Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to an eaves support material that can be applied to various roofs such as those of ordinary houses and apartment buildings, and that enables various eaves gutters to be stably and securely attached to the eaves of the roof, and an eaves structure using the same. [Background technology]

[0002] 2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, roofs with rain gutters are known, in which gutters are attached to the eaves of a roof. For example, as disclosed in Patent Document 1, a roof with gutters is known in which a mounting base is attached to an eaves component of the roof, a support arm is rotatably attached to this mounting base, and an eaves gutter is attached to the support arm. Patent document 1 also describes a configuration in which a gear-shaped mating projection and recess is provided on the outer periphery of either the support arm or the mounting base, and a locking claw is provided on the other to prevent the mating projection and recess from rotating. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0003] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 4-82230 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0004] The roof with rain gutters described in Patent Document 1 has support arms that can be rotated relative to the mounting base, so the eaves gutters can be attached horizontally by rotating the support arms according to the slope of the eaves components, i.e., the roof slope. In other words, it can accommodate different roof slopes.

[0005] However, in Patent Document 1, a gear-shaped mating projection and recess is provided on the outer periphery of either the support arm or the mounting base, and a locking claw is provided on the other, which has the problem that it is difficult to fine-tune the position of the eaves gutter and cannot be firmly fixed. In addition, the roof with gutters described in Patent Document 1 is equipped with three types of components: a mounting base, a support arm, and an eaves gutter. The mounting base and support arms are short and multiple mounting bases are attached at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the eaves structural component, so multiple mounting bases and support arms are used. For this reason, many members are required to install the eaves gutter, the number of components is large, construction takes time, and costs are high. Furthermore, since the mounting base and the support arms are short and the eaves gutter is attached across a plurality of support arms, the eaves edge components of the roof are visible when a person visually inspects the roof. For this reason, in conventional roofs with rain gutters, the eaves component parts must have a good external design to improve the appearance of the eaves part of the roof, which increases costs.

[0006] Therefore, the present invention provides an eaves support material that can be applied to various roofs such as those of ordinary houses and apartment buildings, allows various eaves gutters to be attached to the eaves of the roof, and in particular allows fine adjustments to be made when arranging the eaves gutters, and can be firmly attached, as well as an eaves structure using the same. [Means for solving the problem]

[0007] The present invention has been proposed in view of the above, and comprises a main body for supporting an eaves gutter arranged on the eaves side of a building, an eaves attachment member having an attachment part to be attached to the eaves, and a fastener for fastening the main body and the eaves attachment member, the main body and the eaves attachment member each having a horizontal piece facing each other at a predetermined distance H in a rotatably fixed state, and the fastener has: The square cylindrical body has an engaging portion which is an eaves tip of the upper surface thereof, A fitting portion for maintaining the predetermined distance H is formed in the main body. The engaged portion Engage with It is an L-shaped protruding piece. We propose an eaves support material characterized by having an engagement portion formed therein.

[0008] The present invention also proposes an eaves support material characterized in that, in the eaves support material, the opposing horizontal pieces are formed at one end of the main body and the eaves mounting material, and an axis portion is formed at the other end for fixing it freely in a rotatable manner.

[0009] The present invention also proposes an eaves support material characterized in that, in the eaves support material, one of the horizontal pieces of the main body and the eaves mounting material is provided with a locking protrusion, and the other is formed with multiple stages of engaging teeth against which the locking protrusion abuts.

[0010] The present invention also proposes an eaves support material as described above, characterized in that the eaves gutter of the main body is supported by a fixed portion that fixes a cover material that covers the open upper surface of the eaves gutter.

[0011] The present invention also proposes an eaves support material characterized in that, in the above-mentioned eaves support material, the eaves gutter of the main body is supported by a retaining portion that holds either the upper end or the lower end or both of the upper end or lower end of the side of the eaves gutter facing the building.

