[0003] [Patent Document 1] JP 2002-4628 A [Patent Document 2] JP 2009-19368 A [Patent Document 3] Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 10-280725 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0004] The problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a building structure capable of stably absorbing vibration energy. [Means for solving the problem]

[0005] The inventors have provided a megatruss floor on the middle floor of a building as a building structure that can be used for multiple purposes, and have adopted different structural forms for the low-rise and high-rise sections sandwiching the megatruss floor, thereby ensuring structural safety. In the low-rise sections of the building, multi-story braces or multi-story earthquake-resistant walls are continuously installed across multiple floors, and one or more vibration-damping members are provided in adjacent column-beam frames, including vibration-damping beams with energy absorbing parts, braces with energy absorbing parts, and walls equipped with dampers. The multi-story braces or multi-story earthquake-resistant walls have high rigidity and function like a core, preventing deformation concentration on a specific floor. Furthermore, by installing vibration-damping members in the column-beam frames adjacent to the multi-story braces or multi-story earthquake-resistant walls, deformation acting on the earthquake-resistant members can be efficiently absorbed by the adjacent vibration-damping members. In addition, in the high-rise sections of the building, a seismic isolation layer is provided above the megatruss floor, ensuring design freedom without being affected by the rigidity and deformation performance of the building in the low-rise sections. In order to solve the above problems, the present invention employs the following means. In other words, the building structure of the present invention is a building structure in which multi-story braces or multi-story earthquake-resistant walls are installed continuously across multiple floors, and is characterized in that one or more vibration-damping members selected from vibration-damping beams having energy absorption parts, braces having energy absorption parts, and walls equipped with dampers are provided within the column-beam structure adjacent to the multi-story braces or multi-story earthquake-resistant walls. According to this configuration, the multi-story brace or multi-story shear wall has high rigidity like a core. In the column-beam frame adjacent to such a multi-story brace or multi-story shear wall, any one or more vibration-damping members are provided among vibration-damping beams having an energy absorbing part, braces having an energy absorbing part, and walls equipped with dampers. As a result, in a building to which this building structure is applied, when an earthquake occurs, the multi-story brace or multi-story shear wall having high rigidity like a core suppresses deformation occurring in the building to an elastic deformation range, while the vibration energy can be efficiently absorbed by the vibration-damping members provided in the adjacent column-beam frame. In particular, the vibration-damping members are provided continuously over multiple floors, similar to the multi-story brace or multi-story shear wall, and thus, in a building to which this building structure is applied, since vibration energy is absorbed on each floor, the occurrence of local large deformation on a specific floor is suppressed. Therefore, a building structure capable of stably absorbing vibration energy can be provided. Also, even if the deformation becomes excessive, damage can be suppressed to the vibration-damping members, and the impact on the entire building can be suppressed.

[0006] In one aspect of the present invention, the building structure of the present invention comprises a lower-rise section in which the multi-story brace or the multi-story earthquake-resistant wall and the vibration-damping member are provided, a megatruss floor provided above the lower-rise section, a higher-rise section provided above the megatruss floor, and a seismic isolation layer provided between the megatruss floor and the higher-rise section. According to this configuration, the low-rise section is configured to include a multi-story brace or multi-story earthquake-resistant wall and vibration-damping members, and a strong megatruss floor is provided above the low-rise section of the building, and a high-rise section is provided above the megatruss floor via a seismic isolation layer. This allows the low-rise section on the lower side of the megatruss floor and the high-rise section on the upper side to have earthquake resistance performance set according to their respective uses. As described above, in the low-rise section, the deformation occurring in the building is suppressed to the elastic deformation range, and vibration energy is stably absorbed by the vibration-damping members. In the high-rise section, the high-rise section is provided above the strong megatruss floor via a seismic isolation layer, so that the seismic isolation performance of the building can be secured while suppressing the influence from the low-rise section below the megatruss floor. Effect of the Invention

[0007] According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a building structure that can stably absorb vibration energy. [Brief description of the drawings]

