Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present disclosure relates to a stator, a method for manufacturing a stator, and a brushless motor, and more particularly to a bobbinless type stator, a method for manufacturing the stator, and a brushless motor having the stator. [Background technology]

[0002] As a conventional example, a stator of a rotating electric machine described in Patent Document 1 is illustrated. The stator described in Patent Document 1 includes a core sheet laminate, a coating film, a stator coil, and a bobbin. The core sheet laminate is formed by stacking a plurality of core sheets made of metal. The coating film is made of insulating paint applied to the surface of the core sheet laminate. The stator coil is made of a conductor (winding) wound around the core sheet laminate via the coating film. The bobbin is inserted between the coating film and the stator coil. The bobbin prevents the conductor of the stator coil from contacting the coating film applied to the edge portion of the core sheet laminate. Alternatively, the bobbin relieves pressure due to contact.

[0003] However, in the above-mentioned conventional stator, there is a risk that the conductor (winding) of the starter coil may become misaligned when it is wound around the core sheet laminate. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0010] Hereinafter, a stator, a manufacturing method of a stator, and a brushless motor according to an embodiment of the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. However, each figure described in the following embodiment is a schematic diagram, and the ratio of the size and thickness of each component does not necessarily reflect the actual dimensional ratio. Note that the configuration described in the following embodiment is merely an example of the present disclosure. The present disclosure is not limited to the following embodiment, and various modifications are possible depending on the design, etc., as long as the effects of the present disclosure can be achieved.

[0011] (1) Overview A brushless motor M1 (hereinafter abbreviated as brushless motor M1) according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a stator S1 (hereinafter abbreviated as stator S1) according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and a rotor R1 rotatably arranged inside the stator S1, as shown in FIG. 1.

[0012] The rotor R1 has a rotor core 50 made of a soft magnetic material and formed into a cylindrical shape, and a plurality of (six in the illustrated example) permanent magnets 51. A cylindrical shaft hole 500 penetrates the center of the rotor core 50. A rotating shaft (not shown) is inserted into this shaft hole 500.

[0013] Each of the six permanent magnets 51 is formed in a rectangular plate shape and is housed inside the rotor core 50 so as to be aligned at equal intervals along the circumferential direction of the rotor core 50.

[0014] The stator S1 includes a plurality of stator blocks 1 (nine in the illustrated example) arranged in the circumferential direction, and a plurality of coils 2 provided by winding a winding 20 around each of the plurality of stator blocks 1 (see FIG. 1). The stator S1 also includes a plurality of insulating members 3 (nine in the illustrated example) that electrically insulate the stator blocks 1 and the coils 2 for each set of the plurality of stator blocks 1 and the plurality of coils 2.

[0015] Each of the multiple stator blocks 1 has a yoke portion 10 located on the outermost circumference, a teeth portion 11 protruding from the inner surface of the yoke portion 10, and an insulating portion 12 that is electrically insulating and covers the surface of the teeth portion 11.

[0016] Each of the insulating members 3 has a pair of insulating plates 30 and an alignment portion 31 provided on each of the pair of insulating plates 30 to align the windings 20. The pair of insulating plates 30 are disposed at positions facing each other with the teeth portion 11 in between.

[0017] When the coils 2 of the stator S1 are excited, magnetic attraction and repulsion act between each stator block 1 and the rotor R1, allowing the rotor R1 to rotate in both directions relative to the stator S1. The rotating shaft inserted into the shaft hole 500 of the rotor R1 can also rotate together with the rotor R1.

[0018] Here, if the misalignment (positional deviation) of the windings 20 wound around the teeth portions 11 in multiple stator blocks 1 becomes large, the variation in the magnetic attraction force and magnetic repulsion force generated in each stator block 1 also becomes large, even if the magnitude of the current flowing through the multiple coils 2 is the same.

[0019] In contrast, in the stator S1, the windings 20 can be wound in alignment with respect to each tooth portion 11 in the multiple stator blocks 1 by using the alignment portions 31 provided in the insulating member 3. As a result, the stator S1 can more easily align the windings 20 than in a case where the alignment portions 31 are not provided, and misalignment of the windings 20 can be suppressed.

[0020] (2) Stator details (2-1) Stator block All of the multiple stator blocks 1 have the same configuration. In the following description, unless otherwise specified, the up-down, front-back, and left-right directions indicated by arrows in Fig. 2 are defined as the up-down, front-back, and left-right directions of the stator block 1.

