Network 104 may include various types of connections, such as wired, wireless communications links, or fiber optic cables.

[0025] To send and receive messages, the mobile terminals 101 , 102 , 103 communicate with a server 105 via a network 104 .

[0026] The mobile terminal devices 101, 102, and 103 may be hardware or software. If the mobile terminal devices 101, 102, and 103 are hardware, they may be various electronic devices equipped with moving devices and supporting autonomous movement, including, but not limited to, patrol inspection vehicles, logistics transport vehicles, and the like. [0027] The server 105 may be a server that provides various services, for example, a back-end server that supports the mobile policies of the mobile terminal devices 101, 102, and 103. The back-end server may receive the status reported from the mobile terminal devices 101, 102, and 103 via the network, and may feed back the generated processing results (for example, a movement command) to the mobile terminal devices.

[0028] The server may be hardware or software. If the server is hardware, it may be implemented as a distributed server cluster consisting of multiple servers, or as a single server. If the server is software, it may be implemented as multiple pieces of software or software modules (e.g., software or software modules for providing distributed services), or as a single piece of software or software module. There are no particular limitations here. It should be noted that the method for network connection according to the embodiment of the present disclosure is typically performed by the server 105, and accordingly, the device for network connection is typically provided in the server 105.

[0029] It should be understood that the numbers of mobile terminals, networks and servers in Figure 1 are merely exemplary, and the numbers of mobile terminals, networks and servers may be arbitrarily increased or decreased according to the needs of implementation.

[0030]

[0023] Referring now to Figure 2, Figure 2 illustrates a flow 200 of one embodiment of a method for network connection according to the present disclosure. The method for network connection includes the following steps:

[0031] In step 201, it is determined whether or not a preset network credential update condition is met.

[0032] In this embodiment, the executing entity of the method for network connection (the server 105 shown in FIG. 1) can determine whether the preset network credential update condition is satisfied in various manners. The network credential indicated in the preset network credential update condition is used to establish a connection of the target network. As an example, the network credential may include an account name and a password. As another example, the network credential may include a key.

[0033] In the present embodiment, for example, the execution entity may determine that a pre-set network credential update condition is satisfied in response to detecting an initial configuration of the network, and optionally may set the network credential of the network that was set when the network was initially configured as the updated network credential.

[0034] In this embodiment, as another example, the execution subject may determine that the preset network credential update condition is satisfied in response to detecting a mobile terminal with a heartbeat timeout. In this embodiment, a heartbeat timeout of a mobile terminal means an interruption of the network communication of the mobile terminal (i.e., a connection between the mobile terminal and the network is cut off).

[0035] In some optional embodiments of this embodiment, the execution entity may determine whether a preset network credential update condition is met by the following steps:

[0036] The first step is to determine if the network credentials have changed.

[0037] In these embodiments, the actor may determine whether the network credentials have changed in a variety of ways. As one example, the actor may detect whether a change has occurred to the network credentials. Optionally, in accordance with the optional embodiment, the execution entity may determine that the network credentials have been changed in response to receiving a command to change the network credentials.

[0038] In these embodiments, the network credential change command may be generated by a technician modifying the network credentials via a configuration terminal.

[0039] According to the above optional embodiment, the solution can be applied to various scenarios requiring dynamic key changes, improving the security and flexibility of network settings.

[0040] In the second step, in response to determining that the network credentials have been changed, it is determined whether a preset network credential update condition is satisfied.

[0041] In these embodiments, in response to determining in the first step that the network credentials have been changed, it is determined whether a preset network credential update condition is satisfied.

[0042] According to the above optional embodiment, the solution may determine whether a preset network credential update condition is met by detecting whether the network credential has been changed.

[0043] In some optional embodiments of this embodiment, the execution entity may determine that a preset network credential update condition is satisfied in response to determining that the current time has reached a preset network credential change time.

[0044] In these embodiments, the above-mentioned preset network credential change time may be flexibly set according to the needs of the application (e.g., after 2 hours). Optionally, the above-mentioned preset network credential change time may be periodic, for example, changed at a certain time every day or changed at a certain time every week.

[0045] According to the above optional embodiment, the solution can be applied to various scenarios requiring dynamic key changes, improving the security and flexibility of network settings.

