[0021] As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 5, the amplification detection device of this embodiment includes a holder 100, a detection device 200, a reagent loading device 300, and a heating device 400. The holder 100 is provided with a detection window 110. The detection device 200 is installed above the holder 100 and located at the detection window 110. The reagent loading device 300 includes a carriage 310 and a carrier 320 removably installed on the carriage 310, and the carriage 310 is installed on the holder 100 so as to be movable along the lateral direction. The carrier 320 moves together with the carriage 310, so that the carrier 320 has a storage position located below the detection window 110 and a loading position moved out of the holder 100. The heating device 400 is installed on the holder 100 so as to be movable along the longitudinal direction, and can drive the carrier 320 to raise and lower, thereby lifting the carrier 320 to a detection position where it is docked and engaged with the detection device 200.

[0022] By applying the technical solution of this embodiment, the amplification detection device includes a holder 100, a detection device 200, a reagent loading device 300, and a heating device 400. The holder 100 is provided with a detection window 110. The detection device 200 is installed above the holder 100 and located in the detection window 110, thereby performing detection of the reagent through the detection window 110. The reagent loading device 300 includes a carriage 310 and a carrier 320 removably installed on the carriage 310, and the carriage 310 is installed on the holder 100 so as to be movable along the lateral direction. The carrier 320 can accommodate a reagent. The carrier 320 moves together with the carriage 310, so that the carrier 320 has a storage position located below the detection window 110 and a loading position moved out of the holder 100. The carrier 320 containing the reagent is transported from the outside of the amplification and detection device to the carriage 310, and the carrier 320 containing the reagent moves with the carriage 310 between the storage position and the loading position. The heating device 400 is installed on the holder 100 so as to be movable along the vertical direction, and can drive the carrier 320 to raise and lower, thereby lifting the carrier 320 to the detection position where it is docked and engaged with the detection device 200. Thus, the carrier 320 located at the detection position can shorten the distance between the heating device 400 and the carrier 320 containing the reagent, so that the reagent in the carrier 320 can be more effectively heated to achieve the purpose of amplification, and the carrier 320 at this time is at the detection position, and the detection device 200 can detect the reagent in the carrier 320 to judge the amplification effect of the reagent. In this way, the detection device 200, the reagent loading device 300 and the heating device 400 are vertically arranged by the holder 100, thereby reducing the area occupied by the amplification detection device, the structure is compact, the space utilization rate is improved, and multiple amplification detection devices can be arranged in parallel and processed in parallel, thereby achieving the goal of high throughput. Therefore, the technical solution of this embodiment effectively solves the problem of the large area occupied by the amplification detection device in the related art.

[0023] The above-mentioned docking engagement may be a contact engagement, or an engagement with a certain gap therebetween.

[0024] As shown in Figs. 5 to 11, the reagent loading device 300 further includes a transmission mechanism 380, and the carriage 310 is installed on the holder 100 so as to be movable along the lateral direction via the transmission mechanism 380. The installation of the transmission mechanism 380 makes it easier for the carriage 310 to move the carrier 320 between the storage position and the loading position, improving the automation level of the amplification detection device and reducing manpower. In this embodiment, a trigger member is installed on the carriage 310, and a sensing member that senses and cooperates with the trigger member is installed on the holder 100, and when the carriage 310 moves the carrier 320 to reach the storage position, the trigger member triggers the sensing member, and the sensing member transmits information that the carrier 320 has reached the storage position to the controller, thereby proceeding with the subsequent operation.

[0025] In addition, the transmission mechanism 380 may be a belt transmission mechanism, a rack and pinion transmission structure, a screw nut transmission mechanism, or a slider crank transmission mechanism.

