Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present disclosure relates to a paper container with a chuck, and particularly to a paper container with a three-dimensional shape and self-standing property, in the field of paper containers, in which the top portion of the paper container has less damage to the laminated sheet at the bent portion of the protruding portion, and the paper container with a chuck that can maintain aesthetic appearance.
Background Art
[0002] Conventionally, as a paper container with a chuck, a technique such as that in Patent Document 1 has been disclosed. That is, a chuck is provided at the upper part of a rectangular parallelepiped-shaped paper container, and when taking out the contents, the chuck can be opened, and when the taking out of the contents is completed, the chuck can be closed.
[0003] With the above technique, it is possible to protect the contents and prevent the contents from spilling when the paper container is overturned. Further, since it is a paper container, it is easy to reduce the volume of the container after consuming the contents and to discard it. FIG. 1 shows a blank plate 81 used for manufacturing a conventional paper container 80 with a chuck, FIG. 2 shows a perspective view of the conventional paper container 80 with a chuck, and FIG. 3 shows a plan view. At the upper edge portion of the paper container 80 with a chuck, there are an easy-opening processing line 851 for opening the top portion 871 of the paper container 80 with a chuck in sequence, and a chuck tape 861 for opening and closing the top portion 871 of the opened paper container 80 with a chuck.
[0004] In addition, when there is no special explanation in the future, referring to FIG. 2, the outer wall panel 831b on the outer side is regarded as the outer side, and the outer side, inner side, left side, right side, upper side, and lower side of the paper container 80 with a chuck are shown. The same applies to the paper container 90 with a chuck of the present disclosure. Also, the reference numerals used when explaining the prior art are in the 80s or 800s in order to distinguish them from the present disclosure.
[0005] The laminated sheet 88 of the blank plate 81 has a paper as a base material layer and at least a synthetic resin layer on its back surface. Further, those synthetic resin layers may be a single layer or multiple layers.
[0006] The front surface of the drawing of FIG. 1 becomes the outer surface when the paper container 90 with a chuck is assembled, the back surface becomes the inner surface, and the inner surface is the surface that touches the contents.
[0007] As an example, a laminated sheet 88 having a three-layer structure is shown in FIG. 5A. Since the laminated sheet 78 of the paper container 90 with a chuck of the present disclosure is the same as that of the conventional paper container 80 with a chuck, the same figure is used for explanation. The layer structure is as follows, and " / " means the boundary between adjacent layers. (Outer surface) Outermost thermoplastic resin layer 881 / Paper base material layer 882 / Innermost thermoplastic resin layer 883 (Inner surface)
[0008] As another example, a laminated sheet 88 having a two-layer structure is shown in FIG. 5B. The layer structure is as follows. (Outer surface) Paper base material layer 882 / Innermost thermoplastic resin layer 883 (Inner surface) It is a layer structure obtained by excluding the outermost thermoplastic resin layer 781 from the blank plate 10 composed of three layers shown in FIG. 5A.
[0009] Further, when the laminated sheet 88 requires barrier properties (such as water vapor, oxygen, fragrance retention, etc.), a barrier layer 885 can be provided. FIG. 5C is a cross-sectional view of a laminated sheet 88 composed of five layers, and the layer structure is as follows. (Outer surface) Outermost thermoplastic resin layer 881 / Paper base material layer 882 / Intermediate adhesive layer 884 / Barrier layer 885 / Innermost thermoplastic resin layer 883 (Inner surface)
[0010] FIG. 5D is a cross-sectional view of a laminated sheet 88 composed of four layers, and the layer structure is as follows. (Outer surface) Paper base material layer 882 / Intermediate adhesive layer 884 / Barrier layer 885 / Innermost thermoplastic resin layer 883 (Inner surface) It is a layer structure obtained by excluding the outermost thermoplastic resin layer 881 from the five-layer laminated sheet 88 shown in FIG. 5C.
[0011] The bonding between the layers of each of the above laminated sheets 88 is performed by known dry lamination, extrusion coating, adhesives, etc. Note that the layers for bonding between the layers are not shown because they are thin.
[0012] The outermost thermoplastic resin layer 881 and the innermost thermoplastic resin layer 883 are, for example, low-density polyethylene (LDPE). The intermediate adhesive layer 884 is, for example, a random copolymer of ethylene and methacrylic acid (EMAA). The barrier layer 885 is, for example, silica-deposited PET.
[0013] However, when the top edge protruding portion 874 is strongly bent (bent at a substantially right angle) in the direction of the body portion 872, the surface that becomes the outer surface of the bent portion 876 of the top edge protruding portion 874, which is interposed between the top edge protruding portion 874 and the upper overlapping plate 834 and the top plate 833, is strongly stretched, and as shown in FIG. 4, damage (cracks) 879 may occur in the laminated sheet 88 of the prior art paper container 80 with a chuck. Note that FIG. 4 is an enlarged view of a part of the cross section at the cross-sectional position A-A shown in FIG. 3. The cross section includes a chuck tape 861.
[0014] Note that the illustrated damage (cracks) shows an example of damage, and the forms of damage are not limited to these.
[0015] This is because the upper part of the prior art paper container 80 with a chuck has the inner surfaces of the upper overlapping plate 834 joined to seal the container, so the number of laminated layers in this part increases and the thickness becomes thicker. Furthermore, since a chuck tape 861 is also joined to the upper overlapping plate 834, the number of laminated layers in this part increases and the thickness of this part becomes even thicker.
[0016] In FIG. 4, the cross-section of the laminated sheet 88 of the blank plate 81 of the prior-art paper container 80 with a chuck is shown in a single layer, but the laminated sheet 88 of the blank plate 81 has a multi-layer structure. However, in this figure, it is shown in a single layer for easy viewing.
[0017] In the bent portion 876 of the upper protruding portion 874 of the top part, four laminated sheets 88 and the chuck tape 861 overlap. Referring to each component described on the blank plate 81 in FIG. 1, from the outside in order, the connection part of the upper overlapping plate 834b on the front side and the side plate 843b of the top part on the front side, the chuck tape 861, the connection part of the upper overlapping plate 834a on the back side and the side plate 843a of the top part on the back side, the connection part of the back top plate 833a and the substitute 838a of the protruding portion of the back top part, and the connection part of the back side plate 832a and the substitute 838a of the protruding portion of the back top part.
[0018] Many of the laminated sheets 88 of the prior-art paper container 80 with a chuck are laminated with a paper base material layer 882 and a synthetic resin film layer. Among its components, cracks are likely to occur in the paper base material layer 882 with inferior tensile strength. When the stretching is particularly strong, cracks may also occur in the synthetic resin film layer on the inner side along with the cracks in the paper base material layer 882.
[0019] When cracks occur in the above synthetic resin film layer, the barrier properties (such as oxygen, water vapor, fragrance retention, etc.) of the laminated sheet 88 may decrease. In particular, when the synthetic resin film layer itself has barrier properties or when vapor deposition processing is performed on the synthetic resin film layer, a decrease in barrier properties may be observed.
[0020] Also, the damage (cracks) 879 of the laminated sheet 88 occurs irregularly, and the paper base material layer 882 of the cross-section of the damage (cracks) 879 is torn and looks ugly. Therefore, the aesthetic appearance of the paper container 80 with a chuck deteriorates, and if there is printing on the corresponding part of the laminated sheet 88, the characters and patterns displayed by the printing may be damaged.

Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0022] The present disclosure has been made to solve the above problems, and the problem is that in the paper container 90 with a chuck, when the top flange protrusion 74 is bent in the direction of the body portion 72 of the paper container 90 and joined to the body portion 72, damage (cracks) is less likely to occur in the bent portion 76 of the top flange protrusion 74 that is interposed between the top flange protrusion 74 and the front top plate 33b and the front upper overlapping plate 34b. It is to provide a paper container 90 with a chuck.
