[0009] In the following, the present invention will be described in more detail in combination with drawings and examples in order to make the objectives, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer. It should be understood that the specific examples described herein are only for the purpose of illustrating the present invention, and are not intended to limit the present invention.
[0010] Each specific technical feature described in the specific examples can be combined in any suitable manner if not contradictory, for example, different specific technical features can be combined to form different embodiments and technical solutions. In order to avoid unnecessary duplication, various possible combination forms of each specific technical feature in the present invention will not be described repeatedly.
[0011] In the following description, the terms "first, second, etc." according to the present invention are merely used to distinguish between different objects, and do not indicate that the objects are identical or related to each other. The descriptions of positions according to the present invention, such as "upper", "lower", "outer", and "inner", all refer to positions in a normal state of use, and the directions of "left" and "right" refer to the left-right directions specifically shown in the corresponding schematic diagrams, which may or may not refer to the left-right directions in a normal state of use.
[0012] It should be noted that the terms "comprises," "includes," or any other variation thereof are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusiveness such that a process, method, article, or apparatus comprising a set of elements may comprise not only those elements, but also other elements not expressly listed, or elements inherent in such process, method, article, or apparatus. Absent further limitation, an element qualified by the phrase "comprises" does not exclude the presence of other identical elements in the process, method, article, or apparatus of that element.
[0013] In the following description, the inlets and outlets of each member will be interpreted in combination with the airflow direction indicated by the arrows in Fig. 1. Specifically, the direction indicated by the arrows in Fig. 1 indicates the flow direction of the airflow entering the cooking appliance. A part of a member that the entering airflow first contacts may be regarded as the inlet end of the member, and a corresponding part that finally leaves the member may be regarded as the outlet end of the member. For example, the inlet end of an intake device may be regarded as an end where the entering airflow first contacts the intake device, and the entering airflow enters the intake device through the inlet end and leaves the intake device through the outlet end of the intake device.
[0014] The present invention provides a cover unit and a cooking device, which is applicable to cooking devices such as electric rice cookers, electric pressure cookers, saucepans, soy milk makers, etc. The application scenarios of the present invention do not limit the cover unit of the present invention.
[0015] The following description will be given of the application of the lid unit to an electric rice cooker as an example. As shown in FIG. 1, the lid unit in the embodiment of the present invention includes a pot lid 10, a gas blowing device 20, and a check valve 30. The pot lid 10 is used to open and close the cooking chamber 10a by covering the pot body 2 having the cooking chamber 10a. For example, when the electric rice cooker is cooking rice, rice and water can be stored in the cooking chamber 10a, and the pot lid 10 is covered on the pot body 2 to seal the cooking chamber 10a. After the rice cooking is completed or when the rice is not being cooked, the pot lid 10 can be opened to open the cooking chamber 10a. The gas blowing device 20 is provided in the pot lid 10 and can blow gas into the cooking chamber 10a. For example, when the electric rice cooker is operating, fresh air from the outside is blown into the cooking chamber 10a by the gas blowing device 20. The blowing of gas makes the unit pressure of the gas inside the pot body 2 greater than the unit pressure of the gas outside the pot body 2. The pressure difference causes at least a part of the gas in the cooking chamber 10a to be discharged outside the pot body 2, generating an airflow to ventilate the cooking chamber 10a. This reduces the content of odorous substances in the cooking chamber 10a, easily and quickly discharges odorous substances emitted from ingredients such as rice in the pot body 2, and further improves the cooking aroma of the ingredients. The check valve 30 may be a member that guides gas, liquid, or gas-liquid mixture in one direction. In the embodiment of the present invention, the check valve 30 is used to guide the airflow flowing from the gas blowing device 20 to the cooking chamber 10a in one direction, so that the airflow can flow from the outside of the electric rice cooker through the check valve 30 into the cooking chamber 10a, but the airflow from the cooking chamber 10a to the check valve 30 cannot flow to the outside of the electric rice cooker. As gas from the cooking chamber 10a to the outside of the electric rice cooker, it needs to be discharged outside the electric rice cooker through the steam hole 11A.
[0016] In an embodiment of the present invention, by installing a check valve in the pot lid, during the process of blowing fresh air into the cooking chamber by the gas blowing device, the circulation passage through which the airflow flows into the cooking chamber can be guided in one direction, separating the intake and exhaust air, reducing the risk of steam in the pot body impacting the gas blowing device, and the configuration of the check valve can simplify the control form of air blowing.