[0021] As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the stator block 1 has a yoke portion 10, teeth portions 11, an insulating portion 12, and a flange portion 13.

[0022] The yoke portion 10 is formed in a quadrangular prism shape. To explain in more detail, the front, rear, left and right sides of the yoke portion 10 are rectangular, and the top and bottom sides are trapezoidal. The upper and bottom sides of the front side of the yoke portion 10 are shorter than the upper and bottom sides of the rear side of the yoke portion 10, and the left and right sides of the front side of the yoke portion 10 are the same length as the left and right sides of the rear side of the yoke portion 10.

[0023] Teeth portion 11 is formed in a rectangular parallelepiped shape. The height of teeth portion 11 is equal to the height of yoke portion 10. In other words, the upper and lower surfaces of teeth portion 11 are flush with the upper and lower surfaces of yoke portion 10, respectively. Teeth portion 11 protrudes forward from the center in the left-right direction of the front surface of yoke portion 10. The front surface of teeth portion 11 is curved into a cylindrical surface (see FIGS. 1 and 2).

[0024] Flange portion 13 is formed in a plate shape with the vertical direction as the longitudinal direction, and protrudes leftward and rightward from the front ends of the left and right sides of teeth portion 11. The height of flange portion 13 is equal to the height of teeth portion 11. However, the front surface of flange portion 13 is curved into a cylindrical surface and is flush with the front surface of teeth portion 11.

[0025] Here, it is preferable that the yoke portion 10, the teeth portion 11, and the flange portion 13 are integrally formed from a soft magnetic material such as silicon steel plate, ferrite, amorphous alloy, etc. Alternatively, the yoke portion 10, the teeth portion 11, and the flange portion 13 may be formed separately and then joined together.

[0026] The insulating portions 12 are provided on both left and right side surfaces of the teeth portion 11 (see Figs. 2 and 3). The insulating portions 12 are coatings applied to both left and right side surfaces of the teeth portion 11. The coatings (insulating portions 12) are preferably formed from, for example, synthetic resin powder paint having electrical insulation properties.

[0027] (2-2) Insulating materials The insulating member 3 has a pair of insulating plates 30 and an alignment portion 31. The insulating member 3 further has a connecting portion 32 and a fixing portion 33 (see FIGS. 1 to 3).

[0028] Each of the pair of insulating plates 30 is formed in a rectangular flat plate shape. However, each of the pair of insulating plates 30 is formed to have the same shape and the same dimensions. The width dimension of the insulating plate 30 in the left-right direction (short side direction) is larger than the width dimension of the teeth portion 11 in the left-right direction and smaller than the width dimension of the yoke portion 10 in the left-right direction. The width dimension of the insulating member 3 in the front-rear direction (longitudinal direction) is slightly smaller than the width dimension of the stator block 1 in the front-rear direction (see FIG. 1). One insulating plate 30 is disposed on the upper surface of the stator block 1, and the other insulating plate 30 is disposed below the lower surface of the stator block 1.

[0029] The connecting portion 32 is formed in a rectangular flat plate shape. One end (upper end) in the longitudinal direction of the connecting portion 32 is connected to the rear end of the insulating plate 30 arranged on the upper surface of the stator block 1. The other end (lower end) in the longitudinal direction of the connecting portion 32 is connected to the rear end of the insulating plate 30 arranged under the lower surface of the stator block 1. That is, the pair of insulating plates 30 are connected at their respective rear ends by the connecting portion 32 (see Figs. 2 and 3). The connecting portion 32 is fitted into a groove portion 100 provided on the rear surface of the yoke portion 10 (see Fig. 3). The groove portion 100 is provided in the center of the rear surface of the yoke portion 10 in the left-right direction, over the entire length of the yoke portion 10 in the up-down direction. The pair of insulating plates 30 and the connecting portion 32 are preferably integrally molded from an electrically insulating synthetic resin material.

[0030] Two fixing portions 33 are provided on each of the pair of insulating plates 30. Each fixing portion 33 is formed in a hook shape when viewed in the left-right direction (see FIG. 2). Each fixing portion 33 protrudes in the left-right direction from a position toward the rear of the center of each insulating plate 30 in the front-rear direction on both the left and right side surfaces of each insulating plate 30. The tips of the two fixing portions 33 provided on the upper insulating plate 30 protrude downward. On the other hand, the tips of the two fixing portions 33 provided on the lower insulating plate 30 protrude upward (see FIG. 2).