Means for Solving the Problems
[0023] The above problems can be solved by the following embodiments of the present disclosure. That is, the paper container 90 with a chuck of the present disclosure is In the paper container 90 with a chuck that is assembled by joining the front blank plate 10b and the back blank plate 10a made of a laminated sheet 78 having paper as a base material, At the upper part of the paper container 90 with a chuck, a top portion 71 composed of an upper overlapping plate 34 formed by overlapping and joining the front blank plate 10b and the back blank plate 10a, and a top plate 33 continuously provided below the upper overlapping plate 34, Side plates 41 of the top portion continuously provided on both left and right sides of the upper overlapping plate 34, Top flange protrusions 74 continuously provided on both left and right sides of the top portion 71, A body portion 72 provided below the top portion 71, A bottom portion 73 provided below the body portion 72, An upper seal portion 53 that crosses the upper edge portion 21 or the vicinity of the upper edge portion 21 of the upper overlapping plate 34 and the side plates 41 of the top portion, A chuck tape 61 is provided, which is located below the upper sealing portion 53 and crosses the upper overlapping plate 34 and the side plate 41 of the top portion. On the front blank plate 10b and the back blank plate 10a, a first horizontal bending line 22, a second horizontal bending line 23, a third horizontal bending line 24, and a fourth horizontal bending line 25 are sequentially provided from the upper edge portion 21. On the front blank plate 10b and the back blank plate 10a, a first vertical bending line 12 and a second vertical bending line 13 are sequentially provided from the side edge portions 11 on both sides. At least the second vertical bending line 13 in the front blank plate 10b is provided only between the second horizontal bending line 23 and the lower edge portion 26.
[0024] Here, the laminated sheet 78 of the blank plate 10 of the paper container 90 with a chuck used in the present disclosure is the same as the laminated sheet 88 of the prior art.
[0025] Further, in the paper container 90 with a chuck according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, The second vertical bending lines 13 of both the front blank plate 10b and the back blank plate 10a are provided only between the second horizontal bending line 23 and the lower edge portion 26.
Advantages of the Invention
[0026] According to the above-described embodiment of the present disclosure, when the top-side protruding portions 74 continuously provided on both the left and right sides of the top portion 71 of the paper container 90 with a chuck are joined to the body portion 72 of the paper container 90 with a chuck, since the bending portion 76 of the top-side protruding portion 74 bends with a large curvature, the load applied to the bending portion 76 of the top-side protruding portion 74 is reduced, and damage (cracks) is less likely to occur in the bending portion 76 of the top-side protruding portion 74.

Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
[0028] Hereinafter, the present disclosure will be described with reference to the drawings. However, the present disclosure is not limited to these specifically shown forms or various specifically described structures. In each drawing, for the sake of clarity, the size and ratio of the members may be changed or exaggerated. Also, for the sake of visibility, parts that are not necessary for explanation and repeated reference numerals may be omitted.
[0029] Also, the numerical values such as the dimensions of each member described in this specification and the material names are examples as embodiments, and are not limited thereto, and can be appropriately selected and used. In this specification, terms for specifying shapes and geometric conditions, such as terms like parallel, orthogonal, and perpendicular, include not only the strictly meant states but also substantially the same states.
[0030] The blank plate 10 of the paper container 90 with a chuck according to the present disclosure is formed with a rectangular outer shape using a laminated sheet 78 in which at least a base material paper is laminated and at least a thermoplastic resin such as polyethylene is laminated as the innermost layer. Further, various folding lines provided in the blank plate 10 define forming plates for respective parts necessary for forming the paper container 90 with a chuck and constitute the blank plate 10.
[0031] <First Embodiment> <Blank Plate> The blank plate 10 of the paper container 90 with a chuck according to the present embodiment is shown in FIGS. 6A and 6B. FIG. 6A shows the back blank plate 10a, and FIG. 6B shows the front blank plate 10b. Note that the two plates, i.e., the back blank plate 10a and the front blank plate 10b, are collectively referred to as the blank plate 10.
[0032] Unless otherwise specified, in each component of the blank plate 10 described below, the subscript a of each reference numeral indicates an element of the back blank plate 10a, and the subscript b indicates an element of the front blank plate 10b. For an element having both subscripts a and b, the reference numeral without a subscript includes both a and b.
[0033] The back upper edge portion 21a, which is the lower side of the drawing of the back blank plate 10a in FIG. 6A, becomes the upper side of the paper container 90 with a chuck. The front upper edge portion 21b, which is the upper side of the drawing of the front blank plate 10b in FIG. 6B, becomes the upper side of the paper container 90 with a chuck.
[0034] In both FIGS. 6A and 6B, the front side of the drawing becomes the outer side when the paper container 90 with a chuck is assembled, and the back side becomes the inner side. The inner side is the surface that contacts the contents. FIGS. 6A and 6B are line-symmetrical with respect to the respective upper edge portions 21a and 21b. When the inner surfaces of the back blank plate 10a and the front blank plate 10b are aligned and overlapped, each component (each forming plate, line, seal portion, chuck tape joint portion, etc. described below) overlaps. In other embodiments, some components (e.g., the second longitudinal folding line 13, etc.) may be different, and in such cases, this part may not be line-symmetric.
[0035] The above-described back blank plate 10a and front blank plate 10b that are aligned and overlapped are joined together to produce a chucked paper container (flat state) 91 at an intermediate stage as shown in FIG. 7, and further, a chucked paper container (raised state) 92 at an intermediate stage as shown in FIG. 8 is produced, and the procedure proceeds toward the completion of the chucked paper container 90. This manufacturing method will be described later.
[0036] Unless otherwise specified hereinafter, with reference to FIG. 6B, the top, bottom, left, and right of the front blank plate 10b are shown. For the back blank plate 10a as well, its upper edge portion 21a is described with the upward side as the top. Therefore, in FIG. 6A, the up and down are reversed. In the chucked paper container 90 as well, the upper edge portion 21 side is regarded as the top side, and the lower edge portion 26 side is regarded as the bottom side.
[0037] The formed chucked paper container 90, which will be described later, is composed of a top portion 71, a body portion 72, and a bottom portion 73 in order from the top side, and the above-mentioned top side may also be referred to as the top side of the container, and the bottom side may be referred to as the bottom side of the container. (See FIG. 9). Also, when explaining the vertical direction of each component provided on the top portion 71, the description of the top side of the container indicates the upper edge portion 21 side, and when explaining the vertical direction of each component provided on the bottom portion 73, the description of the bottom side of the container may indicate the lower edge portion 26 side.
[0038] As described above, since the back blank plate 10a and the front blank plate 10b are vertically line-symmetric in shape, the front blank plate 10b is used to explain the blank plate 10. Also, the back blank plate 10a and the front blank plate 10b have the same material (layer structure) and manufacturing method.
[0039] The front blank plate 10b of the paper container 90 with a chuck according to this embodiment is formed in a substantially rectangular outer shape using a laminated sheet 78 in which at least a paper base material layer 782 of the base material is laminated and a thermoplastic resin such as polyethylene is laminated as at least the innermost layer. Referring to FIG. 6B, the upper side is the upper edge portion 21b, both the left and right sides are the front side edge portions 11b, and the lower side is the lower edge portion 26b. Further, the front blank plate 10b has a symmetric shape with a vertical line passing through the central portion in the width direction as the axis of symmetry. The laminated sheet 78 will be described later.
