Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a partition assembly kit. [Background technology]

[0002] Partitions are sometimes installed to divide large spaces such as offices, conference rooms, and gymnasiums into smaller spaces as needed. In addition, partitions may be made sound-absorbing to prevent sound from the divided spaces from leaking to the outside. These partitions are made of multiple rectangular boards that are connected to each other with connecting members, making it possible to divide spaces of various sizes according to the purpose.

[0003] Patent Document 1 describes an invention relating to a fixed connection device for connecting rectangular plate materials to each other. The fixed connection device is made of an elastic and flexible material, and is formed by connecting two fixed devices via a hinge portion. A fixed connection auxiliary protrusion is formed inside the fixed device. The fixed connection member can fix the corners of two plate materials to each other by inserting the fixed connection auxiliary protrusion into the connection auxiliary holes formed in the four corners of the plate materials. By sequentially connecting the corners of two plate materials to each other, it can be applied to a partition in which multiple plate materials are connected. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0004] [Patent Document 1] Utility Model Registration No. 3183035 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0005] However, in the operation of connecting two plate materials using the fixed connecting member described in Patent Document 1, the two plate materials must be held in an upright position until the fixed connecting auxiliary protrusions are inserted into the connecting auxiliary holes of the plate materials to connect them. Therefore, the assembly operation is laborious and takes a lot of time. [Means for solving the problem]

[0006] In order to solve the above problems, the partition assembly kit of the present invention includes a plurality of side wall members each formed by attaching a long side frame to each of a pair of vertically extending side edges of a rectangular plate material, and a connecting member connecting the plurality of side wall members. The side frame has a groove-shaped holding portion that houses the side edges, and a cylindrical inserted portion that is integrally connected to the holding portion and opens up and down, and the connecting member has an upper wall portion that covers the inserted portion of each of the side frames from above when the inserted portions of the side frames attached to the plurality of side wall members are butted against each other, and a plurality of inserting portions that protrude downward from the upper wall portion and are inserted into the inserted portions of the respective side frames, the inserted portions having an engaging wall portion extending in the vertical direction, and the engaging wall portion has an engaging portion extending in the vertical direction, and the engaging portion is composed of a concave stripe formed on one side and a convex stripe formed on the other side, which are symmetrical with respect to a virtual line extending in the vertical direction of the engaging wall portion.

[0007] In the above configuration, the engaging wall of the inserted part of the side frame is formed with an engaging part having a concave stripe and a convex stripe arranged to be line-symmetrical and extending in the vertical direction. Therefore, when the inserted parts of the side frames attached to a pair of side wall members are butted against each other, the convex stripe formed on the engaging wall of one inserted part engages with the concave stripe formed on the engaging wall of the other inserted part, and the convex stripe formed on the engaging wall of the other inserted part engages with the concave stripe formed on the engaging wall of one. This allows the two side wall members to be positioned before being connected with the connecting member, making it easier to connect the side wall members. In this state, when any of the multiple inserting parts of the connecting member is inserted into the respective inserted parts of the pair of side wall members, the pair of side wall members are connected. By connecting the side wall members sequentially in this manner, a partition of an appropriate size can be easily assembled. The partition is easy to assemble.

[0008] In addition, since the recesses and protrusions of the side frames engage with each other in the adjacent side wall members, gaps are unlikely to form between the adjacent side frames, making it possible to suppress sound leakage from between the adjacent side wall members.

[0009] In the above configuration, it is preferable that the engagement wall portion extends in a thickness direction of the side wall member. According to the above configuration, when the pair of side wall members are connected in a planar state, the engaging walls of the respective side frames can be easily engaged with each other.

[0010] In the above configuration, it is preferable that the recessed streaks and the protruding streaks are formed to have the same cross-sectional shape. According to the above-mentioned configuration, a gap is unlikely to be formed between the engaging portion of one inserted portion and the engaging portion of the other inserted portion, and sound leakage from the space partitioned by the partition to the outside can be suppressed.

[0011] In the above configuration, the inserted portion has a pair of side wall portions extending in a direction along the main surface of the side wall member, and the engaging wall portion extending in the thickness direction of the side wall member and connecting the tips of the pair of side wall portions, and a side wall groove extending in the vertical direction is formed on the outer surface of the side wall portion, and the portion other than the side wall groove is formed as a flat surface, and it is preferable that the width dimension of the side wall groove is greater than or equal to the width dimension of the convex groove.

[0012] According to the above configuration, the side wall recess formed on the side wall of the side frame can be engaged with the protrusion formed on the engagement wall. In other words, the side wall of the side frame attached to one of the pair of side wall members can be engaged with the engagement wall of the side frame attached to the other side wall member. Therefore, when connecting multiple side wall members at right angles, they can be positioned before connecting with the connecting member, making assembly work easier. In addition, since gaps are unlikely to occur between the side frames connected at right angles, sound leakage from between adjacent side wall members can be suppressed.

[0013] In the above configuration, a concave stripe inclined surface is formed on the imaginary line side of the concave stripe, which is inclined relative to the outer surface of the engagement wall portion, and a convex stripe inclined surface is formed on the imaginary line side of the convex stripe, which is inclined relative to the outer surface of the engagement wall portion, and it is preferable that the concave stripe inclined surface and the convex stripe inclined surface are formed flush with each other.

[0014] According to the above-mentioned configuration, the side frames can be smoothly engaged with each other, and the partition can be easily assembled. In the above configuration, it is preferable that the insertion portion is formed in a U-shaped cross section.

[0015] According to the above-mentioned configuration, the amount of material required for the connecting member can be reduced compared to when the insertion portion is tubular and has a rectangular cross section, which is advantageous in terms of cost. Effect of the Invention

[0016] According to the present invention, the partition can be easily assembled. [Brief description of the drawings]

[0018] The partition assembly kit of the present invention will be described below together with an assembled partition. The partition assembly kit of this embodiment will be described as one for assembling the partition 1 shown in Fig. 1. The partition 1 has sound-absorbing properties to prevent sound from leaking from the partitioned space to the outside.

[0019] As shown in Fig. 1, the partition assembly kit for assembling the partition 1 of this embodiment includes sidewall members 10, connecting members 30, and cap members 50. The sidewall members 10 are rectangular plates measuring approximately 180 cm x approximately 90 cm. The partition 1 is formed by connecting five sidewall members 10 with connecting members 30. In the following description, the longitudinal direction of the sidewall members 10 is defined as the up-down direction.

[0020] As shown in Figures 2(a) and 4, the side wall member 10 comprises a hollow plate material 3 which is a plate-shaped hollow structure having a plurality of cells S arranged side by side inside, a sound-absorbing material 2 made of a porous material, and a frame member 20.

[0021] First, the hollow plate material 3 will be described. As shown in Fig. 2(a), the hollow plate material 3 is composed of a core layer 4 in which a plurality of cells S are arranged side by side, and sheet-like skin layers 5 and 6 joined to both sides in the thickness direction of the core layer 4 (both the top and bottom sides in Fig. 2(a)). As shown in Figs. 2(b) and 2(c), the core layer 4 is formed by folding a sheet material made of thermoplastic resin formed into a predetermined shape. The core layer 4 is composed of a first wall portion 4a, a second wall portion 4b, and a side wall portion 4c that is erected between the first wall portion 4a and the second wall portion 4b and divides the cells S into a hexagonal column shape.

