Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a hair cosmetic composition and a hair cosmetic containing the hair cosmetic composition, and in particular to a hair cosmetic composition having excellent color retention and a hair cosmetic containing the hair cosmetic composition. [Background technology]
[0002] Hair coloring mainly consists of hair colors, which are permanent hair dyes that are quasi-drugs, and semi-permanent hair dyes that are cosmetics, such as hair manicures and hair color treatments. In particular, most permanent hair dyes contain a substance called paraphenylenediamine (oxidation dye), but in the case of dark black colors, the amount of diamine compounds mixed in is high, so even more care is required.
[0003] For example, a hair coloring composition containing paraphenylenediamine (oxidation dye) is known that is characterized by comprising: (a) a water-soluble peroxygen bleach; (b) a bleaching aid selected from an organic peroxyacid bleach precursor and / or a preformed organic peroxyacid; and (c) one or more hair coloring agents (Patent Document 1). [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0004] [Patent Document 1] Special table Hei 11-501947 DISCLOSURE OF THEINVENTION [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0005] However, in the prior art including Patent Document 1, when using products containing paraphenylenediamine (oxidation dye), the amount of diamine compound increases in the case of dark black colors as described above, so that even more care is required. In addition, in recent years, there have been reports of skin disorders caused by a substance called paraphenylenediamine (oxidation dye).
[0006] In addition, hair manicure, a semi-permanent hair dye, is characterized by the fact that the pigment (acid dye) penetrates deep into the hair after one use and the color lasts for 2 to 3 weeks. However, the longer it is left on the scalp, the harder it becomes to remove the dyed pigment. It is also difficult for the person doing the dyeing to apply it right up to the hairline, and the dyeing is not as good as hair color considering the skill of the dyer, so it is a hair dye that is often avoided at salons and beauty parlors.
[0007] On the other hand, while the above-mentioned hair colorings can dye the cortex (the inside of the hair), hair color treatments only dye the cuticle (hair cuticle) and the cortex near the surface of the hair, and may not be able to achieve a hair color that lasts long enough.
[0008] Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a hair cosmetic composition and a hair cosmetic which have better color retention when dyeing hair. [Means for solving the problem]

[0029] In a preferred embodiment of the hair cosmetic composition of the present invention, the hair cosmetic composition is characterized in that it is intended to be applied to hair after treatment with a basic dye. That is, in the hair cosmetic composition of the present invention, the amphoteric surfactant and the nonionic surfactant contained in the hair cosmetic composition can improve the color retention of the hair coloring agent, i.e., the basic dye. That is, as described above, the pH of healthy hair is in the range of about 4.5 to 5.5, and the ionicity of hair is generally kept in equilibrium, but when the pH of the hair cosmetic composition is near neutral, the amphoteric surfactant is amphoteric + anionic, so there are many negative ions in the hair cosmetic composition, which are attracted to the positive ions of the basic dye. Since the basic dye is positively charged, if an anionic surfactant is contained, the hydrophilic group of the anionic surfactant may exhibit negative ionicity and remove the dye. In contrast, the amphoteric surfactant used in the present invention has both positive and negative properties, but is cationic in the acidic range and anionic in the alkaline range. In addition, nonionic surfactants do not affect dyes in the first place. For this reason, the present inventors have found that the use of amphoteric surfactants and nonionic surfactants contained in the hair cosmetic composition can improve the color retention of dyes, particularly when dyes, particularly basic dyes, are used.
[0030] The hair cosmetic of the present invention is characterized by containing the hair cosmetic composition of the present invention.
[0031] The color treatment method of the present invention is characterized by comprising a step of applying a hair color agent containing a basic dye, a thickener, and a preservative, and a step of applying the hair cosmetic composition of the present invention. In the present invention, the basic dye is not particularly limited, but from the viewpoint of dyeing ability, examples thereof include Basic Brown 16, Basic Blue 99, Basic Red 51, and Basic Yellow 87. The amount of the basic dye is not particularly limited, but from the viewpoint of damage to hair, it can be preferably 0.0005 to 5 mass%, more preferably 0.1 to 1 mass%, based on the total amount of the composition.
[0032] In the present invention, the thickener is not particularly limited, but from the viewpoint of enhancing foaming and thickening, examples of the thickener include PEG-150 pentaerythrityl tetrastearate, cocamide methyl MEA, cocamide DEA, etc. The amount of the basic dye is not particularly limited, but from the viewpoint of foam stability, it can be preferably 0.1 to 10 mass %, more preferably 0.3 to 7 mass %, based on the total amount of the composition.
[0033] In the present invention, the preservative is not particularly limited, but from the viewpoint of the burden on the scalp, examples thereof include sodium benzoate, methylparaben, phenoxyethanol, etc. The amount of the basic dye is not particularly limited, but from the viewpoint of the stability of the product, it can be preferably 0.01 to 1 mass %, more preferably 0.1 to 0.8 mass %, based on the total amount of the composition.
