Description

[Technical field]

[0001] This invention is a device including a handpiece connector with a filter attached, which can be attached to a handpiece and has a disposable, replaceable cartridge with a built-in filter with an increased cross-sectional area and increased filtering efficiency, preventing saliva, blood, bacteria, and foreign matter that may be mixed in the air flowing inside the handpiece from being exposed to the inside of the patient's oral cavity and causing contamination or infection, and preventing performance degradation and failure caused by foreign matter accumulating inside the handpiece. [Background technology]

[0002] Dental handpieces are classified as "(A) Mechanical machinery" under the Regulations on Medical Device Items and Item Grades (Notification of the Food and Drug Administration No. 2011-49) and belong to the intermediate classification A55000 "medical puncturing, abrasion, perforating, and perforating instruments for medical use." In addition to dental handpieces, medical puncturing, abrasion, and perforating instruments include various cutting and perforating instruments such as medical peeling devices, electric medical puncturing instruments, and medical cutting instruments.

[0003] Dental handpieces are classified as Class 2, which does not pose a high level of harm to the human body, like video transmission / output software, etc. The current classification was created in 2009 when the "Regulations on Medical Device Items and Item Classifications" (Food and Drug Administration Notification No. 2009-2) was revised, which subdivided dental handpieces into two separate items (electric dental handpieces and air-compressed dental handpieces).

[0004] Dental handpieces are devices used daily by dentists around the world, and handpieces from all over the world are used in patients' mouths to perform medical procedures such as drilling teeth and removing cavities.

[0005] According to the Korean Dental Hygiene and Infection Control Society's "Guidelines for Infection Control in Dental Clinics," such handpieces are classified as high-risk devices, and must be cleaned, lubricated, run idle, and sterilized immediately after use. However, in order to prepare sterilized handpieces every time a patient changes, a large number of handpieces and sterilizers must be prepared, which is very expensive, and some dental clinics currently use handpieces that have been sterilized using simple methods.

[0006] Such handpieces may be used after only cleaning the outside. Although the external structure of the handpiece is in the form of a smooth frame, the internal structure of the handpiece is very complex, so that it cannot be used safely by disinfecting the outside alone.

[0007] A typical conventional handpiece structure will be described with reference to FIG.

[0008] The handpiece 10 has a streamlined rod-like outer shape so that it can be used in dental treatment, and the head of the handpiece is equipped with a blade or drill for cutting teeth.

[0009] In such a handpiece, a plurality of flow tubes and water channel tubes through which air and cleansing water are supplied to provide a driving force for operating the handpiece and to spray air and cleansing water into the patient's oral cavity through the handpiece are formed at a rear portion 20 of the handpiece, i.e., at an end portion connected to a coupling hose for supplying air and cleansing water to the handpiece, and it is preferable that the flow tubes and water channel tubes extend and penetrate the inside of the handpiece.

[0010] 2, an enlarged view of the rear portion 20 of the handpiece, designated P, will now be described.

[0011] The rear part of the handpiece is an end to which coupling hoses connected to a compressor for supplying air and a tank for supplying cleaning water are connected, and an enlarged view of this shown at P shows that it comprises a first flow path pipe 21, a second flow path pipe 22, a third flow path pipe 23 and a water channel pipe 24. The flow path pipes and water channel pipes are only positioned for the purpose of explanation, and it is preferable that flow path pipes having the same function can be set in different positions according to the designer's intention.

[0012] The first flow path pipe 21 is configured such that air flows in from the coupling hose, flows toward a driver (motor) formed inside the handpiece, and drives the driver through the air pressure, and the driven air is exhausted through the second flow path pipe 22.

[0013] The third flow passage pipe 23 is configured to allow air to flow into the patient's oral cavity in order to blow out tooth powder when removing molar teeth from the oral cavity of the patient.

[0014] A water conduit 24 is provided to prevent overheating of the handpiece and to clean the treatment site in the oral cavity.

[0015] The flow path pipe and water channel pipe are in the form of a tube that penetrates the handpiece, making cleaning difficult. Foreign matter that may enter the compressor that supplies air and the tank that supplies cleaning water passes through the inside of the handpiece without being filtered.

[0016] Although the above-mentioned flow path pipes and water conduit pipes are rationally designed within the structure of the dental device to ensure maximum hygiene and to ensure objective and complete safety and sealing for the fluid supplied to the instrument, and the inside of the handpiece can be cleaned and sterilized. However, due to frequent use of the handpiece, tolerances between parts may occur and foreign matter may enter the inside. Such foreign matter may flow through a hose connected to the handpiece into the compressor that generates air and the tank in which the cleaning water is stored.

