Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention particularly relates to a massage device capable of activating cells at the local and whole-body levels of the body.
Background Art
[0002] Various massage devices are roughly classified into three types: a pressing-type massage device, a permanent magnet-type massage device, and a power-added type massage device. A typical pressing-type massage device is a shiatsu device having a rounded tip such as a sphere. By performing a centripetal treatment in which the operator or the subject himself / herself applies and presses the tip locally and moves it, waste products in the body are flushed out, blood circulation is improved, and lymph flow is promoted, thereby adjusting the physical condition of the body.
[0003] A permanent magnet-type massage device that utilizes the magnetism of a permanent magnet is a massage device that adjusts the physical condition of the body by allowing the magnetism to act on the body's constituent tissues while applying the permanent magnet locally or moving it away, thereby flushing out waste products in the body, improving blood circulation, and promoting lymph flow.
[0004] Furthermore, the birth of a power-added type massage device is new. For example, the one shown in Patent Document 1 generates magnetic force lines that change in a pulsed manner by adding the magnetism of an electromagnet to the magnetism of a permanent magnet, and by applying these magnetic force lines to the affected area, it flushes out waste products in the body, improves blood circulation, and promotes lymph flow.

Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0006] The above-mentioned pressing-type massage device, permanent magnet-type massage device, and power-added massage device have all been proven to be able to effectively stimulate local parts of the body, flush out waste products in the vicinity of the local area, improve blood circulation, and promote lymph flow, thereby adjusting the physical condition of the body. However, although there is a massage effect in the local area and its vicinity, since these massage actions do not fundamentally improve the body from the inside of the body, the applicant has conducted research for many years. As a result, it has been found that by removing static electricity inside and on the outer surface of the body, it is possible to adjust the physical condition of not only the local area but also the whole body. Thus, the technology for removing such static electricity inside and on the outer surface of the body has been completed.
[0007] The present invention has been made paying attention to such problems, and an object thereof is to provide a very new massage device capable of adjusting the physical condition of the whole body in addition to the local part of the subject by removing static electricity inside and on the outer surface of the subject.
Means for Solving the Problems
[0008] In order to solve the above problems, the massage device of the present invention is characterized by comprising two end members having conductivity and arranged at a distance from each other, and a conductive circuit enabling energization between the spaced-apart end members. According to this feature, when the operator holds one end member and applies the other end member to the body of the subject, the subject and the operator are energized through the massage device, and based on the potential difference between the body of the subject that is charged with a positive polarity bias and the operator, a current flows from the subject to the operator. As a result, positive and negative charges are stabilized inside and / or on the outer surface of the subject's body, that is, the static electricity charged on the subject's body is removed, and the physical condition of the whole body can be adjusted in addition to the local part of the subject.
[0009] It is characterized in that a resistor is arranged in the conductive circuit. According to this feature, the current flowing through the conductive circuit from the subject to the operator is partially converted into heat and dissipated by the resistor, so that the total current value received by the operator is reduced to a small value, and the adverse effect on the operator can be minimized.
[0010] It is characterized in that a diode is arranged in the conductive circuit, and the flow of the current flowing through the conductive circuit is directed from the end member side applied to the body of the subject to the end member side held by the operator. According to this feature, the current flowing through the conductive circuit is rectified by the diode and cannot return upstream of the diode, so that the static electricity on the inner and / or outer surface of the subject's body can be effectively removed.
[0011] The conductive circuit enabling energization between the end members is characterized in that the conductive terminals provided on each of the two end members are arranged to be spaced apart so as to enable air discharge. According to this feature, when the potential difference between the subject and the operator becomes large, energization occurs temporarily by air discharge between the conductive terminals, so that the static electricity charged by the subject does not always affect the operator, and the adverse effect on the health of the operator can be minimized.
[0012] The conductive circuit enabling energization between the end members is characterized in that the conductive terminals provided on each of the two end members are arranged to be spaced apart so as to enable air discharge, and a resistor is arranged between one of the end members and the conductive terminal provided on the side of the end member. According to this feature, in an environment where the potential difference between the subject and the operator becomes large and air discharge occurs, the resistor can be effectively heated by the current.