[0026] 5 to 11, the transmission mechanism 380 includes a motor 381, a driving wheel 382, a driven wheel 383, and a transmission belt wound around the outside of the driving wheel 382 and the driven wheel 383. The motor 381 is installed on the holder 100, the driving wheel 382 is installed on an output shaft of the motor 381, the driven wheel 383 is installed on the holder 100, and the transmission belt is drivingly connected to the carriage 310. The motor 381 rotates to move the driving wheel 382 to rotate, the driving wheel 382 moves the driven wheel 383 to rotate via the transmission belt, and the transmission belt moves the carriage 310 to move, and the carriage 310 moves the carrier 320 to move between the storage position and the loading position. The carriage 310 is driven through a transmission belt, and the carriage 310 moves the carrier 320, thereby stably moving the carrier 320 between the storage position and the loading position along the lateral direction. In this embodiment, the holder 100 includes a frame assembly of the heating device and an upper frame installed above the frame assembly.

[0027] As shown in Figs. 12 to 18, the frame assembly of the heating device of this embodiment includes an outer frame 10, an inner frame 20, and a lifting frame member 30. The outer frame 10 includes a top plate 11 and a bottom plate 12 that are spaced apart from each other, and a first support member 13 and a second support member 14 that are installed between the top plate 11 and the bottom plate 12. A lifting space is defined by the top plate 11, the bottom plate 12, the first support member 13, and the second support member 14. A detection window 110 is provided in the top plate 11 of the frame assembly. A carriage 310 and a motor 381 are all installed on the top plate 11, and a main driving wheel 382, a driven wheel 383, and a transmission belt are all located below the top plate 11.

[0028] As shown in Figs. 5 to 11, a connecting member 340 is provided on the carriage 310, and the connecting member 340 is fixedly connected to the transmission belt. By providing the connecting member 340, the driving connection between the transmission belt and the carriage 310 is facilitated, and the carriage 310 can move with the movement of the transmission belt via the connecting member 340. As a result, when the motor 381 of this embodiment rotates forward, the main driving wheel 382 moves the transmission belt, and the transmission belt moves the connecting member 340 to drive the carrier 320 on the carriage 310 to move toward the loading position, and when the motor 381 rotates backward, the main driving wheel 382 moves the transmission belt, and the transmission belt moves the connecting member 340 to move the carrier 320 on the carriage 310 to move toward the storage position. Furthermore, due to the fixed connection between the connecting member 340 and the transmission belt, the connecting member 340 can be moved synchronously with the transmission belt, preventing any relative movement between the connecting member 340 and the transmission belt, and further improving stability when the carriage 310 moves the carrier 320.

[0029] As shown in Figures 5 to 11, the transmission belt includes a timing belt 384, and the connecting member 340 is provided with a slot 350 into which the teeth of the timing belt 384 are inserted and engaged. The teeth of the timing belt 384 are inserted into the slot 350, which facilitates the assembly of the timing belt 384 and the connecting member 340, and during the process of the teeth of the timing belt 384 engaging with the slot 350, the carriage 310 moves the carrier 320 to move more stably. In this embodiment, the teeth of the timing belt 384 are inserted into the slot 350, and the timing belt 384 and the connecting member 340 are fastened by a screw, which improves the reliability of the fixed connection between the connecting member 340 and the transmission belt.

[0030] As shown in Fig. 5 to Fig. 11, a guide structure 500 is installed between the carriage 310 and the holder 100. By installing the guide structure 500, the carriage 310 can move along the guide direction of the guide structure 500, and the carriage 310 can be more stable when moving, and the carrier 320 can be moved by the carriage 310 to move stably along the guide direction. In this embodiment, the guide direction of the guide structure 500 is the lateral direction, and the carriage 310 moves the carrier 320 to move along the lateral direction. The carriage 310 is a rectangular plate, the connection member 340 is installed on the short side of the rectangular plate facing the motor 381, and two guide structures 500 are symmetrically installed on the two long sides of the rectangular plate.

