Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a wheelchair support device for a barbershop and a shampoo sink device for a barbershop.
Background Art
[0002] Shops that provide hair cutting and shampooing services, such as barbershops and beauty salons, may be used not only by healthy people but also by the elderly and disabled. However, many of the elderly and disabled often use wheelchairs, and when a wheelchair user uses a barbershop or beauty salon, it is common to transfer from the wheelchair to a barber chair or the like. However, this transfer operation requires a great deal of labor, and the wheelchair user may be physically burdened when a caregiver is not accompanying them. In addition, when a shop staff such as a barber supports the operation, since they are not used to the operation, there is a possibility that the wheelchair user may be injured, for example, by dropping them in some cases.
[0003] Therefore, various techniques have been proposed that enable a wheelchair user to receive services such as hair cutting or beauty treatment while sitting in the wheelchair.
[0004] As an example of the prior art, in a barbershop, for example, a support member for supporting and holding a wheelchair in a reclined state is provided near a barbering device such as a shampoo sink. It is known that a wheelchair user can receive a hair care service for the head while reclined in the wheelchair (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
[0005] Also, as another example, there is known a device having a shampoo sink, a wheel mounting plate with wheels attached, and a telescopic support between the wheel mounting plates of the shampoo sink, and the shampoo sink can be arranged at an arbitrary position by expanding and contracting the support (see, for example, Patent Document 2).

[0006] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2005-103194 [Patent Document 2] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2009-112565 [Summary of the Invention] [Problems to be Solved by the Invention]
[0007] In the device of Patent Document 1 described above, the support member mentioned above is generally in a portal shape, and is provided with a pair of upright stays and a support portion that connects the upper end portions thereof and is arranged horizontally. The handle of the wheelchair is fastened to the support portion using a holding belt. That is, in the case of the device of Patent Document 1, since the wheelchair is fixedly supported with the front wheels floating, there is a possibility of giving a sense of uneasiness to the wheelchair user.
[0008] Also, in the device of Patent Document 2, the above-mentioned column is provided so as to be extendable and retractable by an electric pantograph type actuator. For example, when a wheelchair user is supported while being inclined (with the front wheels floating) together with the wheelchair, there is a limit to the inclination angle in consideration of the uneasiness and safety of the wheelchair user. In the device of Patent Document 2, the shampoo sink is raised and lowered in a horizontal state, and in such a case, it may not be possible to appropriately position the sink on the head of the wheelchair user and it may not be possible to sufficiently cope with it.
[0009] It can be said that Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2 had room for improvement in terms of eliminating uneasiness and improving convenience.
[0010] The present invention has been made in view of the above-described circumstances, and enables a wheelchair user to receive grooming or beauty services such as hair styling or hair washing with the wheelchair inclined while sitting on the wheelchair, and at the same time eliminates the uneasiness associated with the inclination of the wheelchair itself and improves its convenience. Provided are a wheelchair support device for a beauty salon and a shampooing device for a beauty salon. [Means for Solving the Problems]
[0011] The above-described object of the present invention is achieved by the following configuration. (1) A wheelchair support device for a barbershop, comprising: a mounting portion formed to extend in a plate shape for mounting a wheelchair, the mounting portion being divided into a first mounting portion on which a pair of front wheels of the wheelchair are mounted and supported in a state where the wheelchair is mounted, and a second mounting portion on which a pair of rear wheels of the wheelchair are mounted and supported in a state where the wheelchair is mounted; a swivel holding portion that integrally and rotatably holds the mounting portion; and a lifting portion that raises and lowers the first mounting portion along the height direction, and when raising the first mounting portion, inclines the first mounting portion so that a front end portion of the first mounting portion along the front-rear direction of the wheelchair is lower than a rear end portion. (2) The wheelchair support device for a barbershop according to (1), wherein the first mounting portion is provided with a pair of front wheel holding portions that sandwich and hold each of the pair of front wheels in its width direction, and each of the front wheel holding portions includes a pair of clamping claw portions, a first slider portion that enables adjustment of a separation distance between the pair of clamping claw portions, and a second slider portion that integrally holds the pair of clamping claw portions and the first slider portion and slides the wheelchair in the front-rear direction or its width direction in a state where the wheelchair is mounted on the mounting portion. (3) The wheelchair support device for a barbershop according to (1) or (2), wherein the second mounting portion is provided with a rear wheel stopper mechanism for preventing the pair of rear wheels from being disengaged from the second mounting portion, the rear wheel stopper mechanism including a swing member that extends in a bar shape along the front-rear direction in a state where the wheelchair is mounted and is supported so as to be swingable in the height direction with respect to the second mounting portion, a locking member that extends in a bar shape along the width direction in a state where the wheelchair is mounted, is connected to the front end portion of the swing member at an intermediate portion thereof, and has locking portions for locking the pair of rear wheels in a state where the wheelchair is mounted at both ends thereof, and a locking mechanism that locks the swing member at its height position when the swing member is swung in the height direction and the locking portions of the locking member engage with the pair of rear wheels. (4) A sink section, a first base section that supports the entire apparatus including the sink section on a mounting surface, a first side frame and a second side frame erected on at least one side portion of the first base section, a second base section that holds the sink section so as to be tiltable in the vertical direction, a link mechanism having a plurality of links, each of the plurality of links being rotatably connected to each other, and one end thereof being connected to the first side frame and the other end thereof being rotatably connected to one end of the second base section, a guide piece portion that is formed to extend in a long shape, a guide hole is formed along its longitudinal direction, and a base end portion thereof is connected to a predetermined drive shaft and the base end portion is rotatably supported about the predetermined drive shaft as a rotation center. A pin portion is disposed on a side portion of the other end of the second base section, and the pin portion is inserted into the guide hole of the guide piece portion. A shampoo sink device for a barbershop. (5) A protruding portion is disposed on the lower end side of the second base section, and further includes a telescopic mechanism that is erected on the first base section and is provided to be telescopic. When the protruding portion is disposed close to the tip end portion of the telescopic mechanism as the guide piece portion rotates by the predetermined drive shaft, the telescopic mechanism extends to press the protruding portion upward, so that the sink section is supported by the first base section via the protruding portion and the second base section so as to be able to swing. The shampoo sink device for a barbershop according to (4). (6) A plurality of wheels are disposed on the first base section. The shampoo sink device for a barbershop according to (4) or (5).