[0012] Furthermore, the present invention also proposes an eaves structure characterized by using the above-mentioned eaves support material. Effect of the Invention

[0013] The eaves support material of the present invention comprises a main body for supporting an eaves gutter arranged on the eaves side of a building, an eaves attachment member having an attachment part to be attached to the eaves, and a fastener for fastening the main body and the eaves attachment member, and the main body and the eaves attachment member are each formed with a horizontal piece that faces each other at a predetermined distance H while being fixed so as to be freely rotatable, and the fastener has: The square cylindrical body has an engaging portion which is an eaves tip of the upper surface thereof, A fitting portion for maintaining the predetermined distance H is formed in the main body. The engaged portion Engage with It is an L-shaped protruding piece. Since an engagement part is formed, the fixture will not slip out of place. In particular, the L-shaped protruding engagement portion prevents the fixture from shifting in the vertical and front-to-rear directions, so it will not come off due to vibration or the like. When positioning the eaves gutter, fine adjustments can be easily made and it can be firmly attached. can . Therefore, even if the eaves to which it is attached are sloped surfaces with gables or the like having various angles, it can be stably and reliably fixed in the appropriate position by making appropriate adjustments. Also, as mentioned above, this eaves support material is not limited in any way by the angle of the eaves of the existing roof or the eaves of the new roof, and can be attached without being affected by the construction of the roof structure in which the eaves gutter can be installed, so it can be applied to new or existing roofs, and can be easily and suitably used in particular for renovating existing roofs, making renovation work easy to carry out.

[0014] In addition, when the opposing horizontal pieces are formed at one end of the main body and the eaves mounting material, and an axis portion is formed at the other end to fix them freely in a rotatable manner, the axis portion at the other end can be fine-tuned to be rotatable, and then easily and firmly integrated with various types of fixing devices such as cylindrical, C-shaped, U-shaped, and E-shaped.

[0015] Furthermore, if one of the horizontal pieces of the main body and the eaves mounting material is provided with a locking protrusion and the other has multiple stages of engaging teeth against which the locking protrusion abuts, fine adjustments can be made to lock the locking protrusion in stages while it is abutting against the engaging teeth.

[0016] Furthermore, when the eaves gutter of the main body is supported by the fixed part that fixes the covering material that covers the open upper surface of the eaves gutter, the eaves gutter can be held stably from both sides, i.e., from the building side and the eaves tip side.

[0017] Furthermore, when the eaves gutter of the main body is supported by a retaining portion that holds either the upper end or the lower end or both of the side of the eaves gutter facing the building, the eaves gutter can be easily positioned and attached.

[0018] Furthermore, the eaves structure using the eaves support material of the present invention can be applied to various eaves structures of buildings such as newly constructed or existing general houses and apartment buildings, and in particular, as the eaves structures of existing buildings deteriorate, various eaves gutters can be easily and reliably installed. [Diagram 5] 13 is a side view showing yet another eaves structure (construction example C: gable is further inclined) using the eaves support material of Example 1. FIG. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0020] The eaves support material of the present invention comprises a main body for supporting an eaves gutter arranged on the eaves side of a building, an eaves attachment material (hereinafter simply referred to as attachment material) having an attachment portion to be attached to the eaves, and a fixing device for fixing the main body and the attachment material, and the main body and the attachment material each have a horizontal piece formed thereon that faces each other at a predetermined distance H while being fixed so as to be freely rotatable, and the fixing device has: The square cylindrical body has an engaging portion which is an eaves tip of the upper surface thereof, A fitting portion for maintaining the predetermined distance H is formed in the main body. The engaged portion Engage with It is an L-shaped protruding piece. The present invention is characterized in that an engagement portion is formed. The eaves to which the mounting part is attached refers to a portion where fasteners such as screws for gables can be fastened, but it is not limited to these and may be anything that is formed as a "surface" when viewed from the eaves, and the gables may be vertical or inclined.

[0021] The eaves gutter used in the eaves structure of the present invention is not limited in material, size, or particularly in shape of the bottom and both sides, as long as it has a drainage channel for rainwater etc. inside, but it is desirable that a supported part (for example, a corner or square) is formed on the lower part (lower end) of the side facing the building to support the eaves gutter from below. Then, a cover material is attached to cover the open upper surface of the eaves gutter.

[0022] The cover material is a member that is attached by engaging its eaves tip with the eaves tip of the eaves gutter and covers the open upper surface of the eaves gutter, and it is preferable to provide an approximately U-shaped engagement part that is bent downward and further inward at the eaves tip, and engage the eaves tip of the eaves gutter on its back side, as shown in the illustrated embodiment described later. This approximately U-shaped engagement part holds the eaves tip of the eaves gutter so as to pull it toward the building, so the cover material acts as an arm that holds the load of the eaves gutter. In addition, since the cover material is a member that covers the open upper surface of the eaves gutter as described above, it also prevents snow from accumulating inside, fallen leaves from entering and accumulating, and birds from building nests, and a water guide port, such as a small-diameter slit hole, is formed on the surface to guide rainwater inside and guide only rainwater into the eaves gutter. In this way, the cover material is a member that is arranged for the purpose of the above-mentioned effective functions. Therefore, if this cover material and the eaves support material of the present invention are fixed, it plays a role in holding (supporting) the eaves gutter together with the cover material (i.e. supporting the eaves gutter through the cover material).

