Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a packaging box for containing a product therein. [Background technology]

[0002] A packaging box for containing a product generally has a hollow hexahedral shape, with a top surface and a bottom surface provided at the top and bottom ends of the hexahedral shape. In such a packaging box, the contained product is usually removed from the packaging box by opening the top lid. Various studies have been conducted on the configuration of the top lid provided on the packaging box. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a package comprising a rectangular cylindrical body, two side flaps connected to the ends of opposing wall panels of the body, and a closure plate connected to the end of one of the wall panels of the body, with engaging protrusions extending from the tips of the side flaps and engaging with each other.

[0003] Patent Document 2 discloses a packaging container comprising a carton having an opening wall formed by one or more outer flaps and one or more inner flaps on the inside of the opening wall, at least one of the inner flaps holding an information recording medium. Furthermore, Patent Document 3 discloses a packaging box in which an IC tag provided on the inner surface of the opening portion is in contact with or close to a metal foil cushioning material arranged between the opening portion and the contents. [0005] Some products housed inside a packaging box are distributed together with accessories of the product. Since the accessories are often smaller than the product, when the accessories are housed together with the product in the housing space of the packaging box, it may be difficult to recognize the presence of the accessories, and it may be difficult to remove the accessories from the packaging box. In addition, the packaging box housing the product may be subjected to vibrations during distribution such as transportation, and the product and the accessories may come into contact with each other inside the packaging box, causing damage to the product. The packaging boxes described in Patent Documents 1 to 3 are insufficient in terms of the visibility and ease of removal of the accessories, and prevention of contact between the product and the accessories.

[0006] The present invention relates to providing a packaging box that can eliminate the drawbacks of the prior art described above. [Means for solving the problem]

[0007] The present invention relates to a packaging box that includes a pair of front and rear front panels, a pair of left and right side panels, a top surface and a bottom surface, has a hollow hexahedral shape, and contains a product therein. It is preferable that the upper surface portion is formed by folding inward upper side flaps connected to the upper ends of the pair of left and right side panels via fold lines, and folding over an upper main flap connected to the upper end of one of the front panels via a fold line. It is preferable that the packaging box has a slit locking portion formed in one of the top side flaps, and that the corner of the other top side flap is inserted into the slit locking portion, thereby fixing both top side flaps to each other. It is preferable that the packaging box has accessories for the product fixed to the other top side flap. Effect of the Invention

[0008] The packaging box of the present invention provides excellent visibility and ease of removal of accessories, and also prevents contact between the product and the accessories. [Brief description of the drawings]

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0010] The present invention will now be described based on preferred embodiments with reference to the drawings. 1 to 8 show one embodiment of the packaging box of the present invention. The packaging box 1 of this embodiment has a hollow hexahedral shape, and is configured to include a cylindrical peripheral wall portion 2, a top surface portion 10, and a bottom surface portion 3 (see FIG. 1). The top surface portion 10 closes one opening of the peripheral wall portion 2, and the bottom surface portion 3 closes the other opening of the peripheral wall portion 2.

[0011] The peripheral wall 2 forms an internal storage space V for storing the product 4, which is the object to be stored in the packaging box 1 (see FIG. 2). The internal space in the cylindrical structure of the peripheral wall 2 becomes the storage space. The peripheral wall 2 is cylindrical, and has a rectangular column shape with a square horizontal cross section. More specifically, the peripheral wall 2 is formed by a pair of front and rear front plates 21, 22 and a pair of left and right side plates 23, 24, and the pair of front plates 21, 22 face each other, and the pair of side plates 23, 24 face each other to form a rectangular tube shape. The pair of front plates 21, 22 are the same shape and size, and the pair of side plates 23, 24 are also the same shape and size. In this embodiment, the pair of front plates 21, 22 and the pair of side plates 23, 24 each have a square shape and the same size.

