickness of the outer layer OL, which is the main component of the first sheet portion 1F and the second sheet portion 1B on which the first straight guide perforation line 11, the second straight guide perforation line 12, and the opening guide line 13 are formed, is preferably 30 μm or more and 100 μm or less when a paper material is used, and is preferably 12 μm or more and 25 μm or less when a polyethylene terephthalate material is used.

[0034] Next, the process of forming the slit B when opening the packaging bag 1 will be described. The packaging bag 1 is opened when a slit B across the sealed space S is formed in the opposing first sheet portion 1F and second sheet portion 1B. Fig. 5 shows a case where the packaging bag 1 is opened from the first edge 1E1 toward the second edge 1E2, starting from the notch 14. Fig. 5 is an enlarged view of the vicinity of the first edge 1E1, with the packaging bag 1 unfolded with respect to a center line O that passes through the first edge 1E1 and symmetrically unfolds the sealed space S.

[0035] As shown in FIG. 5, in the first sheet portion 1F, the cut B first progresses from the notch 14 of the first edge 1E1 toward the second edge 1E2 without being guided.

[0036] While progressing toward the second edge 1E2, the cut line B hits the opening guide line 13. When the cut line B hits the opening guide line 13, the cut line B is guided by the opening guide line 13 and progresses toward the second straight guide perforation line 12.

[0037] As the cut B approaches the second straight guiding perforation line 12 , it is guided by the second straight guiding perforation line 12 and advances while tracing the second straight guiding perforation line 12 .

[0038] If deviation D occurs in which slit B deviates from second straight guiding perforation line 12 toward first straight guiding perforation line 11 due to factors such as the amount of force used when opening, slit B will again butt up against opening guiding line 13. Having again butted up against opening guiding line 13, slit B is guided by opening guiding line 13 to proceed toward second straight guiding perforation line 12, and is guided by second straight guiding perforation line 12 to proceed tracing second straight guiding perforation line 12 again.

[0039] In the first sheet portion 1F, the cut line B is guided by the opening guide line 13 and the second straight guide perforation line 12 to reach the second edge 1E2.

[0040] Similarly, in the second sheet portion 1B, the cut B first progresses from the notch 14 of the first edge 1E1 toward the second edge 1E2 without being guided.

[0041] While progressing toward the second edge 1E2, the cut line B hits the opening guide line 13. When the cut line B hits the opening guide line 13, the cut line B is guided by the opening guide line 13 and progresses toward the first straight guide perforation line 11.

[0042] When the cut B approaches the first straight guiding perforation line 11, it is guided by the first straight guiding perforation line 11 and advances while tracing the first straight guiding perforation line 11.

[0043] If deviation D occurs in which slit B deviates from first straight guiding perforation line 11 toward second straight guiding perforation line 12 due to factors such as the amount of force used when opening, slit B will again butt up against opening guiding line 13. Having again butted up against opening guiding line 13, slit B is guided by opening guiding line 13 to proceed toward first straight guiding perforation line 11, and is guided by first straight guiding perforation line 11 to proceed along first straight guiding perforation line 11 again.

[0044] In the second sheet portion 1B, the cut B is guided by the opening guide line 13 and the first straight guide perforation line 11 to reach the second edge 1E2.

[0045] As shown in Figure 6, when the packaging bag 1 is opened, the slit B is formed by approximately tracing the second straight guide perforation line 12 in the first sheet portion 1F, and is formed by approximately tracing the first straight guide perforation line 11 in the second sheet portion 1B.

[0046] Since the first straight guiding perforation line 11 and the second straight guiding perforation line 12 are formed at a substantially constant distance, a step DL is generated at the cut B between the first sheet portion 1F and the second sheet portion 1B. A tab portion P is formed by the step DL at the cut B between the first sheet portion 1F and the second sheet portion 1B.

[0047] In the packaging bag 1 of this embodiment configured and operated as described above, in the first sheet portion 1F, the slit B is formed by approximately tracing the second straight guiding perforation line 12, and in the second sheet portion 1B, the slit B is formed by approximately tracing the first straight guiding perforation line 11 which is at a substantially constant distance from the second straight guiding perforation line 12. Therefore, by reducing the distance between the first straight guiding perforation line 11 and the second straight guiding perforation line 12, the step DL of the tab portion P formed upon opening becomes smaller.

[0048] Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to Fig. 7. Similar to the packaging bag 1, the packaging bag 10 of this embodiment has a sealed space formed by opposed sheet-like members, contains a poultice or the like in the sealed space, and is opened by forming a slit in the opposed sheet-like members that overlaps the sealed space.