[0023] As described above, the eaves support material comprises a main body that supports an eaves gutter arranged on the eaves side of a building, a mounting member having an attachment part that is attached to the eaves, and a fixing device that fixes the main body and the mounting member, and the main body and the mounting member are each formed with horizontal pieces that face each other at a specified distance H when fixed so as to be able to rotate freely, the fixing device is formed with a fitting part that maintains the specified distance H, and the main body is formed with an engaging part that engages with the fixing device, but there are no particular limitations on the support configuration of the eaves gutter in the main body, the configuration of the mounting part in the mounting member, or the specific configuration of each horizontal piece that faces each other at a specified distance H. The eaves support material of the present invention is basically composed of multiple members, but at least the main body and the mounting member are combined into one unit when installed.

[0024] For example, the support structure for the eaves gutter in the main body may be a fixed portion that fixes a cover material that covers the upper surface of the eaves gutter. Another support configuration is one that holds either the upper end or the lower end, or both, of the side of the eaves gutter facing the building. Cut. Alternatively, these support structures may be adopted simultaneously. In this case, the eaves gutter can be stably supported from both sides, i.e., from the building side and the eaves end side.

[0025] Furthermore, the configuration of the mounting portion of the mounting material can be appropriately set according to the shape of the eaves portion, and mounting portions can be provided not only on the mounting material but also on the main body so that multiple mounting portions are formed.

[0026] Furthermore, as for the specific configuration of each of the horizontal pieces opposing each other at a predetermined distance H, assuming that they oppose each other vertically as in the illustrated embodiment described below, and further assuming that multiple stages of engaging teeth are engaged in a meshing manner on each of the opposing surfaces, the lower surface of the horizontal piece located above is the opposing surface, and the upper surface of the horizontal piece located below is the opposing surface, so that the upper horizontal piece is provided with engaging teeth on its lower surface that protrude downward, and the lower horizontal piece is provided with engaging teeth on its upper surface that protrude upward. However, the method of fixing the horizontal pieces facing each other at a predetermined distance H is not limited, so for example, the horizontal pieces may be fixed directly to each other, or they may be fixed with a separate member of thickness H interposed between them.

[0027] As a configuration for finely adjusting the engagement between the horizontal piece of the main body and the horizontal piece of the mounting member at a predetermined interval H, multiple stages of engagement teeth may be formed on both horizontal pieces and engaged in a meshing manner as described above, or multiple stages of engagement teeth may be formed on only one of the horizontal pieces and an engagement protrusion that engages with one of the engagement teeth may be formed on the other horizontal piece as in the illustrated embodiment described below. This configuration is a known means that is also applied in, for example, the above-mentioned Patent Document 1, and fine adjustments can be made by stepwise engaging the engagement protrusion with the engagement teeth in a state where it is abutted against the engagement teeth, but by forming small and numerous engagement teeth, even finer dimensional adjustments can be made. However, in the present invention, by attaching a fastener to the horizontal pieces of the main body and the mounting material, the main body and the mounting material can be fine-tuned in a rotatably fixed state and locked (fixed), and the fastener can be prevented from shifting, which is clearly different from Patent Document 1.

[0028] In addition, the configuration in which the horizontal piece of the main body and the horizontal piece of the mounting material are opposed to each other with a predetermined distance H between them may be, for example, pivoted, axially attached, inserted, fitted or hooked at the other end of both parts (the end on which the horizontal piece is formed is considered to be one end), but if at least an engaging portion (an axle portion and a bearing portion in the illustrated embodiment) is formed to engage with each other, the part where these engaging portions are assembled can be used as a fulcrum for adjustment behavior (rotation, tilting, sliding, etc.), and the molding dimensions from the combination fulcrum can be adjusted to form the predetermined distance H. In this way, when at least an engaging portion is formed at the other end of the main body and the mounting material and they are assembled, these members can be easily handled as a single member during construction.