[0031] The alignment portion 31 has a plurality of recesses 310 provided in the pair of insulating plates 30 (see Figs. 1 to 3). The plurality of recesses 310 (alignment portion 31) are provided on the upper surface of the upper insulating plate 30 and the lower surface of the lower insulating plate 30, respectively. The plurality of recesses 310 are formed by a plurality of ribs 3100 protruding upward from the upper surface of the upper insulating plate 30. That is, the plurality of ribs 3100 are provided at regular intervals in the front-rear direction on the upper surface of the upper insulating plate 30 and the lower surface of the lower insulating plate 30. The recesses 310 are formed by a space sandwiched between a pair of adjacent ribs 3100 in the front-rear direction on the upper surface of the upper insulating plate 30 and the lower surface of the lower insulating plate 30. The width of the recesses 310 (the interval between a pair of adjacent ribs 3100) may be slightly larger than the wire diameter (diameter) of the winding 20 of the coil 2, or may be equal to or smaller than the wire diameter of the winding 20. However, the multiple recesses 310 may be grooves provided in the upper surface of the upper insulating plate 30 and the lower surface of the lower insulating plate 30, respectively.

[0032] (2-3) Coil The coil 2 has a winding 20 made of a conductor such as copper or a copper alloy. The coil 2 is configured by winding the winding 20 around the teeth portion 11 and a pair of insulating plates 30. The winding 20 is aligned by alignment portions 31 provided on each of the pair of insulating plates 30. That is, the winding 20 is aligned by being accommodated in each of a plurality of recesses 310 provided on the top surface of the upper insulating plate 30 and a plurality of recesses 310 provided on the bottom surface of the lower insulating plate 30 (see FIGS. 1 to 3).

[0033] Here, each of the pair of insulating plates 30 is formed wider than the teeth portion 11. For example, each of the insulating plates 30 is preferably formed wider than the teeth portion 11 by about 0.3 mm. By forming each of the pair of insulating plates 30 wider than the teeth portion 11, an insulation distance between the winding 20 and both the left and right side surfaces of the teeth portion 11 is ensured, and a bobbin-less coil 2 can be realized.

[0034] Here, both left and right side surfaces of the teeth portion 11 are covered with insulating portions 12. Therefore, even if the width dimension of the pair of insulating plates 30 is equal to or smaller than the width dimension of the teeth portion 11, the pair of insulating plates 30 and the insulating portions 12 on both left and right sides of the teeth portion 11 can ensure an insulation distance between the winding 20 and the teeth portion 11. Although the number of turns of the coil 2 is 3 (3 turns) in Figs. 1 to 3, it may be 4 (4 turns) or more. Also, if the winding 20 is covered with an insulator, it is possible to wind the winding 20 overlapping each other two or more times.

[0035] (3) Stator manufacturing method Next, a method for manufacturing the stator S1 will be described. However, the manufacturing method described below is only an example, and the order of some of the steps may be changed. The manufacturing method described below is automated using various manufacturing devices, but some of the steps may be performed manually. Also, the description of the manufacturing method for the stator block 1 will be omitted.

[0036] The manufacturing method of the stator S1 of this embodiment (hereinafter, simply referred to as the manufacturing method) includes at least a first step, a second step, a third step, and a fourth step.

[0037] The first step is a step of attaching the insulating member 3 to the stator block 1. First, the connecting portions 32 are bent to widen the gap between the pair of insulating plates 30, and the insulating member 3 is placed over the rear of the yoke portion 10 of the stator block 1. When the force that had been bending the connecting portions 32 is removed, the connecting portions 32 fit into the grooves 100 on the rear surface of the yoke portion 10, and the tips of the pair of fixing portions 33 of each insulating plate 30 fit into recesses 101 provided at both the left and right ends of the front surface of the yoke portion 10 (see FIGS. 2 and 3). In this manner, the insulating member 3 is attached to the stator block 1.

[0038] The second step is a step of winding the winding 20 around each of the multiple stator blocks 1 to provide the coils 2. The winding 20 is wound by, for example, a winding machine. As already described, the winding 20 is received in the recesses 310 of the alignment parts 31 provided on each of the pair of insulating plates 30, and wound around the teeth 11 of the stator block 1.