[0012] According to the configuration of (1), the lifting section lifts up the first mounting section in a state where the first mounting section is tilted so that the front end portion thereof hangs down, in other words, is lower than the rear end portion thereof. By this tilted lift-up, a wheelchair user can receive grooming or beauty services such as hair scattering or hair washing with the wheelchair tilted while sitting on the wheelchair, and at the same time, the uneasiness associated with the tilt of the wheelchair itself can be wiped away and its convenience can be enhanced. According to the configuration of (2) above, each of the front wheels of various sizes is clamped and held by a pair of clamping claw portions, and each of the front wheels is regulated in a state along the front-rear direction (straight) at an arbitrary position by the first slider portion and the second slider portion. Thereby, even when the wheelchair is placed on the placement portion, the safety can be enhanced. According to the configuration of (3) above, when the swing member is swung in its height direction and the locking portion of the locking member engages with a pair of rear wheels, the swing member is locked at that height position by the locking mechanism. By this locking, the movement of the wheelchair placed on the placement portion is restricted at its rear wheels, and the removal of the wheels from the placement portion is suppressed. By this suppression, the safety can be further enhanced even when the wheelchair is placed on the placement portion. According to the configuration of (4) above, when the user rotates and moves the guide piece portion so that its longitudinal direction substantially coincides with the horizontal direction, the link mechanism is shortened as a whole and the second base portion is set in a posture such that it substantially coincides with the horizontal direction. Thereby, the first initial state of the hair washing device is realized. On the other hand, when the user rotates and moves the guide piece portion so that its longitudinal direction is along the substantially vertical direction (height direction), the link mechanism extends as a whole and the second base portion is in an inclined posture with its front end portion upward. Thereby, the second initial state of the hair washing device for a barbershop is realized. As a result, the sink portion is arranged in an inclined state in its initial state, and the hair washing device for a barbershop can be appropriately installed with respect to the head of a wheelchair user who is supported in an inclined manner by the wheelchair support device for a barbershop. That is, by including the link mechanism and the guide piece portion and inserting the pin portion disposed on the side portion of the second base portion into the guide hole of the guide piece portion, the switching between the two initial states, the first initial state and the second initial state, is realized. Thereby, it is possible to cope with various users such as able-bodied persons or wheelchair users by appropriately switching the initial state. According to the configuration of (5) above, the sink part is supported so as to be able to swing with respect to the protruding part via the second base part and with respect to the first base part via the second base part. That is, even when the sink part is disposed in an inclined state in the second initial state, the sink part can be adjusted at an arbitrary inclination angle by the expansion and contraction mechanism with reference to the inclined position (initial state). According to the configuration of (6) above, the apparatus main body can be easily moved to an arbitrary location.
Effects of the Invention
[0013] According to the present invention, it is possible to make the wheelchair tiltable while the wheelchair user is sitting on the wheelchair, so that the user can receive grooming or beauty services such as hair styling or hair washing, and at the same time, wipe out the sense of uneasiness associated with the tilting of the wheelchair itself and enhance its convenience.

[0019] (First Embodiment) Based on FIGS. 1 to 13, Embodiment 1 according to the present invention will be described
[0020] [Regarding the basic configuration of the wheelchair support device for a barbershop] With reference to FIG. 1, an example of the basic configuration of a wheelchair support device 100 for a barbershop according to the present embodiment (hereinafter also referred to as the "wheelchair support device") will be described. FIG. 1 is an overall perspective view illustrating an overview of the wheelchair support device 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention.
[0021] Note that FIG. 1 shows a state in which the wheelchair 10 is placed on the placement portion 110 and the first placement portion 120 of the placement portion 110 described later is lifted (lifted up). The initial state of the wheelchair support device 100 is such that the first placement portion 120 of the placement portion 110 is lowered so that its height substantially coincides with that of the second placement portion 140, and the entire placement portion 110 is made flat (see the description below). When this height is substantially the same, the wheelchair user gets on the wheelchair 10 and enters from the rear of the device body. Also, in FIG. 1, the illustration of the wheelchair user is omitted, and only the wheelchair 10 is shown.
[0022] As shown in FIG. 1, the wheelchair support device 100 of the present embodiment includes a placement portion 110 on which the wheelchair 10 is placed with its user on board, a swivel holding portion 160 that integrally and rotatably holds the placement portion 110, and a lifting portion 170 that raises and lowers the first placement portion 120 (see the description below) of the placement portion 110.
[0023] In the first placement portion 120 of the placement portion 110, a pair of front wheel holding portions 121 are provided for sandwiching and holding each of the pair of front wheels 20 of the wheelchair 10 in its width direction (see the description below). Further, in the second placement portion 140, a rear wheel stopper mechanism 143 is provided to prevent the pair of rear wheels 30 of the wheelchair 10 from being removed from the placement portion 110 (the second placement portion 140) (see the description below).
[0024] The elevating part 170 is arranged on the side of the apparatus main body, and is configured to include a hydraulic piston device (not shown) and a support bar 171. The support bar 171 is made of a metal plate-like member, and extends along the left-right direction (width direction) of the wheelchair 10 in a state where the wheelchair 10 is placed at a specified position above the placement part 110. The hydraulic piston device raises and lowers this support bar 171 via a wire 176 (see the description below).
