Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a tachograph chart marking tool for marking at least an indication line on a recorded tachograph chart. [Background technology]

[0002] Generally, route buses, route trucks, and the like are equipped with a tachograph such as the tachograph described in Patent Document 1 or the tachograph system described in Patent Document 2.

[0003] A disk-shaped tachograph chart paper is usually loaded into this tachograph recorder to record the driving conditions. In this case, the tachograph chart paper rotates once every 24 hours, and a line graph is drawn on the chart paper by an iron needle that moves up and down in the radial direction according to the driving speed. The symbol P in Figure 5 indicates the disk-shaped tachograph chart paper. In addition, a circular hole Po is provided in the center to be positioned and set in the tachograph recorder.

[0004] Vehicles are legally required to be equipped with driving recorders, and the tachograph chart after recording can be used to make daily driving reports, work reports, and even to check whether designated rest periods have been taken and whether drivers have arrived at and left work. As such, they are typically used for labor management, etc. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0005] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 8-161565 [Patent Document 2] JP 2001-201361 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0006] However, the above-mentioned conventional tachograph chart paper has the following problems to be solved.

[0007] In other words, since only the line graph is recorded on the chart paper, after use the user must remove the tachograph chart paper from the tachograph recorder and record the start point (start time) and end point (end time) of the line graph themselves.

[0008] However, unlike ordinary paper, tachograph chart paper often uses circular pressure-sensitive recording paper, which makes it difficult to write properly, increases the risk of inaccurate writing, and is troublesome and time-consuming.

[0009] SUMMARY OF THE PRESENT EMBODIMENT An object of the present invention is to provide a tachograph chart marking tool which overcomes the problems existing in the background art. [Means for solving the problem]

[0010] In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a tachograph chart marking device 1 for marking at least indicator lines L1, L2... on a disk-shaped tachograph chart P, the device comprising: a chart base portion 2 on whose upper surface 2u the tachograph chart P is placed and which has a positioning projection 2p in the center; and a cell disk 3 having a restriction hole portion 3h with which the restriction projection 2p engages, one or more first guide portions 3F, 3F having one or more guide edges 3Fe..., 3Fe... for marking indicator lines L1... in the radial direction Fd on the tachograph chart P with a predetermined writing instrument Q, and one or more second guide portions 3S, 3S having guide holes 3Sp..., 3Sp... into which the writing instrument Q is inserted and which are rotated to mark indicator lines L3... in the circumferential direction Ff on the tachograph chart P.

[0011] In this case, in a preferred embodiment of the invention, the chart paper base 2 can be made up of a base main body 11 with a flat upper surface 11u and an anti-slip sheet 12 having a rubber anti-slip surface at least on a part of it, fixed to the upper surface 11u of the base main body 11. The cell disk 3 is preferably formed in a sheet shape that is partially or entirely transparent or translucent. Meanwhile, the first guide portions 3F... can be formed of fan-shaped openings with guide edges 3Fe..., 3Fe... provided on both sides, and the second guide portions 3S... can be formed of a plurality of guide holes 3Sp..., 3Sp... positioned at different positions in the radial direction Fd. Effect of the Invention

[0012] The tachograph chart marking device 1 according to the present invention having the above-described configuration provides the following remarkable effects.

[0013] (1) The tachograph chart paper P is placed on its upper surface 2u, and the device is equipped with a chart paper base portion 2 having a positioning protrusion 2p in the center, a restriction hole portion 3h with which the restriction protrusion 2p engages, one or more first guide portions 3F... having one or more guide edges 3Fe... for drawing indication lines L1... in the radial direction Fd on the tachograph chart paper P with a specified writing implement Q, and a cell disk 3 having guide holes 3Sp... into which the writing implement Q is inserted and one or more second guide portions 3S for drawing indication lines L3... in the circumferential direction Ff on the tachograph chart paper P by rotational displacement. This makes it possible for a user to easily enter the start point (start time) and end point (end time) of a line graph recorded on the chart paper P made of circular pressure-sensitive recording paper or the like, thereby enabling accurate entry and eliminating troublesome and time-consuming problems.

