BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
[0016] Hereinafter, the body brush 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the body brush 1 according to the present embodiment includes a substantially circular brush part 2 provided with a large number of hair materials (stiff hairs 5 and soft hairs 6 described later), a handle part 3 extending from the brush part 2, and a grip part 4 formed at the tip of the handle part 3.
[0017] In the body brush 1 according to the present embodiment, the brush part 2, the handle part 3, and the grip part 4 other than the hair materials are formed of resin. However, it is also possible to configure these members to be formed of metal or wood.
[0018] As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3(a), in the brush part 2, first brush parts 5a·5a··· in which a large number of stiff hairs 5 as the first hair materials are implanted are formed in the central part. Further, in the brush part 2, three brush bodies 6a·6a·6a in which a large number of soft hairs 6 as the second hair materials are denser than the stiff hairs 5 of the first brush part 5a are formed as the second brush part. Each brush body 6a has a tuft brush welded to the brush part 2. In the present specification, "the hair materials are dense" means that the interval between adjacent hair materials is smaller.
[0019] In the body brush 1 according to the present embodiment, as the material of the stiff bristles 5, synthetic fibers (modacrylic fibers) made from a copolymer of acrylonitrile and vinyl chloride are adopted. Further, as the material of the soft bristles 6, polybutylene terephthalate fibers that are softer than the stiff bristles 5 are adopted. Note that the materials of the stiff bristles 5 and the soft bristles 6 in the present embodiment are not limited, and other materials can also be adopted. Further, in the present embodiment, the hardness of the stiff bristles 5 and the soft bristles 6 is changed by changing the material, but it is also possible to adopt a configuration in which the hardness is changed by changing the thickness of the same material.
[0020] As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3(a), in the body brush 1 according to the present embodiment, the three brush bodies 6a, 6a, 6a are arranged surrounding the first brush portions 5a, 5a,.... In this way, in the body brush 1, the second brush portion is divided into three brush bodies 6a, 6a, 6a. Further, each brush body 6a is formed in the same shape.
[0021] In the body brush 1 according to the present embodiment, a gap G is formed between the three brush bodies 6a, 6a, 6a. Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the soft bristles 6 provided on the three brush bodies 6a, 6a, 6a close the gap G at the tip portions.
[0022] In the present embodiment, in the grip portion 4 connected to the brush portion 2, a locked portion 4a that is a hole communicating with the grip portion 4 is formed. As shown in FIG. 2, when the body brush 1 is not in use, the locked portion 4a can be locked to the hook H attached to the wall W.
[0023] In the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 3(a) and (b), one of the gaps G is formed on the opposite side of the handle portion 3 in the brush portion 2. That is, one of the gaps G is arranged on the opposite side of the locked portion 4a in the brush portion 2. For this reason, when the locked portion 4a is locked to the hook H when storing the body brush 1 as shown in FIG. 2, one of the gaps G is arranged below the brush portion 2.
[0024] As described above, in the body brush 1 according to the present embodiment, the brush part 2 includes a first brush part 5a, 5a,... in which a large number of stiff bristles 5 are implanted, and three brush bodies 6a, 6a, 6a which are a second brush part in which a large number of soft bristles 6 are denser than the first brush part 5a. And the brush bodies 6a, 6a, 6a are arranged surrounding the first brush parts 5a, 5a,....
[0025] As described above, in the body brush 1 according to the present embodiment, by arranging the brush bodies 6a, 6a, 6a in which the soft bristles 6 are denser as the second brush part on the outer peripheral part of the brush part 2, when using the body brush 1, the texture of the part that touches most of the skin can be improved. On the other hand, by implanting the stiff bristles 5 coarser than the second brush part in the first brush part 5a which is the central part of the brush part 2, it is possible to increase the water drainage. Thus, according to the body brush 1 according to the present embodiment, it is possible to improve the touch feeling of the brush part 2 and to improve the water drainage.
[0026] Also, in the body brush 1 according to the present embodiment, the soft bristles 6 which are the second hair material use a softer material than the stiff bristles 5 which are the first hair material. Thereby, the texture when using the body brush 1 can be further improved.
[0027] Also, in the body brush 1 according to the present embodiment, the second brush part is configured to be divided into three brush bodies 6a, 6a, 6a. Thereby, since the brush bodies 6a can be assembled to the brush part 2 all at once, the manufacturing process of the body brush 1 can be simplified.
[0028] Also, in the body brush 1 according to the present embodiment, the three brush bodies 6a, 6a, 6a are formed in the same shape. Thereby, since the shapes of the brush bodies 6a can be made common, the manufacturing process of the body brush 1 can be further simplified.
[0029] Further, in the body brush 1 according to the present embodiment, a gap G is formed between the three brush bodies 6a, 6a, 6a. Thereby, the moisture flowing out from the first brush part 5a which is the central part of the brush part 2 can be discharged to the outside from the gap G. That is, it is possible to further improve the drainage of the brush part 2.
[0030] Further, in the body brush 1 according to the present embodiment, the soft bristles 6 provided on the three brush bodies 6a, 6a, 6a close the gap G at the tip. Thereby, since no gap is generated in the portion that contacts most of the skin when using the body brush 1, the texture of the brush part 2 can be improved.