[0025] [Configuration of a pair of front-wheel holding parts] With reference to FIG. 2, an example of the configuration of a pair of front-wheel holding parts 121 will be described. FIG. 2 is an enlarged perspective view illustrating the configuration of the front-wheel holding part 121 shown in FIG. 1.
[0026] As shown in FIG. 2, each of the pair of front-wheel holding parts 121 includes a wheel guiding part 122 formed in a long plate shape, and a holding main body part 124 arranged adjacent to the front of the wheel guiding part 122.
[0027] The wheel guiding part 122 is made of a long metal plate, and its tip part is formed to be gradually curved upward (in the height direction) to regulate the movement of the front wheel 20 of the wheelchair 10 so that it does not come off from the front of the wheel guiding part 122. Further, a plurality of grooves 123 are arranged in parallel along the longitudinal direction of the surface of the wheel guiding part 122. By means of this plurality of grooves 123, each of the front wheels 20 of the wheelchair 10 can be appropriately guided in the front-rear direction of the apparatus main body.
[0028] The holding main body part 124 includes a pair of clamping claw parts 125, a first slider part 126, and a second slider part 129.
[0029] The pair of clamping claw parts 125 are bracket members made of a metal flat plate, and are fixed to the first slider part at their base ends. Each of the pair of clamping claw parts 125 is arranged parallel to each other so as to be able to clamp the front wheel 20 therebetween.
[0030] The first slider part 126 and the second slider part 129 are made of a composite material including a resin member and a metal member, and are provided by a moving mechanism composed of guide rails 127, 130 and guide rail sliders 128, 131 that move along the guide rails 127, 130.
[0031] The first slider part 126 is provided so as to be able to adjust the separation distance between the pair of clamping claw parts 125. The second slider part 129 is provided so as to integrally hold the pair of clamping claw parts 125 and the first slider part 126 and be slidable along the front-rear direction or the width direction thereof in a state where the wheelchair 10 is placed on the placement part 110.
[0032] With such a configuration, each of the front wheels 20 of various sizes is clamped and held by the pair of clamping claw parts 125, and each of the front wheels 20 is regulated in a (straight) state along the front-rear direction at an arbitrary position by the first slider part 126 and the second slider part 129. By this regulation, it becomes possible to enhance the safety even in a state where the wheelchair 10 is placed on the placement part 110.
[0033] [Regarding the configuration of the rear wheel stopper mechanism] With reference to FIG. 3, the configuration of the rear wheel stopper mechanism 143 will be described. FIG. 3 is an enlarged perspective view illustrating the configuration of the rear wheel stopper mechanism 143 shown in FIG. 1.
[0034] As shown in FIG. 3, the rear wheel stopper mechanism 143 includes a swing member 144, a locking member 145, and a lock mechanism 148.
[0035] The swing member 144 is made of a hollow metal pipe member and is arranged to extend along the front-rear direction. A rotation axis (not shown) is provided at the base end portion of the swing member 144 along its diameter direction, and the locking mechanism 148 holds the swing member 144 so as to be swingable with this rotation axis as the center of rotation. That is, the swing member 144 is arranged to extend in a rod shape along the front-rear direction in a state where the wheelchair 10 is placed, and is supported so as to be swingable in the height direction with its base end portion fixed to the second placement portion 140.
[0036] Similarly, the locking member 145 is made of a hollow metal pipe member and is arranged to extend along the width direction. The locking member 145 is connected and fixed to the tip end portion of the swing member 144 at its intermediate portion. Locking portions 146 are provided at both end portions of the locking member 145. The locking portion 146 is made of a resin member having a bottomed cylindrical shape and is attached so as to cover each end portion of the locking member 145. A plurality of convex portions or a plurality of groove portions for improving the frictional force, for example, are formed on the outer peripheral surface of the locking portion 146 (not shown). A flange portion 147 is provided along the circumferential direction at the tip edge of the locking portion 146. The flange portion 147 is provided to extend radially outward. By the locking portions 146 provided at each end portion of the locking member 145 coming into contact with each of the pair of rear wheels 30 of the wheelchair 10, each of the pair of rear wheels 30 is locked.
[0037] The locking mechanism 148 includes a lock lever 149 and a lever locking portion 150. The lock lever 149 is formed by bending a flat metal member and is rotatably attached to the swing member 144. Similarly, the lever locking portion 150 is formed by bending a metal member and is fixed to the second placement portion 140. A plurality of notch portions 151 for locking the tip end portion of the lock lever 149 are intermittently formed along the longitudinal direction of the lever locking portion 150. By the tip end portion of the lock lever 149 being hooked and fixed to any one of the plurality of notch portions 151, the lock lever 149 is regulated (fixed) at a predetermined position in multiple stages. By this regulation, the swing member 144 is fixed at its height position via the lock lever 149.
[0038] With such a configuration, when the swing member 144 is swung in its height direction and the locking portion 146 of the locking member 145 engages with the pair of rear wheels 30, the swing member 144 is locked at its height position by the lock mechanism 148. Due to this locking, the wheelchair 10 placed on the placement portion 110 is restricted from moving at its rear wheels 30, and the removal of the wheels from the placement portion 110 is suppressed. By this suppression, it becomes possible to further enhance the safety even when the wheelchair 10 is placed on the placement portion 110.
[0039] [···Regarding the configurations of the placement portion and the turning holding portion] With reference to FIGS. 4 and 5, an example of the configurations of the placement portion 110 and the turning holding portion 160 will be described. FIG. 4 is a plan view illustrating the configuration of the turning holding portion 160 shown in FIG. 1. FIG. 5 is a plan view illustrating the configuration of the placement portion 110 shown in FIG. 1. Note that in FIG. 4, for the convenience of explanation, a state where the placement portion 110 is removed from the turning holding portion 160 is shown. In the normal use state, the placement portion 110 is attached to the turning holding portion 160.