[0040] On the front blank plate 10b, a first front horizontal folding line 22b, a second front horizontal folding line 23b, a third front horizontal folding line 24b, and a fourth front horizontal folding line 25b that exist in the transverse direction are sequentially provided from the front upper edge portion 21b. It is desirable that those front horizontal folding lines 22b, 23b, 24b, and 25b are each parallel to the front upper edge portion 21b and the front lower edge portion 26b.
[0041] On the front blank plate 10b, a first front vertical folding line 12b and a second front vertical folding line 13b that exist in the vertical direction are sequentially provided from each of the side edge portions 11 on both sides. That is, the vertical folding line closer to the side edge portion 11b of each front blank plate 10b is the first front vertical folding line 12b, and the vertical folding line farther from the side edge portion 11b of the front blank plate 10b is the second front vertical folding line 13b. It is desirable that those front vertical folding lines 12b and 13b are each substantially parallel to the side edge portion 11b of the front blank plate 10b.
[0042] Each second front vertical folding line 13b is provided only between the second front horizontal folding line 23b and the front lower edge portion 26b, and does not exist from the second front horizontal folding line 23b to the front upper edge portion 21b.
[0043] Note that the front-side second vertical folding line 13b is defined as a virtual line, i.e., a line extending in the direction of the upper edge 21b of the front side, called the front-side second vertical folding virtual line 14b. The front-side second vertical folding virtual line 14b is shown between the upper edge 21b of the front side and the front-side second horizontal folding line 23b, but it is a virtual line that does not actually exist.
[0044] Furthermore, a pair of front-side top-side diagonal folding lines 17b and a pair of front-side bottom-side diagonal folding lines 18b are provided on the left and right sides respectively, and the forming plates of each part necessary for forming the paper container 90 with a chuck are partitioned and configured.
[0045] The upper end of the front-side top-side diagonal folding line 17b is at the same position as the front-side top intersection point Eb, which is the intersection of the front-side first vertical folding line 12b and the front-side first horizontal folding line 22b. The lower end of the front-side top-side diagonal folding line 17b is at the same position as the front-side second top intersection point Fb, which is the intersection of the front-side second vertical folding line 13b and the front-side second horizontal folding line 23b.
[0046] The upper end of the front-side bottom-side diagonal folding line 18b is at the same position as the front-side second bottom intersection point Hb, which is the intersection of the front-side second vertical folding line 13b and the front-side third horizontal folding line 24b. The lower end of the front-side bottom-side diagonal folding line 18b is at the same position as the front-side first bottom intersection point Gb, which is the intersection of the front-side first vertical folding line 12b and the front-side fourth horizontal folding line 25b.
[0047] Note that each of the above-mentioned front-side diagonal folding lines 17b may be located in the vicinity without touching the above-mentioned intersection points Eb and Fb. Furthermore, each of the front-side diagonal folding lines 18b may be located in the vicinity without touching the above-mentioned intersection points Gb and Hb. By having each of the above-mentioned front-side diagonal folding lines and each of the intersection points located in the vicinity without touching each other, it is possible to have sufficient folding performance while preventing excessive concentration of folding lines at specific locations and reducing the strength degradation of the laminated sheet of the front-side blank plate 10b.
[0048] On both left and right side edges 11b of the front blank plate 10b, a front side edge seal margin 36b is formed via a front first longitudinal folding line 12b.
[0049] Also, on the front lower edge 26b located on the underside of the front blank plate 10b, a front bottom seal margin 37b is formed via a front fourth transverse folding line 25b.
[0050] Also, on the front blank plate 10b, forming plates of each part are sequentially provided in a downward direction from the front upper edge 21b located at the uppermost part thereof.
[0051] Regarding the main part, a front upper overlapping plate 34b is provided below the central region of the front upper edge 21b. Below the front upper overlapping plate 34b, a front top plate 33b is continuously provided via a front first transverse folding line 22b. Below the front top plate 33b, a front wall plate 31b is continuously provided via a front second transverse folding line 23b. Below the front wall plate 31b, a front bottom plate 35b is continuously provided via a front third transverse folding line 24b.
[0052] Also, outside both left and right sides of the front upper overlapping plate 34b, a front top side plate 41b is continuously provided with the front second longitudinal folding virtual line 14b as a boundary. When the paper container 90 with a chuck is manufactured, the top protrusion 74 on the top side is folded in the direction of the body 72. At that time, a folding part 76 of the top protrusion 74 on the top side is generated. The folding part 76 is not a thin linear shape. Although details will be described later, it bends and folds along the front second longitudinal folding virtual line 14b. For this reason, the boundary between the front upper overlapping plate 34b and the front top side plate 41b is not necessarily clear, but it exists.
[0053] Also, outside both left and right sides of the front top plate 33b, a front top protrusion margin 38b is continuously provided with the front second longitudinal folding virtual line 14b as a boundary. In addition, similar to the side plate 41b of the upper surface portion, the boundary between the upper surface overlapping plate 34b and the upper surface protruding portion substitute 38b of the upper surface is not necessarily clear, but it exists.
[0054] Also, on the outer sides of both the left and right sides of the upper surface wall plate 31b, the upper surface side plates 32b are continuously provided via the upper surface second longitudinal folding line 13b.
[0055] Also, on the outer sides of both the left and right sides of the upper surface bottom plate 35b, the upper surface bottom protruding portion substitutes 43b are continuously provided via the upper surface second longitudinal folding line 13b.
[0056] Also, to the lower side of each side plate 41b of the upper surface portion, the upper surface protruding portion substitute 38b is continuously provided via the upper surface first transverse folding line 22b. To the lower side of the upper surface protruding portion substitute 38b, the upper surface side plates 32b are continuously provided via the upper surface second transverse folding line 23b. To the lower side of the upper surface side plates 32b, the upper surface bottom protruding portion substitutes 43b are continuously provided via the upper surface third transverse folding line 24b.
[0057] To the lower side of the upper surface bottom plate 35b described above and the lower sides of the upper surface bottom protruding portion substitutes 43b on both the left and right sides thereof, the bottom sealing portion substitute 37b is continuously provided.
[0058] To the outer sides on the left and right of the side plate 41b of the upper surface portion, the upper surface protruding portion substitute 38b, the upper surface side plates 32b, and the upper surface bottom protruding portion substitutes 43b described above, the upper surface side edge sealing portion substitute 36b is continuously provided via the upper surface first longitudinal folding line 12b.
[0059] The process of applying folding lines (ruling) to the blank plate 10 of the present embodiment is performed by ruling after the laminated sheet 78 is completed, and then the laminated sheet is supplied to a machine for manufacturing the paper container 90 with a chuck. Alternatively, the ruling may be performed by a machine for manufacturing the paper container 90 with a chuck.
[0060] As the method of ruling line processing, an appropriate method is adopted from known methods such as the platen method and the rotary die method. Also, before performing the ruling line processing, the laminated sheet 78 may be cut into sheets. Alternatively, the laminated sheet 78 may be supplied in a roll form to the ruling line processing step.
[0061] Also, the punching process for manufacturing the blank plate 10 by punching the laminated sheet 78 will be described. For the punching process, an appropriate method is selected from known methods such as the platen method and the rotary die method. The blank plate 10 may be directly formed from the roll-shaped laminated sheet 78, or it may be punched after being cut into individual sheets once. Also, the order of the ruling line processing and the punching process does not matter. They may be processed simultaneously.
[0062] Also, a roll-shaped laminated sheet 78 slit to a predetermined roll width may be supplied to a machine for manufacturing the paper container 90 with a chuck, and cut in the transverse direction of the roll-shaped laminated sheet 78 to produce the blank plate 10.
