FIG. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0010] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Fig. 1 is a perspective view of the case 1 according to the embodiment, seen from below. Fig. 2 is a front view of the case 1, seen from the front. Fig. 3 is a bottom view of the case 1. Fig. 4 is a view of the inside of the case 1, seen from one side. Fig. 5 is a view of the inside of the front part of the case 1, seen from one side.

[0011] As shown in Fig. 4, case 1 accommodates a plurality of electronic components M in a loose state inside. Case 1 accommodating a plurality of electronic components M is set in a feeder (not shown), and the electronic components M are discharged from inside case 1 by vibrating the feeder and supplied to a mounting device or the like. The electronic components M in this embodiment are minute rectangular parallelepiped electronic components with a longitudinal length of, for example, 1.2 mm or less. Examples of such electronic components include capacitors and inductors, but this embodiment is not limited to these.

[0012] The arrows X, Y, and Z in the reference drawings respectively indicate the left-right direction, front-rear direction, and up-down direction of the case 1 when it is set in the feeder and in use. In the left-right direction X, X1 indicates the left, X2 the right, in the front-rear direction Y, Y1 the front, Y2 the rear, in the up-down direction Z, Z1 the top, and Z2 the bottom. In the following description, the left-right direction, front-rear direction, and up-down direction are based on the directions indicated by the arrows.

[0013] As shown in Fig. 1, the case 1 has a first member 2 and a second member 3 which are divided into a left and a right part. The first member 2 and the second member 3 are molded bodies made of resin such as ABS resin. The first member 2 and the second member 3 are combined and joined together to form the case 1. The first member 2 and the second member 3 are joined by means of ultrasonic bonding, adhesive bonding, or the like, but are not limited to these means.

[0014] 4 shows the inside of the second member 3 on the right side without the first member 2 on the left side. The case 1 has a flat box shape that is long in the front-rear direction and thin in the left-right direction. In the following explanation, unless necessary, the first member 2 and the second member 3 will not be explained separately, but the configuration in the state where the first member 2 and the second member 3 are joined will be explained.

[0015] As shown in Figures 1 to 4, the case 1 comprises a case body 10 that accommodates multiple electronic components M, an outlet 19 as an opening through which the electronic components M are accommodated in the case 1 and through which the electronic components M are discharged, a shutter member 30 that opens and closes the outlet 19, and a sliding member 35 for sliding the shutter member 30.

[0016] As shown in Fig. 4, the case body 10 has a top plate portion 12 and a bottom plate portion 13 extending in the front-rear direction, a front wall portion 14 and a rear wall portion 15 extending in the up-down direction, a pair of left and right side wall portions 16, and an inclined plate portion 17 that divides the inside of the case body 10 into upper and lower portions. The rear wall portion 15 includes an outer rear wall portion 15a that forms the outer surface, and an inner rear wall portion 15b in front of the outer rear wall portion. The inner rear wall portion 15b is an example of a wall portion. Inside the case body 10, a storage space 11 is formed that stores multiple electronic components M in a loose state.

[0017] The discharge outlet 19 is provided in the lower part of the front wall portion 14. The discharge outlet 19 is a rectangular opening. Note that the shape of the discharge outlet 19 is not limited to a rectangle, and may be, for example, a circular or elliptical opening. The discharge outlet 19 is opened and closed by a shutter member 30.

[0018] The inclined plate portion 17 is a plate member that extends between the left and right side wall portions 16 and also extends from the inner rear wall portion 15b to the lower portion of the discharge port 19. The inclined plate portion 17 is disposed below the vertical center inside the case body 10. Inside the case body 10, the upper side of the inclined plate portion 17 forms the storage space 11, and the lower side forms the lower space 18.

[0019] The inclined plate portion 17 shown in FIG. 4 is inclined downward toward the discharge port 19, and its upper surface is an inclined surface 17a that is inclined downward toward the discharge port 19. In this embodiment, the inclination angle θ1 of the inclined surface 17a is about 10° with respect to the horizontal direction when the case 1 is set in the feeder. The inclination angle θ1 of the inclined surface 17a is preferably 3° or more and 10° or less. The inclination angle θ1 of the inclined surface 17a is appropriately adjusted according to the vibration conditions of the feeder, etc.

