Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
[0009] Hereinafter, a mode for carrying out a glove for a hand device according to the present disclosure (hereinafter referred to as “embodiment”) will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. Note that the present disclosure is not limited by this embodiment.
[0010] In addition, each embodiment can be appropriately combined within a range that does not conflict with the processing content. In the following embodiments, the same parts are denoted by the same reference numerals, and redundant explanations are omitted.
[0011] Also, the drawings are schematic, and it should be noted that the dimensional relationships of the respective elements, the ratios of the respective elements, etc. may be different from the actual ones. Furthermore, there may be parts where the dimensional relationships and ratios are different between the drawings.
[0012] <An example of a hand device> First, an example of the configuration of a hand device 100 to which the glove 1 for a hand device according to the embodiment (see FIG. 4) can be applied will be described with reference to FIG. 1. FIG. 1 is a diagram showing an example of the configuration of the hand device 100 according to the embodiment.
[0013] The hand device 100 according to the embodiment is a device having a clamping function for gripping and releasing a workpiece (not shown) to be clamped. The hand device 100 is used, for example, when moving a workpiece from one location to another by being attached to a moving mechanism (not shown) such as a robot arm or a linear guide.
[0014] As shown in FIG. 1, the hand device 100 according to the embodiment includes a main body portion 101 and a plurality of clamping pieces 102. The main body portion 101 is directly attached to a moving mechanism such as a robot arm or a linear guide. The main body portion 101 is attached to this moving mechanism so as to be rotatable, for example.
[0015] In FIG. 1, the main body portion 101 is surrounded by a dashed line for easy understanding of its range. That is, the portion of the hand device 100 surrounded by the dashed line is the main body portion 101.
[0016] A plurality (two in the figure) of clamping pieces 102 are provided movably and detachably with respect to the main body portion 101. The clamping piece 102 is detachably attached to the main body portion 101 at the connection portion 103. The clamping piece 102 has, for example, a male screw structure at the base end portion and is fixed to the main body portion 101 by being screwed into the female screw structure provided at the connection portion 103.
[0017] Also, the clamping piece 102 is configured to be movable to a predetermined position by controlling a drive mechanism such as a motor provided in the main body portion 101. For example, the main body portion 101 has a plurality (two in the figure) of link mechanisms, and the plurality (two in the figure) of clamping pieces 102 are attached to each link mechanism.
[0018] Then, the hand device 100 can grasp and release a workpiece by driving the link mechanism using the motor so as to open and close the plurality of clamping pieces 102.
[0019] Note that the hand device 100 shown in FIG. 1 is merely an example of a hand device, and the hand device to which the glove for a hand device of the present disclosure is applied is not limited to the example of FIG. 1. For example, the hand device to which the glove for a hand device of the present disclosure is applied may have three or more clamping pieces.
[0020] <Mounting Process and Configuration of Glove for Hand Device> Next, an example of the mounting process and configuration of the glove 1 for a hand device according to the embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 2 to 7. FIGS. 2 and 3 are diagrams for explaining an example of the mounting process of the glove 1 for a hand device according to the embodiment.
[0021] As shown in FIG. 2, in the mounting process of the glove 1 for the hand device according to the embodiment, first, a plurality of jigs 30 are attached to the hand device 100. Such a plurality of jigs 30 are part of the members constituting the glove 1 for the hand device, and are made of a metal material such as stainless steel, for example.
[0022] As shown in FIG. 2, the plurality of jigs 30 are each configured to be attachable between the main body portion 101 and the plurality of clamping pieces 102. The jig 30 has, for example, a cylindrical shape or an elliptical cylindrical shape, and has a male screw structure corresponding to the female screw structure of the connecting portion 103 at one end, and a female screw structure corresponding to the male screw structure of the clamping piece 102 at the other end.
[0023] Then, one end of the jig 30 is screwed to the connecting portion 103, and the clamping piece 102 is screwed to the other end of the jig 30, so that the jig 30 is mounted between the main body portion 101 and the clamping piece 102.