[0012] Of the pair of front plates 21, 22, the one to which the upper main flap 11 described later is connected is hereinafter also referred to as the "rear front plate 22," and the one to which the upper main flap 11 is not connected is hereinafter also referred to as the "front front plate 21." In the circumferential direction of the peripheral wall portion 2, the front front plate 21 is located between the pair of side plates 23, 24 and is adjacent to these side plates 23, 24. In the circumferential direction of the peripheral wall portion 2, the rear front plate 22 is located between the pair of side plates 23, 24 and is adjacent to these side plates 23, 24. The packaging box 1 of this embodiment has a width direction Y along the width of the front panels 21, 22 and a depth direction X perpendicular to the width direction Y. The packaging box 1 of the present embodiment is used with the side of the cylindrical structure of the peripheral wall portion 2 on which the upper surface portion 10 is formed facing vertically upward.

[0013] 1, in the packaging box 1, a top surface portion 10 is located at an opening at one end of a cylindrical peripheral wall portion 2, and a bottom surface portion 3 is located at an opening at the other end of the peripheral wall portion 2. In the packaging box 1, the top surface portion 10 and the bottom surface portion 3 are disposed opposite each other via the peripheral wall portion 2. The configuration of the bottom surface portion 3 in this embodiment will be described in detail later.

[0014] The upper surface portion 10 includes upper surface side flaps 12, 13 connected to the upper ends of a pair of left and right side panels 23, 24 via fold lines 16, 17, respectively, and an upper surface main flap 11 connected to the upper end of the rear front panel 22 via a fold line 16 (see FIG. 2). That is, the upper surface portion 10 includes a pair of upper surface side flaps 12, 13 and an upper surface main flap 11 arranged opposite each other in the width direction Y. The pair of upper surface side flaps 12, 13 are rotatable via fold lines 17, 18 that form the upper edges of the pair of side panels 23, 24. In addition, the upper surface main flap 11 is rotatable via a fold line 16 that forms the upper edge of the rear front panel 22. The pair of upper surface side flaps 12, 13 and the upper surface main flap 11 open and close the opening on the upper end side of the peripheral wall portion 2 by rotating.

[0015] 2 and 3, in the packaging box 1, a pair of upper side flaps 12, 13 are folded inward and an upper main flap 11 is folded over them to form an upper surface portion 10. With this configuration, the upper surface portion 10 closes the opening on the upper surface portion 10 side of the peripheral wall portion 2 by the pair of upper side flaps 12, 13 and the upper main flap 11. In the packaging box 1, the "inside" means the inner side of the packaging box 1 (the storage space V side), and the "outside" means the outer side of the packaging box 1. An insert flap 11a is extended from the upper main flap 11 on the opposite side to the fold line 16 that is connected to the upper main flap 11. When the opening on the upper end side of the peripheral wall portion 2 is closed with the upper main flap 11, the insert flap 11a is inserted between the front front plate 21 and the upper side flaps 12, 13, and the upper main flap 11 is fixed to close the opening.

[0016] Each of the pair of upper surface side flaps 12, 13 has a substantially rectangular shape in a plan view, and has two corners that contact the fold lines 17, 18 and two corners that are spaced apart from the fold lines 17, 18. Hereinafter, in the upper surface side flaps 12, 13, the corners that contact the fold lines 17, 18 are referred to as "base end corners," and the corners that are spaced apart from the fold lines 17, 18 are also referred to as "tip end corners."

[0017] In the packaging box 1, one of the upper side flaps is formed with a slit locking portion 15. The upper side flap 13 on which the slit locking portion 15 is formed is hereinafter also referred to as the "locking side flap" 13 (see FIG. 3). The slit locking portion 15 is a through hole that is long in one direction in the locking side flap 13. 3, in the packaging box 1, the corner portion 12a of the other top side flap 12 is inserted into the slit locking portion 15, thereby fixing the top side flaps 12 and 13 to each other. In this embodiment, the other top side flap 12 is fixed to the locking side flap 13 by inserting the tip corner portion 12a located on the rear front panel 22 side in the depth direction X into the slit locking portion 15.

