[0034] Hereinafter, specific embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely for the purpose of explaining and interpreting the present disclosure, and are not intended to limit the present disclosure.

[0035] In this disclosure, unless otherwise stated, the directional terms "up, down" are defined based on the drawing direction of the figures, "up, down" are the same as the directions that the up and down of a vehicle refer to, and "inside, outside" mean the inside and outside of the associated member. Note that the terms "first, second," etc., used are used only to differentiate descriptions and should not be understood as indicating or implying any relative importance.

[0036] Furthermore, in the description of the present disclosure, it is necessary to explain that, unless otherwise clearly defined and limited, the terms "installation," "connection," and "attachment" that appear may refer to fixed contact, detachable connection or integral connection, direct connection, connection to each other via an intermediate medium, or communication between the insides of two elements, and a person skilled in the art can understand the specific concepts of the above technical terms in the present disclosure.

[0037] As shown in FIGS. 1 to 14 , according to one embodiment of the present disclosure, a valve group integration module 100 for a thermal management system 1000 is provided, the thermal management system 1000 has a variety of preset thermal management modes, the valve group integration module 100 includes a plurality of flow paths 10 and a valve group 20, the plurality of flow paths 10 are provided inside the valve group integration module 100, the valve group 20 includes a plurality of valves, the valves are provided in the valve group integration module 100, and the valves are connected to the flow paths 10, and the valves are connected or disconnected to form different fluid passages connected to the plurality of flow paths 10, thereby realizing at least one of the plurality of preset thermal management modes.

[0038] In the above technical means, multiple flow paths are installed inside the valve group integrated module 100 instead of the traditional connecting pipeline, which is favorable for reducing the design of the connecting pipeline in the thermal management system 1000; the valve group 20 having multiple valves is integrated into the valve group integrated module 100, which facilitates maintenance and disassembly, and can effectively reduce the bracket design for mounting each valve; and the design of multiple flow paths inside the valve group integrated module 100 and the design of the integrated multiple valves are also favorable for reducing the weight of the valve group integrated module 100, which is favorable for the design of the entire vehicle to be lightweight, and can reduce the cost and fuel consumption. At the same time, the use of parts is reduced, which is favorable for reducing the arrangement space of the entire vehicle. In addition, multiple flow paths can be flexibly designed on the valve group integrated module 100, and the distribution position of each valve can be flexibly selected to suit the distribution of different entire vehicles, which is favorable for the design of the entire vehicle platform.

[0039] In some embodiments, the flow paths include a first flow path 110 and a second flow path 120, where the first flow paths 110 are distributed in approximately the same plane and the second flow paths 120 are distributed in a different plane, and a group of valves are used to selectively connect the first flow path 110 and the second flow path 120 to form different fluid passages.

[0040] By distributing the first flow paths 110 in approximately the same plane, manufacturing and later maintenance are simplified, and by distributing the second flow paths 120 in different planes, the first flow paths 110 and the second flow paths 120 can be selectively connected to each other through the valve group, and multiple different fluid passages can be formed, which can be adapted to different vehicle models and improve the adaptability of the valve group integrated module 100. For example, there are multiple first flow paths 110 and multiple second flow paths 120, and the multiple first flow paths 110 and the multiple second flow paths 120 can be selectively connected to each other through the valve group, which can further meet the usage demands of different vehicle models.

[0041] As shown in Figures 3, 5, 6, 8 and 11, the valve group integration module 100 may have a first half 1 and a second half 2, where the first half 1 has a first connecting surface 1001 and the second half 2 has a second connecting surface 2001, and the first connecting surface 1001 and the second connecting surface 2001 are hermetically connected.

[0042] A plurality of second flow paths 120 are provided inside the first half 1, and at least one groove is provided on the second connecting surface 2001 of the second half 2, such that the groove on the second connecting surface 2001 and the first connecting surface 1001 together define the first flow path 110. When the first half 1 and the second half 2 are attached together, the first connecting surface 1001 of the first half 1 is sealed into the groove on the second connecting surface 2001 of the second half 2, and the portion of the first connecting surface 1001 sealed into the opening of the groove and the groove wall of the groove together surround each other to form the first flow path 110.

[0043] A first flow path 110 is defined between the first half 1 and the second half 2, and a plurality of second flow paths 120 are provided inside the first half 1, selectively connecting the first flow path 110 and the second flow paths 120 via valves, such that fluid can flow within a fluid passage consisting of the first flow paths 110 and the second flow paths 120 corresponding to the valves.

[0044] In other words, the same first flow path 110 can be connected to multiple second flow paths 120 to form a fluid passage, and the multiple second flow paths 120 share the same first flow path 110. In this way, the number of flow paths provided in the valve group integration module 100 can be reduced, the internal structure of the valve group integration module 100 can be simplified, and the processing of the valve group integration module 100 can be made easier. Meanwhile, the problems of an excessive number of flow paths making distribution complicated, reducing the degree of integration of the valve group integration module 100, and the space occupied by the valve group integration module 100 being large can be avoided.

[0045] Furthermore, forming one or more grooves in the second connecting surface 2001 of the second half 2 has the following advantages. 1. Since the grooves are formed on the second connection surface 2001 of the second half 2, the structure of the second half 2 is simple, and it is more convenient to distribute the positions of the multiple grooves when designing them. The multiple grooves can be flexibly laid out, so that the second half 2 can be utilized to a greater extent and the integration degree of the valve group integration module 100 can be improved. Furthermore, since the multiple grooves are distributed on the same surface, later maintenance is also facilitated. 2. The groove is installed in the second half 2, and the second half 2 is installed separately from the first half 1, so that the design of the groove does not affect the design and layout of the second flow path 120 on the first half 1. By installing the groove in the second half 2, there is no need to sacrifice the second flow path 120 on the first half 1, which is more advantageous for the rational layout of the second flow path 120 in the first half 1.

