Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to an exhaust gas treatment device, and more particularly to an exhaust gas treatment device for removing impurities from exhaust gas containing impurities discharged from fried food factories, kitchens, etc. [Background technology]
[0002] Generally, flue gas discharged from food frying factories, kitchens, etc. contains a large amount of impurities such as vaporized oil, evaporated water, fine fried dregs, burnt debris, and dust.
[0003] In order to remove the impurities from the flue gas, conventionally, the flue gas has been removed by passing it through a filter made of a fine mesh, cloth, felt, nonwoven fabric, etc. in a dry manner, or by passing the flue gas through water in a wet manner.
[0004] However, in commercial fried food factories and kitchens, the amount of smoke emitted is very large and the impurity content is high, so there is a problem that conventional removal methods cannot completely remove the impurities.
[0005] Furthermore, in the case of conventional dry or wet flue gas removal means, there is a problem that, for example, a large amount of impurities such as oil adheres to the flue gas, and therefore, if a fire breaks out in the kitchen or if the temperature of the flue gas becomes extremely high, there is a risk that the impurities will spread and become extremely dangerous.
[0006] In such a situation, the present applicant has proposed an extremely safe flue gas treatment device that can efficiently and reliably remove impure components even from flue gas that contains a high content of impurities (see Patent Document 1). [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0007] [Patent Document 1] Patent No. 4118994 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0008] In the flue gas treatment device proposed by the present applicant, water is used to purify the flue gas.
[0009] Therefore, the present invention aims to provide a flue gas treatment device that can further improve the cleanliness of the water flow path of the water-related system while simplifying the configuration, and that can properly manage the water temperature and properly control the characteristics of the discharged flue gas. [Means for solving the problem]
[0010] In order to achieve the above object, a first aspect of the present invention provides a flue gas treatment apparatus comprising: a flue gas treatment chamber that communicates with an air exhaust port and that discharges water at the bottom while storing it at a predetermined water level; a flue gas inlet tube that guides flue gas into the flue gas treatment chamber at a position higher than the predetermined water level; a demister that removes impurities from the flue gas is disposed in a flue gas flow path inside the flue gas treatment chamber; a cooling water injection nozzle that injects cooling water toward the demister is disposed inside the flue gas treatment chamber; and a suction means that passes the flue gas through the demister and discharges it to the outside through the air exhaust port. This flue gas treatment device has a shielding plate that guides the flue gas into the stored water, and a swing plate that is swung by the suction from the suction means to force the flue gas through the stored water, and is characterized in that at a position on the air exhaust port side of the shielding plate in the flue gas treatment chamber, an upstream overflow pipe and a downstream lateral discharge pipe are provided in succession, which allow the stored water that has risen above the specified water level to overflow and be discharged outside the flue gas treatment device, a drain pipe is provided midway through the lateral discharge pipe for discharging the stored water at a position lower than the specified water level, and a drain valve is provided midway through the drain pipe.
[0011] According to the first aspect of the present invention, impurities can be removed reliably in the same manner as the above-mentioned flue gas treatment device, and the flue gas from which impurities have been reliably removed becomes clean air and is discharged to the outside from the air outlet. Furthermore, the overflowing stored water can be discharged to the outside through the upstream overflow pipe and the downstream lateral discharge pipe in that order, thereby improving the cleanliness of the water flow path of the water-related system and simplifying the configuration.
[0012] In addition, a second aspect of the present invention is a flue gas treatment device in accordance with the first aspect, characterized in that a temperature sensor for measuring the temperature of moisture stored at the bottom of the flue gas treatment chamber is provided, and the opening of the cooling water injection nozzle is adjusted in accordance with the temperature of the moisture measured by the temperature sensor, thereby adjusting the temperature of the flue gas discharged to the outside from the air exhaust port, the amount of steam contained in the flue gas, and the steam temperature.
[0013] According to this second aspect of the present invention, by adjusting the opening degree of the cooling water injection nozzle in accordance with the temperature of the moisture measured by the temperature sensor, it is possible to appropriately manage the water temperature and thereby appropriately control the characteristics of the exhaust smoke discharged.
[0014] Further, the flue gas treatment device according to a third aspect of the present invention is the first or second aspect, characterized in that a check valve is provided at the downstream end of the lateral discharge pipe.