[0018] The packaging box 1 accommodates a product 4 inside (accommodation space V). In this embodiment, the product 4 is a cosmetic product in a cylindrical container filled with cosmetic material. An accessory 5 for the product 4 is fixed to the other top side flap 12 of the packaging box 1 (see Figs. 2 and 3). In this embodiment, the accessory 5 is a spatula used when applying the cosmetic material of the cosmetic product to the skin. Hereinafter, the upper side flap 12 to which the accessory 5 is fixed is also referred to as the “retaining side flap” 12. That is, in the packaging box 1, the accessory 5 is fixed to the retaining side flap 12, and the tip corner portion 12a of the retaining side flap 12 is inserted into the slit locking portion 15.

[0019] In the packaging box 1 of this embodiment, before the top surface portion 10 is opened, the top surface main flap 11, the locking side flap 13, and the holding side flap 12 are stacked from the outside to the inside in this order. When opening such a packaging box 1, first open the top surface main flap 11, pull out the tip side corner portion 12a of the holding side flap 12 from the slit locking portion 15, open the locking side flap 13, and then open the holding side flap 12. Figure 4 shows the state in which the top surface portion 10 of the packaging box 1 of this embodiment is opened. In the opened packaging box 1, the accessory 5 is fixed to the holding side flap 12, so that the accessory 5 can be easily seen when opening, and the appearance is good and looks good (see Figure 4). Moreover, it is easier to take out the accessory 5 from the holding side flap 12 than to take out the accessory 5 from inside the packaging box 1. In this manner, the packaging box 1 of the present embodiment can accommodate the accessories 5 with a simple configuration without using separate members, and the accessories 5 are excellent in visibility and can be easily removed.

[0020] The packaging box 1 is distributed with the product 4 contained therein and the accessories 5 fixed to the holding side flaps 12 (see FIG. 2). In such a packaging box 1, the product 4 and the accessories 5 are prevented from coming into contact with each other, so that even if the packaging box 1 is subjected to vibrations during the distribution process (transportation), the product 4 is effectively prevented from being damaged by contact with the accessories 5. In particular, since both the upper side flaps 12, 13 are fixed to each other by the slit locking portions 15, the attachment of the accessories 5 to the holding side flaps 12 is stable, and contact between the product 4 and the accessories 5 can be effectively prevented. Furthermore, since the accessories 5 are stored without being placed on the bottom surface 3 of the packaging box 1, it is easy to set the height of the packaging box 1 low, and the storage space V can be reduced. In other words, the size of the packaging box 1 can be reduced.

[0021] Fig. 5 shows a plan view of the engaged upper side flaps 12, 13. For ease of explanation, in Fig. 5, the engaging side flap 13 is shown by a dotted line, and the accessory 5 is not shown. From the viewpoint of more stably fixing both of the upper side flaps 12, 13, the slit locking portion 15 is preferably formed closer to the base end corner of the locking side flap 13, and more preferably closer to the base end corner located on the rear front panel 22 side in the depth direction X of the side flap 13. In this case, the slit locking portion 15 may be located closer to the base end corner than a diagonal line connecting mutually opposing corners of the locking side flap 13 and substantially parallel to the extending direction of the slit locking portion 15.