[0063] Also, the back blank plate 10a and the front blank plate 10b are line-symmetric and have the same shape. In other words, they are blank plates of substantially the same shape with the layer configuration of the blank plate reversed.
[0064] FIG. 7 is a front view showing the shape of the paper container 90 with a chuck at an intermediate stage (planar state) 91 when manufacturing the paper container 90 with a chuck using the blank plate 10 shown in FIGS. 6A and 6B. The uppermost part is the upper edge 21b of the front blank plate 10b shown in FIG. 6B, and the back blank plate 10a is provided on the back side thereof. Although the back blank plate 10a cannot be seen visually, it has the same shape as the front blank plate 10b when seen through.
[0065] In FIG. 7, the back blank plate 10a and the front blank plate 10b overlap, and each component has the same positional relationship when the drawing is seen through within the range of manufacturing variations. Therefore, the front notation and subscripts may be omitted during the explanation.
[0066] On the upper overlapping plate 34 and the side plate 41 of the outer top portion, an upper seal portion 53 as a transverse sealing means and a chuck tape joint portion 52 are sequentially provided at a predetermined position where the two blank plates overlap each other, starting from the upper edge portion 21.
[0067] The upper seal portion 53 is provided at the upper edge portion 21 or in the vicinity of the upper edge portion 21 of the upper overlapping plate 34 and the side plate 41 of each top portion. When the upper seal portion 53 is substantially parallel to the upper edge portion 21, the length of the upper seal portion 53 can be shortened, and there is no waste in the blank plate 10.
[0068] The upper seal portion 53 as a transverse sealing means is formed by joining the outer upper seal portion 53b and the inner upper seal portion 53a that face each other. The joining is made so as to cross the upper edge portion 21 of the paper container 90 with a chuck or the vicinity of the upper edge portion 21 over the entire width, so that the closure of the paper container 90 with a chuck is maintained.
[0069] Also, the upper seal portion 53 is preferably substantially parallel to the upper edge portion 21. Further, the chuck tape joint portion 52 is preferably substantially parallel to the upper edge portion 21. In such a form, the opening and closing of the chuck tape 61 and the taking out of the contents become easy. Also, the length of the chuck tape 61 can be shortened.
[0070] <Easy opening processing line> The easy opening processing line 51 will be described. An outer easy opening processing line 51b as an opening means may be provided on the outer upper overlapping plate 34b and the side plate 41b of the outer top portion. By providing the easy opening processing line 51b, the paper container 90 with a chuck can be opened without using tools such as scissors.
[0071] As shown in FIG. 7, the easy-open processing line 51 is connected from one side edge portion 11 of the blank plate 10 to the other side edge portion 11 and exists between the upper seal portion 53 and the chuck tape 61.
[0072] A notch 77 may be provided at either end of the easy-open processing line 51. In this embodiment, the notch 77 is provided at the right-side edge portion 11. Also, the notch 77 may be provided at the left-side edge portion 11. Alternatively, notches 77 may be provided at both the left and right side edge portions 11. By providing the notch 77, initial opening becomes easier.
[0073] By cutting the easy-open processing line 51 from one side edge portion (here, the right side) 11 to reach the other side edge portion (here, the left side) 11, the upper overlapping plate 34 and the side plate 41 of the outer top portion are transversely cut off, and at the same time, the upper seal portion 53 is cut off, and the chuck tape 61 is exposed.
[0074] In addition, when using an intermittent half-cut line or a linear half-cut line for the easy-open processing line 51 of the opening means, it may be formed by a method using an ordinary cutting tool, but by using a method of laser beam irradiation, a method using ultrasonic waves, or a method called diamond cutting, a half-cut line with better accuracy and stability can be formed.
[0075] Also, the easy-open processing line 51 may be in a strip shape having a width. Also, a plurality of easy-open processing lines 51 may be provided. By providing a plurality of them, it is possible to prevent the cutting of the easy-open processing line 51 from deviating.
[0076] Note that depending on the material, layer configuration, easy-open treatment situation, etc. of the laminated sheet 78 of the outer blank plate 10b, the easy-open processing line 51b may not be provided. Even without the easy-open processing line 51b, it may be possible to open it by hand.
[0077] Furthermore, when the easy-opening processing line 51b is not provided as described above, it may be opened with a cutting tool such as scissors. In that case, the planned opening line may be displayed by printing. Also, the printing position may be printed at the position of the easy-opening processing line 51b shown in FIG. 6B. Further, the planned opening line may be described in the attached instruction manual or the like without being explicitly shown on the paper container 90 with a chuck.
[0078] <Chuck tape> The chuck tape 61 is formed by extrusion molding of a male chuck tape 61m and a female chuck tape 61f, respectively, and the male chuck tape fitting portion 63m and the female chuck tape fitting portion 63f are fitted together.
[0079] <Procedure for joining the chuck tape> The procedure for assembling the paper container 90 with a chuck will be described later. Here, the procedure for joining the chuck tape 61 will be described.
[0080] In this case, the chuck tape joint portion 52 is the planned joint portion of the chuck tape 61 when assembling the paper container 90 with a chuck.
[0081] The back blank plate 10a and the front blank plate 10b are overlapped, and the side edge seal margins 36 and the upper seal portions 53 are heat-sealed together. At that time, the chuck tape 61 in which the male chuck tape 61m and the female chuck tape 61f are previously fitted with the male chuck tape fitting portion 63m and the female chuck tape fitting portion 63f is inserted into this portion. Then, simultaneously, the outside of the two blank plates 10 at the chuck tape joint portion 52 is heated and pressurized. Then, the blank plate 10 and the chuck tape 61 are heat-sealed. (See FIGS. 14A and 14B).
[0082] Note that the joining of the chuck tape 61 to the blank plate 10 is not limited to the heat-sealing as described above, and may be joined by other methods such as an adhesive or an adhesive tape.
[0083] By heat-sealing the chuck tape 61 in such a manner, compared with the method of separately heat-sealing the male chuck tape 61m and the female chuck tape 61f to the chuck tape joint 52, the misalignment of the heat-sealing position is reduced, and the attachment process is simplified. Therefore, the chuck tape 61 can be attached with high production efficiency.
[0084] <Laminated Sheet of Blank Plate> As described above, the laminated sheet 78 used for the blank plate 10 is a laminated sheet 78 in which at least a paper base material layer 782 is laminated and at least a thermoplastic resin such as polyethylene is laminated as the innermost thermoplastic resin layer 783. However, in the intermediate layer, a barrier layer 785 for water vapor, oxygen, and other substances, a strength improvement layer, or the like can be provided as needed.
[0085] When a printing layer such as a pattern is provided on the chucked paper container 90 of the present embodiment, usually, it is printed on the surface of the paper base material layer 782. However, if the printability of the paper base material layer 782 is not good, for example, a printing layer such as a pattern can be provided on a biaxially stretched polyethylene terephthalate film or the like, and the film can be laminated on any layer outside the paper base material layer 782.
[0086] The paper base material layer 782 is preferably a paper that is rigid and less likely to crack when bent along a folding line or the like, but is not particularly limited. Depending on the contents filled in the chucked paper container 90, those suitable in terms of water resistance (sizing degree) and the like can be appropriately selected and used. As a specific example, high-quality paper, kraft paper, cup base paper, milk carton base paper, etc. can be preferably used, and the basis weight is appropriately in the range of 80 to 320 g / m 2 is appropriate.
