Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a sedative that suppresses the foaming phenomenon of, for example, steel slag. [Background technology]

[0002] For example, it has been known to use a molded solidified product of paper sludge (paper waste) generated during the recycling process of waste paper as a calming agent to calm the foaming phenomenon of steel slag. On the other hand, a molding and solidification device is known that has a structure in which industrial waste in a barrel is forcibly kneaded, compressed, and transported in the meshing space of a screw blade, and the molded and solidified product of industrial waste is discharged from the nozzle holes of the die plate.

[0003] Furthermore, when the papermaking sludge is applied to the molding and solidification device, the papermaking sludge has a high moisture content of about 60% to 80%, which may hinder the molding and solidification of the papermaking sludge. For this reason, it is necessary to use various drying means, etc. to adjust the moisture content of the papermaking sludge to be fed into the barrel in advance to about 25% to 35%. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0004] [Patent Document 1] Special Publication No. 57-39291 [Patent Document 2] Special Publication No. 5-76896 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[Figure 7] FIG. 1 is a diagram illustrating a configuration system of an embodiment of the present invention. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0013] 1 to 7 show an embodiment of a calming agent manufacturing apparatus for calming the foaming phenomenon of steel slag according to the present invention. As shown in FIGS. 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6, reference numeral 1 denotes a barrel, which is made of, for example, a casting of alloy steel and is attached and fixed on a machine base B. An inlet T for feeding powdered papermaking sludge P is formed on the upper side of the barrel 1. Two screw shafts 2 and 2 are rotatably arranged in parallel inside the barrel 1. The screw shafts 2 and 2 are provided with mutually meshing screw blades 2a and 2a. Further, a rotation drive mechanism K is provided on the machine base B for rotating the two screw shafts 2 and 2 inward in opposite directions to each other, and forcibly kneading, compressing and transporting the papermaking sludge P in the meshing space R of each screw blade 2a and 2a. The papermaking sludge P kneaded, compressed and transported in the barrel 1 is solidified into a molded solidified product P. F The die plate 3 has nozzle holes 3a through which the paper sludge P is discharged, thereby forming a molding and solidifying device Q. F The company will manufacture the sedative G as a sedative.

[0014] In this case, as shown in Figures 2 and 6, the rotation drive mechanism K is configured such that a gear mechanism H consisting of an electric motor M and a pair of gears H1·H1 is provided on a machine base B, and the two screw shafts 2·2 are rotated inwardly in different directions from each other by the electric motor M via the gear mechanism H.

[0015] Reference numeral 4 denotes a moisture content adjusting means, which, as shown in FIG. 3, is broadly composed of a water sprinkler nozzle 4a and a water adding means C. The water adding means C is equipped with a flow control valve, a flow sensor, a moisture meter, a water amount calculating unit, and a flow control unit, and is connected to a water supply source S such as a water supply. The moisture content of the powdered paper sludge P fed into the barrel 1 has been adjusted in advance to 25% to 35% by a drying means or the like. In this case, the moisture content indicates the moisture content by weight, and the water adding means C of the moisture content adjusting means 4 adds water W from the water sprinkler nozzle 4a to the paper sludge P, taking into account the decrease in the moisture content of the paper sludge P due to frictional heat associated with the kneading, compression and transport within the barrel 1, thereby adjusting the moisture content of the paper sludge P to the above-mentioned 25% to 35%.

[0016] The moisture content of the papermaking sludge P being kneaded, compressed and transported within the barrel 1 is measured by the moisture meter, and the amount of water W taking into account the decrease in moisture content of the papermaking sludge P due to frictional heat accompanying the kneading, compression and transport within the barrel 1 is calculated by the water volume calculation unit, and the flow control valve is controlled by the flow control unit using a flow sensor to add water to the papermaking sludge P to adjust the moisture content of the papermaking sludge P to the above-mentioned 25% or more and 35% or less.

[0017] In this case, for example, an infrared moisture meter is used as the moisture meter constituting the moisture content adjustment means 4. The infrared moisture meter heats and dries the papermaking sludge P as a sample by irradiating it with infrared rays, measures the mass of the sample before drying, and measures the mass of the sample after drying due to evaporation of the moisture, and measures the moisture content by regarding the weight loss as moisture.