[0020] As shown in Fig. 4, a strip-shaped RFID tag 27 that is long in the front-rear direction is disposed at the rear of the lower space 18. The RFID tag 27 is configured as, for example, a sticker and is affixed to the upper surface of the bottom plate portion 13. The RFID tag 27 is stored in the lower space 18 through a hole 16b that is provided in the side wall portion 16 shown in Fig. 1 and extends in the front-rear direction. The RFID tag 27 has a known configuration including a transmitter / receiver, a memory, an antenna, and the like. For example, a reader / writer that reads and writes information from and to the RFID tag 27 is disposed in the feeder in which the case 1 is set.

[0021] The case body 10 has an upper gripping portion 28A and a rear gripping portion 28B. The upper gripping portion 28A is a pair of front and rear recesses provided at both front and rear ends of the upper side of the case body 10. The rear gripping portion 28B is a pair of upper and lower recesses provided at both top and bottom ends of the rear side of the case body 10. Each of the upper gripping portion 28A and the rear gripping portion 28B is gripped by a robot hand, for example, when the case 1 is transported by the robot hand.

[0022] The case body 10 has a plurality of claws on the bottom surface for detachably setting the case body 10 on the feeder. In this embodiment, a first claw 61, a second claw 62, and a third claw 63 are provided on the bottom surface at intervals in the front-rear direction. Each of the first claw 61, the second claw 62, and the third claw 63 is integrally molded with the case body 10. Each of the first claw 61 and the second claw 62 is configured as a T-slot having an inverted T-shape in cross section in a plane along the top-bottom and left-right directions. The third claw 63 is a plate piece extending rearward and having an L-shape in a side view.

[0023] The shutter member 30 opens and closes the discharge port 19 by sliding. The shutter member 30 extends continuously from the bottom plate portion 13 to the front wall portion 14, and is slidable along the extending direction. The shutter member 30 is a long and thin strip-shaped film member. The shutter member 30 is made of a flexible material that has a certain degree of rigidity and can be bent, such as PET (Polyethylene terephthalate). The thickness of the shutter member 30 made of such a film-shaped member is not limited, but is preferably 0.1 mm or more and 0.5 mm or less. The width of the shutter member 30 is slightly larger than the width of the discharge port 19, and has a width that can cover the discharge port 19 without any gaps. An opening 31 having approximately the same shape as the discharge port 19 is provided at the front end of the shutter member 30.

[0024] The shutter member 30 is slidable along a lower guide portion 5 and an upper guide portion 4 provided in the case body 10. The lower guide portion 5 is disposed above the bottom plate portion 13, and the upper guide portion 4 is disposed above the discharge opening 19. The rear side of the shutter member 30 slides roughly horizontally along the lower guide portion 5, and the front side of the shutter member 30 slides vertically along the upper guide portion 4. The lower guide portion 5 and the upper guide portion 4 each form a passage that slidably holds the shutter member 30 while keeping the surface direction of the shutter member 30 aligned in the left-right direction.

[0025] 4 and 5, the lower guide portion 5 includes a first lower guide portion 51 disposed below the discharge port 19, and a second lower guide portion 52 disposed behind the first lower guide portion 51. The second lower guide portion 52 is formed by a gap formed between a convex portion 17c formed to protrude downward at the front end portion of the inclined plate portion 17 and the bottom plate portion 13. The first lower guide portion 51 is formed by a front end surface 17b of the inclined plate portion 17 and a front end portion 29 of the bottom plate portion 13.

[0026] The rear portion of the shutter member 30 passes through the gap between the convex portion 17c and the bottom plate portion 13 in the second lower guide portion 52. As a result, the rear portion of the shutter member 30 slides in the front-rear direction directly above the bottom plate portion 13. In the first lower guide portion 51, the shutter member 30 slides along the front end portion 29 of the bottom plate portion 13 that is curved concavely in the front-rear direction, and further slides along the front end surface 17b of the inclined plate portion 17, thereby bending upward at an angle of approximately 90° from the horizontal direction and changing to a posture extending in the vertical direction.