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0009] The present invention is a building structure in which a vibration-damping framework combining multi-story braces or multi-story earthquake-resistant walls and vibration-damping members is installed continuously across multiple floors in the lower floors of a building, a megatruss floor is provided between the low and high floors, and a high floor section including a seismic isolation layer is provided above the megatruss floor. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS A description will be given of a form for carrying out a building structure according to an embodiment of the present invention with reference to the drawings. Fig. 1 shows a cross-sectional view of a building having a building structure according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the portion viewed from the arrow II in Fig. 1. Fig. 1 is also a cross-sectional view of the portion viewed from the arrow VV in Fig. 2. Fig. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the portion viewed from the arrow II-II in Fig. 2. As shown in Fig. 1, a building 1 having a building structure according to this embodiment includes a foundation portion 2 constructed in the ground G, and an upper structure portion 8 provided on the foundation portion 2. As shown in Fig. 2, in this embodiment, the building 1 is configured to be L-shaped in a plan view. The building 1 includes, for example, a first extension portion 11 extending in a first direction D1 in a horizontal plane, and a second extension portion 12 extending in a second direction D2 perpendicular to the first direction D1 in the horizontal plane. As shown in FIG. 1, the upper structure 8 comprises a low-rise section 3, a megatruss floor 4, a seismic isolation layer 5, and a high-rise section 6. The low-rise section 3 is located at the bottom of the upper structure 8. The low-rise section 3 is provided on a foundation section 2. The low-rise section 3 has multiple floors in the vertical direction. The megatruss floor 4 is provided above the low-rise section 3. The seismic isolation layer 5 is provided on the megatruss floor 4. The seismic isolation layer 5 is provided between the megatruss floor 4 and the high structure 6. The high structure 6 is supported on the top of the megatruss floor 4 via the seismic isolation layer 5. The high structure 6 has multiple floors in the vertical direction.

[0010] The low-rise section 3 is used, for example, as a store, an office, etc. The low-rise section 3 has a column-beam structure section 30, a multi-story brace 33, and vibration-damping members 35. The column-beam structure section 30 is made of a column-beam structure having a rigid frame structure with a plurality of columns 31 and beams 32. Each column 31 is, for example, made of concrete-filled steel pipes and extends in the vertical direction. The beams 32 are, for example, made of steel frames, and are erected between adjacent columns 31 on each floor of the low-rise section 3.

[0011] The multi-story brace 33 is provided continuously in the vertical direction across a plurality of floors inside the low-rise section 3. As shown in Figs. 1 to 3, in this embodiment, the multi-story brace 33 has a first multi-story brace 33A provided along the first direction D1 and a second multi-story brace 33B provided along the second direction D2. The first multi-story brace 33A and the second multi-story brace 33B are provided in a plurality of locations inside the low-rise section 3. For example, in this embodiment, as shown in Fig. 2, the first multi-story brace 33A is provided in a total of three, two in the VV arrow portion (corresponding to Fig. 1) and one in the II-II arrow portion (corresponding to Fig. 3). Similarly, three second multi-story braces 33B are provided. There is no limitation on the installation positions and the number of the first multi-story brace 33A and the second multi-story brace 33B. FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view showing a multi-story brace and a vibration control member in the building structure of FIG. As shown in FIG. 4, the multi-story brace 33 is configured by installing a beam 32 and a brace 34 for each floor between a specific pair of columns 31 that extend vertically across the floors and are adjacent to each other. The brace 34 is provided so as to extend obliquely between the two adjacent columns 31 and the two beams 32 that are located above and below each other. Both ends of the brace 34 are joined to brackets 44 provided at the joints J1 and J2 between the columns 31 and the beams 32, respectively. In this embodiment, the brace 34 is formed of a steel pipe 34b having a square central portion. A steel material 34a having a cross-shaped cross section is joined to the end of the steel pipe 34b of the brace 34, and the steel material 34a is joined to the bracket 44. As shown in Figures 1 and 3, such a multi-story brace 33 is a braced column-beam frame, in which braces 34 are provided on a column-beam frame consisting of columns 31 and beams 32, and the braced column-beam frame is provided continuously across multiple floors in the vertical direction. With the above-mentioned configuration, in the multi-story brace 33, the braces 34 are provided at the same position on each floor when viewed in plan.