[0040] As shown in FIG. 4, the turning holding portion 160 includes a frame body portion 161 and a turning mechanism 162 disposed on the back side of the frame body portion 161.
[0041] The inner frame of the frame body portion 161 is formed in a substantially circular shape corresponding to the outer shape of the placement portion 110 (to be referred to later). The turning mechanism 162 includes a shaft holding portion 163, a plurality of roller support shafts 164, and a plurality of passive rollers 165.
[0042] The shaft holding portion 163 is arranged at the center of the inner frame of the frame body portion 161 and rotatably holds a turning shaft (not shown) disposed on the back surface of the second placing portion 140. Each of the plurality of roller support shafts 164 is radially arranged in the inner frame of the frame body portion 161 at substantially equal intervals in the turning direction (circumferential direction) of the placing portion 110. Further, each of the plurality of roller support shafts 164 rotatably holds at least one driven roller 165. Thereby, the turning holding portion 160 can integrally and rotatably hold the placing portion 110 by placing the placing portion 110 on the driven roller 165 thereof.
[0043] As shown in FIG. 5, the placing portion 110 is formed in a disc shape (an example of a plate shape) for placing the wheelchair 10 and is arranged to extend along the horizontal direction. Further, the placing portion 110 is divided into two parts in the front-rear direction of the wheelchair 10 in a state where the wheelchair 10 is placed at a specified position. Therefore, the placing portion 110 is basically configured to include an arc-shaped plate-like first placing portion 120 disposed on the front side thereof and an arc-shaped second placing portion 140 disposed on the rear side thereof. The first placing portion 120 supports the front wheels 20 of the wheelchair 10, and the second placing portion 140 supports the rear wheels 30 thereof. Further, when the support bar 171 of the lifting portion 170 described above rises, the bottom surface of the first placing portion 120 of the placing portion 110 engages with the support bar 171 and is pushed up (lifted up). Thereby, the first placing portion 120 of the placing portion 110 is provided to be liftable. Note that in the initial state, the first placing portion 120 of the placing portion 110 is lowered so that its height substantially coincides with that of the second placing portion 140, and the entire placing portion 110 is made flat.
[0044] Further, in the present embodiment, on the dividing surfaces of the first placement portion 120 and the second placement portion 140, a rectangular convex portion 152 is formed on the second placement portion 140 in a plan view, and a concave portion 132 corresponding to the convex portion 152 is formed on the first placement portion 120. By fitting the convex portion 152 and the concave portion 132, the turning of the first placement portion 120 and the second placement portion 140 can be integrally realized. Also, a pair of wheel guides 141 are provided on the second placement portion 140 in the same manner as on the first placement portion 120. The pair of wheel guides 141 of the second placement portion 140 are arranged side by side with the wheel guides 122 of the first placement portion 120 in the front-rear direction, and together with the wheel guides 122 of the first placement portion 120, it is possible to guide the front wheels 20 and the rear wheels 30 of the wheelchair 10 along the front-rear direction integrally and continuously.
[0045] Also, as shown in FIG. 4, a pair of protruding pins 172 protruding upward (in the height direction) are provided at the longitudinal middle portion of the support bar 171, and pin holes (not shown) are formed on the back surface of the first placement portion 120 corresponding to the protruding pins 172. When the first placement portion 120 is lifted up by the support bar 171, each of the protruding pins 172 of the support bar 171 enters the pin holes of the first placement portion 120. By this entry, the horizontal and rotational movement of the first placement portion 120 is restricted, and the first placement portion 120 is stably held and lifted or lowered even when it is lifted or lowered.
[0046] As described above, the elevating portion 170 raises its support bar 171, and accordingly, the first placement portion 120 of the placement portion 110 is lifted up. At this time, in the present embodiment, the elevating portion 170 lifts up the first placement portion 120 in a state where the first placement portion 120 is inclined such that its front end portion hangs down, in other words, such that its front end portion is positioned lower than its rear end portion.
[0047] Due to the inclined lift-up, it becomes possible for wheelchair users to receive grooming or beauty services while sitting in the wheelchair 10, and at the same time, it is possible to wipe away the uneasiness associated with the inclination and enhance its convenience. Also, the inclination angle is set in the range of 8 to 10 degrees. By setting this range, it becomes possible to more reliably wipe away the uneasiness of wheelchair users.
[0048] In addition, as shown in FIG. 5, a pair of slide barrel bolts 166 for locking the rotation of the placement part 110 are also arranged in the rotation holding part 160. Also, in this embodiment, the structure is such that the user of the apparatus main body or a staff member in a grooming room manually rotates it, but it is not limited to this. For example, a power transmission mechanism in which a chain belt and gears are combined may be provided in the shaft holding part 163, and the rotation shaft of the second placement part 140 may be configured to be automatically rotated by the power transmission mechanism.
[0049] [Regarding the configuration of the lifting mechanism] With reference to FIG. 6, an example of the configuration of the lifting mechanism 175 of the lifting part 170 will be described. FIG. 6 is an enlarged perspective view illustrating the configuration of the lifting mechanism 175 shown in FIG. 1. Note that FIG. 6 shows the structure of the lifting mechanism 175 (to be described later with reference) of one of the left and right lifting parts 170. Since the other side (opposite side) has the same configuration, its illustration and description are omitted.
[0050] As shown in FIG. 6, the lifting part 170 further includes a lifting mechanism 175 in addition to a hydraulic piston device (not shown) and a support bar 171. The lifting mechanism 175 basically includes a wire 176, a pulley 177, a guide rail part 178, and a lifting guide part 180.