[0022] In this embodiment, the edge of the slit locking portion 15 is not connected to the periphery of the locking side flap 13. Alternatively, the slit locking portion 15 may be a slit that reaches the periphery of the locking side flap 13. The shape of the slit locking portion 15 may be such that the tip corner of the holding side flap 12 can be inserted therein. The width of the slit locking portion 15 may vary or may be constant in the longitudinal direction. From the viewpoint of facilitating the insertion operation of the tip corner portion 12a, it is preferable that the slit locking portion 15 has a region where the width of the slit locking portion 15 is expanded so that the opposing contour lines of the slit locking portion 15 are separated from each other. As such a slit locking portion 15, there is an example having a half-moon shape in a plan view. In order to facilitate easier insertion of the tip corner portion while stably fixing both upper surface side flaps 12, 13, the width L7 (see FIG. 5) of the slit engagement portion 15 is preferably 1 mm or more and 20 mm or less, and more preferably 2 mm or more and 10 mm or less. In this embodiment, the slit locking portion 15 has a wide portion in the center in the longitudinal direction. When the width of the slit locking portion 15 varies in the longitudinal direction as in this embodiment, it is preferable that the minimum and maximum widths of the slit locking portion 15 are within the above-mentioned ranges.

[0023] From the viewpoint of more stably fixing both of the upper surface side flaps 12, 13 and further improving the appearance (appearance) of the upper surface side flaps 12, 13, the tip corner 12a of the holding side flap 12 inserted into the slit locking portion 15 has a length L5 (see FIG. 5) protruding from the slit locking portion 15 of preferably 2 mm to 25 mm, more preferably 5 mm to 15 mm. The "protruding length L5" is the shortest length from the tip of the tip corner 12a of the holding side flap 12 in the insertion direction of the tip corner 12a to the periphery of the slit locking portion 15 closest to the tip, in a state in which the tip corner 12a of the holding side flap 12 is inserted into the slit locking portion 15.

[0024] In order to facilitate the insertion operation of the tip corner portion 12a into the slit engagement portion 15, the intersection angle between the extension direction of the slit engagement portion 15 and the depth direction X is preferably 30° or more and 60° or less, and more preferably 40° or more and 50° or less.

[0025] From the viewpoint of more stably fixing both of the upper surface side flaps 12, 13, in a state where both of the upper surface side flaps 12, 13 are fixed to each other (hereinafter also referred to as a "fixed state") by inserting the tip side corner portion 12a of the holding side flap 12 into the slit locking portion 15, the overlap length L3 (see FIG. 5) between the upper surface side flaps 12, 13 in the width direction Y is preferably 30% to 90%, more preferably 50% to 80%, of the length L1 (see FIG. 5) between the base ends (fold lines 17, 18) of both of the upper surface side flaps 12, 13 in the width direction Y. The length L1 between the base ends (fold lines 17, 18) of both of the upper surface side flaps 12, 13 in the width direction Y coincides with the total length of the front panels 21, 22 in the width direction Y. From the same viewpoint as above, the overlap length L3 (see FIG. 5) between the upper side flaps 12, 13 in the width direction Y is preferably 20 mm or more and 50 mm or less, more preferably 30 mm or more and 40 mm or less.

[0026] The length of the holding side flap 12 and the length of the locking side flap 13 in the width direction Y may be the same as or different from each other. For example, the length of the locking side flap 13 in the width direction Y may be shorter than that of the holding side flap 12.

[0027] 4 and 6, the holding side flap 12 of this embodiment is formed with two insertion holes 14a, 14b, and the accessory 5 is fixed to the holding side flap 12 by inserting the accessory 5 into the insertion holes 14a, 14b. This configuration is preferable in that it simplifies the operation of fixing the accessory 5 to the holding side flap 12 and the operation of removing the accessory 5 from the holding side flap 12.

[0028] The shape of the insertion holes 14a, 14b in a plan view is not particularly limited, and may be a curved or linear cut. The insertion holes 14a, 14b in the holding side flap 12 are preferably curved cuts. With this configuration, the appearance when the accessory 5 is inserted is improved, and the strength against tearing can be improved.

