Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a packaging container that prevents a packed item (particularly a liquid filling) from scattering outward when the container is moved. [Background technology]
[0002] Conventionally, a bag feeder and packaging machine has been widely used which has a pair of grips that grip both sides of the upper part of a packaging container and a movable body to which this pair of grips is attached, in which the items to be packaged are packaged as the pair of grips gripping the packaging container move intermittently to each packaging station as the movable body moves.
[0003] In this type of bag feeder and packaging machine, as shown in Fig. 13, a filling nozzle 85 is inserted into the bag mouth of a packaging container H supported in a suspended state by a pair of grips 81, 82 in a process of filling the bag with the packaged product (for example, a liquid filling material) S, and then the filling nozzle 85 is removed from the bag mouth and the packaging container H moves intermittently to a station for carrying out the next process. During this process, the packaged product S in the packaging container H is shaken inside the packaging container H by inertial force or centrifugal force, and may scatter from both sides or one side of the packaging container H along the moving direction, contaminating the inside of the packaging machine and hindering the speed-up of the packaging process. [0010] In the present invention, a packaging container H is provided in which the packaged item S is stored and packaged in a storage space formed between a front sheet 11 and a back sheet 12, and a scattering prevention plate 13 for preventing the packaged item S from scattering is arranged near the upper part of the packaging container H and at the end in the width direction, thereby preventing the packaged item S from scattering from both sides or one side of the packaging container H and contaminating the inside of the packaging machine when the packaging container H filled with the packaged item S is moved, and realizing a packaging container that can speed up the packaging process of the packaging machine. EXAMPLES
[0011] The packaging container H of the present invention will be described with reference to an embodiment shown in Figs. The packaging container H of this embodiment is a packaging container H in which an item S to be packaged is stored and packaged in a storage space formed between a front sheet 11 and a back sheet 12, and a scattering prevention plate 13 for preventing the item S to be packaged from scattering is disposed near the upper portion and at the end in the width direction inside the packaging container H. Each component will be described in detail below.
[0012] The packaging container H in this embodiment is a pouch bag having self-supporting properties, but the packaging container of the present invention is not limited to this, and includes various forms of packaging bags and other packaging containers, such as a zipper bag having a zipper part at the top, a gusset bag having a folded part at the side, a zipper bag with side gussets having folded parts on both sides and a zipper part at the top, a flat bag, a large bag, etc. Furthermore, the form of the packaged item stored or filled in the packaging container is not limited to a liquid filling, and may be, for example, a powder or granular material. Furthermore, the packaged item is not limited to a food product, and may be any type, such as an infusion.
[0013] The packaging container H (pouch bag) of this embodiment is for filling with a liquid filling material, and is opened by cutting in the width direction (W) from notches n1, n2 provided on both side edges in the width direction (W) near the top of the packaging container H.
[0014] The packaging container H of this embodiment is composed of a pair of front and back sheets 11 and 12 formed in a substantially rectangular shape that form both sides of the pouch bag, and a bottom sheet 15 that forms a gusset portion 14 to make the bottom of the pouch bag self-supporting. In this embodiment, the front sheet 11, the back sheet 12, or the bottom sheet 15 is formed of a flexible sheet, for example, a laminated sheet material such as a synthetic resin sheet material, a synthetic resin film, or an aluminum foil. As the laminated sheet material, for example, a flexible sheet formed of polyethylene terephthalate (outer layer) / nylon (middle layer 1) / aluminum foil (middle layer 2) / non-axially oriented polypropylene (inner layer), polyethylene terephthalate (outer layer) / nylon (middle layer 1) / aluminum foil (middle layer 2) / linear low-density polyethylene (inner layer), polyethylene terephthalate (outer layer) / aluminum foil (middle layer) / non-axially oriented polypropylene (inner layer), polyethylene terephthalate (outer layer) / aluminum foil (middle layer) / linear low-density polyethylene (inner layer), etc. can be suitably used.
[0015] The front sheet 11 and the back sheet 12 have side edge joints 16, 17 that are joined to each other at a constant width along both side edges in the width (W) direction. In the packaging container H (pouch bag) of this embodiment, as with a general pouch bag, after filling with the packaged item S, the front sheet 11 and the back sheet 12 are joined together at the upper edge to form an upper end seal part, thereby sealing the packaged item S.
[0016] The bottom sheet 15 is joined to the front sheet 11 and the back sheet 12 at the bottom of the packaging container H (pouch bag), respectively, between the front sheet 11 and the back sheet 12, thereby forming a bottom joint 18. Also, at the bottom of the packaging container H (pouch bag), a gusset is formed by the bottom sheet 15, thereby forming a gusset portion 14 for making the packaging container H (pouch bag) stand upright. The front sheet 11 and the back sheet 12 are joined to each other, and the front sheet 11 and the back sheet 12 are joined to the bottom sheet 15 by heat sealing, ultrasonic sealing, or other known joining methods.