[0017] In addition, during the treatment of a patient, foreign objects from the oral cavity may flow into the compressor and tank through the coupling hose via the pipes through which air and cleansing water flow, and even if the handpiece is sterilized and replaced, the foreign objects that flowed into the compressor and tank may flow into the oral cavity of another patient.

[0018] In addition, the handpiece is placed on a treatment table on which a practitioner places dental equipment for treatment, and foreign matter that has not yet been removed by gravity may flow into the inside of the handpiece along the coupling hose, which may cause hygiene problems during the air circulation process through the flow path and may become stuck inside the handpiece, causing malfunctions and contamination.

[0019] The above problems can cause serious problems in oral hygiene, and a major problem arises in that the patient may be exposed to disease through the blood of other patients or through oral foreign bodies.

[0020] Furthermore, foreign matter may accumulate inside the handpiece, reducing the performance of the handpiece and potentially causing it to break down.

[0021] In order to solve the above problems, prevent the patient from being exposed to oral hygiene, cleanliness, and diseases, and to increase the convenience of the practitioner, a connector with a built-in filter is used to prevent foreign objects mixed with the air blown into the patient's mouth from entering the patient's mouth between the handpiece and the coupling hose through which air and cleansing water flow in, thereby preventing the patient from being exposed to oral hygiene, cleanliness, and diseases. However, conventional plate or cylindrical filters have a small surface area that can be filtered, so the filtering effect is negligible, and there are problems in that the filter is easily separated by pressure.

[0022] Therefore, there is a need for a device that includes a handpiece connector having an associated filter that can effectively filter the air circulating through the handpiece and the air used in the patient's oral cavity. Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0023] The present invention has an object to provide a connector with a built-in filter that is connected to a handpiece, thereby preventing contamination and accumulation of foreign matter inside the handpiece, and enabling the foreign matter to be collected in a replaceable cartridge and disposed of all at once.

[0024] In addition, a removable filter with an increased cross-sectional area is provided so that clean air can be sprayed into the patient's mouth, with the aim of maintaining a hygienic dental environment through filtering and promoting the patient's oral health. [Means for solving the problem]

[0027] According to the present invention, the filter unit includes a filter having a number of creases formed therein, and an upper cap and a lower cap supporting the filter, and the first flow path unit and the third flow path unit are located inside the filter unit.

[0028] According to the present invention, the second flow path portion and the fourth flow path portion pass through the upper cap and are in communication with the handpiece.

[0029] According to the present invention, the upper cap includes a second passage hole and a fourth passage hole through which only the second passage portion and the fourth passage portion pass.

[0030] According to the present invention, the filtered air discharged from the first flow path portion and the third flow path portion is sucked into the corresponding flow path tubes of the handpiece at intervals.

[0031] According to the present invention, the second flow path portion and the fourth flow path portion are in communication with the corresponding flow path pipe and irrigation pipe of the handpiece. Effect of the Invention

[0032] The present invention has an effect of preventing performance degradation and failure due to accumulation of foreign matter inside the handpiece, and further has an effect of preventing foreign matter from mixing with air due to hoses, compressors, and external factors connected to the handpiece and entering the inside of the handpiece and the patient's oral cavity, which may result in exposure to oral hygiene and diseases.

[0035] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The present invention may be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as being limited to the embodiments set forth herein.

[0036] The terms used in the present specification are for the purpose of describing the embodiments and are not intended to limit the present invention. In the present specification, the singular form includes the plural form unless otherwise specified in the context. As used in the specification, "comprise" and / or "comprising" do not exclude the presence or addition of one or more other components, steps, operations and / or elements to a referenced component, step, operation and / or element.

[0037] The device including the handpiece connector with a filter according to the present invention is an invention that prevents foreign matter mixed with the air (AIR) discharged from the handpiece 100 used by a practitioner into a patient's oral cavity during dental treatment from entering the inside of the handpiece 100 and the patient's oral cavity, and prevents problems such as performance degradation and breakdowns caused by foreign matter accumulating inside the handpiece 100.