[0029] In the holding side flap 12 of this embodiment, in a plan view, the insertion holes 14a, 14b intersect with a diagonal line connecting the opposing corners 12b, 12d of the holding side flap 12. This diagonal line is a diagonal line that intersects with the extension direction of the insertion holes 14a, 14b. In addition, the insertion holes 14a, 14b in this embodiment are curved slits protruding toward one side of the diagonal line. More specifically, the insertion holes 14a, 14b are curved slits protruding toward one side in the extending direction of the diagonal line, and are convex toward the base end corner 12b. From the viewpoint of making it easier to remove the accessory 5 from the insertion hole, the positions of the insertion holes 14a, 14b are preferably biased toward one side of the diagonal line. When there are a plurality of insertion holes 14a, 14b, it is preferable that at least one of the insertion holes is positioned biased toward one side of the diagonal line. "Biased toward one side of the diagonal line" means biased toward one side of the corner connecting the diagonal line from the midpoint of the diagonal line. In this embodiment, the insertion hole 14b is positioned biased toward the base end corner 12b located on the rear front panel 22 side in the depth direction X.

[0030] Further, the holding side flap 12 of this embodiment has two insertion holes 14a, 14b, but the number of insertion holes may be one or more than two. In order to more stably fix the accessory 5 to the retaining side flap 12, when the retaining side flap 12 has multiple insertion holes, the distance L9 between the insertion holes (see Figure 5) is preferably 10% or more and 50% or less, more preferably 15% or more and 40% or less, of the total length of the accessory 5. From the same viewpoint as above, the separation distance L9 between the insertion holes (see FIG. 5) is preferably 5 mm or more and 30 mm or less, and more preferably 10 mm or more and 20 mm or less. A separation distance L9 between the insertion holes is the shortest distance between the insertion holes.

[0031] The shape of the accessory 5 is not particularly limited and may be any shape. From the viewpoint of facilitating the fixing operation of the accessory 5 and more reliably closing the opening of the peripheral wall portion 2 with the upper surface portion 10, the accessory 5 is preferably in a flat shape. From the same viewpoint as above, the maximum thickness of the attachment 5 is preferably 0.1 mm or more and 5 mm or less, and more preferably 1 mm or more and 3 mm or less.

[0032] From the viewpoint of facilitating insertion of the accessory 5 into the insertion holes 14a and 14b and of facilitating fixing to the holding side flap 12, it is preferable that the accessory 5 has a shape that is long in one direction. The total length of the attachment 5 is not particularly limited, but is preferably 50 mm or more and 100 mm or less, and more preferably 60 mm or more and 80 mm or less. When the accessory 5 has a shape that is long in one direction, the fixing position of the accessory 5 on the holding side flap 12 is preferably the center part in the longitudinal direction of the accessory 5. The center part is the center region when the entire length of the accessory 5 is divided into three equal parts. The fixing position in this embodiment is the position of the insertion holes 14a, 14b. When the accessory 5 is fixed to the holding side flap 12 by an adhesive means such as a hot melt adhesive, the fixing position is the position of the adhesive means. From the viewpoint of further improving the appearance, it is preferable that the accessory 5 is fixed along a diagonal line connecting the opposing corners of the holding side flap 12. Furthermore, when fixing an accessory 5 that is long in one direction as in this embodiment, fixing along the diagonal line can ensure a larger fixing area with the holding side flap 12, so that the accessory 5 can be stably fixed even if the box is subjected to vibration or impact. Furthermore, it is easy to design the dimensions of the packaging box taking this point into consideration.

[0033] The accessory 5 may be fixed to the inner surface of the holding side flap 12, or may be fixed to the outer surface of the holding side flap 12. The "inner surface" is the surface facing the inside (storage space V) of the packaging box 1 when the opening of the peripheral wall portion 2 is closed by the top surface portion 10. The "outer surface" is the surface located opposite to the inner surface. From the viewpoint of more reliably closing the opening of the peripheral wall portion 2 with the upper surface portion 10, it is preferable that the attachment 5 is fixed to the inner surface of the holding side flap 12 (see FIG. 6). By fixing the accessory 5 to the inner surface of the retaining side flap 12, the thickness between the retaining side flap 12 and the locking side flap 13 is prevented from becoming excessively large, and the upper main flap 11 is prevented from floating excessively from the upper end of the peripheral wall portion 2. In order to ensure that such an effect is achieved, it is preferable that, as in this embodiment, the packaging box 1 is stacked from the outside to the inside in the order of the top main flap 11, the locking side flap 13, and the retaining side flap 12 before the top surface portion 10 is opened.