[0029] As described above, when the main body and the other end of the mounting material are combined so that they at least engage, the horizontal pieces at one end can freely rotate, so that even if the gable or the like has an inclined surface, the eaves gutter can be supported with the mounting part adjusted to any fixed angle, allowing for more stable and reliable fixation. In addition, since a configuration is adopted in which the horizontal pieces of both components are fixed using a fixing device having an engaging portion that holds the horizontal pieces at a predetermined distance H, installation of the fixing device (the operation of engaging them) can be performed more easily than installation of fasteners such as screws that require tightening.

[0030] Furthermore, the eaves structure using the eaves support material of the present invention can be applied to various eaves structures of buildings such as newly constructed or existing general houses and apartment buildings, and in particular, as the eaves structures of existing buildings deteriorate, various eaves gutters can be easily and reliably installed. Moreover, since the main body is provided with an engaging portion that engages with the fixing device, the fixing device will not shift, fine adjustments can be easily made when positioning the eaves gutter, and the device can be firmly attached. EXAMPLES

[0031] The eaves support material 1 of Example 1 shown in Figures 1(a) to (c) comprises a main body 1A that supports an eaves gutter 4 arranged on the eaves side of a building, a mounting material 2 having mounting portions 24a, 24b that are attached to the eaves (gable 6E), and a fixing device 3 that fixes the main body 1A and the mounting material 2, and the main body 1A and the mounting material 2 are each formed with horizontal pieces 14, 23 that face each other at a predetermined distance H while being fixed so that they can rotate freely, the fixing device 3 is formed with an engaging portion 30 that maintains the predetermined distance H, and the main body 1A is formed with an engaging portion 17 that engages with the fixing device 3. FIG. 3(c) shows the eaves support material 1 just before it is put into construction, with each of the constituent members 1A, 2, and 3 integrated together so as not to come apart.

[0032] As shown in Figure 1(a), the main body 1A has a vertical piece 11, from the top to bottom of which are a horizontal piece 12 facing the building side (right side of the drawing) and a horizontal piece 13 facing the eaves side (left side of the drawing), each of which is formed approximately at right angles.Furthermore, an inclined piece 16 is formed extending downward on the eaves side, and at the lower end is a horizontal piece 14 which is inclined toward the building side, and a support part (lower holding part) 15 which is approximately at right angles (approximately L-shaped) is formed on the eaves side. A small arc-shaped shaft portion 121 is formed at the tip of the horizontal piece 12, and a support surface portion 131 that slopes downward is formed at the tip of the horizontal piece 13, and the corner between the inclined piece 16 and the vertical piece 11 is a holding portion (upper holding portion) 161. An engagement portion 17 protruding in a generally L-shape is formed on the upper surface of the horizontal piece 14, and a vertical piece 18, which is a downward piece, is formed perpendicularly at the tip of the horizontal piece 14. The lower end of this vertical piece 18 is a locking protrusion 181.

[0033] As shown in Figure 1 (b), the mounting material 2 has three holes 211-213 drilled in a vertical piece 21, a horizontal piece 22 formed at the upper end which extends approximately perpendicularly toward the eaves side, and a horizontal piece 23 formed at the lower end which extends approximately in an arc shape toward the eaves side. A bearing portion 221 is formed on the tip (eaves end) side of the horizontal piece 22 to pivotally mount the shaft portion 121 of the main body 1A, and a multiple-stage engagement tooth 231 is formed on the upper surface side of the horizontal piece 23 with which the locking protrusion 181 of the main body 1A abuts (locks). The vertical piece 21 is aligned along the eaves (gable 6E) and fixed by driving screws 2b, 2c into two holes 211, 213 of the vertical piece 21 to form mounting portions 24a, 24b.

[0034] 1(c), the fixing device 3 fixes the main body 1A and the mounting material 2, and is formed with a fitting portion 30 that maintains a predetermined distance H between the horizontal piece 14 of the main body 1A and the horizontal piece 23 of the mounting material 2. The fixing device 3 in this embodiment is a rectangular cylindrical body having a rectangular cylindrical space with a height H, and this rectangular cylindrical space is the fitting portion 30. The fixture 3 is also provided with an engaged portion 31 that engages with the engaging portion 17 of the main body 1A. In this embodiment, the engaged portion 31 refers to the eaves tip of the upper surface of the square cylindrical body.