[0049] The packaging bag 10 has a deviation prevention line 16 formed therein in addition to the configuration of the packaging bag 1. Therefore, the deviation prevention line 16 will be described.

[0050] The deviation prevention line 16 prevents deviation D2 in which the cut B at the time of opening deviates in a direction away from the first straight guide perforation line 11 in the first sheet portion 1F.

[0051] 7, deviation prevention line 16 is formed outside the range surrounded by first straight guide perforation line 11 and second straight guide perforation line 12. In first sheet portion 1F, deviation prevention line 16 is formed such that starting point 16S is formed near the end of second cutting line 12B on the first edge 1E1 side, and ending point 16E is formed away from first cutting line 11B on the first edge 1E1 side of starting point 16S.

[0052] In the second sheet portion 1B, the deviation prevention line 16 has a starting point 16S formed near the end of the second cutting line 12B on the second edge 1E2 side, and an ending point 16E formed away from the first cutting line 11B on the second edge 1E2 side of the starting point 16S.

[0053] The angle β between the second straight guide perforation line 12 and the deviation prevention line 16 is set to be greater than or equal to 30° and less than or equal to 60°, so that the package can be opened stably as intended, and an angle of approximately 45° is preferable.

[0054] If deviation D2 occurs in first sheet portion 1F, in which cut B deviates in a direction away from first straight guiding perforation line 11 due to factors such as the amount of force used when opening, cut B will abut against deviation prevention line 16. Cut B that abuts against deviation prevention line 16 is guided by deviation prevention line 16 to proceed toward second straight guiding perforation line 12, and is guided by second straight guiding perforation line 12 to proceed again tracing second straight guiding perforation line 12.

[0055] In the packaging bag 10 of this embodiment configured and operated as described above, in the first sheet portion 1F, the slit B is formed by approximately tracing the second straight guiding perforation line 12, and in the second sheet portion 1B, the slit B is formed by approximately tracing the first straight guiding perforation line 11 that is at a substantially constant distance from the second straight guiding perforation line 12. Therefore, by reducing the distance between the first straight guiding perforation line 11 and the second straight guiding perforation line 12, the step DL of the tab portion P formed by opening becomes smaller. Furthermore, the deviation prevention line 16 prevents deviation D2 in which the slit B deviates away from the first straight guiding perforation line 11 in the first sheet portion 1F upon opening.

[0056] Next, a third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to Fig. 8. Similar to the packaging bag 1, the packaging bag 20 of this embodiment has a sealed space formed by opposed sheet-like members, contains a poultice or the like in the sealed space, and is opened by forming a slit in the opposed sheet-like members that overlaps the sealed space.

[0057] In addition to the configuration of the packaging bag 10, the packaging bag 20 is formed with deviation prevention perforation lines 17. Therefore, deviation prevention perforation lines 17 will be described.

[0058] The deviation prevention perforation line 17 guides the cut B to move along the deviation prevention perforation line 17 when deviation D2 occurs in the first sheet portion 1F at the time of opening, in which the cut B deviates in a direction away from the first straight guide perforation line 11 and guidance by the deviation prevention line 16 fails.

[0059] 8, deviation prevention perforation line 17 is formed at a substantially constant distance from first straight guide perforation line 11 and second straight guide perforation line 12, and starting point 17S is formed near end point 16E of each deviation prevention line 16. End point 17E of deviation prevention perforation line 17 is formed near end point 16E of deviation prevention line 16 on the first edge 1E1 side in first sheet portion 1F, and is formed near end point 16E of deviation prevention line 16 on the second edge 1E2 side in second sheet portion 1B.

[0060] Due to factors such as the amount of force used when opening, deviation D2 occurs in the first sheet portion 1F, in which the cut B deviates in a direction away from the first straight guide perforation line 11, and if guidance by the deviation prevention line 16 fails, the cut B abuts against the deviation prevention perforation line 17. The cut B that abuts against the deviation prevention perforation line 17 is guided by the deviation prevention perforation line 17 and moves forward while tracing the deviation prevention perforation line 17.

[0061] In the packaging bag 20 of this embodiment configured and operated as described above, in the first sheet portion 1F, the slit B is formed by approximately tracing the second straight guiding perforation line 12, and in the second sheet portion 1B, the slit B is formed by approximately tracing the first straight guiding perforation line 11 that is at a substantially constant distance from the second straight guiding perforation line 12. Therefore, by reducing the distance between the first straight guiding perforation line 11 and the second straight guiding perforation line 12, the step DL of the tab portion P formed by opening becomes smaller. The deviation prevention line 16 prevents deviation D2 in which the slit B deviates away from the first straight guiding perforation line 11 in the first sheet portion 1F upon opening.

