Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a decorative molded body that has a small number of parts and can be weight-reduced and is interesting.

Background Art

[0002] For compact containers, lipstick containers, etc. that contain cosmetics, not only functionality but also design properties such as a good appearance and a design that reflects the product image are required. In order to meet such requirements, for example, an unevenness is formed on the surface of the lid portion of a transparent compact container, and a decorative resin sheet provided with a color pattern at a portion corresponding to the unevenness from the back surface is adhered so that the color pattern can be seen from the unevenness, and the unevenness and the color pattern are made into one design (three-dimensional pattern) and are on the market.

[0003] The surface of the lid portion is usually colored opaque except for the corresponding unevenness in order to make the three-dimensional pattern stand out. The coloring of the lid portion needs to be sufficiently resistant to daily use such as repeated opening and closing.

[0004] On the other hand, in order to align and integrate the unevenness of the transparent molded body and the color pattern of the decorative resin sheet, due to the structure of the adhering device that adheres the decorative resin sheet to the transparent molded body, the transparent molded body needs to be plate-shaped. That is, as shown in Patent Document 1, when a rising wall extends at the edge of the back surface of the transparent molded body, the movement of the pressing head of the adhering device is obstructed by the rising wall, so that the decorative resin sheet cannot be adhered up to the base of the rising wall. Therefore, for a transparent molded body with a rising wall extending, it was not possible to obtain a product with the decorative resin sheet adhered to the entire back surface.

[0005] In view of the above situation, in order to attach a decorative resin sheet to a transparent molded body having a rising wall at the edge, as shown in Patent Document 2, the following contrivance was necessary. That is, as shown in FIG. 15, first, a plate-shaped decorative molded body 30 having convex portions Q formed on its surface is produced, and a decorative resin sheet 35 having a pattern P formed thereon in alignment with the convex portions Q of the decorative molded body 30 is attached to the back surface thereof by an attaching device. Separately from this, a lid frame body 33 having a hinge portion 32 and having a frame shape surrounding the periphery of the decorative molded body 30 is prepared, and the decorative molded body 30 is fitted into the lid frame body 33 to form a lid body 31 of a compact container 37 (see FIG. 16).

Summary of the Invention

Problems to be Solved by the Invention

[0007] However, in this case, in order to obtain the lid body 31, two members, namely, the lid frame body 33 having the hinge portion 32 and the plate-shaped decorative molded body 30, are required, and the manufacturing is laborious and costly. For this reason, even if there is a rising wall such as the hinge portion 32, there is a demand for the development of a decorative molded body composed of a single product that has the same excellent effects as those in Patent Document 2 without making that portion a separate member.

[0008] The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a decorative molded body in which a rising wall is extended at an edge, which can achieve further weight reduction and lower manufacturing cost of the decorative molded body and can impart a desired design.

Means for Solving the Problems

[0009] The inventor has conducted intensive research to solve the above problems. That is, when using the one in Patent Document 2 as the lid body, the structure of the two members of the decorated molded body and the lid frame body is adopted. When a transparent surface plate constituting the decorated molded body with a rising edge is adopted, the rising part of the transparent surface plate becomes an obstacle during the bonding of the decorated resin sheet, and the decorated resin sheet cannot be bonded up to the edge of the transparent surface plate (at the base of the rising wall). This is because the three-dimensional pattern forming part of the transparent surface plate and the colored layer forming part of the decorated resin sheet cannot be integrated in a state where they are accurately aligned. Therefore, as a result of repeated research, the inventor has found that by devising the predetermined length from the base of the rising wall to the opposite edge on the back surface of the transparent molded body and the height of the rising wall, even if a transparent surface plate with a rising wall extending at the edge is adopted, the decorated resin sheet can be bonded up to the base of the rising wall. Furthermore, as a result of further research, the inventor has found that a more interesting design can be obtained by integrally forming the design on the surface of the transparent molded body using the decorated resin sheet, and thus arrived at the present invention.

