Summary of the Invention

Problems to be Solved by the Invention

[0004] To attach a rectangular frame member for wall base, which has been pre-manufactured in a factory or the like, inside a rectangular opening surrounded by a pair of left and right vertical frame members and a pair of upper and lower horizontal frame members serving as structural materials, particularly on the indoor side surface of the rectangular frame member, by attaching it in a state where the indoor side surface is accurately aligned with the indoor side surfaces of the vertical frame members and the horizontal frame members, it becomes possible to easily perform the work of attaching wall base materials and wall finishing materials. However, since the rectangular frame member for wall base, which has been pre-manufactured in a factory or the like, has a considerable weight, it takes a lot of labor to accurately align the indoor side surface of the rectangular frame member with the indoor side surfaces of the vertical frame members and the horizontal frame members while fitting the rectangular frame member inside the rectangular opening and installing it.

[0005] Also, according to the method of rotatably attaching a panel in a wooden building of Patent Document 1, a panel receiving cylindrical protrusion is attached to the vertical frame member, and a groove for fitting the cylindrical protrusion is provided on the frame panel side. The cylindrical protrusion is fitted into this groove, and a retaining piece for preventing rotation is attached to the portion facing the outside of the horizontal frame member at the upper end of the frame panel. The frame panel is rotated by a quarter around the cylindrical protrusion as the central axis, and the upper outer surface of the frame panel comes into contact with the retaining piece for preventing rotation attached to the horizontal frame member, so that the frame panel is accurately arranged at a predetermined position. For this reason, not only does the configuration become complicated, but it also takes a lot of labor to accurately provide the panel receiving cylindrical protrusion, the groove for fitting the cylindrical protrusion, and the retaining piece for preventing rotation on the vertical frame member and the frame panel so as to withstand the load.

[0006] An object of the present invention is to provide a rectangular frame member for wall base, an attachment structure for the rectangular frame member for wall base, and an attachment method for the rectangular frame member for wall base, which enable, by a simple configuration and method, a rectangular frame member for wall base, which has been pre-manufactured in a factory or the like, to be accurately installed inside a rectangular opening surrounded by a pair of left and right vertical frame members and a pair of upper and lower horizontal frame members, particularly in a state where the indoor side surface is aligned with the indoor side surfaces of the vertical frame members and the horizontal frame members.

Means for Solving the Problems

[0007] The present invention relates to a In the building In a wooden frame structure, a rectangular wall base frame member that is attached as a wall base material so as to be fitted into a rectangular opening surrounded by a pair of left and right longitudinal frame members serving as structural materials and a pair of upper and lower transverse frame members serving as structural materials. The rectangular wall base frame member includes a pair of left and right side edge longitudinal frame members arranged along the inner surface of the longitudinal frame member, and an upper edge transverse frame member and a lower edge transverse frame member arranged along the inner surface of the transverse frame member. On each surface on the rear side in the fitting direction of the pair of left and right side edge longitudinal frame members, a guide piece is attached at least at one location in a state where an overhanging positioning portion that abuts against the surface facing the fitting direction of the longitudinal frame member protrudes outward. together with a temporary panel member removably and temporarily fixed so as to be fitted into a portion between the pair of left and right side edge vertical frame members The above object is achieved by providing a rectangular wall base frame member.

[0008] And, in the rectangular wall base frame member of the present invention, it is preferable that the guide piece is made of plywood.

[0009] Further, in the rectangular wall base frame member of the present invention, it is preferable that a window sash is attached to a rectangular area surrounded by the pair of left and right side edge longitudinal frame members, the upper edge transverse frame member, and the lower edge transverse frame member.

[0010] Furthermore, in the rectangular wall base frame member of the present invention, it is preferable that an equipment reinforcement portion by at least a pair of upper and lower intermediate transverse frame members is provided in a rectangular area surrounded by the pair of left and right side edge longitudinal frame members, the upper edge transverse frame member, and the lower edge transverse frame member.

[0011] Furthermore, in the rectangular wall base frame member of the present invention, it is preferable that the window sash is a window sash for a sweep-out window.

[0012] In addition, in the rectangular frame member for wall base of the present invention, the width in the fitting direction of the lower edge horizontal frame member is smaller than the width in the fitting direction at the lower end portion of the vertical frame member including the side edge vertical frame member. As a result, a rectangular notch portion is preferably formed in a portion on the rear side in the fitting direction below the lower end portion of the vertical frame member so that the floor material can be removed.

