Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0004] In the configuration described in Patent Document 1, the select room is surrounded by an outer wall or a partition wall except for the entrances and exits to and from the living room. Such a select room is good as a space for working in a confined manner, but it is difficult to sense the presence of family members in the living room. Further, since it has the same ceiling height as the living room in a small space, it tends to form a vertically long section.
[0005] The present invention has been made in view of the above-described circumstances, and an object thereof is to enhance the unity between the workspace and the LDK and to provide a workspace with excellent aesthetics.
Means for Solving the Problems
[0006] (1) The house according to the present invention includes a living-dining-kitchen (LDK), a workspace adjacent to the LDK, a partition shelf that forms an entrance and exit to partition the LDK and the workspace, and a sliding door that slides along the partition shelf to open and close the entrance and exit. The partition shelf includes a support member, a plurality of shelf boards that open to both the LDK and the workspace, are spaced vertically, and are supported by the support member, and a plurality of back boards that are located between the shelf boards and block a part of the opening on the LDK side. The plurality of back boards are arranged at least partially in different arrangements in the sliding direction in which the sliding door slides.
[0007] Books and the like are placed on the part of the shelf board of the partition shelf where the back board is arranged, from the workspace side. The books and the like placed on the shelf board are not visible from the LDK side due to the back board. That is, the partition shelf can be used as a bookshelf in the workspace and does not impair the aesthetics on the LDK side. Also, among the openings between the shelf boards, the part where the back board is not arranged allows the line of sight to pass between the workspace and the LDK, enhancing the sense of unity between the workspace and the LDK. Also, the part of the shelf board of the partition shelf where the back board is not arranged can be used as an ornament shelf for placing small items, enhancing the aesthetics. As a result, the sense of unity between the workspace and the LDK and the functionality of the workspace can be enhanced, and the aesthetics on the LDK side can be enhanced.
[0008] (2) The width of the entrance and exit along the sliding direction is narrower than the width of the partition shelf along the sliding direction, and the width of the sliding door along the sliding direction may also be narrower than the width of the partition shelf along the sliding direction. The sliding door is slidable to a first position that closes the entrance and exit, a second position that opens the entrance and exit, and a third position that opens the entrance and exit and is between the first position and the second position.
[0009] The sliding doors located at the second position or the third position overlap with the utility shelf in a direction orthogonal to the sliding direction, covering a part of the opening between the shelf boards of the utility shelf. The resident changes the sliding position of the sliding door according to the position where the line of sight needs to be blocked. For example, when a resident is working in the workspace and wants to block the line of sight between the working place and the living-dining-kitchen area, the resident slides the sliding door to a position where the line of sight is blocked. When the resident does not want to block the line of sight, that is, when the resident wants to visually recognize the living-dining-kitchen area even during work, the resident slides the sliding door to a position where the line of sight is not blocked.
[0010] (3) The sliding door may have a mirror surface extending along the sliding direction and a handle located on one end side of the mirror surface in the sliding direction.
[0011] By providing a mirror surface on the sliding door, even when the sliding door is in the second position or the third position, it is possible to suppress the impairment of the aesthetic appearance on the living-dining-kitchen side.
[0012] (4) A bookshelf and a desk top board may be provided on the wall partitioning the workspace facing the utility shelf.
[0013] When the workspace is viewed from the living-dining-kitchen side through the opening between the shelf boards of the utility shelf, the shelves of the utility shelf, the bookshelf, and the desk top board overlap. The shelf boards of the utility shelf, the bookshelf, and the desk top board that overlap with each other are harmonious. As a result, the aesthetic appearance when viewed from the living-dining-kitchen side is enhanced.
[0014] (5) The dimension of the workspace in the sliding direction may be larger than the dimension in the direction orthogonal to the sliding direction.
[0015] The dimension (width) of the workspace in the sliding direction is larger than the dimension (depth) in the direction orthogonal to the sliding direction. That is, the workspace is a space that is widely connected horizontally when viewed from the living-dining-kitchen side and has a small depth. Therefore, the sense of unity between the workspace and the living-dining-kitchen is further enhanced.
[0016] (6) The above-mentioned workspace may be located on the outdoor side of the above-mentioned LDK. It further includes a terrace located under the eaves on the outdoor side of the above-mentioned LDK. The above-mentioned workspace has a window on the terrace side.
