Summary of the Invention

Problems to be Solved by the Invention

[0004] By the way, for example, there may be a case where a wall base material having a waist wall portion having an upper end portion away from the ceiling and a sleeve wall portion extending from the waist wall portion and having the same height dimension as the waist wall portion is installed in a building. Here, the sleeve wall portion is provided on the wall base material to suppress the overturning of the waist wall portion.

[0005] Even in the case of a wall base material having such a sleeve wall portion, in a situation where a strong external force acts on the wall base material such as during an earthquake, the waist wall portion may fall in a direction opposite to the direction in which the sleeve wall portion extends. Therefore, in order to suppress the above-described overturning, a fixture may be provided on the sleeve wall portion. Specifically, the fixture has a portion fixed to the floor in a region of the column member away from the waist wall portion in order to suppress the column member provided at the end of the sleeve wall portion away from the waist wall portion from rising from the floor, and a portion that rises from the floor-fixed portion and is fixed to the side end surface of the column member.

[0006] Incidentally, a finishing material such as a gypsum board is attached to the wall base material. And in order to attach the finishing material well to the wall base material, it is preferable that predetermined base materials are arranged at each end of the wall base material.

[0007] However, when the column member provided at the end of the sleeve wall portion on the side away from the waist wall portion is fixed to the floor by the above fixture, the area on the side of the column member away from the waist wall portion is occupied by the portion fixed to the floor of the fixture. In this case, since it becomes difficult to arrange the base material at the end of the sleeve wall portion on the side away from the waist wall portion, it becomes difficult to secure a base for fixing the finishing material in the said area | region. As a result, it becomes difficult to attach the finishing material to the wall base material well.

[0008] An object of the present invention is to provide a building in which a wall base material having a waist wall portion fixed to the floor in a state separated from the ceiling can be attached to the wall base material while suppressing the fall of the waist wall portion. It is in providing the building which can perform favorably.

Means for Solving the Problems

[0009] In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a building comprising a floor and a wall base material fixed to the floor while being separated from the ceiling. The wall base material has a waist wall portion extending in a first direction in the horizontal direction and a sleeve wall portion extending in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction in the horizontal direction from the waist wall portion. The sleeve wall portion has a column member erected on the floor at an end portion of the sleeve wall portion opposite to the waist wall portion and a fixing member for fixing the column member to the floor. The fixing member has a floor fixing portion fixed to the floor in a region on the second direction side of the column member and a column fixing portion rising from an end portion of the floor fixing portion closer to the column member and fixed to the column member. The sleeve wall portion further includes a covering member that extends from the floor to a position at the same height as the column member adjacent to the column member in the second direction and covers the fixing member. The covering member has a pair of side surfaces located on the same plane as both side surfaces of the column member intersecting the first direction and an end surface connecting the end portions of the pair of side surfaces in the second direction. The building is provided such that the floor fixing portion is arranged to fit within a region surrounded by the pair of side surfaces and the end surface in a plan view.

[0010] In the present invention, the column member erected at the end portion of the sleeve wall portion opposite to the waist wall portion is fixed to the floor by the fixing member. According to this aspect, the fall of the waist wall portion can be effectively suppressed. In particular, the fall of the waist wall portion toward the side opposite to the second direction can be effectively suppressed.

[0011] Further, in the present invention, the floor fixing portion of the fixing member is fixed to the floor so as to fit within a region surrounded by the pair of side surfaces and the end surface of the covering member in a region on the second direction side of the column member. According to this aspect, the pair of side surfaces arranged on the same plane as both side surfaces of the column member intersecting the first direction and the end surface connecting the pair of side surfaces can be used as a base for attaching the finishing material. Therefore, in the present invention, even when the fixing member is arranged at the end portion of the sleeve wall portion opposite to the waist wall portion, the finishing material can be attached at the end portion.

[0012] Therefore, in the building according to the present invention, while suppressing the fall of the waist wall portion, the finishing material can be favorably attached to the wall base material.

[0013] Also, from the viewpoint of providing a base for attaching a finishing material to the end portion of the sleeve wall portion on the side opposite to the waist wall portion while suppressing the fall of the waist wall portion, while fixing the column member standing on the end portion with the above-described fixture, a configuration in which a base material connected to the column member is attached so as to be separated from the floor above the fixture in the vertical direction can also be considered. However, when taking such a configuration, since the base material is separated from the floor, it is difficult to fix the vicinity of the lower end portion of the finishing material to the base material.

[0014] On the other hand, in the present invention, a covering member extending from the floor to a position at the same height as the column member can be used as the base material. That is, in the present invention, the base for fixing the finishing material is continuously provided over the range from the floor to the upper end portion of the sleeve wall. Therefore, compared with the above-described configuration, the finishing material can be favorably attached to the wall base material.

[0015] By the way, when an earthquake or the like occurs in a situation where the wall base material is fixed to the floor by a fixing member, the floor may be damaged when the pulling force that causes the waist wall portion to fall is transmitted to the floor through the fixing member.