[0087] As the resin of the innermost layer, and optionally the outermost layer and the intermediate thermoplastic resin layer (sealant layer), in addition to low-density polyethylene (LDPE) and linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE), medium-density polyethylene (MDPE), high-density polyethylene (HDPE), ethylene-α-olefin copolymer polymerized using a single-site catalyst, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer (EAA), random copolymer of ethylene-methacrylic acid (EMAA), ethylene-methyl acrylate copolymer (EMA), ethylene-ethyl acrylate copolymer (EEA), ionomer, and polypropylene and its copolymers, polyester resins, etc. can be used. Among these, according to the content to be filled and the conditions of storage and use, suitable ones can be appropriately selected and used.
[0088] Among the above thermoplastic resins, in particular, ethylene-methyl acrylate copolymer (EMA) and random copolymer of ethylene-methacrylic acid (EMAA) are excellent in thermal stability during processing such as extrusion coating, adhesiveness to various substrates, low-temperature heat sealability, etc., and also excellent in thin-film formability. Therefore, it is easy to laminate the outermost thermoplastic resin layer (sealant layer) with a relatively thin thickness such as 6 - 10 μm by extrusion coating. At the same time, the usage ratio of the plastic material can be reduced, and merits can also be obtained in terms of cost.
[0089] The innermost layer and the outermost thermoplastic resin layer (sealant layer) as described above can be laminated by extrusion coating resin on it after applying an easy-adhesion treatment such as anchor coating, corona treatment, frame (flame) treatment, etc. on its laminated surface as required. In addition, the thermoplastic resin can be pre-made into a film, and the film can be laminated by bonding with a known dry lamination or extrusion lamination (sandwich lamination), etc.
[0090] When laminating the barrier layer 785 on the intermediate layer of the laminated sheet 78, as the barrier layer 785, in addition to metal foils such as aluminum foil, metals or inorganic oxides such as aluminum, silica, and alumina can be used on base films such as biaxially stretched polyethylene terephthalate film (hereinafter referred to as PET film), biaxially stretched nylon film (hereinafter referred to as ON film), and biaxially stretched polypropylene film (hereinafter referred to as OPP film). For example, vapor-deposited films vapor-deposited to a thickness of 20 to 100 nm can be used. Alternatively, saponified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer film (hereinafter referred to as EVOH film), biaxially stretched film of nylon MXD6, polyacrylonitrile film, and PET film, ON film, OPP film, etc. provided with a coating film layer of polyvinylidene chloride can be used.
[0091] Such a barrier layer 785 is usually preferably laminated on the inner surface of the paper base material layer 782 because its barrier property can be effectively utilized. However, when a metal foil or a metal vapor-deposited film such as aluminum is used for the barrier layer 785, it can also be laminated on the outer surface of the paper base material layer 782 in order to utilize its metallic feeling in the design. The barrier layer 785 can be easily laminated by known dry lamination or extrusion lamination (sandwich lamination).
[0092] The layer configuration of the laminated sheet 78 of the blank plate 10 of the paper container 90 with a chuck of the present embodiment is illustrated. Cross-sectional views of the laminated sheet 78 are shown in FIGS. 5A, 5B, 5C, and 5D. Note that FIGS. 5A, 5B, 5C, and 5D are also used for the description of the laminated sheet 88 of the blank plate 81 of the prior art, but are also used for the laminated sheet 78 of the blank plate 10 of the present disclosure, and the reference numerals are shown together.
[0093] FIG. 5A is a cross-sectional view of the laminated sheet 78 of the blank plate 10 composed of three layers, and its layer configuration is as follows. (Outer surface) Outermost thermoplastic resin layer 781 / Paper base material layer 782 / Innermost thermoplastic resin layer 783 (Inner surface)
[0094] FIG. 5B is a cross-sectional view of the laminated sheet 78 of the two-layer blank plate 10, and its layer structure is as follows. (Outer surface side) Paper base material layer 782 / Innermost thermoplastic resin layer 783 (Inner surface side) This is the layer structure obtained by excluding the outermost thermoplastic resin layer 781 from the three-layer blank plate 10 shown in FIG. 5A.
[0095] Further, when the blank plate 10 is required to have barrier properties (such as water vapor, oxygen, fragrance retention, etc.), a barrier layer 785 can be provided. FIG. 5C is a cross-sectional view of the laminated sheet 78 of the five-layer blank plate 10, and its layer structure is as follows. (Outer surface side) Outermost thermoplastic resin layer 781 / Paper base material layer 782 / Intermediate adhesive layer 784 / Barrier layer 785 / Innermost thermoplastic resin layer 783 (Inner surface side)
[0096] FIG. 5D is a cross-sectional view of the laminated sheet 78 of the four-layer blank plate 10, and its layer structure is as follows. (Outer surface side) Paper base material layer 782 / Intermediate adhesive layer 784 / Barrier layer 785 / Innermost thermoplastic resin layer 783 (Inner surface side) This is the layer structure obtained by excluding the outermost thermoplastic resin layer 781 from the five-layer blank plate 10 shown in FIG. 5C.
[0097] The joining between the layers of each of the above laminated sheets 78 is performed by known dry lamination, extrusion coating, adhesives, etc. Note that the layer for joining between the layers may not be shown because its thickness is thin.
[0098] <Manufacture of Paper Container with Chuck> The following is an outline of the procedure from the blank plate 10 of the paper container 90 with a chuck to the production of the intermediate-stage paper container with a chuck (flat state) 91, further to the production of the intermediate-stage paper container with a chuck (boxed state) 92, and until the package of the paper container 90 with a chuck filled with the contents is completed.
[0099] <Manufacture of a paper container with a chuck in the intermediate stage (flat state)> When the two blank plates 10 described above are overlapped, a chuck tape 61 in which a male chuck tape 61m and a female chuck tape 61f are fitted in advance is inserted at a position where the chuck tape joints 52 overlap each other, and the outer surfaces of the two blank plates 10 are heated, pressed, and heat-sealed at the chuck tape joints 52.
[0100] Next, the inner surfaces of the upper seal portions 53 are heat-sealed to each other, and the inner surfaces of the seal margins 36 adjacent to the side edge portions 11 of the blank plate 10 are heat-sealed to each other. Then, the paper container 91 with a chuck in the intermediate stage (flat state) is formed into a bag shape with the lower edge portion 26 open.
[0101] Also, notches 77 may be provided at each end of the easy-opening processing line 51 (the portions in contact with the side edges on both sides). Note that the notches 77 may be provided at one end.
[0102] The paper container 90 with a chuck is not particularly limited in actual production, but in order to improve productivity, a device that performs the assembly of the paper container, the filling of the contents, and the sealing of each joint in-line may be used.
[0103] In the device, a long printed laminated sheet 78 wound in a roll is fed out, and in a form where the paper containers are connected horizontally, processing of the folding lines, insertion and heat-sealing of the chuck tape 61, heat-sealing of the side edge seal margins 36, heat-sealing of the upper seal portion 53, punching of the notches 77, etc. may be performed.
[0104] Note that if the desired paper container 90 with a chuck is obtained, the order of the above steps may be different.
[0105] Incidentally, in the paper container with a chuck at the intermediate stage (in the flat state) 91, enlarged cross-sectional views of the joint portion of the chuck tape 61, which is the portion where the chuck tape 61 and the blank plate 10 are joined, are shown in FIGS. 14A and 14B. The cutting position is shown at the cross-sectional position C-C in FIG. 7. Here, the blank plate 10 is exemplified by the four-layer laminated sheet 78 in FIG. 5D.
[0106] In FIG. 14A, the female chuck tape 61f is joined to the front blank plate 10b as the front chuck tape 61b. The female chuck tape 61f includes a female chuck tape body portion 62f joined to the blank plate 10 and a female chuck tape fitting portion 63f having a recess for fitting with the male chuck tape 61m. Also, the male chuck tape 61m is joined to the back blank plate 10a as the back chuck tape 61a. The male chuck tape 61m includes a male chuck tape body portion 62m joined to the blank plate 10 and a male chuck tape fitting portion 63m having a protrusion for fitting with the female chuck tape 61f.