[0013] It is characterized in that a diode is arranged between one of the end members and the conductive terminal provided on the side of the end member. According to this feature, it becomes possible to store the charge on the subject side between the diode and the conductive terminal, and in an environment where the potential difference between the subject and the operator becomes large and corona discharge occurs, the resistor can be effectively heated by the current.
[0014] It is characterized in that at least one of the conductive terminals is configured to be swingable so that the conductive terminals provided on each of the end members come into temporary proximity or contact with each other due to the movement of the massage device. According to this feature, it becomes possible to control the amount of energization according to the state of the subject by adjusting the moving speed of the massage device by the operator or the like.
[0015] It is characterized in that a permanent magnet is arranged at least in the vicinity of the end member that is applied to the body of the subject. According to this feature, by moving the end member on the outer surface of the subject's body, the negative charges flowing from the operator to the subject are induced to move actively inside and on the outer surface of the body, and the negative charges are diffused over a wide range of the subject's body, and the physical condition of the whole body can be quickly adjusted. Note that the movement of the permanent magnet also has the effect of promoting the movement of positive charges inside and outside the body.

Embodiment for Carrying out the Invention
[0017] The embodiment for carrying out the massage device according to the present invention will be described below based on examples.
Examples
[0018] The massage device according to the example will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 6.
[0019] The massage device 1 is mainly composed of an exterior part 2 composed of a plurality of divided bodies to be described in detail later, a conductive circuit 6 built into the exterior part 2, and a permanent magnet 7.
[0020] The exterior part 2 is formed in a substantially circular shape when viewed from above, and has bulging parts 2a and 2b that bulge outward at the upper and lower parts when viewed from the side. It has a constriction at the central part in the vertical direction and has a rounded shape as a whole, making it easy for the operator to hold. Incidentally, the maximum outer diameter of the lower bulging part 2b is formed smaller than the maximum outer diameter of the upper bulging part 2a, which serves as a non-slip for the operator's fingers and makes it difficult for the bulging part 2b to interfere with the subject.
[0021] The exterior part 2 is composed of a cylindrical base member 3 having a space 8 penetrating vertically in the center, an upper member 4 which is an end member held by the operator and fixed to the upper part of the base member 3, and a lower member 5 which is an end member applied to the body of the subject and fixed to the lower part of the base member 3.
[0022] The base member 3 is made of a conductive material such as aluminum or an aluminum alloy, and a cylindrical aluminum ingot material is integrally formed by cutting or die forming. On the upper surface 3a of the base member 3, a convex strip 3b protruding annularly upward is formed. A wide-mouthed stepped part 3c is formed at the lower opening leading to the space 8 of the base member 3, and further above the stepped part 3c, an annular convex strip 3d protruding in the inner diameter direction is formed.
[0023] The upper member 4 includes a gripping portion 9 made of a conductive material such as aluminum or an aluminum alloy, and a contact portion 10 formed of a ferromagnetic material such as chromium steel, iron, nickel, cobalt, manganese, gadolinium, terbium, stainless steel, or an alloy thereof, which is fitted into a recess 9a formed in the center of the gripping portion 9. In particular, chromium steel is extremely suitable because it has high corrosion resistance against sebum, sweat, etc. The upper member 4 has a disk-shaped base portion 9b that constitutes the upper bulging portion 2a of the exterior portion 2, and a ridge portion 9c that protrudes annularly downward from the base portion 9b. The ridge portion 9c is inserted into the upper opening of the base member 3, and the upper member 4 and the base member 3 are fixed. These fixings may be any of screwing, adhesion, fitting, etc. Further, an annular concave groove 9e is formed on the lower surface 9d of the base portion 9b, and when the upper member 4 and the base member 3 are fixed, a ridge 3b formed on the upper surface of the base member 3 engages with this concave groove 9e.