[0017] Natural light shines into the workspace through the terrace and the window. Also, the terrace can be visually recognized from the workspace through the window. As a result, a bright and open workspace is realized.
Advantages of the Invention
[0018] The house according to the present invention can enhance the integration of the workspace and the LDK, and can provide a workspace with excellent aesthetics.

[0033] In Figure 1, the kitchen 39 is located at a position occupying the upper part of the central part of the rectangular main body 11, and is located above the living room 37, to the left of the dining room 38, and to the right of the washroom 36. The kitchen 39 is a space continuous with the dining room 38. Also, an entrance 47 is provided in the partition wall 41 that partitions the kitchen 39 and the washroom 36.
[0034] Hereinafter, the workspace 50 adjacent to the LDK 33 will be described in detail.
[0035] The workspace 50 is provided in the bulging part 13. That is, the workspace 50 is located on the outdoor side (right side in Figure 1) of the LDK 33, faces the terrace 14 on the lower side in Figure 1, and faces the pet terrace 15 on the upper side in Figure 1.
[0036] Windows 51 and 52 are provided on the exterior wall 28 located on the lower side and the exterior wall 29 located on the upper side of the workspace 50 in FIG. The windows 51 and 52 are, for example, vertically long windows that extend from the floor to the ceiling of the workspace 50. The window 51 may also be, for example, a fixed window that cannot be opened or closed. Natural light shines into the workspace 50 through the windows 51 and 52. The line of sight of the residents in the workspace 50 passes through the windows 51 and 52 to the terrace 14 and the pet terrace 15. In other words, a bright and open workspace 50 is realized.
[0037] Workspace 50 is a space that is continuous with LDK 33 through opening 53. This opening 53 faces the living area 37 and dining area 38 of LDK 33. Specifically, in FIG. 1, roughly the lower half of opening 53 faces the living area 37, and roughly the upper half of opening 53 faces the dining area 38. In other words, workspace 50 is arranged in a layout that allows residents in the living area 37 or dining area 38 to sense the presence of other residents in workspace 50, and allows other residents in workspace 50 to sense the presence of residents in the living area 37 or dining area 38.
[0038] In this embodiment, the vertical direction is referred to as the up-down direction 7, the direction in which the opening 53 extends (the up-down direction in FIG. 1) is referred to as the width direction 8, and the direction in which the bulging portion 13 bulges (the left-right direction in FIG. 1) is referred to as the depth direction 9. The width direction 8 is an example of a "sliding direction". The depth direction is an example of a "direction perpendicular to the sliding direction". Also, in this embodiment, the dimension of the bulging portion 13 and the fixture shelf 60 described below in the width direction 8 is referred to as the width dimension, the dimension in the depth direction 9 is referred to as the depth dimension, and the dimension in the up-down direction 7 is referred to as the height dimension.
[0039] The width dimension of the workspace 50 is greater than the depth dimension of the workspace 50. That is, the workspace 50 is defined as a long space extending along the width direction 8.
[0040] The height position of the floor surface of the workspace 50 is the same as that of the floor surface of the LDK 33. Also, the height position of the ceiling surface of the workspace 50 is the same as that of the ceiling surface of the LDK 33. The workspace 50 and the LDK 33 are recognized by the residents as a continuous space due to the floor and the ceiling being flush and continuous with each other. As a result, the sense of unity between the workspace 50 and the LDK 33 is enhanced.
[0041] The storage shelf 60 and the sliding door 70 are provided in the opening 53.
[0042] The storage shelf 60 is furniture fixed to the house 10. The storage shelf 60 is fixed to the floor, the ceiling, and the inner wall surface of the outer wall 28 at the opening 53. The storage shelf 60 blocks a part of the opening 53 so that the resident cannot pass through, and the unblocked part of the opening 53 by the storage shelf 60 becomes the entrance / exit 54. Therefore, the storage shelf 60 demarcates the entrance / exit 54. Also, the storage shelf 60 has a function of storing books and the like, a function of enhancing the aesthetic appearance as a display shelf, and a function of making the LDK 33 and the workspace 50 feel each other's presence. This will be described in detail below.
[0043] The height dimension of the storage shelf 60 is approximately the same as the distance from the floor to the ceiling of the LDK 33 or the workspace 50. That is, the upper end of the storage shelf 60 fixed to the floor is also fixed to the ceiling of the LDK 33 or the workspace 50. Note that the storage shelf 60 may be fixed only to the floor.