[0051] The wire 176 is connected to the hydraulic piston device at its proximal end and is fixed to the fastening projection 173 at its distal end. The fastening projection 173 is formed with a through hole 174 at its distal end for fixing the wire 176, and is fixedly provided protruding from each of the ends of the support bar 171. Further, the wire 176 is hung on a pulley 177 fixedly provided, for example, by welding or the like to the main body of the elevating part 170. Therefore, when the wire 176 is wound up by the hydraulic piston device, the support bar 171 is pulled up and rises via the pulley 177 and the wire 176. Conversely, when the wire 176 is loosened by the hydraulic piston device, the support bar 171 descends accordingly.
[0052] The guide rail part 178 is made of a plate-shaped metal member and is disposed along the vertical direction (height direction). Its front and back surfaces and the inner side surfaces in the width direction are guide surfaces 179. The elevating guide part 180 is formed in a substantially box shape and is integrally disposed at the end of the support bar 171. Further, three guide rollers 181 are rotatably attached inside the elevating guide part 180. Two of the three guide rollers 181 (not shown) are disposed to face each other so as to be able to contact the front guide surface 179 and the back guide surface 179 of the guide rail part 178 with the guide rail part 178 sandwiched therebetween in the front-back direction.
[0053] Also, these two guide rollers 181 are provided inside the elevating guide part 180 as described above, and there is a play (gap distance) between their outer diameters and the guide rail part 178. When the front wheels 20 of the wheelchair 10 are placed on the first placement part 120 and the support bar 171 is elevated or lowered, due to the presence of the play and the placement position of the front wheels 20 of the wheelchair, as described above, the front end part of the first placement part 120 automatically droops and it becomes possible to be elevated or lowered in that state. Note that the remaining one guide roller 181 can guide the support bar 171 in the vertical direction (height direction) while restricting movement in the width direction by rolling while contacting the side surface of the guide rail part 178.
[0054] [Regarding the basic configuration of the hair washing table device for a beauty salon] With reference to FIGS. 7 to 9, an example of the basic configuration of a shampoo sink device 200 for a beauty salon according to the present embodiment (hereinafter also referred to as the "shampoo sink device 200") will be described. FIG. 7 is an overall perspective view illustrating the outline of the shampoo sink device 200 of the present embodiment. FIG. 8 is a side view illustrating the configuration of the shampoo sink device 2 00 shown in FIG. 7. FIG. 9 is a perspective view illustrating a state in which a user receives a shampoo service while sitting in a wheelchair 10. In FIG. 8, for the sake of convenience of explanation, the illustration of the sink portion 210, the tilt locking mechanism 252, etc. is omitted. In a normal use state, the sink portion 210, the tilt locking mechanism 252, etc. are attached to the second base portion 250 (see the following description).
[0055] As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the shampoo sink device 200 basically includes a sink portion 210, a first base portion 220, a first side frame 230, a second side frame 240, a second base portion 250, a gas cylinder 260 (an example of a telescopic mechanism), a first link mechanism 270 (an example of a link mechanism), a guide piece portion 280, and a shock absorption mechanism 290. When used for wheelchair users, the shampoo sink device 200 is used in a state where the wheelchair 10 is tilted by the aforementioned wheelchair support device 100. That is, the shampoo sink device 200 is disposed behind the wheelchair support device 100 and used in a state where the wheelchair user is facing upward (see FIG. 9).
[0056] The sink portion 210 is formed in a bowl shape from a synthetic resin such as polyester resin or fiber-reinforced plastic (FRP). A neck holding mat 211 is attached to the central portion of the front side portion (the back side in the drawing in FIG. 7) of the sink portion 210, and recessed portions 212 are provided on both sides of the neck holding mat 211 (both end portions of the front side portion of the sink portion 210). The recessed portions 212 are formed to be recessed inward in the width direction. By the recessed portions 212, physical interference between the sink portion 210 and the handle 40 of the wheelchair 10 is avoided (see FIG. 9). Note that the sink part 210 may be formed by, for example, press forming using a metal plate such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum, or an aluminum alloy as a material.
[0057] The first base part 220 is formed by bending a metal pipe member in a substantially reverse U shape, and has a pair of side parts 221 and a hanging part 222 that connects the ends of this pair of side parts 221. Further, the first base part 220 is arranged to extend along the placement surface (horizontal plane). Wheels 223 are rotatably disposed at the respective tip ends of the first base part 220. Thereby, the user holds the handle member 233 (to be described later) of the first side frame 230 and tilts the entire apparatus body. Then, the user can rotate the wheels 223 in that state to place them at an arbitrary location.
[0058] The first side frame 230 is erected on the pair of side parts 221 of the first base part 220. The first side frame 230 is also formed by bending a pipe member in a substantially reverse U shape, similar to the first base part 220. A handle member 233 is attached to the central part of the hanging part 232 of the first side frame 230. Further, the second side frame 240 is integrally coupled to the pair of side parts 231 of the first side frame 230 by welding or the like. The second side frame 240 is also formed by bending a pipe member in a substantially U shape. The second side frame 240 is integrally coupled (fixed) to the middle part of the side part 231 of the first side frame 230 at the base end part of its side part 241 by welding or the like so that the pair of side parts 241 thereof are both inclined with respect to the placement surface.
[0059] The second base portion 250 supports the sink portion 210 so as to be tiltable in the vertical direction (along the vertical direction). The second base portion 250 is provided with a flat plate portion 251, an inclined support portion (not shown), and an inclined locking mechanism 252. The flat plate portion 251 forms the structural basis of the second base portion 250, and the inclined support portion is disposed at the central portion thereof. The inclined support portion supports the sink portion 210 so as to be tiltable at its tip end. The inclined locking mechanism 252 includes a slide hole 253 and a locking rod 254 inserted through the slide hole 253. The base end portion of the locking rod 254 is connected to a part of the inclined support portion. By fixing the locking rod 254 at an arbitrary position in the slide hole 253, the inclined support portion is locked in its inclined state. As a result, the sink portion 210 is fixedly held by the second base portion 250 at a predetermined tilt angle.