[0017] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 1, the gas blowing device 20 includes an airflow generating device 21 and an intake device 22. The airflow generating device 21 is used to generate an airflow. The airflow generating device 21 in the embodiments of the present invention includes, but is not limited to, a fan and an air pump. The intake device 22 is connected to the airflow generating device 21 to introduce the airflow generated by the airflow generating device 21 into the cooking chamber 10a. The check valve 30 is connected to the intake device 22 so as to allow the airflow in the intake device 22 to flow in one direction into the cooking chamber 10a. Preferably, the check valve may be provided at a connection point between the intake device and the airflow generating device. The connection point includes, but is not limited to, a point close to a boundary point between the intake device and the airflow generating device. Specifically, the connection point may be outside the boundary point of the intake device or inside the boundary point. The check valve may also be provided at a connection point between the intake device and the cooking chamber. The connection point includes, but is not limited to, a point near the boundary between the intake device and the cooking chamber, and specifically, the connection point may be outside or inside the boundary of the intake device. The check valve may further be provided in the intake device.
[0018] In some embodiments, as shown in Fig. 1, the check valve 30 is provided at the outlet end of the intake device 22. The outlet end of the intake device 22 may be near the boundary between the intake device 22 and the cooking chamber 10a, or may be on the inside of the cooking chamber 10a close to the intake device 22. In the embodiment of the present invention, the check valve is provided at the outlet end of the intake device, which makes it easy to install, accurately controls the flow rate of gas entering the cooking chamber, prevents unpleasant odors in the cooking chamber from entering the intake device, and the intake and exhaust are independent and do not interfere with each other, improving the ventilation efficiency in the cooking chamber.
[0019] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 1, the pot lid 10 includes a surface lid 11 and an inner lid 12. The inner lid 12 and the surface lid 11 may be directly fixed to each other, or the surface lid 11 and the inner lid 12 may be indirectly fixed to each other. The intake device 22 is attached to the surface lid 11, and preferably, the intake device 22 may be fixed to the surface lid 11 as a separate member. The surface lid 11 may directly have a cavity with both ends open as the intake device 22. The check valve 30 is fixed to the inner lid 12. The connection between the check valve 30 and the inner lid 12 includes, but is not limited to, a direct fixed connection such as a fastening. Specifically, the check valve may be provided with an associated fastening groove, and the inner lid may be provided with an associated fastening portion. The check valve is attached to one side of the inner lid by fitting the fastening groove and the fastening portion on the inner lid, and a through hole communicating with the cooking chamber is provided at a location of the inner lid facing the check valve. In another embodiment, the inner lid may be provided with a through hole for mounting the check valve. The check valve may be fixed in the through hole by screwing or other means. In the embodiment of the present invention, the specific connection form between the check valve and the inner lid is not limited. In the embodiment of the present invention, the pot lid is divided into a top lid and an inner lid, so that the intake device and the check valve can be separately mounted on the two parts, making the installation process more flexible, and making it convenient to replace and detach the parts, thereby saving the maintenance cost of the product.
[0020] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 1 and 2, the pot lid 10 includes a surface lid 11, an inner lid 12, a movable lid plate 13, and a first seal member 123. The movable lid plate 13 is removably fixedly connected to the inner lid 12. The inner lid 12 is adjacently connected to the surface lid 11, and the inner lid 12 is closer to the surface lid 11 than the movable lid plate 13. The movable lid plate 13 is provided on the side of the inner lid 12 that is away from the surface lid 11. A first passage 12a is opened in the inner lid 12, penetrating both opposing ends of the inner lid 12. The movable lid plate 13 is connected to the inner lid 12, and a first through hole 12b connected to the first passage 12a is opened, so that the airflow in the intake device 22 can flow from the first through hole 12b in the inner lid 12 and the movable lid plate 13 into the cooking chamber 10a. The first seal member 123 is provided between the inner lid 12 and the movable cover plate 13, surrounding the first through hole 12b. The first seal member 123 is attached to the inner wall of the first through hole 12b, and protrudes from the surface of the inner lid 12 along the extension direction of the first through hole 12b, thereby limiting the airflow flowing from the inner lid 12 to the movable cover plate 13 to within the first through hole 12b. This improves the sealing performance of the inner lid and the movable cover plate, reduces the gas in the intake device from entering areas inside the pot lid other than the intake device through the gap between the inner lid and the movable cover plate, and reduces the possibility of a malfunction.
[0021] As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the check valve 30 in the embodiment of the present invention is at least partially provided in the first passage 12a, or at least partially provided in the first through hole 12b. Specifically, the check valve 30 may be fixed in the first passage 12a. The airflow generating device 21 directs the airflow from the intake device 22 to the check valve 30, so that the airflow passes through the check valve 30 and then enters the cooking chamber 10a through the first through hole 12b. The check valve 30 may further be fixed in the first through hole 12b. Since the movable cover plate 13 has a certain thickness limit, the check valve 30 may partially protrude from the first through hole 12b. In the embodiment of the present invention, by providing the inner cover 12 and the movable cover plate 13, the inner cover and the movable cover plate can be removably connected, so that the movable cover plate can be easily washed separately immediately after cooking, and the amount of food residue remaining on the movable cover plate can be reduced, and the risk of generating an unpleasant odor due to the accumulation of residue can be reduced.