[0039] The third step is a step of arranging multiple stator blocks 1, each having a coil 2, in the circumferential direction. As shown in Fig. 1, nine stator blocks 1 are arranged in a ring shape with the left and right side surfaces of each yoke portion 10 in contact with each other.

[0040] The fourth step is a step of joining the nine stator blocks 1 arranged in the circumferential direction. More specifically, the yoke portions 10 of two adjacent stator blocks 1 are joined together by an appropriate method such as welding or adhesive. Then, when all nine stator blocks 1 are joined together, the stator S1 is completed.

[0041] According to the manufacturing method of this embodiment, the windings 20 are aligned by the alignment portions 31 provided on the pair of insulating plates 30, so that misalignment of the windings 20 can be suppressed even when the windings 20 are wound.

[0042] Incidentally, the stator block 1 may be formed by stacking a plurality of plate materials 4 in the thickness direction of the plate materials 4. As shown in FIG. 4, each of the plurality of plate materials 4 is formed in the same shape as the upper surface of the stator block 1. The grooves 100 and recesses 101 of the yoke portion 10 are each formed by a notch 40 provided in the plate materials 4. The stator block 1 is formed by joining the plurality of plate materials 4 stacked in the thickness direction together by an appropriate method such as welding or adhesive.

[0043] When the stator block 1 is configured as a stack of multiple plate materials 4 as described above, the grooves 100 and recesses 101 of the yoke portion 10 can be configured by the notches 40 of the plate materials 4. Therefore, compared to the case where the grooves 100 and recesses 101 are provided directly in the yoke portion 10, the grooves 100 and recesses 101 can be formed more easily.

[0044] (4) Modified stator Next, a modification of the stator S1 according to the embodiment will be described.

[0045] (4-1) Variation 1 The stator S1 of the first modification is characterized by the configuration of the alignment portion 31 in each of the plurality of insulating members 3.

[0046] The alignment portion 31 in the first modification has a plurality of protrusions 311 provided on each of the pair of insulating plates 30, as shown in Fig. 5 and Fig. 6. The plurality of protrusions 311 are arranged at regular intervals along the front-rear direction of each insulating plate 30. The plurality of protrusions 311 are provided so as to protrude leftward and rightward from the left and right sides of each insulating plate 30, as shown in Fig. 5. Alternatively, the plurality of protrusions 311 may be provided so as to protrude upward and downward from both the left and right ends of the upper surface of the upper insulating plate 30 and the lower surface of the lower insulating plate 30, as shown in Fig. 6.

[0047] Thus, a winding (not shown) is housed between the multiple protrusions 311 and wound around the teeth of the stator block. In the stator S1 of the first modification, since the alignment portion 31 has the multiple protrusions 311, the alignment portion 31 can be easily provided on the insulating plate 30.

[0048] (4-2) Variation 2 The stator S1 of the second modification is characterized by the mounting structure of the insulating member 3 to the stator block 1.

[0049] 7 to 9, the insulating member 3 in the second modification does not have a connecting portion that connects the pair of insulating plates 30. Furthermore, instead of the hook-shaped fixing portion 33, the insulating member 3 in the second modification has fixing portions consisting of a pair of protrusions 35 that protrude downward from the lower surface of the upper insulating plate 30 and a pair of protrusions 35 that protrude upward from the upper surface of the lower insulating plate 30.

[0050] Each of the protrusions 35 is formed in a cylindrical shape. The protrusions 35 protrude from the upper or lower surface of the insulating plate 30 so as to be aligned at intervals in the front-rear direction. It is preferable that each of the protrusions 35 is formed integrally with the insulating plate 30 from a synthetic resin material.

[0051] On the other hand, the stator block 1 in the second modification has two holes 110 on the upper and lower surfaces of the teeth 11, into which the pair of protrusions 35 of each insulating plate 30 is fitted, one by one. The inner peripheral surfaces of these holes 110 are formed into a cylindrical surface shape. A pair of protrusions 35 provided on the upper insulating plate 30 is fitted into each of the two holes 110 provided on the upper surface of the teeth 11. Similarly, a pair of protrusions 35 provided on the lower insulating plate 30 is fitted into each of the two holes 110 provided on the lower surface of the teeth 11. It is preferable that each protrusion 35 is fixed to the teeth 11 by an appropriate method such as welding or adhesion. Alternatively, the insulating plate 30 may be fixed to the stator block 1 by protruding a rib from the peripheral surface of each protrusion 35 and pressing each protrusion 35 into the hole 110 so as to crush the rib.