[0035] The eaves support material 1 of Example 1, which consists of the main body 1A, mounting material 2 and fixing device 3, can be easily rotatably assembled by inserting the shaft portion 121 into the bearing portion 221, and the fixing device 3 (its fitting portion 30) can be easily fitted into the opposing horizontal pieces 14, 23 to form an integrated unit. Since the distance H between the horizontal piece 14 of the main body 1A and the horizontal piece 23 of the mounting material 2 is adjusted in advance with the lengths of the vertical pieces 11, 21 and the fitting portion 30 of the fastener 3, the main body 1A can be attached so that the locking protrusion 181 faces the engagement teeth 231. In this state, the main body 1A can be rotated relative to the mounting material 2 with the shaft portion 121 and the bearing portion 221 as the central axis. Once a predetermined angle has been determined, the fixing device 3 is deeply fitted into both members 1A and 2 to integrate (fix) them together. Specifically, the engaged portion 31 of the fixing device 3 is engaged with the engaging portion 17 of the main body 1A to integrate (fix) them together.

[0036] The eaves gutter 4 in the eaves structure shown in Figure 1 (d) has a stepped side 42 consisting of three inclined surfaces and two approximately horizontal surfaces formed on the eaves side (left side in the drawing) of a substantially horizontal bottom surface 41, and a side 43 that rises perpendicularly (approximately vertically) is formed on the building side of the bottom surface 41, and these bottom surface 41 and side surfaces 42, 43 form a drainage channel for rainwater, etc. The generally L-shaped portion located at the upper end of the side surface 42 on the eaves side is an eaves tip 421 that is held (engaged) by an engagement portion 52 of the cover material 5 . A corner-shaped held portion 431 is provided at the lower end of the side surface 43, and is a portion that is held from above in a placed state by the support portion 15 of the main body 1A of the eaves support material 1. The upper end 432 of this side surface 43 is a portion (second held portion) that is inserted from below into the holding portion 161 of the eaves support material 1 and held.

[0037] In addition, the cover material 5 in this eaves structure is a component that prevents snow from accumulating inside the eaves gutter 4, fallen leaves from entering and accumulating, and birds from building nests, and its surface (decorative surface 51) is formed with a number of small diameter slit holes as water guide ports 511 that guide rainwater into the inside, and an engagement portion 52 formed in an approximately C-shape at the eaves tip is attached by engaging with the eaves tip 421 of the eaves gutter 4, and a fixing portion 53 is formed at its upper end and fixed to the gable 6E with a screw 5b. The engaging portion 52 extends diagonally upward from the eaves tip of the decorative surface 51, with its tip bent downward and its lower end bent inward to form an approximately C-shape. A downwardly recessed drainage groove 55 is formed at the boundary between the decorative surface 51 and the engaging portion 52, and water guide ports 551 are formed at predetermined intervals.

[0038] The eaves to which the mounting material 2 is attached refers to a portion to which fasteners such as screws for a gable can be fastened, as described above, and in this embodiment, this corresponds to the gable 6E. An H-shaped structure 7 that forms a roof slope via a thick vertical wall surface 6D is arranged on the back side of the gable 6E, and on its upper side are arranged roofing material 6A and exterior material 8A made of cement-wheat boards or the like. A water-repellent material 6B is fixed to the eaves edge of the roofing material 6A, and a waterproof sheet 6c is laid on the upper surface of the roofing material 6A.

[0039] Furthermore, since the eaves support material 1 of this embodiment 1 has a support portion 15 and a holding portion 161 on the main body 1A, the held portion 431 and the second held portion 432 on the building side of the eaves gutter 4 are each held, and the eaves gutter 4 can be easily positioned and installed. In addition, in the construction example A shown in Figure 1 (d), since the gable 6E to be installed is arranged vertically, this is an example of arranging the vertical piece 21 of the mounting material 2 vertically, and since the vertical piece 11 of the main body 1A and the vertical piece 21 of the mounting material 2 are both arranged vertically, it can be said to be an example in which both vertical pieces 11, 21 face each other in parallel.

[0040] The construction procedure of this construction example A will be briefly explained. First, the vertical piece 21 of the mounting material 2 is aligned with the gable 6E, which is a vertical surface, and the screw 2b is driven into the top hole 211 and the screw 2c is driven into the bottom hole 213 to fix it. Next, the fitting part 30 of the fixing device 3 is arranged in a loose fit state on the horizontal piece 23 of the mounting material 2. After that, the shaft part 121 of the main body 1A is inserted into the bearing part 221 of the mounting material 2 to fix it rotatably, and then the vertical piece 18 (locking protrusion 181) of the main body 1A is made to face the horizontal piece 23 (engagement teeth 231) of the mounting material 2. In this state, the fixing device 3 is slid from near the inner end of the horizontal piece 23 of the mounting material 2 to the eaves side, so that the engaged part 31 is engaged with the engaging part 17. In this way, the construction state shown in FIG. 1(d) is obtained.