[0016] Therefore, the building may further include an auxiliary fixing member including an auxiliary floor fixing portion fixed to the floor in a region of the column member opposite to the second direction, and an auxiliary column fixing portion that rises from an end portion of the auxiliary floor fixing portion close to the column member and is fixed to the column member.

[0017] According to the present invention, the column member is fixed to the floor by the fixing member and the auxiliary fixing member. According to this aspect, the pulling force that causes the waist wall portion to fall is transmitted to the floor in a state of being dispersed between the fixing member and the auxiliary fixing member. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the floor from being damaged as compared with the case where the column member is fixed to the floor only by the fixing member.

[0018] In addition, in the present invention, the auxiliary floor fixing portion is fixed to the floor in a region on the side opposite to the second direction of the column member. According to this aspect, the auxiliary floor fixing member can bear the load when the waist wall portion tends to fall in the second direction.

[0019] By the way, from the viewpoint of weight reduction, the covering member according to the present invention may be formed of a shaped steel having a web portion and a flange portion. Further, from the viewpoint of improving the bending rigidity, the covering member according to the present invention may have a lip portion. Here, when the lip portion is formed over the entire length of the covering member, there is a possibility that the floor fixing portion of the fixing member comes into contact with the lower end surface of the lip portion. In this case, it becomes difficult to cover the fixing member with the covering member.

[0020] Therefore, in the building, the covering member has a web portion including the end face, a pair of flange portions each including the side face, and a pair of lip portions extending in a direction approaching each other from ends of the flange portions on the side opposite to the web portion, and it is preferable that the pair of lip portions have notch portions for forming a space for accommodating the floor fixing portion.

[0021] According to this aspect, since the space for accommodating the floor fixing portion is formed by the notch portion, it is possible to provide a covering member having a lip portion while avoiding contact between the floor fixing portion and the lip portion. Therefore, the fixing member can be well covered by the covering member while improving the bending rigidity of the covering member.

[0022] In the building, in the wall base material, the sleeve wall portion extends in the second direction from the end portion of the waist wall portion in the first direction so that a corner portion is formed by the waist wall portion and the sleeve wall portion. The wall base material stands upright on the floor and has a corner column member that constitutes a first surface facing the side opposite to the second direction at the corner portion, and a second surface that extends in the second direction from the end portion of the first surface in the first direction and constitutes a surface facing the first direction side at the corner portion. A corner floor fixing portion disposed on the floor in a region on the second direction side of the first surface and on the side opposite to the first direction of the second surface, a corner column fixing portion that rises from the end portion of the corner floor fixing portion close to the corner column member and is fixed to the corner column member, and fastening means for fastening the corner floor fixing portion to the floor. Preferably, the distance in plan view between the fastening means and the first surface is equal to or less than the length dimension in the second direction of the second surface of the corner column member.

[0023] According to the present invention, the corner column member has a first surface that constitutes a surface facing the side opposite to the second direction at the corner portion, and a second surface that extends in the second direction from the end portion of the first surface in the first direction and constitutes a surface facing the first direction side at the corner portion. According to this aspect, the first surface and the second surface of the corner column member can be used as a base for attaching a finishing material. Therefore, even when the wall base material forms a corner portion, the finishing material can be favorably attached to the wall base material.

[0024] Also, in a situation where a strong external force acts on the wall base material, such as during an earthquake, the waist wall portion may fall in the second direction. Specifically, an external force that lifts the corner column member from the floor may act on the waist wall portion, causing the waist wall portion to fall.

[0025] On the other hand, in the present invention, the corner column member is fixed to the floor by the corner floor fixing portion. According to this aspect, it is possible to suppress the fall of the waist wall portion in the second direction.

[0026] In the present invention, the wall base material is configured such that the distance between the fastening means and the first surface in a plan view is equal to or less than the length dimension in the second direction of the second surface of the corner column member. That is, by arranging the fastening means within the range of the length dimension of the second surface extending in the second direction from the first surface, the fastening means can be arranged closer to the first surface. Therefore, in the present invention, compared with the case where the wall base material is configured such that the distance between the fastening means and the first surface in a plan view is longer than the length dimension in the second direction of the second surface of the corner column member, the fall of the waist wall portion in the second direction can be effectively suppressed.

[0027] In the building, it is preferable that the column member and the covering member are constituted by members having the same cross-sectional shape and length.

[0028] According to this aspect, the same member can be used as both the column member and the covering member. Therefore, the manufacturing cost of the building according to the present invention is reduced.

Effects of the Invention

FIG. 1 is a perspective view schematically showing a wall base material 1 of a building according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is an enlarged perspective view of an end portion on the side opposite to the waist wall portion 100 of the sleeve wall portion 200 (hereinafter, may be simply referred to as the "opposite end portion"), and is a view schematically showing the opposite end portion to which the covering member 210 is not attached. FIG. 3 is an enlarged perspective view of the opposite end portion, and is a view schematically showing the opposite end portion to which the covering member 210 is attached.