[0010] That is, the present invention provides the following [1] to [8]. [1] A decorated molded body including a transparent molded body having convex portions on its surface, a first decorated resin sheet integrally provided on the surface of the transparent molded body, and a second decorated resin sheet adhered to the back surface of the transparent molded body, wherein at least a part of the convex portions of the transparent molded body is formed transparently, and a rising wall is extended at least in part of the edge of its back surface, the second decorated resin sheet has a pattern corresponding to the transparent convex portions of the transparent molded body, and is adhered to the back surface of the transparent molded body in contact with the base of the rising wall on the back surface of the transparent molded body or with a gap of within 3 mm from the rising wall, and the pattern of the second decorated resin sheet can be visually recognized through the transparent convex portions of the transparent molded body. [2] The decorative molded body according to [1], wherein the ratio (H / L) of the height H of the rising wall to the length L from the base of the rising wall to the opposite edge on the back surface of the transparent molded body satisfies the following formula (1). 0.05 ≦ (H / L) ≦ 1 ··· (1) [3] The decorative molded body according to [1] or [2], wherein the rising wall has a protruding portion protruding toward the inside of the transparent molded body, and the ratio (T / H) of the protruding length T of the protruding portion to the height H of the rising wall satisfies the following formula (2). 0.01 ≦ (T / H) ≦ 1 ··· (2) [4] The decorative molded body according to any one of [1] to [3], wherein as the first decorative resin sheet, a portion corresponding to at least a part of the convex portions on the surface of the transparent molded body is formed to be transparent. [5] The decorative molded body according to any one of [1] to [4], wherein as the second decorative resin sheet, a portion corresponding to at least a part of the convex portions on the surface of the transparent molded body is formed as a through hole. [6] A decorative molded body including a transparent molded body having convex portions on its surface, a first decorative resin sheet integrally provided on the surface of the transparent molded body, and a second decorative resin sheet adhered to the back surface of the transparent molded body, wherein the first decorative resin sheet integrally provided on at least a part of the convex portions of the transparent molded body is removed by laser irradiation, and the convex portion surface of the transparent molded body is exposed. The transparent molded body has a rising wall extending at least in part at the edge of its back surface. The second decorative resin sheet has a pattern corresponding to the portion where the convex portion surface of the transparent molded body is exposed, and is adhered to the back surface of the transparent molded body in contact with the base of the rising wall on the back surface of the transparent molded body or with a gap of 3 mm or less from the rising wall, so that the pattern of the second decorative resin sheet can be visually recognized from the portion where the convex portion surface of the transparent molded body is exposed. [7] The decorative molded body according to [6], wherein the ratio (H / L) of the height H of the rising wall to the length L from the base of the rising wall to the opposite edge on the back surface of the transparent molded body satisfies the following formula (3). 0.05 ≦ (H / L) ≦ 1 ··· (3) [8] The rising wall has a protruding portion that protrudes toward the inside of the transparent molded body, and the ratio (T / H) of the protruding length T of the protruding portion to the height H of the rising wall satisfies the following formula (4), the decorated molded body according to [6] or [7]. 0.01 ≦ (T / H) ≦ 1 ··· (4)

Effect of the Invention

[0011] The decorated molded body of the present invention is an integrally molded product having a rising wall, and a decorative resin sheet is adhered up to the base of the rising wall. It is interesting in combination with the surface design of the transparent molded body. Moreover, even when it is used as a member having a rising wall, the number of parts can be reduced, and the overall weight can be reduced.

Embodiments for Carrying Out the Invention

[0013] Next, embodiments for carrying out the present invention will be described. However, the present invention is not limited to the following embodiments.

[0014] FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a decorative molded body according to an embodiment of the present invention used as a lid body 1 for a compact container. FIG. 2 is an explanatory view showing a state of the back surface of the lid body 1 viewed from below. FIG. 3 is a view showing a state of the lid body 1 of FIG. 2 viewed from the side (in the direction of the white arrow) in a state where it is inverted from the front to the back, and FIG. 4 is an X-X cross-sectional view of the lid body 1 of FIG. 2. In these figures, illustration of an adhesive layer 9 (see FIG. 11) described later is omitted.

[0015] First, in FIG. 1, 2 is a container body of a compact container. At the edge of the back surface of the lid body 1, as shown in FIG. 2, a hinge portion 3 (rising wall) for attaching to the container body 2 and a claw 7 (rising wall) for engaging with the container body 2 are extended. This hinge portion 3 is connected to the rear end portion (not shown) of the container body 2 so that the lid body 1 can be attached to the container body 2 in an openable and closable manner.