[0014] (2) In a preferred embodiment, the chart paper base 2 is constructed with a base main body 11 having a flat upper surface 11u and an anti-slip sheet portion 12 having a rubber anti-slip surface on at least a portion thereof fixed to the upper surface 11u of the base main body 11. This allows the tachograph chart paper P to be placed on the upper surface of the anti-slip sheet portion 12, thereby preventing the tachograph chart paper P from shifting when writing and enabling the indication lines L1, L2, L3... to be written stably and accurately.

[0015] (3) In a preferred embodiment, the cell disc 3 is formed into a sheet that is partially or completely transparent or translucent, so that the tachograph chart paper P can be visually confirmed through the cell disc 3, thereby more reliably preventing mistakes.

[0016] (4) In a preferred embodiment, the first guide portion 3F... is formed by a sector-shaped opening and configured with guide edges 3Fe..., 3Fe... on both sides. This basically allows the guide edges 3Fe... to be provided at approximately equal four positions in the circumferential direction Ff of the cell disc 3, thereby reducing movement (rotational displacement) and misalignment of the cell disc 3 when filling out, thereby improving workability.

[0017] (5) In a preferred embodiment, the second guide portion 3S is formed of a plurality of guide holes 3Sp... positioned at different positions in the radial direction Fd. This makes it possible to select the optimal writing position in the radial direction Fd. This makes it possible to improve the readability of the tachograph chart paper P after writing, thereby further improving the recording quality. [Brief description of the drawings]

[0019] Next, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

[0020] First, the overall configuration of a tachograph chart marking device 1 according to this embodiment will be described with reference to Figs. 1 to 3.

[0021] As shown in Figure 3, the tachograph chart marking device 1 according to this embodiment comprises, as its main components, a chart base 2 and a cell disk 3. In Figure 3, P denotes tachograph chart, and 21 denotes a protection plate.

[0022] The chart paper base 2 has an upper surface 11u on which the tachograph chart paper P is placed, and has a regulating projection 2p that protrudes upward in the center for positioning. In this case, it is desirable for the chart paper base 2 to be composed of a base main body 11 with a flat upper surface 11u, and an anti-slip sheet 12 fixed to the upper surface 11u of the base main body 11 and having a rubber anti-slip surface on at least a portion thereof.

[0023] The base main body 11 is made of, for example, a wood material with a thickness of about 10 mm to 20 mm, and is configured so as to have a square shape in a plan view. The non-slip sheet 12 is configured by attaching a rubber sheet with a thickness of about 2 mm to 5 mm to the upper surface of the base main body 11. Therefore, the upper surface 11u of the base main body 11 becomes the upper surface 2u of the chart paper base 2. Any material can be used for the rubber sheet, but it is desirable that it has a suitable degree of elasticity so that when the tachograph chart paper P is placed on the upper surface of the non-slip sheet 12, it does not slip and the tachograph chart paper P can be easily attached and detached.

[0024] In addition, a restricting protrusion 2p for positioning that protrudes upward is provided in the center of the upper surface 11u of the base main body 11. In this case, the restricting protrusion 2p is fixed to the base main body 11 and protrudes above the non-slip sheet portion 12 through the non-slip sheet portion 12.

[0025] Typically, the tachograph chart paper P is formed in a disk shape as shown in Fig. 3, with a circular hole Po in the center, which is positioned and set on a tachograph recorder (not shown). Since the diameter of this circular hole Po varies depending on the type of tachograph recorder, multiple types of regulating protrusions 2p with different diameters are prepared. In this case, multiple types of base main body parts 11... may be prepared, or a single base main body part 11 may be used with multiple types of regulating protrusions 2p... so that they can be replaced by screws, etc.

[0026] In this way, when constructing the chart paper base 2, if it is constructed with the base main body 11 having a flat upper surface 11u and the anti-slip sheet portion 12 having a rubber anti-slip surface on at least a portion thereof fixed to the upper surface 11u of the base main body 11, the tachograph chart paper P can be placed on the upper surface of the anti-slip sheet portion 12, which has the advantage that the tachograph chart paper P is prevented from slipping when writing and the indication lines L1, L2, L3... can be written stably and accurately.

