Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a reinforcing fitting for a hanging fitting, which is used to reinforce the attachment of a hanging fitting to an object to suspend a rod-shaped hanging member such as a hanging bolt. [Background technology]

[0002] An example of the reinforcing metal fitting for a hanging metal fitting is disclosed in Patent Document 1 (FIGS. 14 and 15). The reinforcing fitting for a hanging fitting disclosed in Patent Document 1 is a reinforcing fitting for a hanging fitting 1 characterized by comprising a hanging plate 11 that hooks onto the other of the opposing flanges, a threaded rod 12 having one end inserted into a through hole provided in the hanging plate 11 and the other end passing through the hanging fitting and protruding from the rear end of the hanging fitting, a nut 13 that screws onto one end of the threaded rod 12 to fix the hanging plate 11 in position from the rear side, a fixing plate 14 that abuts against the rear end of the hanging fitting and through which the other end of the threaded rod 12 is inserted, and a nut 15 that screws onto the other end of the threaded rod 12 to fix the fixing plate in position (the symbols are those in Patent Document 1).

[0003] The purpose of the reinforcing fitting for a hanging fitting as disclosed in Patent Document 1 is to prevent the hanging fitting from coming detached due to earthquake forces or the like after the hanging fitting is attached to an H-shaped steel or the like. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0004] [Patent Document 1] Utility Model Registration No. 3121581 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0005] However, the reinforcing metal fitting 1 for a hanging metal fitting disclosed in Patent Document 1 has the following problems. (1) After attaching the hanging bracket 3 to the H-shaped steel beam 2 or the like, it is necessary to insert the threaded rod 12 into the hanging bracket 3, insert the fixing plate 14 onto the threaded rod 12, and tighten the nut 15, which increases the risk of components falling and requires laborious assembly work at a height. (2) Depending on the size of the hanging bracket 3, there may be no space to insert the threaded rod 12. (3) It is time-consuming to transport the clamps (hanging fittings) and reinforcing fittings separately to the construction site.

[0006] Therefore, the inventors of the present application have conducted intensive testing and research to solve the above problems, and have completed the present invention, which has a novel structure never before seen. [Means for solving the problem]

[0007] The first invention of the present application is a reinforcing bracket for a hanging bracket, used to reinforce the attachment of a hanging bracket to an object to which a rod-shaped hanging member is attached in order to suspend it, and comprises a connecting member connected to the hanging bracket, a locking member locked to the object to which the member is attached, and a rod-shaped member connecting the connecting member and the locking member, wherein the connecting member can be connected to the hanging bracket in advance, and the rod-shaped member does not pass through the back face of the hanging bracket that faces the object to which the member is attached. A second invention is a reinforcing metal fitting for a hanging fitting, characterized in that the connecting member is rotatably connected to the hanging fitting. A third invention is a reinforcing fitting for a hanging fitting, characterized in that a connecting member is provided on a side surface of the hanging fitting. A fourth aspect of the present invention is a reinforcing fitting for a hanging fitting, characterized in that a connecting member is provided on one side surface of the hanging fitting. A fifth invention is a reinforcing fitting for a hanging fitting, characterized in that the connecting member has a first connecting portion that connects to the hanging fitting and a second connecting portion that connects to the rod-shaped member. The sixth invention is a reinforcing fitting for a hanging fitting as described in claim 5, characterized in that the connecting axis of the first connecting part and its extension do not intersect with the connecting axis of the second connecting part and its extension. A seventh invention is a reinforcing metal fitting for a hanging metal fitting, characterized in that the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion are integrated together. An eighth invention is a reinforcing fitting for a hanging fitting, characterized in that the connecting member is connected to the hanging fitting using an existing hole formed in the hanging fitting. A ninth aspect of the present invention is a reinforcing fitting for a hanging fitting, characterized in that the connecting member is connected to the hanging fitting by elastic force. The tenth invention is a reinforcing bracket for a hanging hardware, characterized in that the connecting member is connected to the hanging hardware using a bolt member or hanging member that the hanging hardware is already equipped with. Here, the "bolt member that the hanging hardware is already equipped with" refers to, for example, a clamp bolt for fixing the hanging hardware to an object, or an attachment bolt for attaching a U-shaped member (pendulum) that screws onto the hanging member to the hanging hardware. An eleventh aspect of the present invention is a hanging fitting comprising a reinforcing fitting for a hanging fitting according to any one of the first to tenth aspects of the present invention. Effect of the Invention

