Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a healthy beverage, and particularly to a healthy beverage containing citric acid, sodium hydrogen carbonate, and water-soluble silicic acid. More preferably, water-soluble silicic acid is mixed with dissolved water in which citric acid and sodium hydrogen carbonate are dissolved (or citric acid and sodium hydrogen carbonate are dissolved in modified water containing water-soluble silicic acid), and the present invention relates to a healthy beverage into which carbon dioxide gas is injected.
Background Art
[0002] General carbonated beverages contain citric acid, fruit juice, and often sweeteners, and many are limited in palatability. In particular, many foreign-owned carbonated beverages are acidic with a hydrogen ion concentration (pH) of about 2.0 to 2.5, and there is a risk of ulcerating the inner wall of the stomach by daily consumption, and health hazards have been a concern. These have a good taste and are habitual, and are popular beverages among the younger generation. However, for the generation entering the working age, the diseased ulcer constitution of the stomach that cannot keep up with life changes has an impact, and it is likely to be judged based on the medical history of gastric ulcers during a gastric cancer screening.
[0003] In order to maintain a healthy constitution, it is necessary to prevent not only the above-mentioned gastrointestinal mucosal disorders of the stomach, but also neurological diseases, lung diseases, allergies, liver diseases, kidney diseases, eye diseases, skin diseases, and other diseases such as diabetes and immune diseases. From the prevention of health caused by an imbalance in lifestyle habits, beverages and the like that consider health by daily consumption have been demanded.
[0004] Various minerals are required for maintaining health, and in recent years, silicon has attracted attention. Originally, silicon was not included in the 16 essential mineral items in Japan, but in Europe and the United States such as Germany, silicon ranks fourth and has been commonly used for strengthening bone cells in infancy. In Japan, about 15 years ago, with the progress of analytical science, nanoparticle chemistry began to develop, and with the expansion of nanotechnology, the utilization of silicic acid science in the health industry has started.
[0005] Against such a background, beverages containing silicon have been developed, and for example, beverages with a product name such as "Drinkable Silica" are also on the market. In addition, Patent Document 1 below discloses a drinking water in which a liquid of silicon with high purity (concentration) that is colorless, odorless, and tasteless is mixed into the drinking water.

Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0007] Silicon exists in the form of water-insoluble silica (SiO 2 ) or water-soluble silicic acid (SiO 4 ), etc. However, it is silicic acid that is necessary for maintaining human health, and silica is a substance that causes scale adhesion. In addition, silicic acid is mainly absorbed in aquaporin (cell membrane), Peyer's patches in the intestine, etc. However, the absorption efficiency varies greatly depending on the size of silicic acid and the pH of the solution, etc. In particular, there is a problem that silicic acid cannot be efficiently taken into the body unless the size of silicic acid is appropriately controlled.
[0008] The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and its main object is to provide a healthy beverage capable of efficiently taking silicic acid into the body.
Means for Solving the Problems
[0009] One aspect of the present invention is , having characterized by containing citric acid as an organic acid, sodium hydrogen carbonate as a bicarbonate, and water-soluble silicic acid. a health drink, wherein the water-soluble silicic acid forms colloidal particles, and the health drink contains the colloidal particles having a size of 100 nm or less
Effects of the Invention
[0010] According to the present invention, it is possible to efficiently incorporate silicic acid into the body, enabling physical condition management that is essential for maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and to provide a healthy beverage that truly contributes to health building and has no adverse effects on the digestive system or mentally even when consumed regularly.
[0011] The reason is that a water-soluble silicic acid having a predetermined size or less extracted from hot spring water, spring groundwater, etc. is mixed with dissolved water in which citric acid as an organic acid and sodium hydrogen carbonate as a bicarbonate that exhibits good buffering capacity (buffering property) with respect to citric acid, and carbon dioxide gas is injected as necessary to produce a healthy beverage. Alternatively, citric acid as an organic acid and sodium hydrogen carbonate as a bicarbonate are dissolved in reformed water containing water-soluble silicic acid having a predetermined size or less, and carbon dioxide gas is injected as necessary to produce a healthy beverage.

Embodiments for Carrying Out the Invention
[0013] Czech Thermal Colonade: Vridelni Kolonada is known as the birthplace of drinking fountains. In this birthplace of drinking fountains, there is an idea of "health creation that is more precious than eating vegetables", and all the precious ones for drinking have been high-quality carbonated hot springs, which is from a historical habit dating back to 498.