[0024] Note that the fixing method between the connecting portion 103 and the jig 30 and the fixing method between the jig 30 and the clamping piece 102 are not limited to screwing, and various known fixing methods may be used.
[0025] In the mounting process according to the embodiment, after the plurality of jigs 30 are attached, as shown in FIG. 3, the first covering portion 10 is mounted. Such a first covering portion 10 is part of the members constituting the glove 1 for the hand device.
[0026] The first covering portion 10 has a glove main body portion 11 and a plurality of deviating portions 12. The glove main body portion 11 is substantially the same shape as the main body portion 101 of the hand device 100. The plurality of deviating portions 12 are integrally formed with the glove main body portion 11 and each deviate from the glove main body portion 11 with the connecting portion 103 of the hand device 100 as a reference point. The deviating portion 12 has, for example, substantially the same shape as a part of the jig 30, for example, a cylindrical shape or an elliptical cylindrical shape.
[0027] The entire first covering portion 10 is in the shape of a bag with an opening at the mounting portion for the moving mechanism and the portion corresponding to the jig 30. And the first covering portion 10 is attached to cover the entire main body portion 101 in the glove main body portion 11 and to cover a part of the connection portion 103 side in each of the plurality of jigs 30 in the plurality of deviation portions 12. At this time, the tip portion 12a (see FIG. 5) of the deviation portion 12 is positioned adjacent to the jig 30.
[0028] The first covering portion 10 is made of a material having elasticity. The first covering portion 10 is composed of, for example, fibers such as natural fibers and synthetic fibers. Examples of the natural fibers used for the first covering portion 10 include cotton, kapok, hemp, and wool.
[0029] Examples of the synthetic fibers used for the first covering portion 10 include nylon, vinylon, vinylidene, polyvinyl chloride, polyester, polyurethane, rayon, cupra, acetate, acrylic, polypropylene, polyethylene, fluorine-based, polyvinylidene chloride, aramid fiber, cellulose, and glass fiber.
[0030] Also, a resin film may be formed on the outer surface 10a (see FIG. 5) of the first covering portion 10. Examples of the resin composition constituting this film include rubber latex or resin emulsion.
[0031] Examples of the rubber latex used for the film include rubber latex of natural rubber (NR). Also, examples of the resin emulsion used for the film include thermosetting resins or thermoplastic resins.
[0032] Examples of such thermosetting resins include acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR), styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR), ethylene-propylene rubber (EPM, EPDM), hydrogenated NBR (H-NBR), ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), butyl rubber (IIR), butadiene rubber (BR), chloroprene rubber (CR), chlorosulfonated polyethylene (CSM), isoprene rubber (IR), chlorinated polyethylene (CPE), nitrile-isoprene rubber (NIR), acrylic rubber (ACM), silicone rubber (Si), fluororubber (FPM), etc. These can be used alone or in combination.
[0033] Examples of such thermoplastic resins include polyvinyl chloride resin (PVC), acrylic resin (ACR), urethane resin (PU), polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polystyrene (PS), polyvinyl butyral (PVB), polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), polyvinyl acetate (PVAc), chlorinated polyether, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer (AS), ABS, polyacetal (PA), nylons, celluloses, polycarbonate (PC), phenoxy, polyester (PETP), fluororesin, etc. These can be used alone or in combination.
[0034] Thus, the glove 1 for a hand device according to the embodiment can protect the main body portion 101 from various liquids (such as water or oil) by having a resin film on the outer surface 10a of the first covering portion 10.
[0035] The resin film formed on the outer surface 10a of the first covering portion 10 may be a single layer or may be composed of a plurality of layers within a range that does not inhibit the operation of the hand device 100. For example, the resin film may have a two-layer structure of a surface layer (the layer in direct contact with the workpiece) and a lower layer (the layer formed on the fiber), or may further have an intermediate layer to form a three-layer structure.