[0018] In this case, the reason why the moisture content of the paper sludge P accompanying the kneading, compression and transport in the barrel 1 is set to 25% or more and 35% or less is that if the moisture content falls below 25%, the paper sludge P kneaded, compressed and transported in the barrel 1 will become a molded solidified material P F The nozzle holes 3a of the die plate 3 through which the paper sludge P is discharged become clogged, and the paper sludge P is solidified into a molded solid P due to the clogging of the nozzle holes 3a. F On the other hand, if the moisture content exceeds 35%, the molded solidified material P FThis is because the sludge P becomes loose and does not solidify, making it difficult to mold and solidify the papermaking sludge P.

[0019] In addition, with regard to the moisture content of the papermaking sludge P, it is more preferable to set the upper limit of the moisture content to 30% or less, that is, the moisture content to be 25% or more and 30% or less. By setting the upper limit of the moisture content to 30% or less, clogging of the nozzle holes 3a·3a·· of the die plate 3 can be prevented, and the papermaking sludge P can be well molded and solidified, and the molded solidified product P of the papermaking sludge P can be well formed and solidified. F This makes it possible to stably produce sedative G as a sedative.

[0020] 1 and 2, a heater mechanism D is provided near the die plate 3 on the outer periphery of the barrel 1, and is configured to heat the barrel 1 in the initial stage of operation for kneading, compressing and transporting the papermaking sludge P. The reason for heating the barrel 1 is that, for example, in the initial stage of operation, the temperature of the barrel 1 is low, making it difficult to solidify the papermaking sludge P, and if the temperature is too high, the papermaking sludge P in the barrel 1 dries out, causing clogging of the nozzle holes 3a·3a·· of the die plate 3.

[0021] In this case, as shown in Figures 1 and 3, the heater mechanism D is provided with a temperature control means E for adjusting the temperature of the barrel 1 to 100°C or more and 140°C or less, and the temperature control means E is equipped with a temperature sensor and a temperature control unit, and is configured to heat the barrel 1 to a temperature of 100°C or more and 140°C or less during the initial stage of the operation of kneading, compressing and transporting the paper sludge P, and take into account the temperature rise of the barrel 1 due to frictional heat associated with the kneading, compressing and transporting within the barrel 1 after the operation starts, and in the event of an excessive temperature rise, the heating operation of the heater mechanism D is stopped, and in the event of a temperature drop in the barrel 1, the heating operation of the heater mechanism D is resumed, thereby controlling the temperature of the barrel 1 to 100°C or more and 140°C or less. The reason for keeping the temperature of barrel 1 at 100°C or higher and 140°C or lower is that if the temperature of barrel 1 is below 100°C, it becomes difficult to solidify the papermaking sludge P, and if the heating temperature exceeds 140°C, the papermaking sludge P in barrel 1 will dry out, which may cause the nozzle holes 3a·3a·· of the die plate 3 to become clogged with the papermaking sludge P.

[0022] Since this embodiment has the above-mentioned configuration, as shown in Figures 1 and 7, papermaking sludge P is charged into the inlet T of the barrel 1, and the two screw shafts 2·2 in the barrel 1 are rotated by the above-mentioned rotation drive mechanism K. The screw shafts 2·2 are rotated inward in opposite directions so that the screw blades 2a·2a mesh with each other, and the papermaking sludge P is forcibly kneaded, compressed and transported in the meshing spaces R of the screw blades 2a·2a. The fibers of the papermaking sludge P become entangled by the kneading and compression, and the papermaking sludge P that has been kneaded, compressed and transported within the barrel 1 is discharged from the nozzle holes 3a·3a·· of the die plate 3, and the papermaking sludge P is molded and solidified, forming a molded solidified product P of the papermaking sludge P. F The company will manufacture the sedative G as a sedative.