[0014] Also, in the latter half of the 18th century, David Becher, a doctor in Karlsbad, discovered carbon dioxide in the waters of Karlovy Vary and advised patients to drink mineral water directly in the hot springs where the influence of carbon dioxide is the strongest.
[0015] As a result of investigating various hot springs in Japan, the inventor of the present application discovered that the water quality of Nagayu Hot Spring in Takeda City, Oita Prefecture, is similar to that of the Czech Thermal Colonade, which is the birthplace of drinking fountains. This Nagayu Hot Spring water also has a neutral pH equal to that of carbon dioxide in the waters and bicarbonate ions as the main component. Clinical trials by Keio University and others have studied that it has effects on various diseases typified by diabetes through drinking fountains. Furthermore, due to the good buffering ability of bicarbonate ions to neutralize gastric acid and promote bile secretion, etc., it is said to have the effect of activating the functions of the gastrointestinal tract, liver, and pancreas.
[0016] Therefore, the inventor of the present application focused on the effect of this bicarbonate and invented a carbonated beverage containing citric acid as an organic acid and sodium hydrogen carbonate (sodium bicarbonate) as a bicarbonate in the previous application (Patent No. 6698766). This carbonated beverage has the effect of suppressing the increase in blood glucose level by intestinal flora, but for further enhancement of functionality to cells and the like, the development of a health beverage containing fine-sized silicon with excellent absorption ability from the intestinal environment into the body as water-soluble silicic acid was carried out.
[0017] This silicic acid has effects such as moisturizing, beautifying the skin, promoting hair and nail growth, and activating skin cells. For women, it is often called the "mineral of beauty." As effects of drinking silicic acid, prevention of dementia, prevention of osteoporosis, generation of skin, nails, and collagen, improvement of immune function, and maintenance of blood vessel flexibility have been reported. Silicic acid has increased in importance in building a healthy foundation and is also used in the medical field for far-infrared radiation "cancer" treatment. Also, in the latest research, it has been reported that a deficiency of silicic acid reduces the secretion of the pineal gland and serotonin, which activate the brain, leading to "depression" and "mental anxiety," which are heart diseases.
[0018] As described above, silicic acid is absorbed in the Peyer's patches in the intestine. Furthermore, regarding the absorption of silicic acid into the human body, plants and humans have the same tendency. Plants transform 0.01% of the silicon in the soil into silicic acid by root acid, and the silicic acid moves towards the center of the root through the apoplast part consisting of the intercellular spaces and cell walls of plant tissues. Also, talc (magnesium silicate, Mg 2 SiO 4 ) used as a pharmaceutical (tablet excipient and lubricant) also undergoes further silicification by gastric acid and is useful for maintaining health. And silicic acid colloid particles help in the action of passing through human aquaporin and the intestinal wall (Peyer's patches) and detoxifying waste products in the blood.
[0019] The absorption efficiency of this silicic acid into the body varies greatly depending on the size of the silicic acid and the pH of the solution. In particular, in order to efficiently incorporate silicic acid into the body, it is important to reduce the size of the colloid particles composed of water-soluble silicic acid to 100 nm or less. In particular, as introduced in papers (Henk-Maarten Laane 2018, The Effects of Foliar Sprays with Different Silicon Compounds, Plant, 7, 45; doi:10.3390 / plants7020045), a size of 40 nm or less, which is most commonly used in foliar spraying, is also suitable for absorption from the human intestinal tract.
[0020] Therefore, the inventor of the present application mixed water-soluble silicic acid with dissolved water containing citric acid as an organic acid and sodium hydrogen carbonate (sodium bicarbonate) as a bicarbonate (or dissolved citric acid and sodium hydrogen carbonate in reformed water containing water-soluble silicic acid), and invented a healthy beverage into which carbon dioxide gas was injected as necessary.
[0021] The above water-soluble silicic acid can be extracted, for example, using a functional water production apparatus described in another prior application (Patent No. 6328403) of the inventor of the present application. By adjusting the size of the colloidal particles to 100 nm or less, particularly 40 nm or less, the absorption efficiency into the body can be significantly increased. In addition, the citric acid (slightly acidic pH 4) and mixed carbonated water (pH 2.5) of this healthy beverage help the action of transforming silicon into silicic acid.