[0008] The present invention as described above has the following advantages. (1) Because the connecting members can be connected to the hanging fixtures in advance, there is no risk of the members falling off and no need for complicated assembly work at high altitudes, improving work efficiency. In addition, because the rod-shaped members do not pass through the back surface opposite the front surface where the hanging fixture faces the object, the rod-shaped members can be used regardless of the size of the hanging fixture. (2) The connecting member is rotatably connected to the hanging hardware, which facilitates the task of locking the hanging hardware reinforcing bracket (locking member) to the object to which it is attached. (3) By providing the connecting member on the side of the hanging hardware, the rod-shaped member can be provided without being inserted through the back of the hanging hardware. (4) By providing the connecting member on one side of the hanging hardware, costs are reduced compared to when it is provided on both sides of the hanging hardware, the tightening work for the rod-shaped member is halved (from two places to one), and the locking member does not interfere with the hanging member already installed in the hanging hardware. Also, because it is possible to choose whether to attach the connecting member to either side of the hanging hardware, the hanging hardware reinforcing bracket can be installed reliably even in cases where construction is restricted, such as in a small-space construction site (such as when there is a wall on one side of the hanging hardware). (5) The connecting member has a first connecting portion that connects to the hanging hardware and a second connecting portion that connects to the rod-shaped member, thereby ensuring a reliable connection between the hanging hardware and the hanging hardware reinforcing bracket. (6) The connecting axis of the first connecting part and its extension do not intersect with the connecting axis of the second connecting part and its extension, so there is no interference between the first connecting part and the second connecting part (making it easier to tighten using bolts, nuts, etc.). (7) The first connecting portion and the second connecting portion are integrated, thereby simplifying the structure. (8) Since the connecting member is connected to the hanging hardware using an existing hole formed in the hanging hardware, the existing structure of the hanging hardware can be effectively utilized. (9) The connecting members are connected to the hanging hardware by elastic force, enabling a bolt- and nut-less structure to be realized. (10) Since the connecting member is connected to the hanging hardware using a bolt member or hanging member that the hanging hardware is already equipped with, the number of parts can be reduced and the parts can be used effectively. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0010] An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is an explanatory diagram showing a first embodiment of a reinforcing metal fitting for a hanging fitting according to the present invention. First, the structure of a reinforcing bracket 10A for a hanging bracket according to the first embodiment will be described. As shown in Figure 1-1, the reinforcing bracket 10A for a hanging bracket comprises a connecting member 20 connected to one side surface 52 of the hanging bracket 50, a locking member 30 locked to an object to be attached (not shown), and a rod-shaped member 40 connecting the connecting member 20 and the locking member 30 (single type).

[0011] The connecting member 20 has a first connecting portion 21 formed along the side surface 52 of the hanging hardware 50 and rotatably connected to the hanging hardware 50 via fasteners 23 such as bolts and nuts, and a second connecting portion 22 extending laterally from the side surface 52 to form a flange and connected to the rod-shaped member 40 via an attachment hole 24. The bolt hole formed in the side surface 52 may be a burring nut. Burring nuts are less likely to loosen than fastening using bolts and nuts, and have the effect that even when used in a rotating part, they can rotate but are less likely to loosen. And, by connecting member 20 to one side surface 52 of hanging hardware 50 in this way, hanging hardware reinforcing hardware 10A is characterized in that rod-shaped member 40 does not pass through back surface 51, which faces the front surface of hanging hardware 50 facing the object to be attached. Note that Fig. 1-2 illustrates the back surface 51 side of hanging hardware 50.

[0012] Next, a method of using (attaching) the hanging hardware reinforcing bracket 10A will be described. As shown in Figure 1-3, the hanging hardware 50 and the hanging hardware reinforcing hardware 10A are preassembled, the hanging hardware 50 is attached to the mounting object 60, and the clamp bolt 53 is fastened. At this time, since the hanging hardware 50 and the hanging hardware reinforcing hardware 10A are preassembled, there is no need to perform the same assembly work at a height, which improves workability. There is also no risk of parts falling. Then, with the hanging bracket 50 fixed to the object 60 to be attached, the connecting member 20 (rod-shaped member 40 and locking member 30) is rotated to lock the locking member 30 attached to the tip of the rod-shaped member 40 to the object 60 to be attached.

[0013] The rotation of the connecting member 20 (hanging hardware reinforcing hardware 10A) is restricted so that the rod-shaped member 40 is horizontal (parallel to the object 60) by the second connecting portion 22 of the connecting member 20 abutting against the end face 61 of the object 60. When the nut 41 screwed onto the second connecting portion 22 side of the rod-shaped member 40 is tightened, the object 60 is sandwiched between the second connecting portion 22 and the locking member 30, and the hanging hardware 50 is firmly fixed to the object 60. The nut 42 that attaches the locking member 30 to the rod-shaped member 40 has a threaded end that is crushed. This prevents the rod-shaped member 40 (the thread of the rod-shaped member 40) from co-rotating even when the nut 41 of the second connecting portion 22 is tightened (prevention of co-rotation by crushing).