[0060] The gas cylinder 260 is erected while being inclined forward with respect to the first base portion 220. A foot pedal 261 is disposed at the lower end portion of the gas cylinder 260, and the user can adjust the length of the gas cylinder 260 by stepping on the foot pedal 261 with the foot. That is, the gas cylinder 260 is provided so as to be telescopic.
[0061] In the present embodiment, the hair washing table device 200 has a first link mechanism 270 and a guide piece portion 280 (see the following description) so that the two initial states, i.e., the first initial state and the second initial state of the second base portion 250, can be switched. Further, the shock absorption mechanism 290 absorbs the shock during the switching process (in the middle) between the first initial state and the second initial state (see the following description).
[0062] The first initial state is an initial state in which the second base portion 250 is disposed substantially parallel in the horizontal direction and is suitable for a healthy person other than a wheelchair user. The second initial state is an initial state in which the second base is inclined and is suitable for a wheelchair user. By having the first initial state and the second initial state in this way, the hair washing table device 200 can accommodate various users with a single unit.
[0063] [Regarding the cooperation of the first link mechanism, the guide piece part, and the gas cylinder] With reference to FIGS. 10 and 11, an example of the cooperation of the first link mechanism 270, the guide piece part 280, and the gas cylinder 260 will be described. FIG. 10 is a schematic diagram illustrating a first initial state of a structure including the first link mechanism 270 and the guide piece part 280 shown in FIG. 8. FIG. 11 is a schematic diagram illustrating a second initial state of a structure including the first link mechanism 270 and the guide piece part 280 shown in FIG. 8.
[0064] As shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the first link mechanism 270 is configured to include a first link 271 and a second link 272 each formed of a long flat plate. The first link 271 and the second link 272 are rotatably connected to each other, and the upper end of the first link 271, which is one end of the first link mechanism 270, is integrally connected (an example of connection) to the hanging part 232 of the first side frame 230 by welding or the like. Also, the lower end of the second link 272, which is the other end of the first link mechanism 270, is rotatably connected to the rear end (one end in the front-rear direction: an example of one end) of the second base part 250. Also, a drive shaft DA extending in the width direction is disposed at a predetermined position of the second side frame 240. The user can manually rotate the drive shaft DA about its rotation center via the operation lever CL (see FIG. 8).
[0065] Also, a telescopic locking mechanism 300 is disposed adjacent to the first link mechanism 270 and between the first side frame 230 and the second base part 250. The telescopic locking mechanism 300 includes a rod 301 and a rod holding part 302. The rod holding part 302 is provided such that the rod 301 is slidably held in its longitudinal direction and can be fixed (locked) at an arbitrary slide position. The telescopic locking mechanism 300 is used to lock the posture of the second base part 250 when it is switched to the first initial state or the second initial state by the rotation of the guide piece part 280 described later.
[0066] The guide piece portion 280 is formed to extend in a long shape, and a guide hole 281 is formed along its longitudinal direction. Further, the base end portion of the guide piece portion 280 is connected to the aforementioned drive shaft DA, and the base end portion is rotatably supported about the drive shaft DA as a rotation center. And a pin portion 255 is disposed on a side portion of the front end portion (the other end portion in the front-rear direction: an example of the other end portion) of the second base portion 250. The pin portion 255 is inserted into the guide hole 281 of the guide piece portion 280, and slides inside the guide hole 281 as the guide piece portion 280 rotates and moves.
[0067] With such a configuration, as shown in FIG. 10, when the guide piece portion 280 is rotationally moved by the user so that its longitudinal direction substantially coincides with the horizontal direction, the first link mechanism 270 is shortened as a whole and the second base portion 250 is set to a posture such that it substantially coincides with the horizontal direction. In that state, the telescopic lock mechanism 300 locks, and the second base portion 250 is fixed in that posture. Thereby, the first initial state of the washbasin device 200 is realized.
[0068] On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 11, when the guide piece portion 280 is rotationally moved by the user so that its longitudinal direction substantially follows the vertical direction (height direction), the first link mechanism 270 extends as a whole and the second base portion 250 takes a posture in which its front end portion is inclined upward. Similarly, in that state, the telescopic lock mechanism 300 locks and the second base portion 250 is fixed in that posture. Thereby, the second initial state of the washbasin device 200 is realized. As a result, the sink portion 210 is disposed in an inclined state in its initial state, and it becomes possible to appropriately install the washbasin device 200 with respect to the head of the wheelchair user who is inclined and supported by the aforementioned wheelchair support device 100 (see FIG. 9).
[0069] In this way, the washbasin device 200 is configured to include a first link mechanism 270 and a guide piece portion 280. By inserting the pin portion 255 disposed on the side portion of the second base portion 250 into the guide hole 281 of the guide piece portion 280, switching between two initial states, namely the first initial state and the second initial state, is realized. Thereby, as described above, the washbasin device 200 of the present embodiment can be made to correspond to various users such as a healthy person or a wheelchair user by appropriately switching the initial state, and thus can be made to correspond with a single unit.
[0070] And, as shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, in the present embodiment, a protruding frame portion 256 (an example of a protruding portion) is integrally disposed on the lower end (back surface) side of the second base portion 250. The protruding frame portion 256 is formed in a substantially U shape and has a pair of vertical bar portions (not shown) and a horizontal bar portion (not shown) that connects the tip ends of the pair of vertical bar portions. Each of the pair of vertical bar portions is fixed to the lower end portion of the second base portion 250 at its base end portion. The horizontal bar portion is arranged such that its longitudinal direction is along the width direction, and each of its end portions is coupled to the tip end portion of the vertical bar portion.