[0046] In another embodiment, a plurality of second channels 120 are provided inside the first half 1, and at least one groove is provided on the first connecting surface 1001 on the first half 1, such that the second connecting surface 2001 and the groove on the first half 1 together define the first channel 110. When the first half 1 and the second half 2 are attached together, the second connecting surface 2001 of the second half 2 is sealed into the groove on the first connecting surface 1001 of the first half 1, and the portion of the second connecting surface 2001 sealed into the opening of the groove and the groove wall of the groove together surround and form the first channel 110.

[0047] In this method, the design of the second flow passage 120 and the design of the groove are both provided in the first half 1, and the first flow passage 110 is jointly defined by the first half 1 and the second half 2. In this way, the main structural design can be concentrated on the first half 1, and when damage occurs, only the first half 1 needs to be mainly repaired, while the design freedom of the second half 2 is high, and the designer can set the shape and size of the second half 2 by himself according to the different distribution spaces of different vehicle models.

[0048] In another variant, a plurality of second flow paths 120 are provided inside the first half 1, at least one groove is provided on the second connecting surface 2001 of the second half 2, and at least one groove is provided on the first connecting surface 1001 of the first half 1, in this way, when the first half 1 is bonded to the second half 2, the first flow path 110 may be defined, and the present disclosure does not limit the specific design manner.

[0049] In order to suit different installation scenarios and make more rational use of the space of the second half 2, in some embodiments provided by the present disclosure, the groove is a curved groove or a straight groove.

[0050] 6 and 7, when the groove is a curved groove, the angle θ formed by the curved groove at the bend position may be 50° to 180° in order to reduce the resistance of the fluid flowing through the first flow path 110. In this way, during the process of the fluid flowing through the groove, the fluid resistance between the fluid and the groove is small, so that the fluid flows more smoothly within the groove, and the energy consumption of the fluid during the flow process is reduced. Preferably, the angle θ may be 90° to 180°.

[0051] It is necessary to explain here that when the angle that a curved groove makes at the bending position is 180°, it is structured as a straight groove.

[0052] Optionally, the cross section of the groove is a smoothly transitioning U-shape, and while a U-shaped groove is more convenient to process, the smoothly transitioning groove reduces the fluid resistance experienced by the fluid during the flow process within the groove, allowing the fluid to flow more smoothly within the first flow path 110.

[0053] The first half 1 and the second half 2 can be configured in any suitable shape and structure as long as they achieve the corresponding functions, and the present disclosure is not limited thereto.

[0054] To further improve the sealing between the first half 1 and the second half 2, a sealing membrane may be provided between the first half 1 and the second half 2.

[0055] Optionally, the first half 1 and the second half 2 may be connected by a welding process to ensure the stability of the connection between the first half 1 and the second half 2. However, the present disclosure does not limit the manner of connection between the first half 1 and the second half 2, and the first half 1 and the second half 2 may be connected by a manner such as locking or adhesive, as long as the stability of the connection is ensured.

[0056] Optionally, as shown in FIG. 6 , a number of cutouts 50 are formed in the first half 1, which can effectively reduce the weight of the first half 1 and facilitate the lightweight design of the first half 1, i.e., the lightweight design of the valve group integration module 100, and further facilitate the lightweight design of the entire vehicle.

[0057] Optionally, the valve group integration module 100 further includes an interface, which is used to connect the fluid passage and the external heat exchange assembly in the thermal management system 1000. By installing the interface in the valve group integration module 100, the fluid passage in the valve group integration module 100 can be directly communicated with the external heat exchange assembly in the thermal management system 1000 through the interface, without needing a structure such as an intermediate adapter, and the risk of leakage of the valve group integration module 100 can be reduced.

[0058] For example, the above interfaces include multiple of a condenser interface, an air conditioner heat exchanger interface, an evaporator interface, a battery pack heat exchanger interface, a motor heat exchanger interface, an engine heat exchanger interface, a compressor interface, a gas-liquid separator interface, and a PT sensor interface, and the condenser interface, the air conditioner heat exchanger interface, the evaporator interface, the battery pack heat exchanger interface, the motor heat exchanger interface, and the compressor interface are used to connect corresponding external thermal management system assemblies. It is necessary to explain here that the corresponding external thermal management system assemblies respectively refer to the condenser 200, the air conditioner heat exchanger 300, the evaporator 400, the battery pack heat exchanger 500, the motor heat exchanger 700, and the compressor 600.

[0059] Specifically, the condenser interface is used to connect to the condenser 200, the air conditioner heat exchanger interface is used to connect to the air conditioner heat exchanger 300, the evaporator interface is used to connect to the evaporator 400, the battery pack heat exchanger interface is used to connect to the battery pack heat exchanger 500, the motor heat exchanger interface is used to connect to the motor heat exchanger 700, and the compressor interface is used to connect to the compressor 600.

[0060] By providing an interface for communicating with an external thermal management system assembly in the valve group integration module 100, it is convenient to realize communication between the fluid passages in the valve group integration module 100 and the external thermal management system assembly, and different pre-set thermal management modes can be realized. Furthermore, by using the fluid passages inside the valve group integration module 100 instead of the traditional connecting pipelines, the design of the pipelines can be reduced, which is convenient for a lightweight design.

[0061] In some embodiments, the interfaces may include a condenser interface, an air conditioner heat exchanger interface, an evaporator interface, and a compressor interface. The condenser interface is used to connect to the condenser 200 in the external thermal management system 1000, the air conditioner heat exchanger interface is used to connect to the air conditioner heat exchanger 300 in the external thermal management system 1000, the evaporator interface is used to connect to the evaporator 400 in the external thermal management system 1000, and the compressor interface is used to connect to the compressor 600 in the external thermal management system 1000. Of course, the present disclosure does not limit the interface types on the valve group integration module 100, and designers can set them themselves as needed.