[0041] Construction example B shown in Figures 2(a)-(c), 3(a), (b), and 4 is an example in which, unlike construction example A, the gable 6E' to be installed is arranged at an incline, and the vertical piece 11 of the main body 1A and the vertical piece 21 of the mounting material 2 are arranged in an expanding manner toward the downward direction. As mentioned above, the arrangement angles of the gable 6E' and the vertical wall surface 6D' are different between construction example A and construction example B, and as a result, the arrangement angle of the eaves support material 1 to be installed is also different. However, since the same eaves support material 1 (Example 1) is used, the symbols relating to the eaves support material 1 are displayed unchanged.

[0042] FIG. 2(a) shows a state in which the mounting material 2 is fixed to a gable 6E' that is disposed at an angle. FIG. 2(b) shows the state in which the fixing device 3 is arranged on the mounting material 2, and shows the state in which the fitting portion 30, which is a square cylindrical space of the fixing device 3, is loosely fitted into the horizontal piece 23 having engagement teeth 231 of the mounting material 2. Next, Figures 2(c) and 3(a) show the state in which the main body 1A and the mounting material 2 are fixed so that they can rotate freely, with the shaft portion 121 of the main body 1A being inserted from the side into the bearing portion 221 of the mounting material 2, and the vertical piece 18 (locking protrusion 181) of the main body 1A facing the horizontal piece 23 (engagement teeth 231) of the mounting material 2.

[0043] 3(b) shows the state where the main body 1A has been finely adjusted and attached to the mounting material 2, and the fastener 3 is disposed so that the eaves end (engaged part 31) of the upper surface of the square tube body engages with the engaging part 17 of the main body 1A. That is, the vertical piece 11 of the main body 1A is rotated until it is vertical, and the fastener 3, which is loosely fitted near the inner end of the horizontal piece 23 of the mounting material 2, is slid toward the eaves end until the engaged part 31 engages with the engaging part 17, thereby making a fine adjustment. In addition, in both construction example A and construction example B (and also in construction example C described below), it is assumed that the bottom surface 41 of the eaves gutter 4 is arranged horizontally, in other words, the side surface 43 arranged perpendicular to the bottom surface 41 of the eaves gutter 4 is arranged vertically. Then, the construction state shown in FIG. 4 is obtained.

[0044] Construction example C shown in Figure 5 is an example in which the gable 6E" to be installed is arranged at a deeper incline than in construction example B, and can be said to be an example in which the vertical piece 11 of the main body 1A and the vertical piece 21 of the mounting material 2 are arranged in a wider, spreading out manner toward the bottom. As mentioned above, in this construction example C, the arrangement angle of the gable 6E" and vertical wall surface 6D" is more deeply inclined, and in addition to that, the slope angle of the H-structure 7" that forms the roof slope and the sheathing material 6A" arranged on its upper side are also different. However, since the same eaves support material 1 (Example 1) is used, the reference numerals relating to the eaves support material 1 are displayed unchanged. The reference numerals for the drip edge material 6B and exterior material 8A on the upper side of the sheathing material 6A" are not changed.

[0045] For this Construction Example C, the operating procedures related to the eaves support material 1 are not illustrated as in the Construction Example B described above, but construction can be carried out in exactly the same manner as in the Construction Example B described above. That is, after the mounting material 2 is fixed to the gable 6E'', the fitting portion 30 of the fixing device 3 is loosely fitted into the horizontal piece 23 having the engaging teeth 231 on the mounting material 2. Then, the shaft portion 121 of the main body 1A is inserted into the bearing portion 221 of the mounting material 2 from the side to form a fixed state in which it can rotate freely, and then the vertical piece 18 (locking protrusion 181) of the main body 1A is brought into contact with the horizontal piece 23 (engagement tooth 231) of the mounting material 2. After that, while rotating the vertical piece 11 of the main body 1A until it becomes vertical, the fixing device 3 is slid from near the inner end of the horizontal piece 23 of the mounting material 2 toward the eaves side so that its engaged portion 31 engages with the engaging portion 17. In this way, the construction state shown in FIG. 5 is obtained.

[0046] In construction example C of Figure 5, construction example A of Figure 1(d) and construction example B of Figure 4, each fixing device 3 is attached in a state where it engages with the engaging portion 17 of the main body 1A, so that it is maintained stably without shifting.