[0022] As shown in FIG. 2(b) and FIG. 2(c), the cells S partitioned and formed inside the core layer 4 include a first cell S1 and a second cell S2 having different structures. As shown in FIG. 2(b), in the first cell S1, a first wall portion 4a having a two-layer structure is provided at one end of the side wall portion 4c. The layers of the first wall portion 4a having the two-layer structure are bonded to each other. In addition, in the first cell S1, a second wall portion 4b having a one-layer structure is provided at the other end of the side wall portion 4c. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 2(c), in the second cell S2, a first wall portion 4a having a one-layer structure is provided at one end of the side wall portion 4c. In addition, in the second cell S2, a second wall portion 4b having a two-layer structure is provided at the other end of the side wall portion 4c. The layers of the second wall portion 4b having the two-layer structure are bonded to each other. As shown in FIGS. 2(b) and 2(c), adjacent first cells S1 and adjacent second cells S2 are each partitioned by a side wall portion 4c having a two-layer structure.

[0023] As shown in Fig. 2(a), the first cells S1 are arranged in a row along the X direction, and when Fig. 2(a) is viewed from above, two adjacent first cells S1 share one side of a hexagon. Similarly, the second cells S2 are arranged in a row along the X direction, and when Fig. 2(a) is viewed from above, two adjacent second cells S2 share one side of a hexagon. The rows of the first cells S1 and the rows of the second cells S2 are alternately arranged in the Y direction perpendicular to the X direction. The first cells S1 and the second cells S2 form a honeycomb structure as a whole in the core layer 4.

[0024] As shown in Figs. 2(a) to (c), a skin layer 5, which is a sheet material made of a thermoplastic resin, is joined to the first wall portion 4a of the core layer 4 configured as described above. A skin layer 6, which is a sheet material made of a thermoplastic resin, is joined to the second wall portion 4b of the core layer 4. In this embodiment, one end of the side wall portion 4c in the core layer 4 is blocked by the first wall portion 4a and the skin layer 5 of the core layer 4. That is, the first wall portion 4a and the skin layer 5 constitute a first blocking wall 3a that divides the cells S from one end. Similarly, the other end of the side wall portion 4c in the core layer 4 is blocked by the second wall portion 4b and the skin layer 6 of the core layer 4. That is, the second wall portion 4b and the skin layer 6 constitute a second blocking wall 3b that divides the cells S from the other end.

[0025] As shown in Figures 2(b) and 2(c), the first blocking wall 3a of the hollow plate material 3 has a communication hole 7 that connects the inside and outside of the cell S. Specifically, as shown in Figure 2(b), in the first cell S1, the communication hole 7 penetrates the skin layer 5 and the first wall portion 4a of the two-layer structure. Also, as shown in Figure 2(c), in the second cell S2, the communication hole 7 penetrates the skin layer 5 and the first wall portion 4a of the one-layer structure.

[0026] As shown in FIG. 2(a), one communication hole 7 is provided for each cell S. In this embodiment, the communication hole 7 is located at the center of the hexagonal shape of each cell S when the hollow plate material 3 is viewed from the first blocking wall 3a side. As shown in FIG. 2(b) and FIG. 2(c), the opening diameter of each communication hole 7 is set to be equal to or less than the length of one side of the hexagon when the cell S is viewed from the first blocking wall 3a side. Specifically, the opening diameter of each communication hole 7 is set to be a fraction (e.g., about 0.5 to 3.0 mm) of the interval P1 between the centers of the cells S adjacent to each other in the X direction.

[0027] Next, a method for manufacturing the hollow plate material 3 will be described with reference to FIG. As shown in FIG. 3(a), the first sheet material 100 is formed by forming a sheet made of thermoplastic resin into a predetermined shape. In the first sheet material 100, flat regions 110 and bulging regions 120 each having a strip shape are alternately arranged in the longitudinal direction (X direction) of the first sheet material 100. In the bulging region 120, a first bulging portion 121 having a cross section of a downward groove shape consisting of an upper surface and a pair of side surfaces is formed over the entire extending direction (Y direction) of the bulging region 120. Note that the angle between the upper surface and the side surface of the first bulging portion 121 is preferably 90 degrees, and as a result, the cross section of the first bulging portion 121 has a downward U-shape. In addition, the width of the first bulging portion 121 (the length of the short side of the upper surface) is set to be equal to the width of the flat region 110 and twice the length of the bulging height of the first bulging portion 121 (the length of the short side of the side surface).

[0028] In addition, in the bulging region 120, a plurality of second bulging portions 122, each of which has a cross-sectional shape that is a trapezoid obtained by bisecting a regular hexagon at its longest diagonal, are formed so as to be perpendicular to the first bulging portion 121. The bulging height of the second bulging portion 122 is set to be equal to the bulging height of the first bulging portion 121. In addition, the interval between adjacent second bulging portions 122 is equal to the width of the upper surface of the second bulging portion 122.

[0029] The first bulging portion 121 and the second bulging portion 122 are formed by partially bulging the sheet upwards by utilizing the plasticity of the sheet. The first sheet material 100 can be formed from a single sheet by a known forming method such as vacuum forming or compression forming.

[0030] As shown in FIG. 3(a) and FIG. 3(b), the first sheet material 100 configured as described above is folded along the boundary lines P and Q to form the core layer 4. Specifically, the first sheet material 100 is valley-folded at the boundary line P between the flat area 110 and the bulging area 120, and mountain-folded at the boundary line Q between the top surface and side surface of the first bulging portion 121 to compress in the X direction. Then, as shown in FIG. 3(b) and FIG. 3(c), the top surface and side surface of the first bulging portion 121 are folded over, and the end surface of the second bulging portion 122 and the flat area 110 are folded over, forming one rectangular column-shaped partition 130 extending in the Y direction for one bulging area 120. Such partitions 130 are continuously formed in the X direction to form the hollow plate-shaped core layer 4. In this embodiment, the direction in which the first sheet material 100 is compressed to be folded is the direction in which the cells S are arranged side by side (X direction).

[0031] When the first sheet material 100 is compressed as described above, the first wall portion 4a of the core layer 4 is formed by the upper surface and side surface of the first bulge portion 121, and the second wall portion 4b of the core layer 4 is formed by the end surface of the second bulge portion 122 and the flat area 110. As shown in Fig. 2(c), the portion of the first wall portion 4a where the upper surface and side surface of the first bulge portion 121 are folded over to form a two-layer structure, and the portion of the second wall portion 4b where the end surface of the second bulge portion 122 and the flat area 110 are folded over to form a two-layer structure are overlapping portions 131.

[0032] Moreover, the hexagonal columnar region formed by folding the second bulging portion 122 becomes the second cell S2, and the hexagonal columnar region formed between a pair of adjacent partitions 130 becomes the first cell S1. In this embodiment, the upper surface and side surface of the second bulging portion 122 form the side wall portion 4c of the second cell S2, and the side surface of the second bulging portion 122 and the flat portion located between the second bulging portions 122 in the bulging region 120 form the side wall portion 4c of the first cell S1. The contact portion between the upper surfaces of the second bulging portions 122 and the contact portion between the flat portions in the bulging region 120 form the side wall portion 4c having a two-layer structure. The first cell S1 has an upper portion defined by a pair of overlapping portions 131, and the second cell S2 has a lower portion defined by a pair of overlapping portions 131. It is preferable that the first sheet material 100 be softened by heat treatment before carrying out this folding process.

[0033] A second sheet material made of a thermoplastic resin is bonded by thermal welding to both main surfaces of the core layer 4 obtained in this manner. The second sheet material bonded to the first wall portion 4a constituting one main surface of the core layer 4 becomes a skin layer 5, which, together with the first wall portion 4a of the core layer 4, constitutes a first blocking wall 3a that closes the cells S from one end side. The second sheet material bonded to the second wall portion 4b constituting the other main surface of the core layer 4 becomes a skin layer 6, which, together with the second wall portion 4b of the core layer 4, constitutes a second blocking wall 3b that closes the cells S from the other end side.

[0034] When the second sheet material (skin layers 5, 6) is heat-welded to the core layer 4, the first wall portions 4a (overlapped portions 131) of the two-layer structure in the first cell S1 are heat-welded to each other. Similarly, the second wall portions 4b (overlapped portions 131) of the two-layer structure in the second cell S2 are heat-welded to each other.

