[0034] The first long side LS1, the second long side LS2, the first short side SS1, and the second short side SS2 may be referred to as edges of the head 10. In addition, points where the first long side LS1, the second long side LS2, the first short side SS1, and the second short side SS2 intersect with each other are referred to as corners.

[0035] The point where the first short side SS1 and the first long side LS1 intersect is the first corner C1. The point where the first short side SS1 and the second long side LS2 intersect is the second corner C2. The point where the second short side SS2 and the second long side LS2 intersect is the third corner C3. The point where the second short side SS2 and the first long side LS1 intersect is the fourth corner C4.

[0036] 1 and 2, a display device 1 includes a base 20, a pole 30, and a motion module MM.

[0037] The base 20 has an overall shape of a flat cylinder. The base 20 can be placed on the ground. For example, a plurality of moving wheels (see FIG. 34, moving wheels) 20w may be attached to the lower surface of the base 20. This allows a user to smoothly move the base 20 on the ground. The base 20 may be referred to as a moving base.

[0038] The pole 30 may be elongated in the vertical direction. The lower end of the pole 30 is coupled onto the base 20. The pole 30 is adjacent around the upper surface of the base 20. A handle 39 may be coupled to the upper end of the pole 30. The pole 30 and the aforementioned base 20 may be commonly referred to as a stand.

[0039] The motion module MM may extend in a direction intersecting the pole 30. One side of the motion module MM is coupled to the rear side of the head 10. The other side of the motion module MM is adjacent to the upper end of the pole 30 and coupled to the pole 30. An articulated connector 40 is coupled to the rear side of the head 10, an elevating module 60 is coupled to the pole 30, and an arm 50 may connect the articulated connector 40 and the elevating module 60.

[0040] As a result, the head 10 is supported by the motion module MM, the pole 30, and the base 20, and can be spaced upward from the ground.

[0041] 3 and 4, the head 10 includes a display panel 11, a middle cabinet 12, a frame 13, an end frame 14, and a back cover 15.

[0042] The display panel 11 forms the front surface of the head 10. For example, the display panel 11 may be an OLED panel, an LCD panel, or an LED panel. The display panel 11 divides an image into a number of pixels and outputs the image by combining the color, brightness, and saturation of each pixel. The display panel 11 is divided into an active area where an image is displayed and a de-active area where an image is not displayed. The display panel 11 can generate light corresponding to the color red, green, or blue in response to a control signal.

[0043] The middle cabinet 12 may extend along the periphery of the display panel 11. The horizontal portion 12H is located in front of the display panel 11. The vertical portion 12V intersects with the horizontal portion 12H and covers the side of the display panel 11. The front pad 11F is located between the horizontal portion 12H and the display panel 11 and is coupled to the horizontal portion 12H. The rear pad 11R faces the front pad 11F with respect to the display panel 11. For example, the middle cabinet 12 may include a metal or plastic material. The middle cabinet 12 may also be referred to as a side frame or a guide panel.

[0044] The frame 13 is located behind the display panel 11. Electronic components such as a PCB (Printed Circuit Board) may be coupled to the rear surface of the frame 13. For example, the frame 13 may include a metal material. The frame 13 may also be called a plate or a module cover.

[0045] The fixing portions 13H protrude rearward from the rear surface of the frame 13. The fixing portions 13H may be PEM nuts. The intervals between the fixing portions 13H comply with the VESA (Video Electronics Standards Association) standard.

[0046] The end frame 14 forms a periphery of the head 10. The horizontal portion 14H is located in front of the horizontal portion 12H of the middle cabinet 12. The vertical portion 14V covers a side surface of the vertical portion 12V of the middle cabinet 12. For example, the end frame 14 may include a metal or plastic material. Meanwhile, depending on the embodiment, the end frame 14 may be omitted, in which case the middle cabinet 12 may form a periphery of the head 10.

[0047] The back cover 15 forms the back surface of the head 10. The back cover 15 is located behind the frame 13 and is coupled to the frame 13. A part of the frame 13 including the fixing portion 13H is exposed to the outside through a hole 15h formed in the center of the back cover 15. For example, the back cover 15 may include a metal or plastic material. For example, a jersey made of a fabric material may be detachably coupled to the back surface of the back cover 15.

[0048] 4 and 5, the fixing member 41 is located in the hole 15h of the back cover 15 and is located behind the frame 13. As shown in FIG.

[0049] The fixing plate 41a may have an overall circular plate shape and may include fixing holes 41H aligned with the fixing portions 13H. The spacing between the fixing holes 41H complies with the VESA standard. The fixing ring 41b is located between the outer periphery of the fixing plate 41a and a portion defining the holes 15h of the back cover 15, and is coupled or fixed thereto. A fastening member such as a screw is fastened to the fixing portions 13H through the fixing holes 41H. In this way, the fixing member 41 can be coupled or fixed to the frame 13.

[0050] 5 and 6, the articulated connector 40 includes the above-mentioned fixing member 41. The front bracket 42 is located behind the fixing member 41 and may have an overall plate shape. The pair of first protrusions 42a protrude upward from an upper side of the front bracket 42 and are spaced apart from each other in the left-right direction. The pair of second protrusions 42b protrude downward from a lower side of the front bracket 42 and are spaced apart from each other in the left-right direction. The pair of first protrusions 42a and the pair of second protrusions 42b are inserted into and coupled to holes (not shown) formed in the fixing plate 41a. Thus, the front bracket 42 can be detachably coupled to the fixing plate 41a (see FIG. 11).

[0051] The pivot shaft 44 may extend in the front-rear direction. The diameter of the head 44a of the pivot shaft 44 may be larger than the diameter of the body 44b. The body 44b may have a cylindrical shape with a part of the side cut-out. A pair of cut-outs 44c are formed on the side of the body 44b and face each other. The hole 42h of the front bracket 42 is formed in the center of the front bracket 42 and penetrated by the body 44b. The shape of the hole 42h of the front bracket 42 may be the same as the shape of the vertical cross section of the body 44b. This allows the pivot shaft 44 and the front bracket 42 to rotate together in the axial direction of the pivot shaft 44. In other words, the pivot shaft 44 provides a pivot axis.

[0052] The front grab 45a is located between the head 44a and the front surface of the front bracket 42. The hole 45ah of the front grab 45a is aligned with the hole 42h of the front bracket 42 and may have the same shape as the hole 42h. The body 44b passes through the holes 45ah and 42h. The protrusions 45af protrude rearward from the periphery of the front grab 45a and are spaced apart from each other at 90 degree intervals and can be inserted and coupled into the groove or hole 42f of the front bracket 42. This makes the coupling between the pivot shaft 44 and the front bracket 42 more secure by the front grab 45a.

[0053] 7 and 8, the rear bracket 43 is located rearward of the front bracket 42. The rear bracket 43 may include a mount 43F, a left wing 43L, and a right wing 43R.

[0054] The mount 43F faces the front bracket 42 and has a circular mount hole 43Fh. The body 44b of the pivot shaft 44 passes through the mount hole 43Fh and can rotate independently of the mount 43F within the mount hole 43Fh. In other words, even if the pivot shaft 44 rotates, the rear bracket 43 does not rotate. For example, at least one washer 43Fw is located between the front bracket 42 and the mount 43F and has a circular hole through which the body 44b passes.

[0055] The left wing 43L may extend rearward from the left side of the mount 43F. The right wing 43R may extend rearward from the right side of the mount 43F. A plurality of members 45c (45c1, 45c2, 45c3, 45c4, and 45c5) described below are coupled to the mount 43F between the left wing 43L and the right wing 43R.