[0022] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 3, the check valve 30 includes a valve seat 31 and a valve body 32. As shown in FIG. 1, the valve seat 31 has a second through hole 31a communicating with the intake device 22, so that the gas in the intake device 22 can flow from the second through hole 31a to the cooking chamber 10a. The valve body is connected to the valve seat. Specifically, the valve body may be movably connected to the valve seat as a whole. When gas flows from the intake device to the cooking chamber, the air flow acts on the valve body to cause a change in the relative position of the valve body and the valve seat, so that the valve body moves from a position blocking the second through hole to a position opening the second through hole. When there is no air flow from the intake device to the cooking chamber, the valve body returns to a position blocking the second through hole by an associated elastic return member, and plays a unidirectional guiding role. Alternatively, the valve body may be partially fixedly connected to the valve seat. When there is no airflow from the intake device to the cooking chamber, at least a part of the valve body contacts the second through hole, and the second through hole is closed. When gas flows from the intake device to the cooking chamber, the airflow acts on a part of the valve body that is not directly connected to the valve seat, and a part of the valve body moves away from the second through hole, causing the valve body to open the second through hole. When there is no airflow from the intake device to the cooking chamber, the valve body returns to a position where it blocks the second through hole by its own elastic return deformation, so that it can similarly achieve a one-way guiding action. In the embodiment of the present invention, by providing a structure in which the relative positions of the second through hole in the valve body and the valve seat can be changed and returned to, it is possible to realize automatic opening of the one-way airflow from the intake device to the cooking chamber and automatic closing of the one-way airflow from the cooking chamber to the intake device, thereby simplifying the control form for blowing air into the inner lid, making it easy to process and low cost.
[0023] 3, the check valve 30 is at least partially disposed in the first passage 12a, the valve seat 31 is fixedly connected to the inner cover 12, and the valve body 32 is connected to the valve seat 31. In other embodiments, the check valve is at least partially disposed in the first through-hole, the valve seat is connected to the movable cover plate, and the valve body is connected to the valve seat. In this case, the valve body may be partially disposed in the first passage.
[0024] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 3, the valve body 32 includes a connecting portion 321 and a movable portion 322. The connecting portion 321 is used to penetrate the valve seat 31 and connect to the valve seat 31. Preferably, the connecting portion 321 may be directly and fixedly connected to the valve seat 31, or the connecting portion 321 may be engaged and fixed to the valve seat 31. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 3, a through hole penetrating the valve seat 31 is provided at the center of the valve seat 31, and a recess portion corresponding to the through hole is provided on the side wall of the connecting portion 321. The connecting portion 321 passes through the through hole and is engaged to the valve seat 31 by the recess portion. The movable portion 322 is provided to surround the connecting portion 321 and blocks the second through hole 31a. "Surrounding" may mean that the movable portion 322 extends around the connecting portion 321. When there is no airflow passing through the check valve 30, one side of the movable part 322 is in close contact with one end of the second through hole 31a, so that the airflow in the cooking chamber cannot flow from the second through hole 31a to the intake device. When the airflow flows from the intake device to the cooking chamber, the airflow passing through the second through hole 31a acts on the surface of the movable part 322, and the surface of the movable part 322 is deformed due to the uneven acting force, so that the movable part 322 moves away from the second through hole 31a and opens the second through hole 31a. In the embodiment of the present invention, by adopting a form in which the movable part is deformable, it is possible to realize that the movable part and the second through hole are automatically opened and closed by the biasing force of the airflow.
[0025] In some embodiments, the thickness T of the movable part 322 is preferably 0.3 to 1 mm, as shown in Fig. 3. Therefore, the movable part is useful not only for being bonded to the second through-hole in the absence of airflow, but also for being able to automatically deform even in the presence of airflow, and for having a thickness that allows the deformation to be restored.
[0026] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 3, the width H of the movable part 322 is preferably 8 to 35 mm. The width of the movable part in the present invention may be the linear distance between the two furthest points on the edges of the movable part 322. The movable part may be a regular rectangular or circular shape, or may have an irregular geometric shape. Setting the movable part within the above-mentioned width range is advantageous for setting the width of the air flow passage in the check valve, and also allows easy attachment to the pot lid.