[0046] In step 202, in response to determining that the pre-defined network credential update condition is met, sending updated network credentials to the at least one mobile terminal via a pre-defined spare connection mode.

[0047] In this embodiment, in response to determining that the preset network credential update condition is satisfied in step 201, the execution entity can send the updated network credential to at least one mobile terminal using a spare connection mode preset in various manners. Note that the spare connection mode may be another communication means different from the target network connection. As an example, when the target network is Wi-Fi, the preset spare connection mode may be Bluetooth (registered trademark), narrow band (NB), etc. The at least one mobile terminal may typically include a mobile terminal connected to the execution entity via the target network.

[0048] In this embodiment, as an example, in response to determining that the preset network credential update condition is satisfied, the execution entity may first obtain the updated network credential in various manners. Among them, the manner in which the execution entity obtains the updated network credential may be adapted to the manner of determining whether the preset network credential update condition is satisfied as described above, and the description thereof will be omitted here. Then, the execution entity may use the preset spare connection mode to transmit the obtained updated network credential associated with the network credential indicated by the preset network credential update condition in step 201 to the at least one mobile terminal.

[0049] In some optional embodiments of this embodiment, the above embodiment may broadcast the updated network credentials to at least one mobile terminal using Long Range Radio (LoRa).

[0050] In addition, LoRa usually has a two-way communication function of sending and receiving. According to the above optional embodiment, the solution uses the LoRa launch port of the execution subject to broadcast the updated network credential to the two-way communication LoRa module installed in each mobile terminal device, thereby realizing the distribution of the updated network credential.

[0051] In step 203, a request for connection to a target network sent by a target mobile terminal is received.

[0052] In this embodiment, the execution entity can receive a connection request to a target network sent by a target mobile terminal, where the target mobile terminal may typically include a mobile terminal that has received the updated network credential sent in step 202, i.e., at least one of the at least one mobile terminal in step 202.

[0053] In some optional embodiments of this embodiment, the connection request may include the most recent network credentials obtained by the target mobile terminal.

[0054] According to the above optional embodiment, the solution can be applied to a scenario in which a mobile terminal device attempts to connect to a target network using the latest network credentials.

[0055] At step 204, in response to determining that the connection request to the target network matches the updated network credentials, a connection is established between the target mobile terminal and the target network.

[0056] In this embodiment, in response to the connection request to the target network received in step 203 matching the updated network credential, the execution entity can establish a connection between the target mobile terminal and the target network, thereby restoring the connection between the mobile terminal and the target network through the updated network credential.

[0057] Next, refer to FIG. 3, which is a schematic diagram showing an application scene of the method for network connection according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. In the application scene of FIG. 3, the logistics robot 301 communicates with the back-end server 302 through a Wi-Fi wireless network. A local switch 303 and a plurality of wireless access points (Access Points, APs) constitute a wireless Wi-Fi network. Usually, the logistics robot 301 may periodically (for example, every 500 ms) report its location to the back-end server 302 through Wi-Fi. If the Wi-Fi is changed to a new key, the logistics robot 301 cannot connect to the Wi-Fi network through the key originally stored therein and cannot transmit a heartbeat signal. The back-end server 302 may determine that a preset network credential update condition is met by detecting that the heartbeat signal transmitted from the logistics robot 301 has not been received for a preset time or that the key has been changed to a new key. Therefore, the back-end server 302 may deliver the updated network credential to the logistics robot 301 through a preset Bluetooth connection method. The logistics robot 301 receives the updated network credentials distributed from the backend server 302, and retransmits a Wi-Fi connection request including the updated network credentials. 1 In response to confirming that the network credentials included in the connection request sent by the logistics robot 30 match the updated network credentials, 1 and re-establish your Wi-Fi connection.

[0058] Currently, one of the related technologies is that the Wi-Fi connection between the cloud control system of the mobile robot and the mobile robot is mainly made through a fixed account and password, which cannot be applied to the scene of irregularly updating the key due to security requirements, and is difficult to deploy quickly when the account and password are changed. The method provided by the above embodiment of the present disclosure distributes updated network credentials when a preset network credential update condition is met according to a preset spare connection mode, and restores the connection between the target mobile terminal and the target network when the received connection request matches the updated network credential, thereby realizing the distribution and network restoration after the network credential is updated, and further providing a technical basis for network connection and rapid deployment in the scene of dynamic keys.