[0044] The storage shelf 60 is arranged in the opening 53 and blocks a part of the opening 53 so that the resident cannot pass through. The unblocked part of the opening 53 by the storage shelf 60 is the entrance / exit 54 of the workspace 50. That is, the storage shelf 60 demarcates the entrance / exit 54. Specifically, the storage shelf 60 blocks the lower side of the opening 53 in FIG. 1 and demarcates the lower side of the entrance / exit 54. The upper side of the entrance / exit 54 in FIG. 1 is demarcated by the outer wall 21.
[0045] The width dimension of the workbench 60 is narrower than the width dimension of the opening 53 and larger than half of the width dimension of the opening 53. Therefore, the width dimension of the entrance / exit 54 is smaller than the width dimension of the workbench 60. That is, the width of the entrance / exit 54 is narrower than the width of the workbench 60.
[0046] As shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, the workbench 60 includes a frame body 61, a plurality of shelf boards 62, a plurality of partition boards 63, and a plurality of back boards 64. The frame body 61 is an example of a "support member". Alternatively, the frame body 61 and the partition board 63 are examples of "support members".
[0047] The frame body 61 is generally in the shape of a rectangular frame and has a bottom plate 66, a top plate 67, and a pair of side plates 68, 69. Note that the frame body 61 may have legs.
[0048] The bottom plate 66 and the top plate 67 are rectangular wooden plates extending along the width direction 8 and the depth direction 9 and are generally of the same shape. The pair of side plates 68, 69 are rectangular wooden plates extending along the vertical direction 7 and the depth direction 9 and are generally of the same shape. The bottom plate 66 and the pair of side plates 68, 69 are fixed to each other by fixtures such as screws. Also, the top plate 67 and the pair of side plates 68, 69 are fixed to each other by fixtures such as screws.
[0049] The shelf board 62 is a rectangular wooden plate extending along the width direction 8 and the depth direction 9 and is generally of the same shape as the bottom plate 66 and the top plate 67. A plurality of shelf boards 62 are located between the bottom plate 66 and the top plate 67. The plurality of shelf boards 62 are generally equally spaced from each other in the vertical direction 7. The shelf board 62 is fixed to each of the pair of side plates 68, 69 by fixtures such as screws.
[0050] The large opening partitioned by the frame body 61 is partitioned into a plurality of openings 81 to 87 by a plurality of shelf boards 62. In the example shown in FIG. 2, the workbench 60 has six shelf boards 62, and the large opening is divided into seven openings 81, 82, 83, 84, 85, 86, 87.
[0051] The partition board 63 is a rectangular wooden board extending along the vertical direction 7 and the depth direction 9. The partition boards 63 are arranged at least one by one in each of the openings 81, 82, 83, 84, 85, 86, 87.
[0052] The height dimension of the partition board 63 is approximately the same as the separation distance between the two shelf boards 62 spaced apart in the vertical direction 7. The partition board 63 is located between the two shelf boards 62 spaced apart in the vertical direction 7. The lower end of the partition board 63 abuts on the upper surface of the lower shelf board 62, and the upper end of the partition board 63 abuts on the lower surface of the upper shelf board 62. Each shelf board 62 is also supported by a plurality of partition boards 63 respectively arranged in each of the openings 81, 82, 83, 84, 85, 86, 87. That is, the partition board 63 prevents the shelf board 62 from curving downward or upward in the width direction 8.
[0053] The partition board 63 is fixed to the shelf board 62 by a fixture such as a screw. Note that the partition board 63 may be attachable at a plurality of attachment positions in the width direction 8. In that case, the partition board 63 is fixed at the attachment position selected by the resident. The interval between adjacent partition boards 63 is arbitrary. Therefore, as in this embodiment, the arrangement of the partition boards 63 is random and does not have to be aligned in the vertical direction 7 at each of the openings 81, 82, 83, 84, 85, 86, 87, or the arrangement may be appropriately changed so that there are portions where the partition boards 63 are aligned in the vertical direction 7.