[0027] In some embodiments, as shown in Fig. 3, the hardness of the movable part 322 is preferably 20-50HB. Preferably, the hardness of the movable part may be set based on the pressure value of the airflow. When the movable part is selected from a material within the above hardness range, it can easily deform and move under the force of the airflow, thereby completing the switching between two operating states of opening and closing the airflow passage, and improving the effectiveness of the operation of the movable part.
[0028] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 4, the movable part 322 includes a valve seat 322a and a skirt 322b. The valve seat 322a is fixed to one end of the connecting part 321 and surrounds the connecting part 321. The valve seat 322a may be configured as a circle. The connecting part 321 is connected to the center of the valve seat 322a. In other embodiments, the valve seat 322a may be configured as other shapes. As shown in FIG. 3, the valve seat 322a is used to block the second through hole 31a. The skirt 322b shown in FIG. 4 is provided on the edge of the valve seat 322a. In a state where the airflow flows through the second through hole 31a, the airflow acts on the valve sheet 322a, and the valve sheet 322a is deformed by the acting force. Since the acting force is the largest at the relative position of the valve sheet 322a and the second through hole 31a, the valve sheet 322a close to the second through hole 31a moves away from the second through hole 31a, and the skirt 322b and the valve seat 31 are further separated. When the airflow does not pass through the second through hole 31a, the valve sheet 322a is attached to the second through hole 31a, and the skirt 322b contacts the valve seat 31. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, the cross-sectional area of the skirt 322b becomes smaller from the one end contacting the valve sheet 322a to the one end contacting the valve seat 31. Therefore, the contact between the skirt 322b and the valve seat 31 can be regarded as being close to linear contact, and the sealing between the two can be regarded as linear sealing. Linear seals are more effective and reliable than surface seals, improving the sealing effect of moving parts in the absence of airflow and reducing the risk of airflow in the cooking chamber leaking into the intake system.
[0029] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 4, the included angle α between the extending direction of the skirt 322b and the extending direction of the valve seat 322a is configured to be larger than a preset value. The preset value may be 0 to 10°. The included angle α between the extending direction of the skirt 322b and the extending direction of the valve seat 322a may be set to 10 to 90°. Specifically, the included angle α between the extending direction of the skirt 322b and the extending direction of the valve seat 322a may be set to 45°. In the embodiment of the present invention, the extending direction of the skirt 322b and the extending direction of the valve seat 322a are set to a predetermined angle, so that the skirt can isolate and seal the gap between the valve seat and the valve seat.
[0030] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 5, the valve seat 31 includes a seat body 311 and a fixing part 312. The seat body 311 and the fixing part 312 may be integrally molded or fixedly connected as independent members. The second through hole 31a is opened in the seat body 311. The connection part 321 of the valve body penetrates the seat body 311, and the valve seat 322a of the valve body 32 is located on the side of the seat body 311 that is away from the face cover (the lower side as shown in FIG. 3). As shown in FIG. 2, the skirt 322b is closer to the seat body 311 than the valve seat 322a. "Close" may mean that the distance between the skirt 322b and the seat body 311 is smaller than the distance between the valve seat 322a and the seat body 311. Here, when there is no gas flowing through the second through hole 31a, the skirt 322b can be in close contact with the seat body 311. The fixing part 312 is provided on the edge of the seat body 311. The edge may be a certain area near the boundary of the fixing portion 312. The fixing portion 312 is used to be fixedly connected to the inner cover, or the fixing portion is used to be fixedly connected to the movable cover plate. The fixed connection may be in the form of a direct fixed connection or in the form of an indirect fixed connection via another member.
[0031] In some embodiments, as shown in Fig. 6, the fixing part 312 is provided with a recess 312a for mounting with the inner lid or movable cover plate. The inner lid or movable cover plate is provided with a protrusion that matches the recess 312a. The fixing part 312 forms a removable fixed connection according to the mounting form of the recess 312a and the protrusion.
[0032] In some embodiments, as shown in Fig. 5, a second sealing member 312b is provided to seal with the face cap at the fixed portion 312. Preferably, the second sealing member 312b is configured as a flexible arc-shaped structure. The concave surface of the arc-shaped structure faces the center of the valve seat 31. By providing the second sealing member, the embodiment of the present invention can isolate the mounting gap between the face cap and the fixed member, thereby reducing the risk of damage to other members due to airflow leaking to other parts inside the cap.
[0033] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 6, the cross-sectional area of the second through hole 31a decreases along the direction from the face cover to the inner cover (the top-to-bottom direction shown in FIG. 6). The cross-sectional area of the through hole is the area of a cross section perpendicular to the opening direction of the through hole (including the axial direction of the through hole), and the size of the cross-sectional area may be determined by the size of the hole diameter of the through hole. Specifically, the hole diameter of the second through hole 31a decreases along the direction from the face cover to the inner cover. In the embodiments of the present invention, since the cross-sectional area of the second through hole 31a decreases, the wind pressure of the airflow flowing from the face cover direction to the inner cover direction increases, and the effectiveness and efficiency of opening the valve seat can be improved.