[0062] Furthermore, due to the deviation prevention perforation line 17, a deviation D2 occurs in the first sheet portion 1F when the cut B is opened in a direction away from the first straight guide perforation line 11, and if guidance by the deviation prevention line 16 fails, the cut B is guided to proceed along the deviation prevention perforation line 17.

[0063] Next, a fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to Fig. 9. Similar to the packaging bag 1, a packaging bag 30 of this embodiment has a sealed space formed by opposed sheet-like members, contains a poultice or the like in the sealed space, and is opened by forming a slit in the opposed sheet-like members that overlaps the sealed space.

[0064] The packaging bag 30 has a straightness assistance line 11A formed therein in addition to the configuration of the packaging bag 1. Therefore, the straightness assistance line 11A will be described.

[0065] The straight guide lines 11A, 12A guide the cut B at the time of opening so as to trace the first straight guide perforation line 11 and the second straight guide perforation line 12 in the first sheet portion 1F and the second sheet portion 1B.

[0066] 9, the straight advance auxiliary line 11A is formed between adjacent first cutting lines 11B in the first sheet portion 1F and the second sheet portion 1B, and the straight advance auxiliary line 12A is formed between adjacent second cutting lines 12B. The straight advance auxiliary line 11A is formed so as to substantially overlap a line connecting ends of adjacent first cutting lines 11B, and the straight advance auxiliary line 12A is formed so as to substantially overlap a line connecting ends of adjacent second cutting lines 12B.

[0067] In the packaging bag 30 of this embodiment, which is configured and operated as described above, the slit B is formed in the first sheet portion 1F by approximately tracing the second straight guiding perforation line 12, and in the second sheet portion 1B, the slit B is formed by approximately tracing the first straight guiding perforation line 11, which has an approximately constant distance from the second straight guiding perforation line 12. Therefore, by reducing the distance between the first straight guiding perforation line 11 and the second straight guiding perforation line 12, the step DL of the tab portion P formed by opening is made smaller. Furthermore, the straight auxiliary lines 11A and 12A make it easier for the slit B to advance when opening by tracing the first straight guiding perforation line 11 and the second straight guiding perforation line 12.

[0068] Next, a fifth embodiment of the present invention will be described. A packaging bag 40 of the fifth embodiment is formed by opposing first and second sheet portions 1F and 1B, similar to the packaging bag 1 of the first embodiment.

[0069] As shown in Fig. 10, the packaging bag 40 is formed with the opening guide lines 13 thinned out compared to the configuration of the packaging bag 1. In the first sheet portion 1F and the second sheet portion 1B, the interval between adjacent opening guide lines 13 is formed longer than the interval between at least two consecutive first cut lines 11B or the interval between at least two consecutive second cut lines 12B. At least one first opening guide auxiliary line 13A formed shorter than the opening guide line 13 is formed on the first straight guide perforation line 11 side between adjacent opening guide lines 13. The first opening guide auxiliary line 13A is formed, for example, parallel to the opening guide line 13.

[0070] Between adjacent opening guide lines 13, at least one second opening guide auxiliary line 13B is formed on the second straight guide perforation line 12 side, the second opening guide line 13 being shorter than the opening guide line 13. The second opening guide auxiliary line 13B is formed, for example, parallel to the opening guide line 13. The number of the second opening guide auxiliary lines 13B is formed, for example, in the same number as the first opening guide auxiliary lines 13A. The number of the second opening guide auxiliary lines 13B may be formed in a number different from the number of the first opening guide auxiliary lines 13A.

[0071] The first opening guide auxiliary line 13A and the second opening guide auxiliary line 13B assist in facilitating the formation of a step from the cut caused by the first straight guide perforation line 11 and the second straight guide perforation line 12. The angle α between the opening guide line 13 and the first straight guide perforation line 11 is formed to be the above-mentioned predetermined angle.

[0072] By adjusting the distance between the first straight guiding perforation line 11 and the second straight guiding perforation line 12, the size of the step DL (see Figure 6) in the tab portion P (see Figure 6) formed upon opening can be adjusted.

[0073] A straight guide line 11A (see FIG. 9) may be formed between adjacent first cut lines 11B. By forming the straight guide line 11A, the cut B when opened can easily move along the first straight guide perforation line 11.