[0022] The colloidal particles of the present invention only need to contain water-soluble silicic acid, and include colloidal particles in which water-soluble silicic acid is aggregated and colloidal particles in which other minerals are covalently bonded to water-soluble silicic acid. In addition, the size of the colloidal particles can be measured using a nanoparticle analyzer (for example, LM10 type manufactured by Malvern Instruments Ltd., UK and Custom Design Japan Co., Ltd.).
Example
[0023] To explain the above-described embodiment of the present invention in more detail, a healthy beverage according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 4. FIG. 1 is a diagram showing the correlation between the size of colloidal particles composed of water-soluble silicic acid and the absorption efficiency into the body. FIGS. 2 and 3 are diagrams showing the nanoparticle distribution and NANOSIGHT analysis results of a conventional beverage, and FIG. 4 is a diagram showing the nanoparticle distribution and NANOSIGHT analysis results of a healthy beverage containing citric acid, sodium hydrogen carbonate, and water-soluble silicic acid of the present invention.
[0024] First, an overview of the citric acid-containing carbonated beverage described in the applicant's previous application (Patent No. 6698766) will be given. This citric acid-containing carbonated beverage is a carbonated beverage that is a dissolved water containing citric acid as an organic acid and sodium hydrogen carbonate as a bicarbonate. It is a carbonated beverage in which 0.3 to 0.9 g of citric acid is dissolved in 1,000 ml of the carbonated beverage. The dissolved water is one in which sodium hydrogen carbonate is dissolved at a ratio (mass ratio) of 2 to 8 with respect to 1 of citric acid, and carbon dioxide gas is contained in the dissolved water at 1,000 to 10,000 ppm. Here, malic acid, succinic acid, fumaric acid, etc. are well-known and inexpensive as organic acids, but only citric acid has the characteristic that the intestinal absorption of silicic acid is good and the health effect is high. It is an organic acid preferably used in the present invention.
[0025] The manufacturing apparatus for this citric acid-containing carbonated beverage is, for example, an apparatus in which a tank for containing an acidic solution and a tank for containing an alkaline solution are arranged adjacent to each other and set. In the tank for containing the acidic solution, an acidic solution obtained by mixing and stirring a predetermined amount of citric acid in a predetermined amount of water is put, and in the tank for containing the alkaline solution, an alkaline solution obtained by mixing and stirring a predetermined amount of baking soda in a predetermined amount of water is put.
[0026] By using food additive grade citric acid to be mixed and dissolved in the tank for containing the acidic solution and baking soda (sodium hydrogen carbonate) to be mixed and dissolved in the tank for containing the alkaline solution, it can be made suitable for drinking.
[0027] Also, when mixing the acidic solution and the alkaline solution, make the ratio of citric acid: baking soda = 1:2 to 8 (mass ratio). If the ratio of baking soda is less than 2, citric acid and sodium hydrogen carbonate will cause a violent neutralization reaction, generating carbon dioxide gas with a bubble diameter visible to the naked eye, and most of the carbon dioxide gas will volatilize outside the liquid without dissolving in water, which is inconvenient. On the other hand, if the ratio of baking soda exceeds 8, there is the inconvenience that the solubility of the generated carbon dioxide gas in water will decrease.
[0028] Then, carbon dioxide gas is injected into the dissolved water containing citric acid and sodium bicarbonate in a ratio of 1:2 to 8 (mass ratio) in water at a concentration of 1,000 ppm to 10,000 ppm to complete the citric acid-containing carbonated beverage. If the injection amount is less than 1,000 ppm, there is a disadvantage that the total carbon dioxide gas concentration dissolved in the carbonated beverage water is insufficient to produce a blood glucose level increase inhibitory effect. On the other hand, if the injection amount exceeds 10,000 ppm, there is a disadvantage that the blood glucose level increase inhibitory effect is conversely reduced.