[0013] And the present invention is an attachment structure of the rectangular frame member for wall base to which the window sash for the sweep-out window described above is attached. The height of the lower horizontal axis assembly member at the attachment location of the rectangular frame member for wall base is formed to be low, and the sum of the height of the lower edge horizontal frame member of the rectangular frame member for wall base and the height of the horizontal axis assembly member at the portion where the height is formed low is the same as the height of the horizontal axis assembly member at both sides of the attachment location of the rectangular frame member for wall base. By doing so, when the rectangular frame member for wall base is attached to the rectangular opening, the height position of the upper surface of the lower edge horizontal frame member of the rectangular frame member for wall base and the height position of the upper surface of the horizontal axis assembly member at both sides of the attachment location of the rectangular frame member for wall base are made to be aligned. The present invention achieves the above object by providing an attachment structure of the rectangular frame member for wall base.

[0014] In addition, the present invention is an attachment method when attaching any of the above rectangular frame members for wall base to a rectangular opening surrounded by a pair of left and right vertical axis assembly members serving as structural materials and a pair of upper and lower horizontal axis assembly members serving as structural materials. The rectangular frame member for wall base that has been conveyed is guided by the guide piece, and the overhanging positioning portion of the guide piece is brought into contact with the surface facing the fitting direction of the vertical axis assembly member, and while positioning in the fitting direction, it is attached by fitting it into the rectangular opening. The present invention achieves the above object by providing an attachment method of the rectangular frame member for wall base.

Effects of the Invention

[0015] According to the rectangular frame member for wall base of the present invention, the mounting structure of the rectangular frame member for wall base, or the mounting method of the rectangular frame member for wall base, with a simple configuration and method, a rectangular frame member for wall base pre-manufactured in a factory or the like can be accurately installed inside a rectangular opening surrounded by a pair of left and right vertical framework members and a pair of upper and lower horizontal framework members, especially with the indoor side surface aligned with the indoor side surfaces of the vertical and horizontal framework members.

Embodiments for Carrying Out the Invention

[0017] The rectangular frame member 10 for wall base according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention (see FIGS. 2 and 3) is, for example, as shown in FIGS. 1(a) and 1(b), in a building with a wooden frame construction method, a pair of left and right longitudinal frame members serving as structural members, namely columns 20, and a pair of upper and lower transverse frame members serving as structural members, namely beams 21 and a foundation 22. It is a frame member that is fitted into a rectangular opening 23 surrounded by them and is attached as a wall base material. The rectangular frame member 10 for wall base in the present embodiment is manufactured by assembling mainly wooden square timbers into a rectangular frame shape in a factory or the like in advance, and is carried into the installation site. By a simple configuration and method, for example, the inner side of the rectangular opening 23 surrounded by a pair of columns 20, beams 21, and a foundation 22, especially the indoor side surface 10a, can be accurately installed in a state aligned with the indoor side surfaces 20a and 21a of the columns 20 and beams 21.

[0018] And the rectangular frame member 10 for wall base in the present embodiment is a frame member that is fitted into a rectangular opening 23 surrounded by a pair of left and right longitudinal frame members serving as structural members, namely columns 20, and a pair of upper and lower transverse frame members serving as structural members, namely a foundation 22 and beams 21, in a building with a wooden frame construction method, and is attached as a wall base material. As also shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, it includes a pair of left and right side edge longitudinal frame members 11 arranged along the inner side surface of the column 20, an upper edge transverse frame member 12 arranged along the inner side surface (lower surface) of the beam 21, and a lower edge transverse frame member 13 arranged along the inner side surface (upper surface) of the foundation 22. On each surface (indoor side surface) 10a on the rear side in the fitting direction X (see FIG. 1) of the pair of left and right side edge longitudinal frame members 11, a guide piece 14 is attached at least at one location, for example, at one location each, with a protruding positioning portion 14a that abuts against the surface (indoor side surface) 20a facing the fitting direction X of the column 20 protruding outward.

[0019] Also, in the present embodiment, a window sash 17 is attached to the rectangular area surrounded by the pair of left and right side edge longitudinal frame members 11, the upper edge transverse frame member 12, and the lower edge transverse frame member 13. The window sash 17 is, for example, a window sash for a casement window in the present embodiment.

[0020] In this embodiment, the pair of left and right columns 20 forming the rectangular opening 23 are made of square bars of, for example, 105×105, and are arranged in parallel at an interval of about 1715 mm. Each column 20 is joined to the upper surface of a base 22 made of, for example, a square bar of 105×105 using a known joining metal fitting (not shown), stands vertically at a height of, for example, 2590 mm, and the upper end is joined to the lower surface of a beam 21 made of, for example, a square bar of 300×105 using a known joining metal fitting 24. As a result, the rectangular opening 23 will open as a vertically long rectangular opening having a height of, for example, 2590 mm and a width of 1715 mm.