[0107] In FIG. 14B, the male chuck tape 61m is joined to the front blank plate 10b as the front chuck tape 61b. The male chuck tape 61m includes a male chuck tape body portion 62m joined to the blank plate 10 and a male chuck tape fitting portion 63m having a protrusion for fitting with the female chuck tape 61f. Also, the female chuck tape 61f is joined to the back blank plate 10a as the back chuck tape 61a. The female chuck tape 61f includes a female chuck tape body portion 62f joined to the blank plate 10 and a female chuck tape fitting portion 63f having a recess for fitting with the male chuck tape 61m.
[0108] Whether the male chuck tape 61m or the female chuck tape 61f is joined to the front blank plate 10b is appropriately selected according to the required performance of the paper container with a chuck 90, the specifications of the manufacturing apparatus for the paper container with a chuck 90, and the like.
[0109] Among the chuck tapes 61, the chuck tape fitting portion 63 is particularly thick. When the bent portion 76 of the top protruding portion 74 is bent, the blank plate 10 is likely to be damaged (cracked) at the position of the chuck tape fitting portion 63.
[0110] <Manufacture of a chucked paper container at an intermediate stage (in the erected state)> A mandrel is inserted through the opening at the bottom 73 of the chucked paper container 91 in the flat state at this intermediate stage, the upper overlapping plate 34 is left, and the bottom plate 33 under it is spread forward and backward by the first horizontal folding line 22, and the upper overlapping plate 34 is erected upward.
[0111] Here, in order to surely perform the bending process of the ridge portion 72d of the body portion 72, an auxiliary member may be brought into contact with the inner side and / or the outer side of the body portion 72 in the vicinity (including contact) of the ridge portion 72d.
[0112] An intermediate-stage chucked paper container 92 in the erected state is formed, in which the top portion 71 by the top plate 33 and the body portion 72 continue below the upper overlapping plate 34, and the bottom 73 has an opening in a substantially rectangular shape. At this stage, as shown in FIG. 8, the upper overlapping plate 34 is erected upward.
[0113] In the design, the shape of the horizontal cross-section of the body portion 72 and the shape of the opening of the bottom 73 are assumed to be rectangular, but since the chucked paper container 90 is made of a laminated sheet 78 mainly composed of paper and having flexibility, it is regarded as substantially rectangular, including cases where it does not become a perfect rectangle.
[0114] <Forming and filling of the chucked paper container> Next, the upper overlapping plate 34 that stands up upward is bent and laid on the back side (the side of the back top plate 33a). Then, the top protruding portions 74 protruding from both the left and right sides are bent in the direction of the side plates 32 and joined to the body portion 72. At this time, the bent portion 76 of the top portion protruding portion 74 is bent. At this time, since there is no distinct bending line (for example, when the second vertical bending virtual line 14 is an existing bending line), the bent portion 76 of the top portion protruding portion 74 is not bent with a small curvature, but is bent with a large curvature.
[0115] The method of joining the top portion protruding portion 74 to the body portion 72 may be a method using an adhesive (such as hot melt), a method using an adhesive tape, a method of mechanically joining (engaging, using a joining tool), etc. Also, when a thermoplastic resin layer (sealant layer) is provided on the outermost layer of the blank plate 10, there is a method of heat-sealing the thermoplastic resin layer (sealant layer). The same method is used for joining the bottom portion protruding portion 75 described later.
[0116] Note that the tip of the top portion protruding portion 74 may be joined to the body portion 72 of the paper container 90 with a chuck. Also, a portion other than the tip of the top portion protruding portion 74 may be joined to the body portion 72 of the paper container 90 with a chuck. In that case, the tip of the top portion protruding portion 74 does not have to be joined to the body portion 72 of the paper container 90 with a chuck.
[0117] The bottom 73 of the intermediate-stage paper container with a chuck (in the state of being in a letter-opening shape) 92 formed as described above is turned upward, and the contents are filled from the open bottom 73. Then, the bottom 73 is bent, and the bottom portion seal margins 37 are heat-sealed in a clasp-seal form.
[0118] Thereafter, the joined bottom portion seal margins 37 are bent and laid on the back surface (the back surface of the bottom plate 35a), and the bottom portion protruding portions 75 protruding from both left and right sides are bent and joined to the bottom plate 35, whereby the package of the paper container 90 with a chuck having a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape is completed.
[0119] FIG. 9 is a perspective view showing a paper container 90 with a chuck according to the present embodiment. FIG. 10 is a side view of the paper container 90 with a chuck shown in FIG. 9. FIG. 11 is a plan view of the paper container 90 with a chuck shown in FIG. 9.
[0120] The paper container 90 with a chuck shown in FIG. 9 has an outer shape formed in a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape and includes a ridge portion 72d of the body portion 72. Note that since the bent portion 76 of the top portion protruding portion 74 is greatly curved and the paper container 90 with a chuck is made of a laminated sheet 78 mainly composed of paper and having flexibility, it does not become a perfect rectangular parallelepiped shape, so it is a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape.
[0121] As described above, in the paper container 90 with a chuck, the bent portion 76 of the top portion protruding portion 74 is greatly curved, and it can be formed in a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape because the second longitudinal folding line 13 exists only between the second transverse folding line 23 and the lower edge portion 26 in both the front blank plate 10b and the back blank plate 10a, and the second longitudinal folding line 13 does not exist between the upper edge portion 21 and the second transverse folding line 23. That is, in the present embodiment, since there is no folding line corresponding to the second longitudinal folding virtual line 14, the bent portion 76 of the top portion protruding portion 74 can be bent with a large curvature.
[0122] Therefore, the laminated sheet 78 at the location where the chuck tape 61 is joined is particularly thick, and stress (tensile force) is applied to the outside of the bent portion 76 of the top portion protruding portion 74, so damage (cracks) is likely to occur. However, in the paper container with a chuck of the present embodiment, damage (cracks) is less likely to occur in the bent portion 76 of the top portion protruding portion 74, so the appearance does not deteriorate.
[0123] FIG. 13 shows an enlarged cross-sectional view of the bent portion 76 of the top portion protruding portion 74 of the paper container 90 with a chuck according to the present embodiment. The cross-sectional position is the cross-sectional position B - B in FIG. 11.
[0124] Since no portion with a small curvature occurs in the bent portion 76 of the top portion protrusion 74, the amount (length) by which the outer surface of the bent portion 76 of the top portion protrusion 74 is stretched is smaller than the case where the bent portion 76 of the top portion protrusion 74 is folded to have an angle instead of a curve (when the radius of curvature is extremely small), so damage (cracks) in this portion is less likely to occur.
[0125] <Opening operation for taking out a paper container with a chuck> Fig. 12 shows a state in which the top portion 71 of the package of the completed paper container 90 with a chuck containing the contents is opened to take out the contents.
[0126] The easy-open processing line 51 is started to be opened by hand from a notch 77 provided on one (here, the right side) side edge portion 11 and is cut until it reaches the other (here, the left side) side edge portion 11.
[0127] Next, by grasping the front-opening gripping margin 57b between the front easy-open processing line 51b and the front chuck tape 61b and the back-opening gripping margin 57a between the back easy-open processing line 51a and the back chuck tape 61a with the hands and expanding them in the outward direction of the paper container 90 with a chuck, the chuck tape 61 exposed at the easy-open processing line 51 is opened.
