Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to the field of electrical connectors, and more particularly to electrical connectors that can be easily adapted to the application needs of different products of customers.
[0002] China Patent Publication No. 112290294 discloses a coaxial connector with a floating mechanism. [0063] A fixing ring portion 412 protruding downward is provided on the top wall of the second accommodating cavity 411, and a mounting groove is formed in the fixing ring portion 412. The first fixing flange 312 and the second fixing flange 322 of the first metal shell 31 and the second metal shell 32 are accommodated in the mounting groove.
[0064] A horizontally extending fixing wall 413 is provided at the top of the mounting groove, and the first fixing flange 312 and the second fixing flange 322 are closely attached and fixed to the fixing wall 413. The mounting groove is filled with a fixing adhesive body 37, which on the one hand adheres and fixes the first fixing flange 312 and the second fixing flange 322 in the mounting groove, and on the other hand also serves the role of waterproofing.
[0065] When assembling the second electrical connector 40, first, the conductive material 34 and the insulating seat 35 are bonded together using an insert molding process, and then the conductive material 34 and the insulating seat 35 are inserted together into the first metal shell 31, and the sealant 36 is poured into the passage of the first metal shell 31. After that, the second fixing flange 322 of the second metal shell 32 is tightly attached to the first fixing flange 312 of the first metal shell 31, and at the same time, the fixing protrusion 314 is inserted into the fixing hole 323, and the two are fixed by welding or crimping, thereby forming a relay module. 3 is completed, and the relay module 3 is inserted into the main mounting shell body 4 from bottom to top, so that the first fixing flange 312 and the second fixing flange 322 of the relay module 3 abut against the fixing wall 413 of the second mounting shell body 41. At this time, the butt portion 311 of the first metal shell 31 is just engaged into the opening of the partition wall 422 of the first mounting shell body 42. Finally, the fixing adhesive body 37 is filled into the mounting groove of the second accommodating cavity 411, and the relay module 3 and the main mounting shell body 4 are fixed and sealed.
[0066] 3, when the electrical connector set 100 is used, the second electrical connector 40 is butted against the first electrical connector 20 so as to be removably inserted therein, and at this time, the socket 2 of the first electrical connector 20 is accommodated as a whole in the second accommodating cavity 411 of the second electrical connector 40, and the conductive material 34 of the second electrical connector 40 is inserted into the central terminal 21 of the first electrical connector 20, and the two butting elastic pieces 213 of the central terminal 21 clamp the conductive material 34 on both sides, thereby ensuring contact between the two and achieving highly efficient signal transmission. At the same time, the relay portion 321 of the second electrical connector 40 is also fitted into the outside of the outer metal shell 23 of the first electrical connector 20.
[0067] The shielding structure formed on the outer periphery of the conductive material 34 of the first metal shell 31 and the second metal shell 32 of the second electrical connector 40 provides an excellent shield for signal transmission of the conductive material 34, and by butting the outer metal shell 23 and the second metal shell 32 together, noise is filtered out and removed and transmitted to the circuit board 1, thereby improving the stability of the transmission signal of the conductive material 34.
[0068] In the second electrical connector 40, the second metal shell 32 is fixed below the first metal shell 31 in a replaceable manner during production. That is, various first metal shells 31 are assembled replaceably with a plurality of second metal shells 32 of different size standards, and similarly, various second metal shells 32 are assembled replaceably with a plurality of first metal shells 31 of different size standards. Since the first fixing flange 312 of the first metal shell 31 and the second fixing flange 322 of the second metal shell 32 are both horizontally extended, the first fixing flange 312 and the second fixing flange 322 can be butted together in an unchanging manner no matter how the diameter and height of the butt joint portion 311 and the relay portion 321 of the two change, and thus the second electrical connectors 40 of different model numbers and sizes can be permuted and combined.