[0062] Optionally, as shown in Figures 1 and 2, the condenser interface may include a condenser outlet interface 202. The air conditioner heat exchanger interface includes an air conditioner heat exchanger inlet interface 203 and an air conditioner heat exchanger outlet interface 204, and the evaporator interface includes an evaporator inlet interface 205. The valve group includes a first on-off valve 21 and a second expansion valve 32, a first port of the first on-off valve 21 is connected to the condenser outlet interface 202, a second port of the first on-off valve 21 is connected to the air conditioner heat exchanger inlet interface 203, a first port of the second expansion valve 32 is connected to the air conditioner heat exchanger outlet interface 204, and a second port of the second expansion valve 32 is connected to the evaporator inlet interface 205, so that the thermal management system 1000 realizes an air conditioner cooling mode among the preset thermal management modes.

[0063] In the above technical means, for the conventional air conditioner cooling mode, the valve group integration module 100 is provided with a condenser outlet interface 202 and an air conditioner heat exchanger inlet interface 203, and a fluid passage is provided inside the valve group integration module 100 to connect the condenser outlet interface 202 and the air conditioner heat exchanger inlet interface 203. Instead of the connecting pipeline for connecting the condenser 200 and the air conditioner heat exchanger 300 in the prior art, the fluid passage is used to connect the condenser 200 and the air conditioner heat exchanger 300 to the valve group integration module 100. The air conditioner heat exchanger outlet interface 204 and the evaporator inlet interface 205 are integrated and designed, and there is inevitably a fluid passage connecting the air conditioner heat exchanger outlet interface 204 and the evaporator outlet interface 205 inside the valve group integration module 100, so that this fluid passage is used instead of the connecting pipeline for connecting the air conditioner heat exchanger 300 and the evaporator 400 in the prior art, and the above-mentioned first on-off valve 21 and the second expansion valve 32 communicate with the fluid passage and control the flow path, which will be described in detail below when introducing the specific structure of the first flow path 110.

[0064] Optionally, in the cooling mode of the air conditioner, a specific working process may be as follows:

[0065] As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the high-temperature and high-pressure gas refrigerant is discharged from the compressor 600 and flows to the inlet of the condenser 200 through the pipeline. The refrigerant is connected to the condenser outlet interface 202 on the valve group integration module 100 through the outlet of the condenser 200 (the condenser 200 does not need to perform heat dissipation at this time), thereby entering the fluid passage. The valve group integration module 100 is provided with a first on-off valve 21 that is connected to the fluid passage. When the first on-off valve 21 is in an open state, the refrigerant flows from the first on-off valve 21 to the air conditioner heat exchanger inlet interface 203, which is connected to the inlet of the air conditioner heat exchanger 300. The refrigerant enters the air conditioner heat exchanger 300 to perform heat exchange. After the heat exchange, the refrigerant is passed through the air conditioner heat exchanger 300. The refrigerant flows out from the outlet of the evaporator 300, flows into the air conditioner heat exchanger outlet interface 204, and re-enters the fluid passage of the valve group integration module 100. The valve group integration module 100 is provided with a second expansion valve 32 connected to the fluid passage. The refrigerant is throttled and reduced in pressure by the second expansion valve 32, and then flows into the evaporator inlet interface 205. The evaporator inlet interface 205 and the inlet of the evaporator 400 may be connected through a pipeline. The refrigerant after being throttled and reduced in pressure enters the evaporator 400 through the pipeline to evaporate and absorb the heat of the environment. The cooled environmental temperature is blown into the passenger compartment by the blower to achieve cooling. The refrigerant that passes through the evaporator 400 flows into the compressor 600 through the pipeline, and the gas refrigerant enters the compressor 600 to perform the cooling cycle.

[0066] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the valve group may further include a first expansion valve 31 and a second on-off valve 22, a first port of the first expansion valve 31 is connected to the condenser outlet interface 202, a second port of the first expansion valve 31 is connected to the air conditioner heat exchanger inlet interface 203, a first port of the second on-off valve 22 is connected to the air conditioner heat exchanger outlet interface 204, and a second port of the second on-off valve 22 is connected to the inlet of the compressor 600, so that the thermal management system 1000 realizes an air conditioner heating mode among the preset thermal management modes.

[0067] In other words, in order to realize the above-mentioned air conditioner cooling mode structure, by adding a first expansion valve 31 and a second opening / closing valve 22 to the valve group integration module 100, it is also possible to realize the air conditioner heating mode among the pre-set thermal management modes. Similarly, instead of the connecting pipeline for connecting the condenser 200 and the air conditioner heat exchanger 300 in the conventional technology, and the connecting pipeline for connecting the air conditioner heat exchanger 300 and the evaporator 400 in the conventional technology, it is also possible to use the fluid passage in the valve group integration module 100 in the air conditioner heating mode, which reduces the design of the connecting pipeline in the air conditioner heating mode and is convenient for a lightweight design.

[0068] Optionally, in the air conditioner heating mode, a specific working process may be as follows:

[0069] As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the compressor 600 discharges high-temperature and high-pressure gas refrigerant, which can enter the condenser 200 through the pipeline. The refrigerant dissipates heat in the condenser 200. The heat dissipated by the condenser 200 is combined with wind to heat the PTC, and the hot air is blown into the vehicle interior by the blower to heat the vehicle interior. The refrigerant that passes through the condenser 20 enters the fluid passage of the valve group integration module 100 through the condenser outlet interface 202 on the valve group integration module 100. The valve group integration module 100 is provided with a first expansion valve 31 and a second opening / closing valve 22 that are connected to the fluid passage, and the refrigerant is then cooled. The refrigerant is throttled and reduced in pressure by the first expansion valve 31, and then flows to the air conditioner heat exchanger inlet interface 203, which can be connected to the air conditioner heat exchanger 300 through a pipeline, and the refrigerant enters the air conditioner heat exchanger 300 to perform heat exchange. The heat-exchanged refrigerant is connected to the air conditioner heat exchanger outlet interface 204 through a pipeline and enters the fluid passage of the valve group integration module 100. Then, the refrigerant flows through the second on-off valve 22 to the inlet of the compressor 600, and the gas refrigerant enters the compressor 600 to perform the heating cycle operation.