[0027] On the other hand, the cell disk 3 is formed into a sheet shape that is entirely transparent, as shown in Fig. 3. Specifically, it is formed into a disk shape from a single transparent plastic plate, and a regulating hole 3h is provided in the center, into which the above-mentioned regulating protrusion 2p engages (is inserted). In this way, by forming the cell disk 3 into a sheet shape that is partially or entirely transparent or semi-transparent, the tachograph chart paper P can be visually confirmed through the cell disk 3, making it possible to more reliably prevent mistakes.

[0028] Additionally, a pair of first guide portions 3F, 3F are provided at positions facing each other at 180° in the plane of the chart paper P, and a pair of second guide portions 3S, 3S are provided at positions facing each other at 180° between the first guide portions 3F and 3F.

[0029] One of the first guide portions 3F, 3F is formed in a shape having a pair of guide edges 3Fe, 3Fe that can write indication lines L1... in the radial direction Fd on the tachograph chart paper P with a predetermined writing implement Q such as a ballpoint pen. Specifically, as shown in Fig. 1, the first guide portion 3F is provided with an opening formed in a sector shape, and the guide edges 3Fe, 3Fe are provided on both sides of the opening.

[0030] By forming it in this manner, the guide edges 3Fe... can basically be provided at approximately equal four positions in the circumferential direction Ff of the cell disc 3, thereby reducing movement (rotational displacement) and misalignment of the cell disc 3 when writing, thereby improving workability.

[0031] Although one of the first guide portions 3F has been described, the other first guide portion 3F can be formed in the same manner as the one first guide portion 3F, except that it is formed in line symmetry.

[0032] Furthermore, one of the second guide portions 3S, 3S, has guide holes 3Sp into which a writing implement Q is inserted, and can be rotated to write a display line L3 in the circumferential direction Ff on the tachograph chart paper P. The second guide portion 3S is formed of a plurality of guide holes 3Sp (six in the example) at different positions in the radial direction Fd. In this case, in addition to being directly formed in the tachograph chart paper P, it is preferable to form the guide holes 3Sp from a material with excellent strength and attach a reinforcing sheet 15 having a hole 3Spe in the center to form a two-layer structure.

[0033] This makes it possible to select the optimum writing position in the radial direction Fd, thereby improving the readability of the tachograph chart paper P after writing, and thus improving the recording quality.

[0034] Although one of the second guide portions 3S has been described, the other second guide portion 3S can be formed in the same manner as the one second guide portion 3S, except that it is formed symmetrically with respect to the display line.

[0035] As described above, the illustrated tachograph chart paper P uses pressure sensitive recording paper and has a circular hole Po in the center for positioning and setting the tachograph recorder. Around the circular hole Po, there are spaces Pm for writing the name, date, etc.

[0036] Furthermore, the protective plate 21 is made of a single plastic plate and is formed into a square shape that is approximately the same size as the chart paper base 2, with a circular hole 21o in the center into which the restricting protrusion 2p is inserted. As shown in Figure 2, this protective plate 21 can protect the cell disc 3 or tachograph chart paper P by placing it on the cell disc 3 or tachograph chart paper P during storage.

[0037] Next, a method of using the tachograph chart marking tool 1 according to this embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 5 to 8 and in accordance with the flow chart shown in FIG.

[0038] First, the tachograph chart marking device 1 is prepared and the chart base 2 is placed on a desk, for example. Then, the recorded tachograph chart P removed from the tachograph recorder is placed on the upper surface of the non-slip sheet portion 12 of the chart base 2 (step S1). That is, as shown in Fig. 5, the circular hole Po of the tachograph chart P is fitted into the restricting protrusion 2p protruding from the upper surface 2u of the chart base 2, as shown by the arrow F1. Note that a line graph K is recorded on the upper surface of the tachograph chart P, as shown in Fig. 5.

[0039] Next, as shown in Fig. 6, the cell disk 3 is placed on the tachograph chart paper P (step S2). At this time, the restricting hole 3h of the cell disk 3 is fitted into the restricting protrusion 2p. Then, the cell disk 3 is rotated and displaced so that the predetermined guide edge 3Fe is positioned at the starting point Ks of the line graph K (step S3). This positional relationship is as shown in Fig. 6.