[0032] The building (not shown) according to the present embodiment includes a floor FL and a wall base material 1 fixed to the floor FL in a state separated from the ceiling (not shown). The wall base material 1 is used as a base material such as a partition fixed to the floor FL in a state separated from the ceiling. As shown in FIG. 1, the wall base material 1 has a waist wall portion 100 extending in a first direction (see FIG. 1) in the horizontal direction, and a pair of sleeve wall portions 200 extending in a second direction (see FIG. 1) orthogonal to the first direction in the horizontal direction from the waist wall portion 100. In FIG. 1, only one side of the pair of sleeve wall portions 200 is shown, and the illustration of the other side is omitted. FIGS. 2 and 3 show the opposite end portion of the other sleeve wall portion 200 among the pair of sleeve wall portions 200.

[0033] For the sake of convenience of explanation, the sleeve wall portion 200 will be described first. As shown in FIG. 1, the sleeve wall portion 200 includes a lower runner 230 on the sleeve wall side installed with respect to the floor FL, an upper runner 240 on the sleeve wall side disposed directly above the lower runner 230 on the sleeve wall side, a column member 220 and a plurality of sleeve wall side strut members 270 that serve as a base material for attaching a finishing material 10 (see FIG. 5) such as a gypsum board to the sleeve wall portion 200, a fixing member 250 and an auxiliary fixing member 260 for fixing the column member 220 to the floor FL, a plurality of first fixtures 280 on the sleeve wall side and a plurality of second fixtures 290 on the sleeve wall side for fixing the sleeve wall side strut members 270 to the floor FL, and a covering member 210 for covering the fixing member 250.

[0034] The lower runner 230 on the sleeve wall side and the upper runner 240 on the sleeve wall side are for connecting the column member 220, the sleeve wall side strut member 270, and the covering member 210 in a state where the column member 220, the sleeve wall side strut member 270, and the covering member 210 are arranged at preset positions. As shown in FIG. 1, the lower runner 230 on the sleeve wall side has a bottom plate 231 extending in the second direction and a pair of lower side walls 232 extending vertically upward from the edges of the bottom plate 231 on the first direction side and the side opposite to the first direction. Also, as shown in FIG. 1, the upper runner 240 on the sleeve wall side has a top plate 241 extending in the second direction and away from the ceiling, and a pair of upper side walls 242 extending vertically downward from the edges of the top plate 241 on the first direction side and the side opposite to the first direction. In this embodiment, the column member 220, the covering member 210, and the sleeve wall side strut member 270 are attached to the lower runner 230 on the sleeve wall side and the upper runner 240 on the sleeve wall side in a state of being sandwiched between the bottom plate 231 and the top plate 241.

[0035] The column member 220 is a member that stands upright on the floor FL at the opposite end. The sleeve wall portion 200 stands upright on the floor FL with its upper end separated from the ceiling. In other words, the total dimension of the length of the column member 220 in the vertical direction, the thickness of the bottom plate 231 of the lower runner 230 on the sleeve wall side, and the thickness of the top plate 241 of the upper runner 240 on the sleeve wall side is smaller than the dimension from the floor FL to the ceiling. In this embodiment, considering lightness, strength, cost merits, etc., for example, a steel material with a C-shaped cross-section is used as the column member 220. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 2, the column member 220 includes a pair of column flange portions 221A each including a side surface 221 intersecting in the first direction, a column web portion 222A including a column end surface 222 connecting the ends of the side surfaces 221, and a pair of column lip portions 223 extending in a direction approaching each other from the ends on the opposite side of the column web portion 222A of the column flange portion 221A. However, the material and shape of the column member 220 can be appropriately changed. For example, a steel material with a substantially square tubular shape may be used as the column member 220.

[0036] In this embodiment, on at least one side of the lower wall 232 of the lower runner 230 on the sleeve wall side, at least one side surface 221 of the column member 220 and at least one sleeve wall support side surface 271 of the sleeve wall side support member 270 are in contact. Similarly, in this embodiment, on at least one side of the upper wall 242 of the upper runner 240 on the sleeve wall side, at least one side surface 221 of the column member 220 and at least one sleeve wall support side surface 271 of the sleeve wall side support member 270 are in contact. Thereby, both side surfaces 221 and a pair of sleeve wall support side surfaces 271 are located on the same plane. And both side surfaces 221 and a pair of sleeve wall support side surfaces 271 located on the same plane function as a base for attaching the finishing material 10 to the sleeve wall portion 200.

[0037] In FIG. 2, a column member 220 is shown in which a pair of column lip portions 223 are arranged to face the second direction, but the posture of the column member 220 is not limited to this. For example, although not shown, the column member 220 may be arranged such that the column end surface 222 faces the second direction.

[0038] The fixing member 250 is a member for fixing the column member 220 to the floor FL. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the fixing member 250 includes a floor fixing portion 251 fixed to the floor FL via the sleeve wall side lower runner 230 in the region on the second direction side of the column member 220, and a column fixing portion 252 that rises from the end portion of the floor fixing portion 251 closer to the column member 220 and is fixed to the column member 220.