[0012] As shown in FIG. 4, the vibration-damping member 35 is joined to the multi-story brace 33 for each floor. The vibration-damping member 35 is adjacent to the multi-story brace 33 and installed in the column-beam frame 30s that constitutes a part of the column-beam frame part 30. In this embodiment, the vibration-damping member 35 is a vibration-damping beam having an energy absorbing part 35a made of, for example, extremely low yield point steel in the center. The vibration-damping member 35 is a short-span beam having a shorter horizontal span than other beams 32 on the same floor. The vibration-damping member 35 is arranged adjacent to the joint J2 between the column 31 and the beam 32 to which the lower end of the obliquely extending brace 34 is joined. In this way, the vibration-damping members 35 of each floor are arranged adjacent to the multi-story brace 33 so as to be connected in the vertical direction. With the above-mentioned configuration, in the multi-story brace 33, the vibration-damping member 35 is provided at the same position on each floor when viewed in a plan view.

[0013] As shown in Fig. 1, in the low-rise section 3, an unbonded brace 37 is provided on the floor directly below the lower end of the multi-story brace 33. The unbonded brace 37 is provided in an inverted V shape between adjacent columns 31 and beams 32 located above and below each other, spaced apart from each other from top to bottom. Furthermore, on the floors below the floor where the unbonded brace 37 is provided, normal braces 38, which are not unbonded braces, are provided. The braces 38 are provided in an inverted V shape between adjacent columns 31 and beams 32 located above and below each other, so as to be spaced apart from each other from top to bottom. An oil damper 39 is provided at the top of the brace 38 provided in the inverted V shape, between the top and the adjacent column 31. As already explained, in the column-beam structure 30s adjacent to the multi-story brace 33, the vibration-damping member 35 is provided so as to be joined to the multi-story brace 33. In contrast, in the story below the multi-story brace 33 where the unbonded brace 37 or brace 38 is provided, in the column-beam structure 30s adjacent to the multi-story brace 33, instead of the vibration-damping member 35, a normal beam 32 is provided.

[0014] Such multi-story braces 33 function like strong core rods extending vertically in the low-rise section 3. In the low-rise section 3, when an earthquake occurs, the energy of the relative displacement occurring between the strong multi-story braces 33 and the surrounding beam-column structure section 30 is absorbed by the vibration control members 35 provided adjacent to the multi-story braces 33.

[0015] The megatruss floor 4 is located on the floor directly above the top of the low-rise section 3. The megatruss floor 4 is constructed by providing a plurality of diagonal members 43 in a truss shape between an upper beam member 41 and a lower beam member 42. The plurality of diagonal members 43 are arranged throughout the megatruss floor 4. The entire megatruss floor 4 constitutes a frame of a strong three-dimensional truss structure. The megatruss floor 4 is constructed to be stronger than the low-rise section 3 and the high-rise section 6. The megatruss floor 4 is located at a portion where the structural structure constituting the low-rise section 3 and the structural structure constituting the high-rise section 6 are switched over. On such a megatruss floor 4, for example, a machine room, a storeroom, a waiting room, etc. are provided. The upper end of the multi-story brace 33 is connected to the underside of the megatruss floor 4. In other words, the megatruss floor 4 of the truss structure is supported on the strong multi-story brace 33 that functions as a central pillar. By providing such a megatruss floor 4 on the lower floors 3, a bending back effect is obtained during an earthquake.