[0056] The rear grab 45c1 faces the washer 43Fw with respect to the mount 43F, and has a circular hole 45ch through which the body 44b of the pivot shaft 44 penetrates. The protrusions 45cf protrude forward from the periphery of the rear grab 45c1, are spaced apart from each other at 90 degree intervals, and are inserted and coupled to the grooves or holes 42Ff of the mount 43F. This allows the rear grab 45c1 to be coupled to the rear surface of the mount 43F.

[0057] The fixing holes 45ca and the slots 45cb are formed penetrating the rear glove 45c1 in the thickness direction of the rear glove 45c1 and are spaced apart from each other in the circumferential direction of the rear glove 45c1. The fixing holes 45ca and the slots 45cb are alternately positioned in the circumferential direction of the rear glove 45c1. For example, the fixing holes 45ca or the slots 45cb are spaced apart from each other at 90 degree intervals. In the circumferential direction of the rear glove 45c1, the length of the slots 45cb may be greater than the length of the fixing holes 45ca.

[0058] The disc 45c2 may be located behind the rear grab 45c1 and may have a hole 45c2h through which the body 44b of the pivot shaft 44 penetrates. The shape of the hole 45c2h may be the same as the shape of the vertical cross section of the body 44b. A plurality of bosses 45cc protrude from the front surface of the disc 45c2 toward the rear grab 45c1 and are spaced apart from each other in the circumferential direction of the disc 45c2. For example, the bosses 45cc are spaced apart from each other at intervals of 90 degrees. The size of the bosses 45cc is the same as or corresponds to the size of the fixing hole 45ca. That is, when the bosses 45cc are inserted into the fixing hole 45ca, the rotation of the disc 45c2 and the pivot shaft 44 may be restricted by the rear grab 45c1. Also, when the bosses 45cc are inserted into the slots 45cb, the disc 45c2 and the pivot shaft 44 may rotate within the locus of the slots 45cb.

[0059] The washer 45c3 is located rearward of the disk 45c2 and has a circular hole (not numbered) through which the body 44b of the pivot shaft 44 passes.

[0060] The disc spring 45c4 faces the disc 45c2 with respect to the washer 45c3, and has a circular hole (not indicated) through which the body 44b of the pivot shaft 44 penetrates. The disc spring 45c4 has elasticity and may be bulged forward or backward. The disc spring 45c4 can generate elastic force in the axial direction of the pivot shaft 44. For example, the disc spring 45c4 may be provided in a pair. In this case, the first disc spring 45c41 and the second disc spring 45c42 may be bulged in different directions. The first disc spring 45c41 may be bulged backward, and the second disc spring 45c42 may be bulged forward from the rear of the first disc spring 45c41. This strengthens the overall elastic force of the first and second disc springs 45c41 and 45c42.

[0061] The cap 45c5 is located behind the disk spring 45c4 and may have a hole 45c5h through which the body 44b of the pivot shaft 44 penetrates. The shape of the hole 45c5h may be the same as the shape of the vertical cross section of the body 44b. The cap 45c5 is coupled or fixed to the end of the body 44b.

[0062] This allows the pivot shaft 44 to rotate together with the front bracket 42, the front grab 45a, the disk 45c2, and the cap 45c5. Also, the pivot shaft 45 can rotate independently of the washer 43Fw, the rear bracket 43, the rear grab 45c1, the washer 45c3, and the disk spring 45c4. In other words, even if the pivot shaft 45 rotates, the washer 43Fw, the rear bracket 43, the rear grab 45c1, the washer 45c3, and the disk spring 45c4 may not rotate.

[0063] Also, the user can pivot the head 10 (see FIG. 5) with respect to the pivot shaft 44. For example, the head 10 is pivoted within a range of +90 degrees to -90 degrees. Also, the elastic force of the disc springs 45c41 and 45c2 described above allows the head 10 to maintain a constant pivot angle unless an external force of a certain level or more is applied. Also, during the pivot movement of the head 10, the user can feel a fastening sensation due to the fastening of the boss 45cc and the fixing hole 45ca or the slot 45cb. That is, when the boss 45cc comes out of the slot 45cb and is inserted into the fixing hole 45ca, the user can feel that the head 10 is located at a pivot angle of 0 degrees, +90 degrees, or -90 degrees.

[0064] On the other hand, the left protrusion 42L is located between the center and the left side of the front bracket 42, and protrudes rearward from the front bracket 42. The right protrusion 42R is located between the center and the right side of the front bracket 42, and protrudes rearward from the front bracket 42. In addition, the stopper 43S protrudes upward from the upper side of the mount 43F, and is located on the rotation trajectory of the left protrusion 42L and the right protrusion 42R. This enables the stopper 43S to limit the rotation of the front bracket 42 and the pivot shaft 44 to a certain angle.

[0065] 9, the holder 47 is located between the left wing 43L and the right wing 43R. The holder body 470 can cover the rear of the mount 43F of the rear bracket 43. The first part 47L protrudes from the left side of the holder body 470 toward the mount 43F and is adjacent to the left wing 43L. The second part 47R (see FIG. 7) protrudes from the right side of the holder 47 toward the mount 43F and is adjacent to the right wing 43R.

[0066] The tilt shaft 46 may extend in the left-right direction. The tilt shaft 46 passes through the left wing 43L, the first part 47L, the second part 47R, and the right wing 43R. A head (no reference number) which is one end of the tilt shaft 46 is seated on a side surface of the left wing 43L. The other end of the tilt shaft 46 is formed with a screw thread, and a fastening member 46d such as a nut can be fastened to the other end of the tilt shaft 46 on the right wing 43R. And, tilt shaft 46 may have an overall cylindrical shape and is fixed to left wing 43L and right wing 43R. Tilt shaft 46 may be rotatably coupled to holder 47. That is, tilt shaft 46 provides a tilt axis. At least one washer 46v is located between second part 47R and right wing 43R and has a circular hole through which tilt shaft 46 passes.

[0067] The elastic member 46b may be located between the left wing 43L and the right wing 43R. The elastic member 46b is wound multiple times around the outer periphery of the tilt shaft 46 and has elasticity. The elastic member 46b may be a coil spring.

[0068] Also, a portion 46b of the elastic member 46a may not be wound around the tilt shaft 46 but may extend in a direction intersecting the tilt shaft 46. The mounting portion 43h protrudes rearward from the lower side of the mount 43F of the rear bracket 43 and is adjacent to the left wing 43L. The mounting portion 43h has a groove into which a portion of the elastic member 46a is inserted. That is, a portion of the elastic member 46a engages with the groove of the mounting portion 43h.

[0069] Also, one end of the elastic member 46a may be formed on the part 46b. The disc spring 46w may be adjacent to the other end 46c of the elastic member 46a and be located between the elastic member 46a and the second part 47R. The disc spring 46w may have a circular hole (no reference number) through which the tilt shaft 46 passes. The disc spring 46w may have elasticity and may bulge in a direction toward the elastic member 46a. The disc spring 46w may generate an elastic force in the axial direction of the tilt shaft 46. The washer 46u may be located between the disc spring 46w and the second part 47R and have a circular hole through which the tilt shaft 46 passes.

[0070] As a result, the tilt shaft 46 can rotate together with the rear bracket 43, the front bracket 42, and the multiple members 45c5, 45c4, 45c3, 45c2, 45c1, 43Fw, 45a, and 44. In response to the rotation of the tilt shaft 46, the head 10 (see FIG. 5) fixed to the front bracket 42 may tilt up or down. At this time, the elastic member 46a can provide a force for supporting the head 10 tilted at a certain angle. Also, the disc spring 46w can provide a force for maintaining the angle of the head 10 tilted at a certain angle unless an external force above a certain level is applied.