[0039] The floor fixing portion 251 is fixed to the floor FL by, for example, a plurality of screws 255 in the region on the second direction side of the column member 220. The floor fixing portion 251 is fixed to the floor FL so as to be surrounded by a pair of side surfaces 211 and an end surface 212 of a covering member 210 described later in plan view.

[0040] The column fixing portion 252 rises from the end portion of the floor fixing portion 251 closer to the column member 220 and is fixed to the column member 220 by, for example, a plurality of screws 255. Specifically, the column fixing portion 252 is fixed to a pair of column lip portions 223. Although not shown, when the column member 220 is arranged such that the column web portion 222A faces the second direction, the column fixing portion 252 can be fixed to the column web portion 222A.

[0041] Note that the fixing methods of the floor fixing portion 251 and the column fixing portion 252 are not limited to screwing, and for example, methods such as welding may be used.

[0042] The auxiliary fixing member 260 is a member for fixing the column member 220 to the floor FL. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the auxiliary fixing member 260 includes an auxiliary floor fixing portion 261 fixed to the floor FL via the sleeve wall side lower runner 230 in the region on the side opposite to the second direction of the column member 220, and an auxiliary column fixing portion 262 that rises from the end portion of the auxiliary floor fixing portion 261 closer to the column member 220 and is fixed to the column member 220. In the present embodiment, since the configuration of the auxiliary floor fixing portion 261 is substantially the same as the configuration of the floor fixing portion 251, and the configuration of the auxiliary column fixing portion 262 is substantially the same as the configuration of the column fixing portion 252, the description thereof is omitted here.

[0043] The sleeve wall side support member 270 is a member that serves as a base material for attaching the finishing material 10 to the sleeve wall portion 200, and is a member erected on the floor FL in a region on the side opposite to the second direction of the column member 220 in the sleeve wall portion 200. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, here, the plurality of sleeve wall side support members 270 are arranged such that the sleeve wall side support members 270 and the column members 220 are aligned in a row. In the present embodiment, the sleeve wall side support member 270 has substantially the same configuration as the column member 220. Specifically, the sleeve wall side support member 270 includes a pair of sleeve wall support flange portions 271A each including a sleeve wall support side surface 271 located on the same plane as the side surface 221 of the column member 220, a sleeve wall support web portion 272A including a sleeve wall support end surface 272 connecting the ends of the sleeve wall support side surfaces 271, and a pair of sleeve wall support lip portions 273A extending in a direction approaching each other from the ends of the sleeve wall support flange portions 271A on the side opposite to the sleeve wall support web portion 272A.

[0044] The sleeve wall side first fixture 280 is a member for fixing the sleeve wall side support member 270 to the floor FL, and is a member arranged in a region on the second direction side of the sleeve wall side support member 270. In the present embodiment, since the configuration of the sleeve wall side first fixture 280 is substantially the same as the configuration of the fixing member 250, the description thereof is omitted here.

[0045] The sleeve wall side second fixture 290 is a member for fixing the sleeve wall side support member 270 to the floor FL, and is a member arranged in a region on the side opposite to the second direction of the sleeve wall side support member 270. In the present embodiment, since the configuration of the sleeve wall side second fixture 290 is substantially the same as the configuration of the auxiliary fixing member 260, the description thereof is omitted here.

[0046] As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the covering member 210 is a member adjacent to the column member 220 in the second direction and is a member for covering the fixing member 250. The covering member 210 of the present embodiment has the same cross-sectional shape and length as the column member 220. That is, the covering member 210 is a member that extends from the floor FL to a position at the same height as the column member 220 and has a C-shaped cross-sectional shape (see FIG. 4C). Specifically, as shown in FIG. 3, the covering member 210 includes a pair of flange portions 211A each including a side surface 211 located on the same plane as the side surface 221 of the column member 220, and a web portion 212A including an end surface 212 that connects the ends of the side surfaces 211 in the second direction. The side surfaces 211 and the end surface 212 cover the fixing member 250 of the covering member 210.

[0047] With reference to FIGS. 4A to 4C, the covering member 210 will be described in more detail. FIG. 4A is a front view of the covering member 210. The left direction in the drawing of FIG. 4A is the lower end side of the covering member 210, and the right direction in the drawing of FIG. 4A is the upper end side of the covering member 210. FIG. 4B is a side view of the covering member 210. FIG. 4C is a top view of the covering member 210. As shown in FIG. 4C, the covering member 210 according to the present embodiment has a pair of lip portions 213 that extend in a direction approaching each other from the ends of the flange portion 211A on the side opposite to the web portion 212A. Further, as shown in FIG. 4A, the pair of lip portions 213 has a notch portion 214 formed so as to be recessed with respect to the floor FL from the lower end surface 213S of the pair of lip portions 213.