[0034] In some embodiments, as shown in Fig. 7, a plurality of second through holes 31a may be provided. The second through holes 31a are provided to surround the connection portion 321, and the second through holes 31a are provided in a direction close to the edge of the movable portion, so that the gas flowing through the second through holes can act on a portion close to the edge of the movable portion, and the movable portion can be easily deformed. In other embodiments, the second through holes may be configured as closed annular holes provided to go around the connection portion.
[0035] In some embodiments, the pot lid 10 has a first mounting area S1. A steam hole 11A for discharging steam is opened in the first mounting area S1. Specifically, the pot lid 10 can be divided into a plurality of functional areas according to actual needs. Exemplarily, the pot lid 10 has a first mounting area S1 and an operation panel control area S2. As shown in FIG. 9, the pot lid 10 located in the first mounting area S1 may form a steam hole 11A that is recessed directly into the cavity and communicates with the outside environment. The steam hole 11A can be used as a steam passage to discharge the steam generated in the pot body 2 of the cooking device to the outside environment. The specific form for discharging the steam may be flexibly set. Preferably, the steam hole 11A can extend directly through the inner lid to the cooking chamber 10a. Thus, the steam generated in the cooking chamber 10a can be directly discharged through the steam hole 11A to the outside environment. Preferably, a connecting pipe is provided at one end of the steam hole 11A close to the cooking chamber 10a, and the connecting pipe leads to the cooking chamber 10a. That is, the steam can directly contact the wall surface of the steam hole 11A. Preferably, the steam does not need to directly contact the wall surface of the steam hole 11A. For example, a steam valve as an independent member is provided in the steam hole 11A, and the steam in the cooking chamber can be exhausted by the steam valve. The operation panel control area S2 is used to provide a display panel unit and / or a control button, etc. In this area, the user can perform a series of operations such as selecting, switching, starting, and ending functions. The division of the areas can make the function of each area clearer.
[0036] As shown in FIG. 8, the operation panel control area S2 and the first attachment area S1 are spaced apart by a predetermined distance, so that the operation area and the airflow area maintain a constant distance. For example, in a folding open / close type cooking device, the lid unit is rotatably connected to the pot body 2 by a hinge unit. The first attachment area S1 is located close to the hinge unit, and the operation panel control area S2 is located away from the hinge unit. In normal use, the hinge unit is located at the rear of the cooking device (upper side as shown in FIG. 8), and the user is located at the front of the cooking device (lower side as shown in FIG. 8). That is, the first attachment area S1 is located close to the rear of the pot lid 10, and the operation panel control area S2 is located close to the front of the pot lid 10, so that the operation panel control area S2 is closest to the user's operation range, which is convenient for the user to operate, and the first attachment area S1 is located away from the user, which can effectively reduce the risk of the user being burned by steam from the first attachment area S1.
[0037] In addition, when grain materials such as rice are dehusked, the surface oxidizes and produces substances that smell bad. Taking rice as an example, the surface of dehusked rice oxidizes to form old rice, which can release substances that smell bad in the form of gas during cooking, causing the rice to have an old smell and a poor texture. As shown in FIG. 10, the cooking device may be provided with a gas blowing device. The gas blowing device may be a member that has the function of blowing air into the cooking chamber 10a. In other words, the gas blowing device constantly draws airflow from the outside environment into the cooking chamber 10a, and exhausts at least a part of the gas in the cooking chamber 10a to the outside environment through a steam passage due to the pressure difference (the flow path of the airflow is indicated by the arrow in FIG. 10). As a result, at least a part of the gas having the original unfresh smell in the cooking chamber 10a is replaced by the newly invaded fresh air, realizing the exchange of gas in the cooking chamber 10a, i.e., ventilation, thereby reducing the unfresh smell of the rice, achieving the effect of removing the unfresh smell and generating a delicious taste, and improving the texture of the rice. The gas blowing device is a member having the function of sucking air from the cooking chamber 10a, and can constantly extract the gas in the cooking chamber 10a and exhaust it to the outside environment. The cooking device is provided with an intake port that communicates with the outside environment. As a result, the air from the outside environment is replenished so as to enter the cooking chamber 10a from the intake port, thereby achieving the effect of ventilation.