[0054] The back board 64 is a rectangular wooden board extending along the vertical direction 7 and the width direction 8. The height dimension of the back board 64 is approximately the same as the separation distance between the two shelf boards 62 spaced apart in the vertical direction 7 and is approximately the same as the height dimension of the partition board 63. The width dimension of the back board 64 is smaller than the width dimension of the shelf board 62 and is approximately the same as the separation distance between two adjacent partition boards 63. Since the arrangement of the partition boards 63 is random, the width dimension of the back board 64 also varies depending on the arrangement of the back board 64. The back board 64 is located between the side board 68 and the partition board 63, between the side board 69 and the partition board 63, or between two partition boards 63, and closes a part of each of the openings 81, 82, 83, 84, 85, 86, 87.
[0055] The back plate 64 is disposed at one end of the shelf board 62 in the depth direction 9 and abuts against the end on the LDK33 side. That is, when viewing the storage shelf 60 from the workspace 50, the back plate 64 is located on the back side of the storage shelf 60. A box portion 91 that opens toward the workspace 50 side is formed by the back plate 64, a pair of partition plates 63 located on both sides of the back plate 64, and a pair of shelf boards 62 located above and below the back plate 64. The box portion 91 is used as a bookshelf on which books and the like are placed from the workspace 50 side. The box portion 91 enhances the storage function in the workspace 50.
[0056] The books stored in the box portion 91 are hidden from the LDK33 side by the back plate 64, a pair of partition plates 63 (or side plates 68, 69) located on both sides of the back plate 64, and a pair of shelf boards 62 located above and below the back plate 64, and the books cannot be seen by the residents in the LDK33. That is, the aesthetics on the LDK33 side are not impaired by the books and the like stored in the box portion 91.
[0057] Of the pair of main surfaces of the back plate 64, the back surface which is the surface on the LDK33 side is designed not to impair the aesthetics. That is, the back plate 64 functions as the back plate of the box portion 91 as a book box on the workspace 50 side and functions as a decorative panel on the LDK33 side. Note that the other main surface of the back plate 64, which is the surface on the workspace 50 side, may also be designed not to impair the aesthetics.
[0058] The back plate 64 is not disposed between the topmost shelf board 62 and the top plate 67, nor between the lowermost shelf board 62 and the bottom plate 66, and is disposed between the topmost shelf board 62 and the lowermost shelf board 62. That is, the back plate 64 is not disposed at the topmost opening 81 and the lowermost opening 87 where the height position of the resident's line of sight is unlikely to be and where it is not necessary to block a part of the resident's line of sight.
[0059] The plurality of back plates 64 are provided at least partially in different arrangements in the width direction 8. That is, at least two back plates 64 are randomly arranged so as not to be aligned in the vertical direction 7. The plurality of back plates 64 arranged in this way can enhance the aesthetic appearance when viewed from the LDK33 side compared to the case where the back plates 64 are aligned in the vertical direction 7. Also, when the back plates 64 are arranged vertically, for example, a resident in the LDK33 may be hidden by the vertically aligned back plates 64, and a resident in the workspace 50 may not be able to sense the presence of the resident in the LDK33. By providing the back plates 64 so that they are not arranged vertically, at least a part of the residents in the LDK33 can be seen by the residents in the workspace 50 through the openings 81, 82, 83, 84, 85, 86, 87. As a result, the residents in the workspace 50 can sense the presence of the residents in the LDK33. Also, since the two back plates 64 are not aligned in the vertical direction 7, not all of the residents in the LDK33 can be seen from the residents in the workspace 50, and it is suppressed that the residents in the workspace 50 sense the presence of the residents in the LDK33 too much.
[0060] The back plate 64 is fixed to at least one of the shelf board 62 and the partition board 63 by a fixture such as a screw. However, the back plate 64 may be detachable from the storage shelf 60. The resident attaches the back plate 64 to a predetermined position of the storage shelf 60 according to their preference, mood, situation, etc.
[0061] Among the shelf boards 62, in the portion where the back plate 64 is not arranged and which is visible from the LDK33 side and the workspace 50 side, small items and books that can enhance the aesthetic appearance are decorated. The book is placed, for example, with its back cover facing the LDK33 side. That is, this portion functions as a display shelf. That is, among the shelf boards 62, the portion where the back plate 64 is arranged (box portion 91) has the function of a bookshelf in the workspace 50, and the portion where the back plate 64 is not arranged has the function of making the residents sense each other's presence as a window communicating between the workspace 50 and the LDK33 and the function of a display shelf for enhancing the aesthetic appearance.