[0048] The notch 214 has a depth dimension equal to or greater than the thickness of the floor fixing portion 251 in the vertical direction and a width dimension W1 equal to or greater than the width of the floor fixing portion 251 in the first direction, so that the contact between the lower end surface 213S of the pair of lip portions 213 and the floor fixing portion 251 is avoided. The notch 214 in the present embodiment is defined by a lower end surface 213S that slopes upward as it extends in a direction away from the flange portion 211A from the end portion on the flange portion 211A side of the pair of lip portions 213. Therefore, the portion having the above depth dimension in the gap formed between the lower end surface 213S and the bottom plate 231 constitutes the notch 214 in the present embodiment. Since the pair of lip portions 213 has the notch 214, a space is formed between the lower end surface 213S and the bottom plate 231. When covering the fixing member 250 with the covering member 210, the covering member 210 is arranged so as to accommodate the floor fixing portion 251 in the space.

[0049] Next, the waist wall portion 100 will be described. As shown in FIG. 1, the waist wall portion 100 according to the present embodiment includes a lower waist wall runner 130 installed with respect to the floor FL, an upper waist wall runner 140 disposed directly above the lower waist wall runner 130, a plurality of waist wall side support members 170 sandwiched between the lower waist wall runner 130 and the upper waist wall runner 140, and a first waist wall fixture 180 and a second waist wall fixture 190 for fixing the waist wall side support members 170 to the floor FL.

[0050] The lower waist wall runner 130 and the upper waist wall runner 140 each extend in the first direction and are for connecting a plurality of waist wall side support members 170 in a state where the plurality of waist wall side support members 170 are arranged at preset positions. Since the configurations of the lower waist wall runner 130 and the upper waist wall runner 140 are substantially the same as the configurations of the lower sleeve wall runner 230 and the upper sleeve wall runner 240, the description thereof will be omitted here.

[0051] The lumbar wall side support member 170 is a plurality of members that serve as a base material for attaching the finishing material 10 to the lumbar wall portion 100. In the present embodiment, the lumbar wall side support member 170 has substantially the same configuration as the column member 220. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 2, the lumbar wall side support member 170 includes a pair of lumbar wall support flange portions 171A each including a lumbar wall support side surface 171 orthogonal to the second direction, a lumbar wall support web portion 172A including a lumbar wall support end surface 172 connecting the ends of the lumbar wall support side surfaces 171, and a pair of lumbar wall support lip portions 173A extending in a direction approaching each other from the ends of the lumbar wall support flange portions 171A on the side opposite to the lumbar wall support web portion 172A.

[0052] In the present embodiment, at least one lumbar wall support side surface 171 of each of the plurality of lumbar wall side support members 170 abuts against at least one side of the lower side wall 132 of the lumbar wall side lower runner 130. Similarly, in the present embodiment, at least one lumbar wall support side surface 171 of each of the plurality of lumbar wall side support members 170 abuts against at least one side of the upper side wall 142 of the lumbar wall side upper runner 140. As a result, each of the pair of lumbar wall support side surfaces 171 is located on the same plane.

[0053] The lumbar wall side first fixture 180 has substantially the same configuration as the fixing member 250. The lumbar wall side second fixture 190 has substantially the same configuration as the auxiliary fixing member 260. The lumbar wall side first fixture 180 and the lumbar wall side second fixture 190 are arranged so as to sandwich the lumbar wall side support member 170 in the first direction. Thereby, when an earthquake occurs or the like, the lumbar wall portion 100 is suppressed from falling in the first direction or the direction opposite to the first direction.

[0054] Next, the corner 1C formed by the waist wall portion 100 and the sleeve wall portion 200 will be described with reference to FIGS. 5 and 6A. FIG. 5 is a plan view of the wall base material 1. FIG. 6A is a schematic enlarged view of the region VI in FIG. 5 for showing the corner 1C. For convenience of explanation, in FIGS. 5 and 6A, the illustration of the upper runner 140 on the waist wall side and the upper runner 240 on the sleeve wall side is omitted. Further, for convenience of explanation, in FIG. 6A, the waist wall side support member 170 and the sleeve wall side support member 270 are simply shown in a rectangular shape.

[0055] As shown in FIG. 5, in the present embodiment, the sleeve wall portion 200 extends in the second direction from the end portion of the waist wall portion 100 in the first direction. Thereby, the corner 1C is formed on the wall base material 1. Specifically, in the wall base material 1, the sleeve wall side support member 270 disposed at the end portion on the side opposite to the second direction of the sleeve wall portion 200 is fixed to the waist wall side support member 170 located on the most first direction side in the waist wall portion 100 and the waist wall side support member 170 located second on the first direction side in the waist wall portion 100 by screws (not shown) or the like, whereby the corner 1C is formed. By forming the corner 1C in this way, the waist wall support side surface 171 and the waist wall support end surface 172 of the waist wall side support member 170 located on the most first direction side in the waist wall portion 100 can be used as a base for attaching the finishing material 10 to the outer surface of the corner 1C. Further, the waist wall support side surface 171 of the waist wall side support member 170 located second on the first direction side in the waist wall portion 100 and the sleeve wall support side surface 271 of the sleeve wall side support member 270 disposed at the end portion on the side opposite to the second direction of the sleeve wall portion 200 can be used as a base for attaching the finishing material 10 to the inner surface of the corner 1C.