[0015] According to the third aspect of the present invention, the check valve is installed at the downstream end of the side discharge pipe, making it easy to clean.
[0016] Further, the flue gas treatment device according to a fourth aspect of the present invention is the device according to the first or second aspect, characterized in that the downstream end of the horizontal discharge pipe is water-sealed.
[0017] According to this fourth aspect of the present invention, by sealing the lower end, which is the tip of the horizontal discharge pipe, with water, it is possible to prevent excess air from being sucked in, and it can also serve as a substitute for a check valve, simplifying the configuration. Effect of the Invention

Furthermore, a lid 11 is arranged on the top plate 9 of the intake chamber 3 in a detachable manner.
[0023] Further, a pair of end panels 12, 12 are erected on the pedestal 2 from the left and right ends of the top plate 9 of the pedestal 2 to a position lower than the ceiling panel 13. An intermediate ceiling panel 13a is provided to connect the upper edges of the end panels 12 and extend to a position just in front of the pair of end panels 8, 8. The left and right smoke exhaust treatment chambers 4L, 4R are formed in a rectangular shape surrounded by the end panels 12, the intermediate ceiling panel 13a, a pair of side panels 14, 15, the side panels 6, 7 and the bottom panel 5 of the pedestal 2. The side panels 14, 15 of both smoke exhaust treatment chambers 4L, 4R are formed to be detachable so that the internal components can be cleaned and replaced.
[0024] Inside both smoke exhaust treatment chambers 4L, 4R and between the side plates 6 and rear plates 7 of the frame 2, a first lower partition plate 16 and a second lower partition plate 17 are attached parallel to each other at a predetermined distance and with their lower edges at a predetermined gap from the bottom plate 5, and a first lower support rail 18 and a second lower support rail 19 are attached to the upper ends of each of the first lower partition plate 16 and the second lower partition plate 17. Furthermore, inside both smoke exhaust treatment chambers 4L, 4R, a first upper support rail 20 and a second upper support rail 21 are attached to the lower surface of the intermediate ceiling panel 13a so as to correspond to each of the first lower support rail 18 and the second lower support rail 19.
[0025] A demister 22 formed from a fine-meshed stainless steel wire mesh or the like is mounted between the first lower support rail 18 and the first upper support rail 20 so as to be freely inserted and removed from both side surfaces of the two smoke exhaust treatment chambers 4L, 4R, and two grease filters 23, 23 are mounted between the second lower support rail 19 and the second upper support rail 21 so as to be freely inserted and removed from both side surfaces of the two smoke exhaust treatment chambers 4L, 4R.
[0026] A shielding plate 24 is disposed on the grease filter 23 side of the first lower support rail 18 and the first upper support rail 20, extending in the vertical direction so as to cover one surface of the demister 22, and a swing plate 25 is attached to the lower edge of this shielding plate 24 so as to be able to swing freely about its upper end. Furthermore, a gate plate 26 is disposed between the intake chamber 3 and both smoke exhaust treatment chambers 4L, 4R, and this gate plate 26 has a plurality of communication holes (not shown) formed therein.
[0027] A smoke discharge passage 30a is formed between the outer end faces (left and right end faces) of the grease filters 23 of both smoke exhaust treatment chambers 4L, 4R and the middle ceiling panel 13a, and between the end panel 8 and the ceiling panel 13, which face each other with a gap between them, and guides the smoke exhausted from both smoke exhaust treatment chambers 4L, 4R to the smoke exhaust section 1b. A straightening panel 28 having a plurality of exhaust holes 27, 27... is attached to the end panel 8 on the right side of the front, and an air exhaust pipe 29 forming the smoke exhaust section 1b is connected to the exhaust hole 27 of the straightening panel 28. A blower 31 is connected to the air exhaust pipe 29 as a suction means for exhausting the air and smoke inside to the outside through an air exhaust port 30.
[0028] Furthermore, a cooling water header 32 extending in the front-rear direction of both flue gas treatment chambers 4L, 4R is disposed on the ceiling panel 13 directly above both flue gas treatment chambers 4L, 4R, and the cooling water header 32 is provided with a cooling water injection nozzle 33, the tip of which penetrates the flue gas delivery passage 30a and is exposed on the underside of the intermediate ceiling panel 13a, for injecting cooling water into the demister 22 to cool it. A cooling water supply pipe 34 for supplying cooling water at a predetermined pressure to the cooling water header 32 is connected to the cooling water header 32, and a water supply solenoid valve 35 is provided in the middle of the cooling water supply pipe 34.