[0035] Through the above steps, a hollow plate material 3 is obtained in which a large number of first cells S1 or second cells S2 are arranged in rows in the X direction and a large number of first cells S1 and second cells S2 are arranged alternately in the Y direction.

[0036] Thereafter, a number of communication holes 7 are formed in the skin layer 5 of the hollow plate 3 and the first wall portion 4a (first blocking wall 3a) of the core layer 4. The communication holes 7 are formed by penetrating a piercing jig T such as a drill, a needle, or a punch through the first blocking wall 3a of the hollow plate 3. As shown in FIG. 3(d), the piercing jigs T are arranged at intervals substantially equal to the intervals between the centers of adjacent cells S. The hollow plate 3 is placed and fixed below the plurality of piercing jigs T, and the piercing jig T is moved downward. In this way, the first blocking wall 3a of the hollow plate 3 has one communication hole 7 formed in each of the approximately central portions of each cell S. Through the above steps, the hollow plate 3 having a plurality of communication holes 7 formed therein is manufactured. The hollow plate 3 of this embodiment has a plate thickness of about 20 mm.

[0037] Next, as shown in Fig. 4(a), the obtained hollow plate material 3 is cut to a size of about 180 cm x about 90 cm. In addition, as shown in Fig. 4(b), rectangular cutouts 3c are formed in the four corners of the rectangular hollow plate material 3 when viewed from the front. The cutouts 3c are portions for inserting the insertion portion 52 of the cap member 50, which will be described later. The hollow plate material 3 obtained in this manner is applied to the side wall member 10.

[0038] As shown in Fig. 4(c), the sound-absorbing material 2 is formed in a rectangular plate shape and is attached in advance to the first blocking wall 3a side of the hollow plate material 3, which is the side where the communication hole 7 is formed. The sound-absorbing material 2 is partially attached to the first blocking wall 3a of the hollow plate material 3 by, for example, an adhesive, double-sided tape, a hook-and-loop fastener, or the like. The size of the sound-absorbing material 2 is slightly smaller than the cut hollow plate material 3. The material of the sound-absorbing material 2 is not particularly limited, but examples include porous materials such as foamed resin material, felt material, and nonwoven fabric.

[0039] 4(a), the frame member 20 includes side frames 21 attached to a pair of opposing side edges of the hollow plate material 3, and upper and lower frames 20a attached to the upper and lower edges. The frame members 20 are attached to each side of the hollow plate material 3 in advance.

[0040] The upper and lower frames 20a are long members with a U-shaped cross section. The upper and lower frames 20a are attached so as to accommodate the upper or lower side of the hollow plate material 3 in a groove-like space inside the U-shaped cross section. As shown in FIG. 4(b), the length of the upper and lower frames 20a in the longitudinal direction is slightly shorter than the length of the hollow plate material 3 in the lateral direction. More specifically, it is approximately equal to the length between a pair of notches 3c formed at the ends of the hollow plate material 3 in the lateral direction.

[0041] As shown in Figs. 7 and 8, the side frame 21 is an elongated member including a pair of side walls 22, an engagement wall 23, and a connecting wall 24. The pair of side walls 22 are formed parallel to each other. The engagement wall 23 and the connecting wall 24 are formed perpendicular to the side wall 22. As shown in Figs. 4(b) and 4(c), the space surrounded by the side walls 22 and the connecting wall 24 constitutes a holding section 25 for storing the side of the hollow plate material 3. The holding section 25 is formed in a U-shaped cross section extending in the vertical direction. The side frame 21 is attached in a state in which the pair of side walls 22 are aligned with the first closing wall 3a and the second closing wall 3b of the hollow plate material 3, and the side of the hollow plate material 3 is stored in the groove-shaped space inside the holding section 25.

[0042] The space surrounded by the side wall 22, the engaging wall 23, and the connecting wall 24 constitutes an inserted portion 26 into which the inserting portions 33, 43 of the connecting member 30, which will be described later, are inserted. The inserted portion 26 is formed in a cylindrical shape extending in the vertical direction and having a substantially square cross section, and is open at the top and bottom. The inserting portions 33, 43 of the upper connecting member 30a, which will be described later, are inserted through the upper opening, and the inserting portion of the lower connecting member 30b, which will be described later, is inserted through the lower opening.

[0043] 8, an engagement portion 23a extending in the vertical direction is formed on the outer surface of the engagement wall portion 23. The engagement portion 23a is composed of a concave stripe 27 formed on one side and a convex stripe 28 formed on the other side, which are positioned so as to be line-symmetrical with respect to an imaginary line L extending in the vertical direction at the center of the width direction of the engagement wall portion 23. The concave stripe 27 and the convex stripe 28 are formed over the entire length of the engagement wall portion 23 in the vertical direction.

[0044] 8, the grooves 27 and the protrusions 28 are formed to have a substantially trapezoidal cross section. The outer surface of the engagement wall portion 23, except for the grooves 27 and the protrusions 28, is formed as a flat surface. The concave stripe 27 has a concave stripe inclined surface 27a on the imaginary line L side that is inclined with respect to the flat surface of the engagement wall portion 23. Also, the convex stripe 28 has a convex stripe inclined surface 28a on the imaginary line L side that is inclined with respect to the flat surface of the engagement wall portion 23. The concave stripe inclined surface 27a and the convex stripe inclined surface 28a are formed from the position of the imaginary line L. Also, the inclination angle of the concave stripe inclined surface 27a and the inclination angle of the convex stripe inclined surface 28a are approximately equal. Therefore, the concave stripe inclined surface 27a and the convex stripe inclined surface 28a are formed flush with each other.

[0045] As shown in Figs. 7 and 8, a side wall groove 29 extending in the vertical direction is formed on the outer surface of the pair of side wall portions 22 on the side of the inserted portion 26. The outer surface of the side wall portion 22 on the side of the inserted portion 26 is formed as a flat surface except for the side wall groove 29. The length in the width direction of the side wall groove 29 is approximately equal to the width of the engaging portion 23a formed on the engaging wall portion 23. Specifically, as shown in Fig. 8, two grooves having a width approximately equal to that of the groove 27 are formed in a shape connected to each other at a position that is line-symmetrical with respect to a virtual line M extending in the vertical direction at the center of the width direction of the side wall portion 22 on the side of the inserted portion 26. The side wall groove 29 is formed over the entire length of the side wall portion 22 in the vertical direction. In addition, a side wall groove inclined surface 29a inclined with respect to the flat surface of the side wall portion 22 is formed at both ends in the width direction of the side wall groove 29. The inclination angle of the side wall inclined groove surface 29a relative to the side wall portion 22 is substantially equal to the inclination angle of the inclined groove surface 27a and the inclined protrusion surface 28a relative to the engagement wall portion 23.

[0046] 7, a pair of side walls 22 of the side frame 21 are provided with circular mounting holes 22a on the inserted portion 26 side and the holding portion 25 side, respectively. The mounting holes 22a are provided at both ends of the side wall 22 in the vertical direction. Therefore, a total of eight mounting holes 22a are provided in one side frame 21. The mounting holes 22a are formed at positions that match the mounting holes 36 of the insertion portion 33 and the mounting holes 46 of the insertion portion 43 when a connecting member 30 and a cap member 50, which will be described later, are inserted into the inserted portion 26 and the holding portion 25 of the side frame 21.

[0047] 1, the connecting member 30 that connects the side wall members 10 includes an upper connecting member 30a and a lower connecting member 30b. The upper connecting member 30a is inserted from above the inserted portion 26 of the side frame 21, and connects the side wall members 10 at the upper part of the side frame 21. The lower connecting member 30b is inserted from below the inserted portion 26 of the side frame 21, and connects the side wall members 10 at the lower part of the side frame 21. The upper connecting member 30a corresponds to the connecting member defined in the claims.