[0017] The packaging container H of the present invention is characterized in that a scattering prevention plate 13 for preventing scattering of the packaged item S is disposed near the upper portion and at the end in the width (W) direction inside the packaging container H. By providing such a scattering prevention plate 13, it is possible to prevent the packaged item S from scattering from both sides or one side of the packaging container H and contaminating the inside of the packaging machine when the packaging container H filled with the packaged item S moves, and it is also possible to speed up the packaging process of the packaging machine.
[0018] Specifically, in the packaging container H of this embodiment, the shatterproof plates 13 are disposed at both ends in the width (W) direction of the packaging container H. Also, the shatterproof plates 13 of this embodiment are disposed so as to extend from the ends in the width (W) direction of the packaging container H toward the center. Furthermore, the shatterproof plates 13 of this embodiment are disposed so as to extend obliquely downward with respect to the width (W) direction of the packaging container H.
[0019] Furthermore, it is preferable that the shatter prevention plate 13 is provided on the inner surface of the front sheet 11 or the back sheet 12. In this embodiment, as shown in Fig. 2, one end of the shatter prevention plate 13 is provided on the inner surface of the front sheet 11 and extends in the thickness (t) direction to near the inner surface of the back sheet 12. This makes it possible to prevent the packaged item S from scattering from near both upper ends of the packaging container H and contaminating the inside of the packaging machine, and also makes it possible to speed up the packaging process of the packaging machine.
[0020] Although Figure 2 shows the top end of the packaging container H open, before the top end of the packaging container H is opened, the shatterproof plate 13 is folded downward along the inner surface of the outer sheet 11, and when the top end of the packaging container H is opened, the shatterproof plate 13 may be formed so as to extend horizontally in the thickness (t) direction.
[0021] In addition, the length (horizontal length) by which the shatterproof plate 13 extends toward the center in the width (W) direction is preferably such that, based on the widthwise length of the packaging container H, the tip of the shatterproof plate 13 is located between 1 / 8 and 1 / 3 of the way from both ends of the width of the packaging container H, and the design can be modified as appropriate.
[0022] Furthermore, the shatterproof plate 13 may be any material that exhibits shatterproof function, but for example, a synthetic resin sheet material or a laminated sheet material such as aluminum foil similar to that used to form the packaging container H can be suitably used.
[0023] Next, the function and effect of the packaging container H of the present invention will be described using the bag-feeding and packaging machine P shown in Figs. As shown in FIG. 12, the bag feeding and packaging machine P is a bag feeding and packaging machine that mass-produces products (e.g., retort foods) through a first station 1 which performs a bag feeding process, a second station 2 which performs a bag orientation detection process and a printing process of expiration date etc., a third station 3 which performs a bag opening process of the mouth of the packaging container H and a printing inspection process, a fourth station 4 which performs a process of filling the packaged item (solid item), a fifth station 5 which performs a process of filling the packaged item (liquid item), a sixth station 6 which performs a process of blowing off the packaged item adhering near the mouth of the bag, a seventh station 7 which performs a steam deaeration process, an eighth station 8 which performs a first top sealing process, a ninth station 9 which performs a second top sealing process and a seal inspection process, and a tenth station 10 which performs a cooling sealing process and a product sorting and discharging process.
[0024] As shown in Figures 10 to 12, a stand 62 that supports a vertically oriented intermittent rotation shaft 61 so that it can rotate freely is provided on the machine base 60 of the bag feeding and packaging machine P of this embodiment, and a movable body (disk-shaped rotating body) 63 attached to the intermittent rotation shaft 61 has ten grip pairs g that are provided at equal angular intervals and protrude radially for gripping or releasing the packaging containers H.
[0025] Then, in the packaging container H supported in a suspended state by the grip pair g (grips 81, 82), as shown in Fig. 3, in the fifth station 5 where the filling process of the packaged item (liquid filling material) is performed, the filling nozzle 85 is inserted from the bag mouth and the packaged item S is filled, and then the filling nozzle 85 is removed from the bag mouth and the packaging container H moves intermittently to the station where the next process is performed (the sixth station 6 where the process of blowing off the packaged item adhering to the bag mouth is performed), and the scattering prevention plate 13 acts as a barrier to prevent the packaged item S from scattering from both sides of the packaging container H. This makes it possible to prevent contamination inside the packaging machine P and to speed up the packaging process.