[0016] The lid 1 includes a transparent molded body 5 having a convex portion A on its surface, a first decorative resin sheet 4 integrally provided on the surface of the transparent molded body 5, and a second decorative resin sheet 6 adhered to the back surface of the transparent molded body. The first decorative resin sheet 4 is integrally provided on its surface by insert molding or the like simultaneously with the molding of the transparent molded body 5. Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the second decorative resin sheet 6 is adhered to the back surface of the transparent molded body 5 with a gap W1 of 0.3 mm from the hinge portion 3 and a gap W2 of 0.3 mm from the claw 7 in a state where the pattern B4 of the second decorative resin sheet 6 corresponding to the convex portion of the transparent molded body 5 is accurately aligned, via an adhesive layer 9 (see FIG. 11(b)). The transparent molded body 5, the first decorative resin sheet 4, and the second decorative resin sheet 6 constituting the lid 1 will be described below.

[0017] [Transparent Molded Body] The transparent molded body 5 is a transparent resin molded product made of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) having a convex portion A formed on its surface, and its shape is shown in FIGS. 6(a) and 6(b). FIG. 6(a) is a plan view of the transparent molded body 5, and FIG. 6(b) is a front view thereof.

[0018] On the surface of the transparent molded body 5, a convex portion A with a motif such as a plant is formed. As shown in FIG. 6(c) schematically showing a cross-section of that portion, the first decorative resin sheet 4 is integrally provided except for a partial region C of the convex portion A. A three-dimensional silver pattern B1, a blue base pattern B2, and a white pearl base pattern B3 derived from the first decorative resin sheet 4 appear. Further, since the decorative resin sheet 4 is formed opaque, the opposite side of the transparent molded body 5 can be seen through only from the region C. Therefore, the pattern B4 of the second decorative resin sheet 6 adhered to the back surface thereof can be visually recognized from the convex portion A set in the region C.

[0019] In the present invention, "transparent" means having a high light transmittance and allowing the opposite side to be seen through, and shall include so-called "translucent" as long as the opposite side can be seen through. Further, "opaque" means having a low light transmittance and making it difficult to visually recognize the state of the opposite side, and does not necessarily require a transmittance of 0%.

[0020] As shown in FIG. 4, the length L of the back surface of the transparent molded body 5 is designed to be 55 mm, and the height H1 of the hinge portion 3 of the transparent molded body 5 is designed to be 10 mm from its bottom surface (the back surface of the transparent molded body). The length L of the back surface of the transparent molded body 5 is the length from the base of the hinge portion 3 to the opposite edge on the back surface of the transparent molded body 5. When, as in the above embodiment, the hinge portion 3 and the claw 7 face each other with the entire portion where the second decorative resin sheet 6 is to be adhered to the back surface of the transparent molded body in between, the distance from the base of the hinge portion 3 to the base of the claw 7 corresponds to the back surface length L. The hinge portion 3 has a protruding portion 3' that protrudes from the tip of the hinge portion 3 toward the inside of the transparent molded body 5, and the protruding length T of the protruding portion 3' is designed to be 2.5 mm.

[0021] And it is preferable that the ratio (H / L) of the height H of the rising wall to the length L of the back surface of the transparent molded body from the base of the rising wall to the opposite edge satisfies the following formula (1). Further, it is more preferable that the gap W1 between the second decorative resin sheet 6 and the hinge portion 3 and the gap W2 between the second decorative resin sheet 6 and the claw 7 are within the range of 0 to 3 mm. Here, H refers to the highest one (in this embodiment, the height H1 of the hinge portion 3) when the transparent molded body 5 has a plurality of rising walls. 0.05 ≦ (H / L) ≦ 1 ··· (1)

[0022] The height H1 (see Fig. 4) of the hinge portion 3 (rising wall) of the above-mentioned transparent molded body 5 is not particularly limited, but is usually 5 to 30 mm, preferably 6 to 10 mm. On the other hand, the height H2 of the above-mentioned claw 7 (rising wall) is also not particularly limited, but is usually 3 to 10 mm, preferably 5 to 7 mm. When the height of the rising wall is within the above range, it will be excellent in usability and portability as a compact container.

[0023] The length L of the back surface of the above-mentioned transparent molded body 5 (the entire portion where the second decorative resin sheet 6 is to be adhered) is not particularly limited, but is usually 30 to 100 mm. When the length L is within the above range, it will be excellent in usability and portability as a compact container.