[0024] The lower member 5 is composed of a dome-shaped portion 11 that constitutes the lower part thereof and a cylindrical portion 12 that constitutes the upper part thereof, and has a space 13 inside. Further, the lower member 5 is fixed to the lower opening of the base member 3 via an annular sleeve 14 made of a synthetic resin such as polyacetal. Incidentally, the fixings of these lower member 5, sleeve 14, and base member 3 may be any of screwing, adhesion, fitting, etc.
[0025] In the sleeve 14, while the flange portion 14a is fitted into the stepped portion 3c of the base member 3 to prevent over-insertion, a cylindrical portion 14b extending upward from the flange portion 14a is interposed between the cylindrical portion 12 of the lower member 5 and the inner peripheral surface of the ridge 3d of the base member 3, preventing direct contact between the lower member 5 and the base member 3. In other words, the sleeve 14 functions as an insulator.
[0026] In the internal space 13 of the lower member 5, a permanent magnet 7, such as a neodymium magnet, a ferrite magnet, or an alnico magnet, is disposed immovably. Further, the lower member 5 is made of a ferromagnetic material such as a metal like chromium steel, iron, nickel, cobalt, manganese, gadolinium, terbium, stainless steel, or an alloy thereof, facilitating the transmission of the magnetic force of the permanent magnet 7 to the outside of the lower member 5.
[0027] On the upper surface 5a of the lower member 5, a metal plate 15 formed of a highly conductive metal such as copper is disposed in a contacting state. On the upper surface of the metal plate 15, a disk-shaped plate 16 formed of a synthetic resin such as polyethylene terephthalate and a plate member 17 formed of a ferromagnetic material such as a rolled steel plate are disposed, and these plate 16 and plate member 17 are integrally fixed to the upper surface 14c of the sleeve 14.
[0028] The metal plate 15 has a terminal portion 15a protruding upward by bending, and this terminal portion 15a is exposed into the space 8 of the base member 3 through through-holes 16a and 17a formed continuously vertically in the plate 16 and the plate member 17.
[0029] Also, the metal plate 15 is held in a state of contacting the upper surface 5a of the lower member 5 by being sandwiched between the plate 16 fixed to the upper surface 14c of the sleeve 14 and the upper surface 5a of the lower member 5.
[0030] Particularly, as shown in FIG. 2, an electric wire 18 is connected to the terminal portion 15a of the metal plate 15. A heater 19, which is a resistor, and further a diode 20 are provided in this electric wire 18 extending from one end 18a side to the other end 18b. The current direction is directed and rectified from the one end 18a side to the other end 18b side of the electric wire 18 by this diode 20.
[0031] The other end 18b of the electric wire 18 is provided with a conductive terminal 22, and the conductive terminal 22 is arranged close to the conductive terminal 23 which is inside the rib portion 9c of the upper member 4. The metal plate 15, the electric wire 18, the heater 19, the diode 20, the conductive terminal 22, and the conductive terminal 23 constitute a conductive circuit 6 that enables the upper member 4 and the lower member 5, which are end members, to be conductive. The electric wire 18, the heater 19, the diode 20, and the conductive terminal 22 of the conductive circuit 6 are integrated by a cylindrical cover member 21 that encloses them, and the conductive terminal 22, which is a free end, can swing around one end 18a of the electric wire 18.
[0032] Since the conductive terminal 22 is not always in contact with the conductive terminal 23 on the upper member 4 side, when the massage device 1 is not in use, the upper member 4 and the lower member 5, which are end members, are in a non-energized state. When the massage device 1 is in use, due to the movement of the massage device 1, the conductive terminals 22 and 23 are temporarily close to each other.
[0033] Next, the usage method and the action of the massage device 1 will be described. As shown in FIG. 4, the operator S holds the upper member 4 side of the massage device 1 and slides the lower member 5 on the outer surface of the subject P to perform a treatment involving a so-called centripetal or reciprocating motion.