[0026] Next, a packaging container according to another embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. 4 or FIG. 5 will be described. The packaging container H2 of this embodiment differs from the packaging container H described above in that one end side 13a of the shatterproof plate 13 of the packaging container H2 is provided at the upper end (the upper end of the inner surface of the front sheet 11 and / or back sheet 12) and becomes part of the upper end seal part 20, and is configured to be removed from the packaging container H2 when the upper end seal part 20 is removed. The same components as those of the packaging container H are given the same reference numerals and their explanations are omitted.
[0027] Specifically, in the top sealing process performed after the filling process of the packaged article (liquid filling material), when the upper end seal portion 20 is formed, one end side 13a of the shatterproof plate 13 in this embodiment is originally provided at the site where the upper end seal portion 20 is to be formed, so that when the upper end seal portion 20 is cut from the cuts n1, n2 along the width (W) direction and the packaged article (liquid filling material) S inside is removed from the packaging container H2 as shown in Figure 4 or Figure 5, the shatterproof plate 13 is removed from the packaging container H2 when the packaged article S is removed from the packaging container H2. This results in a packaging container in which the shatterproof plate 13 remains in the packaging container and does not hinder removal of the packaged article S.
[0028] Further, a packaging container according to another embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. 6 will be described. The difference between the packaging container H3 of this embodiment and the packaging container H described above is that the shatterproof plate 21 of the packaging container H3 is arranged only at one end in the width (W) direction of the packaging container H, and the rest is the same as the packaging container H. The same components as those of the packaging container H are given the same reference numerals and the description will be omitted.
[0029] Specifically, in the packaging container H3 of this embodiment, if the direction of the arrow (from left to right in FIG. 6) is the proceeding (conveying) direction of the packaging container H3 in the packaging process, the shatterproof plate 21 is disposed only at one end (rear part: left side part) in the width (W) direction of the packaging container H. In this way, the packaging container of the present invention is not limited to one in which the shatterproof plate is provided at both ends in the width (W) direction of the packaging container, and the scope of the present invention also includes one in which the shatterproof plate is disposed only at one end in the width (W) direction of the packaging container H, taking into consideration the inertial force and centrifugal force acting on the packaged item S in the packaging container, the properties of the packaged item S, or the conveying direction.
[0030] Further, a packaging container according to another embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. 7 will be described. The difference between the packaging container H4 of this embodiment and the packaging container H described above is that the shatterproof plate 22 of the packaging container H3 is arranged only at one end in the width (W) direction of the packaging container H, and the rest is the same as the packaging container H. The same components as those of the packaging container H are given the same reference numerals and the description will be omitted.
[0031] Specifically, in the packaging container H4 of this embodiment, if the direction of the arrow (from left to right in FIG. 7) is the proceeding (conveying) direction of the packaging container H4 in the packaging process, the shatterproof plate 22 is disposed only at one end (front part: right side part: end opposite to the packaging container H3) in the width (W) direction of the packaging container H. In this way, the packaging container of the present invention is not limited to one in which the shatterproof plate is provided at both ends in the width (W) direction of the packaging container, and the present invention also includes one in which the shatterproof plate is disposed only at one end in the width (W) direction of the packaging container H, taking into consideration the inertial force and centrifugal force acting on the packaged item S in the packaging container, the properties of the packaged item S, or the conveying direction.
[0032] Further, a packaging container according to another embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. 8 will be described. The difference between the packaging container H5 of this embodiment and the packaging container H described above is that the shatterproof plate 23 of the packaging container H5 is arranged to extend parallel to the width direction of the packaging container H5. The same components as those of the packaging container H are given the same reference numerals and will not be described. In this way, the packaging container of the present invention is not limited to one in which the shatterproof plate is arranged to extend diagonally downward with respect to the width (W) direction of the packaging container, and the present invention also includes one in which the shatterproof plate is arranged to extend parallel to the width direction of the packaging container, taking into consideration the inertial force and centrifugal force acting on the packaged item S in the packaging container, the properties or conveyance direction of the packaged item S, and the like.
[0033] Further, a packaging container according to another embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. 9 will be described. The difference between the packaging container H6 of this embodiment and the packaging container H described above is that the shatterproof plate 24 of the packaging container H6 is arranged to extend obliquely upward with respect to the width direction of the packaging container. The same components as those of the packaging container H are given the same reference numerals and will not be described. In this way, the packaging container of the present invention is not limited to one in which the shatterproof plate is arranged to extend obliquely downward with respect to the width (W) direction of the packaging container, and the present invention also includes one in which the shatterproof plate is arranged to extend obliquely upward with respect to the width direction of the packaging container, taking into consideration the inertial force and centrifugal force acting on the packaged item S in the packaging container, the properties or conveyance direction of the packaged item S, and the like.