[0048] As shown in Figures 14 and 15, the upper connecting member 30a and the lower connecting member 30b have a common basic shape. The lower connecting member 30b has a shape in which a leg portion 30c is attached to the upper wall portions 32, 42 of the upper connecting member 30a. The leg portion 30c is a disk-shaped member made of hard rubber, and is attached via a hexagonal column-shaped connecting portion 30d. The lower connecting member 30b has a common shape with the upper connecting member 30a, except for the presence or absence of the leg portion 30c and the connecting portion 30d. Therefore, only the upper connecting member 30a will be described below.

[0049] As shown in Fig. 9 and Fig. 14, the connecting member 30 of this embodiment has two different shapes. The connecting member 30 (upper connecting member 30a) shown in Fig. 9 is an I-shaped connecting member 31 that is I-shaped when viewed from above. The connecting member 30 (upper connecting member 30a) shown in Fig. 14 is an L-shaped connecting member 41 that is L-shaped when viewed from above.

[0050] 5 and 6, the I-shaped connecting member 31 can be used to connect two side wall members 10 together in a planar manner. The I-shaped connecting member 31 is attached so as to straddle the two side frames 21 with the engaging walls 23 of the side frames 21 of the two side wall members 10 butted against each other and the engaging portions 23a engaged with each other.

[0051] 11, the I-shaped connecting member 31 can also be used to connect two side wall members 10 so that they are perpendicular to each other. The engaging portions 23a of the side frames 21 of the two side wall members 10 are butted against the side wall grooves 29, and the engaging portions 23a are engaged with the side wall grooves 29, and the I-shaped connecting member 31 is attached in such a manner that it straddles the two side frames 21.

[0052] 9, the I-shaped connecting member 31 has a rectangular plate-shaped upper wall portion 32 and two insertion portions 33 protruding vertically from the upper wall portion 32. The upper wall portion 32 is formed to a size sufficient to cover the two insertion portions 26 from above in a state in which the insertion portions 26 of the two side wall members 10 are butted against each other. In this state, the insertion portions 33 are inserted into each of the pair of insertion portions 26.

[0053] 9, the two insertion portions 33 are formed to have the same shape and size. The insertion portion 33 is formed to have a U-shaped cross section in which one end edges of a pair of rectangular side walls 34 are connected by a rectangular connecting wall 35. The two insertion portions 33 are formed with the opening sides of the U-shaped cross section facing each other.

[0054] As shown in Figs. 7 and 9, the width D1 of the side walls 34 of the inserting portion 33 is slightly shorter than the length D2 of the side wall member 10 in the short direction on the inner surface of the inserted portion 26 of the side frame 21. The width D3 of the connecting wall 35 of the inserting portion 33 is slightly shorter than the length D4 of the side wall member 10 in the thickness direction on the inner surface of the inserted portion 26 of the side frame 21. The interval D5 between the side walls 34 of the two inserting portions 33 is approximately equal to the sum of the thicknesses of the two engaging walls 23 when the engaging portions 23a of the two side wall members 10 are engaged with each other. The interval D5 between the side walls 34 of the two inserting portions 33 is approximately equal to the sum of the thicknesses of the engaging walls 23 and the side wall portions 22 when the engaging portions 23a of the two side wall members 10 are engaged with the side wall grooves 29.

[0055] 9, a circular mounting hole 36 is formed in the center of the pair of side walls 34 and the connecting wall 35. The size of the mounting hole 36 is approximately the same as the size of the mounting hole 22a formed in the side frame 21.

[0056] As shown in Figures 12 and 13, the L-shaped connecting member 41 can be used to connect three side wall members 10 together in a T-shape when viewed from above. In two of the three side wall members 10 connected by the L-shaped connecting member 41, the engaging portions 23a of the engaging wall portions 23 of the side frames 21 are engaged with each other and connected in a planar manner. In the remaining side wall member 10, the engaging portion 23a of the side frame 21 is engaged with the side wall groove 29 of one of the side frames 21 connected in a planar manner and connected vertically. In this state, the L-shaped connecting member 41 is attached in a manner that straddles the three side frames 21.

[0057] 14, the L-shaped connecting member 41 has an upper wall portion 42 that is an L-shaped plate when viewed from above, and three insertion portions 43 that protrude vertically from the upper wall portion 42. The upper wall portion 42 is formed to a size that covers the three insertion portions 26 from above in a state in which the insertion portions 26 of the three side wall members 10 are butted against each other. In this state, the insertion portions 43 are inserted into each of the pair of insertion portions 26.

[0058] As shown in Fig. 14, the three insertion parts 43 are formed to have the same shape and the same size. The insertion parts 43 are formed to have a U-shaped cross section with one end edges of a pair of rectangular side walls 44 connected by a rectangular connecting wall 45. Two of the three insertion parts 43 are arranged with the opening sides of the U-shaped cross section facing each other. The remaining insertion part 43 is arranged so that the opening side of the U-shaped cross section faces the side wall 44 of the other insertion part 43.

[0059] 14, the width of the side wall 44 of the insertion portion 43 of the L-shaped connecting member 41 is equal to the width D1 of the side wall 34 of the insertion portion 33 of the I-shaped connecting member 31. The width of the connecting wall 45 of the insertion portion 43 of the L-shaped connecting member 41 is equal to the width D3 of the connecting wall 35 of the insertion portion 33 of the I-shaped connecting member 31. Furthermore, the distance D6 between the side walls 44 of the two insertion portions 43 whose opening sides face each other is equal to the distance D5 between the side walls 34 of the two insertion portions 33 of the I-shaped connecting member 31. The distance D7 between the remaining one insertion portion 43 and the side wall 44 of the other insertion portion 43 is also equal to the distance D5 between the side walls 34 of the two insertion portions 33 of the I-shaped connecting member 31.

[0060] 14, a circular mounting hole 46 is formed through the center of the side wall 44 and the connecting wall 45. The mounting hole 46 is formed in the side wall 44 and the connecting wall 45 located in the direction along the long side 42a and short side 42b of the upper wall portion 42. On the other hand, the mounting hole 46 is not formed in the connecting wall 45 located in the direction along the connecting side 42c connecting the long side 42a and the short side 42b. The size of the mounting hole 46 is approximately the same as the size of the mounting hole 22a formed in the side frame 21.

[0061] As shown in Figures 5 and 6, the cap member 50 can be used to cover the holding portion 25 of the side frame 21 when two side wall members 10 are connected together in a plane. Also, as shown in Figures 11 and 12, when two side wall members 10 are connected together at a right angle or in a T-shape when viewed from above, the cap member 50 can be used to cover the holding portion 25 of the side frame 21. Furthermore, as shown in Figure 16, when only one side wall member 10 is used in an upright position, the cap member 50 can be used to cover the holding portion 25 and the inserted portion 26 of the side frame 21.

[0062] 10, the cap member 50 has a square plate-shaped upper wall portion 51 and an insertion portion 52 protruding vertically from the upper wall portion 51. The upper wall portion 51 is formed to a size sufficient to cover from above the holding portion 25 of the side frame 21 attached to the side wall member 10. In this state, the insertion portion 52 is inserted into the holding portion 25.

[0063] The insertion portion 52 has a pair of rectangular side walls 53 arranged in parallel. The width of the side walls 53 is equal to the width D1 of the side wall 34 of the insertion portion 33 of the I-shaped connecting member 31 and the width of the side wall 44 of the insertion portion 43 of the L-shaped connecting member 41. The distance between the outer surfaces of the pair of side walls 53 is equal to the width D3 of the connecting wall 35 of the insertion portion 33 of the I-shaped connecting member 31 and the width of the connecting wall 45 of the insertion portion 43 of the L-shaped connecting member 41. The vertical length of the side walls 53 is equal to the vertical lengths of the insertion portion 33 of the I-shaped connecting member 31 and the insertion portion 43 of the L-shaped connecting member 41. The vertical length of the side walls 53 is slightly shorter than the vertical length of the notch 3c of the hollow plate material 3.