[0070] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the battery pack heat exchanger interface may include a battery pack heat exchanger first interface 207 and a battery pack heat exchanger second interface 208, and the valve group may further include a third expansion valve 33 and a fourth on-off valve 24, a first port of the third expansion valve 33 is connected to the battery pack heat exchanger second interface 208, a second port of the third expansion valve 33 is connected to the air conditioner heat exchanger outlet interface 204, a first port of the fourth on-off valve 24 is connected to the battery pack heat exchanger first interface 207, and a second port of the fourth on-off valve 24 is used to connect to the inlet of the compressor, so that the thermal management system 1000 realizes a battery cooling mode among the preset thermal management modes, or two operating modes of air conditioner cooling and battery cooling.

[0071] In other words, in order to realize the above-mentioned air conditioner cooling mode structure, by installing the battery pack heat exchanger first interface 207, the battery pack heat exchanger second interface 208, the third expansion valve 33 and the fourth opening / closing valve 24 in the valve group integration module 100, it is possible to realize the battery cooling mode among the pre-set thermal management modes, or two operating modes of air conditioner cooling and battery cooling, thereby reducing the design of connecting pipelines in the two operating modes of battery cooling mode and air conditioner cooling and battery cooling.

[0072] Optionally, in the battery cooling mode, the specific working process may be as follows:

[0073] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the compressor 600 discharges high-temperature, high-pressure gas refrigerant, which flows through a pipeline to the inlet of the condenser 200. The refrigerant is connected to the condenser outlet interface 202 on the valve group integration module 100 through the outlet of the condenser 200 (the condenser 200 does not need to perform heat dissipation at this time), and thus enters the fluid passage. The refrigerant flows from the first on-off valve 21 to the air conditioner heat exchanger 300 to perform heat exchange. The heat-exchanged refrigerant is throttled and reduced in pressure by the third expansion valve 33, and then flows to the battery pack heat exchanger 500 to absorb heat from the battery pack and reduce its temperature. The refrigerant that has passed through the battery pack heat exchanger 500 flows from the fourth on-off valve 24 to the compressor 600 to perform a cycle operation of cooling the battery. In the battery cooling mode, the second expansion valve 32 is in a closed state.

[0074] There are two selectable operating modes: air conditioning cooling and battery cooling. The specific operating process may be as follows:

[0075] As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the compressor 600 discharges high-temperature and high-pressure gas refrigerant, which flows to the inlet of the condenser 200 through the pipeline, and the refrigerant is connected to the condenser outlet interface 202 on the valve group integration module 100 through the outlet of the condenser 200 (the condenser 200 does not need to perform heat dissipation at this time), and thus enters the fluid passage. The refrigerant flows from the first on-off valve 21 to the air conditioner heat exchanger 300 for heat exchange. The refrigerant that has been heat exchanged is divided into two paths, one of which is throttled and reduced in pressure by the third expansion valve 33, and then flows to the battery pack heat exchanger 500 to absorb heat from the battery pack and reduce its temperature. The refrigerant that has passed through the battery pack heat exchanger 500 is then cooled. The first refrigerant flows from the fourth on-off valve 24 to the compressor 600 to perform the battery cooling cycle, while the other refrigerant is throttled and reduced in pressure by the second expansion valve 32 and then flows to the evaporator inlet interface 205, which can be connected to the inlet of the evaporator 400 via a pipeline. The throttled and reduced-pressure refrigerant enters the evaporator 400 via the pipeline to evaporate and absorb environmental heat, and the cooled environmental temperature is blown into the passenger compartment by the blower to achieve cooling. The refrigerant that has passed through the evaporator 400 flows to the compressor 600 via the pipeline, and the gaseous refrigerant enters the compressor 600 to perform the air conditioning cooling cycle.

[0076] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the compressor interface may include a compressor outlet interface 201, the motor heat exchanger interface includes a motor heat exchanger first interface 209 and a motor heat exchanger second interface 210, and the valve group further includes a third on-off valve 23, a first port of the third on-off valve 23 is connected to the compressor outlet interface 201, a second port of the third on-off valve 23 is connected to the battery pack heat exchanger first interface 207, a second port of the third expansion valve 33 is connected to the motor heat exchanger first interface 209, a first port of the second on-off valve 22 is connected to the motor heat exchanger second interface 210, and a second port of the second on-off valve 22 is used to connect to the inlet of the compressor 600, so that the thermal management system 1000 realizes a battery heating mode among the preset thermal management modes, or two operating modes of air conditioner cooling and battery heating.

[0077] In addition to being able to realize the structure of the battery cooling mode, or the two operating modes of air conditioner cooling and battery cooling, among the above-mentioned preset thermal management modes, by installing the compressor outlet interface 201, the motor heat exchanger first interface 209, the motor heat exchanger second interface 210, and the third on-off valve 23 in the valve group integration module 100, the battery heating mode, or the two operating modes of air conditioner cooling and battery heating, among the preset thermal management modes can be realized by opening and closing the valves and connecting or disconnecting the fluid passage, thereby reducing the design of the connecting pipelines in the battery heating mode, or the two operating modes of air conditioner cooling and battery heating.

