Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] This invention relates to an attachment structure for attaching a net for badminton games to a support column, for example.
Background Art
[0002] As is well known, as an attachment structure for various game nets such as a volleyball net, the one described in Patent Document 1 below is known.
[0003] This attachment structure for a game net is, for example, applied to a badminton game net. A pair of left and right support columns are erected on the floor surface of the arena, and a badminton net is stretched between these two support columns.
[0004] The net includes a net body having a rope insertion hole in its upper side, and a rope that is inserted through the rope insertion hole and supports the net body between two support columns. Joints are formed at both ends of the rope, and the joints are connected to rings formed at the upper ends of the support columns. The rope has an elastic stretchable and contractible stretchable portion and a non-stretchable portion. The stretchable portion is located at an appropriate position of the rope insertion hole, and an opening / closing portion for opening the rope insertion hole is formed in the rope insertion hole where the stretchable portion is located.
[0005] In addition, strip-shaped surface fasteners for fixing the net body to each support column are provided at both longitudinal ends of the net body. These surface fasteners are provided at three positions: the upper, middle, and lower positions at both ends of the net body, and are wound around each support column from the outside to attach the net body while stretching it.

Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0007] However, in the conventional attachment structure of a competitive net, joints connected to a ring provided at the upper end of a support column, or a rope composed of a telescopic part and a non-telescopic part, etc., and surface fasteners are respectively provided in three upper and lower stages at both ends of the net body. Therefore, the overall structure becomes complicated.
[0008] Moreover, since both ends of the net body are attached by winding each surface fastener around the outer peripheral surface of the support column, the connection work of each surface fastener becomes complicated, and depending on the tightening force of each surface fastener, there is a risk that the net body will loosen during the competition and come off from each support column.
[0009] The present invention has been devised in view of the technical problems of the conventional attachment structure of a competitive net, and aims to provide an attachment structure for a competitive net that simplifies the structure, enables easy attachment work of the net to each support column, and enables strong attachment.
Means for Solving the Problems
[0010] As a preferred aspect of the present invention, there is provided an attachment structure for a competitive net in which left and right ends of a net are attached by attachment members between a pair of support columns erected on the left and right, the net has a plurality of vertical and horizontal wire portions arranged in the vertical and horizontal directions, and a pair of support portions provided along the vertical direction at both left and right ends of each horizontal wire portion, the attachment member has a cylindrical body that is elastically deformable in an expandable and contractible manner and has an opening formed along the vertical direction, and a plurality of slit portions formed along the circumferential direction from one end opening edge of the opening on one side wall of the cylindrical body and capable of inserting the plurality of horizontal wire portions in the horizontal direction provided on the side portions of each support portion, the attachment member is detachably provided to each support column from the horizontal direction through the opening by its own elastic force together with the support portion.
Effects of the Invention
[0011] According to an aspect of the present invention, it is possible to simplify the structure, improve the work efficiency of attaching the net to the support column, and obtain a strong attachment state.

Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
[0013] Hereinafter, an embodiment of a mounting structure in which a competition net according to the present invention is applied to a badminton competition net will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0014] FIG. 1 is a front view showing a state in which a badminton net for competition according to the present invention is attached to a support column, and FIG. 2 is a partially enlarged view of FIG. 1.
[0015] A badminton net 1 for competition (hereinafter referred to as the net 1) is stretched between a pair of support columns 2 and 3 erected on the left and right in the longitudinal direction as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2.
[0016] The pair of support columns 2 and 3 are formed, for example, of a metal material into a cylindrical shape with a predetermined outer diameter, and each lower end portion is placed and fixed on the floor surface F of a gymnasium or an arena via leg portions 2a and 3a extending in the front-rear direction. Further, upper end portions 2b and 3b of the support columns 2 and 3 are formed in a small-diameter stepped shape. Note that each support column 2 and 3 can be adjusted to an arbitrary height by a height adjusting device (not shown).
[0017] The net 1 is a general one, and for example, the left and right net lengths (lateral widths in the longitudinal direction) are set to about 6020 mm, and the net vertical width (height) is set to 760 mm. The net 1 is formed in a mesh shape by a plurality of vertical net wire portions 1a and horizontal net wire portions 1b arranged in the vertical and horizontal directions, and a pair of support portions 4 and 5 arranged in the vertical direction are provided at both longitudinal ends. Further, a white band 6 is provided along the longitudinal direction at the upper end portion of the net 1.
[0018] Both the support portions 4 and 5 are formed in a rope shape thicker than the wire diameters of the respective vertical and horizontal net wire portions 1a and 1b and are capable of being bent and deformed, and both longitudinal ends of each horizontal net wire portion 1b are joined from the lateral direction.