[0064] Next, a method for assembling the partition 1 will be described together with the function of the partition assembly kit. First, five side wall members 10 shown in Fig. 4 are prepared. Furthermore, two I-shaped connecting members 31 and one L-shaped connecting member 41 are prepared as the upper connecting member 30a. A lower connecting member 30b is prepared in such a shape that the leg portion 30c and the connecting portion 30d are attached to the I-shaped connecting member 31 and the L-shaped connecting member 41. Furthermore, a cap member 50 is prepared to be attached to a portion of the side frame 21 where the connecting member 30 cannot be attached.

[0065] As shown in Fig. 11, the side wall members 10 are assembled starting from the portions where they are connected at right angles. The two side wall members 10 are held in an upright position so that they are perpendicular to each other, and the inserted portions 26 of the side frames 21 of the side wall members 10 are butted against each other. At this time, the sound absorbing material 2 of the side wall members 10 is positioned on the inside. The side wall grooves 29 of the side frame 21 of one side wall member 10 are fitted into the engaging portions 23a of the side frame 21 of the other side wall member 10.

[0066] In the side wall 22 on the side of the inserted portion 26 of the side frame 21, the portion other than the side wall groove 29 is a flat surface, and in the engaging wall 23, the portion other than the engaging portion 23a is a flat surface. The width of the side wall groove 29 is approximately the same as or slightly longer than the width of the engaging portion 23a. Furthermore, the inclination angle of the side wall groove inclined surface 29a with respect to the side wall 22 is approximately equal to the inclination angles of the groove inclined surface 27a and the convex inclined surface 28a with respect to the engaging wall 23. Therefore, the convex 28 is smoothly accommodated in the side wall groove 29. Then, the flat surface of the side wall 22 and the flat surface of the engaging wall 23 come into contact with each other, and the convex 28 of the engaging portion 23a is engaged with the side wall groove 29.

[0067] In this state, the two insertion portions 33 of the I-shaped connecting member 31 are inserted from above into the inserted portions 26 of the side frames 21 of the two side wall members 10. As a result, the two side wall members 10 are connected with the engagement portions 23a and the side wall grooves 29 engaged with each other. In addition, the lower connecting member 30b corresponding to the I-shaped connecting member 31 is inserted from below into the inserted portions 26. As a result, the two side wall members 10 are connected from above and below, and the connected state is stabilized.

[0068] When the I-shaped connecting member 31 is inserted into the side frame 21, the mounting hole 36 of the insertion portion 33 is aligned with the mounting hole 22a of the side wall portion 22. Fasteners such as screws (not shown) are inserted into the mounting holes 22a and 36 for fixing. The lower connecting member 30b is fixed in the same manner.

[0069] The width D1 of the side wall 34 of the insertion part 33 of the I-shaped connecting member 31 is slightly shorter than the length D2 in the short direction of the side wall member 10 on the inner surface of the inserted part 26 of the side frame 21. The width D3 of the connecting wall 35 of the insertion part 33 of the I-shaped connecting member 31 is slightly shorter than the length D4 in the thickness direction of the side wall member 10 on the inner surface of the inserted part 26 of the side frame 21. Furthermore, the interval D5 between the side walls 34 of the two insertion parts 33 is approximately equal to the sum of the thicknesses of the engaging wall part 23 and the side wall part 22 in a state in which the engaging parts 23a of the two side wall members 10 and the side wall grooves 29 are engaged. Therefore, the I-shaped connecting member 31 attached to the side frame 21 is in a state in which the outer surface of the insertion part 33 abuts against the inner surface of the inserted part 26. The rattling between the engaging parts 23a and the side wall grooves 29 is suppressed, and the connection state of the two side wall members 10 is stabilized.

[0070] Next, as shown in Fig. 5 and Fig. 6, a side wall member 10 is connected in a planar manner to one of the side wall members 10 connected at a right angle. One side wall member 10 is held in an upright state against one of the side wall members 10 connected at a right angle, and the inserted portions 26 of the respective side frames 21 are butted against each other. At this time, the sound absorbing material 2 of the side wall member 10 is also positioned on the inside. Then, the engaging portion 23a of one side frame 21 of the side wall members 10 connected in a planar manner is aligned with the engaging portion 23a of the other side frame 21. The convex rib 28 of one engaging portion 23a is accommodated in the concave rib 27 of the other engaging portion 23a, and the convex rib 28 of the other engaging portion 23a is accommodated in the concave rib 27 of one engaging portion 23a. The concave streak 27 and the convex streak 28 are smoothly accommodated along the concave streak inclined surface 27a and the convex streak inclined surface 28a because the concave streak inclined surface 27a and the convex streak inclined surface 28a are flush with each other. Then, the flat surfaces of the engagement wall portion 23 come into contact with each other, and the convex streak 28 is engaged with the concave streak 27.

[0071] In this state, the two insertion portions 33 of the I-shaped connecting member 31 are inserted from above into the inserted portions 26 of the side frames 21 of the two side wall members 10. As a result, the two side wall members 10 are connected with the engagement portions 23a engaged with each other. In addition, the lower connecting member 30b corresponding to the I-shaped connecting member 31 is inserted from below the inserted portions 26. As a result, the two side wall members 10 are connected from above and below, and the connected state is stabilized.

[0072] The width D1 of the side wall 34 of the insertion portion 33 of the I-shaped connecting member 31 is slightly shorter than the length D2 in the short direction of the side wall member 10 on the inner surface of the inserted portion 26 of the side frame 21. The width D3 of the connecting wall 35 of the insertion portion 33 of the I-shaped connecting member 31 is slightly shorter than the length D4 in the thickness direction of the side wall member 10 on the inner surface of the inserted portion 26 of the side frame 21. Furthermore, the interval D5 between the side walls 34 of the two insertion portions 33 is approximately equal to the sum of the thicknesses of the two engagement walls 23 when the engagement portions 23a of the two side wall members 10 are engaged with each other. Therefore, the I-shaped connecting member 31 attached to the side frame 21 is in a state in which the outer surface of the insertion portion 33 abuts against the inner surface of the inserted portion 26. The rattling between the engagement portions 23a is suppressed, and the connection state of the two side wall members 10 is stabilized.

[0073] When the I-shaped connecting member 31 is inserted into the side frame 21, the mounting hole 36 of the insertion portion 33 is aligned with the mounting hole 22a of the side wall portion 22. Fasteners such as screws (not shown) are inserted into the mounting holes 22a and 36 for fixing. The lower connecting member 30b is fixed in the same manner.

[0074] 12 and 13, a sidewall member 10 is connected in a planar manner to the other of the sidewall members 10 connected at right angles, and a sidewall member 10 is connected at a right angle. The two sidewall members 10 are held in an upright state with respect to the other of the sidewall members 10 previously connected at right angles, and the inserted portions 26 of the respective side frames 21 are butted against each other. The sidewall member 10 to be newly connected in a planar manner is held so that the engaging portion 23a of the side frame 21 engages with the other engaging portion 23a of the sidewall member 10. The sidewall member 10 to be newly connected at a right angle is held so that the engaging portion 23a of the side frame 21 engages with the other sidewall recess 29 of the sidewall member 10.

[0075] In this state, the three insertion portions 43 of the L-shaped connecting member 41 are inserted from above into the inserted portions 26 of the side frames 21 of the three side wall members 10. As a result, the three side wall members 10 are connected with the engaging portions 23a engaged with each other, or with the engaging portions 23a engaged with the side wall grooves 29. In addition, the lower connecting member 30b corresponding to the L-shaped connecting member 41 is inserted from below the inserted portions 26. As a result, the three side wall members 10 are connected from above and below, and the connected state is stabilized.