[0038] Since the airflow generating device 21 is located in the cavity, when the cooking device is operating, it is difficult for the user to determine whether the airflow generating device 21 is operating or not and whether it is operating normally. That is, it is difficult for the user to determine whether the cooking device performs a ventilation operation or not and whether it is ventilating normally. If the user opens the lid unit in the ventilation state, it will affect the effect of removing stale odor. By providing the externalization unit 122, the operating state of the airflow generating device 21 can be displayed. By observing the externalization unit 122, the user can know whether the airflow generating device 21 is operating or not and whether it is operating normally. The externalization unit 122 includes a display unit having an electronic display function. The externalization unit 122 may be electrically connected to the airflow generating device 21. The externalization unit 122 is a mechanical and movable member, and the operating state of the airflow generating device 21 can be determined based on its moving state.
[0039] As shown in FIG. 8, the externalizing unit 122 is used to display the airflow. The externalizing unit 122 is disposed in the first mounting area S1. The air outlet member 124 is used to outlet the airflow from the pot lid 10. The airflow generating device 21 and the air outlet member 124 are connected to both ends of the externalizing unit 122, respectively. The air outlet member 124 is connected to the cooking chamber 10a, so that steam from the cooking chamber 10a can form condensed water in the air outlet member 124. The externalizing unit 122 is disposed between the airflow generating device 21 and the air outlet member 124, so that the blocking action of the externalizing unit 122 can effectively reduce the influence of the condensed water on the airflow generating device 21, and the stability and reliability of the operation of the gas blowing device 20 can be improved.
[0040] As shown in FIG. 8, the steam hole 11A for discharging steam and the airflow generating device 21 are also located far apart, so that the impact of high-temperature steam discharged from the steam hole 11A on the airflow generating device 21 can be effectively reduced.
[0041] As shown in FIG. 8, the externalizing unit 122 is provided in the first mounting area S1. Specifically, the externalizing unit 122 is connected to the pot lid 10, and the externalizing unit 122 may be a member completely independent of the pot lid 10, or a member partially formed by the pot lid 10. The user can directly observe the first mounting area S1 to determine the operating state of the airflow generating device 21, i.e., the ventilation operating state of the cooking device. Furthermore, since the externalizing unit 122 is provided in the first mounting area S1, the steam hole 11A for discharging steam and the externalizing unit 122 are both concentrated in one area, resulting in a compact structural arrangement. The first mounting area S1 can be an observation area of the pot lid 10, so that the user can easily and intensively observe the steam discharge situation and ventilation operating state of the cooking device in the observation area. Therefore, the user does not need to search for the location of the steam outlet and the location of the externalizing unit 122 in the area where the entire pot lid 10 is located, which effectively improves the user's experience.
[0042] Preferably, as shown in FIG. 8, the length D2 (length in the left-right direction in FIG. 8) of the first mounting area S1 is smaller than the second preset value, and the width D1 (length in the up-down direction in FIG. 8) of the first mounting area S1 is smaller than the third preset value. Specifically, in order to satisfy the compactness of the arrangement of the steam hole 11A and the externalizing unit 122, it is preferable that the area of the first mounting area S1 is not large. For example, when the length of the pot lid 10 is L1 and the width is L2, the length D2 of the first mounting area S1 is ≦ 0.8L2, and the width D1 of the first mounting area S1 is ≦ 0.5L1. By limiting the dimensions of the first mounting area S1, the arrangement of the steam hole for discharging steam and the externalizing unit can be made more compact.
[0043] The lid unit according to the present invention comprises a pot lid and a gas blowing device. The pot lid has a first mounting area in which a steam hole is opened for discharging steam. An externalizing unit for displaying the operating state of the airflow generating device is also provided in the first mounting area. By providing the steam hole and the externalizing unit in the same area, the spatial structure can be arranged more compactly, and the user can easily observe the steam discharge status and ventilation operating state of the cooking appliance in a concentrated manner, improving the user experience.
[0044] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 11, the externalizing unit 122 includes a moving member 1221 and a transparent lid 1222. The moving member 1221 is used to move by the driving of the airflow generated by the airflow generating device 21. Specifically, the moving member 1221 is connected to the pot lid 10, and may be directly or indirectly connected. An air passage is also formed in the externalizing unit 122, and is connected to the air passage of the airflow generating device 21. The air passage of the externalizing unit 122 is an air passage formed by the externalizing unit 122 itself, and may be completely independent of the pot lid 10, or may be partially formed by the pot lid 10. The moving member 1221 is provided in the air passage of the externalizing unit 122, and the airflow from the airflow generating device 21 can drive the moving member 1221 to move into the air passage of the externalizing unit 122. A specific moving form may be rotation, swinging, floating, etc. Exemplarily, the moving member 1221 may be a fan blade or a turbine rotatably connected to the pan lid 10. The moving member 1221 is rotatable relative to the pan lid 10 by being driven by the airflow.