[0056] As shown in FIG. 6A, the wall base material 1 has a corner column member 300A disposed at the corner 1C. Here, among the plurality of waist wall side support members 170 of the waist wall portion 100, the waist wall side support member 170 located on the most first direction side is used as the corner column member 300A. Further, as shown in FIG. 6A, the wall base material 1 has a corner fixing member 310A for fixing the corner column member 300A to the floor FL and a fastening means 320A for fastening the corner fixing member 310A to the floor FL.

[0057] The corner column member 300A has a first surface 301A that forms a surface facing the side opposite to the second direction at the corner 1C, and a second surface 302A that extends in the second direction from the end of the first surface 301A in the first direction and forms a surface facing the first direction side at the corner 1C. Here, the waist wall support side surface 171 on the side opposite to the second direction is the first surface 301A, and the waist wall support end surface 172 is the second surface 302A. As described above, the second surface 302A extends in the second direction. Here, the dimension of the second surface 302A in the second direction is referred to as the first dimension SA1. The first dimension SA1 will be described later.

[0058] The corner fixing member 310A has a corner floor fixing portion 311A that is disposed on the floor FL in a region on the second direction side of the first surface 301A and on the side opposite to the first direction of the second surface 302A, and a corner column fixing portion 312A that rises from the end of the corner floor fixing portion 311A close to the corner column member 300A and is fixed to the corner column member 300A.

[0059] The fastening means 320A fastens the corner fixing member 310A to the floor FL. Specifically, the fastening means 320A fastens the corner floor fixing portion 311A of the corner fixing member 310A to the floor FL. Although it is not the intention to limit the fastening means 320A, for example, a plurality of screws can be used as the fastening means 320A. As shown in FIG. 6A, the fastening means 320A is separated from the first surface 301A in the second direction. Here, the distance between the fastening means 320A located closest to the first surface 301A and the first surface 301A is referred to as the first distance LA1. And in the present embodiment, the wall base material 1 is configured such that the first distance LA1 is equal to or less than the first dimension SA1. Thus, in the present embodiment, the fastening means 320A is disposed within the range of the length dimension of the second surface 302A that extends in the second direction from the first surface 301A.

[0060] Next, the features of the building and its effects will be listed.

[0061] In this embodiment, a building includes a floor FL and a wall base material 1 fixed to the floor FL while being separated from the ceiling. The wall base material 1 has a waist wall portion 100 extending in a first direction in the horizontal direction and a sleeve wall portion 200 extending in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction in the horizontal direction from the waist wall portion 100. The sleeve wall portion 200 has a column member 220 erected on the floor FL at an end portion opposite to the waist wall portion 100 of the sleeve wall portion 200 and a fixing member 250 for fixing the column member 220 to the floor FL. The fixing member 250 has a floor fixing portion 251 fixed to the floor FL in a region on the second direction side of the column member 220 and a column fixing portion 252 rising from an end portion on the side close to the column member 220 of the floor fixing portion 251 and fixed to the column member 220. The sleeve wall portion 200 further includes a covering member 210 that extends from the floor FL to a height position equivalent to that of the column member 220 adjacent to the column member 220 in the second direction and covers the fixing member 250. The covering member 210 has a pair of side surfaces 211 located on the same plane as both side surfaces 221 intersecting the first direction of the column member 220 and an end surface 212 connecting the ends of the pair of side surfaces 211 in the second direction. A building is provided in which the floor fixing portion 251 is arranged so as to fit within a region surrounded by the pair of side surfaces 211 and the end surface 212 in a plan view.

[0062] In this embodiment, the column member 220 erected at the end portion opposite to the waist wall portion 100 of the sleeve wall portion 200 is fixed to the floor FL by the fixing member 250. According to this aspect, the fall of the waist wall portion 100 can be effectively suppressed. In particular, the fall of the waist wall portion 100 toward the side opposite to the second direction can be effectively suppressed.

[0063] In addition, in the building according to the present embodiment, the floor fixing portion 251 of the fixing member 250 is fixed to the floor FL so as to be accommodated in a region surrounded by a pair of side surfaces 211 and an end surface 212 of the covering member 210 in a region on the second direction side of the column member 220. According to this aspect, a pair of side surfaces 211 disposed on the same plane as both side surfaces 221 intersecting the first direction of the column member 220, and an end surface 212 connecting these pair of side surfaces 211 can be used as a base for attaching the finishing material 10. Therefore, in the present embodiment, even if the fixing member 250 is disposed at an end portion opposite to the waist wall portion 100 of the sleeve wall portion 200, the finishing material 10 can be attached to the end portion.

[0064] Therefore, in the building according to the present embodiment, while suppressing the overturning of the waist wall portion 100, the finishing material 10 can be favorably attached to the wall base material 1.