[0076] The width of the side wall 44 of the insertion portion 43 of the L-shaped connecting member 41 and the width of the connecting wall 45 are equal to those of the I-shaped connecting member 31. In addition, the distance D6 between the side walls 44 of the two insertion portions 43 whose opening sides face each other is equal to the distance D5 between the side walls 34 of the two insertion portions 33 of the I-shaped connecting member 31. The distance D7 between the remaining one insertion portion 43 and the side wall 44 of the other insertion portion 43 is also equal to the distance D5 between the side walls 34 of the two insertion portions 33 of the I-shaped connecting member 31. Therefore, the L-shaped connecting member 41 attached to the side frame 21 is in a state in which the outer surface of the insertion portion 43 abuts against the inner surface of the inserted portion 26. The rattle between the engaging portions 23a and the rattle between the engaging portions 23a and the side wall grooves 29 is suppressed, and the connection state of the three side wall members 10 is stabilized.

[0077] When the L-shaped connecting member 41 is inserted into the side frame 21, the mounting hole 46 of the insertion portion 43 is aligned with the mounting hole 22a of the side wall portion 22. Fasteners such as screws (not shown) are inserted into the mounting holes 22a, 46 for fixing. The lower connecting member 30b is fixed in the same manner.

[0078] As shown in FIG. 1, among the side frames 21 of the five side wall members 10, the upper and lower parts of the holding part 25 and the inserted part 26 of the side frame 21 that is not connected to the other side wall members 10 are open. A lower connecting member 30b, which is an I-shaped connecting member with a leg part 30c and a connecting part 30d attached thereto, is attached to the lower part of the side frame 21 in this portion. The lower connecting member 30b is attached so that the two inserting parts are inserted into the holding part 25 and the inserted part 26 at the lower part of the side frame 21, respectively. This results in the lower connecting member 30b having the leg part 30c and the connecting part 30d being attached to all the lower parts of the side frame 21. The lower part of each side edge of the side wall member 10 is supported by the disk-shaped leg part 30c, so that the partition 1 is stably erected.

[0079] Of the side frames 21 of the five side wall members 10, the side frames 21 connected to the other side wall members 10 have an open upper portion of the holding portion 25. Also, of the side frames 21 of the five side wall members 10, the side frames 21 not connected to the other side wall members 10 have an open upper portion of the holding portion 25 and the inserted portion 26. The cap members 50 are attached to these portions.

[0080] When the cap member 50 is inserted into the side frame 21, the mounting hole 54 of the insertion portion 52 is aligned with the mounting hole 22a of the side wall portion 22. Fasteners such as screws (not shown) are inserted into the mounting holes 22a and 54 to fix the cap member 50 in place.

[0081] Through the above assembly operations, the partition 1 as shown in FIG. 1 is assembled. According to the above embodiment, the following effects are achieved. (1) The partition assembly kit of the above embodiment includes a side wall member 10 to which a long side frame 21 is attached, and a connecting member 30. The side wall member 10 is connected by the connecting member 30. The side frame 21 has an engagement wall portion 23 extending in the vertical direction. The engagement wall portion 23 has an engagement portion 23a having a recessed rib 27 formed on one side and a protruding rib 28 formed on the other side, the engagement portion 23 being line-symmetrical with respect to an imaginary line L extending in the vertical direction of the engagement wall portion 23.

[0082] Therefore, when the side frames 21 of the two side wall members 10 are butted together and connected with the connecting member 30, the concave strips 27 and convex strips 28 of one engaging wall portion 23 can be held in an engaged state with the convex strips 28 and concave strips 27 of the other engaging wall portion 23. The two side wall members 10 can be positioned before being connected with the connecting member 30, making it easier to connect the side wall members 10 together. This allows the partition 1 to be assembled efficiently.

[0083] (2) When two side wall members 10 are connected by the connecting member 30, the engaging portions 23a engage with each other in a convex-concave relationship. Therefore, gaps are unlikely to form between adjacent side frames 21, and sound leakage from between adjacent side wall members 10 can be suppressed.

[0084] (3) The engaging wall portions 23 extend in the thickness direction of the sidewall members 10. That is, when two sidewall members 10 are joined in a planar state, the engaging wall portions 23 extend perpendicular to the main surfaces of the sidewall members 10.

[0085] Therefore, when two side wall members 10 are connected in a planar state, the engaging walls 23 of the side frames 21 can be easily engaged with each other. (4) The grooves 27 and the protrusions 28 of the engaging portion 23a are formed in the same shape, with their cross sections being generally trapezoidal.

[0086] Therefore, when the engaging portions 23a are engaged with each other, a gap is unlikely to be formed between one engaging portion 23a and the other engaging portion 23a, and sound leakage from between the adjacent side wall members 10 can be suppressed.

[0087] (5) A side wall groove 29 extending in the vertical direction is formed on the outer surface of the side wall portion 22 of the side frame 21. The portion other than the side wall groove 29 is formed as a flat surface, and the width dimension of the side wall groove 29 is formed slightly longer than the width dimension of the engagement portion 23a.

[0088] Therefore, the protrusions 28 formed on the engagement wall portions 23 can be engaged with the side wall recesses 29 formed on the side wall portions 22 of the side frames 21. The side wall portions 22 of the side frames 21 attached to one of the pair of side wall members 10 can be engaged with the engagement wall portions 23 of the side frames 21 attached to the other side wall members 10. This allows the two side wall members 10 to be positioned at a right angle, facilitating the assembly work when connecting multiple side wall members 10 at a right angle.

[0089] (6) There are cases where the side wall members 10 are stored by being stacked flat without the sound-absorbing material 2 attached during processing of the side wall members 10, or where the side wall members 10 to be used without the sound-absorbing material 2 attached are stacked flat. In this case, the load of the upper side wall member 10 is applied to the side wall portion 22 of the side frame 21 of the lower side wall member 10.

[0090] In this regard, since the side wall portion 22 of the side frame 21 is formed as a flat surface other than the side wall groove 29, the flat surface receives the load. Therefore, deformation of the side frame 21 is suppressed.

[0091] (7) The width direction length of the side wall groove 29 is approximately equal to the width of the engaging portion 23a formed in the engaging wall portion 23. The side wall groove 29 is shaped such that two grooves having a width approximately equal to that of the groove 27 are connected to each other at positions that are line-symmetrical with respect to an imaginary line M extending in the vertical direction at the center of the width direction of the side wall portion 22 on the inserted portion 26 side.

[0092] Therefore, even if the side frame 21 has the concave stripe 27 formed on the right side of the engagement portion 23a and the convex stripe 28 formed on the left side, or the side frame 21 has the concave stripe 27 formed on the left side and the convex stripe 28 formed on the right side, the side frame 21 can easily engage with the side wall concave stripe 29. That is, as shown in Fig. 13, since the width of the side wall concave stripe 29 is approximately equal to the width of the engagement portion 23a, the side wall portion 22 of the side frame 21 of one side wall member 10 connected at a right angle and the engagement wall portion 23 of the other side frame 21 can be positioned so as to be flush with each other, regardless of whether the convex stripe 28 is located on the left or right side. In this case, if the convex stripe 28 of the engagement portion 23a of the side wall member 10 shown in the lower part of Fig. 13 is located to the left of the side wall concave stripe 29 of the upper left side wall member 10, the side wall portion 22 of the lower side frame 21 and the engagement wall portion 23 of the upper left side frame 21 will not be flush with each other. The side wall portion 22 of the lower side frame 21 and the engaging wall portion 23 of the upper left side frame 21 are flush when the convex rib 28 of the engaging portion 23a of the lower side wall member 10 is positioned to the right of the side wall concave rib 29 of the upper left side wall member 10.