[0038] In detail, this invention is intended to prevent foreign matter from being mixed with the air due to the hose 200 connected to the handpiece 100, the compressor, and external factors and flowing into the inside of the handpiece 100 and the patient's oral cavity, which may cause problems with oral hygiene and disease, and to solve the problem of performance degradation and failure of the handpiece 100 due to foreign matter.

[0039] Referring to Figure 12 and Figures 6 to 9, which show the final connected state of the device including the connector 300 to which the filter of the present invention is connected, the present invention includes a handpiece 100, a hose 200, a connector 300, a filter portion 400, an insertion portion 500, a fixing portion 600, a first sealing portion 700, a second sealing portion 800 and a coupling C.

[0040] The filter unit 400, which will be described later, is located in a built-in state in the second cartridge unit 320 of the connector 300, and it is preferable that the filter unit 400 is detachable and disposable.

[0041] Here, disposable means that it is used once per patient during dental treatment and is discarded after the treatment, which solves the hygiene problem and increases the reliability of dental treatment.

[0042] The connector 300 of the present invention is located between the handpiece 100 and the hose 200, and has the purpose of filtering and concentrating foreign matter mixed in the air flowing into the hose 200 in advance, providing air from which foreign matter has been filtered out to the inside of the handpiece 100, providing driving force to a driver inside the handpiece 100, and providing clean air to the patient's oral cavity, thereby preventing cross-infection during dental treatment.

[0043] In addition, in the present invention, it is preferable that the connector 300 is connected and positioned at the end where the handpiece 100 and the hose 200 are joined, and it is preferable that the handpiece 100 and the hose 200 can be separated from the connector 300 and used as a replaceable type by replacing the connector 300 or the internal filter part 400.

[0044] The connector 300 includes a first cartridge portion 310 and a second cartridge portion 320. The first cartridge portion 310 of the connector 300 will be described with reference to FIG. 3. The first cartridge portion 310 includes a threaded connection body portion 311 and a plurality of flow passage portions. For convenience of explanation, the flow path sections will be explained as a first flow path section 312, a second flow path section 313, a third flow path section 314, and a fourth flow path section 315.

[0045] Referring to the illustration of FIG. 3, the upper end of the connecting body 311 from which the flow path portion protrudes is connected to the second cartridge portion 320 described later, and is the end that is directly connected to the handpiece 100, and the lower end where a thread is formed is preferably connected to a hose 200 for supplying air and cleaning water to the handpiece 100.

[0046] The connection body 311 is preferably formed with a plurality of flow passages for supplying the above-mentioned air and cleaning water, so as to communicate with the hose 200 therein.

[0047] The first flow passage portion 312 is configured such that air flows in from the hose 200, the air that flows in through the first flow passage portion 312 is provided as a driving force for driving a motor that operates the handpiece 100, and is discharged and exhausted through the second flow passage portion 313. That is, it is preferable that a circulation structure is provided in which the air used for driving a driver (not shown), i.e., a motor, through the first flow passage portion 312 is exhausted through the second flow passage portion 313.

[0048] The third flow path portion 314 has a structure for spraying air to remove oral foreign bodies that obstruct the view of the treatment area, such as tooth powder and blood, generated in the patient's oral cavity. Air is supplied from the hose 200 to the third flow path portion 314, and the air flows into the handpiece 100 and is blown into the patient's oral cavity.

[0049] The fourth flow path portion 315 has a feature that the cleaning water supplied from the hose 200 can be sprayed into the patient's oral cavity, and further, the overheated temperature of the handpiece 100 can be lowered through the cleaning water.

[0050] The above-mentioned plurality of flow passages are preferably positioned separately, and are not connected to each other, but are preferably understood as being configured to receive air and cleaning water from the hose 200, respectively.

[0051] Furthermore, the role of each flow path section can be specified at a different position according to the designer's intention, and the position of each flow path section can simply be changed by design, so that the technical concept of the present invention can be applied even if the role of the flow path section changes depending on the position.

[0052] As shown in FIG. 3, the flow passage portions have different lengths, which will be described later.

[0053] Since the flow passage has a feature that air flows into the inside of the handpiece 100 and into the oral cavity, if foreign matter is mixed in the air, the foreign matter will accumulate inside the handpiece 100, which may induce a malfunction.

[0054] In addition, foreign objects and bacteria may enter the patient's oral cavity, causing problems with oral hygiene and exposing the patient to diseases.

[0055] Therefore, the filter unit 400 of the present invention can filter out foreign matter that may flow into the flow path and mix in, and provide the air from which the foreign matter has been removed as a driving force for operating the handpiece 100, thereby providing clean air to the patient's oral cavity.

