To provide an information processing device, an information processing method, and a program that assist an instructor candidate who aims for an instructor of training of a specific theme among a plurality of themes in taking the rostrum as an instructor of training of the specific theme.SOLUTION: In an information processing system in which a server and a plurality of instructor candidate terminals communicate via a network, a server 10 includes a taking-rostrum propriety determination unit 122 and a subject solution generation unit 124. The taking-rostrum propriety determination unit 122 determines whether or not to allow an instructor candidate to take the rostrum as an instructor of training of a specific theme among one or more themes based on a story sheet written by the instructor candidate and demonstration video of simulation training that simulates training of the specific theme.