[0016] FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line III-III in FIG. The seismic isolation layer 5 is provided on the upper floors 6. The seismic isolation layer 5 is provided between the megatruss floor 4 and the upper floors 6. As shown in Fig. 5, the seismic isolation layer 5 includes, for example, a plurality of seismic isolation devices. In this embodiment, the seismic isolation layer 5 includes three types of seismic isolation devices: a seismic isolation bearing 51 using laminated rubber, an oil damper 52, and a switchable oil damper 53. The seismic isolation bearings 51 are so-called laminated rubber, and are arranged below the columns 61 of the high-rise section 6. The seismic isolation bearings 51 are made up of multiple layers of rubber and steel plate layers stacked in the vertical direction, and while supporting the high-rise section 6, they allow relative horizontal displacement of the high-rise section 6 with respect to the megatruss floor 4 during an earthquake, allowing the shaking of the earthquake to escape. Particularly in this embodiment, the seismic isolation bearings 51 are arranged in a concentrated manner above the megatruss floor 4, so that deformation of the building 1 is concentrated in the seismic isolation layer 5. The oil damper 52 and the switching type oil damper 53 are each provided so as to be horizontally expandable and contractable between a damper support (not shown) fixed to the lower megatruss floor 4 side and a tamper support (not shown) fixed to the upper high-rise section 6 side. The oil damper 52 and the switching type oil damper 53 damp the horizontal relative displacement between the lower megatruss floor 4 side and the upper high-rise section 6 side. When the switching type oil damper 53 exceeds a preset displacement, the generated damping force (damping coefficient) is switched from a low damping mode to a high damping mode. In this embodiment, a plurality of normal oil dampers 52 without mode switching are arranged at positions along the outer surfaces 5a, 5b, 5c, and 5d of the seismic isolation layer 5, extending in the direction along the outer surfaces 5a, 5b, 5c, and 5d. In the seismic isolation layer 5, oil dampers 52 and switching type oil dampers 53 are arranged inside the outer faces 5a, 5b, 5c, and 5d, extending in a direction perpendicular to the outer faces 5a, 5b, 5c, and 5d. The switching type oil dampers 53 may be of multiple types with different set displacements at which they switch from low damping mode to high damping mode. As a result, the greater the horizontal displacement of the upper floor section 6 relative to the megatruss floor 4, the greater the number of switching type oil dampers 53 that will exert a greater damping force.

[0017] As shown in Fig. 1, the high-rise section 6 is provided at the top of the building 1. The high-rise section 6 has multiple floors in the vertical direction. The high-rise section 6 is provided with spaces where people can stay and live, such as a hotel or condominium. The high-rise section 6 has a pure rigid frame structure with steel-framed columns 61 and beams 62. As shown in FIG. 6, an elevator shaft 70 is provided in a building 1. The elevator shaft 70 is configured as a continuous cylinder in the vertical direction. The elevator shaft 70 is a strong rigid frame structure with braces, including columns 70a, beams 70b, and braces 70c provided between the columns 70a and the beams 70b. The elevator shaft 70 is provided from the low-rise section 3, through the megatruss floor 4 and the seismic isolation layer 5, to the high-rise section 6. The upper end of the elevator shaft 70 is joined to the lower beam 42 of the megatruss floor 4. The columns 70a of the elevator shaft 70 located in the high-rise section 6 are directly joined to the upper beam 41 of the megatruss floor 4 without the seismic isolation bearing 51. As a result, the part of the elevator shaft 70 located in the high-rise section 6 is configured to stand on its own on the megatruss floor 4. In the high rise section 6, the elevator shaft 70 is provided independently of and spaced apart from the framework including the columns 61 and beams 62. An expansion joint (not shown) that absorbs horizontal relative displacement is provided between the elevator shaft 70 and the surrounding framework of the high rise section 6. When an earthquake occurs and the high rise section 6 is displaced horizontally relative to the megatruss floor 4, the high rise section 6 also displaces relative to the elevator shaft 70 because the elevator shaft 70 is joined to the megatruss floor 4. This relative displacement is absorbed by the expansion joint. In this way, elevator shaft 70 is not structured to be seismically isolated in upper floor section 6. This eliminates the need to employ expensive seismically isolated elevators, thereby reducing construction costs.