[0093] (8) When the engaging portions 23a of the engaging wall portion 23 engage with each other, flat surfaces other than the engaging portions 23a come into contact with each other. When the engaging portions 23a of the engaging wall portion 23 engage with the side wall grooves 29 of the side wall portion 22, flat surfaces other than the engaging portions 23a and the side wall grooves 29 come into contact with each other.

[0094] Therefore, gaps are unlikely to form between the side frames 21 of the side wall members 10 that are connected in a plane. Also, gaps are unlikely to form between the side frames 21 of the side wall members 10 that are connected at right angles. Sound leakage from inside the partition 1 can be suppressed.

[0095] (9) The inclined concave surface 27a of the concave strip 27 of the engaging portion 23a and the inclined convex surface 28a of the convex strip 28 are formed flush with each other. This allows smooth engagement between the engaging portions 23a of the side frames 21. This makes it easy to assemble the partition 1.

[0096] (10) The inclination angle of the inclined concave surface 27a relative to the engaging wall portion 23 is substantially equal to the inclination angle of the inclined convex surface 28a relative to the engaging wall portion 23. In addition, the inclination angle of the side wall inclined concave surface 29a relative to the side wall portion 22 is also substantially equal.

[0097] Therefore, the engagement of the engagement portion 23a with the side wall groove 29 of the side frame 21 is smooth. The assembly work of the partition 1 is easy. (11) The insertion portion 33 of the I-shaped connecting member 31 and the insertion portion 43 of the L-shaped connecting member 41 are formed in a U-shaped cross section. The same is true for the lower connecting member 30b, which has the same basic structure as the upper connecting member 30a.

[0098] Therefore, the amount of material required for the connecting member 30 can be reduced compared to when the insertion portions 33, 43 are tubular and have a rectangular cross section, which is advantageous in terms of cost. (12) The frame member 20 is attached to the side wall member 10 in advance.

[0099] Therefore, the partition 1 can be assembled simply by connecting the connecting members 30. The partition 1 can be assembled easily. (13) The sound absorbing material 2 is attached to the side wall member 10 in advance.

[0100] This makes it easy to assemble the partition 1, which has excellent sound-absorbing properties. (14) When the I-shaped connecting member 31 is attached, the outer surface of the insertion portion 33 abuts against the inner surface of the inserted portion 26 of the side frame 21.

[0101] Therefore, the insertion portion 33 of the I-shaped connecting member 31 is held without rattling in the inserted portion 26 of the side frame 21. This stabilizes the engagement state between the side frames 21 in the butted state, and stabilizes the connection state between the side wall members 10. The same applies to the L-shaped connecting member 41 and the lower connecting member 30b.

[0102] (15) The side wall members 10 can be connected by the I-shaped connecting member 31 whether they are connected in a flat plane or at a right angle. This reduces the number of necessary parts, which is advantageous in terms of cost.

[0103] (16) The sidewall member 10 uses a hollow plate material 3 having a plurality of cells S arranged side by side inside. Therefore, the side wall member 10 is lightweight and has appropriate rigidity, which makes it easy to transport and assemble.

[0104] (17) A plurality of communication holes 7 are formed in the first closing wall 3a of the hollow plate material 3. In addition, the sound absorbing material 2 is attached to the first closing wall 3a side. Therefore, the sound generated in the internal space partitioned by the partition 1 is attenuated and absorbed not only by the sound-absorbing material 2 but also by the cells S of the hollow board material 3. Here, in the sound-absorbing material 2 formed of a porous material, sound is absorbed by propagating through the air in the gaps between the porous materials, and the vibration of the air is consumed as heat energy due to air friction and viscous resistance. On the other hand, in the hollow board material 3 having multiple cells S, the air vibrates violently near the communication holes 7 that connect the inside and outside of the cells S, and the air friction with the surrounding parts of the communication holes 7 causes the vibration of the air to be consumed as heat energy. In other words, the sound-absorbing material 2 and the hollow board material 3 absorb noise using different principles. By using sound absorption based on different principles in this way, a sound absorption effect can be expected in a wide frequency range.

[0105] The above embodiment can be modified as follows: The embodiment and the following modifications can be combined with each other to the extent that no technical contradiction occurs. In the above embodiment, the partition 1 is assembled by connecting five sidewall members 10, but the number of sidewall members 10 and the shape of the partition 1 are not particularly limited. For example, multiple sidewall members 10 may be connected only in a planar manner to be used as a partition. Also, multiple sidewall members 10 may be connected in a planar manner and at right angles to assemble a partition 1 that forms a rectangular parallelepiped or cubic closed space.

[0106] As shown in Fig. 16, the side wall members 10 can be used as a single partition 1 without being connected. In this case, as shown in the enlarged perspective view on the left side of Fig. 16, cap members 50 may be attached to the holding portions 25 and the inserted portions 26 of the side frames 21, respectively. Also, as shown in the enlarged perspective view on the right side of Fig. 16, I-shaped connecting members 31 may be attached to the holding portions 25 and the inserted portions 26 of the side frames 21. The same applies to the lower portions of the holding portions 25 and the inserted portions 26 of the side frames 21.

[0107] As shown in Fig. 17(a), an engaging portion 23a may be formed instead of the side wall groove 29 on the side wall portion 22 of the side frame 21. Alternatively, the side wall groove 29 may be formed on one side wall portion 22, and the engaging portion 23a may be formed on the other side wall portion 22. If the engaging portions 23a are formed on both side wall portions 22, when the sound absorbing material 2 is removed from the side wall members 10 and stored in a stacked state, the engaging portion 23a of the lower side wall member 10 can engage with the engaging portion 23a of the upper side wall member 10. This makes it difficult for the side wall members 10 to shift when stacked.

[0108] 17(b), the shape and size of the side wall groove 29 of the side frame 21 may be the same as the shape and size of the groove 27 of the engagement portion 23a. In other words, the width of the side wall groove 29 may be approximately the same as the width of the protrusion 28.

[0109] 17(c), the grooves 27 and the protrusions 28 of the engagement portion 23a of the side frame 21 may be formed at positions spaced apart. In this case, too, as long as the grooves 27 and the protrusions 28 are formed at positions that are line-symmetrical with respect to the imaginary line L extending in the vertical direction at the center of the width direction of the engagement wall portion 23, the two side wall members 10 can be connected in a planar manner.

[0110] Furthermore, when the concave ribs 27 and the convex ribs 28 are formed at spaced apart positions, it is preferable that the side wall concave ribs 29 of the side wall portion 22 are formed at a position corresponding to the convex ribs 28 when the engagement wall portion 23 and the side wall portion 22 are butted together, as shown in Figure 17(c).

[0111] When the side wall grooves 29 as shown in FIG. 17( c ) are formed, the side wall grooves 29 may be formed in one place on one side wall portion 22 , or may be formed in two places. As shown in Figs. 17(d) to (f), the side wall portion 22 of the side frame 21 may not be planar, and the inserted portion 26 may be narrower than the holding portion 25. In this case, the inserted portion 26 may be formed in the center of the holding portion 25 in the width direction, as shown in Fig. 17(d). Also, as shown in Fig. 17(e), it may be formed offset to one side in the width direction. Furthermore, as shown in Fig. 17(f), it may be formed on the side wall portion 22 side. Even with these shapes, as long as the engaging portion 23a is formed on the engaging wall portion 23 of the inserted portion 26 and the side wall recess 29 is formed on the side wall portion 22, the side wall member 10 can be connected in a planar shape or at a right angle.

[0112] 17(g), the engagement wall portion 23 may extend in a direction intersecting with the side wall portion 22. In other words, with the side frame 21 attached, the engagement wall portion 23 may extend in a direction intersecting with the thickness direction of the side wall member 10.