[0029] Next, an overview of the functional water production apparatus described in another prior application (Patent No. 6328403) of the inventor of the present application will be given. This functional water production apparatus includes a step of generating gas-liquid mixed water by nano-bubbling ozone gas in water, and a step of bringing the gas-liquid mixed water into contact with natural minerals in a mineral component elution means to elute the mineral components of the natural minerals. In the functional water production method, the volume of the mineral elution means is set by the residence time of 2 to 5 minutes of the water feed rate, and the filling amount of the natural minerals is adjusted according to the particle size or volume of the natural minerals according to the target reference value based on the potential mineral components of the water. The injection amount of the ozone gas is controlled according to the temperature of the gas-liquid mixed water so that the oxidation-reduction potential of the gas-liquid mixed water becomes 650 mV.
[0030] This functional water production apparatus is composed of, for example, a treated water introduction port for introducing treated water such as natural water, a first filtration filter for removing foreign substances in the treated water introduced from the treated water introduction port, a pressure dissolution means for nano-bubbling and dissolving ozone gas in the treated water that has passed through the first filtration filter to generate gas-liquid mixed water, a mineral elution means for bringing the gas-liquid mixed water generated by this pressure dissolution means into contact with natural minerals to elute the mineral components of the natural minerals, a second filtration filter for removing foreign substances in the gas-liquid mixed water derived from this mineral elution means, a functional water export port for exporting the gas-liquid mixed water (functional water) that has passed through this second filtration filter, and connection piping for connecting these components in series in this order.
[0031] The above-mentioned pressurized dissolution means generates gas-liquid mixed water by nano-bubbling ozone gas and dissolving it in the water to be treated. It includes an ozone generation means for generating ozone gas, a pressurizing pump for pressurizing the water to be treated, and a pressurized shear dissolution tank into which the ozone gas and the pressurized water to be treated are introduced, and which nano-bubbles the ozone gas and dissolves it in the water to be treated. This pressurized shear dissolution tank nano-bubbles (micro-bubbles) the ozone gas by the pressurized shear dissolution method and dissolves it in the water to be treated. It has an ozone gas introduction port for introducing the ozone gas generated by the ozone generation means, a pressurized water introduction port for introducing the water to be treated pressurized by the pressurizing pump, and a gas-liquid mixed water discharge port for discharging the gas-liquid mixed water generated by the pressurized shear dissolution tank. The nano-bubbles generated by this pressurized shear dissolution layer have a diameter of 200 nm or less.
[0032] Further, the above-mentioned mineral elution means elutes mineral components into the gas-liquid mixed water generated by the pressurized dissolution means, and has a mineral elution tank filled with natural minerals (natural ore containing silicate) inside. This mineral elution tank has a gas-liquid mixed water introduction port communicating with the gas-liquid mixed water discharge port of the pressurized shear dissolution tank, and a discharge port for discharging the functional water generated by eluting the mineral components into the gas-liquid mixed water.
[0033] As a method for eluting the mineral components of natural minerals into the above-mentioned gas-liquid mixed water (functional water), both chemical weathering and physical weathering can be utilized.
[0034] Chemical weathering refers to eluting mineral components contained in natural minerals into the gas-liquid mixed water by utilizing the ozone oxidation reaction by nano-bubbled ozone gas contained in the gas-liquid mixed water. The ozone oxidation reaction that causes this chemical weathering is, in the acidic region (pH < 7), oxidative decomposition due to the strong oxidizing power of ozone itself, and in the alkaline region (pH > 7), since the concentration of hydroxide ions is high, hydroxyl radicals with strong oxidizing power are generated, and it is oxidative decomposition due to the oxidizing power of this hydroxyl radical. Here, whether an oxidizing agent is easily oxidized or easily reduced is expressed as the oxidation-reduction potential (ORP). The larger the positive value, the greater the oxidizing power, and the larger the negative value, the greater the reducing power.
[0035] On the other hand, physical weathering refers to physically scraping the particles of natural minerals by the physical behavior of nano-bubbled ozone gas contained in the gas-liquid mixed water, and eluting the mineral components contained in the natural minerals. The physical behavior of the nano-bubbled ozone gas that causes this physical weathering is Brownian motion, and the speed of the Brownian motion depends on the temperature, viscosity of the liquid, and particle diameter of the nano-bubbles. Therefore, if the temperature and viscosity of the liquid are the same, the Brownian motion speed changes depending on the particle diameter of the nano-bubbles. Specifically, the smaller the nano-bubble diameter, the greater the Brownian motion speed, and the larger the nano-bubble diameter, the smaller the Brownian motion speed.
