Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a composition for caring for and / or making up keratinous materials. More particularly, the present invention relates to an anhydrous composition for caring for and / or making up keratinous materials. The present invention also relates to a cosmetic method for caring for and / or making up keratinous materials. [Background technology]
[0002] The development of dedicated formulations for making up and / or caring for the skin and / or lips, which have satisfactory properties in terms of application, comfort, in particular non-greasyness, good coverage and in terms of makeup effect, is a continuing objective.
[0003] Lipstick has become a necessity and is perceived by users as the overwhelmingly predominant application method for caring for and / or making up the lips of the user. Lipstick can modify the facial features of the user. For example, thin lips can be made thicker and thick lips can be made thin. Besides modifying the shape of the lips, lipstick can be made in a multitude of colors and shades to promote a desired effect or express the wearer's mood.
[0004] However, some lipsticks are not easy to apply and the deposits produced are not sufficiently matte.
[0005] Compositions for making up the skin or lips in fluid form, conventionally called glosses in the context of making up the lips, are also known, which are generally devoid of waxes and conventionally comprise at least one non-volatile oil with a molecular weight above 600 g / mol.
[0006] However, the deposits produced by such liquid compositions are generally relatively shiny and / or have a greasy feel on the lips, which can be a source of discomfort for the user.
[0007] On the other hand, some cosmetic products for caring for and / or making up keratinous materials are unable to provide good coverage, which is undesirable.
[0008] There is therefore still a need for compositions for caring for and / or making up keratin materials, and in particular the lips, that are easy to apply and are capable of providing a matte deposit and a light feel. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0011] The object of the present invention is therefore to develop a composition for caring for and / or making up keratinous materials, and in particular the lips, which is easy to apply and capable of providing a matte deposit and a sensation of light weight.
[0012] Another object of the present invention is to provide a cosmetic method for caring for and / or making up keratinous substances, such as the skin and the lips, in particular the lips, which results in a matte deposit with a light feel on the keratinous substances. [Means for solving the problem]
[0013] Thus, according to a first aspect, the invention relates to a liquid, anhydrous composition for the care and / or make-up of keratinous materials, comprising: a) at least one organopolysiloxane elastomer powder coated with a silicone resin; b) at least one organopolysiloxane elastomer carried in a first oil; c) at least two fillers comprising polymethylsilsesquioxane and calcium aluminum borosilicate; and d) at least one second oil which is a volatile hydrocarbon oil; The composition comprises:
[0014] According to a second aspect, the invention provides a cosmetic method for caring for and / or making up keratinous materials, comprising the step of applying to the keratinous materials an anhydrous composition as defined above.
[0015] It has been found that the anhydrous compositions according to the invention are easy to apply and are capable of providing a matte deposit and a feeling of light weight.
[0016] Other objects and features, aspects and advantages of the present invention will become even more apparent on reading the following description and examples. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0036] Preferably, the composition comprises at least one organopolysiloxane elastomer carried in at least one non-volatile silicone oil having the INCI name Dimethicone.
[0037] The term "organopolysiloxane elastomer" or "silicone elastomer" refers to a soft, deformable organopolysiloxane that has viscoelastic properties, especially the consistency of a sponge or soft sphere. Its elastic modulus is such that the material resists deformation and has limited elongation and contraction capabilities. The material is able to return to its original shape after stretching.
[0038] It is more particularly a crosslinked silicone elastomer.
[0039] The silicone elastomer particles are carried in the form of a gel formed from an elastomeric organopolysiloxane contained in at least one hydrocarbon oil and / or one silicone oil.
[0040] In these gels, the organopolysiloxane particles are often non-spherical particles.
[0041] Non-emulsifying organopolysiloxane elastomer Thus, the organopolysiloxane elastomer can be obtained by a crosslinking addition reaction between a diorganopolysiloxane containing at least one silicon-bonded hydrogen and a diorganopolysiloxane containing an ethylenically unsaturated group bonded to silicon, especially in the presence of a platinum catalyst; or by a dehydrogenation crosslinking condensation reaction between a diorganopolysiloxane containing hydroxyl end groups and a diorganopolysiloxane containing at least one silicon-bonded hydrogen, especially in the presence of an organotin; or by a crosslinking condensation reaction between a diorganopolysiloxane containing hydroxyl end groups and a hydrolyzable organopolysiloxane; or by thermal crosslinking of the organopolysiloxane, especially in the presence of an organic peroxide catalyst; or by crosslinking of the organopolysiloxane via high-energy radiation, such as gamma radiation, ultraviolet light or an electron beam.
[0042] Preferably, the organopolysiloxane elastomer is obtained by a crosslinking addition reaction of (A) a diorganopolysiloxane, each containing at least two silicon-bonded hydrogens, with (B) a diorganopolysiloxane, each containing at least two silicon-bonded ethylenically unsaturated groups, especially in the presence of (C) a platinum catalyst.
[0043] In particular, organopolysiloxane elastomers can be obtained by reaction of a dimethylpolysiloxane containing dimethylvinylsiloxy end groups with a methylhydrogenopolysiloxane containing trimethylsiloxy end groups in the presence of a platinum catalyst.
[0044] Compound (A) is the base reactant for the formation of elastomeric organopolysiloxanes, and crosslinking occurs via an addition reaction of compound (A) with compound (B) in the presence of catalyst (C).
[0045] Compound (A) is in particular an organopolysiloxane containing in each molecule at least two hydrogen atoms bonded to different silicon atoms.
[0046] Compound (A) may have any molecular structure, in particular a linear or branched chain structure or a cyclic structure.
[0047] Compound (A) may have a viscosity in the range of 1 to 50,000 centistokes at 25° C., particularly so as to be miscible with compound (B).
[0048] The organic groups bonded to the silicon atoms of compound (A) may be alkyl groups, such as methyl, ethyl, propyl, butyl, octyl; substituted alkyl groups, such as 2-phenylethyl, 2-phenylpropyl, or 3,3,3-trifluoropropyl; aryl groups, such as phenyl, tolyl, xylyl; substituted aryl groups, such as phenylethyl; and substituted monovalent hydrocarbon groups, such as epoxy groups, carboxylate groups, or mercapto groups.