[0071] As shown in FIG. 11, when switching to the second initial state, that is, when the protruding frame portion 256 is disposed close to the tip end portion of the gas cylinder 260 along with the rotational movement of the guide piece portion 280 by the aforementioned drive shaft DA. At this time, by the user operating the foot pedal 261 to extend the gas cylinder 260, the tip end portion of the gas cylinder 260 is brought into contact with the peripheral surface of the horizontal bar portion of the protruding frame portion 256. By further extending the gas cylinder 260 in this contact state, the protruding frame portion 256 is pressed upward.
[0072] By this pressing, the sink portion 210 is supported so as to be able to swing with respect to the first base portion 220 via the protruding frame portion 256 and the second base portion 250. That is, even when the sink portion 210 is disposed in an inclined state in the second initial state, the sink portion 210 can be adjusted at an arbitrary inclination angle by the gas cylinder 260 with the inclined position as a reference (initial state).
[0073] [...About the shock absorbing mechanism] An example of the configuration of the shock absorbing mechanism 290 will be described with reference to Fig. 12 and Fig. 13. Fig. 12 is a schematic diagram illustrating the operation of the shock absorbing mechanism 290 shown in Fig. 8 in a first initial state. Fig. 13 is a schematic diagram illustrating the operation of the shock absorbing mechanism 290 shown in Fig. 8 in a second initial state.
[0074] As shown in FIGS. 12 and 13, the shock absorbing mechanism 290 has a first initial state and a second initial state. The shock absorbing mechanism 290 is basically configured to include a spring cylinder 291, a slide guide portion 293, a second link mechanism 295, and a support piece portion 297. The shock absorbing mechanism 290 is attached to prevent the second base portion 250 from suddenly tilting or dropping during the process of switching the initial state.
[0075] The spring cylinder 291 is provided so as to directly absorb impact in the expansion / contraction direction by the elastic force of the spring. The spring cylinder 291 is connected at its tip to the second base part 250 so as to be rotatable in the vertical direction. The slide guide part 293 is formed in a bottomed box shape, and the spring cylinder 291 is housed in the slide guide part 293 at its base end. Therefore, the spring cylinder 291 is guided by the slide guide part 293 so as to be slidable in its expansion / contraction direction. A locking pin part 292 is disposed at the base end of the spring cylinder 291, and a locking long hole 294 is formed in the slide guide part 293 corresponding to the locking pin part 292. When the spring cylinder 291 is guided by the slide guide part 293, the locking pin part 292 slides (slides) in the locking long hole 294, thereby preventing the spring cylinder 291 from falling off the slide guide part 293. In other words, the spring cylinder 291 and the slide guide part 293 maintain a connected state without being separated.
[0076] The support piece portion 297 is formed in a long plate shape and extends horizontally from the first base portion 220. The support piece portion 297 serves as the structural basis of the second link mechanism 295. The second link mechanism 295 is provided with a plurality of links 296 connected thereto. Its tip is coupled to the lower end portion of the slide guide portion 293, and its base end is coupled to the tip end portion of the support piece portion 297. That is, the second link mechanism 295 adaptively supports the spring cylinder 291 and the slide guide portion 293 in correspondence with the guiding situation of the spring cylinder 291 and the slide guide portion 293.
[0077] With such a configuration, in the process of switching between the first initial state and the second initial state, the shock absorption mechanism 290 can adaptively guide the spring cylinder 291 by the slide guide portion 293 and the second link mechanism 295 in appropriate correspondence with the attitude change of the second base portion 250. Thereby, the shock absorption mechanism 290 can directly absorb the shock by the spring cylinder 291 even when the second base portion 250 suddenly inclines or drops.
[0078] [·Advantages of the present embodiment] As described above, according to the wheelchair support device 100 for a dressing room of the present embodiment, the placement portion 110 is formed to extend in a plate shape for placing the wheelchair 10, and is divided into a first placement portion 120 on which a pair of front wheels 20 of the wheelchair 10 are placed and supported in a state where the wheelchair 10 is placed, and a second placement portion 140 on which a pair of rear wheels 30 of the wheelchair 10 are placed and supported in a state where the wheelchair 10 is placed, a turning holding portion 160 that integrally and turnably holds the placement portion 110, and a lifting portion 170 that raises and lowers the first placement portion 120 along the height direction and inclines the first placement portion 120 so that the front end portion of the first placement portion 120 along the front-rear direction of the wheelchair 10 is lower than the rear end portion when the first placement portion 120 is raised.
[0079] Therefore, the elevating unit 170 lifts up the first placement unit 120 in a state where the first placement unit 120 is inclined such that its front end portion hangs down, in other words, is lower than its rear end portion. By this inclined lift-up, it becomes possible to incline the wheelchair 10 with the wheelchair user on the wheelchair 10 and receive grooming or beauty services such as hair drying or hair washing, and at the same time, wipe away the sense of unease associated with the inclination of the wheelchair 10 itself and enhance its convenience.
[0080] Also, according to the wheelchair support device 100 for a grooming room of the present embodiment, the first placement unit 120 is provided with a pair of front wheel holding parts 121 that sandwich and hold each of the pair of front wheels 20 in its width direction. Each of the front wheel holding parts 121 includes a pair of clamping claw parts 125, a first slider part 126 that enables adjustment of the separation distance between the pair of clamping claw parts 125, and a second slider part 129 that integrally holds the pair of clamping claw parts 125 and the first slider part 126 and slides them along the front-rear direction or the width direction in a state where the wheelchair 10 is placed on the placement unit 110.