[0062] The sliding door 70 is positioned adjacent to the cabinet 60 on the workspace 50 side of the cabinet 60. Rails 48 for slidably supporting the sliding door 70 are provided on the floor and ceiling of the workspace 50, respectively. The rails 48 extend along the width direction 8. On the other hand, the height dimension of the sliding door 70 is approximately the same as the height from the floor to the ceiling of the workspace 50. The sliding door 70 is slidably supported by the rails 48 at both the upper and lower ends along the width direction 8.
[0063] The width dimension of the sliding door 70 is approximately the same as the width dimension of the entrance / exit 54. As described above, the width dimension of the entrance / exit 54 is smaller than the width dimension of the cabinet 60. Therefore, the width dimension of the sliding door 70 is smaller than the width dimension of the cabinet 60. That is, the width of the sliding door 70 is narrower than the width of the cabinet 60. In the example shown in FIG. 1, the width dimension of the sliding door 70 is approximately half of the width dimension of the cabinet 60.
[0064] The sliding door 70 slides between a first position (see FIG. 3) for closing the entrance / exit 54, a second position (see FIG. 4) for opening the entrance / exit 54, and a third position between the first position and the second position. In FIG. 3, the interior and furniture of the workspace 50 visible through each of the openings 81, 82, 83, 84, 85, 86, 87 are omitted. Also, in FIG. 4, the interior and furniture of the LDK 33 visible through each of the openings 81, 82, 83, 84, 85, 86, 87 are omitted.
[0065] For example, as shown in FIG. 4, the second position is a position where the sliding door 70 slides to the left end as viewed from the workspace 50 side and overlaps with the left part of the utility shelf 60 in the depth direction 9. The third position is a position where the sliding door 70 overlaps with the right part of the utility shelf 60 in the depth direction 9 as viewed from the workspace 50 side. A resident who performs work in the workspace 50 slides the sliding door 70 to the first position, the second position, or the third position according to the content of the work, the mood, the number of residents in the LDK 33, the presence or absence of visitors, and the like. For example, when a resident who performs work in the workspace 50 wants to block the line of sight from the dining section 38, the sliding door 70 is set to the third position. Also, when a resident who performs work in the workspace 50 wants to block the line of sight from the living section 37 side, the sliding door 70 is set to the second position. Further, when a resident who performs work in the workspace 50 restricts entry from the LDK 33 side, the sliding door 70 is set to the first position. Note that the third position does not have to be a position that covers the right part of the utility shelf 60 as viewed from the workspace 50 side, and may be a position between the first position and the second position.
[0066] As shown in FIG. 6, the sliding door 70 includes a sliding door main body 71 and mirror bodies 72 and 73 attached to the sliding door main body 71.
[0067] The sliding door main body 71 is in the shape of a rectangular plate that extends in the vertical direction 7 and the width direction 8. The sliding door main body 71 is manufactured, for example, by attaching decorative plates to both main surfaces of a rectangular plate-shaped plate material. Due to the fact that the decorative plates are not attached to a part of the plate material, a fitting recess 75 into which the mirror body 72 is fitted is formed on the first main surface 77, which is the main surface on the LDK 33 side of the sliding door main body 71, and a fitting recess 76 into which the mirror body 73 is fitted is formed on the second main surface 78, which is the main surface on the workspace 50 side of the sliding door main body 71.
[0068] The mirror bodies 72 and 73 are in the shape of rectangular plates. The mirror body 72 is fitted into the fitting recess 75 of the sliding door main body 71 and is fixed to the sliding door main body 71 by an adhesive, mounting brackets, or the like. The mirror body 73 is fitted into the fitting recess 76 of the sliding door main body 71 and is fixed to the sliding door main body 71 by an adhesive, mounting brackets, or the like.
[0069] The height dimensions of the mirror bodies 72 and 73 are smaller than the height dimension of the sliding door body 71. The width dimension of the mirror body 72 is slightly smaller than the width dimension of the sliding door body 71. The width dimension of the mirror body 73 is slightly smaller than the width dimension of the sliding door body 71. The mirror bodies 72 and 73 face each other across the sliding door body 71 in the depth direction 9. Both ends of the housing bodies 72 and 73 in the width direction 8 are located inside the respective ends 102 of the sliding door body 71 in the width direction 8. Decorative panels 74 are respectively attached to both ends of the housing bodies 72 and 73.