[0050] Compound (B) is advantageously a diorganopolysiloxane containing at least two lower alkenyl groups (e.g. C2-C4), which can be selected from vinyl, allyl and propenyl groups. These lower alkenyl groups can be located at any position of the organopolysiloxane molecule, but are preferably located at the ends of the organopolysiloxane molecule. Organopolysiloxane (B) can have a branched, linear, cyclic or network structure, but a linear structure is preferred. Compound (B) can have a viscosity ranging from a liquid state to a rubber state. Preferably, compound (B) has a viscosity of at least 100 centistokes at 25°C.
[0051] In addition to the alkenyl groups mentioned above, other organic groups bonded to silicon atoms in compound (B) may be alkyl groups, such as methyl, ethyl, propyl, butyl, or octyl; substituted alkyl groups, such as 2-phenylethyl, 2-phenylpropyl, or 3,3,3-trifluoropropyl; aryl groups, such as phenyl, tolyl, or xylyl; substituted aryl groups, such as phenylethyl; and substituted monovalent hydrocarbon groups, such as epoxy groups, carboxylic acid ester groups, or mercapto groups.

[0053] In particular, organopolysiloxane elastomers can be obtained by reaction of a dimethylpolysiloxane containing dimethylvinylsiloxy end groups with a methylhydrogenopolysiloxane containing trimethylsiloxy end groups in the presence of a platinum catalyst.
[0054] According to another alternative form, compound (B) may be an unsaturated hydrocarbon compound containing at least two lower alkenyl groups (e.g. C2-C4), which may be selected from vinyl, allyl and propenyl groups. These lower alkenyl groups may be located at any position in the molecule, but are preferably located at the terminals. As an example, hexadiene, especially 1,5-hexadiene, may be mentioned.
[0055] Advantageously, the sum of the number of ethylenic groups per molecule in compound (B) and the number of hydrogen atoms bonded to silicon atoms per molecule in compound (A) is at least 5.
[0056] Compound (A) is advantageously added in an amount such that the molar ratio between the total amount of hydrogen atoms bonded to silicon atoms in compound (A) and the total amount of all ethylenically unsaturated groups in compound (B) is within the range of 1.5 / 1 to 20 / 1.

[0177] [Table 1]
[0178] (Inventive Example 1 and Comparative Examples 1-2) Inventive Example (IE.) 1 and Comparative Examples (CE.) 1-2 liquid lip compositions were prepared from the components listed in Table 2.
[0179] [Table 2]
[0180] Preparation procedure: The detailed procedures for preparing the above compositions are as follows, taking composition 1 as an example: 1) In the first step, the pigment is milled in a three-roll mill in a portion of the oil phase (hydrogenated polyisobutene, diisostearyl malate, isostearyl isostearate and pentaerythrityl tetra-di-t-butyl hydroxyhydrocinnamate); 2) then mixing the remainder of the oil soluble ingredients with the remaining oil phase and ground color material until a homogeneous mixture is obtained; 3) adding the organopolysiloxane elastomer to the above mixture with stirring, then incorporating the ground pigment material into the mixture and continuing homogenization until the mixture is homogenous; 4) Add fillers, film formers, co-preservatives, antioxidants, actives, and flavors with stirring until uniform; 5) Finally, the resulting composition was poured into small pots and then left at ambient temperature for 24 hours.
[0181] evaluation: The prepared compositions were evaluated for spreadability, gloss and weight.
[0182] Spreadability Spreadability is used to evaluate whether a lip composition can glide easily and smoothly on the lips during application.
[0183] The spreadability was evaluated by five experts by slowly applying the lip composition twice on each side to the upper lip using the same force, while carefully feeling the force between the lip composition and the lips during the second application. The lower the friction force, the better the spreadability.
[0184] Shine and weight Gloss is used to evaluate the degree of light reflection or brightness on the lips under standard lighting.
[0185] Weight is used to assess the sensation of mass on the lips imparted by a lip product, which is the sensation of the lips being weighed down and unable to breathe freely.
[0186] Gloss and weight were evaluated by five experts by applying the lipstick twice on both sides to the upper lip using the same force. After application, the lips were not moved for 3 minutes, and the degree of light reflection or brightness was checked in the center of the upper lip under standard light, and the weight was also checked at the same time. The lower the light reflection or brightness, the lower the gloss and the better the matte effect. The lower the weight, the better.
[0187] Finally, the experts gave comments or scores on spreadability, gloss and weight based on the following criteria and took the average: 5: Very good 4: Generally good 3:Acceptable 2: Somewhat insufficient, unacceptable 1: Insufficient, unacceptable
[0188] The evaluation results for each lip composition are summarized in Table 3.
[0189] [Table 3]
[0190] It can be seen that the lip compositions of the invention examples have good spreadability and can provide a matte and light deposition on keratinous materials.