[0034] Since the human body utilizes the flow of electricity in the transmission of the brain and nerves during activities, it is known that static electricity charged on the body surface or inside the body has an adverse effect on the electric current used in this activity. It is also said that cells are charged with each other due to activities such as mitochondrial activity. Therefore, in addition to the blood circulation improvement function by centripetal treatment, the massage device 1 of the present invention removes static electricity from the body of the subject P who is highly charged with static electricity, that is, by changing the plus and minus charges accumulated in the body to a stable state, the function improvement of the human body is realized. The mechanism will be described in detail below.
[0035] Furthermore, as a condition for the effects of the massage device 1 to become prominent, it is necessary that the subject P is in a state of being charged with a positive polarity bias during the treatment, and the therapist S is in a state where the positive and negative charges are stable. For this reason, a potential difference is relatively generated between the subject P and the therapist S.
[0036] The therapist S holds the upper member 4 side of the massage device 1 and slides the lower member 5 on the outer surface of the subject P. As shown in FIGS. 5(a) and 5(b), the conductive circuit 6 extending from the lower member 5 can swing upward, and due to the sliding movement of the massage device 1, the conductive terminals 22 and 23 temporarily approach each other. At this time, a potential difference relatively exists between the subject P and the therapist S, and when the conductive terminals 22 and 23 temporarily approach each other repeatedly at the initial stage of the treatment, energization from the lower member 5 to the upper member 4 side is started.
[0037] Also, on the conductive terminal 22 side of the conductive circuit 6, the positive charges on the side of the lower member 5 that contacts the body of the subject P gather in a state of attracting the negative charges on the opposite conductive terminal 23 side. Due to the movement of these charges, a current flows through the conductor from the lower member 5 side toward the conductive terminal 22 of the conductive circuit 6. So-called induced charges are generated.
[0038] The tip of the conductive terminal 22 is thin and has a pointed shape, and positive charges concentrate at the tip of this thin and pointed conductive terminal 22. When the potential gradient (electric field) between the tip of the conductive terminal 22 and the conductive terminal 23 side becomes strong due to the concentration of positive charges, it eventually exceeds the ionization energy of the air, and an air discharge occurs from the conductive terminal 22 toward the conductive terminal 23, which is inside the ridge portion 9c of the upper member 4 that is approaching.
[0039] This air discharge instantaneously generates a current between the person being treated P and the therapist S through the lower member 5, the conductive circuit 6, and the upper member 4. At this time, due to the above-mentioned potential difference between the body of the person being treated P, which is biased toward the positive polarity, and the therapist S, a current is intermittently generated from the body of the person being treated P, which is biased toward the positive polarity, toward the therapist S. After that, the current is cut off due to the elimination of the potential difference, and the tip of the conductive terminal 22 and the conductive terminal 23 are separated by the swing (see FIG. 5(b)). Thus, in the case of this embodiment, the conductive terminal 22 provided on the lower member 5 is configured to be swingable by the movement of the massage tool, and the conductive terminals 22 and 23 are configured to be temporarily close to each other, and it is also possible to control the amount of current depending on the condition of the person being treated by adjusting the moving speed of the massage tool by the therapist. Furthermore, as shown in Figure 5 (b), when the tip of conductive terminal 22 and conductive terminal 23 are separated from each other due to the swinging, and the potential gradient (electric field) between the tip of conductive terminal 22 and conductive terminal 23 becomes stronger again, a discharge will occur when the tip of conductive terminal 22 and conductive terminal 23 come closer to each other due to the swinging.
[0040] This current transfer causes a negative charge to move from the body of the massager S through the massage device 1 to the body of the person being massaged P, stabilizing the positive and negative charges on the body of the person being massaged P. In other words, static electricity is removed from the external surface and inside the body of the person being massaged P, improving any discomfort caused by static electricity.
[0041] This static electricity removing effect is particularly evident inside and on the external surface of the body of the person P against which the lower member 5 is in contact. Therefore, by moving the massage tool 1 on the external surface of the body of the person P and changing its position, it is possible to effectively alleviate the discomfort caused by static electricity in a specific affected area.
