AI Technical Summary
Existing support systems for long members like cables, wirings, and pipes on construction surfaces require cumbersome steps such as applying adhesives or driving in multiple pins, which hampers workability.
A support tool with a substrate and a convex portion featuring a through hole and a twisted screw hole for a single support tool mounting screw, allowing easy and reliable fixation of long members without interfering with the support surface.
The solution significantly improves workability by enabling easy and secure attachment of long members to construction surfaces using a single screw, reducing the complexity of the attachment process.

Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a support for supporting long members such as cables, wirings, and pipes, which is attached to a construction surface of a building such as a slab or a wall surface of a concrete structure.
Background Art
[0002] Conventionally, as a support for supporting wiring and piping materials on a construction surface of a building, there is known one composed of a substrate adhered to the construction surface with an adhesive and a support portion protruding from the substrate to support the wiring and piping materials (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
[0003] Also, in order to fix the substrate as described above to the construction surface of the building, there is known one in which a plurality of pins are driven in.

Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0005] However, when the substrate is adhered to the construction surface of the building with an adhesive or a plurality of pins are driven in as described above, since a step of applying the adhesive and a step of driving in a plurality of pins are required, it has been difficult to improve workability.
[0006] The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and an object thereof is to easily improve the workability for attaching the long member support to the construction surface of the building.
Means for Solving the Problems
[0007] To achieve the above object, the present invention A support tool that is attached to the construction surface of a building and supports a long member, a substrate having a contact surface that contacts the construction surface of the building, a convex portion that protrudes on the side opposite to the contact surface of the substrate, has a through hole in a direction parallel to the substrate, and has one screw hole that is in a direction perpendicular to the substrate and is in a twisted position with respect to the through hole, and through which one support tool mounting screw is inserted and is characterized in that the seating surface of the support tool mounting screw inserted into the screw hole is provided such that the height of the head of the support tool mounting screw is equal to or less than the height of the convex portion.
[0008] Accordingly, it is possible to easily and reliably support and fix a long member with one support tool mounting screw. Therefore, the workability for attaching the support tool to the construction surface of the building can be easily improved.
Effect of the Invention
[0009] In the present invention, the workability for attaching the long member support tool to the construction surface of the building can be easily improved.

Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
[0011] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0012] As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the support tool 100 is configured to include a substrate 110 having a contact surface 110a that abuts against the construction surface 200a of the building 200, and a convex portion 120 that protrudes on the side opposite to the contact surface 110a of the substrate 110. Note that, a recess may be formed on the contact surface 110a so as to store an adhesive.
[0013] In the convex portion 120, a through hole 121 in a direction parallel to the substrate 110, and a screw hole 122 through which a support tool mounting screw 300 such as a concrete screw, which is a single dish screw, is inserted are formed in a direction perpendicular to the substrate 110 and at a position twisted with respect to the through hole 121. A tapered counterbore serving as a seating surface 122a of the support tool mounting screw 300 is formed in the screw hole 122 so that when the support tool mounting screw 300 is mounted, the height of its head is flush with the height of the convex portion 120. Further, although not essential, the screw hole 122 is formed as a non-through hole by providing a thin wall 122b, so that even when an adhesive is applied prior to inserting the support tool mounting screw 300, it is possible to prevent the adhesive from oozing out.
[0014] Long members 400 such as cables, wirings, and pipes are supported and fixed to the support tool 100 by being brought into close contact with the convex portion 120 and being wound and tightened with a strap (not shown) passed through the through hole 121 or a wire coated with resin.
[0015] Here, since the head of the support tool mounting screw 300 is flush with the height of the convex portion 120 as described above, it does not interfere with the long member 400 being closely fixed to the convex portion 120. Further, since the screw hole 122 is at a position twisted with respect to the through hole 121, it can be easily arranged near the central portion of the substrate 110 by approaching the through hole 121. Therefore, it is possible to easily and surely support and fix the long member 400 with a single support tool mounting screw 300. Accordingly, the workability for attaching the support tool 100 (and thus the long member 400) to the construction surface 200a of the building 200 can be easily improved.
[0016] (Modification example) As the support attachment screw 300, not only the dish screw as described above may be used, but also a round head screw or the like may be used. In that case, for example, as shown in FIG. 4, by setting the seat surface 122a lower than the convex portion 120, it is also possible to easily prevent the support attachment screw 300 from interfering with the long member 400 being closely fixed to the convex portion 120.