[0056] To this end, referring to FIG. 4, a filter unit 400 for filtering out foreign matter that may be mixed in the air is shown.

[0057] The filter part 400 includes a filter 410 having a number of folds 411 formed therein, and an upper cap 430 and a lower cap 420 that support the filter 410 .

[0058] The filter 410 has a curved surface with a number of folds 411 closed and a space provided therein. A lower cap 420 is coupled to the lower end of the filter part 400, and an upper cap 430 is coupled to the upper end.

[0059] With reference to FIG. 5, the bottom cap 420 and the top cap 430 will now be described.

[0060] The lower cap 420 can be complementarily coupled to the diameter of the filter unit 400 , and preferably has a communication hole 421 formed therein so that the flow passage unit can pass through the inside of the filter 410 .

[0061] It is preferable that the communication hole 421 has a diameter that allows a portion of the upper end of the connecting body portion 311 to pass through, and for airtightness, the communication hole 421 is recessed so that it abuts closely enough to engage with the outer surface of the connecting body portion 311, thereby blocking the inflow of air from the outside and increasing airtightness.

[0062] The upper cap 430 is complementarily coupled to the upper end of the filter 410, and includes a second flow passage hole 431 and a fourth flow passage hole 432 through which the above-mentioned second flow passage portion 313 and fourth flow passage portion 315 pass.

[0063] The second flow passage portion 313 and the fourth flow passage portion 315 are connected to the flow passage pipes and cleaning pipes P1 to P4 of the handpiece 100 through the upper cap 430 via the second flow passage hole 431 and the fourth flow passage hole 432, thereby forming an air circulation structure.

[0064] That is, only the second flow path portion 313 and the fourth flow path portion 315 of the upper cap 430 are penetrated to communicate with the handpiece 100, and the first flow path portion 312 and the third flow path portion 314 are located inside the filter portion 400, forming an airtight structure in which air is filtered through the filter 410 when air is discharged.

[0065] 11, the filter unit 400 is airtight through the upper cap 430 and the lower cap 420, and can filter air in the first flow path unit 312 and the third flow path unit 314, which require air filtering, as described in detail below.

[0066] Here, the second flow path portion 313 and the fourth flow path portion 315 preferably have a length relatively longer than the first flow path portion 312 and the third flow path portion 314 in order to penetrate the upper cap 430, and although there is no limitation on the length of the first flow path portion 312 and the third flow path portion 314, it is preferable that the first flow path portion 312 and the third flow path portion 314 are set so that they can be positioned inside the filter portion 400.

[0067] The second cartridge portion 320 will be described with reference to Figures 6 and 7. The second cartridge portion 320 includes a first support portion 321 and a second support portion 322.

[0068] Referring to Figure 6, a cross section of the connector 300 with the filter part 400 built in is shown, and the first support part 321 has a cylindrical shape with an open top, and a side wall that protrudes upward is formed on the outer circumferential surface.

[0069] Although not shown, the first support portion 321 preferably has a structure into which the flow path portion of the first cartridge portion 310 can be inserted.

[0070] The second support portion 322 is preferably in the form of a cylinder having an open lower surface and a space therein.

[0071] It is preferable that the lower outer peripheral surface of the second support part 322 abuts against the side wall of the first support part 321 and is joined through a joining process, whereby the first support part 321 and the second support part 322 are joined to each other to form a sealed internal space in which the filter part 400 can be installed.

[0072] This bonding structure increases the bonding strength so that the parts do not separate even under high pressure and can be firmly supported and bonded.

[0073] When the first support part 321 and the second support part 322 are combined, it is preferable that an internal space is formed inside in which the filter part 400 can be positioned, and it is preferable that the first cartridge part 310 penetrates into the internal space toward the lower cap 420 of the filter part 400 (it is preferable that the internal space in which the filter part 400 is positioned can set the vertical length of the filter part 400 so as to have optimal filter efficiency, and the size and position of the filter part 400 can be adjusted within the space).

[0074] To explain in more detail, after connecting the multiple flow path portions of the first cartridge part 310 and the first support part 321 in communication with each other, the filter part 400 is positioned on the top of the first support part 321, and the first cartridge part 310 is inserted into the lower cap 420 (at a point of the first support part 321 where the first cartridge part 310 passes through, a screw thread or a connecting member can be used to connect the first support part 321 and the connecting body part 311 of the first cartridge part 310 to achieve airtightness).