[0024] The ratio (H1 / L) of the height H1 of the hinge portion 3 to the length L of the back surface of the above-mentioned transparent molded body 5 is preferably designed to satisfy the following formula (1'), more preferably 0.05 to 1, and even more preferably 0.07 to 0.2. When the ratio (H1 / L) is within the above range, the adhesion of the second decorative resin sheet 6 is performed more beautifully, and the obtained decorated molded body becomes more interesting. 0.05 ≦ (H1 / L) ≦ 1 ··· (1')

[0025] The protruding length T of the protruding portion 3' protruding from the tip of the hinge portion 3 toward the inside of the above-mentioned transparent molded body 5 is not particularly limited, but is usually 0.5 to 5 mm. When the protruding length T is within the above range, the adhesion of the second decorative resin sheet 6 is performed more beautifully, and the obtained decorated molded body becomes more interesting.

[0026] The ratio (T / H1) of the protruding length T of the protruding portion 3' to the height H1 of the hinge portion 3, that is, the ratio of the protruding length T of the protruding portion 3' to the height H of the rising wall (T / H) is not particularly limited, but preferably satisfies the following formula (2). When the above ratio (T / H) satisfies the following formula (2), the attachment of the second decorative resin sheet 6 is performed more beautifully, and the obtained decorated molded body becomes more interesting. 0.01 ≦ (T / H) ≦ 1 ··· (2)

[0027] [First Decorative Resin Sheet] The first decorative resin sheet 4 integrally provided on the surface of the transparent molded body 5 has an opaque white pearl base pattern B3 and a blue base pattern B2, as shown in its plan view in FIG. 7, and is a resin sheet with a silver three-dimensional pattern B1 with a plant or the like as a motif. The region C corresponding to the transparent convex portion A of the transparent molded body 5 is formed in a through hole 46, as shown in a schematic cross section in FIG. 9(a).

[0028] As a method of integrating the first decorative resin sheet 4 with the transparent molded body 5, for example, there is a method of previously setting the first decorative resin sheet 4 as an insert material in a mold and integrating the first decorative resin sheet 4 with the surface of the transparent molded body 5 simultaneously with the molding of the transparent molded body 5.

[0029] More specifically, the transparent molded body 5 integrally provided with the first decorative resin sheet 4 can be obtained, for example, by insert molding using a mold 41 schematically shown in FIG. 8. This mold 41 is composed of a cavity mold 42 and a core mold 43, and a plurality of recesses 44 for forming the convex portion A on the surface of the transparent molded body 5 are provided on the mold surface of the cavity mold 42.

[0030] Then, using the mold 41, with the concave portion 44 and the through-hole 46 of the first decorative resin sheet 4 aligned with the mold surface of the cavity mold 42, the molten resin is injected from the center gate 45 disposed in the core mold 43 by a method of sucking with a vacuum mechanism (not shown). As shown in the cross-sectional view of FIG. 6(c), the first decorative resin sheet 4 covers the surface other than the region C, and a transparent molded body 5 can be obtained in which the convex portion A is exposed as it is without being covered by the first decorative resin sheet 4 in the region C. In this product, since the convex portion A integrally provided on the transparent molded body 5 partially raises the first decorative resin sheet 4, and in the region C, it protrudes from the through-hole 46 of the first decorative resin sheet 4, an appearance full of three-dimensionality can be realized. Further, since the end surface of the through-hole 46 of the first decorative resin sheet 4 is stretched by the heat and pressure during insert molding, a complicated color pattern appears when looking through the transparent convex portion A of the transparent molded body 5, and a more interesting design can be realized.

[0031] Further, as the first decorative resin sheet 4, as shown in FIG. 9(b), a sheet in which a portion 47 corresponding to the region C of the transparent molded body 5 is formed transparently can be used. In this case, by setting the concave portion 44 and the transparent portion 47 of the first decorative resin sheet 4 in an aligned state, as shown in the schematic cross-sectional view of FIG. 10, a transparent molded body 5 in which a portion corresponding to the region C is covered with the transparent portion 47 of the first decorative resin sheet 4 can be obtained. Since the convex portion A of the transparent molded body 5 is covered with the first decorative resin sheet 4 in this product, the occurrence of cracks and chips can be effectively suppressed. Further, by simply forming the plurality of transparent portions 47 of the first decorative resin sheet 4 in different colors for each portion, a more complicated three-dimensional pattern can be easily realized. Furthermore, when the first decorative resin sheet 4 made of a material having a refractive index different from that of the transparent molded body 5 is overlaid, when looking through the transparent convex portion A of the transparent molded body 5 at the opposite surface, the refraction of light becomes more complicated, and the way the pattern B4 of the second decorative resin sheet 6 disposed on the opposite surface is seen becomes more interesting.