[0034] With regard to the hair cosmetic composition, the above description of the hair cosmetic composition of the present invention can be referred to. EXAMPLES
[0035] An embodiment of the present invention will be described below, but the present invention is not limited to the following embodiment.
[0036] Example 1 First, a test hair bundle sample 1) was prepared. The dyed hair bundle was prepared using a basic dye as follows. A hair bundle of 100% human gray hair (1g x 1cm) (product number: BM-WA, manufactured by Beaulax) was coated with the hair dye (hair coloring agent) of formula 1 and wrapped, and then left at 40°C for 30 minutes using a constant temperature dryer (model: SDN27P, Sansho Co., Ltd.), after which the hair cosmetic composition of the present invention was applied (washed) and dried to prepare a test hair bundle sample 1). The details of formula 1 are shown in Table 1. In the hair dye of formula 1, hydroxyethyl cellulose is used as a thickener, and methylparaben is used as a preservative. The pH of the hair dye was adjusted to 6.8 or higher.
[0037] [Table 1]
[0038] Table 2 shows the ingredients of the applied hair cosmetic composition of the present invention.
[0039] [Table 2]
[0040] In Table 2, the source information for A), D), F), and H) is as follows: A) Softazoline CL-R (Kawaken Fine Chemicals Co., Ltd.), D) Plantacare 2000 UP (BASF Japan Ltd.), F) Adeka Carpol MD-100 (ADEKA Corporation), H) Nippi Peptide CQT-F01-G (Nippi Corporation).
[0041] The hair cosmetic composition of the present invention in one example was a light yellow to yellowish brown liquid with a pH of about 5.8 and a viscosity of 2,300 mPa s. In the present invention, no anionic surfactant was used, and sodium cocoamphoacetate was used as the amphoteric surfactant, and decyl glucoside was used as the nonionic surfactant.
[0042] Next, the hair cosmetic composition of the present invention was used to examine the color retention of the hair coloring agent, i.e., the effect of inhibiting fading. Specifically, the test hair bundle sample 1) prepared as described above was measured using a spectrophotometer (model: SD6000, manufactured by Nippon Denshoku Industries Co., Ltd.). The results are shown in Table 3.
[0043] [Table 3]
[0044] Example 2 Next, a comparison was made between the case where an anionic surfactant and a nonionic surfactant were used using the test hair bundle sample 1) of Example 1. For the hair cosmetic composition applicable to the method of the present invention of Example 2 and Comparative Examples 1 and 2, the hair cosmetic composition was adjusted to about pH 5.0, and the dyed test hair bundle sample 1) was placed in each test tube, and 25 g of the hair cosmetic composition of Example 2, Comparative Examples 1 and 2 having the ingredients shown in Table 4 below was poured into it, and the mixture was left at 25°C for 24 hours using a programmable low-temperature incubator (model: IN804, manufactured by Yamato Scientific Co., Ltd.), rinsed and dried, and the color was measured using a spectrophotometer (model: SD6000, manufactured by Nippon Denshoku Kogyo Co., Ltd.). Comparative Example 1 is an example in which a combination of an anionic surfactant and an amphoteric surfactant was used, and sodium laureth sulfate, a polyoxyethylene alkyl ether sulfate salt that is widely used as an anionic surfactant, was used. In addition, Comparative Example 2 is an example in which an anionic surfactant and an amphoteric surfactant are combined to use TEA-cocoyl glutamate, which is widely used as an amino acid surfactant of an anionic surfactant. In addition, Example 2 is an example in which a nonionic surfactant and an amphoteric surfactant are combined to use decyl glucoside, an alkyl polyglucoside type with excellent foaming properties, as the nonionic surfactant. Table 4 shows the components and amounts used in each Example 2 and Comparative Examples 1 and 2.
[0045] [Table 4]
[0046] In Table 4, the source information for A) to E) is as follows: A) Softazoline CL-R (Kawaken Fine Chemicals Co., Ltd.), B) Emal 327 (Kao Corporation), C) Amisoft CT-12S (Ajinomoto Co., Inc.), D) Plantacare 2000 UP (BASF Japan Ltd.), and E) Catinal HC-200 (Toho Chemical Industry Co., Ltd.).
[0047] Similarly, the test hair bundle samples 1) used in Example 2 and Comparative Examples 1 and 2 were subjected to color measurement using a spectrophotometer (model: SD6000, manufactured by Nippon Denshoku Industries Co., Ltd.). The results are shown in Table 5.