[0069] Therefore, during production of the second electrical connector 40, the manufacturer may replace the first metal shell 31 while keeping the second metal shell 32 and the first electrical connector 20 in place according to the customer's various different interface needs for the upper end of the second electrical connector 40, such as FAKRA / HFA / Mate AX, etc. Depending on the customer's needs for the insertion height of the socket 2 and the outer diameter of the socket 2, the manufacturer may replace the second metal shell 32 while keeping the first metal shell 31 in place.
[0070] As can be seen from this, the present invention designs the relay module 3 of the second electrical connector 40 in a form in which two separable modules, the first metal shell 31 and the second metal shell 32, are combined and butted together, so that parts of them can be arbitrarily replaced according to different customer needs, and in this way, it is possible to realize changes in the connector model number, thereby minimizing changes in other parts and enabling a high degree of sharing of the assembly production line, ultimately achieving the purpose of reducing the number of molds and reducing production investment.
[0071] In addition, the second metal shell 32 being "replaceably" fixed below the first metal shell 31 only means that a specific model number of the second metal shell 32 is selected and paired with the first metal shell 31 during the model number selection process of production, and after the production of the electrical connector is completed, the second metal shell 32 and the first metal shell 31 are fixedly connected together, and any one of them cannot be replaced.
[0072] 6, a horizontal first diameter change accommodation region 315 is formed in the first fixing flange 312 of the first metal shell 31. The first diameter change accommodation region 315 is located in a region between the fixing protrusion 314 and the butt portion 311.
[0073] A horizontal second diameter change accommodation region 325 is formed in the second fixing flange 322 of the second metal shell 32. The second diameter change accommodation region 325 is located in a region between the fixing hole 323 and the butt portion 311.
[0074] Due to the existence of the first diameter change adapting region 315 and the second diameter change adapting region 325, no matter how the diameter of the butt portion 311 of the first metal shell 31 and the diameter of the intermediate portion 321 of the second metal shell 32 change within the maximum radial range of the adapting region, it does not affect the fixing protrusion 314 and the fixing hole 323. When the diameter of the butt portion 311 or the intermediate portion 321 changes, only the size of the area of the first diameter change adapting region 315 or the second diameter change adapting region 325 changes accordingly, but the two can still be connected to each other in close contact with each other by the fixing protrusion 314 and the fixing hole 323.
[0075] In other words, due to the presence of the first diameter change adaptation region 315 and the second diameter change adaptation region 325, the fixing protrusion 314 of the first metal shell 31 of any model number and the fixing hole 323 of the second metal shell 32 of any model number are adapted to each other, thereby enabling quick combination and butting of different modules.
[0076] 8 to 10, they are an electrical connector set 100a according to a second embodiment of the present invention.
[0077] The electrical connector set 100a of the second embodiment also comprises a circuit board 1, a socket 2 attached to the circuit board 1, a relay module 3 inserted and fitted into the socket 2, and a main mounting shell body 4a on which the relay module 3 is attached.
[0078] Of these, the circuit board 1 and the socket 2 are both the same as those in the electrical connector set 100 of the first embodiment described above, and the second metal shell 32 in the relay module 3 is also the same as that in the electrical connector set 100 described above. The differences are that the diameter of the butt portion 311a of the first metal shell 31a and the butt interface of the main mounting shell body 4a are approximately different from those in the electrical connector set 100 described above.
[0079] Specifically, the relay module 3 of this embodiment also includes a first metal shell 31a, a second metal shell 32, a conductive material , an insulator 35, and a sealant .
[0080] The structures and connections between the second metal shell 32, the conductive material 34, the insulator 35 and the sealant 36 are all the same as those of the electrical connector set 100 of the first embodiment.
[0081] The diameter of the butt portion 311a of the first metal shell 31a in the second embodiment is smaller than the diameter of the butt portion 311 in the first embodiment, and the height of the butt portion 311a is greater than the height of the butt portion 311 in the first embodiment.