[0045] As shown in FIG. 11, the transparent lid 1222 is provided above the moving member 1221 and is used to observe the movement of the moving member 1221. Specifically, the user can observe the moving state of the moving member 1221 through the transparent lid 1222. For example, when the user observes that the moving member 1221 is moving through the transparent lid 1222, it indicates that there is an air flow in the air passage of the externalization unit 122, that is, the air flow generating device 21 is in an operating state, and the cooking appliance is in a ventilating state. When the user observes that the moving member 1221 is not moving through the transparent lid 1222, it indicates that the air flow generating device 21 is not operating, and the cooking appliance is not ventilating. When the user observes that the moving member 1221 is rotating at high speed through the transparent lid 1222, it indicates that the cooking appliance is ventilating at high speed. When the user observes that the moving member 1221 is rotating at low speed through the transparent lid 1222, it indicates that the cooking appliance is gradually ventilating. In other words, the user can understand the operating state of the cooking appliance simply by observing the movement of the moving member 1221 below the transparent cover 1222.
[0046] As shown in FIG. 8, the externalizing unit 122 and the steam hole 11A are arranged side by side in the first direction. Specifically, the pot lid 10 may be substantially planar, and the first direction may be substantially parallel to the plane. That is, the externalizing unit 122 and the steam hole 11A may be substantially flush in the height direction (the vertical direction shown in FIG. 8). The first direction may be flexibly set according to actual needs, and may be the width direction of the pot lid 10 (the horizontal direction shown in FIG. 8), the length direction of the pot lid 10 (the vertical direction shown in FIG. 8), or the diagonal direction of the pot lid 10. Preferably, the externalizing unit 122 and the steam hole 11A may be arranged along the width direction of the pot lid 10.
[0047] The externalization unit is configured as a specific structure of a moving member and a transparent lid body, and indirectly displays the operating state of the airflow generating device through a mechanical movement form, and further determines the operating state of the cooking appliance, so that this configuration is simple in structure and highly reliable.
[0048] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 11, the edge of the externalizing unit 122 and the edge of the steam hole 11A contact in the first direction, or the distance d between them is smaller than a first preset value. Specifically, the edge of the externalizing unit 122 can contact the edge of the steam hole 11A. Therefore, the space occupied by the externalizing unit 122 and the steam hole 11A in the first mounting area S1 is the smallest, and the arrangement is the most compact. By disposing the externalizing unit 122 at a distance from the steam hole 11A, not only can the arrangement of the two components meet the requirement of compactness, but also the risk of the steam discharged from the steam hole 11A entering the externalizing unit 122 can be effectively reduced. The distance d between them is preferably not large. For example, the distance d is < 20 mm. By limiting the distance between the externalizing unit and the steam hole in the first direction, the arrangement of the two components in the first mounting area can be made more compact.
[0049] In some embodiments, the externalizing unit 122 is a part of the pot lid 10 itself, i.e., a part of the externalizing unit 122 is formed by the pot lid 10. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 11, the pot lid 10 is formed with a first receiving cavity 11B for receiving the movable member 1221. The pot lid 10 forms the first receiving cavity 11B recessed toward the cavity and having an open end, through which the movable member 1221 can be removed and inserted. The transparent cover 1222 is fixedly connected to the pot lid 10 to seal the opening at one end of the first receiving cavity 11B. Specifically, the transparent cover 1222 seals the opening. First accommodating cavity 11B may be an air passage for externalizing unit 122, and is connected to the air passage for airflow generating device 21, and drives moving member 1221 provided in first accommodating cavity 11B to move when airflow from the air passage for airflow generating device 21 is blown into first accommodating cavity 11B. In other words, by forming the first accommodating cavity with a steam vent and one end open by the structure of the pot lid itself, the number of parts of the lid unit can be effectively reduced and the structure can be simplified.
[0050] Preferably, as shown in Figures 11 and 14, the cover unit further includes a sealing spacer 15 for isolating the steam hole 11A from the first receiving cavity 11B. Specifically, the sealing and isolating effect of the sealing spacer 15 can effectively reduce the risk of steam from the steam hole 11A entering the first receiving cavity 11B, and can improve the stability and reliability of the operation of the cover unit.