[0031] As shown in FIG. 5 to FIG. 11, the guide structure 500 includes a guide rail 510 and a guide groove 520 that fits the guide rail 510, the guide rail 510 is installed on the carriage 310, and the guide groove 520 is installed on the holder 100. The guide rail 510 and the guide groove 520 have a simple structure, and the guide structure 500 is easy to process and install. Moreover, the installation of the guide rail 510 and the guide groove 520 makes it easy to restrict the carriage 310 from moving along a straight line. In this embodiment, the carriage 310 moves the carrier 320 to move horizontally along the lateral direction, and a guide block is installed on the lower surface of the top plate, and the guide groove 520 is installed on the guide block. The carriage 310 is a rectangular plate, and two guide rails 510 are installed on the two long sides of the rectangular plate, and two guide blocks are installed symmetrically on the outer sides of the two long sides of the rectangular plate, and each guide rail 510 is guided and engaged with the guide groove 520 on the corresponding guide block.

[0032] In an embodiment not shown, the guide groove is mounted on the carriage and the guide rail is mounted on the holder.

[0033] As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 11, the carriage 310 is provided with a placement opening 360 corresponding to the detection window 110, and the carrier 320 is removably installed in the placement opening 360. The placement opening 360 makes it easy for the carriage 310 to support the carrier 320, so that the carriage 310 can move the carrier 320. When the heating device 400 moves along the vertical direction, the placement opening 360 avoids the heating device 400, so that the heating device 400 can penetrate the placement opening 360 and move the carrier 320 to rise and fall. In this embodiment, the placement opening 360 has a support table surface, which supports and positions the placed carrier 320, making the movement of the carrier 320 more stable.

[0034] 12 and 13, a first shielding member 120 is provided around the holder 100, and the first shielding member 120 shields the detection window 110 and the outer circumferential side of the reagent loading device 300. The first shielding member 120 can shield external light and prevent external light from entering the reagent in the carrier 320. The first shielding member 120 is provided with an opening 130 for avoiding the carriage 310 and the carrier 320, so that the carriage 310 can move along the lateral direction through the opening 130 of the first shielding member 120, and the carriage 310 extends from the first shielding member 120 to easily place the carrier 320 outside the amplification detection device in the placement opening 360 of the carriage 310. The heating device 400 includes a heating assembly 410, a driving assembly 420 for driving the movement of the heating assembly 410, and a second shielding member 430 provided on one side of the heating assembly 410. When the driving assembly 420 drives and moves the heating assembly 410 to position the carrier 320 at the detection position, the second shielding member 430 shields the opening 130. Thus, when the carrier 320 is at a position other than the detection position, the opening 130 of the first shielding member 120 can be moved to avoid the carriage 310, and when the carrier 320 is at the detection position, the second shielding member 430 shields the opening 130, thereby placing the carrier 320 containing the reagent in a sealed environment and preventing external light from entering the carrier 320 containing the reagent. The second shielding member 430 can move together with the heating assembly 410, and does not require an additional structure to seal the amplification reaction environment of the reagent in the carrier 320, and can prevent the reagent from being affected by external light during the amplification or detection process.

[0035] Specifically, the second shielding member 430 is a stepped block, and in order to prevent interference between the stepped block and a corresponding structure, a first avoidance stepped surface is provided on the upper part of the rear surface of the stepped block facing the opening 130, and a second avoidance stepped surface is provided on the front surface of the stepped block away from the opening 130.

[0036] As shown in Figures 12 to 18, the frame assembly of the heating device of this embodiment includes an outer frame body 10, an inner frame body 20, and a lifting frame body member 30. The outer frame body 10 includes a top plate 11 and a bottom plate 12 installed with a gap therebetween, and a first support member 13 and a second support member 14 installed between the top plate 11 and the bottom plate 12. A lifting space is defined by the top plate 11, the bottom plate 12, the first support member 13, and the second support member 14. The inner frame body 20 includes a third support member 21 and a fourth support member 22 installed with a gap therebetween between the bottom plate 12 and the top plate 11. The lifting frame member 30 is positioned in the lifting space so as to be liftable, and includes a lifting plate 37 which is provided between the third support member 21 and the fourth support member 22 so as to be liftable, a first support guide member 31 which is provided in the third support member 21, and a second support guide member 32 which is provided in the fourth support member 22. The first support guide member 31 and the second support guide member 32 are both connected to the lifting plate 37, and an arrangement space is defined which is surrounded by the third support member 21, the fourth support member 22, and the lifting plate 37. The drive assembly 420 is installed on the bottom plate 12 and is drivingly connected to the lifting plate 37.