[0082] The main mounting shell body 4a of this embodiment also comprises an upper first mounting shell body 42a and a lower second mounting shell body 41a, the second mounting shell body 41a being the same as that of the first embodiment of the electrical connector set 100a described above, but the first mounting shell body 42a has a different butt interface from the first mounting shell body 42 of the first embodiment, and the opening of the partition wall 422a has a smaller diameter so that the butt portion 311a of the first metal shell 31a can be adapted for mounting.
[0083] Compared with the electrical connector set 100 of the first embodiment, in the second embodiment, by replacing the first metal shell 31a of the relay module 3 and combining it with the second metal shell 32 in the first embodiment, a relay module of a different model number can be configured to meet the customer's needs for different mating interfaces.
[0084] In the relay module of the second embodiment, the diameter and height of the butt portion 311a of the first metal shell 31a are changed, but the first fixing flange 312a of the first metal shell 31a and the second fixing flange 322 of the second metal shell 32 are both in a horizontally extended state, so that the two can still be closely attached to each other. Even if the diameter and height of the relay portion 311a are changed, only the size of the first diameter change adaptable area 315a of the first fixing flange 312a is changed, and the position of the fixing protrusion 314a on the first fixing flange 312a is still the same as the fixing protrusion 314 in the first embodiment, so that the first fixing flange 312a and the second fixing flange 322 can still achieve unobstructed butt by the fixing protrusion 314a and the fixing hole 323.
[0085] 11 to 18, which are a third embodiment of an electrical connector set 100b.
[0086] The electrical connector set 100b of this embodiment also includes a circuit board 1, a socket 2b attached to the circuit board 1, a relay module 3b inserted and fitted into the socket 2b, and a main mounting shell body 4b on which the relay module 3b is attached.
[0087] 13 and 18, the socket 2b is attached to the circuit board 1. As shown in FIG.
[0088] The socket 2b includes a central terminal 21b, a base 22b to which the central terminal 21b is attached, and an outer metal shell 23b that covers the outside of the base 22b.
[0089] The central terminal 21b includes a connection portion 211b extending in the up-down direction, a butt piece 212b connected to the upper end of the connection portion 211b, and a welding portion 213b connected to the lower end of the connection portion 211b. The butt piece 212b is a circular flat base formed by bending and extending horizontally from the upper end of the connection portion 211b, and is used to abut against the conductive material 34b of the relay module 3b to realize signal transmission. The welding portion 213b is formed by bending and extending the lower end of the connection portion 211b horizontally to facilitate connection with the circuit board 1.
[0090] The base 22b is made of an insulating material and is generally cylindrical. A terminal receiving hole 221b is formed in the axial center of the base 22b. The central terminal 21b is fixed in the terminal receiving hole 221b, and the butt piece 212b is exposed to the outside through an opening at the top of the base 22b, and the welded portion 213b of the central terminal 21b is exposed at the bottom of the base 22b.
[0091] The outer metal shell 23b is made of a conductive material and has a hollow cylindrical shell body 231b, with a through hole 232b at the top of the shell body 231b and two welding legs 233b at the bottom of the shell body 231b for butting against the circuit board 1.
[0092] The outer metal shell 23b is fitted onto the outside of the base 22b, the butt piece 212b of the central terminal 21b is exposed from a through hole 232b at the top of the shell body 231b, and the two welding legs 233b of the outer metal shell 23b are connected to the circuit board 1 offset from the welding portion 213b at the bottom end of the central terminal 21b.
[0093] 13, 15 and 16, a relay module 3b includes a first metal shell 31b, a second metal shell 32b, a conductive material 34b, an insulator 35b and a sealant 36b.
[0094] The structure of the first metal shell 31b is the same as that of the first metal shell 31 in the electrical connector set 100 of the first embodiment, and also includes a hollow cylindrical butt portion 311b and a horizontally extending first fixing flange 312b formed at the lower end of the butt portion 311b. The first fixing flange 312b is also provided with a plurality of fixing protrusions 3121b.