[0029] Further, an overflow pipe 38 extending downward is connected to the rear side of the bottom plate 5 of both smoke exhaust treatment chambers 4L, 4R at a position corresponding to between the grease filter 23 and the end panel 8. A downstream side horizontal discharge pipe 39 is connected to the lower end of the overflow pipe 38 so as to extend forward of both smoke exhaust treatment chambers 4L, 4R. A drain pipe 36 for discharging the stored water at a position H2 lower than the predetermined water level H1 is provided in the middle of the horizontal discharge pipe 39 at a front side position of the bottom plate 5 of both smoke exhaust treatment chambers 4L, 4R at a position corresponding to between the grease filter 23 and the end panel 8, and a drain valve 37 is provided in the middle of the drain pipe 36. A check valve 40 is provided downstream of the junction of the horizontal discharge pipe 39 with the drain pipe 36. In place of the check valve 40, the downstream end of the horizontal discharge pipe 39 may be water-sealed, so that the check valve 40 is omitted. The upper end height H2 of this drain pipe 36 is slightly lower than the upper end height H1 of the smoke introduction tube 10, and the upper end height H3 of the overflow pipe 38 is higher than the upper end height H1 of the smoke introduction tube 10.
[0030] Furthermore, three water level electrodes 41 are arranged hanging down on the underside of the ceiling panel 13 of the main body 1a, in a position corresponding to between the grease filter 23 and the left end panel 8, and the lower end height of each of these water level electrodes 41 is set to a height lower than the upper end height H2 of the drain pipe 36, a height higher than the upper end height H1 of the smoke exhaust inlet pipe 10, and a height higher than the upper end height H3 of the overflow pipe 38, respectively.
[0031] Then, by opening the water supply solenoid valve 35, cooling water of a predetermined pressure is supplied from the cooling water supply pipe 34 to the cooling water header 32, and this cooling water is sprayed from the cooling water spray nozzle 33 to the demister 22. This sprayed cooling water is stored on the bottom plates 5 of both flue gas treatment chambers 4L, 4R, and also flows into the bottom plate 5 of the intake chamber 3 through the communication hole of the gate plate 26, so that it is stored throughout the entire bottom plate 5. When this water level exceeds the height H2 of the drain pipe 36, the opening of the drain valve 37 or the opening of the water supply solenoid valve 35 is adjusted so that the water level does not exceed the height H1 of the flue gas introduction tube 10.
[0032] Furthermore, in this embodiment, a blocking device 42 is arranged between the central air intake chamber 3 and both smoke exhaust treatment chambers 4L, 4R, and this blocking device 42 has a blocking wall (not shown) that blocks the air intake chamber 3 from both smoke exhaust treatment chambers 4L, 4R when the inside of the air intake chamber 3 reaches a predetermined temperature or higher.
[0033] Furthermore, in this embodiment, a temperature sensor 43 is provided to measure the temperature of the moisture stored at the bottom of both flue gas treatment chambers 4L, 4R, and the opening of the cooling water injection nozzle 33 is adjusted according to the moisture temperature measured by the temperature sensor 43, thereby adjusting the temperature of the flue gas discharged to the outside from the air exhaust port 30, the amount of steam contained in the flue gas, and the steam temperature.
[0034] Furthermore, in this embodiment, as shown in Fig. 4, a control unit 44 is provided to operate each component in conjunction with each other. For example, various types of water level information of the moisture stored on the bottom plate 5 are obtained from the water level electrode 41, and moisture temperature information is obtained from the temperature sensor 43, and the rotation speed of the blower 31 and the opening degree of the cooling water injection nozzle 33 by the water supply solenoid valve 35 are adjusted to adjust the temperature of the flue gas discharged to the outside from the air exhaust port 30, the amount of steam contained in the flue gas, and the steam temperature. In addition, when the temperature detected by the temperature sensor 43 reaches a predetermined temperature or higher, the blocking wall 42 is operated. In addition, the check valve 40 is opened when draining water.