[0078] Optionally, in the battery heating mode, the specific working process may be as follows:

[0079] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the high-temperature, high-pressure refrigerant flows out of the compressor 600 and is connected to the third on-off valve 23 via a pipeline, and the third on-off valve 23 can be connected to the battery pack heat exchanger 500 and the fourth on-off valve 24 via a pipeline. At this time, the third on-off valve 23 is in an open state and the fourth on-off valve 24 is in a closed state, and the refrigerant enters the battery pack heat exchanger 500 to heat the battery pack. The refrigerant that has passed through the battery pack heat exchanger 500 enters the third expansion valve 33 via the pipeline and is throttled and reduced in pressure. The refrigerant that has been throttled and reduced in pressure enters the motor heat exchanger 700 to perform heat exchange. The refrigerant that has passed through the motor heat exchanger 700 enters the compressor through the second on-off valve 22 to perform a cycle of heating the battery.

[0080] There are two selectable operating modes: air conditioning cooling and battery heating. The specific operating process may be as follows:

[0081] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, high temperature, high pressure refrigerant leaves compressor 600 and is split into two paths. One enters the condenser 200 through a pipeline connection, the refrigerant can enter the first on-off valve 21 through a flow path after passing through the condenser 200 (the condenser 200 does not need to perform heat dissipation at this time), the first on-off valve 21 is in an open state, the refrigerant further enters the air conditioner heat exchanger 300, the heat-exchanged refrigerant enters the second expansion valve 32 through a pipeline connection, the refrigerant is throttled and reduced in pressure by the second expansion valve 32, and then flows to the evaporator 400, the throttled and reduced-pressure refrigerant enters the evaporator 400 through a pipeline to evaporate and absorb the heat of the environment, the cooled environmental temperature is blown into the passenger compartment by the blower to achieve cooling, the refrigerant after passing through the evaporator 400 flows to the compressor 600 through a pipeline, and the gas refrigerant enters the compressor 600 to perform the cycle operation of air conditioner cooling; The other refrigerant enters the third on-off valve 23 via a pipeline connection, and the refrigerant that passes through the third on-off valve 23 enters the battery pack heat exchanger 500, where it heats the battery pack. The refrigerant that passes through the battery pack heat exchanger 500 enters the third expansion valve 33 via the pipeline and is throttled and reduced in pressure. The throttled and reduced-pressure refrigerant enters the motor heat exchanger 700 to perform heat exchange, and the refrigerant that passes through the motor heat exchanger 700 enters the compressor through the second on-off valve 22 to perform the battery heating cycle.

[0082] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the valve group further includes a first expansion valve 31, a first port of the first expansion valve 31 is connected to the condenser outlet interface 202, and a second port of the first expansion valve 31 is connected to the motor heat exchanger first interface 209, so that the thermal management system 1000 realizes a heat pump heating mode, or two operating modes of heat pump heating and battery cooling, or two operating modes of heat pump heating and battery heating among the pre-set thermal management modes.

[0083] Optionally, in the heat pump heating mode, the specific working process may be as follows:

[0084] As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the refrigerant flows out of the compressor 600 and enters the condenser 200 through the pipeline. The refrigerant dissipates heat in the condenser 200. The heat dissipated by the condenser 200 is combined with air to heat the PTC. The hot air is blown into the vehicle interior by the blower to heat the vehicle interior. The refrigerant that passes through the condenser 200 enters the first expansion valve 31 and is throttled and reduced in pressure. The throttled and reduced-pressure refrigerant enters the motor heat exchanger 700 to absorb heat and evaporate. The evaporated refrigerant flows through the second on-off valve 22 and enters the compressor 600 to perform the heating cycle.

[0085] There are two selectable operating modes: heat pump heating and battery cooling. The specific operating process may be as follows:

[0086] As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the refrigerant flows out of the compressor 600 and enters the condenser 200 through a pipeline. The refrigerant dissipates heat in the condenser 200. The heat dissipated by the condenser 200 is combined with wind to heat the PTC, and the hot air is blown into the vehicle interior by the blower to heat the vehicle interior. The refrigerant that passes through the condenser 200 is connected to the first expansion valve 31 through a pipeline, and is throttled and reduced in pressure by the first expansion valve 31 before entering the motor heat exchanger 700. The refrigerant absorbs heat and evaporates through the motor heat exchanger 700, and the evaporated refrigerant enters the third expansion valve 33 through the motor heat exchanger 700. The refrigerant enters the third expansion valve 33 and is throttled and reduced in pressure before entering the battery pack heat exchanger 500 to absorb heat from the battery pack and lower its temperature. The refrigerant that has passed through the battery heat exchanger 500 passes through the fourth on-off valve 24, and enters the compressor through the fourth on-off valve 24, thereby achieving two-cycle operation in two operating modes: heat pump heating and battery cooling.

[0087] There are two selectable operating modes: heat pump heating and battery heating. The specific operating process may be as follows:

[0088] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the refrigerant leaves the compressor and is split into two paths. One of the refrigerants enters the condenser 200 through the pipeline, where the refrigerant dissipates heat. The heat dissipated by the condenser 200 is combined with wind to heat the PTC, thereby heating the vehicle interior. The refrigerant that passes through the condenser 200 enters the first expansion valve 31, where the refrigerant is throttled and reduced in pressure. The refrigerant that flows out of the first expansion valve 31 enters the motor heat exchanger 700. The refrigerant that absorbs heat and evaporates by the motor heat exchanger 700 enters the compressor through the second opening and closing valve 22. On the other hand, the refrigerant enters the third on-off valve 23 via the pipeline, and after passing through the third on-off valve 23 enters the battery pack heat exchanger 500 to heat the battery pack, the refrigerant that passes through the battery pack heat exchanger 500 enters the third expansion valve 33 and is throttled to reduce its pressure, and the throttled and reduced pressure refrigerant also enters the motor heat exchanger 700 to evaporate and absorb heat, and the evaporated refrigerant absorbs heat and enters the compressor via the second on-off valve 22.