[0075] In this state, the second support part 322 is coupled, and the filter part 400 is positioned in the internal space formed by the first support part 321 and the second support part 322 .

[0076] It is preferable that the upper side of the second support part 322 is also structured to be connected to the flow path part, and a side wall part is formed in a circular shape at one point on the upper side of the second support part, with the upper part open and protruding, so as to surround the outside based on the penetrating second flow path part 313 and fourth flow path part 315, and an insertion part 500 having a plurality of insertion through holes is fitted into the side wall part in a tight fit state with tolerance.

[0077] Referring to FIG. 6, the insertion portion 500 is cylindrical and has a plurality of insertion holes formed therein, which are described as a first insertion hole 501, a second insertion hole 502, a third insertion hole 503 and a fourth insertion hole 504 for the sake of explanation, and are positioned in a form fitted into the open upper end of the second support portion 322.

[0078] When the insertion portion 500 is fitted into the upper end of the second support portion 322 , the second flow path portion 313 and the fourth flow path portion 315 are inserted into the second insertion through-hole 502 and the fourth insertion through-hole 504 .

[0079] As will be described later, the insertion portion 500 is fitted into the insertion through hole at the upper side based on the flow path pipes and cleaning pipes P1 to P4 of the handpiece 100 and the insertion portion 500, and the lower end of the insertion portion 500 forms a communicating structure in which only the second flow path portion 313 and the fourth flow path portion 315 of the first cartridge portion 310 are fitted and inserted.

[0080] That is, the insertion section 500 is a member that is connected between the handpiece 100 and the first cartridge section 310 to communicate with the handpiece 100 and the second flow path section 313 and the fourth flow path section 315, and it is preferable that corresponding insertion holes 501 to 504 are each defined and formed to form a fluid circulation structure of the above-mentioned flow path section for driving and functioning the handpiece 100.

[0081] In addition, in the cross-sectional view of Figure 6, the first insertion hole 501 to the fourth insertion hole 504 are simultaneously displayed on a planar cross section for understanding, and it is preferable to understand the positions of the insertion holes as shown in the three-dimensional shape of the insertion portion 500 even when displayed on a planar cross section.

[0082] 7, there is shown a fixing part 600 which tightly supports the insertion part 500 and the second support part 322 and has a screw thread formed on its outer surface to be coupled with a first sealing part 700 which will be described later.

[0083] The fixing part 600 is preferably formed with a fixing through hole 601 for being connected to the outer surface of the second support part 322 into which the insertion part 500 is fitted, and is connected to the first sealing part 700 described later through a screw thread on the outer surface, thereby tightly fixing the handpiece 100.

[0084] With reference to FIG. 8, a first sealing portion 700 and a second sealing portion 800 coupled to a handpiece will now be described.

[0085] The first sealing portion 700 is preferably cylindrical in shape and is formed with a sealing groove 702 into which the handpiece 100 can be inserted.

[0086] In addition, a first sealing fastening part 701 having a thread formed thereon for connection to the fixing part 600 is formed on the inner surface of the lower side of the first sealing part 700 .

[0087] Here, the sealing groove 702 is formed larger than the diameter of the outer circumferential surface of the handpiece 100, and for example, it is preferable that the sealing groove 702 has a diameter large enough to allow the upper end of the second sealing part 800 to be coupled to the handpiece 100 to pass through, and a detailed description will be given later.

[0088] Referring to FIG. 9, a second sealing portion 800 is shown coupled to the lower end of the handpiece 100.

[0089] The upper end of the second sealing part 800 is formed with a second sealing fastening part 801 that surrounds the outer circumferential surface of the handpiece 100 and is screwed together, and the lower end has a diameter that can abut and support the protruding end of the second support part 322 described above.

[0090] When the handpiece 100 and the second sealing fastening part 801 are coupled, it is preferable that the inner end of the first sealing part 700 passes through the sealing groove 702 and engages with a step separating the upper and lower sides of the second sealing part 800. It is preferable that the sealing groove 702 has a diameter that corresponds to the diameter of the shape in which the second sealing fastening part 801 is surrounded by the handpiece 100 and that a washer and a fixing member can be used according to the designer's intention.

[0091] Such a connection structure can firmly fix the handpiece 100 and the first and second sealing parts 700 and 800 so that they are connected at the desired positions, thereby preventing damage to the handpiece 100 that may occur due to inaccurate connection.

