Abstract

【Problem】To provide a legal consultation support system that enables both the inquirer and the responder to handle legal issues with confidence, and a legal consultation support method using the system. 【Solution】A legal consultation support system 1 includes an inquirer terminal 3 (3A to 3C), a responder terminal 4 (4A to 4C), and a server 5 that relays the consultation content transmitted from the inquirer terminal 3 (3A to 3C) and the response content transmitted from the responder terminal 4 (4A to 4C) to each other via the Internet 2.