[0036] According to the functional water production device configured in this way, in the mineral elution means, both chemical weathering by the oxidation reaction of ozone and physical weathering by the behavior of nano-bubbles are used to elute mineral components from natural minerals (natural ores containing silicates) in the gas-liquid mixed water.
[0037] This application utilizes the above two prior applications to mix water-soluble silicic acid into the dissolved water in which citric acid as an organic acid and sodium bicarbonate as a bicarbonate are dissolved (or dissolve citric acid and sodium bicarbonate into the modified water containing water-soluble silicic acid), and if necessary, inject carbon dioxide gas to produce a healthy beverage, thereby adjusting the size of colloidal particles composed of water-soluble silicic acid and enhancing the absorption efficiency of silicon and other minerals into the body. For example, extracting nano-sized water-soluble silicic acid using the above functional water production device, or promoting the silicification of silicon and the refinement of silicic acid by adjusting the pressure, content, and pH of carbon dioxide gas during the manufacturing process, so that the healthy beverage contains a large amount of water-soluble silicic acid with a desired colloidal particle size.
[0038] Table 1 shows the results of comparing the number and ratio of water-soluble silicic acid particles of each size in the laboratory experiment (crushing by carbon dioxide gas) and the manufactured product (oxidation by citric acid and crushing by carbon dioxide gas). From Table 1, it can be seen that during the manufacturing process, the water-soluble silicic acid particles exhibit a turning effect due to oxidation by citric acid and crushing by carbon dioxide gas, changing to a 10-fold refinement effect (see (1) in Table 1).
[0039]
Table 1
[0040] Next, the water-soluble silicic acid added to the above dissolved water, particularly the multi-element covalent water-soluble silicic acid mineral combined with other minerals, will be described.
[0041] There are phenomena in the silicate mineral solution that remains the primordial matter during the formation period of the earth, which are considered to be inexplicable only by inorganic chemical models. That is, highly thermophilic bacteria such as Thermus and Hydrogenobacter also exist in multi-element shared silicate minerals, and this phenomenon is also an obstacle to the multi-purpose utilization of silicate mineral solutions. On the other hand, there are no traces of microorganisms in the reaction with an oxidation-reduction potential (ORP) of 650 mV or more after the ozone-nanobubble reaction using the above functional water production device, and a microorganism-inhibiting effect has also been confirmed in the multi-element shared minerals used in the present invention.
[0042] In the present invention, by utilizing this mechanism, steam heated by underground magma passing through silicate minerals and non-heated sterilized hot springs are used as raw materials for multi-element shared silicate mineral solutions. Specifically, in the non-heated sterilization process, the water at the interface shows alkalinity (pH 8.5 - 9.0) regardless of the pH of the internal water in the multi-element shared silicate mineral solution. Through the reduction effect, a compound called M(OH)n is formed on the metal surface contacted by the water. That is, through the oxidation-reduction reaction under ozone oxidation heat and high-pressure conditions, the nano-size (10 - 100 nm) is promoted, and it is modified into silicic acids such as metasilicic acid (H 2 SiO 3 ), disilicic acid (H 2 Si 2 O 5 ), orthosilicic acid (H 4 SiO 4 ). As a result, the highly active silicic acid SiO 4 groups with a size of 10 nanometers or less are amplified to form hydrates of other divalent cations and trace metal ions such as calcium silicate (Ca 2 SiO 4 ), magnesium silicate (Mg 2 SiO 4 ), potassium silicate (K 2 SiO 3 ), contributing to the replenishment of essential minerals for humans. It also contains sulfate necessary for human protein synthesis.
[0043] Therefore, it is important that consumers understand that silicon SiO 2It is understood that the higher the content of 4 (silica) is better. However, what is necessary for maintaining human health is silicic acid, not silica. Silica is an object that is disliked as waste handling (scale adhesion) in water in the business of handling water. It is necessary that silicic acid ≥ silica even when judged by environmental measurement analysis, and silicic acid drives the main reaction. For example, the drug delivery effect (hydroxyl ions) of water-soluble silicic acid SiO
[0044] is used for the intravascular transmission effect of pharmaceutical components. 4 The intravascular transmission effect of pharmaceutical components by the drug delivery effect (hydroxyl ions) of this water-soluble silicic acid SiO
[0045] will be described in detail. This treatment method uses an antibody that specifically binds only to cancer cells, attaches a substance (IR700) that causes a chemical reaction by near-infrared light to the antibody, and injects it into the body by intravenous injection. Since the antibody reaches and binds to cancer cells, when near-infrared light is irradiated there, a chemical reaction occurs and the cancer cells are destroyed. Near-infrared light is light whose wavelength is located between visible light and infrared light. For treatment, light with the shortest wavelength (700 nm) and the highest energy in the near-infrared range is used.