[0036] In this way, by forming the resin coating on the outer surface 10a with a plurality of layers, the number of pinholes in the resin coating can be reduced, so that various liquids in the working environment can be prevented from penetrating to the main body 101.
[0037] Furthermore, for the purpose of improving the adhesion with the resin coating, the base of the first covering portion 10 made of fiber may be subjected to various surface treatments such as cleaning the material, raising the fluff, or adding additives.
[0038] Also, the inner surface 10b (see FIG. 5) of the first covering portion 10 may be subjected to an anti-slip process. For example, a patch-shaped anti-slip sheet made of an elastic material such as rubber may be disposed on the inner surface 10b. In this way, by subjecting the inner surface 10b to an anti-slip process, the slipping of the first covering portion 10 can be suppressed, and good followability with respect to the glove 1 for the hand device can be ensured.
[0039] The description of the mounting process of the glove 1 for the hand device according to the embodiment will be continued. FIG. 4 is a diagram showing an example of the mounting process of the glove 1 for the hand device according to the embodiment and an example of the configuration of the glove 1 for the hand device.
[0040] In the mounting process according to the embodiment, following the mounting of the first covering portion 10 described above, as shown in FIG. 4, a plurality of second covering portions 20 are respectively mounted on the plurality of holding pieces 102. Such a plurality of second covering portions 20 are part of the members constituting the glove 1 for the hand device.
[0041] A part of the second covering portion 20 is substantially the same shape as the holding piece 102 of the hand device 100. Also, the remaining part of the second covering portion 20 is substantially the same shape as a part of the jig 30, for example, cylindrical or elliptical. The whole of the second covering portion 20 is in a bag shape with an opening at a portion corresponding to the jig 30.
[0042] Then, the second covering portion 20 is mounted so as to cover the entire clamping piece 102 and a part of the jig 30 on the side of the clamping piece 102. Further, the second covering portion 20 is mounted such that the base end portion 20c (see FIG. 5) and the tip end portion 12a of the deviating portion 12 (see FIG. 5) overlap each other.
[0043] As described above, in the embodiment, the glove 1 for the hand device is divided into the first covering portion 10 and the plurality of second covering portions 20. Thereby, when the contact portion with the workpiece is damaged due to repeated clamping processing of the workpiece or the like, only the second covering portion 20 including such a damaged portion can be replaced.
[0044] Furthermore, in the embodiment, the first covering portion 10 has, in addition to the glove main body portion 11 that covers the main body portion 101, a plurality of cylindrical deviating portions 12 that deviate from such a glove main body portion 11. Thereby, a sufficient overlapping portion can be secured between the deviating portion 12 of the first covering portion 10 and the second covering portion 20.
[0045] Therefore, according to the embodiment, since the gap between the first covering portion 10 and the second covering portion 20 can be reduced, the protection characteristics of the glove 1 for the hand device can be improved.
[0046] Also, in the embodiment, the glove 1 for the hand device may have a plurality of jigs 30 respectively mounted between the main body portion 101 and the plurality of clamping pieces 102. Thereby, at the portion where the jig 30 is provided, the deviating portion 12 of the first covering portion 10 and the second covering portion 20 can be sufficiently overlapped.
[0047] Therefore, according to the embodiment, since the gap between the first covering portion 10 and the second covering portion 20 can be reduced, the protection characteristics of the glove 1 for the hand device can be improved.
[0048] In addition, in the embodiment, the jig 30 may be cylindrical or elliptical columnar. If the jig 30 is polygonal columnar, a gap will occur between the jig 30 and the deviating portion 12 (or the second covering portion 20) near the corner portion existing on the side surface of the jig 30.
[0049] On the other hand, in the embodiment, by making the jig 30 cylindrical or elliptical columnar, the gap between the jig 30 and the deviating portion 12 (or the second covering portion 20) can be further reduced. Therefore, according to the embodiment, the protection characteristics of the glove 1 for the hand device can be further improved.