[0037] By applying the technical solution of this embodiment, the frame assembly of the heating device includes an outer frame 10, an inner frame 20, and a lifting frame member 30. The outer frame 10 includes a top plate 11 and a bottom plate 12 that are spaced apart from each other, and a first support member 13 and a second support member 14 that are installed between the top plate 11 and the bottom plate 12, and the top plate 11 is installed to facilitate engagement with equipment above the heating device. A lifting space is formed surrounded by the top plate 11, the bottom plate 12, the first support member 13, and the second support member 14. The inner frame 20 includes a third support member 21 and a fourth support member 22 that are spaced apart from each other and installed between the bottom plate 12 and the top plate 11. The lifting frame member 30 is located in the lifting space so as to be liftable, and includes a lifting plate 37 which is provided between the third support member 21 and the fourth support member 22 so as to be liftable, a first support guide member 31 provided in the third support member 21, and a second support guide member 32 provided in the fourth support member 22. Thus, the first support guide member 31 and the second support guide member 32 can act as a guide when the lifting frame member 30 is lifted and lowered, making the lifting frame member 30 more stable. The first support guide member 31 and the second support guide member 32 are both connected to the lifting plate 37, and an arrangement space is formed which is surrounded by the third support member 21, the fourth support member 22, and the lifting plate 37. The driving assembly 420 is installed on the bottom plate 12 and is drivingly connected to the lifting plate 37. The heating assembly 410 can be placed in the arrangement space and guided by the first support guide member 31 and the second support guide member 32 while supporting the heating assembly 410, thereby being supported by the lifting frame member 30. The drive assembly 420 drives the lift plate 37 to lift and lower it, whereby the lifting frame member 30 moves and lifts the heating assembly 410. A carrier containing a reagent can be placed on the top plate 11, and the lifting frame member 30 moves and lifts the heating assembly 410, and the heating assembly 410 performs temperature control on the carrier containing the reagent on the top plate 11. As a result, the inner frame 20 is fitted into the outer frame 10, and the lifting frame member 30 is fitted into the inner frame 20, and this mutual fitting structure makes the structure of the frame assembly of the heating device compact, thereby reducing the volume and occupation area of the heating device.Furthermore, since the lifting frame member 30 is fitted into the inner frame body 20 and lifts and lowers, making full use of the vertical lifting space, horizontal movement of the heating assembly 410 in the related art can be prevented, the occupation area of the heating device can be reduced, the occupation area of the amplification detection device having a heating device can be reduced, and the occupation area required when arranging multiple amplification detection devices can be reduced, which is advantageous for achieving the goal of high throughput.

[0038] As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 11, the detection device 200 includes a thermal lid 210 installed on the detection window 110 and a detection assembly 220 installed on the thermal lid 210. When the carrier 320 is lifted to a detection position where it is docked and engaged with the thermal lid 210, a part of the detection assembly 220 is located directly above the reagent hole of the carrier 320. As a result, the carrier 320 containing the reagent is lifted and docked and engaged with the thermal lid 210, and the carrier 320 containing the reagent is covered with the thermal lid 210 and heated, so that the reagent in the carrier 320 receives heat more uniformly and the amplification effect of the detection device 200 is optimized. At this time, a part of the detection assembly 220 is located directly above the reagent hole of the carrier 320, and the detection assembly 220 can easily detect the amplification effect on the reagent in the carrier 320. In this embodiment, the carrier 320 is pushed out from the carriage 310 when it is at the detection position and comes into contact with the thermal lid 210.