[0092] The lower end of the second sealing portion 800 includes a second sealing step portion 802 having a step so as to abut against the upper end of one end of the second support portion 322 into which the insertion portion 500 of the second support portion 322 described above is inserted, and it is preferable that the second sealing step portion 802 has a diameter such that it can abut against and support the upper end of the second support portion 322.

[0093] 10, the first sealing fastening part 701 is screwed to the outer thread of the fixing part 600. Here, the second sealing fastening part 801 is coupled to the upper end of the insertion part 500 in a complementary manner, and the second sealing step part 802 is positioned in contact with the upper end of the second support part 322.

[0094] Through this, the flow passage pipes P1, P3, P4 and the cleaning pipe P2 of the handpiece 100 are inserted into the first through-hole 501 to the fourth through-hole 504 at the corresponding positions.

[0095] As shown in FIG. 10, the second flow passage portion 313 and the flow passage pipe P1 of the handpiece 100 are inserted into the second insertion through hole 502, and are communicated with each other via the second insertion through hole 502.

[0096] The fourth insertion through-hole 504 is connected to the fourth flow path portion 315 through which the cleaning water flows and the cleaning pipe P2 via the fourth insertion through-hole 504.

[0097] That is, the flow passage pipe P1 for exhausting the handpiece 100 and the cleaning pipe P2 for spraying cleaning water are directly connected via the second insertion through hole 502 and the fourth insertion through hole 504.

[0098] In contrast, the first flow path portion 312 and the third flow path portion 314 are located inside the filter portion 400.

[0099] First, the filter unit 400 of the present invention can use a high-performance filter such as a known HEPA filter or ULPA filter to maximize the filtering effect. The type of the filter unit 400 can use a publicly known filter material, which can be selectively used according to the intention of the user and designer.

[0100] The filter 410 has many wrinkles 411, which increases the unit area of the filter compared to conventional circular or simple plate-shaped laminated filters. This increases the surface area that can be filtered, effectively filtering foreign matter from the air, filtering a larger amount of air, and maintaining a constant filtering performance even when the treatment time is long.

[0101] The filter unit 400 of the present invention and the circulation structure in which foreign matter is filtered through the filter unit 400 will be described in detail with reference to FIGS.

[0102] The first flow path section 312 and the third flow path section 314 are located inside the filter section 400 of the present invention.

[0103] First, the first passage portion 312 will be described. The first passage portion 312 applies pressure to the air by a power means such as an external compressor, and causes the air to flow through the first passage portion 312 .

[0104] However, since the present invention is a mechanism that uses a high RPM used in dental treatment, if foreign matter that may be generated in an external compressor enters the handpiece 100, it may cause a malfunction of the handpiece 100. The malfunction of the handpiece 100 may pose a danger to the patient's oral cavity due to an instantaneous malfunction in the patient's treatment environment and in delicate dental treatment.

[0105] Therefore, the air provided as a driving force to the handpiece 100 through the first flow passage portion 312 must be filtered.

[0106] Therefore, first flow path section 312 discharges and blows out air inside filter section 400, and the blown out air flows from the inside of the filter section to the outside through filter 410, and the air flowing to the outside moves upward along the internal space and passes through first insertion hole 501 of insertion section 500 corresponding to first flow path section 312, and is sucked into flow path tube P3 of handpiece 100, thereby operating handpiece 100.

[0107] Thereafter, the air that operates the handpiece 100 is exhausted through the second flow path portion 313.

[0108] At this time, the second flow path portion 313 is connected to the corresponding flow path pipe P1 of the handpiece 100 through the second insertion hole 502 and exhausted to the hose. This is because the air that has already been filtered through the first flow path portion 312 circulates only inside the handpiece 100, so no additional foreign matter is introduced during the exhaust process and cleanliness is maintained, and exhaust is performed by directly connecting.

[0109] In addition, the second flow passage portion 314 and the flow passage pipe P1 are separated from each other by the first insertion through hole 501, but this allows the second flow passage portion 314 and the flow passage pipe P1 to be closely connected by serving as a medium through which the first insertion through hole 501 communicates.

[0110] As a result, air from which foreign matter has been removed circulates through the handpiece 100, preventing breakdown of the handpiece 100, and since foreign matter does not accumulate inside the handpiece 100, durability is increased.