[0021] The rectangular frame member 10 for wall base of this embodiment, which is attached so as to be fitted into a rectangular opening 23 surrounded by a pair of left and right vertical framing members, i.e., columns 20, and upper and lower horizontal framing members, i.e., base 22 and beam 21, includes a pair of left and right side edge vertical frame members 11 made of, for example, square bars of 45×105 arranged along the inner side surfaces of the columns 20, an upper edge horizontal frame member 12 made of, for example, a square bar of 45×105 arranged along the inner side surface (lower surface) of the beam 21, and a lower edge horizontal frame member 13 made of, for example, a square bar of 45×105 arranged along the inner side surface (upper surface) of the base 22. The rectangular frame member 10 for wall base is formed by assembling these frame members 11, 12, and 13 so as to have a vertically long rectangular outer peripheral shape with a height of about 2587 - 2588 mm and a width of about 1712 - 1713 mm in view of a clearance of about 1 - 1.5 mm, for example, in the vertical and horizontal directions when being fitted into the rectangular opening 23.

[0022] Also, in this embodiment, a ridge board 15 made of, for example, a square bar of 45×105 is attached below the upper edge horizontal frame member 12 at an interval of about 137 mm above the rectangular frame member 10 for wall base, and a plurality of (three) stud members 16 made of, for example, square bars of 45×105 are attached at intervals in the width direction in the interval portion between the upper edge horizontal frame member 12 and the ridge board 15.

[0023] Furthermore, in the present embodiment, in a rectangular area surrounded by a pair of left and right side edge vertical frame members 11, an upper edge horizontal frame member 12, and a lower edge horizontal frame member 13, a window sash 17 for a sweep-out window is preferably attached to a portion between the hearth member 15 and the lower edge horizontal frame member 13. The window sash 17 is a known one prefabricated in a factory or the like, and as shown in FIG. 3, it includes a sash frame 18 and a sash frame 19 including a window glass 19a. The wall base rectangular frame member 10 is carried into the installation site with only the sash frame 18 attached, and the wall base rectangular frame member 10 is installed in the rectangular opening 23. After the wall base rectangular frame member 10 is installed in the rectangular opening 23, the sash frame 19 is integrally attached to the sash frame 18, preferably by being suspended from the outdoor side. The sash frame 18 is preferably joined to the front surfaces of the pair of left and right side edge vertical frame members 11, the hearth member 15, and the lower edge horizontal frame member 13 on the indoor side in the fitting direction X by using, for example, fixing screws or the like, so that it can be integrally attached to the wall base rectangular frame member 10.

[0024] Also, in the present embodiment, a temporary panel member 25 for reinforcing the wall base rectangular frame member 10 is attached to the wall base rectangular frame member 10 after the wall base rectangular frame member 10 is manufactured and before it is carried into the installation site and installed in the rectangular opening 23. The temporary panel member 25 is formed by joining, for example, a plywood 25b having a horizontally long rectangular shape with a width of about 1540 mm and a thickness of about 9 mm to one side surface of a rectangular frame 25a made of, for example, a 36×36 square bar using, for example, fixing screws or the like. The temporary panel member 25 is preferably fitted into a portion between the pair of left and right side edge vertical frame members 11 in the lower region of the wall base rectangular frame member 10 where the sash frame 18 of the window sash 17 is attached (see FIG. 4), and is removably temporarily fixed so that the wall base rectangular frame member 10 can be effectively reinforced so that the wall base rectangular frame member 10 does not deform or get damaged between when it is manufactured and when it is installed in the rectangular opening 23.

[0025] In the rectangular frame member 10 for wall base of the present embodiment, on each surface (indoor side surface) on the rear side in the fitting direction X of the pair of left and right side edge vertical frame members 11, as shown in FIGS. 1(a) and 1(b), at least one guide piece 14 is attached, for example, at one location on each side, with the protruding positioning portion 14a that abuts against the surface (indoor side surface) 20a of the column 20 facing the fitting direction X protruding outward.

[0026] In the present embodiment, the guide piece 14 is preferably made of plywood with a thickness of about 12 mm and is formed to have a rectangular (square) front shape with a size of about 100 mm in length and width. The guide piece 14 is overlapped with a portion approximately half of the rectangular (square) front shape on the surface (indoor side surface) on the rear side in the fitting direction X (see FIG. 1) of the side edge vertical frame member 11, and is removably and firmly fixed to the side edge vertical frame member 11 using, for example, fixing screws or the like. Also, in the present embodiment, the guide piece 14 is attached at a position shifted upward from preferably the middle portion in the vertical direction of the side edge vertical frame member 11 with the protruding positioning portion 14a protruding outward.