[0018] In a building 1 equipped with such a vibration control structure, the structural frame is different between the low-rise section 3 and the high-rise section 6. By providing a strong mega-truss floor 4 and a seismic isolation layer 5 between the low-rise section 3 and the high-rise section 6, the difference in earthquake response between the low-rise section 3 and the high-rise section 6 due to the difference in structural frame is prevented from affecting each other. The low-rise section 3 has high earthquake resistance due to the strong multi-story brace 33 that functions as a core. The low-rise section 3 has the multi-story brace 33 and vibration-damping members 35, and the vibration-damping members 35 absorb the relative displacement energy generated between the multi-story brace 33 and the surrounding column-beam structure 30s. Furthermore, a seismic isolation layer 5 in which seismic isolation bearings 51 are concentrated is provided above the megatruss floor 4, and this seismic isolation layer 5 absorbs vibration energy in a concentrated manner. By configuring the building 1 as a whole in this manner, in earthquakes of, for example, level 1, which represents a medium-sized earthquake motion, or level 2, which represents the largest earthquake motion within the envisaged range that a structure may be subjected to in the past and in the future, the multi-story braces 33 located below the seismic isolation layer 5 can act as a core rod, so that the energy is generally kept within elastic limits, creating a stable vibration mode, and the seismic isolation layer 5 can stably absorb it. In an earthquake that exceeds expectations, such as level 3 or higher, which indicates the magnitude of an earthquake equivalent to an extremely large earthquake that occurs once every few thousand years, the vibration control members 35, i.e., vibration control beams, yield first, allowing the multi-story braces 33 to be kept in the elastic deformation range. The multi-story braces 33 kept in the elastic deformation range act as core poles, just as in the case of level 1 and level 2 earthquakes. In an earthquake of level 3 or higher, the entire frame in the lower story section 3 below the seismic isolation layer 5 is made plastic to absorb vibration energy. At that time, the core poles prevent damage from concentrating on a specific story. As described above, by providing the multi-story braces 33 and vibration-damping members 35 on each story, vibration energy can be suppressed efficiently and stably. In addition, the higher floors 6 are supported on the sturdy megatruss floor 4 via the seismic isolation layer 5, thereby minimizing the impact from the lower floors 3 and achieving high seismic isolation performance, thereby improving the livability for hotel guests and apartment residents. This configuration results in a building period for the entire building 1 that is shorter than the dominant period in the Kanto Plain, while the period of the low-rise section 3 is different from the period of the high-rise section 6. Specifically, in order to keep the natural period of the entire building below the dominant period of the Kanto Plain, the period of the seismic isolation layer is set to about 4 seconds, the natural period of the low-rise section is about 4 seconds, and the natural period of the high-rise section is about 1 second.

[0019] According to the building structure as described above, the multi-story braces 33 are installed continuously across multiple floors, and a vibration-damping beam having an energy absorption portion 35a is provided as a vibration-damping member within the column-beam structure 30s adjacent to the multi-story brace 33. According to this configuration, the multi-story brace 33 has high rigidity like a core. In the column-beam frame 30s adjacent to such a multi-story brace 33, a vibration-damping beam having an energy absorbing portion 35a is provided as a vibration-damping member 35. As a result, in the building 1 to which this building structure is applied, when an earthquake occurs, the multi-story brace 33 having high rigidity like a core suppresses the deformation occurring in the building 1 to an elastic deformation range, while the vibration-damping member 35 provided in the adjacent column-beam frame 30s can efficiently absorb vibration energy. In particular, the vibration-damping member 35 is provided continuously over multiple floors, similar to the multi-story brace 33, and thus, in the building 1 to which this building structure is applied, since vibration energy is absorbed on each floor, the occurrence of local large deformation on a specific floor is suppressed. Therefore, a building structure capable of stably absorbing vibration energy can be provided. In addition, even if the deformation becomes excessive, damage can be suppressed to the vibration-damping member, and the impact on the entire building 1 can be suppressed.

[0020] In particular, in this embodiment, the vibration-damping members 35 are provided on each floor as described above, and are arranged in a concentrated manner so that they are in the same position on each floor when viewed in plan. In this way, by concentrating the vibration-damping members 35, the overall vibration-damping efficiency of the entire building 1 is improved, and it is possible to reduce the number of vibration-damping members 35, for example, compared to when the vibration-damping members 35 are placed in different positions on each floor when viewed in a plan view.