[0059] Further, reference is made to Fig. 4, which illustrates a flow 400 of another embodiment of a method for network connection. The flow 400 of the method for network connection includes the following steps.

[0060] In step 401, in response to detecting that the mobile terminal has reached a preset network switching area, it is determined that a preset network credential update condition is met.

[0061] In this embodiment, an execution entity of the method for network connection (e.g., the server shown in FIG. 1) may first determine whether any mobile terminal has reached a preset network switching area. Here, the preset network switching area may be used to indicate a boundary area between two network areas having different network coverages. The execution entity may determine that a preset network credential update condition is satisfied in response to determining that any mobile terminal has reached the preset network switching area. The network credential indicated by the preset network credential update condition may be used to establish a connection of the target network.

[0062] In step 402, in response to determining that the preset network credential update condition is satisfied, sending the updated network credential to the mobile terminal that has reached the preset network switching area via the preset spare connection mode.

[0063] In this embodiment, in response to determining that the preset network credential update condition is satisfied in step 401, the executing entity can transmit the updated network credential to the mobile terminal that has reached the preset network switching area through the preset spare connection mode. Note that the method of transmitting the updated network credential using the preset spare connection mode as described above can be referred to the description of step 202 in the above-mentioned embodiment and its optional embodiment, and therefore the description thereof will be omitted here.

[0064] In some optional embodiments of this embodiment, the execution entity may be a back-end server that distributes the moving path of the mobile terminal, and thus the execution entity may send updated network credentials to the mobile terminal that has reached the pre-defined network switching area through a pre-defined spare connection mode according to the location where the mobile terminal has reached the pre-defined network switching area.

[0065] In step 403, a request for connection to a target network sent by a target mobile terminal is received.

[0066] At step 404, in response to determining that the connection request to the target network matches the updated network credentials, a connection is established between the target mobile terminal and the target network.

[0067] In some optional embodiments of this embodiment, the connection request may include the latest network credentials obtained by the target mobile terminal, and the execution entity may broadcast the updated network credentials to the mobile terminal that has reached a network switching area preset by LoRa.

[0068] The above-mentioned steps 403 and 404 correspond to steps 203 and 204 in the above-mentioned embodiment, respectively, and their optional embodiments. The explanations of steps 203, 204, and their optional embodiments also apply to steps 403 and 404, and the explanations thereof will be omitted here.

[0069] As can be seen from Fig. 4, the flow 400 of the method for network connection of this embodiment embodies the steps of: determining that a preset network credential update condition is met when it is detected that the mobile terminal has reached a preset network switching area; and sending an updated network credential to the mobile terminal that has reached the preset network switching area through a preset spare connection mode when it is determined that the preset network credential update condition is met. Thus, the solution described in this embodiment can automatically deliver a matching network credential when it detects that the mobile terminal device is crossing a different network area, thereby realizing barrier-free driving under the premise of network change, such as connecting to a new network when the mobile terminal device crosses a different network area, and improving work efficiency.

[0070] Further referring to FIG. 5, as an embodiment of the method shown in each of the above figures, the present disclosure provides an embodiment of an apparatus for network connection, which embodiment of the apparatus corresponds to the embodiment of the method shown in FIG. 2 or FIG. 4, and which can be specifically applied to various electronic devices.

[0071] As shown in FIG. 5, the apparatus 500 for network connection provided in this embodiment includes a judging unit 501, a sending unit 502, a receiving unit 503, and a connecting unit 504. Wherein, the judging unit 501 is configured to judge whether a preset network credential update condition is satisfied, and the network credential indicated in the preset network credential update condition is used to establish a connection of the target network. The sending unit 502 is configured to send the updated network credential to at least one mobile terminal through a preset spare connection mode in response to determining that the preset network credential update condition is satisfied. The receiving unit 503 is configured to receive a connection request to the target network sent by the target mobile terminal. The connecting unit 504 is configured to establish a connection between the target mobile terminal and the target network in response to determining that the connection request to the target network matches the updated network credential.

[0072] In this embodiment, in the device 500 for network connection, the specific processing of the judgment unit 501, the sending unit 502, the receiving unit 503 and the connection unit 504 and the technical effects achieved thereby may refer to the relevant descriptions of steps 201, 202, 203 and 204 in the corresponding embodiment of FIG. 2, respectively, and the description thereof will be omitted here.