[0081] For this reason, each of the pair of clamping claw parts 125 sandwiches and holds each of the front wheels 20 for front wheels 20 of various sizes, and each of the front wheels 20 is regulated in a (straight) state along the front-rear direction at an arbitrary position by the first slider part 126 and the second slider part 129. Thereby, even in a state where the wheelchair 10 is placed on the placement unit 110, the safety can be enhanced.
[0082] Further, according to the wheelchair support device 100 for a beauty salon of the present embodiment, the second placement portion 140 is provided with a rear wheel stopper mechanism 143 for preventing the pair of rear wheels 30 from being removed from the second placement portion 140. The rear wheel stopper mechanism 143 is arranged to extend in a rod shape along the front-rear direction in a state where the wheelchair 10 is placed thereon, and a swing member 144 whose tip is supported so as to be swingable along the height direction with respect to the second placement portion 140, and a locking member 145 which is arranged to extend in a rod shape along the width direction in a state where the wheelchair 10 is placed thereon, is connected to the tip of the swing member 144 at an intermediate portion thereof, and locking portions 146 for locking the pair of rear wheels 30 are arranged at both ends thereof in a state where the wheelchair 10 is placed thereon, and a lock mechanism 148 for locking the swing member 144 at its height position when the swing member 144 is swung in its height direction and the locking portions 146 of the locking member 145 are engaged with the pair of rear wheels 30.
[0083] Therefore, when the swing member 144 is swung in its height direction and the locking portions 146 of the locking member 145 are engaged with the pair of rear wheels 30, the swing member 144 is locked at its height position by the lock mechanism 148. By this locking, the movement of the wheelchair 10 placed on the placement portion 110 is restricted by its rear wheels 30, and the removal of the wheels from the placement portion 110 is suppressed. By this suppression, the safety can be further enhanced even in a state where the wheelchair 10 is placed on the placement portion 110.
[0084] Further, according to the hair washing table device 200 for a beauty salon of the present embodiment, a sink unit 210, a first base unit 220 that supports the entire device including the sink unit 210 from a placement surface, a first side frame 230 and a second side frame 240 erected on at least one side portion 221 of the first base unit 220, a second base unit 250 that holds the sink unit 210 so as to be tiltable in the vertical direction, a first link 271 and a second link 272 (an example of a plurality of links), each of the first link 271 and the second link 272 being rotatably connected to each other, and one end portion thereof being connected to the first side frame 230 and the other end portion thereof being rotatably connected to one end portion of the second base unit 250, a first link mechanism 270 (an example of a link mechanism), a guide piece portion 280 that is formed to extend in a long shape, a guide hole 281 is formed along its longitudinal direction, a base end portion thereof is connected to a predetermined drive shaft DA, and the base end portion is rotatably supported about the predetermined drive shaft DA as a rotation center. A pin portion 255 is disposed on a side portion of the other end portion of the second base unit 250, and the pin portion 255 is inserted into the guide hole 281 of the guide piece portion 280.
[0085] Therefore, when the guide piece portion 280 is rotationally moved by a user so that its longitudinal direction substantially coincides with the horizontal direction, the first link mechanism 270 (an example of a link mechanism) is overall shortened and the second base unit 250 is set to a posture that substantially coincides with the horizontal direction. Thereby, the first initial state of the hair washing table device 200 is realized. On the other hand, when the guide piece portion 280 is rotationally moved by a user so that its longitudinal direction is along the substantially vertical direction (height direction), the first link mechanism 270 is overall extended and the second base unit 250 is in a tilted posture such that its front end portion is upward. Thereby, the second initial state of the hair washing table device 200 is realized. As a result, the sink unit 210 is disposed in a tilted state in its initial state, and the wheelchair The hair washing table device 200 can be appropriately installed with respect to the head of a wheelchair user who is supported in an inclined manner by the sub-support device 100. That is, it is configured to include a first link mechanism 270 and a guide piece portion 280, and the pin portion 255 disposed on the side portion of the second base portion 250 is inserted into the guide hole 281 of the guide piece portion 280, thereby realizing the switching between two initial states, namely, the first initial state and the second initial state. Accordingly, by appropriately switching the initial state corresponding to various users such as a healthy person or a wheelchair user, it is possible to handle with a single unit.
[0086] Further, according to the hair washing table device 200 for a barbershop of the present embodiment, a protruding frame portion 256 (an example of a protruding portion) is disposed on the lower end side of the second base portion 250, and a gas cylinder 260 (an example of a telescopic mechanism) which is erected on the first base portion 220 and provided to be telescopic is further included. When the protruding frame portion 256 is disposed close to the tip of the gas cylinder 260 as the guide piece portion 280 rotates by a predetermined drive shaft DA, the gas cylinder 260 extends to press the protruding frame portion 256 upward, so that the sink portion 210 is supported by the first base portion 220 via the protruding frame portion 256 and the second base portion 250 so as to be swingable.
[0087] For this reason, the sink portion 210 is supported by the first base portion 220 via the protruding frame portion 256 (an example of a protruding portion) and the second base portion 250 so as to be swingable. That is, even when the sink portion 210 is disposed in an inclined manner in the second initial state, the sink portion 210 can be adjusted at an arbitrary inclination angle by the gas cylinder 260 (an example of a telescopic mechanism) with the inclined position as a reference (initial state).
[0088] Further, according to the hair washing table device 200 for a barbershop of the present embodiment, a plurality of wheels 223 are disposed on the first base portion 220. For this reason, the apparatus main body can be easily moved to an arbitrary place.
[0089] Although the description of the specific embodiments has been completed above, it goes without saying that the present disclosure is not limited to such exemplary embodiments. It is obvious that those skilled in the art can conceive of various changes, modifications, substitutions, additions, deletions, and equivalents within the scope described in the claims, and it is naturally understood that they also belong to the technical scope of the present disclosure.