[0046] IR700 is a dye called phthalocyanine and has the property of absorbing the energy of near-infrared light with a wavelength of 700 nm. Therefore, the IR700 changed by the chemical reaction denatures the protein bound to the antibody irradiated on the cancer cell membrane, causing the cancer cells to be destroyed in an extremely short time of 1 to 2 minutes by losing the function of the cell membrane. This treatment method has almost no side effects and its safety has been confirmed.
[0047] This IR700 is a substance that is insoluble in water and does not enter the body. However, it utilizes silicic acid to change its property to be soluble in water, and it dissolves and is excreted in urine within one day after surgery. Therefore, it is also harmless to humans.
[0048] Thus, instead of silicon SiO 2 (silica), by utilizing water-soluble silicic acid SiO 4 , substances that are insoluble in water can also be taken into the body, contributing to the supplementation of essential minerals for humans such as calcium, magnesium, and potassium.
[0049] As shown in the following table, the manufacturing methods of water-soluble silicic acid can be roughly classified into: (1) those derived from silicate minerals (such as quartz and crystal) (Patent No. 4564086: porous spherical metasilicic acid colloid solution), (2) drinking liquids (bottled water) obtained by ultrafine pulverization of biotite porphyry or granite using strong acids such as hydrochloric acid or sulfuric acid, and (3) those called water-soluble silicic acid extracted from rice husks. On the other hand, (4) there is also a household product that modifies tap water with a silicic acid solution (0.4 ppm / hr) eluted from Amagi refractory stone, but aluminum is detected, and the drawback is that it may induce Alzheimer's. There is also (5) silica (silica 97 ppm - produced in Kobayashi City, Miyazaki Prefecture), etc. In addition, (6) is a modified product of silicate mineral water (hot spring water), which is the primary raw material used in the health drink of the present invention. It is safe as it undergoes the reaction rate-determining step in mechanical engineering at the stage of natural resource modification, including virus inactivation and bacteria sterilization.
[0050]
Table 2
[0051] For the purpose of an immune-improving drink for maintaining health, strongly alkaline (1) and (3) are unsuitable. (2) is rich in metal minerals but has little silicic acid expression. (4) has aluminum elution from the raw material and is not suitable for use by a large number of unspecified people. (5) is a commercially available drinking water, but attention needs to be paid to the obstacles of excessive drinking (such as kidney stones). (6) is a modified liquid for multi-purpose use and is composed of a safe natural resource modification device.
[0052] Next, compare the commercially available drinking water "Product Name: Nomu Shilica" in (5) of Table 2, the reformed water (denoted as hot spring reformed water) obtained by reforming the silicate mineral water (hot spring water) in (6) of Table 2, and the health drink of the present invention in which citric acid as an organic acid and sodium hydrogen carbonate as a bicarbonate are dissolved in this hot spring reformed water (denoted as adding SiO 4 bicarbonate).
[0053]
Table 3
[0054] In the environmental measurement analysis of commercially available drinking water, the silicic acid is 45 mg and the silica is 77 mg, and the silicic acid ratio (silicic acid / silica) is 45 mg / 77 mg = 58%. On the other hand, in the case of the hot spring reformed water, the silicic acid is 210 mg and the silica is 150 mg, and the silicic acid ratio is 210 / 150 = 140%. Here, as described above, since the silicic acid ratio of 100% or more (silicic acid ≥ silica) is required, it can be seen that the hot spring reformed water used in the health drink of the present invention is superior to commercially available drinking water. Incidentally, the silicic acid ratio of the Misasa Hot Spring is 22 / 60 silica = 37%. The silicic acid ratio of the Tamayu Hot Spring is 29 / 82 silica = 36%.