[0065] Also, from the viewpoint of providing a base for attaching the finishing material 10 to an end portion opposite to the waist wall portion 100 of the sleeve wall portion 200 while suppressing the overturning of the waist wall portion 100, while fixing the column member 220 erected at the end portion with the above-described fixture, a base material connected to the column member 220 so as to be separated from the floor FL upward in the vertical direction of the fixture can be considered. However, when such a configuration is adopted, since the base material is separated from the floor FL, it is difficult to fix the vicinity of the lower end portion of the finishing material 10 to the base material.

[0066] On the other hand, in the building according to the present embodiment, the covering member 210 extending from the floor FL to a position at the same height as the column member 220 can be used as a base material. That is, in the present embodiment, the base for fixing the finishing material 10 is continuously provided over the range from the floor FL to the upper end portion of the sleeve wall. Therefore, compared with the above-described configuration, the finishing material 10 can be favorably attached to the wall base material 1.

[0067] By the way, when an earthquake or the like occurs in a situation where the wall base material 1 is fixed to the floor FL by the fixing member 250, the pulling force that causes the waist wall portion 100 to fall may be transmitted to the floor FL through the fixing member 250, and the floor FL may be damaged.

[0068] Therefore, the building according to the present embodiment may further include an auxiliary floor fixing portion 261 fixed to the floor FL in a region on the side opposite to the second direction of the column member 220, and an auxiliary column fixing portion 262 that rises from an end portion on the side close to the column member 220 of the auxiliary floor fixing portion 261 and is fixed to the column member 220.

[0069] According to the present embodiment, the column member 220 is fixed to the floor FL by the fixing member 250 and the auxiliary fixing member 260. According to this aspect, the pulling force that causes the waist wall portion 100 to fall is transmitted to the floor FL in a state of being dispersed between the fixing member 250 and the auxiliary fixing member 260. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the floor FL from being damaged as compared with the case where the column member 220 is fixed to the floor FL only by the fixing member 250.

[0070] Further, in the present embodiment, the auxiliary floor fixing portion 261 is fixed to the floor FL in a region on the side opposite to the second direction of the column member 220. According to this aspect, the auxiliary floor fixing portion 261 can bear the load when the waist wall portion 100 is about to fall in the second direction.

[0071] By the way, from the viewpoint of weight reduction, the covering member 210 according to the present embodiment may be formed of a shaped steel having a web portion 212A and a flange portion 211A. Further, from the viewpoint of improving the bending rigidity, the covering member 210 according to the present embodiment may have a lip portion 213. Here, when the lip portion 213 is formed over the entire length of the covering member 210, there is a possibility that the floor fixing portion 251 of the fixing member 250 and the lower end surface 213S of the lip portion 213 come into contact with each other. In this case, it becomes difficult to cover the fixing member 250 with the covering member 210.

[0072] Therefore, in a building, the covering member 210 has a web portion 212A including an end face 212, a pair of flange portions 211A each including a side face 211, and a pair of lip portions 213 extending in a direction approaching each other from ends of the flange portions 211A on the side opposite to the web portion 212A. It is preferable that the pair of lip portions 213 have a notch portion 214 for forming a space in which the floor fixing portion 251 is accommodated.

[0073] According to this aspect, since the space in which the floor fixing portion 251 is accommodated is formed by the notch portion 214, the covering member 210 having the lip portion 213 can be provided in a state where contact between the floor fixing portion 251 and the lip portion 213 is avoided. Therefore, the fixing member 250 can be satisfactorily covered by the covering member 210 while improving the bending rigidity of the covering member 210.

[0074] In a building, in the wall base material 1, the sleeve wall portion 200 extends in the second direction from the end portion in the first direction of the waist wall portion 100 so that the corner portion 1C is formed by the waist wall portion 100 and the sleeve wall portion 200. The wall base material 1 is erected on the floor FL and has a corner column member 300A that constitutes a first surface 301A facing the side opposite to the second direction at the corner portion 1C, and a second surface 302A that extends in the second direction from the end portion in the first direction of the first surface 301A and constitutes a surface facing the first direction side at the corner portion 1C. A corner floor fixing portion 311A disposed on the floor FL in a region on the second direction side of the first surface 301A and on the side opposite to the first direction of the second surface 302A, a corner column fixing portion 312A that rises from an end portion of the corner floor fixing portion 311A close to the corner column member 300A and is fixed to the corner column member 300A, and fastening means 320A for fastening the corner floor fixing portion 311A to the floor FL. It is preferable that the distance between the fastening means 320A and the first surface 301A in a plan view is equal to or less than the length dimension in the second direction of the second surface 302A of the corner column member 300A.

[0075] According to this embodiment, the corner column member 300A has a first surface 301A that constitutes a surface facing the side opposite to the second direction at the corner 1C, and a second surface 302A that extends in the second direction from an end portion of the first surface 301A in the first direction and constitutes a surface facing the first direction side at the corner 1C. According to this aspect, the first surface 301A and the second surface 302A of the corner column member 300A can be used as a base for attaching the finishing material 10. Therefore, even when the wall base material 1 forms the corner 1C, the finishing material 10 can be favorably attached to the wall base material 1.