[0023] At this time, since a moisture content adjusting means 4 is provided to adjust the moisture content of the papermaking sludge P kneaded, compressed and transported in the barrel 1, water W can be added to the papermaking sludge P in an amount that takes into account the decrease in the moisture content of the papermaking sludge P due to frictional heat accompanying the kneading, compression and transport in the barrel 1, and the papermaking sludge P can be molded and solidified well, and the molded solidified product P of the papermaking sludge P can be obtained.F This can improve the production efficiency of the sedative G as a sedative.

[0024] In this case, the moisture content of the papermaking sludge P to be fed into the barrel 1 is adjusted in advance to 25% or more and 35% or less, and the moisture content adjusting means 4 is provided with a moisture adding means C for adding water W to the papermaking sludge P in an amount that takes into account the decrease in the moisture content of the papermaking sludge P due to frictional heat accompanying the kneading, compression and transport within the barrel 1, and adjusting the moisture content of the papermaking sludge P to the above 25% or more and 35% or less. Therefore, by setting the moisture content of the papermaking sludge P accompanying the kneading, compression and transport within the barrel 1 to 25% or more and 35% or less, clogging of the nozzle holes 3a·3a·· can be prevented, and the molded solidified material P F The shaping and solidification of the paper sludge P can be performed reliably, and the shaping and solidification of the paper sludge P can be performed reliably. F This makes it possible to stably produce sedative G as a sedative.

[0025] At this time, the moisture content of the papermaking sludge P to be fed into the barrel 1 is adjusted in advance to 25% or more and 30% or less, and the moisture content adjusting means 4 is provided with a moisture adding means C for adding water W to the papermaking sludge P in an amount that takes into account the decrease in the moisture content of the papermaking sludge P due to frictional heat accompanying the kneading, compression and transport within the barrel 1, and adjusting the moisture content of the papermaking sludge P to the above 25% or more and 30% or less. By making the moisture content of the papermaking sludge P accompanying the kneading, compression and transport within the barrel 1 to 25% or more and 30% or less, the clogging phenomenon of the nozzle holes 3a·3a·· can be prevented, and the formed solidified material P F The molding and solidification of the paper sludge P can be performed more reliably, and the molded solidified product P F This makes it possible to stably produce sedative G as a sedative.

[0026] In this case, as shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, a heater mechanism D is provided for heating the barrel 1 in the initial stage of the operation of kneading, compressing and transporting the papermaking sludge P. Therefore, the papermaking sludge P can be reliably solidified, and the clogging phenomenon of the papermaking sludge P in the nozzle holes 3a·3a·· of the die plate 3 can be prevented, and the molded solidified material P F The shaping and solidification of the paper sludge P can be performed reliably, and the shaping and solidification of the paper sludge P can be performed reliably. F1 and 3, the heater mechanism D is provided with a temperature control means E for adjusting the temperature of the barrel 1 to 100°C or more and 140°C or less. Therefore, in the initial stage of the operation of kneading, compressing and transporting the papermaking sludge P, the barrel 1 is heated to a temperature of 100°C or more and 140°C or less. After the start of the operation, the temperature of the barrel 1 is increased due to frictional heat caused by the kneading, compressing and transporting in the barrel 1. In the event of an excessive increase in temperature, the heating operation of the heater mechanism D is stopped. In the event of a decrease in temperature of the barrel 1, the heating operation of the heater mechanism D is resumed. This makes it possible to stably produce a sedative G as a sedative. In this case, the papermaking sludge P can be prevented from clogging the nozzle holes 3a·3a·· of the die plate 3, and the molded solidified material P can be produced. F The molding and solidification of the paper sludge P can be performed more reliably, and the molded solidified product P F This makes it possible to stably produce sedative G as a sedative.

[0027] In addition, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. For example, the sedative G, the tooth gap R, the papermaking sludge P, the molded solidified material P F The rotary drive mechanism K, water adding means C, heater mechanism D, temperature control means E, barrel 1, screw shafts 2·2, screw blades 2a·2a, die plate 3, nozzle hole 3a, moisture content adjusting means 4, etc. may be designed by appropriate modifications.

[0028] As described above, the intended purpose can be fully achieved. [Explanation of symbols]