[0113] In the above embodiment, the grooves 27 and the protrusions 28 are formed to have a substantially trapezoidal cross section, but the shape is not limited to this. The cross-sectional shapes of the recessed ribs 27 and the protruding ribs 28 may be different from each other. If the cross-sectional shape of the recessed ribs 27 is larger than the cross-sectional shape of the protruding ribs 28, one of the protruding ribs 28 can be received within the other recessed rib 27 when the engagement walls 23 are butted against each other.

[0114] In the above embodiment, the width of the side wall groove 29 is approximately the same as or slightly longer than the width of the engagement portion 23a, but is not limited to this. It may be longer than the width of the engagement portion 23a. If it is not shorter than the width of the ridge 28, the ridge 28 can be accommodated.

[0115] In the above embodiment, the outer surface of the engaging wall portion 23 is formed as a flat surface except for the engaging portion 23a, but is not limited to this. A recess or groove may be formed other than the engaging portion 23a. If no protruding portion such as a protrusion or groove is formed, the engaging wall portions 23 come into contact with each other when the engaging portions 23a engage with each other, making it difficult for gaps to form.

[0116] In the above embodiment, the outer surface of the side wall portion 22 is formed as a flat surface other than the side wall groove 29, but is not limited to this. A recess or groove may be formed other than the side wall groove 29. If no protruding portion such as a convex portion or convex groove is formed, when the engaging portion 23a and the side wall groove 29 engage, the side wall portion 22 and the engaging wall portion 23 come into contact with each other, making it difficult for a gap to be generated.

[0117] The mounting holes 22a of the side frames 21 are formed in a circular shape, but the shape is not particularly limited. The same is true for the mounting holes 36 of the I-shaped connecting members 31 and the mounting holes 46 of the L-shaped connecting members 41.

[0118] The mounting holes 22a of the side frame 21 are formed through both vertical ends of the pair of side wall portions 22, but are not limited to this. For example, the mounting holes 22a may be formed in the upper end portion of one side wall portion 22 and the lower end portion of the other side wall portion 22.

[0119] The inserted portion 26 of the side frame 21 does not have to be formed over the entire length of the side frame 21. For example, it may be formed in two places, at the top and bottom of the side frame 21, in a cylindrical shape extending in the up-down direction.

[0120] The insertion portions 33, 43 of the connecting member 30 do not have to have a U-shaped cross section. For example, the connecting walls 35, 45 may not exist and the insertion portions 33, 43 may be formed only by the side walls 34, 44. The insertion portions 33, 43 may also have a rectangular cross section.

[0121] The insertion portions 33, 43 of the connecting member 30 may be cylindrical with a circular cross section. In this case, if the insertion portions 33, 43 are formed to have a size such that the cylindrical outer peripheral surface of the insertion portions 33, 43 abuts against the inner surface of the inserted portion 26 of the side frame 21, the connected state by the connecting member 30 will be stable.

[0122] Although the I-shaped connecting member 31 having two insertion portions 33 and the L-shaped connecting member 41 having three insertion portions 43 have been described as the connecting member 30, other shapes may be used. For example, the connecting member 61 shown in Fig. 18 has a shape in which four insertion portions 63 protrude from an upper wall portion 62 that is T-shaped when viewed from above. A connecting member 61 having such a shape can connect four side wall members 10 in a cross shape.

[0123] In the I-shaped connecting member 31, the pair of side walls 34 and the connecting wall 35 all have circular mounting holes 36 formed therethrough, but there may be side walls 34 or connecting walls 35 that do not have mounting holes 36 formed therethrough. The same applies to the L-shaped connecting member 41.

[0124] A plurality of sidewall members 10 may be connected only by the upper connecting members 30a, and the lower parts of the sidewall members 10 may not be connected by the lower connecting members 30b. In this case, for example, the lower parts of the sidewall members 10 may be connected by a hook-and-loop fastener or the like that is stretched between adjacent sidewall members 10.

[0125] In the above embodiment, the lower connecting member 30b is formed by attaching the legs 30c and the connecting portion 30d to the upper connecting member 30a, but this is not limited to the above. The upper connecting member 30a may also be used for the lower portion of the partition 1.

[0126] The shape of the leg 30c of the lower connecting member 30b is not limited to that shown in Fig. 15. It may be formed as a rod-shaped member extending in the thickness direction of the sidewall member 10. With such a shape, the sidewall member 10 is stably supported when the sidewall members 10 are connected in a planar shape or when a single sidewall member 10 is used.

[0127] The insertion portion 52 of the cap member 50 has a pair of rectangular side walls 53 arranged in parallel, but is not limited to this. For example, the ends of the side walls 53 may be connected to each other. Also, the insertion portion 52 may be formed with a U-shaped cross section like the insertion portions 33, 43 of the I-shaped connecting member 31 and the L-shaped connecting member 41. With such a shape, deformation of the insertion portion 52 is suppressed.

[0128] In the above embodiment, the cap members 50 are attached to the holding parts 25 and the inserted parts 26 that open to the upper part of the side frame 21, to which the connecting members 30 are not attached. In addition to this, the cap members 50 may be attached to the holding parts 25 and the inserted parts 26 that open to the lower part of the side frame 21.

[0129] The side wall member 10 has the side frames 21, the upper and lower frames 20a, and the sound absorbing material 2 attached in advance, but these may be provided separately. Each of these members may be attached to the hollow plate material 3 prior to the assembly work.

[0130] The sound absorbing material 2 may be made detachable. In this way, the sound absorbing material 2 can be easily replaced when it becomes dirty. In the above embodiment, the sound absorbing material 2 is attached to the first blocking wall 3a side, but it may be attached to both the first blocking wall 3a and the second blocking wall 3b.

[0131] The upper and lower frames 20a do not have to be attached. In this case, for example, if strip-shaped sealing members are attached to the upper and lower end faces of the hollow plate material 3, the intrusion of dust, dirt, etc. into the cells S inside the hollow plate material 3 can be prevented.

[0132] The side frames 21 and the upper and lower frames 20a may be attached by, for example, screws or adhesive. The upper and lower frames 20a are attached so as to cover the upper and lower sides of the hollow plate material 3, but are not limited to this.

[0133] In order to maintain the rigidity of the partition 1, frame members such as diagonal braces may be attached. A handle may be attached to the side wall member 10. This makes it easier to transport the unit during assembly.

[0134] Other sheet materials may be joined to the outer surface of the hollow plate material 3. The sheet materials may be, for example, metal sheets (metal foils), steel plates, paper, cloth, etc. Furthermore, the skin layer 6 itself may be made of metal sheets (metal foils), paper, cloth, etc.

[0135] In the above embodiment, the side wall member 10 is formed of the hollow plate material 3 as a hollow structure, but it does not have to be a hollow structure. The hollow plate material 3 is not limited to a plate material in which the core layer 4 is formed by folding and molding one piece of the first sheet material 100, but may be a plate material in which the core layer 4 is formed by using a plurality of sheet materials.

[0136] The shape of the cells S in the hollow plate material 3 is not limited to a hexagonal prism. For example, the shape of the cells S may be a square prism or a cylinder. Cells S of different shapes may be mixed. Furthermore, in the hollow plate material 3, adjacent cells S may not only be in contact with each other, but also there may be a gap between two adjacent cells S. When there is a gap between the cells S, in addition to the communication hole 7 that connects the inside and outside of the cell S, a communication hole that connects the inside and outside of the space between the cells S may be provided.

[0137] In the hollow plate material 3, a plurality of communication holes 7 may be provided for each cell S. Furthermore, the communication holes 7 do not have to be provided for all the cells S, and may be provided for some of the cells S. It is not necessary to provide the communication holes 7.

[0138] Sound absorbing material 2 may be omitted. [Explanation of symbols]