[0074] A straight guide line 12A (see FIG. 9) may be formed between adjacent second cut lines 12B. By forming the straight guide line 12A, the cut B when opened can easily move along the second straight guide perforation line 12.

[0075] With the above-described configuration, in the packaging bag 40, a slit B is formed in the first sheet portion 1F, substantially following the second straight guide perforation line 12. Even if deviation D occurs in which the slit B deviates from the second straight guide perforation line 12 toward the first straight guide perforation line 11 side, the slit B is returned to the second straight guide perforation line 12 side because the second opening guide auxiliary line 13B is formed. Even if the slit B deviates from the second opening guide auxiliary line 13B, it is guided by the opening guide line 13 and returned to the second straight guide perforation line 12 side.

[0076] In the second sheet portion 1B, the slit B is formed by substantially tracing the first straight guiding perforation line 11 having a substantially constant distance from the second straight guiding perforation line 12. Even if the slit B deviates toward the second straight guiding perforation line 12, the slit B is returned to the first straight guiding perforation line 11 side because the first opening guide auxiliary line 13A is formed. Even if the slit B deviates from the first opening guide auxiliary line 13A, it is guided by the opening guide line 13 and returned to the first straight guiding perforation line 11 side.

[0077] At least one of the first opening guidance assistant line 13A and the second opening guidance assistant line 13B may be disposed continuously between the adjacent opening guidance lines 13. Increasing the number of continuous first opening guidance assistant lines 13A and second opening guidance assistant lines 13B in association with increasing the distance between the adjacent opening guidance lines 13 makes the base material less likely to break and facilitates processing.

[0078] The first straight guiding perforation line 11 is formed adjacent to the fastener 15. An opening is formed in the sealed space by a slit B formed by the first straight guiding perforation line 11 and the second straight guiding perforation line 12. The opening is closed by the fastener 15. An escape prevention line 16 (see FIG. 7) and an escape stop perforation line 17 (see FIG. 8) may be formed between the first straight guiding perforation line 11 and the fastener 15.

[0079] In the first sheet portion 1F, a slit B is formed by approximately tracing the second straight guide perforation line 12. Because the deviation prevention line 16 is formed, even if the slit B deviates from the second straight guide perforation line 12 and further deviates from the first straight guide perforation line 11 causing deviation D3, the slit B is guided by the deviation prevention line 16 and approximately traces the deviation prevention perforation line 17 to form a slit X. When the slit X is formed, a greater step can be formed between the slit B.

[0080] In the second sheet portion 1B, a slit B is formed so as to substantially follow the first straight guide perforation line 11. Due to the formation of the deviation prevention line 16, the slit B deviates from the first straight guide perforation line 11, and even if deviation D occurs, the slit B is guided by the deviation prevention line 16 and returns to the first straight guide perforation line 11.

[0081] Although one embodiment of the present invention has been described in detail above with reference to the drawings, the specific configuration is not limited to this embodiment, and configuration changes and combinations within the scope that do not deviate from the gist of the present invention are also included.

[0082] For example, there may be a first cutting line 11B and a second cutting line 12B that do not have a corresponding opening guide line 13. The first cutting line 11B, the second cutting line 12B, and the opening guide line 13 may not be formed in equal numbers.

[0083] The first straight guide perforation line 11, the second straight guide perforation line 12 and the opening guide line 13 may not be formed on the first edge 1E1 or the second edge 1E2, but may be formed only in the portions of the first sheet portion 1F and the second sheet portion 1B that overlap the sealed space S.

[0084] The first straight guiding perforation line 11, the second straight guiding perforation line 12 and the opening guiding line 13 may be formed in a plurality of sets in parallel on the first sheet portion 1F and the second sheet portion 1B.

[0085] The opening guide line 13 may be connected to the first straight guide perforation line 11 or the second straight guide perforation line 12.

[0086] The deviation prevention line 16 may be connected to the second straight guide perforation line 12 or the deviation prevention perforation line 17.

[0087] If the lines are connected, the tear when opening will proceed directly from line to line, preventing deviation and allowing the packaging bag to be opened cleanly.

[0088] When the lines are not connected, the portion of the exterior layer OL where the perforation lines are formed is reduced, and the strength of the exterior layer OL is improved. By improving the strength of the exterior layer OL, the exterior layer OL becomes less likely to break due to the tension generated when the perforation lines are formed or the package is formed.

[0089] The deviation prevention line 16 may be formed relative to the first straight guide perforation line 11 . [Explanation of symbols]