[0071] For example, the head 10 is tilted within a range of +25 degrees to -25 degrees. Furthermore, the elastic force of the elastic member 46a and the disk spring 46w described above allows the head 10 to maintain a constant tilt angle unless an external force above a certain level is applied. On the other hand, the pin 47p is fixed to the first part 47L and / or the second part 47R. For example, the pin 47P may protrude to the left from the side surface of the first part 47L. At this time, the guide groove 43g is formed by recessing forward from the rear of the left wing 43L. The reference point 43ga can contact the pin 47P when the head 10 (see FIG. 5) is not tilted up or down. The up groove 43gb is formed by drawing an arc in a first rotation direction at the reference point 43ga. The down groove 43gc is formed by drawing an arc in a second rotation direction, which is opposite to the first rotation direction, from the reference point 43ga.

[0072] Here, tilt shaft 46 can rotate in the first rotation direction or the second rotation direction. When tilt shaft 46 rotates in the first rotation direction, pin 47P moves relatively on down groove 43gc. The rotation of tilt shaft 46 is restricted by down groove 43gc engaging with pin 47P. When tilt shaft 46 rotates in the second rotation direction, pin 47P moves relatively on up groove 43gb. The rotation of tilt shaft 46 is restricted by up groove 43gb engaging with pin 47P.

[0073] As a result, the maximum angle at which the head 10 can be tilted upward is determined according to the length of the up groove 43gb. Also, the maximum angle at which the head 10 can be tilted downward is determined according to the length of the down groove 43gc. For example, the head 10 is tilted within a range of +25 degrees to -25 degrees.

[0074] 10, the first rotating unit 48 is located behind the holder 47. The first connecting part 471 can connect the holder 47 and the first rotating unit 48. For example, the holder 47, the first connecting part 471, and the first rotating unit 48 may be formed as one body.

[0075] The cable holder 49 is located behind the front bracket 42, and may be passed through the rear bracket 43 and the holder 47. The cable holder 49 is connected to the left wing 43L and the right wing 43R by fastening members such as screws. The first plate 49a and the second plate 49b may have a ring shape as a whole, and are spaced apart from each other in the front-rear direction. Thus, a cable (not shown) can be wound around the cable holder 49 between the first plate 49a and the second plate 49b.

[0076] 11 and 12, as described above, the front bracket 42 is detachably coupled to the fixed plate 41a (see FIG. 5).

[0077] The cover 40c1 covers the rear of the cable holder 49, and the first rotating unit 48 passes through it (see 40h in FIG. 12). The fastening members 49f1 and 49f2 pass through the cable holder 49 and protrude rearward, and can be coupled to the inside of the cover 40c1. For example, the fastening members 49f1 and 49f2 may be screws or bolts.

[0078] 13 and 14, an arm 50 includes arm bodies 51 and 52. The arm bodies 51 and 52 may extend in a direction inclined upward at a certain angle (acute angle) with respect to a horizontal plane. The arm bodies 51 and 52 may extend parallel to the horizontal plane. For example, the upper arm body 51 and the lower arm body 52 may be connected to each other in the vertical direction. As another example, the upper arm body 51 and the lower arm body 52 may be formed as one body. The arm 50 may be referred to as a rod 50 or a link 50.

[0079] A front portion of the upper arm body 51 is spaced upward from a front portion of the lower arm body 52. The front groove 50g1 is formed in the front portions of the arm bodies 51, 52, and may have a "U" shape that opens forward. A rear portion of the upper arm body 51 is spaced upward from the rear portion of the lower arm body 52. The rear groove 50g2 is formed in the rear portions of the arm bodies 51, 52, and may have a "U" shape that opens rearward.

[0080] The upper insertion hole 51a may be formed vertically through a front portion of the upper arm body 51 and may lead to the front groove 50g1. The upper fastening hole 51b may be formed vertically through a rear portion of the upper arm body 51 and may lead to the rear groove 50g2.

[0081] The lower fastening hole 52a is formed vertically through a front portion of the lower arm body 52 and is aligned with the upper insertion hole 51a. The lower insertion hole 52b is formed vertically through a rear portion of the lower arm body 52 and is aligned with the upper fastening hole 51b.

[0082] On the other hand, the cable groove 50c is formed in the lower surface of the lower arm body 52 and extends along the longitudinal direction of the lower arm body 52. The cable C (see FIG. 19) is positioned in the cable groove 50c.

[0083] Meanwhile, a part of the top surface of the upper arm body 51 may have a recessed shape. Here, a plurality of ribs 51r may be provided on said part of the top surface of the upper arm body 51. This makes it possible to reduce the weight of the arm bodies 51, 52 and ensure the rigidity of the arm bodies 51, 52.

[0084] Referring to FIG. 15, a cover ring 40c2 extends along the periphery of the cover 40c1 and is detachably coupled to a fixing ring 41b (see FIG. 11).

[0085] The upper cover 53 can cover a surface of the upper arm body 51 (see FIG. 14). The lower cover 54 can cover a surface of the lower arm body 52 (see FIG. 14). The upper cover 53 and the lower cover 54 can be formed separately or as one body.

[0086] The first rotating unit 48 is inserted into the front groove 50g1 and rotatably coupled to the arm 50. The second rotating unit 68 is inserted into the rear groove 50g2 and rotatably coupled to the arm 50. Meanwhile, the second rotating unit 68 protrudes from a vertical member 61 (described later) toward the rear groove 50g2.

[0087] 15 and 16, the first rotating unit 48 may include a first body 480, a first fastening member 48a, a first upper fixed washer 48b, a first disc spring 48d, a first upper washer 48e, a first upper bushing 48f, a first lower bushing 48g, a first lower washer 48h, and a first lower fixed washer 48c. The first rotating unit 48 may be referred to as a first swivel unit 48 or a first swivel module 48.

[0088] The first body 480 may be open at the top and bottom. The first body 480 may have an overall donut shape. For example, the first body 480 may be formed as one body with the first connecting part 471. The first body 480 may be inserted into the front groove 50g1.

[0089] The first fastening member 48a extends vertically. The first fastening member 48a is inserted into the arm 50 through an upper insertion hole 51a (see FIG. 14) and passes through a hole 480h formed in the center of the first body 480. A head 48ah of the first fastening member 48a is located inside the upper arm body 51. The first fastening member 48a can be screwed into a lower fastening hole 52a (see FIG. 14).

[0090] The first upper fixing washer 48b is located under the head 48ah of the first fastening member 48a and is penetrated by the first fastening member 48a. The first upper fixing washer 48b is fixed to the inside of the upper arm body 51. For example, the first upper fixing washer 48b may be a toothed lock washer. Teeth 48bt of the first upper fixing washer 48b may be inserted into and coupled to a groove (without a reference number) formed on the inside of the upper arm body 51.

[0091] The first disc spring 48d may be located below the first upper fixing washer 48b. The first disc spring 48d may have elasticity and may expand toward the first upper fixing washer 48b. The first disc spring 48d generates an elastic force in the axial direction of the first fastening member 48a.

[0092] The first upper washer 48e is located below the first disc spring 48d and is passed through by the first fastening member 48a. The first upper washer 48e may have a ring shape.

[0093] The first upper bushing 48f faces the first disc spring 48d with respect to the first upper washer 48e. The first fastening member 48a penetrates the first upper bushing 48f. The first upper bushing 48f may have a cylindrical shape with a flange (no reference number) formed at the upper end. The flange of the first upper bushing 48f may contact the first upper groove 480a formed around the hole 480h on the upper surface of the first body 480. A part (no reference number) of the first upper bushing 48f is inserted into the hole 480h of the first body 480, is located between the inner peripheral surface of the first body 480 and the outer peripheral surface of the first fastening member 48a, and contacts the inner peripheral surface of the first body 480 and the outer peripheral surface of the first fastening member 48a.