[0055] Also, the viscosity is 0.825 cP for the primary raw material (hot spring reformed water) with respect to 1.0 cP of general tap water, and the health drink of the present invention prepared using this hot spring reformed water shows 0.9 cP. Therefore, the health drink of the present invention is excellent in intestinal permeability and passage (absorption in aquaporin and Peyer's patches) together with the number of particles, and forms the basis for regular metabolic action.
[0056] In addition, calcium, magnesium, and potassium contained in the hot spring reformed water used in the health drink of the present invention play a role in multi-element sharing because they can sufficiently covalently bond with the highly active silicic acid SiO 4 group when divided by the silica concentration.
[0057] This multi-element shared silicate is a representative in which the structure-forming ions exhibit hydration properties, and the zeta potential of the colloidal particles generated with the increase of water-soluble silicate SiO 4 is negative in all included minerals.
[0058] The amorphization of this multi-element shared silicate can be confirmed by the Brownian motion of the colloidal particles, especially up to the particle motion approaching 10 nanosizes of inorganic substances, and this nanosize measurement range is only about 0.01 percent. In addition, somatites, which are called inorganic micro living organisms, are also measurably visible and expressed. The nanoparticle analyzer used is the LM10 type manufactured by Malvern, UK and Custom Design Japan Co., Ltd.
[0059] Figure 1 is a diagram showing the correlation between the size of colloidal particles composed of water-soluble silicate and the absorption efficiency into the body. Since water-soluble silicate can be detected as colloidal particles from 8 nm, sizes of 10 nm or more are illustrated. As shown in Figure 1, as the size of the colloidal particles increases, it becomes more difficult to be taken into the human body, and the absorption efficiency decreases. Thus, in order to efficiently take in silicate into the human body, it is preferable that the size of the colloidal particles is smaller. On the other hand, it is not easy to produce fine colloidal particles. Therefore, considering the absorption in human aquaporin and intestinal wall (Peyer's patches), it can be said that a size of 100 nm or less, particularly 40 nm or less which is most commonly used in foliar spraying, is suitable.
[0060] Next, referring to FIGS. 2 to 4, the commercially available drinking water "Product Name: Nomu Shilica" and "Product Name: Perrier, France" and the healthy drink "Product Name: Sparkling SiO 4Compare the sizes of the water-soluble silicic acids of "sodium bicarbonate". Note that the horizontal axis of the graph in (a) is the size of the colloidal particles (nm), and the vertical axis is the particle size (a.u.). The smaller the particle size distribution, the more micro colloids there are, and there is a tendency for more particles to be below the measurement limit. Also, for the graph in (b), the horizontal axis is the size of the colloidal particles (nm), and the vertical axis is the concentration (particles / ml), indicating that the larger the value on the left side, the more micro colloids there are.
[0061] Figure 2 shows the analysis results of "drinking silica". (a) is the distribution diagram of nanoparticles, and (b) is the NANOSIGHT analysis result. In the product label, the silica content is 97 mg / l, and the number of nanoparticles is 580 million particles / ml. However, it can be seen that the number of nanoparticles with a size of 40 nm or less, which are excellent for absorption in the body (the number within the area indicated by the broken line in the figure), is insufficient. Also, the pH is 7.
[0062] Figure 3 shows the analysis results of "Perrier, France". (a) is the distribution diagram of nanoparticles, and (b) is the NANOSIGHT analysis result. The number of nanoparticles is 560 million particles / ml. However, similar to the above, it can be seen that the number of nanoparticles with a size of 40 nm or less, which are excellent for absorption in the body (the number within the area indicated by the broken line in the figure), is insufficient. Also, the pH is 8.
[0063] Figure 4 shows the analysis results of "Sparkling SiO 4 sodium bicarbonate". (a) is the distribution diagram of nanoparticles, and (b) is the NANOSIGHT analysis result. The number of particles is 208 million particles / ml. However, what should be emphasized is not the silicon content (ppm), but the nanoparticles with a size that is excellent for human absorption. As shown by the broken line in the figure, it can be seen that there are many silicic acids with a size of 100 nm or less, especially 40 nm or less, which are excellent for absorption in the body. Table 4 is the integrated value of the concentration distribution in Figure 4(b), showing the number of particles, the integrated number of particles, the particle ratio %, and the integrated particle ratio % in each size range (0.5 nm pitch). From Table 4, the particle ratio of particles with a size of 100 nm or less is 75.29%, and the number of particles is 105 million particles / ml. Also, the particle ratio of particles with a size of 40 nm or less is 7.02%, and the number of particles is 9.8 million particles / ml.