[0095] The second metal shell 32b is fixed below the first metal shell 31b. The second metal shell 32b includes a main shield cover 321b and a main shield cover fixing member 322b for fixing the main shield cover 321b.
[0096] The main shield cover 321b is cylindrical, and the cylindrical body has a plurality of slits 3214b extending along the axial direction to the lower end of the main shield cover 321b. The plurality of slits 3214b are distributed at intervals along the circumferential direction of the cylindrical body of the main shield cover 321b, and a floating elastic arm 3215b is formed between two adjacent slits 3214b.
[0097] The main shield cover 321b is a variable diameter tube having a straight tube section 3211b and a tapered tube section 3212b whose diameter gradually decreases as it extends downward from the straight tube section 3211b. At least a welding hole 3216b is formed at the upper end of the straight tube section 3211b. The variable diameter tube further has a butt guide section 3213b whose diameter extends downward from the tapered tube section 3212b and whose diameter is approximately wider outward, and the butt guide section 3213b is used to guide the butt to the socket 2b.
[0098] The slit 3214b extends from the butt guide portion 3213b to the straight tube joint 3211b but does not cut the straight tube joint 3211b, so that the elastic arm 3215b has enhanced flexibility and better floating freedom. The size of the tapered tube joint 3212b along the axial direction is not smaller than 1 / 3 of the size of the main shield cover 321b along the axial direction, so that the elastic arm 3215b has enhanced elastic recovery force and is stably butted against the socket 2b.
[0099] The main shield cover fixing member 322b includes a cylindrical fixing ring 3221b and a horizontally extending second fixing flange 3222b formed on the upper end of the fixing ring 3221b. The second fixing flange 3222b is provided with a plurality of fixing holes 3223b for realizing a fitting connection with the fixing protrusions 3121b of the first fixing flange 312b.
[0100] The bottom of the fixing ring 3221b further has a horizontal flange 3224b, the inner wall of which and the inner wall of the fixing ring 3221b jointly form a storage space, in which an annular auxiliary insulating shell body 323b is accommodated.
[0101] The straight tube joint 3211b of the main shield cover 321b is fitted to the outer wall of the fixing ring 3221b, and the two can be connected by spot welding with a laser at the welding hole 3216b at the upper end of the straight tube joint 3211b. The main shield cover 321b and the fixing ring 3221b together form the relay part of the relay module 3b, and when the relay module 3b is butted against the socket 2b, the elastic arm 3215b of the relay module 3b can swing left and right about the straight tube joint 3211b fitted to the outside of the fixing ring 3221b as a base point, and a floating butt is realized with the socket 2b.
[0102] The conductive material 34b is attached to the radial center of the first metal shell 31b and the second metal shell 32b. The conductive material 34b is a floating needle, and includes a fixed contact 341b and a floating contact 342b that are at least partially coaxially fitted together and are movable up and down relative to the fixed contact 341b. An elastic material 344b (in this embodiment, the elastic material 344b is a spring) is provided between the fixed contact 341b and the floating contact 342b.
[0103] An elastic shaft sleeve 343b is fitted around the outer periphery of the fixed contact 341b, one end of the elastic shaft sleeve 343b is fixedly connected to the fixed contact 341b, and the other end is formed with a plurality of engagement claws 3431b that elastically contact the floating contact 342b, and the free end of the engagement claws 3431b is curved toward the floating contact 342b to form elastic contact fingers 3432b. The elastic contact fingers 3432b contact the floating contact 342b to form auxiliary contacts, thereby improving the transmission performance of high frequency signals of the floating needle.