[0094] The first lower bushing 48g faces the first upper bushing 48f and is spaced downward from the first upper bushing 48f. The first fastening member 48a penetrates the first lower bushing 48g. The first lower bushing 48g may have a cylindrical shape with a flange (no reference number) formed at the lower end. The flange of the first lower bushing 48g contacts a first lower groove 480b formed around the hole 480h on the lower surface of the first body 480. A part (no reference number) of the first lower bushing 48g is inserted into the hole 480h of the first body 480 and is located between the inner peripheral surface of the first body 480 and the outer peripheral surface of the first fastening member 48a, and contacts the inner peripheral surface of the first body 480 and the outer peripheral surface of the first fastening member 48a.

[0095] The first lower washer 48h is located below the first lower bushing 48g and is passed through by the first fastening member 48a. The first lower washer 48h may have a ring shape.

[0096] The first lower fixed washer 48c faces the first lower bushing 48g with respect to the first lower washer 48h, and is penetrated by the first fastening member 48a. The first lower fixed washer 48c is fixed to the inside of the lower arm body 52. For example, the first lower fixed washer 48c may be a toothed lock washer. Teeth 48ct of the first lower fixed washer 48c may be inserted into and coupled with grooves (without a reference number) formed on the inside of the lower arm body 52.

[0097] This allows the first body 480 to rotate relative to the first fastening member 48a. That is, the first fastening member 48a provides a first swivel axis. Also, due to the elastic force of the first disc spring 48d, the head 10 can maintain a constant swivel angle unless an external force above a certain level is applied.

[0098] Meanwhile, the first groove 48g is formed on the side surface of the first body 480 along the circumferential direction of the first body 480. The first groove 48g is directed toward the inside of the front groove 50g1. The first protrusion 511 protrudes from the front groove 50g1 toward the first groove 48g and is inserted into the first groove 48g. The length of the first protrusion 511 may be smaller than the length of the first groove 48g. That is, when the first body 480 rotates with respect to the first fastening member 48a, the first protrusion 511 may relatively move along the first groove 48g. The rotation of the first body 480 may be restricted by one end or the other end of the first groove 48g engaging with the first protrusion 511.

[0099] This determines the maximum angle through which the head 10 can rotate left and right depending on the length of the first groove 48g.

[0100] 15 and 17, the second rotating unit 68 includes a second body 680, a second fastening member 68a, a second lower fixed washer 68b, a second disk spring 68d, a second lower washer 68e, a second lower bushing 68f, a second upper bushing 68g, a second upper washer 68h, and a second upper fixed washer 68c. The second rotating unit 68 may be referred to as a second swivel unit 68 or a second swivel module 68.

[0101] The second body 680 may be open at the top and bottom. The second body 680 may have an overall donut shape. The second body 680 is connected to the vertical member 61 via the second connecting part 611. For example, the second body 680, the second connecting part 611, and the vertical member 61 may be formed as one body. The second body 680 may be inserted into the rear groove 50g2.

[0102] The second fastening member 68a extends vertically. The second fastening member 68a is inserted into the arm 50 through the lower insertion hole 52b (see FIG. 14) and passes through a hole 680h formed in the center of the second body 680. A head 68ah of the second fastening member 68a is located inside the lower arm body 52. The second fastening member 68a can be screwed into the upper fastening hole 51b (see FIG. 14).

[0103] The second lower fixed washer 68b is located above the head 68ah of the second fastening member 68a and is penetrated by the second fastening member 68a. The second lower fixed washer 68b is fixed to the inside of the lower arm body 52. For example, the second lower fixed washer 68b may be a toothed lock washer. Teeth 68bt of the second lower fixed washer 68b may be inserted into and coupled with a groove (without a reference number) formed on the inside of the lower arm body 52.

[0104] The second disc spring 68d is located above the second lower fixed washer 68b. The second disc spring 68d has elasticity and may expand toward the second lower fixed washer 68b. The second disc spring 68d generates an elastic force in the axial direction of the second fastening member 68a.

[0105] The second lower washer 68e is located above the second disc spring 68d and is passed through by the second fastening member 68a. The second lower washer 68e may have a ring shape.

[0106] The second lower bushing 68f faces the second disc spring 68d with respect to the second lower washer 68e. The second fastening member 68a penetrates the second lower bushing 68f. The second lower bushing 68f may have a cylindrical shape with a flange (no reference number) formed at the lower end. The flange of the second lower bushing 68f contacts the second lower groove 680a formed around the hole 680h on the lower surface of the second body 680. A part (no reference number) of the second lower bushing 68f is inserted into the hole 680h of the second body 680 and is located between the inner peripheral surface of the second body 680 and the outer peripheral surface of the second fastening member 68a, and can contact the inner peripheral surface of the second body 680 and the outer peripheral surface of the second fastening member 68a.

[0107] The second upper bushing 68g faces the second lower bushing 68f and is spaced upward from the second lower bushing 68f. The second fastening member 68a penetrates the second upper bushing 68g. The second upper bushing 68g may have a cylindrical shape with a flange (no reference number) formed at the upper end. The flange of the second upper bushing 68g contacts a second upper groove 680b formed around the hole 680h on the upper surface of the second body 680. A part (no reference number) of the second upper bushing 68g is inserted into the hole 680h of the second body 680 and is located between the inner peripheral surface of the second body 680 and the outer peripheral surface of the second fastening member 68a, and can contact the inner peripheral surface of the second body 680 and the outer peripheral surface of the second fastening member 68a.

[0108] The second upper washer 68h is located above the second upper bushing 68g and is penetrated by the second fastening member 68a. The second upper washer 68h may have a ring shape.

[0109] The second upper fixed washer 68c faces the second upper bushing 68g with respect to the second upper washer 68h, and is penetrated by the second fastening member 68a. The second upper fixed washer 68c is fixed to the inside of the upper arm body 51. For example, the second upper fixed washer 68c may be a toothed lock washer. Teeth 68ct of the second upper fixed washer 68c may be inserted into and coupled to a groove (without a symbol) formed on the inside of the upper arm body 51.

[0110] This allows the second body 680 to rotate relative to the second fastening member 68a. That is, the second fastening member 68a provides a second swivel axis. Also, due to the elastic force of the second disc spring 68d, the head 10 can maintain a constant swivel angle unless an external force above a certain level is applied.

[0111] Meanwhile, the second groove 68g may be formed on a side surface of the second body 680 along the circumferential direction of the second body 680. The second groove 68g is directed toward the inside of the rear groove 50g2. The second protrusion 512 may protrude from the rear groove 50g2 toward the second groove 68g and be inserted into the second groove 68g. The length of the second protrusion 512 may be smaller than the length of the second groove 68g. That is, when the second body 680 rotates with respect to the second fastening member 68a, the second protrusion 512 may move relatively along the second groove 68g. The rotation of the second body 680 is restricted by one end or the other end of the second groove 68g engaging with the second protrusion 512.

[0112] This determines the maximum angle through which the head 10 can rotate left and right depending on the length of the second groove 68g.

[0113] 18, the arm 50 may be extended in a direction crossing the head 10 and the pole 30. The arm 50 connects the articulated connector 40 and the lifting module 60. The second rotation unit 68 of the lifting module 60 and the vertical member 61 are connected via a second connecting portion 611. The second connecting portion 611 can pass through the pole 30.

[0114] The vertical member 61 extends in the longitudinal direction of the pole 30. The vertical member 61 may be housed inside the pole 30. The partition wall 61w is adjacent to the upper end of the vertical member 61.