[0027] 4 and 5, the upper guide portion 4 includes a guide slit 41 extending in the vertical direction and formed in the front wall portion 14. The front end portion of the shutter member 30 is inserted into the guide slit 41 from the lower end of the front wall portion 14, and slides within the guide slit 41 in the vertical direction.

[0028] The slide member 35 is a member for sliding the shutter member 30 to open and close the discharge port 19. As shown in FIG.

[0029] As shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, the bottom plate portion 13 of the case body 10 has a protruding plate portion 21 on its front side. The protruding plate portion 21 protrudes downward and extends in the front-rear direction. The protruding plate portion 21 is provided with a long hole 21a extending in the front-rear direction. Above the protruding plate portion 21, the plate portion 26 is disposed with a predetermined space 22 between the protruding plate portion 21 and the plate portion 26. The plate portion 26 is approximately parallel to the protruding plate portion 21 and is molded integrally with the bottom plate portion 13. The space 22 is surrounded by the protruding plate portion 21, the plate portion 26, and the left and right side wall portions 16. The slide member 35 is disposed within the space 22. The front end portion of the plate portion 26 is provided with a front side protrusion 26a protruding downward. The rear end portion of the plate portion 26 is provided with a rear side protrusion 26b protruding downward.

[0030] The slide member 35 is a rectangular plate piece that is long in the front-rear direction. A circular operation hole 36 that penetrates the slide member 35 in the up-down direction is formed in the slide member 35. The operation hole 36 communicates with the long hole 21a of the case body 10 and is exposed to the outside through the long hole 21a.

[0031] As shown in FIG. 5, a slit 37 is formed in the middle of the slide member 35 in the vertical direction, extending along the front-rear direction and opening to the front side. The rear end of the shutter member 30 is inserted into the slit 37 from the front opening. The slit 37 opens to the front side of the slide member 35, but not to the rear side. The slit 37 may open to the left and right sides of the slide member 35. The rear end of the shutter member 30 is inserted into the slit 37 from the front end opening 37a of the slit 37. The shutter member 30 is fixed to the slide member 35 by a means such as adhesion. This allows the shutter member 30 to slide in the space 22 together with the slide member 35. The shutter member 30 is guided by sliding on the protruding plate portion 21, the plate portion 26, and the left and right side wall portions 16 of the bottom plate portion 13, and slides in the front-rear direction.

[0032] 5, a front recess 32a is provided at the front end of the upper surface of the slide member 35, and a rear recess 32b is provided at the rear end. When the slide member 35 slides forward, the front protrusion 26a of the plate portion 26 enters and engages with the front recess 32a, restricting further forward sliding. At this time, the opening 31 of the shutter member 30 is positioned above the discharge port 19, and the discharge port 19 is closed by the lower part of the opening 31 in the shutter member 30.

[0033] On the other hand, when the slide member 35 slides rearward, the rear convex portion 26b of the plate portion 26 enters and engages with the rear concave portion 32b, restricting further rearward sliding, as shown in Fig. 5. At this time, the opening portion 31 of the shutter member 30 matches the discharge port 19, and the discharge port 19 is opened.

[0034] In case 1, after a predetermined number of electronic components M are accommodated in accommodation space 11 through outlet 19, slide member 35 is slid forward to close outlet 19 with shutter member 30, and the case is shipped to a destination of the electronic components. Therefore, Fig. 4 shows the inside of case 1 at the time of shipment. A user who receives case 1 can open outlet 19, for example, as follows.

[0035] 5, the operation pin 60 is inserted into the operation hole 36 of the slide member 35, and the operation pin 60 is moved in the opening direction of the shutter member, i.e., backward. As a result, the shutter member 30 slides backward in conjunction with the slide member 35, and the opening 31 of the shutter member 30 matches the discharge port 19, opening the discharge port 19.

[0036] The mechanism for sliding the shutter member 30 to open and close the discharge port 19 is not limited to the above-mentioned configuration in which the slide member 35 is integrally provided with the shutter member 30, and other mechanisms may be used.