[0104] The conductive material 34b is fixed in the first metal shell 31b by the insulating seat 35b and the sealant 36b, and the floating contact 342b of the conductive material 34b is inserted into the second metal shell 32b. An auxiliary insulating shell body 323b in the second metal shell 32b is spaced between the floating contact 342b of the conductive material 34b and the main shield cover fixing member 322b to prevent inappropriate contact between the conductive material 34b and the main shield cover 321b.
[0105] When assembling the relay module 3b, first the conductive material 34b is attached to the insulating seat 35b, and then the conductive material 34b and the insulating seat 35b are inserted together into the first metal shell 31b. Thereafter, the first fixing flange 312b of the first metal shell 31b and the second fixing flange 322b of the second metal shell 32b are brought into close contact with each other. Finally, the fixing protrusion 3121b and the fixing hole 3223b are crimped and crushed to connect them, thereby completing the assembly of the relay module 3b.
[0106] 13, 14 and 17, the relay module 3b is attached to the main mounting shell body 4b and forms a second electrical connector.
[0107] The main mounting shell body 4b comprises a first mounting shell body 42b for mainly accommodating the first metal shell 31b, a second mounting shell body 41b for mainly accommodating the second metal shell 32b, and a shield shell 412b accommodated within the second mounting shell body 41b.
[0108] Within the first mounting shell body 42b is a first receiving cavity 421b, and within the second mounting shell body 41b is a second receiving cavity 411b.
[0109] The shield shell 412b is fitted in the second receiving cavity 411b, and the shape of the shield shell 412b is adapted to the second receiving cavity 411b. In this embodiment, since the second receiving cavity 411b is rectangular, the shield shell 412b is also substantially rectangular. The main body of the shield shell 412b is a rectangular box-shaped structure surrounded by four side walls 4121b and a top wall 4126b. The side walls 4121b are provided with protruding locking buttons 4122b that are engaged with locking grooves in the inner walls of the second receiving cavity 411b. The second receiving cavity 411b is further provided with positioning protrusions 413b that abut against the top wall 4126b of the shield shell 412b to provide positioning for mounting the shield shell 412b.
[0110] A shield cavity body 4120b is enclosed within the shield shell 412b, and an opening 4125b communicating with the shield cavity body 4120b is provided in a top wall 4126b of the shield shell 412b. A plurality of resilient contact arms 4123b are provided on the periphery of the opening 4125b. The plurality of resilient contact arms 4123b curve and extend outward away from the shield cavity body 4120b. A contact portion 4124b protruding toward the center of the opening 4125b is formed at the end of the resilient contact arm 4123b.
[0111] When the relay module 3b is mounted on the main mounting shell body 4b, the upper end of the first metal shell 31b of the relay module 3b enters the first accommodating cavity 421b, and there is a gap between the first metal shell 31 and the cavity wall of the first accommodating cavity 421. The second metal shell 32b of the relay module 3b enters the second accommodating cavity 411b, and the second metal shell 32b passes through the second accommodating cavity 411b and enters the shield cavity body 4120b of the shield shell 412b, and the multiple elastic contact arms 4123b of the shield shell 412b are elastically pressed against the main shield cover 321b of the second metal shell 32b.
[0112] The shield shell 412b elastically and firmly presses the main shield cover 321b by the contact portion 4124b of the elastic contact arm 4123b, and forms a reliable contact therewith, so that the second metal shell 32b can realize a primary grounding by the contact between the main shield cover 321b and the shield shell 412b on the one hand, and can further realize a secondary grounding by the contact between the tapered cylindrical joint 3212b at the lower end of the main shield cover 321b and the outer metal shell 23b of the socket 2b on the other hand. This improves the overall grounding performance of the electrical connector set 100b, and the second metal shell 32b and the shield shell 412b together form a two-layer shield for the conductive material 34b, improving the electromagnetic interference and noise interference that occur during the transmission of high-frequency signals, and improving the transmission performance of transmitting high-frequency signals.