[0115] The pole 30 may extend vertically and surround the vertical member 61. A plurality of ribs 30a, 30b, 30c, and 30d may be located between the pole 30 and the vertical member 61 and are spaced apart from one another in the circumferential direction of the pole 30. The first rib 30a, the second rib 30b, the third rib 30c, and the fourth rib 30d may be located at vertices of any rectangle inside the pole 30.

[0116] A lower end 31 of the pole 30 is inserted into and coupled to a port 21 formed on the upper surface of the base 20. For example, the port 21 may have the shape of a small crater.

[0117] 19 and 20, the vertical member 61 may have a generally cylindrical shape cut in half. The rear and bottom sides of the vertical member 61 may be open, and the top side may be closed by a partition wall 61w.

[0118] The upper shaft 62 may extend in the longitudinal direction of the vertical member 61. The upper shaft 62 may have a cylinder shape with a closed upper side. At least a portion of the upper shaft 62 is accommodated inside the vertical member 61. The protrusion 62a protrudes upward from the upper side of the upper shaft 62 and can penetrate the partition wall 61w. A fastening member 62b such as a nut is screwed to the protrusion 62a on the partition wall 61w. Thus, the upper shaft 62 can be detachably coupled to the vertical member 61.

[0119] The cap 69T is fitted to the upper end of the vertical member 61 and may be flat. The mount 69M may be located on the cap 69T and is fastened to the plurality of ribs 30a, 30b, 30c, 30d (see FIG. 18) via a vertical fastening member 69F1. The handle body 39a of the handle 39 faces the cap 69T with respect to the mount 69M and may be fastened to the mount 69M via a horizontal fastening member 69F2. The handle body 39a may have an overall track shape and may be covered by a handle cover 39b (see FIG. 2).

[0120] 21, a stem 63s may extend vertically and be aligned with a vertical member 61. A lower end of the stem 63s is inserted into a port 21 of the base 20.

[0121] The gas springs 62, 63 include the above-mentioned upper shaft 62 and a lower shaft 63 vertically connected to the upper shaft 62. The lower shaft 63 extends in the longitudinal direction of the upper shaft 62 and may have a smaller diameter than the upper shaft 62. That is, the lower shaft 63 is inserted inside the upper shaft 62. The lower end of the lower shaft 63 may be fixed on a stem 63s.

[0122] The clamps 64, 65 face the vertical member 61 with respect to the upper shaft 62. In other words, the upper shaft 62 is located between the vertical member 61 and the clamps 64, 65. For example, a plurality of clamps 64, 65 may be provided. For example, the first clamp 64 and the second clamp 65 are spaced apart from each other in the up-down direction.

[0123] The first clamp 64 includes a first semi-cylinder 640, a first left flange 641, and a first right flange 642. The first semi-cylinder 640 contacts the outer periphery of the upper shaft 62. The first left flange 641 extends leftward from one side of the first semi-cylinder 640 and can be coupled to a first portion 61s1 of the vertical member 61 via a fastening member 64F. The first right flange 642 extends rightward from the other side of the first semi-cylinder 640 and can be coupled to a second portion 61s2 of the vertical member 61 via a fastening member (not shown).

[0124] The second clamp 65 includes a second semi-cylinder 650, a second left flange 651, and a second right flange 652. The second semi-cylinder 650 may contact the outer periphery of the upper shaft 62. The second left flange 651 extends leftward from one side of the second semi-cylinder 650 and may be coupled to a third portion 65s1 of the vertical member 61 by a fastening member 65F. The second right flange 652 extends rightward from the other side of the second semi-cylinder 640 and may be coupled to a fourth portion (not shown) of the vertical member 61 by a fastening member (not shown).

[0125] This allows the upper shaft 62 to be detachably coupled to the vertical member 61. Also, the upper shaft 62 can move up and down along the lower shaft 63.

[0126] 21 and 22, the rollers 66a, 66b, 67a, 67b are adjacent to the clamps 64, 65. For example, the first rollers 66a, 66b are adjacent to the first clamp 64 and the second rollers 67a, 67b are adjacent to the second clamp 65.

[0127] The first rollers 66a, 66b include a first left roller 66a and a first right roller 66b. A body 66a1a of the first left pin 66a1 passes through the first left roller 66a and the left side 61L of the vertical member 61. A flange 66a1b of the first left pin 66a1 is located between the first left roller 66a and the left side 61L. The first left roller 66a is connected to the left side 61L by the first left pin 66a1. A body 66b1a of the first right pin 66b1 passes through the first right roller 66b and the right side 61R of the vertical member 61. A flange 66b1b of the first right pin 66b1 is located between the first right roller 66b and the right side 61R. As a result, the first right roller 66b is connected to the right side 61R by the first right pin 66b1.

[0128] For example, the second rollers 67a, 67b may have the same shape as the first rollers 66a, 66b. That is, the above content regarding the first rollers 66a, 66b may be equally applied to the second rollers 67a, 67b. Thus, the second left roller 67a may be coupled to the left side portion 61L, and the second right roller 67b may be coupled to the right side portion 61R.

[0129] Additionally, the left rollers 66a, 67a are positioned between the third rib 30c and the fourth rib 30d and are in contact with the third rib 30c and the fourth rib 30d. The right rollers 66b, 67b are positioned between the first rib 30a and the second rib 30b and are in contact with the first rib 30a and the second rib 30b. For example, the rollers 66a, 66b, 67a, 67b may have oil grooves through which a fluid such as oil flows. For example, the rollers 66a, 66b, 67a, 67b may include a POM (Poly Oxy Methylene) material.

[0130] This allows the vertical member 61 to rise and fall smoothly within the pole 30 by the rollers 66a, 66b, 67a, 67b.

[0131] 21 and 23, a first left flange 641 of the first clamp 64 is located between the third rib 30c and the fourth rib 30d. A first right flange 642 of the first clamp 64 is located between the first rib 30a and the second rib 30b. The first clamp 64 may include a first center protrusion 64a, a first left protrusion 64b, and a first right protrusion 64c.

[0132] The first center protrusion 64a may protrude from the first semi-cylinder 650 toward the inside of the pole 30 and contact the inside of the pole 30. For example, the first center protrusions 64a may be spaced apart from each other or may be aligned with each other. The first left protrusion 64b may protrude from the first left flange 641 toward the third rib 30c and contact the third rib 30c. The first right protrusion 64c may protrude from the first right flange 642 toward the second rib 30b and contact the second rib 30b. Thus, the first center protrusion 64a, the first left protrusion 64b, and the first right protrusion 64c generate friction between the vertical member 61 and the pole 30.

[0133] For example, the second clamp 65 may be spaced downward from the first clamp 64 and may have the same shape as the first clamp 64. That is, the above content regarding the first clamp 64 may be equally applied to the second clamp 65. Thus, the second center protrusion 65a, the second left protrusion 65b, and the second right protrusion 65c of the second clamp 65 generate friction between the vertical member 61 and the pole 30.

[0134] As a result, the position (height) of the vertical member 61 relative to the base 20 is kept constant by the frictional forces between the protrusions 64a, 64b, 64c, 65a, 65b, 65c and the pole 30 unless an external force above a certain level is applied.

[0135] On the other hand, the lengths of the left protruding parts 64b, 65b and the right protruding parts 64c, 65c may be shorter than the lengths of the center protruding parts 64a, 65a. This allows the pole 30 to be provided with multiple ribs 30a, 30b, 30c, 30d, and ensures sufficient rigidity of the pole 30.

[0136] 22 and 23, the cable groove 61g may be formed in the front portion 61F of the vertical member 61 and may be formed to be long in the vertical direction. A cable C may be inserted into the cable groove 61g. Such a cable C may be arranged along the cable groove 50c (see FIG. 14) of the arm 50 and electrically connected to the head 10. The cable C may also be arranged along the stem (63s, see FIG. 21) and electrically connected to electronic components such as a battery Bt (see FIG. 1) arranged inside the base 20.