[0014] As a comparative example, Fig. 1-4 illustrates a case where a reinforcing bracket 90 for a hanging bracket that has been forcibly preassembled based on the above-mentioned conventional technology is attached to an attachment target 60. This can result in problems such as a loose fit that makes it difficult to attach, a long screw tightening distance (time-consuming), and wasted material (cannot be tightened with an impact driver).

[0015] Furthermore, Fig. 1-5 shows an application example of a method for attaching the reinforcing metal fitting 10A for a hanging metal fitting. Since the connecting member 20 of the reinforcing bracket 10A for a hanging bracket is connected so as to be freely rotatable, the locking member 30 can be locked to the attachment object 60 even if the end face 62 of the attachment object 60 is not on the extension of the mounting surface 53 of the hanging bracket 50 (for example, even if the attachment object 60 is an L-shaped steel or a channel steel as shown in the figure).

[0016] Although not shown, it is also possible to attach the hanging hardware 50 to the attachment target 60 first, and then assemble the hanging hardware reinforcing bracket 10A to the hanging hardware 50 (post-installation of the hanging hardware reinforcing bracket). Because the rod-shaped member 40 does not pass through the back surface 51 of the hanging hardware reinforcing bracket 10A, it is possible to assemble the connecting member 20, rod-shaped member 40, and locking member 30 in advance, and then assemble them to the hanging hardware 50 without disassembling them, which has the effect of enabling post-installation.

[0017] The reinforcing metal fitting 10A for a hanging metal fitting shown in Figs. 1-1 to 1-5 has the following functions and effects. (1) It is possible to perform a trial assembly on the ground in advance. (2) It can be rotated, making installation easier. (3) The flange comes into contact with the steel material (the object to be attached) and does not rotate more than necessary. (4) The locking member does not interfere with the hanging member already attached to the hanging hardware. (5) The tightening work is completed by fastening an area on one side (either the left or right) of the steel material (the object to be attached). (6) The second connecting section can be fastened easily.

[0018] FIG. 2 is an explanatory diagram showing a second embodiment of a reinforcing metal fitting for a hanging fitting according to the present invention. As shown in Fig. 2, the reinforcing bracket 10B for a hanging hardware comprises a connecting member 20 connected to the hanging hardware 50, a locking member 30 locked to an object to be attached (not shown), and a rod-shaped member 40 connecting the connecting member 20 and the locking member 30. The difference from the reinforcing bracket 10A for a hanging hardware of the first embodiment is that the connecting members 20, 20 are connected to both sides of the side surface 52 of the hanging hardware 50, and each is connected to the locking member 30 by the rod-shaped members 40, 40 (double type). Like the reinforcing bracket 10A for a hanging hardware, each connecting member 20, 20 has a first connecting portion 21 formed along the side surface 52 and connected to the hanging hardware 50, and a second connecting portion 22 extending laterally from the side surface 52 to form a flange and connected to the rod-shaped member 40. The rest of the structure is basically the same as that of the reinforcing bracket 10A for a hanging hardware.

[0019] FIG. 3 shows a state in which the hanging hardware 50 attached to the object 60 is reinforced using the hanging hardware reinforcing bracket 10B. The reinforcing bracket 10B for a hanging hardware shown in Figures 2 and 3 is provided with connecting members 20, 20 (rod-shaped members 40, 40) on both side surfaces 52, 52 of the hanging hardware 50, and has the following actions and effects that are not present in the reinforcing bracket 10A for a hanging hardware. (1) The left and right connecting parts are separate (not linked), making them easy to tighten. (2) Even if one of them loosens during an earthquake, the other will not be affected.

[0020] It is preferable that the first connecting portion 21 and the second connecting portion 22 are offset (the connecting axis of the first connecting portion 21 and the connecting axis of the second connecting portion 22 are in an axial direction that does not intersect). As shown in Fig. 4, if the first connecting portion 21 and the second connecting portion 22 are not offset, the first connecting portion 21 and the second connecting portion 22 will interfere with or be close to each other, making it difficult to tighten fasteners such as bolts and nuts.

[0021] FIG. 5 is an explanatory diagram showing a third embodiment of a reinforcing metal fitting for a hanging fitting according to the present invention. 5, the hanging hardware reinforcing bracket 10C is a double type that has connecting members 20, 20 (rod-shaped members 40, 40) on both side surfaces 52, 52 of a hanging hardware 50, the same as the hanging hardware reinforcing bracket 10B of the second embodiment. The hanging hardware reinforcing bracket 10C differs from the hanging hardware reinforcing bracket 10B in that the connecting members 20, 20 are connected by a connection piece 25. This allows the rotation of the connecting members 20, 20 to be linked.