[0052] Thus, in the stator S1 of the second modification, the structure of the insulating members 3 can be simplified, thereby making it possible to reduce the size of the stator S1.

[0053] In addition, in the stator block 1 of the modified example 2, when the yoke portion 10 and the teeth portion 11 are separated as shown in FIG. 10, the teeth portion 11 around which the winding 20 is wound may be connected to the yoke portion 10 via a pair of insulating plates 30.

[0054] (4-3) Variation 3 The stator S1 of the third modification is characterized by the structure of the insulating members 3. Each of the insulating members 3 in the third modification further has a connecting portion 34 that connects adjacent coupling portions 32 together (see FIGS. 11 to 13).

[0055] The coupling portion 34 is formed in a rectangular column shape. The coupling portion 34 protrudes leftward and rightward from the center in the up-down direction on both left and right side surfaces of the connecting portion 32. The tip surfaces (left and right side surfaces) of the coupling portion 34 are inclined backward so as to be flush with both left and right side surfaces of the yoke portion 10 (see FIG. 11).

[0056] In the stator S1 of the third modification, the joint portions 34 of adjacent insulating members 3 are joined together by an appropriate method such as adhesion (see FIG. 14). That is, the manufacturing process of the stator S1 of the third modification can be simplified compared to the case where the yoke portions 10 of adjacent stator blocks 1 are joined together.

[0057] (4-4) Variation 4 The stator S1 of the fourth modification is characterized by the structure of the multiple stator blocks 1 and the insulating member 3.

[0058] In the stator S1 of the fourth modification, in the multiple insulating members 3, the width dimension (length dimension in the left-right direction) of the connecting portions 32 is smaller than the width dimension (width dimension in the left-right direction) of the teeth portions 11 of the stator block 1 (see FIG. 15). In the stator S1 of the fourth modification, the width dimension (width dimension in the left-right direction) of the grooves 100 provided in the outer circumferential surface (rear surface) of the yoke portion 10 is smaller than the width dimension of the teeth portions 11 and is equal to or larger than the width dimension of the connecting portions 32. Furthermore, in the stator S1 of the fourth modification, the depth (depth in the front-rear direction) of the grooves 100 is equal to or larger than the thickness (thickness in the front-rear direction) of the connecting portions 32.

[0059] Therefore, in the stator S1 of the fourth modification, the width dimension of the connecting portion 32 and the width dimension of the groove portion 100 are smaller than the width dimension of the teeth portion 11, so that the magnetic flux passing through the stator block 1 is less affected by the connecting portion 32. Also, in the stator S1 of the fourth modification, the depth of the groove portion 100 is greater than or equal to the thickness of the connecting portion 32, so that the connecting portion 32 does not protrude from the outer peripheral surface of the yoke portion 10. As a result, the stator S1 of the fourth modification can be made smaller in the radial direction (the front-to-rear direction of the stator block 1).

[0060] (5) Other advantages of the stator In the multiple insulating members 3 of the stator S1, a pair of insulating plates 30 are formed wider than the teeth 11 and are arranged at positions facing each other with the teeth 11 in between. In other words, when the winding 20 is wound around the teeth 11 via the pair of insulating plates 30, a gap is automatically formed between the winding 20 and both left and right side surfaces of the teeth 11. Therefore, the stator S1 can ensure the insulation distance between the teeth 11 and the winding 20 without using a bobbin. In addition, the stator S1 has insulating parts 12 on both left and right side surfaces of the teeth 11 facing the winding 20, so that the insulating parts 12 can further increase the insulation distance between the teeth 11 and the winding 20. In addition, the stator S1 aligns the winding 20 by the alignment parts 31 of the insulating members 3, so that the space factor of the coil 2 can be improved even though it is bobbinless.

[0061] Furthermore, in each insulating member 3, the pair of insulating plates 30 are connected by the connecting portion 32, thereby improving the workability of attaching the insulating member 3 to the stator block 1. The connecting portion 32 is disposed at a position facing the outer circumferential surface of the yoke portion 10. This makes it possible to eliminate the effect of the connecting portion 32 on the gap between the stator S1 and the rotor R1 (see FIG. 1).