[0070] There are spaces 79 between the decorative panels 74 and the ends 102 of the sliding door body 71 respectively. Even when the ends of the sliding door 70 in the width direction 8 abut against the wall surface, the decorative panels 74 do not abut against the wall surface due to the spaces 79. The spaces 79 become spaces where residents can insert their hands when sliding the sliding door 70.
[0071] The height positions of the mirror bodies 72 and 73 from the floor of the workspace 50 are set to such height positions that the decorative panels 74 are generally at the height of the residents' waists.
[0072] Also, the height dimensions of the mirror bodies 72 and 73 are the same as the separation distance between the shelf boards 62 in the vertical direction 7. And the height positions of the mirror bodies 72 and 73 from the floor of the workspace 50 are set to the height positions where the mirror body 72 is located between the two shelf boards 62. In the example shown in FIG. 3, the height positions of the mirror bodies 72 and 73 are the height positions of the opening 85 between the second shelf board 62 from the bottom and the third shelf board 62 from the bottom. When the mirror body 72 arranged at such a height position overlaps with the storage shelf 60 in the depth direction 9 in the second position or the third position, as shown in FIG. 4, when viewed from the workspace 50 side, the opening 85 and the mirror body 73 are arranged side by side left and right, so the aesthetic appearance is good. On the other hand, when viewed from the LDK33 side, the mirror body 72 functions like the back plate of the opening 85, and the landscape on the LDK33 side reflected in the mirror body 72 is reflected, so the aesthetic appearance is good. As shown in FIG. 3, when the sliding door 70 is in the first position, the mirror body 73 and the opening 85 are arranged side by side left and right, so the aesthetic appearance is good. Although not shown in each figure, when viewed from the workspace 50 side, the mirror body 73 and the opening 85 are arranged side by side left and right, so the aesthetic appearance is good.
[0073] The residence 10 further includes a desk top plate 110 and a bookshelf 111 provided in the workspace 50.
[0074] The desk top plate 110 is in the shape of a rectangular plate extending along the width direction 8 and the depth direction 9. When viewing the workspace 50 from the entrance 54, the desk top plate 110 abuts against the outer wall 30 which becomes the back wall, and is provided across the outer walls 28 and 29 which are the left and right walls when viewed from the entrance 54. The desk top plate 110 is arranged at a height position where the top surface is approximately 70 cm from the floor and is fixed to the outer walls 28, 29, and 30. That is, a part of the desk top plate 110 overlaps with the utility shelf 60 in the depth direction 9. That is, when viewing the workspace 50 from the LDK 33 side through the openings 81, 82, 83, 84, 85, 86, 87, the desk top plate 110 and the shelf board 62 generally appear to overlap. Therefore, when viewing the workspace 50 from the LDK 33 side through the openings 81, 82, 83, 84, 85, 86, 87, the desk top plate 110 and the shelf board 62 are in harmony and the resident does not feel uncomfortable. That is, by overlapping the desk top plate 110 with the utility shelf 60 in the depth direction 9, it is possible to suppress a decrease in the aesthetic appearance on the LDK 33 side.
[0075] The bookshelf 111 is located above the desk top plate 110. The bookshelf 111 includes a bottom plate 112, a middle plate 113, and a top plate 114. In the example shown in FIG. 5, the bookshelf 111 includes one middle plate 113, but the bookshelf 111 may include a plurality of middle plates 113. Also, the bookshelf 111 may include a back plate that connects the bottom plate 112, the middle plate 113, and the top plate 114.
[0076] The bottom plate 112, the middle plate 113, and the top plate 114 are rectangular plates extending along the width direction 8 and the depth direction 9. The width dimensions of the bottom plate 112, the middle plate 113, and the top plate 114 are the same as the width dimension of the desk top plate 110. That is, the bottom plate 112, the middle plate 113, and the top plate 114 are provided across the outer walls 28 and 29 which are the left and right walls when viewed from the entrance 54. Also, the bottom plate 112, the middle plate 113, and the top plate 114 are arranged in contact with the outer wall 30 which is the back wall when viewed from the entrance 54. And the bottom plate 112, the middle plate 113, and the top plate 114 are fixed to the outer walls 28, 29, 30. Therefore, a part of the bookshelf 111 overlaps with the utility shelf 60 in the depth direction 9. That is, when the workspace 50 is viewed from the LDK33 side through the openings 81, 82, 83, 84, 85, 86, 87, the bookshelf 111 and the shelf board 62 generally appear to overlap. Therefore, when the workspace 50 is viewed from the LDK33 side through the openings 81, 82, 83, 84, 85, 86, 87, the bookshelf 111 and the shelf board 62 are in harmony and the residents do not feel uncomfortable. That is, by overlapping the bookshelf 111 with the utility shelf 60 in the depth direction 9, it is possible to suppress a decrease in the aesthetics on the LDK33 side.