[0050] In addition, in the embodiment, the deviating portion 12 may be cylindrical or elliptical cylindrical. Thereby, the gap between the jig 30 and the deviating portion 12 can be further reduced. Therefore, according to the embodiment, the protection characteristics of the glove 1 for the hand device can be further improved.
[0051] In addition, in the embodiment, the inner diameter of the tip portion 12a (see FIG. 5) of the deviating portion 12 may be smaller than the inner diameter of other portions (for example, the base end portion, etc.) of the deviating portion 12. Thereby, at the tip portion 12a of the deviating portion 12, the gap between the jig 30 and the deviating portion 12 can be further reduced. Therefore, according to the embodiment, the protection characteristics of the glove 1 for the hand device can be further improved.
[0052] The second covering portion 20 is made of a material having elasticity. The second covering portion 20 includes, for example, fibers such as natural fibers and synthetic fibers. Specific examples of the fibers used for the second covering portion 20 include, for example, the same materials as those of the above-described first covering portion 10.
[0053] In addition, a resin film may be formed on the outer surface 20a (see FIG. 5) of the second covering portion 20. Examples of the resin composition constituting this film include rubber latex or resin emulsion.
[0054] Specific examples of these rubber latexes or resin emulsions include, for example, materials similar to those of the above-described first coating portion 10.
[0055] As described above, the glove 1 for a hand device according to the embodiment has a resin film on the outer surface 20a of the second coating portion 20, so that the clamping piece 102 can be protected from various liquids and a work wetted with various liquids can be stably clamped.
[0056] The resin film formed on the outer surface 20a of the second coating portion 20 may be a single layer or may be composed of a plurality of layers within a range that does not inhibit the operation of the hand device 100. For example, this resin film may have a two-layer structure of a surface layer (a layer in direct contact with the work) and a lower layer (a layer formed on the fiber), or a middle layer may be further provided to form a three-layer structure.
[0057] By configuring the resin film on the outer surface 20a with a plurality of layers in this way, the pinholes in the resin film can be reduced, so that it is possible to suppress various liquids in the working environment from penetrating to the clamping piece 102.
[0058] Furthermore, for the purpose of improving the adhesion to the resin film, the base body of the second coating portion 20 made of fiber may be subjected to various surface treatments such as washing the material, raising the lint, or adding an additive.
[0059] Also, the inner surface 20b (see FIG. 5) of the second coating portion 20 may be subjected to an anti-slip process. For example, a patch-shaped anti-slip sheet made of an elastic material such as rubber may be disposed on the inner surface 20b. By subjecting the inner surface 20b to an anti-slip process in this way, the slipping of the second coating portion 20 can be suppressed, and good followability with respect to the glove 1 for a hand device can be ensured.
[0060] In addition, in the embodiment, the material of the first covering portion 10 and the material of the second covering portion 20 may be different. Thereby, various characteristics such as the elasticity and protective characteristics required for the first covering portion 10 and various characteristics such as the elasticity and protective characteristics required for the second covering portion 20 can be optimized individually.
[0061] Therefore, according to the embodiment, the overall characteristics of the glove 1 for a hand device can be improved.
[0062] Also, in the embodiment, the state of the inner surface 10b of the first covering portion 10 and the state of the inner surface 20b of the second covering portion 20 may be different. Thereby, the surface state required for the inner surface 10b of the first covering portion 10 and the surface state required for the inner surface 20b of the second covering portion 20 can be optimized individually.
[0063] Therefore, according to the embodiment, the overall characteristics of the glove 1 for a hand device can be improved.
[0064] FIG. 5 is an enlarged cross-sectional view showing an example of the configuration of the overlapping portion between the deviating portion 12 and the second covering portion 20 according to the embodiment. As shown in FIG. 5, in the embodiment, the tip portion 12a of the deviating portion 12 and the base end portion 20c of the second covering portion 20 overlap each other so that the base end portion 20c of the second covering portion 20 is on the outside.