[0031] Further, in the body brush 1 according to the present embodiment, a gripping part 4 having a locked part 4a formed thereon is connected to the brush part 2, and one of the gaps G is arranged on the opposite side of the locked part 4a in the brush part 2. Thereby, when the locked part 4a is locked to the hook H when storing the body brush 1 as shown in FIG. 2, since one of the gaps G is arranged on the lower side of the brush part 2, moisture can be efficiently discharged downward from the lower gap G. That is, it is possible to further improve the drainage of the brush part 2.
[0032] Next, with reference to FIGS. 4(a) and (b), the body brush 11 according to the second embodiment of the present invention and the body brush 21 according to the third embodiment will be described. As shown in FIG. 4(a), the body brush 11 according to the second embodiment of the present invention includes a substantially circular brush part 12 provided with a large number of hair materials (stiff bristles 15 and soft bristles 16 described later), a handle part 13 extending from the brush part 12, and a gripping part (not shown).
[0033] In the body brush 11 according to the present embodiment, a first brush part in which a large number of stiff bristles 15, which are the first hair material, are implanted is formed in the central part of the brush part 12. Further, in the brush part 12, four brush bodies in which a large number of soft bristles 16, which are the second hair material, are denser than the stiff bristles 15 of the first brush part are formed as the second brush part.
[0034] This embodiment is different only in the number of brush bodies compared with the above-described first embodiment. Thus, in the body brush 11 according to this embodiment, by arranging four brush bodies with dense soft bristles 16 on the outer peripheral portion of the brush part 12 as the second brush part, the texture of the part that touches most of the skin when using the body brush 11 can be improved. On the other hand, by implanting the hard bristles 15 thicker than those of the second brush part in the first brush part which is the central part of the brush part 12, it becomes possible to improve the water drainage. Thus, even when four brush bodies are arranged as the second brush part as in the body brush 11 according to this embodiment, it is possible to improve the touch feeling of the brush part 12 and to improve the water drainage.
[0035] Also, in the body brush 11 according to this embodiment as shown in Fig. 4(a), when the locked part is locked to the hook when storing the body brush 11, one of the gaps G is arranged below the brush part 12. For this reason, since moisture can be efficiently discharged downward from the lower gap G, it becomes possible to improve the water drainage of the brush part 12.
[0036] As shown in Fig. 4(b), the body brush 21 according to the third embodiment of the present invention includes a substantially elliptical brush part 22 provided with a large number of hair materials (hard bristles 25 and soft bristles 26 described later), and an annular locked part 23 formed on the brush part 22.
[0037] In the body brush 21 according to this embodiment, a first brush part in which a large number of hard bristles 25 which are the first hair material are implanted is formed in the central part of the brush part 22. Also, in the brush part 22, four brush bodies in which a large number of soft bristles 26 which are the second hair material are denser than the hard bristles 25 of the first brush part are formed as the second brush part.
[0038] This embodiment is different in the shapes of the brush part 22 and the locked part 23 compared with the above-described second embodiment. Thus, the body brush 21 according to this embodiment is configured not to include the handle part 3 and the gripping part 4 in the first embodiment, and is configured such that the user holds and uses the brush part 22.
[0039] Also in this embodiment, by arranging four brush bodies with dense soft bristles 26 on the outer peripheral portion of the brush part 22 as the second brush part, when using the body brush 21, the texture of the part that touches most of the skin can be improved. On the other hand, by implanting the hard bristles 25 thicker in the first brush part which is the central part of the brush part 22 than in the second brush part, it becomes possible to enhance water drainage. Thus, even in a configuration without a handle part and a gripping part like the body brush 21 according to this embodiment, it is possible to improve the touch feeling of the brush part 22 and to achieve good water drainage.
[0040] Also, as shown in FIG. 4(b) in the body brush 21 according to this embodiment, when the engaged part 23 is locked to the hook when storing the body brush 21, one of the gaps G is arranged below the brush part 22. For this reason, since moisture can be efficiently discharged downward from the lower gap G, it becomes possible to improve the water drainage of the brush part 22.
[0041] Next, with reference to FIGS. 5(a) to (c), the body brush 31 according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention, the body brush 41 according to the fifth embodiment, and the body brush 51 according to the sixth embodiment will be described. As shown in FIGS. 5(a) to (c), in the body brushes 31 to 51 according to the fourth to sixth embodiments of the present invention, in the brush part 2, a recess is formed in the central part by forming the length of the hair material in the central part shorter compared to the periphery.
[0042] Specifically, as shown in FIG. 5(a), by forming the length of the hair material in the central part of the hard bristles 5 constituting the first brush parts 5a, 5a,... shorter compared to the periphery, a recess is formed in the central part of the first brush parts 5a, 5a,.... Thereby, when using the body brush 31, bubbles are likely to remain in the recess, so that the cleaning ability by the body brush 31 can be improved.
[0043] Note that the method of forming a recess in the central portion of the brush part 2 is not limited to the configuration of the body brush 31 according to the fourth embodiment. For example, like the body brush 41 according to the fifth embodiment shown in FIG. 5(b), it is also possible to form a recess overall in the first brush parts 5a, 5a,... and the second brush parts 6a, 6a, 6a.
[0044] Also, like the body brush 51 according to the sixth embodiment shown in FIG. 5(c), it is possible to form a recess in the first brush parts 5a, 5a,... and form the second brush parts 6a, 6a, 6a in a convex shape. Thus, as long as the configuration is such that bubbles are likely to remain in the recess of the brush part 2, the shape can be other shapes different from this embodiment.