[0042] In addition, a state where a positive charge is biased in the human body can also be said to be a state with a large amount of positive active oxygen, and active oxygen may have adverse effects such as oxidizing body constituent tissues. The massage device 1 of the present invention effectively removes static electricity, that is, by adjusting the balance with a negative charge, neutralizes active oxygen, and exhibits an extremely useful effect on the health of the subject P.
[0043] In addition, when the massage device 1 is brought into contact with the body of the subject P, electrostatic induction occurs due to the conductor composed of the conductive circuit 6 and the lower member 5 being brought close to the body of the subject P which is a charged body, and the negative charges (electrons) inside the conductor gather on the side of the body of the subject P that becomes positively charged, that is, the side of the lower member 5 that contacts the body of the subject P. At this time, positive charges gather on the outer surface of the subject P's body and the surface side inside the body due to being attracted by the negative charges gathered on the lower member 5, so that static electricity can be effectively removed.
[0044] In addition, at the initial stage of the treatment by the massage device 1, since the conductive terminals 22 and 23 are only temporarily close to each other, only minute charge movement occurs between them, positive charges accumulate downstream of the diode 20, and then it becomes easier for a potential difference that allows air discharge to occur between the conductive terminals 22 and 23. That is, due to the temporary energization at the initial stage of the treatment, the conductive terminals 22 and 23 are changed to a state where they are easily energized during the treatment.
[0045] In addition, in the case of active oxygen, due to the centripetal treatment effect by the massage device 1, it can be squeezed out of the body through the blood as waste products, improving blood circulation and promoting the flow of lymph, thereby adjusting the physical condition of the body.
[0046] In addition, by energizing between the subject P and the operator S, static electricity can be removed not only from the affected part of the subject P but also from the entire body, promoting activation at the cell level and adjusting the physical condition of the entire body of the subject P.
[0047] Also, when an electric current flows between the subject P and the operator S, a part of the current is converted into heat by the heater 19 of the conductive circuit 6 and dissipated as energy. Therefore, the amount of current flowing to the operator S side is reduced, the total current value received by the operator S is changed to a small value, and the adverse health effects on the operator S can be minimized. Note that there is an effect that a part of the current is dissipated as energy even due to the resistance of the air discharge.
[0048] Also, the current flowing through the conductive circuit 6 is rectified by the diode 20 and does not return to the one end 18a side (upstream) from the diode 20. According to this, the static electricity on the inside and / or outside surface of the subject P's body can be effectively removed. In addition, even if the operator S is charged with more static electricity than the subject P by any chance, the static electricity charged by the operator S will not have an adverse effect on the body of the subject P.
[0049] According to the present embodiment, when the potential difference between the subject and the operator becomes large, energization occurs temporarily by air discharge between the conductive terminals. Therefore, the static electricity charged by the subject does not always affect the operator, and the adverse health effects on the operator can be minimized. Furthermore, a resistor is disposed between the lower member on the subject side and the conductive terminal, and a diode is disposed between the lower member and the conductive terminal. As a result, it is possible to store the charge on the subject side between the diode and the conductive terminal, and since heat is generated by the resistor with the current in an environment where the potential difference between the subject and the operator becomes large and air discharge occurs, effective heat generation becomes possible.
[0050] Also, as shown in FIG. 6, the magnetic flux of the permanent magnet 7 disposed inside the lower member 5 so that the N pole and the S pole are positioned vertically affects the inside and outside surface of the subject P through the lower member 5 which is a ferromagnetic material. By moving the lower member 5 on the outside surface of the subject P, the negative charge flowing from the operator S to the subject P is induced to move actively inside and outside the body by the electromagnetic induction action, and the balance with the negative charge is adjusted over a wide range of the body of the subject P, and the physical condition of the whole body can be quickly adjusted.
[0051] The movement of the permanent magnet has the effect of promoting the movement of positive charges both inside and outside the body, in addition to actively moving negative charges on the inner and outer surfaces of the body as described above. Therefore, it becomes easier for the positive charges that actively move to be taken into the lower member 5 that moves during the treatment, and at the same time, negative charges are efficiently sent from the operator S to the subject P.