The stator (S1) according to the first embodiment includes a plurality of insulating members (3) for electrically insulating the stator blocks (1) and the coils (2) for each set of the plurality of stator blocks (1) and the plurality of coils (2). Each of the plurality of stator blocks (1) includes a yoke portion (10) located at the outermost periphery, a teeth portion (11) protruding from an inner peripheral surface of the yoke portion (10), and an insulating portion (12) having electrical insulation properties and covering the surface of the teeth portion (11). Each of the plurality of insulating members (3) includes a pair of insulating plates (30) and an alignment portion (31) provided on each of the pair of insulating plates (30) for aligning the windings (20). The pair of insulating plates (30) are disposed at positions facing each other with the teeth portion (11) therebetween.

[0063] In the stator (S1) according to the first aspect, the windings (20) can be aligned and wound around each of the teeth (11) in a plurality of stator blocks (1) by the alignment portion (31) provided in the insulating member (3). As a result, in the stator (S1) according to the first aspect, the windings (20) can be more easily aligned than in a case where the alignment portion (31) is not provided, and misalignment of the windings (20) can be suppressed.

[0064] A stator (S1) according to a second aspect of the present disclosure can be realized by combining it with the first aspect. In the stator (S1) according to the second aspect, it is preferable that the alignment portion (31) has a plurality of recesses (310) provided in the pair of insulating plates (30), and that each of the recesses (310) accommodates and aligns the windings (20).

[0065] In the stator (S1) according to the second aspect, the windings (20) can be easily aligned by the alignment portion (31).

[0066] A stator (S1) according to a third aspect of the present disclosure can be realized by combining with the second aspect. In the stator (S1) according to the third aspect, it is preferable that the multiple recesses (310) are formed in the surfaces of the pair of insulating plates (30) as grooves arranged parallel to each other.

[0067] The stator (S1) according to the third aspect can easily ensure the insulation distance of the windings (20) housed in the multiple recesses (310).

[0068] A stator (S1) according to a fourth aspect of the present disclosure can be realized by combining with the first aspect. [0070] A stator (S1) according to a fifth aspect of the present disclosure can be realized by combining with any one of the first to fourth aspects. In the stator (S1) according to the fifth aspect, each of the plurality of insulating members (3) preferably further has a connecting portion (32) that connects the pair of insulating plates (30) together.

[0071] The stator (S1) according to the fifth aspect can improve the workability when attaching the insulating member (3) to the stator block (1).

[0072] A stator (S1) according to a sixth aspect of the present disclosure can be realized by combining with the fifth aspect. In the stator (S1) according to the sixth aspect, the connecting portion (32) is preferably disposed at a position facing the outer circumferential surface of the yoke portion (10).

[0073] In the stator (S1) of the sixth aspect, the connecting portion (32) is not disposed between the stator block (1) and the rotor (R1), and therefore, the effect of the connecting portion (32) on the gap between the stator (S1) and the rotor (R1) can be eliminated.

[0074] A stator (S1) according to a seventh aspect of the present disclosure can be realized by combining with the sixth aspect. In the stator (S1) according to the seventh aspect, it is preferable that a groove portion (100) that fits with the connecting portion (32) is provided on the outer circumferential surface of the yoke portion (10).

[0075] In the stator (S1) of the seventh aspect, at least a portion of the connecting portion (32) is fitted into the groove portion (100), thereby making it possible to reduce the protruding dimension of the connecting portion (32) protruding from the outer circumferential surface of the yoke portion (10).

[0076] A stator (S1) according to an eighth aspect of the present disclosure can be realized in combination with the seventh aspect. In the stator (S1) according to the eighth aspect, it is preferable that the width dimension along the circumferential direction of the connecting portion (32) is smaller than the width dimension along the circumferential direction of the teeth portion (11).

[0077] In the stator (S1) according to the eighth aspect, the magnetic flux passing through the stator block (1) is less susceptible to the influence of the connecting portion (32).

[0078] A stator (S1) according to a ninth aspect of the present disclosure can be realized by combining with any one of the first to eighth aspects. In the stator (S1) according to the ninth aspect, each of the plurality of insulating members (3) preferably has one or more fixing portions (33) fixed to a corresponding one of the plurality of stator blocks (1).

[0079] The stator (S1) according to the ninth aspect has the fixing portion (33), and therefore the insulating member (3) can be easily fixed to the stator block (1).