[0128] During the opening operation of this chuck tape 61, the end portions of the side edge portions 11 of the respective blank plates 10 of the chuck tape 61 open over substantially the entire width up to the side edge seal margin 36 of each side edge portion. As described above, the male chuck tape 61m and the female chuck tape 61f of the chuck tape 61 are separated to form the opening 56 for taking out.
[0129] <Second Embodiment> The blank plate 10 of this embodiment is shown in Figs. 15A and 15B. The blank plate 10 of the present embodiment is the same as the blank plate 10 (see FIGS. 6A and 6B) of the first embodiment in terms of the front blank plate 10b. The back blank plate 10a has a back second longitudinal folding line 13a extending from the back upper edge portion 21a to the back lower edge portion 26a. The shapes of other blank plates 10, the layer configuration of the laminated sheet 78, etc. are the same as those in the first embodiment.
[0130] In the blank plate 10 of the present embodiment, in the front blank plate 10b where the bent portion 76 of the top surface protruding portion 74 is likely to be damaged (cracked) compared to the back blank plate 10a, the second longitudinal folding line 13 is provided only between the second horizontal folding line 23 and the lower edge portion 26, and there is no second longitudinal folding line 13 between the upper edge portion 21 and the second horizontal folding line 23. Thereby, depending on the specifications of the laminated sheet 78 of the blank plate 10, even with the shape of the blank plate 10 of the present embodiment, damage (cracking) of the bent portion 76 of the top surface protruding portion 74 can be prevented.
[0131] On the other hand, in the back blank plate 10a, since there is a folding line between the back second longitudinal folding line 13a and the back second horizontal folding line 23a from the back upper edge portion 21a, when this portion is linearly folded, the bent portion of the top surface protruding portion 74 of the paper container 90 with a chuck has a sharp appearance. Therefore, it is possible to prevent damage (cracking) of the bent portion 76 of the top surface protruding portion 74 and achieve both a sharp appearance of the bent portion of the top surface protruding portion 74 of the paper container 90 with a chuck.
Example
[0132] Hereinafter, the embodiments of the present disclosure will be described more specifically with examples.
[0133] <Example 1> In Example 1, using the blank plate 10 of FIGS. 6A and 6B corresponding to the first embodiment, a paper container 90 with a chuck having the configuration shown in FIG. 9 was produced.
[0134] Prepare two blank plates 10 of FIGS. 6A and 6B, align and stack their inner surfaces together. As shown in FIG. 7, the side edge margins 36 of both opposing sides were heat-sealed, and the upper seal portion 53 was also heat-sealed. At the same time, the chuck tape 61 was also heat-sealed. In this way, a chucked paper container (flat state) 91 in an intermediate stage with the bottom edge margin 37 unsealed was produced.
[0135] The laminated sheet 78 of the blank plate 10 had the following configuration. (Outer surface side) Pattern printing layer (gravure printing on the outer surface of the paper base material layer 782) / Paper base material layer 782 (base paper for liquid paper containers, 150 g / m 2 Nippon Paper) / Intermediate adhesive layer 784 (EMAA 20 μm, Mitsui Dow Polychemical N0908N) / Barrier layer 785 (silica-deposited PET 12 μm, Dainippon Printing IB-PET-UBP) / Innermost thermoplastic resin layer 783 (LDPE 40 μm, Nippon Polyethylene LC520) (Inner surface side)
[0136] The manufacturing method of the above laminated sheet 78 will be described.
[0137] First, the roll-shaped paper base material layer 782 was fed out, and at a predetermined position, a predetermined pattern or characters were gravure-printed, and then it was wound up again in a roll shape.
[0138] In the next step, the above roll-shaped paper base material layer 782 was fed out, and the barrier layer 785 (silica-deposited PET 12 μm) was laminated on the inner surface side of the paper base material layer 782 by extrusion lamination (sandwich lamination) with the molten intermediate adhesive layer 784 (EMAA 20 μm) interposed in the middle.
[0139] Next, on the opposite side (inner surface side) of the paper base material layer 782 of the barrier layer 785, the innermost thermoplastic resin layer 783 (LDPE 40 μm) was formed by extrusion lamination and then wound up again in a roll shape.
[0140] In addition, between each bonding layer, an anchor coat treatment, a corona treatment, a flame treatment (flame treatment), etc. may be carried out as necessary to improve the bonding strength. Alternatively, an ozone treatment or the like may be performed on the molten resin.
[0141] Next, the roll-shaped laminated sheet 78 was unwound, and ruled line processing, punching processing, etc. were performed to complete the blank plate 10.
[0142] The chuck tape 61 that is heat-sealed and attached to the inner surfaces of the upper overlapping plate 34 and the top side plate 41 of the paper container 90 with a chuck has a two-layer structure for the chuck tape body portion 62 that is heat-sealed, both for the male chuck tape 61m and the female chuck tape 61f. The resin layer on the surface of the chuck tape 61 that is heat-sealed to the paper container 90 with a chuck is formed of LLDPE, the resin layer on the opposite side is formed of MDPE, and the fitting portions of the male chuck tape fitting portion 63m and the female chuck tape fitting portion 63f are both formed of LLDPE, and the width of the chuck tape body portion 62 is 7 mm in both cases.
[0143] The dimensions of the back blank plate 10a and the front blank plate 10b are rectangular with a length of 220 mm and a width of 169 mm. As a seal margin at the peripheral edge portion, side edge margin seals 36 with a width of 7 mm are provided on the side edges 11 on both sides. In addition, bottom edge seals 37 with a width of 10 mm are provided on the lower edges 26 on the bottom side. In the vicinity of the upper edges 21 of the upper overlapping plate 34 and the top side plate 41, seal margins of the upper seal portions 53 with a width of 3 mm are provided respectively.
[0144] On the blank plate 10, an upper overlapping plate 34, a first horizontal bending line 22, a top plate 33, a second horizontal bending line 23, a wall plate 31, a third horizontal bending line 24, and a bottom plate 35 are provided in this order from the upper edge 21 in the downward direction.
[0145] In both the front blank plate 10b and the back blank plate 10a, each second vertical bending line 13 exists from the second horizontal bending line 23 to the lower edge 26, but does not exist from the second horizontal bending line 23 to the front upper edge 21b. The locations where the above bending lines do not exist are on the extension line of the second vertical bending line 13 and are assumed to be the second vertical bending virtual line 14, which is a virtual line.
[0146] Also, on the outer sides of both sides of the upper overlapping plate 34, side plates 41 of the top part are provided with the second horizontal bending virtual line 14 as a boundary.
[0147] Also, on the outer sides of both sides of the top plate 33, top part protruding part substitutes 38 are provided with the second horizontal bending virtual line 14 as a boundary.
[0148] Also, on the outer sides of both sides of the wall plate 31, side plates 32 are provided via the second vertical bending line 13.
[0149] Also, on the outer sides of both sides of the bottom plate 35, bottom part protruding part substitutes 43 are provided via the second vertical bending line 13.
[0150] And on the upper overlapping plate 34 and the side plates 41 of the top part, when the positions of the inner surfaces of the two blank plates 10 are aligned and overlapped, at a position 10 mm below the upper edge 21 that becomes the upper edge, an easy-opening processing line 51 as an opening means for the container is provided in the transverse direction of the top part 71 of the paper container 90 with a chuck, together with the printing of the paper base material layer 782 of the laminated sheet 78, as shown in FIG. 7. The easy-opening processing line 51 is provided as an intermittent half-cut line.
[0151] Also, a chuck tape 61 is heat-sealed to the inner surfaces of the upper overlapping plate 34 and the top side plate 41 with a 5-mm gap therebetween under the easy-opening processing line 51 in a direction crossing the top portion 71 of the paper container 90 with a chuck.