[0040] 6, a writing tool Q is placed against the guide edge 3Fe and moved in the direction of the arrow F2 to draw an indication line L1 in the radial direction Fd on the tachograph chart paper P (step S4). Since slippage is suppressed by the anti-slip sheet portion 12 on the tachograph chart paper P, the indication line L1 can be drawn stably.

[0041] Similarly, the cell disk 3 is rotated to position the guide edge 3Fe to be used at the end point Ke (step S5). Then, in this state, the writing implement Q is placed against a predetermined guide edge 3Fe, and the indication line L2 of the radial direction Fd is drawn on the tachograph chart paper P in the same manner (step S6). The indication line L2 of the radial direction Fd drawn at the end point is shown in Figure 7. In this case as well, the indication line L2 can be drawn stably because the slippage of the tachograph chart paper P is suppressed by the anti-slip sheet portion 12.

[0042] Next, from among the guide holes 3Sp... positioned at different positions in the radial direction Fd, a position for drawing an arc-shaped indicator line L3 indicating the range between the indicator line L1 drawn at the start point Ks and the indicator line L2 drawn at the end point Ke, that is, a radial position, is selected (step S7). Then, as shown in FIG. 7, a writing tool Q is inserted into the selected guide hole 3Sp (step S8). In this state, the writing tool Q is moved from the indicator line L1 to the indicator line L2. Specifically, the arc-shaped indicator line L3 is drawn by moving it in the direction of the arrow F3 (step S9). In this case, the tachograph chart paper P is also prevented from slipping by the non-slip sheet portion 12, so that the indicator line L3 can be drawn stably and accurately.

[0043] When the entry of the display line L3 is completed, arrows are drawn by hand or the like at both ends of the display line L3. This state is shown in Fig. 8. This completes the entry of a set of display lines L1... by combining the display lines L1, L2, L3. Since multiple operating states may be recorded, if other line graphs remain, the entry of the display lines L1, L2, L3 is performed in the same manner (steps S10, S3...S9).

[0044] On the other hand, when writing on all the indication lines L1... has been completed, the tachograph chart paper P is removed from the chart paper base 2 (step S11). Then, necessary items such as name and date are written in the writing columns Pm of the tachograph chart paper P (step S12).

[0045] Thus, the tachograph chart marking device 1 according to the present invention basically comprises a chart base 2 on whose upper surface 2u the tachograph chart P is placed and which has a restricting protrusion 2p in the center for positioning, a restricting hole 3h with which the restricting protrusion 2p engages, one or more first guide portions 3F, 3F having one or more guide edges 3Fe..., 3Fe... for marking indication lines L1... in the radial direction Fd on the tachograph chart P with a predetermined writing tool Q, and a cell disk 3 having guide holes 3Sp..., 3Sp... into which the writing tool Q is inserted and which mark indication lines L3... in the circumferential direction Ff on the tachograph chart P by rotational displacement. Therefore, the user can easily mark the start point (start time) and end point (end time) of a line graph recorded on the chart P made of circular pressure-sensitive recording paper or the like, thereby enabling accurate marking and eliminating troublesome and time-consuming problems.

[0046] Although the preferred embodiment has been described in detail above, the present invention is not limited to such an embodiment, and the detailed configuration, shape, material, quantity, numerical values, etc. can be changed, added, or deleted as desired without departing from the gist of the present invention.

[0047] For example, various types of materials and display formats can be used for the tachograph chart paper P. In addition, the chart paper base 2 is shown to be composed of the base body 11 with a flat upper surface 11u and the non-slip sheet 12 fixed to the upper surface 11u of the base body 11 and having a rubber non-slip surface at least in part. However, the chart paper base 2 may be integrally formed from a hard rubber material, or the integrally formed chart paper base 2 may be used and the upper surface may be treated with a non-slip material. The cell disk 3 is shown to be entirely formed in a transparent sheet, but it may be partially transparent, or partially or entirely translucent such as milky white. On the other hand, the first guide portions 3F... are formed by fan-shaped openings and have guide edges 3Fe..., 3Fe... on both sides. However, they may have other shapes and may be provided in any number of positions. The second guide portions 3S, 3S may also be provided in any number of positions. [Industrial Applicability]