[0089] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the motor heat exchanger second interface 210 is further connected to the first port of the second expansion valve 32, so that the thermal management system 1000 realizes three operating modes of air conditioner cooling, air conditioner dehumidification and battery heating, or three operating modes of air conditioner cooling, air conditioner dehumidification and battery cooling among the preset thermal management modes.

[0090] Optionally, in the air conditioner dehumidification mode, the specific working process may be as follows:

[0091] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the compressor 600 discharges high-temperature and high-pressure gas refrigerant and enters the condenser 200. After the refrigerant dissipates heat in the condenser 200, it enters the first on-off valve 21. At this time, the first on-off valve 21 is fully opened, and the refrigerant passes through the first on-off valve 21 and enters the air conditioner heat exchanger 300 or the motor heat exchanger 700. The refrigerant that has been heat exchanged in the air conditioner heat exchanger 300 or the motor heat exchanger 700 enters the second expansion valve 32 and is throttled and reduced in pressure. The throttled and reduced-pressure refrigerant enters the evaporator 400 to absorb the environmental heat inside the vehicle, so that the moist air inside the vehicle reaches the dew point temperature and is condensed and discharged as water, achieving a dehumidifying effect. The heat dissipated by the condenser 200 is added to the dehumidified environment, making the vehicle interior environment at a comfortable temperature. The blower blows air into the passenger compartment to achieve a comfortable environmental temperature in the passenger compartment. The refrigerant that has passed through the evaporator 400 enters the compressor to perform a dehumidification cycle operation.

[0092] There are three selectable operating modes: air conditioner cooling, air conditioner dehumidification and battery cooling. The specific operating process may be as follows:

[0093] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the compressor 600 discharges high-temperature, high-pressure gas refrigerant, which enters the condenser 200 via a pipeline connection. After the refrigerant passes through the condenser 200 (the condenser 200 does not need to perform heat dissipation at this time), it enters the first on-off valve 21 via the pipeline. At this time, the first on-off valve 21 is fully opened, and the refrigerant enters the air conditioner heat exchanger 300 from the first on-off valve 21, and the heat-exchanged refrigerant is divided into two paths. One enters the second expansion valve 32 through the pipeline and is throttled to reduce the pressure, and the throttled and decompressed refrigerant enters the evaporator 400 through the pipeline connection to absorb the environmental heat inside the vehicle, so that the moist air inside the vehicle reaches the dew point temperature and is condensed and discharged as water, thus achieving the dehumidification effect. The dehumidified environment is combined with the heat dissipated by the condenser 200 to make the vehicle interior environment at a comfortable temperature, and the blower blows air into the passenger compartment to achieve a comfortable environmental temperature in the passenger compartment. The refrigerant that has passed through the evaporator 400 enters the compressor 600.

[0094] On the other hand, the refrigerant discharged from the air conditioner heat exchanger 300 enters the third expansion valve 33, where it is throttled and reduced in pressure, and then enters the battery pack heat exchanger 500 to absorb heat from the battery pack and lower its temperature, and the refrigerant that has passed through the battery pack heat exchanger 500 enters the compressor 600 through the fourth on-off valve 24.

[0095] There are three selectable operating modes: air conditioner cooling, air conditioner dehumidification and battery heating. The specific operating process may be as follows:

[0096] As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, after the compressor 600 discharges high-temperature and high-pressure gas refrigerant, the gas refrigerant is divided into two paths. One enters the condenser 200 through a pipeline connection, and the refrigerant dissipates heat in the condenser 200 and then connects to the first on-off valve 21 through a pipeline. At this time, the first on-off valve 21 is fully opened, and the refrigerant enters the air conditioner heat exchanger 300 from the first on-off valve 21 through a pipeline. The refrigerant that has been heat exchanged by the air conditioner heat exchanger 300 enters the second expansion valve 32 through a pipeline. The refrigerant is throttled and reduced in pressure in the second expansion valve 32 and then enters the evaporator 400 to absorb the environmental heat inside the vehicle, so that the moist air inside the vehicle reaches the dew point temperature and is condensed and discharged as water, thereby achieving a dehumidifying effect. The heat dissipated by the condenser 200 is added to the dehumidified environment, making the vehicle interior environment at a comfortable temperature. The blower blows air into the passenger compartment to achieve a comfortable environmental temperature in the passenger compartment. The refrigerant that has passed through the evaporator 400 enters the compressor 600 through a pipeline connection.

[0097] The other refrigerant enters the third on-off valve 23 via a pipeline connection, and the refrigerant that passes through the third on-off valve 23 enters the battery pack heat exchanger 500 to heat the battery pack. The refrigerant that passes through the battery pack heat exchanger 500 enters the third expansion valve 33 via a pipeline and is throttled to reduce its pressure. The throttled and reduced-pressure refrigerant enters the motor heat exchanger 700 where it absorbs heat and evaporates. The evaporated refrigerant similarly enters the second expansion valve 32 via a pipeline connection and merges with one of the above-mentioned refrigerants.

[0098] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 1 and 2, the valve group further includes a fifth on-off valve 25 and a sixth on-off valve 26, a first port of the fifth on-off valve 25 is connected to the second port of the first on-off valve 21 and the second port of the first expansion valve 31, the second port of the fifth on-off valve 25 is connected to the motor heat exchanger first interface 209, a first port of the sixth on-off valve 26 is connected to the second port of the first on-off valve 21 and the second port of the first expansion valve 31, and the second port of the sixth on-off valve 26 is used to connect to the air conditioner heat exchanger inlet interface 203. By integrating the fifth on-off valve 25 into the valve group integration module 100, the refrigerant flowing out from the first on-off valve 21 and the first expansion valve 31 can be conducted or cut off to selectively enter the air conditioner heat exchanger 300, improving the flexibility of flow path control. Similarly, by integrating the sixth on-off valve 26 into the valve group integration module 100, the refrigerant flowing out from the first on-off valve 21 and the first expansion valve 31 can be conducted or cut off to selectively enter the motor heat exchanger 700, improving the flexibility of flow path control.