[0111] The third flow path section 314 is in the form of ejecting and blowing air into the patient's oral cavity, and is a means for removing foreign matter generated during dental treatment. Since the air flowing through the third flow path section 314 is blown into the patient's oral cavity, if foreign matter is mixed in, it will cause contamination inside the oral cavity.

[0112] To prevent this, the third flow passage portion 314 is also adjusted in length so that it can only blow air inside the filter portion 400, and the air is radially filtered from the inside to the outside through the filter 410 to filter out foreign matter, and the third flow passage portion 314 is discharged at a distance from the flow passage pipe P4 corresponding to the third flow passage portion 314 of the handpiece 100 in the internal space, and the filtered air is sucked in. In addition, each flow passage portion and flow passage pipe inserted by being fitted into the insertion through hole appears to be partially separated from the inner surface within the insertion through hole in the drawings, but this is illustrated for ease of understanding, and it is preferable that the inner surface of the insertion through hole actually has an airtight structure in which the flow passage portion and the flow passage pipe are in contact with each other and in close proximity.

[0113] At this time, the insertion portion 500 in which the insertion hole is formed is spaced a certain distance d from the upper cap 430, but when the insertion portion 500 abuts against the upper cap 430, the air discharged from the first flow path portion 312 and the third flow path portion 314 blocks the first insertion hole 501 and the third insertion hole 503, preventing air from being sucked into the handpiece 100.

[0114] Thus, the intake of air is facilitated through a distance d that is spaced apart at a regular interval, allowing filtered air to flow into the handpiece 100 .

[0115] The fourth flow path portion 315 is a means for spraying cleaning water into the patient's oral cavity, and is directly connected to the corresponding cleaning pipe P2 of the handpiece 100 through the fourth insertion hole 504. The cleaning water flowing through the fourth flow path portion 315 has foreign matter removed separately through the filter of the cleaning water tank, so that clean cleaning water can be used in the patient's oral cavity.

[0116] In addition, when connecting the handpiece, connector 300, first sealing part 700 and hose 200 of the present invention, a coupling C can be connected to the ends where each component is connected for additional connecting force, and the effect of increasing the airtightness of the connection can be achieved through the coupling C connection.

[0117] The coupling structure of the coupling C is a known technique, and it is preferable that it can be selectively used according to the intention of the user and designer.

[0118] The fastening structure of the first sealing part 700 and the second sealing part 800 described above is such that the fastening force is increased by the multiple thread fastening structure even when the pressure generated when filtering the air blown out through the first flow passage part 312 and the third flow passage part 314 through the filter part 400 is applied. This allows the internal pressure to be kept constant, and a smooth circulation structure can be achieved through the fluid pressure.

[0119] In addition, the airtightness is improved, so that dust and foreign matter from the outside can be prevented from entering the inside where the filter unit 400 is located.

[0120] In summary, even under the pressure of the air and cleaning water being blown out, the handpiece 100, connector 300 and hose 200 do not come apart from each other, and are firmly connected through multiple thread connections, which has the advantage of maintaining airtightness and preventing foreign matter from entering from the outside.

[0121] This filters out foreign matter and bacteria that may be contained in the air ejected from the conventional handpiece 100, which is effective in improving the oral health of patients and solving hygiene problems, ensuring hygiene during dental treatment, and improving the quality of treatment.

[0122] In summary, the present invention has the advantage that the handpiece 100 and the hose 200 can be configured in a separate and connected manner, and can be immediately replaced and managed hygienically after treating one patient.

[0123] In addition, the filter unit 400 filters the air to prevent foreign matter from accumulating inside the handpiece 100, and when clean air is blown into the patient's oral cavity, foreign matter and bacteria are removed, thereby preventing foreign matter from entering the patient's oral cavity.

[0124] In addition, the connector 300 can be easily separated and replaced with a disposable one, which increases convenience, and the accumulated foreign matter can be easily removed by simply replacing the filter part 400.

[0125] Therefore, the present invention has the effect of ensuring maximum hygiene during dental treatment by designing the connector 300, the first sealing part 700, and the second sealing part 800 connecting the handpiece 100 and the hose 200 to be separable and disposable, and of ensuring objective and complete safety and sealing for the fluid supplied to the handpiece 100, thereby keeping the handpiece 100 clean and maintaining an optimal condition for clinical hygiene.

[0126] Although the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail above, the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and many variations and improvements made by those skilled in the art using the basic concept of the present invention defined in the following claims also fall within the scope of the present invention.