[0137] Referring to Fig. 24, the head 10 is spaced upward from the base 20. A user can pivot the head 10. Here, the pivot axis passes through the center of the head 10 and is perpendicular to the head 10. Referring to the left side of Fig. 24, the head 10 is in a horizontal mode. Referring to the right side of Fig. 24, the head 10 is in a vertical mode.

[0138] 25, the user can tilt the head 10. Here, the tilt axis may be a horizontal axis located behind the center of the head 10 and parallel to the head 10. The user can swivel the head 10. Here, the first swivel axis may be a vertical axis adjacent to one end of the arm 50. Or, the second swivel axis may be a vertical axis adjacent to the other end of the arm 50. The user can raise or lower the head 10 on the pole 30. Here, the minimum height and maximum height of the head 10 are formed by the arm 50 hanging on the hole 30hh formed in the pole 30.

[0139] The pivot, tilt, swivel, and elevating operations of the head 10 described above may be realized independently of each other. For example, the head 10 may be pivoted within a range of +90 degrees to -90 degrees. For example, the head 10 may be tilted within a range of +25 degrees to -25 degrees. For example, the head 10 may be swiveled within a range of +65 degrees to -65 degrees. For example, the head 10 may be located 1,065 to 1,265 mm from the lateral mode reference, the base 20, or the ground.

[0140] 26, a cradle 90 includes a front part 91, a middle part 92, and a rear part 93. The middle part 92 is located behind the front part 91 and is connected to the front part 91. The rear part 93 faces the front part 91 with respect to the middle part 92 and is connected to the middle part 92.

[0141] 27 and 28, the front part 91 includes a first part 91a, a second part 91b, and a third part 91c. The front surface of the first part 91a may have a shape corresponding to the rear surface of the part adjacent to the periphery of the back cover 15 in the rear surface of the back cover 15 (see FIG. 2). The front surface of the first part 91a may be curved. The second part 91b may be banded forward from the upper end of the first part 91a. The angle between the second part 91b and the first part 91a may be an obtuse angle. The third part 91c may be banded downward from the front end of the second part 91b. The angle between the third part 91c and the second part 91b may be a right angle or a little larger than 90 degrees. Thus, the first part 91a may have a shape of a curved disc with a part of the upper part cut off, and the second part 91b and the third part 91c may have an overall hook shape.

[0142] At least one magnet 91M is coupled to the first part 91a. For example, the first magnet 91M1, the second magnet 91M2, and the third magnet 91M3 are seated in grooves formed on the back surface of the first part 91a. Preferably, the multiple magnets 91M1, 91M2, and 91M3 may be symmetrically arranged on the first part 91a.

[0143] The support portion 91V may be adjacent to an upper end of the first part 91 and protrude backward from the rear surface of the first part 91. The support portion 91V may extend in the left-right direction. The left fixing pin 91P1 is fixed to one end of the support portion 91V, and the right fixing pin 91P2 is fixed to the other end of the support portion 91V. The reinforcing portion 91S1 may have a hook shape and can be inserted into the support portion 91V. For example, a single reinforcing portion 91S1 extends long in the left-right direction along the support portion 91V. As another example, one of the pair of reinforcing portions 91S1 is adjacent to the left fixing pin 91P1, and the other is adjacent to the right fixing pin 91P2. Referring to FIG. 29, the middle part 92 is seated on the rear surface of the first part 91a. The middle part 92 has a shape corresponding to the first part 91a, and is penetrated by a support part 91V. Here, a left fixing pin 91P1 (see FIG. 28) is inserted into one side of the middle part 92, and a right fixing pin 91P2 (see FIG. 28) is inserted into the other side of the middle part 92. In this way, the middle part 92 can be coupled to the front part 91. Meanwhile, the first left cover pin 92P1 is aligned with the left fixing pin 91P1 to close a hole formed on one side of the middle part 92. Also, the first right cover pin 92P2 is aligned with the right fixing pin 91P2 to close a hole formed on the other side of the middle part 92.

[0144] The shaft holders 92A, 92B protrude rearward from a lower portion of the middle part 92. For example, the shaft holders 92A, 92B include a first shaft holder 92A and a second shaft holder 92B that are spaced apart from each other in the left-right direction.

[0145] The first shaft holder 92A includes a first insertion portion 92a1 having a first insertion hole 92a2 and a first fixing portion 92a3 having a first fixing hole 92a4. A first fixing member 92a5, such as a nut, is fixed inside the first fixing portion 92a3 and aligned with the first fixing hole 92a4 and the first insertion hole 92a2. The second shaft holder 92B includes a second insertion portion 92b1 having a second insertion hole 92b2 and a second fixing portion 92b3 having a second fixing hole 92b4. A second fixing member 92b5, such as a nut, is fixed inside the second fixing portion 92b3 and aligned with the second fixing hole 92b4 and the second insertion hole 92b2.

[0146] For example, the second shaft holder 92B and the first shaft holder 92A may be symmetrical.

[0147] The fixing pins 92S1, 92S2 may protrude rearward from a lower portion of the middle part 92. The fixing pins 92S1, 92S2 are adjacent to the shaft holders 92A, 92B. For example, the fixing pins 92S1, 92S2 may include a first fixing pin 92S1 and a second fixing pin 92S2 spaced apart from each other in the left-right direction.

[0148] The first fixing pin 92S1 is adjacent to the first shaft holder 92A and protrudes rearward from the back surface of the middle part 92. The second fixing pin 92S2 is adjacent to the second shaft holder 92B and protrudes rearward from the back surface of the middle part 92. For example, the second fixing pin 92S2 may have the same shape as the first fixing pin 92S1.

[0149] 29 and 30, the rear part 93 is located behind the middle part 92 and faces the middle part 92.

[0150] The leaves 93A and 93B may protrude from the lower portion of the rear part 93 toward the middle part 92. The leaves 93A and 93B are located between the insertion parts 92a1 and 92b1 and the fixing parts 92a3 and 92b3 of the shaft holders 92A and 92B. Fastening members 93F1 and 93F2 such as bolts penetrate the insertion parts 92a1 and 92b1, the leaves 93A and 93B, and the fixing parts 92a3 and 92b3, and are fastened to the fixing members 92a5 and 92b5. For example, the leaves 93A and 93B may include a first leaf 93A that is penetrated by the first fastening member 93F1 between the first insertion part 92a1 and the first fixing part 92a3, and a second leaf 93B that is penetrated by the second fastening member 93F2 between the second insertion part 92b1 and the second fixing part 92b3.

[0151] This allows the rear part 93 to rotate relative to the fastening members 93F1 and 93F2. That is, the fastening members 93F1 and 93F2 provide a hinge axis for the rear part 93.

[0152] The elastic members 93S1 and 93S2 have elasticity and extend in the longitudinal direction of the fixed pins 92S1 and 92S2. The fixed pins 92S1 and 92S2 can be inserted into the elastic members 93S1 and 93S2. One end of the elastic members 93S1 and 93S2 is fixed to the middle part 92, and the other end of the elastic members 93S1 and 93S2 is fixed to the rear part 93. For example, the elastic members 93S1 and 93S2 may be springs. For example, the elastic member 93S1 includes a first elastic member 93S1 wound around the outer periphery of the first fixed pin 92S1 and a second elastic member 93S2 wound around the outer periphery of the second fixed pin 92S2.

[0153] Meanwhile, the left side 93L of the rear part 93 has a first hole through which the first fastening member 93F1 passes, and a first cover pin 93P1 can close the hole. Also, the right side 93R of the rear part 93 has a second hole through which the second fastening member 93F2 passes, and a second cover pin (not shown) can close the second hole.