[0035] In this embodiment, the cooling water may be ordinary tap water or water modified to have a lower redox potential. Such redox water can remove the odor of the flue gas by reacting with odorous components contained in the flue gas. Ordinary tap water or redox water may be mixed with a cleaning agent such as liquid smoke or an emulsifier such as caustic soda, or with a deodorant. When liquid smoke is mixed, the liquid smoke can cover the oil in the flue gas, and when a cleaning agent is mixed, the inside of the device can be cleaned simply by spraying and circulating the water. When a deodorant is mixed, the odor of the flue gas can be removed, and one or more types of deodorants can be mixed and used as necessary.
[0036] Next, the operation of this embodiment will be described.
[0037] First, in a preparation stage, a command is issued from the control unit 44 to open the water supply solenoid valve 35 to supply cooling water at a predetermined pressure from the cooling water supply pipe 34 to the cooling water header 32, and this cooling water is sprayed from the cooling water injection nozzle 33. As a result, the insides of both flue gas treatment chambers 4L, 4R are filled with sprayed water sprayed from the cooling water injection nozzle 33, and the demister 22 of the flue gas treatment chamber 4 is cooled by the cooling water and covered with the cooling water flowing down its surface. This sprayed cooling water is stored at a predetermined water level on the bottom plates 5 of both flue gas treatment chambers 4L, 4R. In this state, the lower edges of the first lower partition plate 16, the second lower partition plate 17 and the swing plate 25 are each submerged in the cooling water, so that the two smoke exhaust treatment chambers 4L, 4R are respectively separated into the space between the end panel 8 and the demister 22, the space between the demister 22 and the shielding plate 24, the space between the shielding plate 24 and the grease filter 23, and the space between the grease filter 23 and the end panel 12.
[0038] At the same time, the blower 31 is operated to apply negative pressure to the insides of both smoke exhaust treatment chambers 4L, 4R, and the air inside the intake chamber 3 and both smoke exhaust treatment chambers 4L, 4R is sucked in and scattered toward the demister 22 together with the cooling water which has become droplet-sized. Furthermore, in this embodiment, the swing plate 25 is sucked toward the blower 31 by the negative pressure from the blower 31 and is swung, and the lower edge of the swing plate 25 is held so as to be located near the water surface of the stored water.
[0039] When the preparation state is thus completed, the flue gas supplied from the flue gas introduction tube 10 to the intake chamber 3 for flue gas treatment flows from the intake chamber 3 through the communication hole of the gate plate 26 into both flue gas treatment chambers 4L, 4R by the suction force of the blower 31, and is scattered toward the demister 22 together with the water in both flue gas treatment chambers 4L, 4R. As a result, the vaporized oil components contained in the flue gas come into contact with the cooling water while scattering in the form of water droplets and condense, then collide with the demister 22 and are dispersed and cooled, condense, and further come into contact with the sprayed water in both flue gas treatment chambers 4L, 4R and condense, accumulate at the bottom of both flue gas treatment chambers 4L, 4R together with the cooling water, and are discharged to the outside of both flue gas treatment chambers 4L, 4R through the overflow pipe 38. At this time, the water stored in the bottom plates 5 of both smoke exhaust treatment chambers 4L, 4R is sucked toward the overflow pipe 38 by the suction force of the blower 31, so that the water can be properly discharged even if the upper end of the overflow pipe 38 is high.
[0040] Other impurities contained in the flue gas are captured by the moisture floating in the flue gas treatment chambers 4L, 4R and accumulate at the bottom of the flue gas treatment chambers 4L, 4R together with the cooling water, or are removed by the filtering action of the demister 22 and discharged to the outside of the flue gas treatment chambers 4L, 4R4 in the same manner as the condensed oil components. As a result, the flue gas becomes purified air with impurities removed, and passes through the demister 22 to the shielding plate 24 side.
[0041] Next, the flue gas that has passed through the demister 22 passes between the demister 22 and the shielding plate 24 and attempts to escape to the grease filter 23 side, but in this embodiment, because the swing plate 25 is provided, the flue gas is forced to pass through the stored water again before escaping to the grease filter 23 side. By having the flue gas pass through the stored water in this way, the impure components in the flue gas dissolve in the stored water, making it possible to more reliably remove the impure components.
[0042] The flue gas is then sucked in by the suction force of the blower 31, and as it passes through the grease filter 23, further impurities are removed, turning it into clean air which flows into the flue gas discharge passage 30a, and is then discharged to the outside through the air exhaust port 30 via the exhaust hole 27 of the straightening panel 28 and the air exhaust pipe 29.