[0065] And in the embodiment, by bending the tip portion 12a of the deviating portion 12 inward, the thickness of such tip portion 12a may be larger than the thickness of other portions (for example, the base end portion, etc.) of the deviating portion 12.
[0066] In this way, by bending the tip portion 12a of the deviating portion 12 inward, the inner surface 12a1 of the tip portion 12a will have a resin coating with less unevenness, similar to the outer surface 10a of the first covering portion 10. And in the embodiment, the inner surface 12a1 of the tip portion 12a having the resin coating is in direct contact with the outer surface 30a of the jig 30.
[0067] As a result, compared with the case where the inner surface 10b of the first covering portion 10, which is subjected to anti-slip processing with irregularities, and the outer surface 30a of the jig 30 are brought into direct contact at the tip portion 12a of the deviating portion 12, the gap between the contact surfaces can be reduced. Therefore, according to the embodiment, the protection characteristics of the glove 1 for the hand device can be improved.
[0068] Note that the configuration of the overlapping portion between the deviating portion 12 and the second covering portion 20 is not limited to the example of FIG. 5. FIGS. 6 and 7 are enlarged cross-sectional views showing another example of the configuration of the overlapping portion between the deviating portion 12 and the second covering portion 20 according to the embodiment.
[0069] As shown in FIG. 6, in the present disclosure, the tip portion 12a of the deviating portion 12 may overlap with each other so as to be outside the base end portion 20c of the second covering portion 20.
[0070] And in the example of FIG. 6, similarly to the above-described embodiment, the tip portion 12a of the deviating portion 12 is bent inward, so that the thickness of such tip portion 12a may be larger than the thickness of other portions (for example, the base end portion, etc.) of the deviating portion 12.
[0071] In this way, by bending the tip portion 12a of the deviating portion 12 inward, the inner surface 12a1 of the tip portion 12a will have a resin coating with few irregularities, similar to the outer surface 10a of the first covering portion 10. And in the embodiment, the inner surface 12a1 of the tip portion 12a having the resin coating and the outer surface 20a of the second covering portion 20 are in direct contact.
[0072] As a result, compared with the case where the inner surface 10b of the first covering portion 10, which is subjected to anti-slip processing with irregularities, and the outer surface 20a of the second covering portion 20 are in direct contact, the gap between the contact surfaces can be reduced. Therefore, according to the example of FIG. 6, the protection characteristics of the glove 1 for the hand device can be further improved.
[0073] In the case of the example in FIG. 6, after the first covering portion 10 and the second covering portion 20 are attached in this order, the overlapping portion may be adjusted so that the tip portion 12a of the deviating portion 12 faces outward, or a plurality of second covering portions 20 may be attached to the hand device 100 prior to the first covering portion 10. By attaching a plurality of second covering portions 20 first in this manner, the inner surface 12a1 of the tip portion 12a having the resin film and the outer surface 20a of the second covering portion 20 can be brought into smooth contact with each other.
[0074] Further, as shown in FIG. 7, in the present disclosure, the base end portion 20c of the second covering portion 20 is bent inward, so that the thickness of such base end portion 20c may be larger than the thickness of other portions (for example, the tip portion, etc.) of the second covering portion 20.
[0075] In this way, by bending the base end portion 20c of the second covering portion 20 inward, the inner surface 20c1 of the base end portion 20c will have a resin film with less unevenness, similar to the outer surface 20a of the second covering portion 20. And in the example of FIG. 7, the inner surface 20c1 of the base end portion 20c having the resin film and the outer surface 10a of the deviating portion 12 are in direct contact.
[0076] Thereby, the gap between the contact surfaces can be reduced as compared with the case where the inner surface 20b of the second covering portion 20 with anti-slip processing having unevenness and the outer surface 10a of the deviating portion 12 are in direct contact. Therefore, according to the example of FIG. 7, the protective characteristics of the glove 1 for the hand device can be further improved.