[0076] Further, in a situation where a strong external force acts on the wall base material 1, such as during an earthquake, the waist wall portion 100 may fall in the second direction. Specifically, there is a risk that the waist wall portion 100 may fall when an external force that lifts the corner column member 300A from the floor FL acts on the waist wall portion 100.

[0077] In contrast, in this embodiment, the corner column member 300A is fixed to the floor FL by the corner floor fixing portion 311A. According to this aspect, it is possible to suppress the fall of the waist wall portion 100 in the second direction.

[0078] Moreover, in the wall base material 1 according to this embodiment, the wall base material 1 is configured such that the distance in plan view between the fastening means 320A and the first surface 301A is equal to or less than the length dimension in the second direction of the second surface 302A of the corner column member 300A. That is, by arranging the fastening means 320A within the range of the length dimension of the second surface 302A extending in the second direction from the first surface 301A, the fastening means 320A can be arranged closer to the first surface 301A. Therefore, in this embodiment, compared with the case where the wall base material 1 is configured such that the distance in plan view between the fastening means 320A and the first surface 301A is longer than the length dimension in the second direction of the second surface 302A of the corner column member 300A, it is possible to effectively suppress the fall of the waist wall portion 100 in the second direction.

[0079] In a building, it is preferable that the column member 220 and the covering member 210 are constituted by members having the same cross-sectional shape and length.

[0080] According to this aspect, the same member can be used as both the column member 220 and the covering member 210. Therefore, the manufacturing cost of the building according to the present embodiment is reduced.

[0081] (Other embodiments) Here, other embodiments of the present invention will be described.

[0082] In the above embodiment, an example in which the waist wall side column member 170 located on the most first direction side of the waist wall portion 100 functions as a corner column member at the corner 1C has been described. However, the configuration example of the corner 1C is not limited to this.

[0083] With reference to FIG. 6B, other configuration examples of the corner 1C will be described. FIG. 6B is a schematic diagram showing an example in which the corner 1C is configured by a configuration different from that of FIG. 6A. For convenience of explanation, in FIG. 6B, the illustration of the upper runner 140 on the waist wall side and the upper runner 240 on the sleeve wall side is omitted. Also, for convenience of explanation, in FIG. 6B, the waist wall side column member 170 and the sleeve wall side column member 270 are shown in a rectangular shape in a simplified manner.

[0084] As shown in FIG. 6B, in the present embodiment, the corner 1C is formed by joining the waist wall portion 100 so as to abut in the first direction against the end portion of the sleeve wall portion 200 on the side opposite to the second direction. Further, the wall base material 1B according to the present embodiment has a corner column member 300B disposed at the corner 1C. Here, among the plurality of sleeve wall side column members 270 included in the sleeve wall portion 200, the sleeve wall side column member 270 located on the side most opposite to the second direction is used as the corner column member 300B. Further, the wall base material 1B has a corner fixing member 310B for fixing the corner column member 300B to the floor FL, and fastening means 320B for fastening the corner fixing member 310B to the floor FL.

[0085] The corner column member 300B is a member having a first surface 301B that constitutes a surface facing the side opposite to the second direction at the corner 1C, and a second surface 302B that extends in the second direction from an end portion of the first surface 301B in the first direction and constitutes a surface facing the first direction side at the corner 1C. Here, the end face 272 of the sleeve wall support is the first surface 301B, and the side face 271 of the sleeve wall support on the first direction side is the second surface 302B. As described above, the second surface 302B extends in the second direction. Here, the dimension of the second surface 302B in the second direction is referred to as a first dimension SB1. The first dimension SB1 will be described later.

[0086] The corner fixing member 310B has a corner floor fixing portion 311B that is disposed on the floor FL in a region on the second direction side of the second surface 302B and on the side opposite to the first direction of the second surface 302B, and a corner column fixing portion 312B that rises from an end portion of the corner floor fixing portion 311B close to the corner column member 300B and is fixed to the corner column member 300B.

[0087] The fastening means 320B fastens the corner fixing member 310B to the floor FL. Specifically, the fastening means 320B fastens the corner floor fixing portion 311B of the corner fixing member 310B to the floor FL. Although it is not the intention to limit the fastening means 320B, for example, a plurality of screws can be used as the fastening means 320B. As shown in FIG. 6B, the fastening means 320B is separated from the first surface 301B in the second direction. Here, the distance between the fastening means 320B located closest to the first surface 301B and the first surface 301B is referred to as a first distance LB1. And in the present embodiment, the wall base material 1 is configured such that the first distance LB1 is longer than the first dimension SB1.

[0088] Thus, in the wall base material 1B according to the present embodiment, compared with the wall base material 1 according to the above embodiment, the distance between the fastening means and the first surface becomes longer. Therefore, from the viewpoint of suppressing the fall toward the side opposite to the second direction of the waist wall portion 100, it is preferable to configure the wall base material 1 as described in the above embodiment.