[0052] In addition, since the upper members 4 are in direct contact with the conductive base member 3, part of the current flowing from the subject P to the upper members 4 is diffused to the base member 3, and the total current value received by the operator S is reduced due to the capacitance caused by the volume of the base member 3.
[0053] Also, the conductive terminal 22 is always separated from the rib portion 9c of the upper member 4, and the subject P and the operator S are not energized except when gas discharge occurs. In other words, since the subject P and the operator S are energized only temporarily, the static electricity charged on the subject P does not always affect the operator S, and the adverse health effects on the operator S can be minimized.
[0054] In addition, since the lower member 5 is fixed to the base member 3 via the insulating sleeve 14, current from the subject P does not directly flow from the lower member 5 to the base member 3 or from the base member 3 to the operator S. The current from the subject P always flows through the conductive circuit 6 and then to the operator S after the total current value is reduced by the above-described air discharge or the heater 19.
[0055] In addition, the magnetism emitted from the permanent magnet 7 acts on the body constituent tissues, which flushes out waste products in the body, improves blood circulation, and promotes lymph flow, thus improving the massage effect.
[0056] Also, compared with the conductive terminal 22 which is the tip on the downstream side of the conductor, the tip of the lower member 5 has a fluid shape and a large radius of curvature. Therefore, electrons do not easily concentrate at the tip of the lower member 5, and no discharge occurs on the subject P side.
[0057] Moreover, since the base member 3 and the upper member 4 are non-magnetic bodies, the magnetic force of the permanent magnet 7 does not affect the charges on the inner or outer surface of the body of the operator S where the positive and negative charges are stable.
[0058] As described above, the embodiments of the present invention have been described with reference to the drawings. However, the specific configuration is not limited to these embodiments, and modifications and additions within the scope not departing from the gist of the present invention are also included in the present invention.
[0059] For example, in the above embodiment, the operator S has been described as being in a state where the positive and negative charges are stable. However, this is not the only case. The operator S may be in any of the following states: a state where more charges of the same polarity as the subject P have accumulated on the operator S than on the subject, but more charges have accumulated on the operator S than on the subject; a state where more charges of the opposite polarity to the subject P have accumulated on the human body of the operator S.
[0060] In the above embodiment, the electric wire 18, the heater 19, the diode 20, and the conductive terminal 22 of the conductive circuit 6 are integrated by the cylindrical cover member 21, and the conductive terminal 22, which is the free end, swings and approaches the conductive terminal 23 during the operation of the massage device 1, and an air discharge occurs between them. However, a linear terminal extending downward may be provided on the conductive terminal 23 side so as to be swingable, and they may be configured to be close to each other. Furthermore, not limited to such a swingable configuration, for example, by arranging the conductive terminal 22 and the conductive terminal 23 in proximity in advance, an air discharge can be generated between them even if the conductive terminal 22 side does not have a swingable structure.
[0061] In addition, by exposing the tip of the conductive terminal 22, which is the free end, outside the cover member 21, the tip of the conductive terminal 22 can be directly contacted with the conductive terminal 23 on the upper member 4 side by the operation of the operator S, and they can be energized. Therefore, even if the conductor has not reached the voltage required for air discharge, electrons can be moved from the operator S to the subject P via the massage device 1 by the operation of the operator S to remove static electricity.
[0062] Also, a magnetic body may be incorporated in the upper member 4 side. According to this, the movement of electrons on the operator S side is induced, and it becomes easier to flow electrons toward the subject P.
[0063] Also, the shape of the exterior portion 2 of the massage device 1 is not limited to the shape having the bulging portions 2a and 2b bulging upward and downward as described above and having a constriction therebetween. For example, a spherical shape, a cubic shape, or the like may be used.
[0064] Also, the upper member 4 may be made of a material other than those described above as long as it has good electrical conductivity, the lower member 5 may be made of a material other than those described above as long as it has electrical conductivity and ferromagnetism, and the base member 3 may not have electrical conductivity.
[0065] Also, the body of the subject may be the body of an animal other than a human, or may be the operator himself / herself.