[0099] As shown in FIG. 1 , the valve group may further include a first check valve 41 and a second check valve 42, where a first port of the first check valve 41 is connected to a second port of the third expansion valve 33, and a second port of the first check valve 41 is connected to the motor heat exchanger first interface 209, specifically, can be connected to a first port of the fifth opening / closing valve 25, where the first check valve 41 is arranged to only allow fluid to flow from its first port to its second port; a first port of the second check valve 42 is connected to the air conditioner heat exchanger outlet interface 204, and a second port of the second check valve 42 is connected to the second port of the third expansion valve 33, where the second check valve 42 is arranged to only allow fluid to flow from its first port to its second port. In this embodiment, a first check valve 41 and a second check valve 42 are provided in the flow path to prevent backflow of the fluid and ensure a stable flow of the fluid in the flow path.

[0100] 1 and 2 , in some embodiments, the gas-liquid separator interface includes a gas-liquid separator inlet interface 211, the evaporator interface further includes an evaporator outlet interface 206, and the evaporator outlet interface 206 is connected to the gas-liquid separator inlet interface 211. That is, the refrigerant passing through the evaporator 400 can flow into the gas-liquid separator 800 to perform gas-liquid two-phase separation, and the separated gas-phase refrigerant enters the compressor 600, so as to prevent the liquid-phase refrigerant or the gas-liquid mixed two-phase refrigerant from entering the compressor 600.

[0101] Optionally, as shown in Figures 6 to 14, the flow path has a first flow path 110 distributed in approximately the same plane, the first flow path 110 has a first branch path 11, and the condenser outlet interface 202 is connected to a first port of the first on-off valve 21 and a first port of the first expansion valve 31 by the first branch path 11.

[0102] That is, in this embodiment, the first branch path 11 is installed, and the first branch path 11 is connected to the condenser outlet interface 202, and the first branch path 11 realizes communication with the first on-off valve 21 and communication with the first expansion valve 31, thereby respectively realizing communication between the condenser outlet interface 202 and the first port of the first on-off valve 21, and communication between the condenser outlet interface 202 and the first port of the first expansion valve 31, thereby avoiding the installation of two independent flow paths and reducing the number of flow paths installed in the valve group integration module 100 by sharing the first branch path 11.

[0103] Specifically, a first opening 803 and a second opening 802 are formed in the first branch passage 11, the first opening 803 is connected to a first port of the first on-off valve 21, the second opening 802 is connected to a first port of the first expansion valve 31, and the condenser outlet interface 202 is connected to the first branch passage 11 by one of the second flow paths 120.

[0104] As shown in Figures 6, 7 and 8, the first flow path 110 further has a second branch path 12, and the second port of the first on-off valve 21 and the second port of the first expansion valve 31 are connected to a first port of the fifth on-off valve 25 by the second branch path 12, and the second port of the first on-off valve 21 and the second port of the first expansion valve 31 are further connected to a first port of the sixth on-off valve 26 by the second branch path 12.

[0105] In other words, in this embodiment, by installing the second branch path 12, the refrigerant flowing out from the first on-off valve 21 and the first expansion valve 31 shares the second branch path 12 and communicates with the sixth on-off valve 26, the fifth on-off valve 25, and the first check valve 41, thereby reducing the number of flow paths installed in the valve group integration module 100.

[0106] Specifically, a third opening 818, a fourth opening 819, a fifth opening 801, a sixth opening 121, and a seventh opening 122 are formed in the second branch passage 12. The third opening 818 is communicated with a second port of the first on-off valve 21, the fourth opening 819 is communicated with a second port of the first expansion valve 31, the fifth opening 801 is communicated with a second port of the first check valve 41, the sixth opening 121 is communicated with a first port of the sixth on-off valve 26, and the seventh opening 122 is communicated with a first port of the fifth on-off valve 25.

[0107] Optionally, as shown in Figures 6 and 7, the first flow path 110 further includes a third branch path 13, and the second port of the sixth on-off valve 26 is connected to the air conditioner heat exchanger inlet interface 203 by the third branch path 13, allowing the refrigerant to flow to the air conditioner heat exchanger 300.

[0108] Specifically, an eighth opening 805 and a ninth opening 804 are formed in the third branch passage 13, the eighth opening 805 is connected to the second port of the sixth on-off valve 26, and the ninth opening 804 is connected to the inlet interface 203 of the air conditioner heat exchanger by one of the second flow paths 120.

[0109] Optionally, as shown in Figures 6, 7 and 8, the first flow path 110 further includes a fourth branch path 14, and the air conditioner heat exchanger outlet interface 204 and the motor heat exchanger second interface 210 are connected to the first port of the second opening / closing valve 22 by the fourth branch path 14, and the air conditioner heat exchanger outlet interface 204 and the motor heat exchanger second interface 210 are further connected to the first port of the second expansion valve 32 by the fourth branch path 14.

[0110] That is, in this embodiment, the refrigerant flowing out from the air conditioner heat exchanger 300 and the refrigerant flowing out from the motor heat exchanger 700 merge into the fourth branch path 14, which can be selectively connected or disconnected to the second on-off valve 22 and the second expansion valve 32. By providing the fourth branch path 14, it is not necessary to provide a plurality of flow paths individually to achieve communication between the air conditioner heat exchanger 300 and the second on-off valve 22 and the second expansion valve 32, and communication between the motor heat exchanger 700 and the second on-off valve 22 and the second expansion valve 32, and the number of flow paths provided in the valve group integration module 100 is reduced.

[0111] Specifically, the fourth branch passage 14 is provided with a tenth opening 816, an eleventh opening 817, a twelfth opening 820 and a thirteenth operating port 806. [0112] Optionally, as shown in Figures 6, 7 and 8, the first flow path 110 further includes a fifth branch path 15, and the second port of the third on-off valve 23, the battery pack heat exchanger first interface 207, is connected to the first port of the fourth on-off valve 24 by the fifth branch path 15.