[0048] [Table 5]
[0049] As a result, it was found that in Example 2, which used a combination of a nonionic surfactant and an amphoteric surfactant, the color difference was small at 17.29, and the color retention, that is, the effect of inhibiting fading, was excellent.
[0050] Example 3 Next, a dye containing a nonionic surfactant was prepared to prepare a test hair bundle sample 2). A hair bundle of 100% human gray hair (1g x 1cm) (product number: BM-WA, manufactured by Beaulax) was placed in a test tube, and 25g of the hair dye of formula 2 was dispensed into it. The hair bundle was then left to stand at 25°C for 20 minutes using a programmable low-temperature incubator (model: IN804, manufactured by Yamato Scientific Co., Ltd.), after which it was washed with the hair cosmetic composition of the present invention and dried to prepare a test hair bundle sample 2). The details of formula 1 are shown in Table 6.
[0051] [Table 6]
[0052] The source of D) in Table 6 is as follows: D) Plantacare 2000 UP (manufactured by BASF Japan Ltd.).
[0053] Examples 4 to 12 Next, inorganic and organic acids applicable as pH adjusters were widely examined. That is, to see whether the color retention would change depending on the inorganic and organic acids to be blended, the hair cosmetic composition applicable to the method of the present invention, which contains each component of Examples 4 to 12, was adjusted to about pH 4.5, and left at 40°C for 60 minutes using a constant temperature dryer (model: SDN27P, Sansho Co., Ltd.). While left standing, the test hair bundle sample 2) prepared as described above was placed in a test tube, and after leaving it, 25 g was dispensed into each test tube and left at 40°C for 30 minutes. After rinsing and drying, the color retention was compared visually. It was found that, in addition to phytic acid, glutamic acid and aspartic acid had good color retention. Also, the organic acid with the best color retention was phytic acid. The results are shown in Table 7. In comparison with the results of Example 3, this shows that the hair cosmetic composition of the present invention may be applied by using a hair dye containing a nonionic surfactant in a basic dye. It was also found that the hair cosmetic composition of the present invention had excellent color retention even when an inorganic acid or an organic acid was applied after the application of the composition.
[0054] [Table 7]
[0055] In Table 7, F) was obtained from the following source: F) ADEKA Carpole MD-100 (manufactured by ADEKA Corporation).
[0056] Examples 13 to 15 As the results of Examples 4 to 12 showed that phytic acid was superior, the relationship between the amount of phytic acid and pH and color retention was investigated. Using the test hair bundle sample 2) prepared as described above, in order to confirm the color difference due to the amount of phytic acid and pH in the hair cosmetic composition applicable to the method of the present invention having the components of Examples 13 to 15, the hair bundle sample 2) was left at 40°C for 60 minutes using a constant temperature dryer (model: SDN27P, Sansho Co., Ltd.). While left, the test hair bundle sample 2) was placed in a test tube, and after leaving it, 25 g was dispensed into each test tube and left at 40°C for 30 minutes. After rinsing and drying, the color was measured using a spectrophotometer (model: SD6000, manufactured by Nippon Denshoku Kogyo Co., Ltd.). At the same pH, i.e. around pH 3, the more the amount of phytic acid was, the smaller the color difference was, and when phytic acid (50% solution) was about 2.80%, the lower the pH, the smaller the color difference was. The results are shown in Table 8.
[0057] [Table 8] In addition, F) in Table 8 was obtained from: F): ADEKA Carpole MD-100 (manufactured by ADEKA Corporation).
[0058] Examples 16 to 20 Next, we investigated whether there was a difference in color retention due to the difference in modifier. As the test hair bundle sample, the test hair bundle sample 1) prepared in the above-mentioned example was used. As a result, among the test hair bundle samples 1) dyed with a basic dye, the one containing sodium chloride had the smallest color difference. The ingredients and amounts of the compounds in Examples 16 to 20 are shown in Table 9.
[0059] [Table 9]
[0060] The source information for A) to H) in Table 9 is as follows: A) Softazoline CL-R (Kawaken Fine Chemicals Co., Ltd.), D) Plantacare 2000 UP (BASF Japan Ltd.), G) Sorbitol Kao (Kao Corporation), H) Nippi Peptide CQT-F01-G (Nippi Corporation).
[0061] Similarly to the above-mentioned examples, the test hair bundle sample 1) was subjected to color measurement using a spectrophotometer (model: SD6000, manufactured by Nippon Denshoku Industries Co., Ltd.), and the results are shown in Table 10.
[0062] [Table 10]
[0063] Thus, it has been found that the present invention provides a hair cosmetic composition and a hair cosmetic that have excellent color retention when applied to hair that has been treated with a hair dye, particularly a basic dye. [Industrial Applicability]
[0064] INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention makes it possible to improve color retention in hair color treatments, and is of great industrial applicability in a wide range of applications.