[0022] FIG. 6 is an explanatory diagram showing a fourth embodiment of a reinforcing metal fitting for a hanging fitting according to the present invention. As shown in FIG. 6, in a hanging hardware reinforcing bracket 10D, the connecting member 20 is connected to the hanging hardware 50 not by bolts and nuts, but by the elastic force of the connecting member 20.

[0023] FIG. 7 is an explanatory diagram showing a fifth embodiment of a reinforcing metal fitting for a hanging fitting according to the present invention. 7, the reinforcing bracket 10E for a hanging hardware integrates a first connecting portion and a second connecting portion, and the first connecting portion 21 and the rod-shaped member 40 are integrally molded. Therefore, the second connecting portion is not necessary. The reinforcing bracket 10E for a hanging hardware of the fifth embodiment is shown in the figure, in which the first connecting portion 21 and the rod-shaped member 40 are integrally molded and provided on both the left and right side surfaces 52, 52 of the hanging hardware 50.

[0024] FIG. 8 is an explanatory diagram showing a sixth embodiment of a reinforcing metal fitting for a hanging fitting according to the present invention. The reinforcing bracket 10F for a hanging bracket shown in Figure 8 integrates the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion, and is similar to the reinforcing bracket 10E for a hanging bracket (fifth embodiment) in that the first connecting portion 21 and the rod-shaped member 40 are integrally molded. However, it differs in that the integrally molded first connecting portion 21 and rod-shaped member 40 are provided inside the hanging bracket 50. 8, in the reinforcing bracket 10F for a hanging bracket, the rod-shaped member 40 is disposed inside the hanging bracket 50 but does not pass through the back surface 51 of the hanging bracket 50. More specifically, the reinforcing bracket 10F for a hanging bracket is assembled to the hanging bracket 50 by passing an attachment bolt 70, which is used to attach the U-shaped member (pendulum) 59 that screws together the hanging bracket 50 and the hanging member, through a hole formed in the first connecting portion 21, and tension is applied by tightening a nut 71 on the locking member 30 side.

[0025] 9 and 10 are explanatory diagrams showing a seventh embodiment of a reinforcing metal fitting for a hanging fitting according to the present invention. As shown in FIG. 9, the reinforcing bracket 10G for a hanging bracket utilizes existing perforations 54, 54 formed below a side surface 52 of the hanging bracket 50 to connect the connecting member 20 to the hanging bracket 50. 10, rod-shaped members 40, 40 are connected to the second connecting portions 22, 22 of the connecting member 20, and the locking member 30 is connected thereto. Although the first connecting portion 21 and the second connecting portion 22 are not offset, the mechanism does not interfere with the fastening of the rod-shaped member 40.

[0026] FIG. 11 is an explanatory diagram showing an eighth embodiment of a reinforcing metal fitting for a hanging fitting according to the present invention. 11, the connecting member 20 of the hanging hardware reinforcing bracket 10H has the same shape as the connecting member 20 of the hanging hardware reinforcing bracket 10G of the seventh embodiment. However, the difference is that a hanging member 80 is used to connect the connecting member 20 to the hanging hardware 50. The rest is the same as the hanging hardware reinforcing bracket 10G.

[0027] FIG. 12 is an explanatory diagram showing a ninth embodiment of a reinforcing metal fitting for a hanging fitting according to the present invention. 12 uses as connecting member 20 the same U-shaped member as U-shaped member 59 provided for suspending a hanging member, and attaches the U-shaped member by utilizing an existing hole formed below side surface 52 of hanging hardware 50. A rod-shaped body screwed into the U-shaped member is used as rod-shaped member 40, and a locking member 30 is provided at the tip of the rod-shaped member to constitute a hanging hardware reinforcing member.

[0028] FIG. 13 is an explanatory diagram showing a tenth embodiment of a reinforcing metal fitting for a hanging fitting according to the present invention. The reinforcing bracket 10J for a hanging bracket shown in FIG. 13 connects a connecting member 20 to a hanging bracket 50 by using a clamp bolt 53 (hole for a clamp bolt) used to attach the hanging bracket 50 to an object to be attached. [Industrial Applicability]

[0029] The reinforcing metal fittings for hanging fittings of the present invention can be widely used to ensure a secure and strong attachment of hanging fittings to attachment objects such as H-shaped steel or L-shaped steel, and can be used regardless of the size or shape of the "hanging fittings."