[0077] In the embodiments described so far, the entire outer peripheral portion of the overlapping portion between the deviating portion 12 and the second covering portion 20 may be further fixed with a binding band or the like (not shown). Thereby, the protective characteristics of the glove 1 for the hand device can be further improved.
[0078] <Another Embodiment> In the embodiments described so far, an example in which the glove 1 for the hand device is composed of the first covering portion 10, a plurality of second covering portions 20, and a plurality of jigs 30 has been shown, but the present disclosure is not limited to such an example.
[0079] FIG. 8 is a diagram showing an example of the configuration of the glove 1 for a hand device according to another embodiment. When the plurality of holding pieces 102 have sufficient waterproofness and dustproofness, as shown in FIG. 8, the glove 1 for a hand device may be composed of only the first covering portion 10 and the plurality of jigs 30.
[0080] Even with such a configuration, in addition to the glove main body portion 11 that covers the main body portion 101, the first covering portion 10 has a plurality of cylindrical deviation portions 12 that deviate from the glove main body portion 11, so that a sufficient overlapping portion can be secured between the deviation portion 12 and the plurality of jigs 30.
[0081] Therefore, according to another embodiment, since the gap between the first covering portion 10 and the jig 30 can be reduced, the protection characteristics of the glove 1 for a hand device can be improved.
[0082] Also, in another embodiment, similar to the above-described embodiment, the jig 30 may be cylindrical or elliptical. Thereby, the gap between the jig 30 and the deviation portion 12 can be further reduced. Therefore, according to another embodiment, the protection characteristics of the glove 1 for a hand device can be further improved.
[0083] Also, in another embodiment, similar to the above-described embodiment, the deviation portion 12 may be cylindrical or elliptical. Thereby, the gap between the jig 30 and the deviation portion 12 can be further reduced. Therefore, according to another embodiment, the protection characteristics of the glove 1 for a hand device can be further improved.
[0084] In another embodiment, similar to the above-described embodiment, the inner diameter of the tip portion 12a (see FIG. 9) of the deviation portion 12 may be smaller than the inner diameter of other portions (such as the base end portion) of the deviation portion 12. Thereby, at the tip portion 12a of the deviation portion 12, the gap between the jig 30 and the deviation portion 12 can be further reduced. Therefore, according to another embodiment, the protective characteristics of the glove 1 for the hand device can be further improved.
[0085] FIG. 9 is an enlarged cross-sectional view showing an example of the configuration of the tip portion 12a of the deviation portion 12 according to another embodiment. As shown in FIG. 9, in another embodiment, the tip portion 12a of the deviation portion 12 may be bent inward so that the thickness of such tip portion 12a may be larger than the thickness of other portions (such as the base end portion) of the deviation portion 12.
[0086] In this way, by bending the tip portion 12a of the deviation portion 12 inward, the inner surface 12a1 of the tip portion 12a will have a resin coating with less unevenness, similar to the outer surface 10a of the first covering portion 10. And in another embodiment, the inner surface 12a1 of the tip portion 12a having the resin coating is in direct contact with the outer surface 30a of the jig 30.
[0087] Thereby, at the tip portion 12a of the deviation portion 12, the gap between the contact surfaces can be reduced as compared with the case where the inner surface 10b of the first covering portion 10 having anti-slip processing with unevenness and the outer surface 30a of the jig 30 are in direct contact. Therefore, according to another embodiment, the protective characteristics of the glove 1 for the hand device can be improved.
[0088] As described above, the glove 1 for a hand device according to the embodiment is a glove used for a hand device 100 including a main body portion 101 and a plurality of clamping pieces 102 that are movable and detachable with respect to the main body portion 101, and includes a first covering portion 10 having a glove main body portion 11 and a plurality of deviating portions 12. The glove main body portion 11 covers the main body portion 101. The plurality of deviating portions 12 are integrally formed with the glove main body portion 11 and each deviate from the glove main body portion 11 with the connection portion 103 between the main body portion 101 and the plurality of clamping pieces 102 as a base point.
