Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to an in-line gyoza forming system, and more particularly to an in-line gyoza forming system which receives a noodle sheet for gyoza skin, cuts the gyoza skin, and folds the gyoza skin stuffed with gyoza filling to form gyoza. [Background technology]
[0002] Normally, gyoza are made by stuffing gyoza filling into gyoza skins made from wheat flour dough, and because of the difficulty of joining the gyoza skins filled with gyoza filling, traditionally people had to make gyoza by hand one by one.
[0003] Therefore, not only does making gyoza require a lot of time and labor, but mass production is also difficult.
[0004] Recently, to solve this problem, some dumpling forming machines that automatically make dumplings have been manufactured. However, the structure is complex and the installation space required is large, resulting in low production capacity relative to the installation space.
[0005] In addition, conventional dumpling forming devices have the problem that, during the process of folding and sewing the dumpling skin filled with dumpling filling, the dumpling skin is not sewn securely, resulting in poor stitching in which the dumpling filling protrudes from the dumpling skin. The protruding cutter 221a may be formed to protrude from the upper surface of the upper end plate part 221 and may be formed in a circular or elliptical shape. The protruding cutter 221a of this embodiment may come into contact with the lower surface of the noodle sheet for dumpling skin that is pressed by the dumpling skin pressurizing unit 220, and cut the dumpling skin into the shape of the protruding cutter 221a.
[0059] The dumpling skin folding units (SF, GF) may be rotatably connected to the upper end plate unit 221. As shown in Figs. 4 to 8, the dumpling skin folding unit (SF, GF) may include support fingers (SF) that primarily pressurize the dumpling skin, and gathering fingers (GF) that secondarily pressurize the dumpling skin pressed by the support fingers (SF) and bring together edge regions of the dumpling skin.

The support fingers (SF) can pressurize the dumpling skin in a direction perpendicular to the transport direction of the dumpling skin pressurizing unit 220 transported by the folding transport unit 240.
[0061] As shown in Figures 4 to 7, the support finger (SF) rotates a preset first support finger rotation angle before the gathering finger (GF) to pressurize the bottom surface of the dumpling skin placed in the dumpling skin placement area (K) and gently hold both sides of the dumpling skin, and then stops without rotating (see Figure 7(b)).
[0062] As shown in Figures 4 to 7, the support finger (SF) according to this embodiment may include a supporting body (SF1) rotatably connected to the upper end plate portion 221, and a supporting flange (SF2) protruding from a side wall of the supporting body (SF1) and contacting the dumpling skin.

[0068] After the gathering fingers (GF) start to rotate or after the gathering fingers (GF) rotate by the gathering finger rotation angle, the support fingers (SF) may be rotated by a preset second support finger rotation angle (see FIG. 7(d)). Here, the second support finger rotation angle is the first support finger rotation angle. 1 It may have a size larger than the pivot angle for the support fingers.
[0069] The support fingers (SF) rotate to a first support finger rotation angle, and then the gathering fingers (GF) rotate to a gathering finger rotation angle, and then the support fingers (SF) rotate to a second support finger rotation angle, so that the edge regions of the dumpling skin can be attached to the center and the dumpling skin can be folded. After the support fingers (SF) apply pressure initially, the gathering fingers (GF) apply pressure to the dumpling skin a second time, and the support fingers (SF) finally apply pressure to the dumpling skin again, so that the dumpling filling does not protrude from the dumpling skin and the dumpling skin can be folded accurately.
[0070] The folding rotary drive module 222 may be coupled to the upper end plate portion 221. The folding rotary drive module 222 can rotate the dumpling skin folding units (SF, GF).