[0019] The white band 6 is fixed by being tied around upper end portions 2b and 3b of the respective support columns 2 and 3, with both ends of a parent rope (not shown) housed inside and drawn out from both longitudinal ends 6a and 6b, and ends of tying ropes 8a and 8b respectively attached to eyelets 7a and 7b provided at both ends 6a and 6b.
[0020] Further, the net 1 is fixed by being tied around substantially central portions of the respective support columns 2 and 3 by separate tying ropes 9a and 9b attached to lower end portions at both ends.
[0021] The net 1 is attached to each of the support columns 2 and 3 via the respective support portions 4 and 5 by a plurality of (three in this embodiment for each of the support columns 2 and 3) mounting clips 10 which are mounting members to be attached.
[0022] FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the mounting clip provided for this embodiment, FIG. 4 shows the mounting clip provided for this embodiment, (a) is a plan view of the mounting clip, (b) is a front view of the mounting clip viewed from the opening side, (c) is a rear view of the mounting clip, (d) is a right side view of the mounting clip, and (e) is a left side view of the mounting clip.
[0023] As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4(a) to (e), the mounting clip 10 has a cylindrical main body 11 formed in a cylindrical shape with a predetermined length in the axial direction, an opening 12 formed along the axial direction of the cylindrical main body 11, a protrusion 13 provided at a position on the opposite side to the opening 12 of the cylindrical main body 11 in the radial direction, and four slit portions 14 provided on one side wall 11a of the cylindrical main body 11 over approximately a half circumference from the opening 12 to the protrusion 13.
[0024] The cylindrical main body 11 is integrally formed of a synthetic resin material by a molding method such as injection molding, has both end portions 11c and 11d facing each other in the circumferential direction forming the opening 12, and these both end portions 11c and 11d are formed in a substantially circular cross-section. Further, this cylindrical main body 11 is elastically deformable in the expansion and contraction direction around the opening 12 and has a relatively large elastic deformation force in the diameter reduction direction. Note that it is also possible to embed a plate-like core material inside the cylindrical main body 11 to further enhance the elastic force in the diameter reduction direction.
[0025] The protrusion 13 is continuously formed up to both axial ends of the cylindrical main body 11 and has a substantially semi-circular cross-section. Further, a holding groove 13a for fitting and holding the support portions 4 and 5 is formed inside this protrusion 13. This holding groove 13a is formed with an inner diameter slightly larger than the outer diameter of the support portions 4 and 5 so that the entire support portions 4 and 5 can be accommodated inside.
[0026] As described above, each of the slit portions 14 is formed along the circumferential direction from one end portion 11c on the opening portion 12 side of the cylindrical main body 11 to one side wall 11a, and is notched in an arc shape along the entire circumference of the protrusion 13, that is, up to the edge of the other side wall 11b. Further, the vertical interval length L between each of the slit portions 14 is formed to be substantially the same as the vertical interval length of the horizontal mesh portion 1b, and the gap width of each is formed to be slightly larger than the outer diameter of the horizontal mesh portion 1b, so that each of the horizontal mesh portions 1b can be inserted without resistance.
[0027] FIG. 5 is a perspective view of one end side of the net showing the initial state of the procedure when attaching the end of the net to the support column via the mounting clip provided in this embodiment, and FIG. 6 shows the procedure for attaching the support portion of the net to the support column by the mounting clip of this embodiment. (a) shows a state where the horizontal mesh portion of the net is inserted into each slit portion of the mounting clip, (b) shows a state where the mounting clip is rotated and the support portion of the net is fitted and held in the holding groove, and (c) is an explanatory view showing a state where the mounting clip is elastically force-fitted and fixed to the support column.
[0028] FIGS. 7(a) to (c) are explanatory views seen from the plane showing the state where the mounting clip is pushed into and fitted to the outer peripheral surface of the support column corresponding to FIGS. 6(b) and (c). 〔Procedure for attaching the net to the support column by the mounting clip〕 First, in order to attach the net 1 to each of the support columns 2 and 3, the tying ropes 8a, 8b, 9a, and 9b provided at the upper and lower ends of both ends of the net 1 in advance are tied and fixed to the respective small-diameter upper end portions 2b and 3b and a predetermined portion at the center of both support columns 2 and 3.
[0029] Hereinafter, for the sake of convenience, the procedure for attaching one end portion in the longitudinal direction of the net 1 to the support column 2 mainly by the mounting clip 10 will be described based on FIGS. 5 to 8.
[0030] As shown in FIG. 5, the net 1 is in a slightly stretched state, and the central portion of each support portion 4 is bent in an arc shape and is slightly separated from the outer peripheral surface 2c of each support column 2.