[0051] Preferably, as shown in Fig. 11 and Fig. 14, the sealing spacer 15 has a first opening 15A and a second opening 15B that are spaced apart from each other. Specifically, the first opening 15A is connected to the steam hole 11A, and the second opening 15B is connected to the first receiving cavity 11B. A first rib 151 is protruding from a wall surface adjacent to the first opening 15A of the sealing spacer 15, and a second rib 152 is protruding from a wall surface adjacent to the second opening 15B of the sealing spacer 15. Among them, the outer edge of the steam hole 11A is abutted against the first rib 151, and the outer edge of the first receiving cavity 11B is abutted against the second rib 152. Specifically, the sealing spacer 15 is provided with a steam valve cover 16, which is covered by the sealing spacer 15 and may abut against two ribs of the sealing spacer 15. A steam valve cover 16 is connected to the pot lid 10 and the sealing spacer is provided with ribs to further improve the sealing effect.
[0052] In some other embodiments, the externalizing unit 122 is independent of the pot lid 10 structure itself. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 11, the externalizing unit 122 includes a casing 1223 in which a second receiving cavity 122A for receiving the moving member 1221 is formed. Specifically, the casing 1223 encloses the second receiving cavity 122A, which has an open end. The casing 1223 is fixedly connected to the pot lid 10, and the fixed connection may be by adhesion, fastening, fastener connection, etc., and the pot lid 10 supports and positions the casing 1223. The transparent cover 1222 is connected to the casing 1223 to seal the opening at one end of the second receiving cavity 122A. The casing, the moving member, and the transparent cover can form a complete externalizing unit structure. Compared to an integrally molded configuration, this structure is more flexible in structure and is convenient for replacing parts.
[0053] In some other embodiments, as shown in FIG. 13, the cover unit further includes an exhaust member 14. Specifically, the exhaust member 14 is an independent steam valve and has a steam passage 141 for discharging steam. A valve body may or may not be provided in the steam passage 141. At least a portion of the exhaust member 14 is provided in the steam hole 11A. The exhaust member 14 may be entirely provided in the steam hole 11A, or only a portion of the exhaust member 14 may be provided in the steam hole 11A. Steam in the cooking chamber 10a can be discharged through the steam passage 141 of the exhaust member 14. Preferably, the exhaust member 14 is detachably connected to the pot lid 10, which makes it convenient to replace the exhaust member 14.
[0054] The exhaust member 14 and the externalizing unit 122 are integrated as an integrated member. Specifically, when the externalizing unit 122 and the exhaust member 14 are both independent of the pot lid 10, the externalizing unit 122 and the exhaust member 14 can be integrated as one member, i.e., the externalizing unit 122 and the exhaust member 14 can be made part of the integrated member, so that the arrangement of each member can be made more compact and harmonious.
[0055] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 12 and FIG. 14, the integrated member further includes a sealing spacer 15 disposed between the exhaust member 14 and the casing 1223, for isolating the second accommodating cavity 122A and the steam passage 141. Specifically, the sealing spacer 15 serves the function of sealing isolation. Exemplarily, the sealing spacer 15 may be a sealing isolation silicone. The sealing spacer 15 disposed between the exhaust member 14 and the casing 1223 can effectively reduce the risk of steam from the steam passage 141 entering the second accommodating cavity 122A, and can improve the stability and reliability of the operation of the cover unit.
[0056] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 14, the sealing spacer 15 is provided with a first opening 15A and a second opening 15B spaced apart from each other. Specifically, the exhaust member 14 is provided at a position corresponding to the first opening 15A, and the externalizing unit 122 is provided at a position corresponding to the second opening 15B. A first rib 151 is protruding from a wall surface adjacent to the first opening 15A of the sealing spacer 15, and the first rib 151 abuts against the outer edge of the steam passage 141, and a second rib 152 is protruding from a wall surface adjacent to the second opening 15B of the sealing spacer 15, and the outer edge of the opening end of the second receiving cavity 122A of the casing 1223 abuts against the second rib 152. The sealing spacer 15 is further provided with a steam valve cover 16, which may be covered by the sealing spacer 15 and abut against the two ribs of the sealing spacer 15. The steam valve cover 16 is connected to the pot cover 10. The sealing spacer is configured as an integrally molded structure, and the steam passage and the externalization unit are limited to the first mounting area by opening the respective openings, and a rib is provided on the sealing spacer, thereby further improving the sealing effect.

As shown in FIG. 1, the cooking device includes a pan 2 and a lid unit according to any one of the above-mentioned embodiments. The pan 2 has a cooking chamber 10a. The lid unit is installed on the pan 2 to open and close the cooking chamber 10a, and the gas blowing device 20 of the lid unit is connected to the cooking chamber 10a to blow gas into the cooking chamber 10a. An air blowing mode is adopted to blow fresh air into the cooking chamber, and a check valve mode is used to control the air flow direction and separate the intake and exhaust, simplifying the control mode of blowing air into the cooking device. By controlling the air flow direction, the intake and exhaust can be separated, simplifying the control mode of blowing air into the cooking device.