[0037] 6A and 6B are views showing the rear end of the case 1, with Fig. 6A being a rear view of the case 1 as seen from the rear wall 15 side, and Fig. 6B being a partially enlarged side view showing the rear wall 15. As shown in these figures, the first member 2 and the second member 3 constituting the outer rear wall 15a each have a joining surface 15a2 and a joining surface 15a3 that are joined to each other. Also, the first member 2 and the second member 3 constituting the inner rear wall 15b each have a joining surface 15b2 and a joining surface 15b3 that are joined to each other.

[0038] The outer rear wall portion 15a has an opening 151 formed by a rectangular hole. In addition, the outer rear wall portion 15a has a gap 152 below the opening 151 that communicates with the opening 151. The opening 151 is formed by combining a notch 15c2 and a notch 15c3 formed on the joining surface 15a2 and the joining surface 15a3, respectively. The gap 152 is formed by combining a notch 15d2 and a notch 15d3 formed on the joining surface 15a2 and the joining surface 15a3, respectively. The opening 151 and the gap 152 have a symmetrical shape with the boundary 153 between the joining surface 15a2 and the joining surface 15a3 as the symmetrical center line. The gap 152 extends in the vertical direction along the boundary 153.

[0039] A thin wall portion 154 is formed as a through hole forming portion in a portion in front of the opening 151 in the inner rear wall portion 15b. The thin wall portion 154 is a portion where the thickness of the inner rear wall portion 15b is thinned, and has a shape where the four corners of a square are arc-shaped. The thin wall portion 154 is formed by combining the recesses 15e2 and 15e3 formed in the first member 2 and the second member 3 constituting the outer rear wall portion 15a. The recesses 15e2 and 15e3 are formed on the rear side, that is, on the outer rear wall portion 15a side. The thin wall portion 154 has a shape symmetrical with respect to the boundary 153 as a center line of symmetry. The thickness of the thin wall portion 154 is, for example, about half the thickness of the inner rear wall portion 15b. By inserting the tip of a tool such as a screwdriver through opening 151 into thin-walled portion 154 and strongly pushing thin-walled portion 154 toward inner storage space 11, thin-walled portion 154 is broken through and through-hole 155 shown in Figures 7A and 7B can be opened. Through-hole 155, the outside of case 1 communicates with storage space 11.

[0040] 8A and 8B, through hole 155 formed in thin-walled portion 154 can be blocked by a screw 160 serving as a blocking member. It is preferable that screw 160 is disposed detachably in through hole 155. For example, a tapping screw is preferably used as screw 160, which can be tightened into inner rear wall portion 15b using through hole 155 as a pilot hole and can be loosened and removed to repeatedly open and block through hole 155.

[0041] The case 1 according to the embodiment described above is used, for example, as follows. When the case 1 is in a brand new state with the thin-walled portion 154 unbroken, a predetermined number of electronic components M are accommodated in the accommodation space 11 of the case body 10 through the discharge outlet 19 that has been opened beforehand, and then the discharge outlet 19 is closed and the case 1 is supplied to a supply destination of the predetermined electronic components M. At the supply destination, the case 1 is set in the feeder as described above, the discharge outlet 19 is opened, and the feeder vibrates to discharge the electronic components M from the discharge outlet 19 and supply them to a mounting device or the like.

[0042] The case 1, which has been emptied after all the electronic components M have been removed, is returned, for example, to the supplier of the electronic components M, and is used at the supplier in the following manner.

[0043] As described above, the through hole 155 is formed in the thin wall portion 154. If the exhaust port 19 is closed, the exhaust port 19 is opened, and the cleaning liquid as a cleaning means is supplied to the accommodation space 11 from the exhaust port 19 or the through hole 155. As the cleaning liquid, for example, a suitable solvent that does not damage the material of the case body 10 or the shutter member 30 is used. Examples of such a solvent include nonionic surfactants, benzene, ketone, alcohol, etc., and are appropriately selected according to the material used for the case body 10. The case 1 in which the cleaning liquid has been supplied to the accommodation space 11 is shaken or rocked to clean the inner wall of the accommodation space 11 with the cleaning liquid. At this time, it is preferable to block the exhaust port 19 and the through hole 155 with a means that can be easily opened. Foreign matter such as dust present in the accommodation space 11 and fragments generated when the thin wall portion 154 of the inner rear wall portion 15b is destroyed is mixed into the cleaning liquid, and the accommodation space 11 is cleaned. Alternatively, if any electronic components M remain in the accommodation space 11, the remaining electronic components M can be discharged together with the cleaning liquid.