[0152] Also, after joining the two blank plates 10, heat-sealing the chuck tape 61, heat-sealing the side-edge seal margin 36, and heat-sealing the upper seal portion 53 by the above-described method, a notch 77 is provided at the side edge 11 on the right side of the overlapping easy-opening processing lines 51, and a paper container 91 with a chuck in an intermediate stage in which the bottom-edge seal margin 37 is in an unsealed state (flat state) is produced. (See FIG. 7).
[0153] Next, a mandrel is inserted into the opening of the unsealed bottom-edge seal margin 37 of the paper container 91 with a chuck in this intermediate stage (flat state), the upper overlapping plate 34 is left, the top plate 33 under it is expanded forward and backward by the first horizontal folding line 22, and the upper overlapping plate 34 is erected upward. Under the upper overlapping plate 34, the top portion 71 by the top plate 33 and further the body portion 72 continue, and a paper container 92 with a chuck in an intermediate stage (boxed state) in which the bottom portion 73 opens in a substantially rectangular shape is formed. (See FIG. 8).
[0154] Then, the overlapped upper overlapping plate 34 is folded to the back side of the top plate 33a. Thereafter, the top-side protrusions 74 provided on both left and right sides of the top portion 71 are joined to the body portion 72. Hot melt is used for the joining. Also, the tip of the top-side protrusion 74 is folded in the inner direction of the paper container 90 with a chuck (downward before folding the top-side protrusion 74) to facilitate joining of the top-side protrusion 74 and the body portion 72.
[0155] The dimensions of the completed paper container in a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape are formed such that the width is 95 mm, the height is 120 mm, and the depth is 60 mm. The paper container 90 with a chuck is produced as described above.
[0156] <Example 2> In this example, a paper container 90 with a chuck was produced using the blank plate 10 described in FIGS. 15A and 15B, which corresponds to the second embodiment. The front blank plate 10b of this example has the same shape as that of Example 1. The back blank plate 10a of this example has the same shape as that of Example 1, except that the back second longitudinal folding line 13a existed from the back upper edge 21a to the back lower edge 26a. The layer structure of the laminated sheet 78 of the other blank plate 10, the manufacturing method of the paper container 90 with a chuck, etc. were the same as those of Example 1.
[0157] <Comparative Example> In the comparative example, a paper container 80 with a chuck shown in FIG. 2 was produced using a single blank plate 81 as shown in FIG. 1.
[0158] In the blank plate 81 of the comparative example, the second longitudinal folding line 812 was a straight line from one lower edge, passing through the intermediate horizontal folding line (half folding line) 821, and extending toward the other lower edge. The overlapped upper overlapping plate 834 and the side plate 843 of the top were folded to the back top plate 833a side, and when joining the top side protruding portion 874 protruding from both left and right ends of the top 871 of the paper container 80 to the body portion 872 of the paper container, the angle formed by the top 871 and the top side protruding portion 874 through the folding portion 876 of the top side protruding portion 874 was made substantially a right angle. Other shapes, materials, processing methods, etc. were the same as those of Example 1.
[0159] <Evaluation> 100 samples each of Examples 1 and 2 and the comparative example were produced.
[0160] In addition, when manufacturing the paper container 80 with a chuck of the comparative example, there was a step of bending along the intermediate horizontal folding line (half-fold line) 821 of the blank plate 81. (See Fig. 1). In this step, an event was observed where the adjacent easy-open processing line 851 was accidentally bent. If the easy-open processing line 851 that should not have been bent was bent, the blank plate 81 became a defective product, resulting in losses.
[0161] This is because the easy-open processing line 851 has many cut portions (including half-cuts) to ensure easy-openability, making it prone to being bent unintentionally. The ease of bending of the easy-open processing line 851 is often comparable to that of the intermediate horizontal folding line (half-fold line) 821. When manufacturing the paper container 80 with a chuck, although the intermediate horizontal folding line (half-fold line) 821 is carefully bent, the adjacent easy-open processing line 851 may accidentally be bent.
[0162] Moreover, when trying to bend the intermediate horizontal folding line (half-fold line) 821 more carefully, the time required for manufacturing the paper container 80 with a chuck increases. As a result, the manufacturing capacity of the paper container 80 with a chuck may decrease.
[0163] On the other hand, in the paper container 90 with a chuck of the present disclosure, which is manufactured by joining two blank plates 10a and 10b, there is no intermediate horizontal folding line. Therefore, there is no step of bending the intermediate horizontal folding line, and thus the defect of accidentally bending the easy-open processing line 851 as described above does not occur. For this reason, in the paper container 90 with a chuck of the present disclosure, its manufacturing capacity does not decrease, and the occurrence of defects can also be reduced.
[0164] In the comparative example, a damage (crack) 879 occurred in the laminated sheet 88 at the bent portion 876 of the protruding portion 874 on the top of the paper container 80 with a chuck.
[0165] In both Example 1 and Example 2, the appearance of the laminated sheet 78 at the bent portion 76 of the protruding portion 74 at the top of the paper container 90 with a chuck did not deteriorate due to damage (cracks) or the like, and the aesthetic appearance was maintained. This is because there is no folding line at the bent portion 76 of the protruding portion 74 at the top, so the bent portion 76 of the protruding portion 74 at the top bends with a large curvature, reducing the stress generated when the protruding portion 74 at the top is bent. Also, this is because there is little stretching of the outer layer (which was the paper base material layer 782 in this example) of the outer blank plate 10b from the chuck tape 61, particularly at the position of the bent portion 76 of the protruding portion 74 at the top.
[0166] Snack foods were filled as contents into the paper containers 92 with chucks (in the erected state) at the intermediate stage of Example 1 and Example 2 prepared as described above, respectively, from the bottom 73. Then, the bottom 73 was folded, and heat sealing was performed between the bottom gusset seal margins 37, and the heat-sealed portion was laid down in the direction of the back bottom plate 35a.
[0167] Furthermore, the bottom gusset projections 75 protruding from both left and right sides of the bottom 73 were bent toward the bottom plate 35, and heat sealing was performed on the front bottom plate 35b and / or the front bottom gusset seal margin 37b, thereby producing packages of the substantially rectangular parallelepiped-shaped paper containers 90 with chucks of Example 1 and Example 2.
[0168] Also, regarding the packages of the paper containers 90 with chucks of Example 1 and Example 2 prepared as described above, the opening property, the suitability for taking out the contents, and the resealability by the chuck were tested.
[0169] As a result, in each case, by means of the notch 77 provided as the initial opening means on the side plate 41 at the top, and the easy-opening processing line 51 provided on the upper overlapping plate 34 and the side plate 41 at the top, the upper part of the easy-opening processing line 51 could be easily cut off and opened.
[0170] Next, the front unsealing gripping margin 57b between the front unsealing processing line 51b and the front chuck tape 61b, and the back unsealing gripping margin 57a between the back unsealing processing line 51a and the back chuck tape 61a were each grasped by hand and expanded in the outward direction of the paper container 90 with a chuck.
[0171] As a result, the fitting of the chuck tape 61 exposed at the unsealing processing line 51 was easily disengaged, the upper part of the paper container 90 with a chuck was opened over substantially the entire width, and the opening 56 for taking out was formed. Through the opening 56 for taking out, the snack food filled inside could be easily taken out.
[0172] Also, after a part of the contents was taken out, the packages of the paper containers 90 with a chuck in Examples 1 to 3 were easily re-fitted with the chuck tape 61 and re-sealed. And the remaining contents were properly stored.
[0173] Furthermore, in the paper container 90 with a chuck of the present disclosure, the mass ratio of the paper to the total mass of the paper container 90 with a chuck sufficiently satisfied 51 mass% or more, which is the standard for paper containers.