[0031] From this state, as shown in Fig. 6(a), with the first upper mounting clip 10, it is positioned on the four horizontal mesh lines 1b corresponding to the four slit portions 14, and from here, by rotating the mounting clip 10 in the direction of the arrow, each horizontal mesh line 1b is inserted into each slit portion 14. When each horizontal mesh line 1b is inserted to the terminal edge of each slit portion 14, the support portion 4 is fitted and held in the holding groove 13a of the cylindrical main body 11. The support portion 4 fitted and held in the holding groove 13a does not protrude inward from the inner peripheral surface 11e of the cylindrical main body 11.
[0032] After that, as shown in Figs. 6(b) and 7(a)(b), while abutting both end edges of the opening 12 of the mounting clip 10 (cylindrical main body 11), that is, the opposing both end portions 11b, 11c against the outer peripheral surface 2c of the support column 2, the mounting clip 10 is pushed into the outer peripheral surface 2c of the support column 2 through the opening 12 against its own elastic force.
[0033] Then, as shown in Figs. 6(c) and 7(c), the mounting clip 10 is fitted and fixed in a holding state while closely adhering to the outer peripheral surface 2c of the support column 2 over the entire inner peripheral surface 11e by the elastic restoring force in the diameter-reducing direction. As a result, the support portion 4 of the net 1 is firmly fixed to the support column 2 by the mounting clip 10.
[0034] For the second middle and third lower mounting clips 10 as well, the support portion 4 is fixed to the support column 2 in the same procedure as described above. As a result, the entire one end portion of the net 1 is firmly fixed to the support column 2.
[0035] Also, for the three mounting clips 10 on the other support column 3 side, if the support portion 5 on the other end portion side of the net 1 is fixed to the other support column 3 in the same procedure, the mounting operation of the net 1 with respect to both support columns 2, 3 is completed.
[0036] By these series of attachment operations, it becomes possible to simply attach the net 1 to the support columns 2, 3 with one touch via the mounting clip 10.
[0037] Also, as described above, when the support portions 4 and 5 of the net 1 are attached to the support columns 2 and 3 by the respective mounting clips 10, since the support portions 4 and 5 are fitted and held in a housed state in the holding grooves 13a of the cylindrical main body 11, the support portions 4 and 5 do not protrude inward from the inner peripheral surface 11e of the cylindrical main body 11, and substantially the entire portion of the inner peripheral surface 11e except for the holding grooves 13a is pressed against the outer peripheral surfaces 2c and 3c of the support columns 2 and 3 in close contact by an elastic force. Therefore, it becomes possible to firmly attach each mounting clip 10 to the support columns 2 and 3.
[0038] Next, to remove the net 1 from each of the support columns 2 and 3, first, each mounting clip 10 is removed from each of the support columns 2 and 3 against its own elastic force by an operation opposite to the above-described attachment operation. Thereafter, if the upper and lower tying ropes 8a, 8b, 9a, and 9b are loosened and removed, the net 1 can be easily removed from each of the support columns 2 and 3. Therefore, the work efficiency of removing the net 1 can also be improved.
[0039] As described above, according to the present embodiment, since the badminton competition net 1 is attached and fixed to the support columns 2 and 3 using the mounting clips 10, the structure is simplified as compared with the conventional attachment structure. As a result, cost reduction can be achieved.
[0040] Also, in the present embodiment, since the mounting clip 10 having an elastic force is used instead of the hook-and-loop fastener as in the prior art, the net 1 can be attached to the support columns 2 and 3 with one touch, so that the attachment work efficiency can be improved, and a strong attachment state to the support columns 2 and 3 can be obtained by the strong elastic force of the mounting clip 10.
[0041] Moreover, in the present embodiment, since the existing ones can be used as they are without changing the structures and shapes of the net 1 and the support columns 2 and 3, an increase in cost can be suppressed.
[0042] The present invention is not limited to the configuration of the above-described embodiment. For example, the mounting clip 10 can also be formed by bending a metal plate material having an elastic force into a cylindrical shape.
[0043] In addition, the mounting clip 10 can be provided in two pieces for one support column 2, 3 by further increasing the axial length, or conversely, it can be made four or more by shortening the axial length. Thus, it is also possible to increase or decrease the number of slit portions 14 as the axial length of the mounting clip 10 is increased or decreased. Further, the inner and outer diameters of the mounting clip 10 can be freely and arbitrarily changed according to the outer diameter of the support columns 2, 3 or the like.
[0044] Furthermore, as the competition net, in addition to the badminton net, it can be applied to other competition nets such as softball and tennis.