[0034] In this embodiment, the accessory 5 is inserted into the two insertion holes 14a, 14b, so that both longitudinal ends of the accessory 5 are exposed on the inner surface side of the holding side flap 12, and the longitudinal center of the accessory is exposed on the outer surface side. The longitudinal ends of the accessory 5 have different lengths between the portion located on the rear front panel 22 side and the portion located on the front front panel 21 side. This makes it easier to remove the accessory 5.

[0035] As described above, the accessory 5 of this embodiment is fixed to the holding side flap 12 by being inserted into the insertion holes 14a, 14b formed in the holding side flap 12. The means for fixing the accessory 5 to the holding side flap 12 may be a means other than the insertion holes 14a, 14b. For example, the accessory 5 may be fixed to the holding side flap 12 by a known adhesive means such as a hot melt adhesive or an adhesive tape.

[0036] FIG. 7 shows a plan view of the bottom part 3 of this embodiment. The bottom part 3 of this embodiment is formed by a one-touch bottom. The one-touch bottom is a box bottom in which the bottom part 3 is formed when the cylindrical peripheral wall part 2 is formed from a blank described later, and can be easily assembled. The one-touch bottom is assembled by folding a bottom plate, which is a bottom side plate and a bottom end plate partially joined to each other, into the inside of the packaging box 1 and overlapping the bottom plates so that the bottom plates are staggered. In this configuration, the bottom plate folded into the inside of the packaging box 1 and the partition for placing and storing the accessory 5 on the bottom part 3 interfere with each other, so that it is difficult to introduce the partition into the packaging box 1 having the one-touch bottom. Therefore, the configuration in which the accessory 5 is fixed to the holding side flap 12 is particularly effective for the packaging box 1 having the one-touch bottom. Specifically, the bottom portion 3 is formed by a front bottom side plate 31 connected to the lower end of the front front plate 21 via a fold line 36, a front bottom end plate 34 connected to the lower end of the side plate 24 via a fold line 39, a rear bottom side plate 32 connected to the lower end of the rear front plate 22 via a fold line 37, and a rear bottom end plate 33 connected to the lower end of the side plate 23 via a fold line 38.

[0037] The front bottom plate 31 has a substantially triangular main bottom 31b with the fold line 36 as its base, and a substantially triangular extended joint 31a partially extending from a part of the hypotenuse of the main bottom 31b. The front bottom plate 31 has a V-shaped portion where the main bottom 31b and the extended joint 31a are bifurcated. The main bottom 31b and the extended joint 31a are connected via a fold line 31c. The front bottom end plate 34 has a substantially trapezoidal shape with the fold line 39 as its base. The rear bottom side plate 32 is disposed opposite the front bottom side plate 31 and has the same configuration as the front bottom side plate 31. The rear bottom end plate 33 is disposed opposite the front bottom end plate 34 and has the same configuration as the front bottom end plate 34. In this embodiment, the opening at the lower end of the peripheral wall 2 is a square. The front bottom plate 31 and the rear bottom plate 32 are formed symmetrically with respect to a point, with the center of the square (the opening at the lower end of the peripheral wall 2) as the point of symmetry. The front bottom end plate 34 and the rear bottom end plate 33 are formed symmetrically with respect to a point, with the center of the square (the opening at the lower end of the peripheral wall 2) as the point of symmetry.