[0077] So as not to obstruct the work of the residents on the desk top plate 110, that is, so that the bookshelf 111 does not hit the head of the resident sitting on the chair 115 and working, the depth dimension of the bottom plate 112, the middle plate 113, and the top plate 114 is made smaller than the depth dimension of the desk top plate 110.
[0078] [Operational Effects of the Embodiment] In this embodiment, since a part of the openings 81, 82, 83, 84, 85, 86, 87 of the utility shelf 60 is blocked by the back plate 64, it can be used as a book shelf in the workspace 50, and on the LDK 33 side, it is possible to suppress a decline in the aesthetics due to the books placed thereon. Further, the unblocked part by the back plate 64 allows the line of sight to pass between the workspace 50 and the LDK 33, enhancing the sense of unity between the workspace 50 and the LDK 33. Also, the part of the shelf board 62 of the utility shelf 60 where the back plate 64 is not arranged functions as a decorative shelf. As a result, the sense of unity between the workspace 50 and the LDK 33 and the functionality of the workspace 50 can be enhanced, and the aesthetics on the LDK 33 side can be enhanced.
[0079] In this embodiment, the sliding doors 70 at the second position and the third position overlap the utility shelf 60 in the depth direction 9 and cover a part of the openings 81, 82, 83, 84, 85, 86, 87. Therefore, the resident can freely change the position where the line of sight is to be blocked by adjusting the position of the sliding door 70. For example, a resident working in the workspace 50 changes the position of the sliding door 70 when wanting to block the line of sight from the living section 37 and when wanting to block the line of sight from the dining section 38. Also, when a web conference or the like is being conducted using the camera of a personal computer in the workspace 50, the sliding door 70 can prevent the state of the living section 37 or the dining section 38 from being photographed through the camera of the personal computer.
[0080] In this embodiment, since the mirror body 72 is provided on the sliding door 70, even when the sliding door 70 is at the second position or the third position, it is possible to suppress the aesthetics on the LDK 33 side from being impaired.
[0081] In this embodiment, when the workspace 50 is viewed from the LDK 33 side through the openings 81, 82, 83, 84, 85, 86, 87, the shelf board 62 of the utility shelf 60, the book shelf 111, and the desk top board 110 appear to overlap each other. The shelf board 62, the book shelf 111, and the desk top board 110 of the utility shelf 60 that overlap each other are harmonious. As a result, the aesthetics when viewed from the LDK 33 side are enhanced.
[0082] In this embodiment, the workspace 50 has a width dimension greater than the depth dimension. That is, the workspace 50 is a space that extends horizontally and widely when viewed from the LDK 33 side and has a small depth. Therefore, the sense of unity between the workspace 50 and the LDK 33 is further enhanced.
[0083] In this embodiment, windows 51 and 52 facing the terrace 14 and the pet terrace 15 are provided in the workspace 50, and natural light shines into the workspace 50 through the windows 51 and 52. Also, the terrace 14 and the pet terrace 15 can be visually recognized from the workspace 50 through the windows 51 and 52. As a result, a bright and open workspace 50 is realized.
[0084] [Modification Example] In the above-described embodiment, an example in which the height dimension of the mirror body 72 is the same as the separation distance between two adjacent shelf boards 62 in the vertical direction has been described. However, the height dimension of the mirror body 72 may be twice or three times the separation dimension. Alternatively, the height dimension of the mirror body 72 may be the length extending from the lower end to the upper end of the sliding door 70.
[0085] In the above-described embodiment, an example in which the sliding door 70 includes two mirror bodies, namely, the mirror body 72 facing the LDK 33 side and the mirror body 73 facing the workspace 50 side, has been described. However, the sliding door 70 may include only the mirror body 72 facing the LDK 33 side.