[0154] 26 and 31, when the rear part 93 rotates clockwise about the hinge shafts 93F1 and 93F2 due to an external force applied to the rear part 93, the elastic members 93S1 and 93S2 can be compressed and elastically deformed. That is, when the external force applied to the rear part 93 is released, the elastic members 93S1 and 93S2 are extended and restored, and the rear part 93 rotates counterclockwise about the hinge shafts 93F1 and 93F2 due to the elastic forces of the elastic members 93S1 and 93S2.

[0155] 26, in the initial state of the cradle 90, the top of the rear part 93 contacts or is adjacent to the middle part 92.

[0156] 31, a user can rotate the rear part 93 clockwise about the hinge shafts 93F1, 93F1 described above, and insert a terminal Mo, such as a smartphone, between the middle part 92 and the rear part 93. Here, the rear part 93 can press the terminal Mo against the middle part 92 by the elastic force of the elastic members 93S1, 93S2. As a result, the terminal Mo can be stably fixed to the cradle 90.

[0157] Meanwhile, the middle pad 92V protrudes backward from the rear surface of the middle part 92. Also, the rear pad 93V protrudes forward from the rear part 93. The pads 92V, 93V made of a cushioning material such as rubber or silicone can reduce impacts applied to the terminal Mo or minimize scratches on the terminal Mo caused by the cradle 90.

[0158] 1 and 2, the hooks 91b, 91c of the cradle 90 are hooked onto the end frame 14. Specifically, the third part 91c of the front part 91 is hooked onto the horizontal part 14H (see FIG. 3) of the end frame 14, the second part 91b is located on the vertical part 14V (see FIG. 3) of the end frame 14, and the first part 91a is located on the rear surface of the back cover 15. This allows the cradle 90 to be detachably coupled around the head 10.

[0159] 32, the cradle 90 can be coupled to any point around the head 10. Also, the cradle 90 can be more strongly coupled to the head 10 using the magnetic force of the magnet 91M (see FIG. 27) described above. For example, the position where the cradle 90 is coupled to the head 10 using the magnetic force corresponds to the position of the plate 16 described below.

[0160] At least one plate 16 is located between the frame 13 (see FIG. 3) and the back cover 15, and is coupled to the frame 13 and / or the back cover 15. The plate 16 may be a magnetic substance such as iron (Fe). The plate 16 may be flat or curved according to the curvature of the first part 91a (see FIG. 28) of the cradle 90. For example, a plurality of plates 16 may be provided.

[0161] The first plate 16a and the second plate 16b are adjacent to the upper side of the head 10 and are spaced apart from each other in the left-right direction. For example, the first plate 16a is located on the left side of a vertical line VL passing through the center O of the head 10, and the second plate 16b is located on the right side of the vertical line VL. The third plate 16c is adjacent to the left side of the head 10, and the fourth plate 16d is adjacent to the right side of the head 10. For example, the third plate 16c and the fourth plate 16d may be located on a horizontal line HL passing through the center O of the head 10, or may be slightly offset above or below this.

[0162] This allows the cradle 90, at the position of the plate 16, to be more strongly coupled to the head 10 by the magnetic attraction between the magnet 91M (see FIG. 27) and the plate 16.

[0163] Meanwhile, a gyro sensor 17 is attached to the frame 13 between the frame 13 and the back cover 15. For example, the display device may include one gyro sensor 17. For example, the gyro sensor 17 may be positioned off the vertical line VL and the horizontal line HL. As another example, the display device may include multiple gyro sensors 17. The sensing value of the gyro sensor 17 varies depending on the pivot angle of the head 10. In this way, the gyro sensor 17 can sense the pivot of the head 10 and the mode of the head 10 (for example, the horizontal mode or the vertical mode).

[0164] Referring to Figures 33 and 34, the control unit of the display device detects the horizontal mode (see the left side diagram in Figure 34) or vertical mode (see the right side diagram in Figure 34) of the head 10 based on information obtained from the gyro sensor 17 (see Figure 32) (S10).

[0165] The control unit adjusts the screen ratio of the image according to the horizontal or vertical mode of the head 10, and outputs the image through the display panel 11 (S11).

[0166] 35, a control unit C0 of the display device controls the operation of the display device. The control unit C0 is electrically connected to the structure of the display device.

[0167] The display panel 11, the main board Mb, the power supply board Pu, and the T-CON board Tc (Timing Controller board) are electrically connected to the control unit C0. The main board Mb, the power supply board Pu, and the T-CON board Tc may be mounted on the rear surface of the frame 13 (see FIG. 3). The main board Mb can control the display device. The control unit C0 may be realized as the main board MB, or may be an upper control unit that controls the main board Mb, etc. The power supply board Pu is provided with power from a battery Bt (see FIG. 1) and / or an external power source via a cable, and can provide power to each component of the display device. The T-CON board Tc can provide a video signal to the display panel 110.

[0168] The speaker SPK may be electrically connected to the control unit C0. The speaker SPK may be installed on the head 10, the pole 30, the arm 50, and / or the base 20, and provides sound.

[0169] The gyro sensor 17 can be electrically connected to the control unit C0.

[0170] The communication unit Cm includes an NFC (Near Field Communication) module N1 and / or a Wi-Fi module N2. The NFC module N1 (see FIG. 13) is attached to the frame 13 between the frame 13 and the back cover 15, and is adjacent to the right and bottom sides of the head 10. A user can connect the head 10 to the terminal Mo by tagging the terminal to the NFC module N1. The Wi-Fi module N2 (see FIG. 13) is attached to the frame 13 between the frame 13 and the back cover 15, and is adjacent to the top side of the head 10. The head 10 can be connected to a network via the Wi-Fi module N2.

[0171] The input unit Pm is electrically connected to the control unit C0. A user inputs commands and signals to the control unit C0 through the input unit Pm. For example, the input unit Pm may be a button Bu, a display panel 11, and / or a microphone Mc. The button Bu (see FIG. 32) is attached to the frame 13 between the frame 13 and the back cover 15, and is adjacent to the left side and the bottom side of the head 10. A user can control the head 10 by operating the button Bu. The display panel 11 may be realized as a touch type, and a user can control the display device by touching the display panel 11. The microphone Mc may be installed in the display device, and a user can control the display device by inputting voice into the microphone Mc. For example, the input unit Pm may be a remote controller Rc (remote controller) operated by a user and communicating with the display device, or an application (App) installed in the user's terminal (smartphone) and communicating with the display device.

[0172] 35 and 36, the motor 410 can be coupled to the rear surface of the frame 13 by a motor mount 410a. The motor 410 may be a motor whose rotation direction, rotation angle, and rotation speed are adjustable. The motor 410 may be a step motor.

[0173] The worm 413 is fixed to a rotating shaft 411 of the motor 410 via a coupling member 412, and can rotate together with the rotating shaft 411. The worm wheel 414 can mesh with a screw thread formed on the outer circumferential surface of the worm 413. The rotation axis of the worm 413 may be parallel to the left-right direction, and the rotation axis of the worm wheel 414 may be parallel to the up-down direction.

[0174] A drive shaft 44 s of the pivot shaft 44 faces the body 44 b relative to the head 44 a and can be fixed to a worm wheel 414 .

[0175] Thus, when the motor 410 is driven, the pivot shaft 44 can rotate in a first rotation direction or a second rotation direction opposite to the first rotation direction, i.e., the head 10 (see FIG. 24) can be automatically pivoted.

[0176] The disc indicator 418 may be adjacent to an end of the worm 413 or may be fixed to an end of the worm 413. The disc indicator 418 may include a number of holes (not numbered) spaced apart from one another in the circumferential direction of the disc indicator 418.