[0073] In some optional embodiments of this embodiment, the judgment unit 501 may include a first judgment module (not shown) configured to determine whether the network credentials have been changed, and a second judgment module (not shown) configured to determine that a preset network credential update condition is met in response to the network credentials being changed.

[0074] In some optional embodiments of this embodiment, the first judgment module may be further configured to determine that the network credentials have been changed in response to receiving a command to change the network credentials.

[0075] In some optional embodiments of this embodiment, the judgment unit 501 may be further configured to determine that a preset network credential update condition is satisfied in response to determining that the current time has reached a preset network credential change time.

[0076] In some optional embodiments of this embodiment, the determining unit 501 may be further configured to determine that a preset network credential update condition is satisfied in response to detecting that the mobile terminal has reached a preset network switching region, and the sending unit 502 may be further configured to send an updated network credential to the mobile terminal that has reached the preset network switching region through a preset spare connection mode in response to determining that the preset network credential update condition is satisfied.

[0077] In some optional embodiments of this embodiment, the connection request may include the latest network credentials obtained by the target mobile terminal, and the transmitting unit 502 may be further configured to broadcast the updated network credentials to at least one mobile terminal using Long Range Radio (LoRa).

[0078] The device provided by the above embodiment of the present disclosure distributes, by the sending unit 502, updated network credentials when a preset network credential update condition is met by a preset spare connection mode, and restores, by the connection unit 504, the connection between the target mobile terminal and the target network when the connection request received by the receiving unit 503 matches the updated network credential, thereby realizing the distribution and network restoration after the network credential is updated, and further providing a technical basis for network connection and rapid deployment in dynamic key scenes.

[0079] Further, please refer to Fig. 6, which illustrates a timeline 600 of interactions between devices in an embodiment of a system for network connection. The system for network connection may include a mobile terminal (e.g., mobile terminal devices 101, 102, 103 shown in Fig. 1) and a server (e.g., server 105 shown in Fig. 1), in which the mobile terminal includes a mobile robot configured to receive updated network credentials through a preset spare connection mode and send a connection request to the server to connect to a target network. The server may be configured to implement the method for network connection as described in the above embodiment.

[0080] In some optional embodiments of this embodiment, the mobile terminal is further configured to stop traveling in response to detecting that the distance from the LoRa launching terminal is less than a preset distance, and to resume traveling in response to detecting that the distance from the LoRa launching terminal is equal to or greater than the preset distance.

[0081] As shown in FIG. 6, in step 601, the server determines whether a preset network credential update condition is met.

[0082] In step 602, the server transmits updated network credentials to the at least one mobile terminal via a preset spare connection mode in response to determining that the preset network credential update condition is satisfied.

[0083] In step 603, the mobile terminal receives updated network credentials with a pre-configured spare connection mode.

[0084] In this embodiment, the mobile terminal receives the updated network credentials through a preset spare connection mode, which may be consistent with the corresponding description of step 202 in the above embodiment, and the description thereof will be omitted here.

[0085] In step 604, the mobile terminal sends a connection request to the server to connect to the target network.

[0086] In this embodiment, the connection request to the target network may include the received updated network credentials.

[0087] In step 605, the server receives a connection request to a target network sent by a target mobile terminal.

[0088] In step 606, the server establishes a connection between the target mobile terminal and the target network in response to determining that the connection request to the target network matches the updated network credentials.

[0089] The above-mentioned steps 601, 602, 605, and 606 correspond to steps 201 to 204 in the above-mentioned embodiment and optional embodiments thereof, respectively, and the explanation of the above-mentioned steps 201 to 204 and optional embodiments thereof also applies to steps 601, 602, 605, and 606, and the explanation thereof will be omitted here.

[0090] In some optional embodiments of this embodiment, the mobile terminal stops traveling in response to detecting that the distance from the LoRa launching terminal is less than a preset distance, and resumes traveling in response to detecting that the distance from the LoRa launching terminal is equal to or greater than the preset distance.

[0091] Based on the above optional embodiment, the solution can be applied to the scene where a technician carries a LoRa signal transmission terminal to enter the site, and when the technician passes through the site freely, the mobile terminal can stop moving when it is at a certain distance (e.g., 3m) from the technician, thereby avoiding collision with humans.