[0027] By using plywood with a preferably rectangular (square) front shape with a size of about 100 mm in length and width as the guide piece 14, it is possible to provide the guide piece 14 at low cost, and during the period from when the rectangular frame member 10 for wall base is manufactured until it is transported to the installation site and installed in the rectangular opening 23, it will not interfere with the transportation work and installation work, making it possible not to obstruct these operations. The guide piece 14 can also be formed using a resin plate or a metal plate in addition to plywood.

[0028] To attach the rectangular frame member 10 for wall base, which has the above-described configuration, as a wall base material, inside a rectangular opening 23 surrounded by a pair of left and right columns 20, a base 22, and a beam 21, by fitting it in, the rectangular frame member 10 for wall base, which has a considerable weight, is preferably lifted by a lifting means such as a hoisting device or a crane, and in a lifted state, by an operation from the indoor side, the lifted rectangular frame member 10 for wall base is pushed in so as to be fitted inside the rectangular opening 23, and thus it is attached inside the rectangular opening 23 (see FIGS. 1(a) and (b)). While the outer peripheral shape of the rectangular frame member 10 for wall base is, for example, a vertically long rectangular shape with a height of about 2587 to 2588 mm and a width of about 1712 to 1713 mm, the rectangular opening 23 is, for example, an opening of a vertically long rectangular shape that is slightly larger with a height of about 2590 mm and a width of about 1715 mm. Due to the clearance between these, the operation of pushing the lifted rectangular frame member 10 for wall base into the inside of the rectangular opening 23 so as to be fitted can be smoothly performed. Further, using the guide piece 14 as a guide, while positioning the protruding positioning portion 14a of the guide piece 14 in contact with the surface (the indoor side surface) 20a that faces the fitting direction X of the column 20, which is a vertical axis member, the rectangular frame member 10 for wall base is attached so as to be fitted into the rectangular opening 23, and in particular, the indoor side surface 10a is aligned with the indoor side surfaces 20a and 21a of the column 20 and the beam 21, and it becomes possible to install it with high precision.

[0029] When the rectangular frame member 10 for wall base is accurately attached to the rectangular opening 23 using the guide piece 14 as a guide, for example, from inside the pair of left and right side edge vertical frame members 11 or inside the lower edge horizontal frame member 13, long screws are driven, for example, toward the inner surfaces of the column 20 and the base 22, to firmly fix the rectangular frame member 10 for wall base to the rectangular opening 23. After firmly fixing the rectangular frame member 10 for wall base, the guide piece 14 and the temporary panel member 25 are removed, and preferably, the sash frame 19 of the window sash 17 is lifted in from the outdoor side and attached so as to be supported by the sash frame 18. Thus, the operation of attaching the rectangular frame member 10 for wall base as a wall base material by fitting it into the rectangular opening 23 surrounded by the column 20, the beam 21, and the base 22 is completed.

[0030] According to the present embodiment, by these means, with a simple configuration and method, the rectangular frame member 10 for wall base, which has been pre-manufactured at a factory or the like, can be accurately installed inside the rectangular opening 23 surrounded by a pair of left and right columns 20, a beam 21, and a base 22, with the indoor side surface 10a aligned with the indoor side surfaces 20a and 21a of the columns 20 and the beam 21.

[0031] Also, in the present embodiment, since a sash window for a sweep-out window is attached to the rectangular frame member 10 for wall base as a window sash 17, as shown in FIG. 4, as a mounting structure of such a rectangular frame member 10 for wall base, the height of the base 22, which is the lower horizontal joist member at the mounting position of the rectangular frame member 10 for wall base (see FIG. 1(a)), is formed to be one step lower than the portions 22b on both sides thereof (see FIG. 1(a)), and the height of the lower edge horizontal frame member 13 of the rectangular frame member 10 for wall base is such that the sum of the height of the base 22 at the lower-formed portion 22a is the same as the height of the base 22 at the portions 22b on both sides of the mounting position of the rectangular frame member 10 for wall base. In this way, when the rectangular frame member 10 for wall base is attached inside the rectangular opening 23, the height position of the upper surface of the lower edge horizontal frame member 13 of the rectangular frame member 10 for wall base and the height position of the upper surface of the base 22 at the portions 22b on both sides of the mounting position of the rectangular frame member 10 for wall base are aligned.