[0113] In this embodiment, the conductive material 34b of the relay module 3b is a floating needle, and the lower end of the main shield cover 321b of the second metal shell 32b is a floating elastic arm 3215b. Therefore, even if the relay module 3b and the socket 2b are misaligned in the axial and radial directions due to manufacturing assembly tolerances, the floating structure of the conductive material 34b and the elastic arm 3215b allows the relay module 3b to still smoothly butt up against the socket 2b, ensuring a reliable connection between the two.
[0114] The shield shell 412b, on the one hand, improves the grounding performance of the relay module 3b and the socket 2b, and on the other hand, restrains the relay module 3b so that it cannot swing freely, and stably butts the relay module 3b and the socket 2b together.
[0115] 19 to 25, which are a fourth embodiment of an electrical connector set 100c.
[0116] The electrical connector set 100c of this embodiment also includes a circuit board 1, a socket 2c attached to the circuit board 1, a relay module 3c inserted and fitted into the socket 2c, and a main mounting shell body 4c on which the relay module 3c is attached.
[0117] The socket 2c constitutes a first electrical connector. The relay module 3c is attached to the main mounting shell body 4c and constitutes a second electrical connector.
[0118] 25, the structure of the socket 2c is the same as that of the socket 2 in the electrical connector set 100 of the first embodiment, and the specific structure of the socket 2c can be referred to in the electrical connector set 100 of the first embodiment, and will not be described again here. The structure of the relay module 3c is also the same as that of the relay module 3 in the electrical connector set 100 of the first embodiment, and it also includes a first metal shell 31c, a second metal shell 32c, a conductive material 34c, an insulating seat 35c, and a sealant 36c. The specific structures of the first metal shell 31c, the second metal shell 32c, the conductive material 34c, the insulating seat 35c, and the sealant 36c, and the connection relationship between them, can be referred to in the structure of the relay module 3 in the electrical connector set 100 of the first embodiment, and will not be described again here.
[0119] 21 to 24, the main mounting shell body 4c of this embodiment includes a first mounting shell body 42c and a second mounting shell body 41c that are floating connected to each other.
[0120] A first accommodating cavity 421c is provided within the first mounting shell body 42c, and a position control protrusion 422c protruding outward in the radial direction is provided on the outer periphery of the first mounting shell body 42c. A downwardly protruding insertion portion 423c is formed below the position control protrusion 422c, and the outer diameter of the insertion portion 423c is smaller than the outer diameter of the position control protrusion 422c.
[0121] The first mounting shell body 42c protrudes and extends into the first accommodating cavity 421c to form a neck portion 424c, an insertion groove 4211c is formed in an upper portion of the neck portion 424c, and a mounting groove 4212c is formed in a lower portion of the neck portion 424c.
[0122] The relay module 3c is attached to the first mounting shell body 42c, and the upper end of the first metal shell 31c fits into the first receiving cavity 421c. The outer wall of the first metal shell 31c is tightly fitted into the neck portion 424c, and there is a gap between the portion of the first metal shell 31c that fits into the insertion groove 4211c and the groove wall of the insertion groove 4211c. The first fixing flange 311c and the second fixing flange 321c are received in the mounting groove 4212c, and the mounting groove 4212c has a mounting wall 4231c that extends horizontally, and the first fixing flange 311c is in close contact with the mounting wall 4231c.
[0123] A second accommodating cavity 411c is present within the second mounting shell body 41c, and an insertion hole 4130c is opened at the top. An inwardly protruding flange 413c is formed on the inner wall of the insertion hole 4130c, and a position regulating groove 4131c is formed by the difference in height between the flange 413c and the top surface of the second mounting shell body 41c.
[0124] The first mounting shell body 42c is mounted in a floating manner in the insertion hole 4130c of the second mounting shell body 41c, and a floating gap exists between the first mounting shell body 42c and the second mounting shell body 41c.