[0064] In addition, sparkling SiO 4 500 cc of bicarbonate contains well-balanced mineral elements. Sodium: 9.0 mg / 0.5 l, sulfate: 8.6 mg / 0.5 l, magnesium: 6.8 mg / l, silicic acid: 4.2 mg / l, potassium: 1.84 mg / l, calcium: 0.08 mg / l, boron: 0.036 mg / l, etc. are covalently bonded with silicic acid and exist as multi-element covalent water-soluble silicate minerals. The range of 140 - 160 nm in Table 4 is considered to be the particle band where minerals other than silicon (sodium, sulfate, magnesium, potassium, calcium) are covalently bonded with silicic acid.
[0065]
Table 4
[0066] As described above, by mixing water-soluble silicic acid into the dissolved water in which citric acid as an organic acid and sodium hydrogen carbonate as a bicarbonate are dissolved (or dissolving citric acid as an organic acid and sodium hydrogen carbonate as a bicarbonate into the modified water containing water-soluble silicic acid), and if necessary, injecting carbon dioxide gas to produce a healthy beverage, silicic acid can be efficiently taken into the body.
[0067] The healthy beverage of the present invention is obtained by adding a certain amount of water-soluble minerals located at the center of multi-element covalent bonding, which is different from silicon or silica and silicic acid generally expressed, to the dissolved water in which citric acid and bicarbonate are mixed. It is an excellent high-quality healthy beverage that efficiently exerts a radical scavenging inhibitory effect against the generation of in vivo radicals.
[0068] The present invention can be easily understood in terms of its antioxidant effect in the body, which makes one less prone to fatigue. For example, in the case of cold symptoms, there is no fever, and sneezing and coughing subside the next day. Drinking the health drink of the present invention every morning will result in a diuretic effect after 2 hours, and a sense of regularity will surely be felt. Also, when consumed before meals, it has an excellent insulin effect for diabetes and maintains a good physical condition. The effects can be felt, such as improvement cases appearing in regular blood tests. The health drink of the present invention is a food with functional claims. The necessity of multi-element shared minerals was also reported in the NHK news program "Gatten" broadcast on September 4, 2019, stating that "the human body requires 60 types of metallic minerals."
[0069] Moreover, when the health drink of the present invention is consumed, immediately after consumption, the strongly acidic gastric juice and the health drink undergo a neutralization reaction, and the pH becomes in the weakly acidic range. Through the belching effect, carbon dioxide gas is expelled, and the pH becomes in the neutral range due to the characteristics of sodium bicarbonate citrate with a high buffering action, and a buffering effect that enhances the absorbability of silicic acid in the intestine is exerted. It exhibits completely different characteristics from strongly acidic products with a pH of about 2.0 to 4.8, such as strong carbonic acid, with a high concentration of carbon dioxide gas. Thus, since the health drink of the present invention adjusts the pH to 5.5 to 8.3, it can be transported to the intestine through gastric acid digestion without damaging the gastric wall itself and can obtain effects such as suppressing an increase in blood glucose level.
[0070] Note that the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and its configuration can be appropriately changed without departing from the gist of the present invention.
[0071] For example, in the above embodiment, water-soluble silicic acid was added to the dissolved water containing citric acid as the organic acid and sodium hydrogen carbonate as the bicarbonate described in the prior application (Patent No. 6698766) of the inventor of the present application to prepare a health drink. However, a health drink may also be prepared by adding water-soluble silicic acid to a solution having the same components as the above dissolved water. Also, in the above embodiment, citric acid as the organic acid and sodium hydrogen carbonate as the bicarbonate were dissolved in the hot spring modified water containing water-soluble silicic acid to prepare a health drink. However, a health drink may also be prepared by dissolving citric acid and sodium hydrogen carbonate in modified water having the same components as the above hot spring modified water (for example, modified water obtained by modifying spring groundwater).
[0072] In addition, in the above-described embodiment, water-soluble silicic acid was extracted from hot spring water using the functional water production apparatus described in another earlier application (Patent No. 6328403) of the inventor of the present application. However, as long as water-soluble silicic acid can be extracted other than by chemical synthesis, the production apparatus and the solution for extracting water-soluble silicic acid are not particularly limited.