[0038] In the packaging box 1, the front bottom end plate 34 and the front bottom side plate 31 are joined in an overlapping state so that the front bottom end plate 34 is located on the inner side of the front bottom side plate 31. Specifically, the extended joint portion 31a and the front bottom end plate 34 are joined in an overlapping state so that the positions of their oblique sides coincide with each other. Hereinafter, the front bottom end plate 34 and the front bottom side plate 31 joined in an overlapping state will also be referred to as the "front bottom plate 35a." Similarly, the rear bottom end plate 33 and the rear bottom side plate 32 are joined in an overlapping state so that the rear bottom end plate 33 is located on the inner side of the rear bottom side plate 32. Specifically, the extended joint portion 32a and the rear bottom end plate 33 are joined in an overlapping state so that the positions of their oblique sides coincide with each other. Hereinafter, the rear bottom end plate 33 and the rear bottom side plate 32 joined in an overlapping state will also be referred to as the "rear bottom plate 35b." The front bottom end plate 34 and the front bottom side plate 31, and the rear bottom end plate 33 and the rear bottom side plate 32 are joined by known joining means such as adhesive, double-sided tape, staplers, etc.

[0041] Next, the components forming the packaging box 1 will be described in detail. The packaging box 1 of this embodiment is formed using one blank 6 shown in Fig. 8. Such a blank 6 can be easily obtained by punching and cutting a sheet of thin paper material so that the packaging box 1 has a predetermined shape when unfolded.

[0042] The blank 6 is provided with fold lines, slit locking portions 15, insertion holes 14a, 14b, etc. at appropriate locations by performing creasing such as creasing, cutting, etc. As a result, by using the blank 6, the packaging box 1 having a three-dimensional shape as shown in FIG.

[0043] As shown in FIG. 8, the blank 6 of this embodiment has a shape that is long in one direction, and has a longitudinal direction and an orthogonal direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. The longitudinal direction of the blank 6 corresponds to the circumferential direction of the cylindrical peripheral wall portion 2, and the orthogonal direction of the blank corresponds to the height direction Z of the packaging box 1. In the blank 6, the front front plate 21, the side plate 24, the rear front plate 22, and the side plate 23 are connected along the longitudinal direction. A fold line 26 is formed at the boundary between the adjacent plates 21, 24, 22, and 23. The fold line 26 extends perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the blank 6. A joint portion 25 is provided at one end in the longitudinal direction of the blank 6, and the front front plate 21 is disposed adjacent to the joint portion 25 in the longitudinal direction. In addition, the side plate 23 is disposed at the other end in the longitudinal direction of the blank 6.

[0044] In the blank 6, the front front plate 21 is connected to the front bottom plate 31 via a folding line 36 at one end side in the perpendicular direction. In the blank 6, the side panel 24 adjacent to the front front panel 21 is connected to the front bottom end panel 34 at one end in the perpendicular direction via a fold line 39, and to the retaining side flap 12 at the other end in the perpendicular direction via a fold line 17. The rear front panel 22 located between the side panels 23, 24 in the blank 6 is connected to the rear bottom panel 32 at one end in the perpendicular direction via a fold line 37, and to the upper main flap 11 at the other end in the perpendicular direction via a fold line 16. The side panel 23 located at the longitudinal end of the blank 6 is connected to a rear bottom end panel 33 at one end in the perpendicular direction via a fold line 38, and to a locking side flap 13 at the other end in the perpendicular direction via a fold line 18.

[0045] In the blank 6, an insert flap 11a is connected to the edge of the upper main flap 11 opposite to the orthogonal fold line 16. The insert flap 11a and the upper main flap 11 are separated by a fold line 11b, and a cut is formed in the center of the fold line 11b along the extension direction. In the longitudinal direction of the blank 6, the upper main flap 11 is not connected to the adjacent upper side flaps 12, 13, but is divided by cuts.