[0021] The building structure also includes a low-rise section 3 in which a multi-story brace 33 and vibration control members 35 are provided, a megatruss floor 4 provided above the low-rise section 3, a high-rise section 6 provided above the megatruss floor 4, and a seismic isolation layer 5 provided between the megatruss floor 4 and the high-rise section 6. According to this configuration, the low-rise section 3 is equipped with multi-story braces 33 and vibration control members 35, a strong megatruss floor 4 is provided above the low-rise section 3 of the building 1, and the high-rise section 6 is provided above the megatruss floor 4 via a seismic isolation layer 5. This makes it possible to set different seismic resistance performances for the low-rise section 3 on the lower side and the high-rise section 6 on the upper side, sandwiched between the megatruss floor 4. Therefore, in the building structure of this embodiment, vibration energy is absorbed in a concentrated manner in the seismic isolation layer 5, ensuring the seismic performance of the entire building. Specifically, the design criteria are different for the high-rise section 6 above the seismic isolation layer 5 and the low-rise section 3 below the seismic isolation layer 5. Specifically, in the low-rise section 3, as described above, the deformation occurring in the building is limited to the elastic deformation range, and the vibration energy is stably absorbed by the vibration control members 35. In the high-rise section 6, the high-rise section 6 is provided above the strong megatruss floor 4 via the seismic isolation layer 5, thereby ensuring the seismic isolation performance of the building while suppressing the influence from the low-rise section 3 below the megatruss floor 4.

[0022] The building structure of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment explained with reference to the drawings, and various modifications are possible within the technical scope of the invention. For example, in the above embodiment, the multi-story brace 33 is provided, but instead of the multi-story brace 33, a multi-story earthquake-resistant wall may be provided. In other words, the building structure may have a multi-story earthquake-resistant wall that is installed continuously across multiple floors, and a vibration-damping beam having an energy absorption portion may be provided as a vibration-damping member within a column-beam structure adjacent to the multi-story earthquake-resistant wall. According to this configuration, the multi-story earthquake-resistant wall has high rigidity like a core. In the column-beam frame adjacent to such a multi-story earthquake-resistant wall, a vibration-absorbing beam having an energy absorbing portion is provided as a vibration-absorbing member. As a result, in a building to which this building structure is applied, when an earthquake occurs, the multi-story earthquake-resistant wall having high rigidity like a core suppresses the deformation occurring in the building to an elastic deformation range, while the vibration-absorbing member provided in the adjacent column-beam frame can efficiently absorb the vibration energy. In particular, the vibration-absorbing member is provided continuously over multiple floors, similar to the multi-story earthquake-resistant wall, and thus, in a building to which this building structure is applied, the vibration energy is absorbed on each floor, so that the occurrence of local large deformation on a specific floor is suppressed. Therefore, a building structure capable of stably absorbing vibration energy can be provided. Also, even if the deformation becomes excessive, the damage can be suppressed to the vibration-absorbing member, and the impact on the entire building 1 can be suppressed. In such a case, similar to the above embodiment, the building structure may comprise a low-rise section in which a multi-story earthquake-resistant wall and vibration-damping members are provided, a megatruss floor provided above the low-rise section, a high-rise section provided above the megatruss floor, and a seismic isolation layer provided between the megatruss floor and the high-rise section.

[0023] In addition, as the vibration-damping member 35, for example, a vibration-damping beam having an energy absorbing portion made of extremely low yield point steel is used, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, as the vibration-damping member 35, a brace (vibration-damping brace) having an energy absorbing portion (energy absorbing performance) using a viscoelastic damper may be provided in the column-beam frame 30s adjacent to the multi-story brace 33. In addition, as the vibration-damping member 35, a wall equipped with a damper, which is configured by providing a damper between a precast wall and the surrounding columns and beams, may be provided in the column-beam frame 30s adjacent to the multi-story brace 33. Even when a multi-story earthquake-resistant wall is provided instead of the multi-story brace 33 as explained as a modified example, a brace having an energy absorbing portion or a wall equipped with a damper may be provided as a vibration control member. In addition, one or more vibration-damping members may be provided within a column-beam structure adjacent to a multi-story brace or a multi-story earthquake-resistant wall, including a vibration-damping beam having an energy absorption portion, a brace having an energy absorption portion, and a wall equipped with a damper. In addition, the configurations described in the above embodiments can be selected or changed as appropriate without departing from the spirit of the present invention. [Explanation of symbols]