[0043] Furthermore, in the water-related system in the lower part of the main body 1a in this embodiment, the water level stored on the bottom plate 5 periodically exceeds the height H3 of the overflow pipe 38, and each time it exceeds the height H3, the water is discharged from the overflow pipe 38 and then discharged to the outside of the main body 1a through the horizontal discharge pipe 39 connected to the overflow pipe 38 from the downstream side. Also, when the water level of the water exceeds the height H2 of the drain pipe 36, the drain valve 37 is opened by a command from the control unit 44, and the water is discharged through the drain pipe 36, and then flows into the horizontal discharge pipe 39 and is discharged to the outside of the main body 1a. Sometimes, the water overflowing from the overflow pipe 39 and the water drained from the drain pipe 36 are simultaneously discharged to the outside of the main body 1a. Since the overflow of the water from the overflow pipe 38 is periodically performed, the water can be discharged to the outside through the upstream overflow pipe 38 and the downstream horizontal discharge pipe 39 in order, which increases the cleanliness of the water flow path of the water-related system and simplifies the configuration.
[0044] Furthermore, the control unit 44 obtains temperature information of the moisture content of the stored water from the temperature sensor 43, and adjusts the rotation speed of the blower 31 and the opening of the cooling water injection nozzle 33 by the water supply solenoid valve 35 in accordance with an operating program stored in advance, thereby adjusting the temperature of the flue gas discharged to the outside from the air outlet 30, the amount of steam contained in the flue gas, and the steam temperature. This operating program can be set according to the individual specifications of the installation of the wastewater treatment device 1, making it highly versatile.
[0045] On the other hand, if a fire or the like occurs in the kitchen cooking appliance and the internal temperature of the intake chamber 3 rises, the temperature sensor 43 detects the temperature rise, and the control unit 44 issues a command to the cutoff device 42 to operate the barrier, thereby cutting off the intake chamber 3 from the smoke exhaust treatment chamber 4, and the flame generated from the kitchen cooking appliance is blocked by the intake chamber 3 and can be reliably prevented from reaching the smoke exhaust treatment chamber 4. In particular, since water is stored at the bottom of the intake chamber 3, the temperature of the flame can be appropriately lowered to minimize the spread of fire. It is preferable to provide the cutoff device 42 with a fuse (not shown) that melts when heated to ensure that the barrier is shut off.
[0046] Therefore, in this embodiment, impurities can be efficiently and reliably removed from the flue gas, and as a result, impurities can be reliably removed from the flue gas discharged from commercial kitchens, which contains a large amount of impurities, and adverse effects on the environment can be prevented. In addition, since the treated flue gas discharged from the air exhaust port 30 is sufficiently cooled and the high-temperature impurities are also cooled, high-temperature impurities do not accumulate in the exhaust duct (not shown) connected to the air exhaust port 30, and there is no risk of causing a fire.
[0047] Furthermore, the overflowing stored water can be discharged to the outside through the upstream overflow pipe 38 and the downstream lateral discharge pipe 39 in that order, thereby improving the cleanliness of the water flow path of the water-related system and simplifying the configuration.
[0048] Furthermore, by adjusting the opening degree of the cooling water injection nozzle 33 in accordance with the temperature of the moisture measured by the temperature sensor 43, the water temperature can be appropriately managed and the characteristics of the exhaust smoke discharged can be appropriately controlled.
[0049] Furthermore, since the check valve 40 is installed at the downstream end of the side discharge pipe 39, cleaning is made easier.
[0050] Furthermore, by sealing the lower end of the horizontal discharge pipe 39 with water, it is possible to prevent excess air from being sucked in, and it can also serve as a substitute for the check valve 40, simplifying the structure.
[0051] The flue gas treatment device 1 of the present invention can be used to purify any gas containing impure components, even if the gas is other than the flue gas from a fried food factory or a kitchen.
[0052] In addition, in the above embodiment, a case has been described in which one swing plate 25 is provided in each of the smoke exhaust treatment chambers 4L, 4R, but it is also possible to provide a plurality of shielding plates 24 and a plurality of swing plates 25 in each chamber, and to forcibly pass the smoke through the stored water multiple times, thereby making it possible to more reliably remove impurity components in the smoke.
[0053] Furthermore, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and can be modified as necessary. [Explanation of symbols]