[0039] In this embodiment, the detection window 110 is a rectangular opening 130 penetrating the upper surface of the top plate and the lower surface of the top plate, and the thermal lid 210 is installed on the lower surface of the top plate and covers the detection window 110. The detection device 200 further includes an optical fiber mounting structure installed on the top plate, the optical fiber mounting structure includes a mounting base and a plurality of optical fiber mounting columns installed on the mounting base, and the optical fiber mounting columns detect the reagent in the carrier 320 using optical signals. The thermal lid 210 is provided with a plurality of bypass holes that correspond one-to-one with the plurality of reaction holes of the carrier 320, so that the optical fiber mounting columns of the detection device 200 can extend into the bypass holes of the thermal lid 210 and detect the reagent in the reaction holes of the carrier 320.

[0040] In this embodiment, the mounting base of the optical fiber mounting structure includes a positioning plate and a mounting protrusion, the mounting protrusion is installed on the surface of the positioning plate facing the thermal lid 210, and a plurality of optical fiber mounting columns are installed on the mounting protrusion, the mounting protrusion is a rectangular protrusion corresponding to the rectangular detection window 110, and the mounting protrusion extends into the detection window 110, so that the plurality of optical fiber mounting columns on the mounting protrusion can extend into the avoidance hole in one-to-one correspondence. When the mounting protrusion extends into the detection window 110, the positioning plate can connect to the part of the top plate where the detection window 110 is not installed, thereby limiting the descending distance of the mounting protrusion and preventing the mounting protrusion from continuing to descend and damaging the thermal lid 210. As shown in Figures 14 to 18, the first support member 13 is two first support rods, and the two first support rods are connected to one side of the top plate 11 and one side of the bottom plate 12. The second support member 14 is two second support rods, and the two second support rods are connected to the other side of the top plate 11 and the other side of the bottom plate 12. The two first support rods are installed opposite to the two second support rods. The third support member 21 includes a support horizontal rod and two support vertical rods, one end of the support vertical rods is connected to the bottom plate 12, the other end of the support vertical rods is connected to the support horizontal rods, and the first support guide member 31 is drilled into the support horizontal rods. The fourth support member 22 is installed in the same manner as the third support member 21, and the third support member 21 is installed in parallel with the fourth support member 22. A holder is installed on the lower surface of the bottom plate 12 to support the bottom plate 12 and provide a space for installing the drive assembly 420.

[0041] 14 to 18, the drive assembly 420 is a linear motor, which can directly convert electrical energy into linear motion, and the linear motor can easily drive the lift plate 37 to lift and lower it. The lift plate 37 is connected to the output shaft 41 of the linear motor, and by connecting the lift plate 37 to the output shaft 41 of the linear motor, the linear motor can directly drive the lift frame member 30 to lift and lower it, preventing energy loss in the linear motor.

[0042] 14 to 18, a connection hole 371 is provided in the lift plate 37, and the output shaft 41 is fixedly connected within the connection hole 371. This makes it easy to fixedly connect the output shaft 41 of the linear motor to the lift plate 37, and the operation is simple.

[0043] As shown in Figs. 14 to 18, the connection hole 371 includes a first circular hole portion 372 and a second circular hole portion 373 communicating with the first circular hole portion 372, and the diameter of the first circular hole portion 372 is smaller than the diameter of the second circular hole portion 373. An insert member 42 is installed in the output shaft 41, and the insert member 42 can be moved from inside the first circular hole portion 372 to a position where it is inserted and engaged with the second circular hole portion 373. When it is necessary to connect the output shaft 41 of the motor to the lift plate 37, the insert member 42 of the output shaft 41 is inserted into the first circular hole portion 372 of the connection hole 371, and the insert member 42 of the output shaft 41 is further moved to the second circular hole portion 373, and the insert member 42 of the output shaft 41 can be inserted and engaged with the second circular hole portion 373, whereby the output shaft 41 of the linear motor can be fixedly connected to the lift plate 37 via the insert member 42. Providing the insert member 42 makes it easier to remove the motor output shaft 41 from the lift plate 37, facilitating maintenance and installation of the motor.