[0032] Furthermore, as the first decorative resin sheet 4, as shown in FIG. 9(c), a sheet that does not particularly provide a portion corresponding to region C of the transparent molded body 5 may be used. After integrally molding the transparent molded body 5 and the first decorative resin sheet 4, a portion 48 of the first decorative resin sheet 4 provided at a location corresponding to region C may be removed using a laser or the like (see FIG. 10). In this case, even if the location corresponding to region C is small, it can be accurately formed. Also, if the degree of removal by a laser or the like is varied, the transparency will have light and dark variations, and more complex light reflection can be obtained, thus realizing a more interesting design.

[0033] [Second Decorative Resin Sheet] As shown in the plan view of FIG. 11(a), the second decorative resin sheet 6 adhered to the transparent molded body 5 has a pattern B4 (a portion b1 of a pink petal pattern and a portion b2 of a purple fruit pattern) corresponding to a part (region C) of the convex portion A of the transparent molded body 5 formed by offset printing on the surface of a hologram sheet 8 based on silver. And as shown in FIG. 11(b), which is a Y - Y cross - sectional view of FIG. 11(a), an adhesive layer 9 is provided on the surface of the hologram sheet 8 (the surface having the pattern B4), and due to the adhesive force of the adhesive layer 9, the second decorative resin sheet 6 is adhered to the back surface of the transparent molded body 5.

[0034] As the adhesive layer 9, various transparent adhesives can be used. Among them, using epoxy - based, polyurethane - based, modified acrylic resin - based, or hot - melt - based adhesives is preferable in terms of the adhesiveness and thin - film properties between the second decorative resin sheet 6 and the transparent molded body 5. Also, from the viewpoint of excellent work efficiency, a double - sided tape or the like having transparency instead of an adhesive may be used.

[0035] In order to obtain the lid body 1 by adhering the second decorative resin sheet 6 to the back surface of the transparent molded body 5, for example, a second decorative resin sheet 6 having an adhesive layer 9 is prepared. As schematically shown in FIG. 12, the convex portion A of the transparent molded body 5 is aligned with the pattern B4 of the second decorative resin sheet 6. As shown in FIG. 13, leaving a gap W1 of 3 mm from the hinge portion 3, the second decorative resin sheet 6 is adhered to the back surface of the transparent molded body 5 by utilizing the adhesive force of the adhesive layer 9 using an adhering device. Thereby, the lid body 1 which is one embodiment of the decorated molded body of the present invention can be obtained.

[0036] Conventionally, due to the structure of the adhering device, when adhering the second decorative resin sheet 6 to the back surface of the transparent molded body 5 having rising walls such as the hinge portion 3 and the claws 7 so as to be close to the base of these rising walls, it has been difficult to make the pressing head of the adhering device enter between these rising walls and operate normally. For this reason, the second decorative resin sheet 6 has been adhered from a location away from these rising walls, and it has not been possible to adhere the second decorative resin sheet 6 up to the base of these rising walls. However, the present inventor has found that by improving the operation and the shape itself of the pressing head of the adhering device, it becomes possible to make it enter between these rising walls and operate normally, and thus has arrived at the present invention. Further, by integrally providing the first decorative resin sheet 4 on the surface of the transparent molded body 5, the durability and the design property are improved, and a more interesting decorated molded body can be obtained.

[0037] In the lid body 1, the gap W1 (see FIG. 4) between the hinge portion 3 of the decorated molded body 5 and the second decorative resin sheet 6 is preferably in the range of 0 to 3 mm, and more preferably in the range of 0 to 1 mm. When the gap W1 is within the above range, the width of the design becomes wider, for example, the convex portion A can be formed on the entire surface of the transparent molded body 5. Further, since the convex portion A of the transparent molded body 5 and the pattern B4 of the second decorative resin sheet 6 can be more accurately aligned as preset, a more precise and beautiful design can be realized in the lid body 1.

[0038] The above gap W1 is, for example, as shown in FIG. 5. When the hinge portion 3 has a step 3a, the step 3a is regarded as a rising wall, and the length from the base thereof to the end of the surface where the second decorative resin sheet 6 is adhered. That is, the above gap W1 is measured based on the rising portion (the step 3a in this embodiment) rising from the placement surface of the second decorative resin sheet 6. When the length from the base of the rising wall such as the hinge portion 3 to the end of the second decorative resin sheet 6 is non-uniform, the shortest length (the length at the location where the gap width is the narrowest) is taken as the gap W1.