[0044] Next, both the outlet 19 and the through hole 155 are opened, and the cleaning liquid is discharged from either the outlet 19 or the through hole 155. At this time, air flows into the storage space 11 from the opening on the side other than the one from which the cleaning liquid is discharged. For example, when the cleaning liquid is discharged from the outlet 19, air flows into the storage space 11 from the through hole 155. Therefore, the cleaning liquid is smoothly discharged from the case 1. The entire case 1 is dried. The interior of the case 1 may be cleaned using a device or manually.

[0045] After cleaning and drying the inside of case 1, screws 160 are screwed into through holes 155 to close through holes 155 and close the inner rear wall portion 15b. This returns case 1 to the same state as when it was new and allows it to be reused. That is, a predetermined number of electronic components M are accommodated in accommodation space 11 through outlet 19 and outlet 19 is closed, allowing case 1 to be supplied to a supply destination. After supplying electronic components M to case 1 at the supply destination, screws 160 are removed, the inside of case 1 is cleaned, and through holes 155 are closed with screws 160, allowing case 1 to be used repeatedly.

[0046] To enable reuse, the cleaning means for cleaning the storage space 11 is not limited to supplying a cleaning liquid, and for example, compressed air may be blown into the storage space 11 to discharge impurities such as dust to the outside of the case 1 by the air flow. The compressed air is supplied from either the exhaust port 19 or the through hole 155, and discharged from the other. Alternatively, compressed air may be supplied to the storage space 11 during the drying process after cleaning with a cleaning liquid.

[0047] Furthermore, in the embodiment, after cleaning the accommodation space 11 in the case 1, it is preferable to further inspect the accommodation space 11 with an X-ray to confirm with an X-ray image or the like whether or not a foreign object or an electronic component M is present in the accommodation space 11. This makes it possible to confirm with an X-ray image or the like whether or not a foreign object is attached or an electronic component M remains.

[0048] In the embodiment, when reusing the case 1 as described above, it is preferable to record the number of times the case 1 has been repeatedly used on the RFID tag 27. The number of times the case 1 has been reused is recorded on the RFID tag 27 by a data writing means capable of writing data to the RFID tag 27 at a timing such as immediately after the through-hole 155 is blocked with the screw 160 after cleaning, or after the loading of a predetermined number of electronic components M has been completed.

[0049] In the case 1 of the embodiment, the joined first member 2 and second member 3 can be partially separated by inserting the tip of a tool (not shown), such as a flathead screwdriver, into the gap 152 of the outer rear wall portion 15a and twisting or tilting the tool to one side in the left or right direction. Then, starting from the separated portion of the outer rear wall portion 15a, a force is applied so that the first member 2 and the second member 3 are further separated, thereby separating the case 1 into the first member 2 and the second member 3. This allows the first member 2 and the second member 3 to be collected for recycling.

[0050] The case 1 according to the embodiment described above comprises a case body 10 having a storage space 11 for storing a plurality of electronic components M and an outlet 19 for inserting and removing the electronic components M into and from the storage space 11, and a shutter member 30 slidably provided on the case body 10 and opening and closing the outlet 19 by sliding. The case body 10 has an inner rear wall portion 15b that forms the storage space 11, and the inner rear wall portion 15b has a thin-walled portion 154 in which a through hole 155 that connects the outside of the case body 10 to the storage space 11 can be formed.

[0051] As a result, as described above, when cleaning the accommodation space 11 with, for example, a cleaning liquid for reuse, the thin-walled portion 154 is destroyed to form the through-hole 155, which allows the cleaning liquid to be smoothly supplied and discharged. Therefore, the inside of the case 1 can be easily cleaned.