[0044] The communication between the first circular hole portion 372 and the second circular hole portion 373 means that the first circular hole portion 372 and the second circular hole portion 373 partially overlap with each other.

[0045] As shown in Figs. 14 to 18, the insert member 42 includes a connection portion 421 connected to an end of the output shaft 41, and an upper stopper protrusion 422 and a lower stopper protrusion 423 that are installed on the connection portion 421 with a gap therebetween. After the insert member 42 of the output shaft 41 is inserted into the first circular hole portion 372 of the connection hole 371, the lower stopper protrusion 423 can support the lift plate 37 because the maximum surface area of the lower stopper protrusion 423 is larger than the cross-sectional area of the first circular hole portion 372, and the driving force of the motor is transmitted to the lift plate 37 via the lower stopper protrusion 423 of the insert member 42 to drive and lift the lift plate 37. The maximum surface area of the upper stopper protrusion 422 is smaller than the cross-sectional area of the first circular hole portion 372, and the upper stopper protrusion 422 of the insert member 42 can be inserted into the first circular hole portion 372 of the connection hole 371. When the insert member 42 of the output shaft 41 is inserted and engaged with the second circular hole portion 373, the motor drives the lift plate 37 to lower, and since the maximum surface area of the upper stopper protrusion 422 is larger than the cross-sectional area of the second circular hole portion 373, the upper stopper protrusion 422 can be abutted against the upper surface of the lift plate 37 around the first circular hole portion 372, thereby moving the lift plate 37 to lower via the upper stopper protrusion 422 of the insert member 42. A slot 424 is formed surrounded by the upper stopper protrusion 422, the lower stopper protrusion 423, and the connection portion 421, and the slot 424 can be inserted and engaged with the second circular hole portion 373. The side walls of the slot 424 facilitate the insertion engagement with the second circular hole portion 373 and the abutting engagement between the upper and lower surfaces of the lift plate 37. In addition, the provision of the slots 424 makes it easier to process the upper stopper protrusion 422 and the lower stopper protrusion 423 of the insert member 42 .

[0046] The cross-sectional area of the first circular hole portion 372 is the area of a cross section perpendicular to the axis of the first circular hole portion 372, and the cross-sectional area of the second circular hole portion 373 is the same.

[0047] As shown in FIG. 14 to FIG. 18, the lifting frame member 30 further includes a load-bearing beam 33 that is connected to the first support guide member 31 and the second support guide member 32 so as to be capable of floating, and the load-bearing beam 33 is located above the inner frame 20. A first elastic member 38 is provided between the load-bearing beam 33 and the first support guide member 31, and a second elastic member 39 is provided between the load-bearing beam 33 and the second support guide member 32. The first elastic member 38 and the second elastic member 39 can support the lifting frame member 30, thereby allowing the lifting frame member 30 to float. A heating assembly 410 is disposed on the load-bearing beam 33 of the lifting frame member 30, and a carrier containing a reagent can be disposed on the top plate 11, and a linear motor drives the load-bearing beam 33 of the lifting frame member 30 to move and raise the heating assembly 410, whereby the heating assembly 410 comes into contact with the carrier containing the reagent and controls its temperature. After the load-bearing beam 33 moves the heating assembly 410 and raises it to a position where it abuts against the carrier containing the reagent, the load-bearing beam 33 is capable of floating, so that even if the heating assembly 410 abuts against the carrier containing the reagent, the abutment force applied to the carrier is too large, thereby preventing the carrier or other equipment abutting above the carrier from being damaged, and providing a cushioning effect.

[0048] In this embodiment, the first support guide members 31 are two first support guide rods, and the second support guide members 32 are two second support guide rods, each of which has a first elastic member 38 fitted on the outside of the first support guide rod, and each of which has a second elastic member 39 ring-shaped on the outside of the second support guide rod. The first elastic member 38 is preferably a first spring, and the second elastic member 39 is preferably a second spring. The outer diameter of the first support guide rod is small at the portion corresponding to the inside of the first spring, which can reduce wear between the first support guide rod and the first spring.