[0113] That is, in this embodiment, the refrigerant flowing out from the second port of the third on-off valve 23 enters the fifth branch path 15, and the refrigerant flowing into the fifth branch path 15 further selectively flows to the fourth on-off valve 24 or the battery pack heat exchanger 500. By sharing the fifth branch path 15, it is possible to avoid providing separate flow paths between the third on-off valve 23 and the fourth on-off valve 24, or between the third on-off valve 23 and the battery pack heat exchanger 500, thereby reducing the number of flow paths installed in the valve group integration module 100.

[0114] Specifically, a fourteenth opening 807, a fifteenth opening 808, and a sixteenth opening (not shown) are provided in the fifth branch path 15. The fourteenth opening 807 is connected to the second port of the third on-off valve 23, the fifteenth opening 808 is connected to the first port of the fourth on-off valve 24, and the sixteenth opening is connected to the first interface 207 of the battery pack heat exchanger.

[0115] Optionally, as shown in Figures 6, 7 and 8, the first flow path 110 further includes a sixth branch path 16, and the second port of the second on-off valve 22, the evaporator outlet interface 206, and the outlet of the fourth on-off valve 24 can be connected to the inlet of the compressor 600 through the sixth branch path 16.

[0116] In other words, in this embodiment, by sharing the sixth branch path 16, the second port of the second on-off valve 22, the evaporator outlet interface 206, and the second port of the fourth on-off valve 24 are connected to the inlet of the compressor 600, thereby avoiding the installation of multiple flow paths and connecting them to each other, and reducing the number of flow paths installed in the valve group integration module 100.

[0118] The sixth branch passage 16 is provided with a seventeenth opening 809, an eighteenth opening 810, a nineteenth opening 811, a twentieth opening 812, and a twenty-first opening 813. The seventeenth opening 809 is connected to the second port of the fourth on-off valve 24, the eighteenth opening 810 can be connected to the gas-liquid separator inlet interface 211 through one of the second flow paths 120, the nineteenth opening 811 is connected to the second port of the first PT sensor 404, the twentieth opening 812 is connected to the evaporator outlet interface 206 through one of the second flow paths 120, and the twenty-first opening 813 is connected to the second port of the second on-off valve 22. The refrigerant flows into the sixth branch 16 through the seventeenth opening 809, the nineteenth opening 811, the twentieth opening 812 and the twenty-first opening 813, and then flows into the gas-liquid separator 800 through the eighteenth opening 810, and the refrigerant can finally flow into the compressor 600 after passing through the gas-liquid separator 800.

[0119] Taking the cooling mode of the air conditioner as an example, combined with the above opening, the specific working process is as follows:

[0120] The compressor 600 discharges high-temperature and high-pressure gas refrigerant, which flows through the pipeline to the inlet of the condenser 200. After the refrigerant is heat exchanged in the condenser 200, the outlet of the condenser 200 is connected to the condenser outlet interface 202 on the valve group integration module 100. The condenser outlet interface 202 is connected to the first branch path 11 through one of the second flow paths 120. After the refrigerant flows into the first branch path 11, the first opening 803 is in an open state and the second opening 802 is in a closed state. The refrigerant flows from the first opening 803 through the first on-off valve 21 to the third opening 818 and enters the second branch path 12. The refrigerant that enters the second branch path 12 flows from the sixth opening 121 through the sixth on-off valve 26 to the eighth opening 805, and then enters the third branch path 13. The refrigerant flows from the third branch path 13 to the ninth opening 806. 04, enters the air conditioner heat exchanger inlet interface 203, and then flows into the air conditioner heat exchanger 300. The refrigerant flowing out of the air conditioner heat exchanger 300 flows through the air conditioner heat exchanger outlet interface 204 to the tenth opening 816 and enters the fourth branch passage 14. The refrigerant flows through the fourth branch passage 14 to the thirteenth operating port 806 and enters the second expansion valve 32. The refrigerant flowing through the second expansion valve 32 enters the evaporator inlet interface 205 and enters the evaporator 400. The refrigerant flowing out of the evaporator 400 is connected to the twentieth opening 812 through the evaporator outlet interface 206, thereby entering the sixth branch passage 16. After the refrigerant enters the sixth branch passage 16, it enters the gas-liquid separator 800 through the eighteenth opening 810. The refrigerant from the gas-liquid separator 800 enters the compressor 600 to perform cycle cooling operation.

[0121] Optionally, as shown in Figures 1, 3 to 5 and 8, the interface further includes a motor heat exchanger third interface 212 and a motor heat exchanger fourth interface 213, and the valve group integration module 100 further includes a pump 60 and a storage box 70 for storing coolant, and the outlet of the pump 60 is connected to the motor heat exchanger third interface 212 so as to pump the coolant to the motor heat exchanger third interface 212, so that the inlet of the storage box 70 is connected to the motor heat exchanger fourth interface 213, and the outlet of the storage box 70 is connected to the inlet of the pump 60, which is used to replenish the coolant to the pump 60. In this embodiment, the coolant in the storage box 70 enters the motor heat exchanger 700 by driving the pump 60, and the motor heat exchanger 700 realizes the heat exchange between the coolant circuit and the refrigerant circuit.

[0122] Specifically, as shown in Figures 1 to 5, the valve group integration module 100 further includes a three-way valve 40, a first port 401 of the three-way valve 40 is connected to the heat exchanger fourth interface 213, a second port 402 of the three-way valve 40 is connected to the inlet of the radiator 910 of the coolant flow path in which the motor is located, and a third port 403 of the three-way valve 40 is used to connect to the inlet of the high-pressure system 920 of the coolant flow path in which the motor is located.