[0177] The rotation sensor 419 is adjacent to the disc indicator 418, houses the worm 413 and the worm wheel 414, and is fixed to one side of the gear box 410b mounted on the frame 13. The rotation sensor 419 may have a horseshoe shape. The light emitting part and the light receiving part of the rotation sensor 419 face each other, but may be spaced apart from each other. The disc indicator 418 can rotate passing between the light emitting part and the light receiving part according to the rotation of the worm 413. In response to the rotation of the disc indicator 418, the light of the light emitting part passes through the hole of the disc indicator 418 or is blocked by the disc indicator 418.

[0178] This allows the rotation sensor 419 to sense the number and / or amount of rotation of the motor 410 .

[0179] The motor 410 and the rotation sensor 419 are electrically connected to the control unit C0. That is, the control unit C0 can control the pivot of the head 10 (see FIG. 24) by adjusting the operation of the motor 410 based on information obtained from the rotation sensor 419.

[0180] 37 and 38, the user's terminal Mo can communicate with the head 10 through a communication unit Cm (see FIG. 35). That is, the user mirrors the screen of the terminal Mo to the head 10 by tagging the terminal Mo to the NFC module N1 (see FIG. 35) or connecting the head 10 to a network through a Wi-Fi module N2 (S20).

[0181] The control unit C0 identifies the landscape mode or portrait mode of the terminal Mo based on information acquired from the terminal Mo via the communication unit Cm (S21).

[0182] The controller C0 pivots the head 10 according to the landscape or portrait mode of the terminal Mo (S22). If the terminal Mo is in the landscape mode, the controller C0 adjusts the rotation of the motor 410 (see FIG. 36) to pivot the head 10 to the landscape mode (see the left diagram of FIG. 38). If the terminal Mo is in the portrait mode, the controller C0 adjusts the rotation of the motor 410 (see FIG. 36) to pivot the head 10 to the portrait mode (see the right diagram of FIG. 38).

[0183] The control unit C0 adjusts the screen ratio of the image according to the horizontal or vertical mode of the head 10, and outputs the image via the display panel 11 (S23).

[0184] 39 to 41, the control unit C0 recognizes the terminal Mo attached to the head 10 using the cradle 90 based on information acquired from the gyro sensor 16 (see FIG. 32) (S30). The display panel of the terminal Mo is provided on the front surface of the terminal Mo, and the camera Mv of the terminal Mo is provided on the rear surface of the terminal Mo.

[0185] The control unit C0 identifies the position of the terminal Mo attached to the head 10 based on the information acquired from the gyro sensor 16 (S31).

[0186] The control unit C0 pivots the head 10 to match the position of the identified terminal Mo (S32).

[0187] 40(a), when the terminal Mo is in a position (P1) corresponding to the fourth plate 16d in the horizontal mode of the head 10, the control unit C0 can switch from the horizontal mode to the vertical mode by rotating the head 10 90 degrees clockwise. When the terminal Mo is in a position (P4) corresponding to the third plate 16c, the control unit C0 can switch from the horizontal mode to the vertical mode by rotating the head 10 90 degrees counterclockwise.

[0188] In addition, when the head 10 is in the horizontal mode, if the terminal Mo is in a position (P2) corresponding to the second plate 16b or a position (P3) corresponding to the first plate 16a, the control unit C0 can maintain the head 10 in the horizontal mode. 40(b), in the first portrait mode of the head 10, the first and second plates 16a, 16b are adjacent to the left side of the head 10. In the first portrait mode of the head 10, when the terminal Mo is in a position (Q1) corresponding to the second plate 16b or a position (Q2) corresponding to the first plate 16a, the control unit C0 can switch from the first portrait mode to the landscape mode by rotating the head 10 90 degrees counterclockwise.

[0189] Also, in the first longitudinal mode of the head 10, when the terminal Mo is in a position (Q3) corresponding to the fourth plate 16d, the control unit C0 can maintain the first longitudinal mode of the head 10.

[0190] Furthermore, when the terminal Mo is in a position (Q4) corresponding to the third plate 16c in the first vertical mode of the head 10, the control unit C0 can switch from the first vertical mode to the second vertical mode described below by rotating the head 10 180 degrees counterclockwise.

[0191] 40(c), in the second portrait mode of the head 10, the first and second plates 16a, 16b are adjacent to the right side of the head 10. In the second portrait mode of the head 10, when the terminal Mo is in a position (R1) corresponding to the first plate 16a or a position (R2) corresponding to the second plate 16b, the control unit C0 can switch from the second portrait mode to the landscape mode by rotating the head 10 90 degrees clockwise.

[0192] Also, in the second longitudinal mode of the head 10, when the terminal Mo is at a position (R3) corresponding to the third plate 16c, the control unit C0 can maintain the second longitudinal mode of the head 10.

[0193] In addition, when the head 10 is in the second vertical mode and the terminal Mo is in a position (R4) corresponding to the fourth plate 16d, the control unit C0 can switch from the second vertical mode to the first vertical mode by rotating the head 10 180 degrees clockwise.

[0194] The control unit C0 adjusts the screen ratio of the image according to the horizontal or vertical mode of the head 10, and outputs the image via the display panel 11 (S33).

[0195] 35 and 42, the wireless charging unit 19 is located between the plate 16 and the back cover 15. The wireless charging unit 19 may be coupled to the frame 13 (see FIG. 3) and / or the back cover 15. The wireless charging unit 19 may provide electrical energy wirelessly to the electronic device by an inductive coupling method or a resonant coupling method. The wireless charging unit 19 receives power from the power supply board Pu.

[0196] The inductive coupling method uses the principle that when the strength of the current flowing through one of two adjacent coils is changed, the magnetic field changes due to the current, which changes the magnetic flux passing through the other coil, generating an induced electromotive force. In other words, even if the two conductors are not moved spatially, if the current in one of the coils is changed while the two coils are kept close to each other, an induced electromotive force is generated in the other coil. In this case, the frequency characteristics are not significantly affected, but the power efficiency may be affected depending on the alignment and distance between the transmitter (i.e., wireless charger) and receiver (i.e., terminal) including each coil.

[0197] The resonance coupling method utilizes the principle that a resonance frequency is applied to one of two coils separated by a certain distance, and a part of the magnetic field change generated is applied to the other coil of the same resonance frequency, generating an induced electromotive force. That is, when the transmitting and receiving devices resonate at the same frequency, the electromagnetic waves are transmitted by the short-distance electromagnetic field, and if the frequencies are different, there is no energy transmission. In this case, frequency selection can be an important issue. Also, since there is no energy transmission between different resonance frequencies, it is possible to select the device to be charged by selecting the resonance frequency.

[0198] The wireless charging unit 19 includes a PCB (Printed Circuit Board) 19a and a coil 19b electrically connected to the PCB 19a. The coil 19b can wirelessly charge the terminal Mo mounted in the charging area 15A of the back cover 15. Thus, the terminal Mo is mounted on the back cover 15 by the above-mentioned cradle 90 (see FIG. 2) and can be wirelessly charged by facing the coil 19b to the charging area 15A. For example, each of the wireless charging units 19 is located on each of the plates 16a, 16b, 16c, and 16d. That is, the display device can provide a plurality of wireless charging areas.

[0199] The wireless charging unit 19 described above is electrically connected to the control unit C0. The control unit C0 can identify the position of the terminal Mo attached to the head 10 based on information acquired from the gyro sensor 16 (see FIG. 32). When the control unit C0 recognizes that the terminal Mo is attached to the head 10 so as to be superimposed on the charging area 15A, it can operate the wireless charging unit 19. The control unit C0 can operate only the wireless charging unit 19 among the multiple wireless charging units 19 that corresponds to the position of the terminal Mo.