[0049] As shown in Figs. 14 to 18, an upper stopper member and a lower stopper member are installed on the first support guide member 31 with a gap therebetween. The upper stopper member is located above the load-bearing beam 33, and the first elastic member 38 is located between the load-bearing beam 33 and the lower stopper member. By installing the upper stopper member, the load-bearing beam 33 is prevented from coming off the first support guide member 31 due to the upward elastic force of the first elastic member 38. By installing the lower stopper member, even if the first elastic member 38 receives a downward pressure from the load-bearing beam 33, it is stopped by the lower stopper member, and the lower end of the first elastic member 38 can be attached to the first support guide member 31. By installing the upper stopper member, the lower stopper member, and the first elastic member 38, the load-bearing beam 33 can be floated up and down on the first support guide member 31. Similarly, upper and lower stopper members similar to those installed on the first support guide member 31 are installed on the second support guide member 32, and the load-bearing beam 33 can be floated up and down by the first support guide member 31 and the second support guide member 32.

[0050] In this embodiment, a detection window is provided in the top plate 11, a detection device (not shown) is installed in the detection window, and a carrier (not shown) containing a reagent is disposed below the detection window. The heating assembly 410 is provided with an avoidance hole for avoiding the upper end of the first support guide member 31 and the upper end of the second support guide member 32, and after the load-bearing beam 33 rises and abuts the heating assembly 410 on the lower surface of the top plate 11, the linear motor continues to drive the lifting frame member 30, at which time the upper ends of the first support guide member 31 and the second support guide member 32 extend into the avoidance hole, thereby allowing the load-bearing beam 33 to float downward.

[0051] As shown in Figs. 14 to 18, the lifting frame member 30 further includes a load-bearing beam 33 that is connected to the first support guide member 31 and the second support guide member 32 so as to be capable of floating, and the load-bearing beam 33 is located above the inner frame body 20. The lifting frame member 30 further includes a support plate 34, a first baffle 35, and a second baffle 36. The support plate 34 is located between the first support guide member 31 and the second support guide member 32, and is located below the load-bearing beam 33, and a first side of the support plate 34 is connected to a part of the load-bearing beam 33 via the first baffle 35, and a second side of the support plate 34 is connected to another part of the load-bearing beam 33 via the second baffle 36. The support plate 34 is connected to the load-bearing beam 33 via the first baffle 35 and the second baffle 36, and rises and falls synchronously with the load-bearing beam 33. An arrangement space is defined by the support plate 34, the first baffle 35, the second baffle 36 and the top plate 11. After the heating assembly 410 is arranged in the arrangement space, the support plate 34 can support the bottom of the heating assembly 410, and the load-bearing beam 33 can support the upper edge of the heating assembly 410, thereby improving the structural strength of the lifting frame member 30 and improving the load-bearing capacity of the lifting frame member 30.

[0052] 14 to 18, the load-bearing beam 33 includes a first load-bearing portion 331 annularly provided on the outer side of the upper end of the first support guide member 31, a second load-bearing portion 332 fitted on the outer side of the upper end of the second support guide member 32, and a third load-bearing portion 333 connected to a first end of the first load-bearing portion 331 and a first end of the second load-bearing portion 332. By providing the first load-bearing portion 331, the second load-bearing portion 332, and the third load-bearing portion 333, the structural strength of the load-bearing beam 33 can be improved, and the load-bearing capacity of the load-bearing beam 33 can be improved. An opening is formed between the second end of the first load-bearing portion 331 and the second end of the second load-bearing portion 332, and the heating assembly 410 can be disposed on the load-bearing beam 33 through the opening.

[0053] As shown in Figs. 14 to 18, a trigger member 51 is installed on the lifting frame member 30, and a position reach detection member 52 that cooperates with the trigger member 51 is installed on the bottom plate 12. When the lifting frame member 30 moves downward and the trigger member 51 triggers the position reach detection member 52 on the bottom plate 12, the position reach detection member 52 sends a signal to the controller, so that the controller knows that the lifting frame member 30 has been lowered to a preset position. The installation of the trigger member 51 and the position reach detection member 52 improves the automation level of the heating device. And the moving stroke of the linear motor controls the upward moving distance of the lifting frame member 30.