[0046] The blank 6 shown in FIG. 8 is folded into a cylindrical shape along the folding line 26, and the joint portion 25 is joined to the side plate 23 located at the other end of the blank 6 in the longitudinal direction, thereby forming the cylindrical peripheral wall portion 2. Next, the front bottom end plate 34 and the front bottom side plate 31 are joined to form the front bottom plate 35a, and the rear bottom end plate 33 and the rear bottom side plate 32 are joined to form the rear bottom plate 35b. Thereafter, the V-shaped portion of the front bottom side plate 31 is engaged with the V-shaped portion of the rear bottom side plate 32, and the front bottom plate 35a and the rear bottom plate 35b are overlapped to form the bottom portion 3. Next, the upper main flap 11 and the upper side flaps 12 and 13 are formed by folding along the folding lines 16, 17, and 18, and the packaging box 1 is assembled.

[0047] When a product 4 and accessories 5 are stored in the packaging box 1, the product 4 is first stored in the storage space of the packaging box 1. Next, the accessories 5 are fixed to the holding side flap 12, and the tip corner 12a of the holding side flap 12 is inserted into the slit locking portion 15 of the locking side flap 13 to fix the top side flaps 12, 13 to each other. Next, the top main flap 11 is placed on top of the top side flaps 12, 13, and the insertion flap 11a is inserted between the front front plate 21 and the top side flaps 12, 13 to seal the box. In such a packaging box 1, a sticker made of a separate member may be affixed on top of the top main flap 11.

[0048] The packaging box 1 of the present invention is not limited to the embodiment shown in Figures 1 to 8. Another embodiment of the packaging box according to the present invention will be described below. In the following, the other embodiment will be described mainly with respect to components different from the embodiment shown in Figures 1 to 8, and similar components will be given the same reference numerals and description will be omitted. For components that are not particularly described, the description of the embodiment shown in Figures 1 to 8 will be applied as appropriate.

[0049] Although the accessory 5 in the embodiment shown in Figs. 1 to 8 described above has a shape that is long in one direction, the accessory 5 does not have to have a shape that is long in one direction. For example, the accessory 5 may be a square flat body as shown in Fig. 9. The accessory 5 shown in Fig. 9 is an aluminum pack in which a cosmetic is filled in a flat bag formed by joining the peripheral edges of two aluminum sheets. The filling of the aluminum pack may be a cosmetic. The filling may also be other additives used in accordance with the product.

[0050] The planar shape and arrangement of the insertion holes 14c, 14d formed in the holding side flap 12 may be appropriately changed according to the shape of the accessory 5. For example, from the viewpoint of facilitating and stably fixing the accessory 5 having a rectangular shape such as a square, the holding side flap 12 may be formed with the insertion holes 14c, 14d at positions corresponding to opposing corners of the rectangle (accessory 5) into which the corners can be inserted (see FIG. 9).

[0051] In the embodiment shown in Figs. 1 to 8, one accessory 5 is fixed to the holding side flap 12, but two or more accessories 5 may be fixed to the holding side flap 12. For example, in the packaging box 1 shown in Fig. 10, an aluminum pack 5a and a spatula 5b are fixed as accessories to the front and back (inner and outer surfaces) of the holding side flap 12. In Fig. 10, the holding side flap 12 has the insertion holes 14a and 14b shown in Fig. 6 and the insertion holes 14c and 14d shown in Fig. 9. In the embodiment shown in Fig. 10, the holding side flap 12 has the spatula 5b fixed to the inner surface and the aluminum pack 5a fixed to the outer surface. Although such a packaging box 1 contains a plurality of accessories 5a and 5b, the accessories 5a and 5b are easily visible and easy to take out. Also, instead of the embodiment shown in FIG. 10, accessories of the same shape (for example, flat bags such as the aluminum packs) may be fixed to the inner and outer surfaces of the holding side flaps 12, respectively.

[0052] The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment and can be modified as appropriate. In addition, the above-described embodiments may be combined. For example, the bottom part 3 does not have to be a one-touch bottom, and may be formed by overlapping a pair of bottom side flaps and a bottom main flap. [Explanation of symbols]