[0125] Specifically, the position control protrusion 422c of the first mounting shell body 42c is accommodated in the position control groove 4131c of the second mounting shell body 41c, and a first gap 43c is present between the position control protrusion 422c and the side wall of the position control groove 4131c, and the insertion portion 423c of the first mounting shell body 42c is inserted into the insertion hole 4130c and a second gap 44c is present between the position control protrusion 422c and the hole wall of the insertion hole 4130c.
[0126] A pull-out prevention member 425c is provided in the second accommodating cavity 411c of the second mounting shell body 41c, and the pull-out prevention member 425c is fitted into the lower end of the insertion portion 423c of the first mounting shell body 42c. The pull-out prevention member 425c abuts against the lower side of the flange 413c of the second mounting shell body 41c, preventing the pull-out prevention member 425c from escaping upward from the insertion hole 4130c of the first mounting shell body 42c.
[0127] A shield shell 412c is further provided in the second receiving cavity 411c of the second mounting shell body 41c. The structure of the shield shell 412c is substantially the same as that of the shield shell 412 of the electrical connector set 100b, and also includes an opening 4125c at the top of the shield shell 412c, and a plurality of elastic contact arms 4123c are provided around the opening 4125c. The difference from the electrical connector set 100b is that the elastic contact arms 4123b in this embodiment are curved and extended toward the inside of the shield cavity body 4120c, which meets the needs of the socket 2c with a short insertion height.
[0128] In this embodiment, since the first mounting shell body 42c is attached in a floating manner to the second mounting shell body 41c, even if the relay module 3c has a non-floating structure, the relay module 3c is attached to the first mounting shell body 42c and can therefore float along the horizontal direction along with the first mounting shell body 42c, thereby achieving a floating connection between the relay module 3c and the socket 2c.
[0129] On the one hand, the shield shell 412c improves the grounding performance of the relay module 3c and the socket 2c, and on the other hand, it restrains the first mounting shell body 42c so that it cannot swing freely, thereby improving the stability of the butt joint between the relay module 3c and the socket 2c.
[0130] A bottom cover 45c is further provided on the bottom of the second mounting shell body 41c, and the bottom cover 45c includes a bottom wall 451c and side walls 452c provided around the bottom wall 451c. The bottom cover 45c is detachably connected to the first mounting shell body 42c by the side walls 452c. After the socket 2c is placed in the second receiving cavity 411c of the second mounting shell body 41c and abuts against the relay module 3c, the bottom cover 45c is closed to close the opening at the bottom of the second mounting shell body 41c, thereby achieving the purpose of waterproofing and dustproofing.
[0131] It is also necessary to explain the following:
[0132] In the above embodiments, the first and second fixing flanges are connected to each other by the fixing protrusions and the fixing holes, but the above description is merely illustrative and not limiting. In other embodiments, the positions of the fixing protrusions and the fixing holes may be interchanged, i.e., the fixing protrusions are provided on the second fixing flange, and the fixing holes are provided on the first fixing flange. In other embodiments, the first and second fixing flanges may be connected to each other by other methods, such as by clasping, welding, or adhesion.
[0133] In each of the above embodiments, the insulating seat is housed in a first metal shell, and in other embodiments, the insulating seat may be housed in a second metal shell.
[0134] In each of the above embodiments, the relay module is provided with one conductive material, and in other embodiments, the conductive material may be multiple, for example, two, four or six, and each conductive material is drilled into the insulating seat and housed in the internal passage formed by the first metal shell and the second metal shell together with the insulating seat.
[0135] The above embodiments of the electrical connector set have been described merely as examples, and the structures of the parts of the electrical connector set are not fixedly assembled together, and as long as there is no structural conflict between them, the structures of the parts in the multiple embodiments of the electrical connector set may be used in any combination.
[0136] The above content is merely a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the embodiment of the present invention. Those skilled in the art can very easily make corresponding changes or modifications according to the main concept and spirit of the present invention, so the protection scope of the present invention should be based on the protection scope claimed in the claims.