[0054] 14 to 18, an arrangement passage communicates between the first support member 13 and the second support member 14 and between the third support member 21 and the fourth support member 22, and the arrangement passage communicates the arrangement space. By providing the arrangement passage, it becomes easy to insert the heating assembly 410 of the heating device into the frame assembly of the heating device through the arrangement passage.

[0055] In this embodiment, the trigger member 51 is a flap that is installed on the lift plate 37 and bent downward, and the position arrival detection member 52 is a photocoupler assembly installed on the upper surface of the bottom plate 12.

[0056] The present application further provides a heating device, as shown in Fig. 18, the heating device includes a frame assembly and a heating assembly 410 installed in the frame assembly, the frame assembly being the frame assembly of the above heating device. The frame assembly of the above heating device can solve the problem of the large occupied area of the heating device in the related art, so that the heating device having the frame assembly can solve the similar technical problem.

[0057] In this embodiment, the heating assembly 410 includes a perforated plate base, a heat sink installed below the perforated plate base, a circuit board, and a temperature balancing plate. A flange is provided on the top of the heat sink, and the flange is provided on the outer circumferential side of the top of the heat sink, so that the upper surface of the load-bearing beam of the frame assembly of the heating device 400 can abut against the flange of the heat sink to receive the heat sink and move it up and down. When the carrier 320 is in the storage position, the carrier 320, the detection window 110, the perforated plate base, the thermal lid 210, and the heating assembly 410 are in the same vertical direction.

[0058] The specific workflow of this embodiment is as follows: After the carrier 320 into which the reagent is injected completes the membrane sealing in the membrane sealing mechanism, it is moved to the nucleic acid amplification area by the transfer mechanism, the gripper moves the carrier 320 containing the reagent from the transfer mechanism of the nucleic acid amplification area to the carriage 310 of the reagent loading device 300, the reagent loading device 300 moves the carrier 320 to the storage position, the heating device 400 vertically rises to receive the carrier 320 and moves upward a certain distance, the carrier 320 reaches the detection position. When the lifting frame member floats, the first elastic member and the second elastic member are compressed to a specified height, the linear motor 381 stops propelling, the heating device 400 and the thermal lid 210 heat and cool according to a preset program, the reagent in the carrier 320 starts to amplify, and ensures the progress of the amplification reaction. At the same time, the detection device 200 uses the optical fiber in the optical fiber mounting column to collect the fluorescent signal in the reagent in the carrier 320 and form the detection result. After the amplification and detection are completed, the heating device 400 descends, and the carrier 320 descends a certain distance along with the heating device 400 to reach a storage position, at which the carrier 320 is received by the carriage 310 and separated from the heating device 400. The carriage 310 moves the carrier 320 to move laterally, so that the carrier 320 is in a loading position, and the gripper grasps the carrier 320 and moves it to a collection mechanism to collect the carrier 320, completing one amplification and detection flow of the carrier 320.

[0059] As shown in Fig. 19, the present application further provides a method for loading a carrier in amplification detection, which loads a carrier by the above amplification detection device, and the method for loading a carrier in amplification detection includes the steps of placing a carrier 320 on a carriage 310 of a reagent loading device 300, moving the carriage 310 along a horizontal direction, and stopping the movement of the carriage 310 after the carriage 310 transports the carrier 320 to a storage position located below the detection window 110 of the holder 100, and moving a heating device 400 along a vertical direction, and the heating device 400 lifts the carrier 320 located at the storage position, and stops the movement of the heating device 400 after the heating device 400 lifts the carrier 320 to a detection position where the heating device 400 is docked and engaged with the detection device 200. The above amplification detection device can solve the problem of the large area occupied by the amplification detection device in the related art, so the method for loading a carrier in amplification detection using the amplification detection device can solve the same technical problem.