[0052] In case 1 according to this embodiment, through-hole 155 formed in thin portion 154 can be closed with screw 160.

[0053] As a result, the through hole 155 is closed and the inner rear wall portion 15b is restored to its original state, so that the case 1 can be reused.

[0054] In case 1 according to this embodiment, screws 160 serving as blocking members are preferably disposed in through holes 155 so as to be detachable.

[0055] This allows case 1 to be reused multiple times.

[0056] In case 1 according to this embodiment, thin-wall portion 154 formed with a reduced thickness of inner rear wall portion 15b is provided as the through-hole formation portion.

[0057] This allows the through hole formation portion, in which the through hole 155 can be formed, to be provided with a simple configuration.

[0058] In the case 1 of the embodiment, the case body 10 includes a first member 2 and a second member 3 joined to the first member 2, and it is preferable that a gap 152 is formed along the boundary 153 at a portion of the joining surface 15a2 between the first member 2 and the second member 3 and at a portion of the boundary 153 between the joining surfaces 15a3.

[0059] This allows the joined first member 2 and second member 3 to be separated starting from the gap 152, and for example, the first member 2 and second member 3 can be recovered separately for recycling.

[0060] In the method of using the case 1 according to the embodiment, a through hole 155 is formed in the thin portion 154, and a cleaning means is supplied from at least one of the through hole 155 and the exhaust port 19 into the accommodation space 11 to clean the accommodation space 11.

[0061] This allows for smooth supply and discharge of cleaning liquid, for example, when cleaning the storage space 11 with cleaning liquid in order to reuse the case 1 as described above, and makes it easy to clean the inside of the case 1.

[0062] In the method of using the case 1 according to the embodiment, the cleaning means is preferably at least one of a cleaning agent and an air flow.

[0063] This makes it possible to easily remove foreign matter remaining in the accommodation space 11 to the outside of the case 1, and to thoroughly clean the accommodation space 11.

[0064] In a method of using the case 1 according to the embodiment, it is preferable to clean the storage space 11 of the case 1 and then subject the storage space 11 to an X-ray inspection.

[0065] This makes it possible to check, after cleaning, by using an X-ray image or the like whether or not there are any foreign objects, electronic components M, etc. in the accommodation space 11 of the case 1, so that the accommodation space 11 can be thoroughly cleaned.

[0066] In a method of using the case 1 according to the embodiment, after cleaning the storage space 11 of the case 1, the through hole 155 formed in the inner rear wall portion 15b is closed with a screw 160, and then a plurality of electronic components M are stored in the storage space 11 and the stored plurality of electronic components M are discharged from the discharge port 19. When repeatedly using the case 1, it is preferable to provide an RFID tag 27 on the case body 10 and record the number of times the case 1 has been repeatedly used on this RFID tag 27.

[0067] This allows the number of times the case 1 is reused to be easily managed and checked at the site where the case 1 is handled, without having to be done elsewhere.

[0068] Although the embodiments have been described above, the present invention is not limited to these embodiments, and the present invention includes modifications and improvements within the scope of the present invention that can achieve the object of the present invention.

[0069] For example, the through hole forming portion is not limited to the thin portion 154. Fig. 9 shows an example including a weakened line portion 156 as a modified example of the through hole forming portion. The weakened line portion 156 is a portion where the strength of the inner rear wall portion 15b is weakened by a plurality of continuous small through holes 155, and is formed in a rectangular shape. The inner rear wall portion 15b can be easily broken along the weakened line portion 156, and the same through hole 155 as in the above embodiment can be formed inside the weakened line portion 156.

[0070] In the above embodiment, the gap 152 penetrating the outer rear wall portion 15a makes it possible to easily separate the case 1 into the first member 2 and the second member 3. However, instead of the gap 152, a groove portion that does not penetrate the outer rear wall portion 15a may be used. The blocking member is not limited to the screw 160 as long as it can block the through hole 155, and may be, for example, a seal, a cap, or the like. [Explanation of symbols]