[0039] According to this configuration, the second decorative resin sheet 6 is adhered to almost the entire back surface of the transparent molded body 5 with only a very narrow gap of 3 mm or less between the hinge portion 3 extending from the edge of the back surface of the transparent molded body 5 and the gap W1. Therefore, it is possible to form the convex portion A at almost any location in almost the entire area of the surface of the transparent molded body 5, and the degree of freedom in design is increased. Further, since the second decorative resin sheet 6 is accurately adhered to the appropriate position with respect to the transparent molded body 5, the pattern B4 of the second decorative resin sheet 6 accurately corresponds to the convex portion A (region C) of the transparent molded body 5, and the pattern B4 and the base color of the second decorative resin sheet 6 (a hologram sheet 8 based on silver) can be visually recognized through the transparent molded body 5 from the convex portion A (region C), realizing a beautiful design. Moreover, the surface of this lid body 1 is provided with a first decorative resin sheet 4 integrally provided with the transparent molded body 5, which partially covers the convex portion A of the transparent molded body 5 to give a complex appearance. From the portion not covered by the first decorative resin sheet 4, the complex color pattern below appears, realizing a more interesting design.

[0040] In the above embodiment, a resin molded product made of PET is used as the transparent molded body 5, but other synthetic resins or the like can also be used. Among them, it is preferable to use PET, polymethyl methacrylate resin (PMMA), acrylonitrile-styrene resin (AS), acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene resin (ABS), or polypropylene (PP) in terms of moldability, durability, and light weight. Further, the transparent molded body 5 does not have to be colorless as long as it is transparent, and it may be colored.

[0041] In the above embodiment, the first decorative resin sheet 4 is colored opaque white pearl, blue, and silver, but it may be colored in other colors. Further, as the material of the first decorative resin sheet 4, PET, AS, PP, or the like can be selected and used.

[0042] In the above embodiment, a hologram sheet 8 with a silver tone is used as the base of the second decorative resin sheet 6, but its color may be other than silver, or a sheet other than the hologram sheet may be used. For example, when using PET, PMMA, AS, ABS, PP, etc., it is preferable in terms of moldability, durability, and light weight. Further, its thickness is usually 100 to 250 μm.

[0043] The pattern B4 of the second decorative resin sheet 6 described above may be any as long as it corresponds to the transparent region C of the transparent molded body 5, and it may be provided by a method other than offset printing. Further, a portion that is intentionally not colored may be provided with the intention of showing the base (hologram sheet 8) of the decorative resin sheet 6 as it is. This enables a more interesting design.

[0044] In the above embodiment, the first decorative resin sheet 4 is integrally provided on the surface of the transparent molded body 5, and the region C is set as a part of the convex portion A, but it is not limited thereto. The region C may be set for the entire convex portion A, or may be set for a portion other than the convex portion A.

[0045] In the above embodiment, the shape of the lid body 1 is substantially rectangular in plan view, but the shape is not limited, and for example, it may be a square shape, a circular shape, an elliptical shape, a pentagonal shape, a hexagonal shape, an octagonal shape, or the like. Even in these shapes, the shortest length from the rising wall such as the hinge portion 3 to the end of the second decorative resin sheet 6 is set as the gap W1.

[0046] In the above embodiment, in order not to create any gap W1 from the base of the hinge portion 3 or to make the gap W1 within 3 mm, as described above, the ratio (H1 / L) of the height H1 of the hinge portion 3 to the length L from the base of the hinge portion 3 on the back surface of the transparent molded body 5 to the opposite edge is set within a predetermined range, and for example, the shape of the pressing head of the sticking device may be a pressing head 10 having a substantially fan-shaped side view as shown in Fig. 14(a). Thus, when the shape of the pressing head 10 is devised, the pressing head 10 can operate without being obstructed by the hinge portion 3, so that the second decorative resin sheet 6 can be stuck with a very narrow gap W1 as set.

[0047] Also, for example, the shape of the pressing head 10 of the sticking device may be a shape that widens toward the front in side view as shown in Fig. 14(b). Even in this shape, the pressing head 10 can operate without being obstructed by the hinge portion 3, so that the second decorative resin sheet 6 can be stuck with a very narrow gap W1 as set.

[0048] In the above embodiment, the decorative molded body is used for the lid body of a compact container (a container for storing cosmetics), but it is not limited thereto. For example, it can be used for a mobile phone cover, a small item case, etc., which have a rising wall and are preferably decorated.