[0032] That is, in the present embodiment, at the portion 22a (see FIG. 1(a)) of the mounting location of the rectangular frame member 10 for wall base, the upper part of the base 22 made of a 105×105 square bar is cut out, and preferably the height h is set to 60 mm, so that the height position where the lower edge horizontal frame member 13 with a height h' of 45 mm is overlapped is aligned with the height position of the upper surface of the base 22 at both sides of the mounting location of the rectangular frame member 10 for wall base (see FIG. 1(a)). When the rectangular frame member 10 for wall base is mounted inside the rectangular opening 23, the height position of the upper surface of the lower edge horizontal frame member 13 of the rectangular frame member 10 for wall base is aligned with the height position of the upper surface of the base 22 at both sides of the mounting location of the rectangular frame member 10 for wall base, so that the function of the window sash 17 attached to the rectangular frame member 10 for wall base as a window sash for the sweep-out window can be easily exerted.

[0033] FIGS. 5 and 6 illustrate the configuration of a rectangular frame member 30 for wall base according to another preferred embodiment of the present invention. In the rectangular frame member 30 for wall base shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the window sash 17' attached to the rectangular frame member 30 for wall base serves as a window sash for an elbow window or a high-waist window, and a plurality (three) of lower side post members 16' made of, for example, 45×105 square bars are attached at intervals in the width direction in the interval portion between the lower side sill member 15' supporting the window sash 17' and the lower edge horizontal frame member 13' below it.

[0034] Further, in the rectangular frame member 30 for wall base of the other embodiment shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, as shown enlarged in FIG. 7, the width of the lower edge horizontal frame member 13' in the fitting direction X is smaller than the width in the fitting direction X at the lower end portions of the vertical frame members 11', 16' including the side edge vertical frame member 11' and the lower side post member 16', and at the rear side portion in the fitting direction X of the lower end portions of the vertical frame members 11', 16', lower end cuts 11a', 16a' having the same width in the fitting direction X as the lower edge horizontal frame member 13' are formed. As a result, a rectangular notch portion 27 is formed at the rear side portion in the fitting direction X of the lower end portion of the rectangular frame member 30 for wall base, making it possible to remove the floor material 26.

[0035] That is, in the rectangular frame member 30 for wall base of other embodiments shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, the lower edge horizontal frame member 13' is formed using, for example, a square bar of 75×66, and preferably, lower edge cutouts 11a', 16a' with a width of 30 mm are formed at the lower ends of the vertical frame members 11', 16'. As a result, rectangular cutout portions 27 are formed at the lower ends and the portions on the rear side in the fitting direction X below thereof of the side edge vertical frame member 11' and the lower intermediate pillar member 16' made of a square bar of 45×105. By forming the rectangular cutout portion 27 in the portion on the rear side in the fitting direction X of the lower end portion of the rectangular frame member 30 for wall base, the floor material 26 can be removed. For example, until the rectangular frame member 30 for wall base is installed, the floor material 26 provided for scaffolding or rainproof construction can be removed, and for example, another floor material for floor base material can be newly reinstalled. Also, in the rectangular frame member 30 for wall base of other embodiments shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, guide pieces 14 are attached to each surface on the rear side in the fitting direction X of the side edge vertical frame member 11', and thus the same operational effects as those of the above-described rectangular frame member 10 for wall base are achieved.

[0036] FIG. 8 illustrates the configuration of a rectangular frame member 40 for wall base according to still another preferred embodiment of the present invention. In the rectangular frame member 40 for wall base shown in FIG. 8, no window sash is attached, and in the rectangular area surrounded by a pair of left and right side edge vertical frame members 11", an upper edge horizontal frame member 12", and a lower edge horizontal frame member 13", a plurality of (three) intermediate pillar members 16" extend in parallel with the side edge vertical frame members 11" and are attached by joining their upper and lower ends to the upper edge horizontal frame member 12" and the lower edge horizontal frame member 13", respectively, with intervals in the lateral width direction. Also, in the portion between one of the side edge vertical frame members 11" and the intermediate pillar member 16" in the rectangular area, as shown in FIG. 9, an equipment reinforcing portion 28 is provided by at least a pair of upper and lower intermediate horizontal frame members 28a.

[0037] Also in the rectangular frame member 40 for wall base of another embodiment shown in FIG. 8, since the guide pieces 14 are attached to the respective surfaces on the rear side in the fitting direction X of the side edge vertical frame member 11”, the same operational effects as those of the above-described rectangular frame member 10 for wall base are achieved.

[0038] Note that the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications are possible. For example, an equipment reinforcing portion by at least a pair of intermediate horizontal frame members can be further provided in the rectangular frame member for wall base to which the window sash is attached.
