Modes for Carrying Out the Invention

[0008] Hereinafter, with reference to the drawings, a preferred embodiment of the method for controlling advertisement display of the present invention will be described.

[0009] FIG. 36 is a block diagram showing the overall configuration of a server 1 and an information terminal device 2 for implementing the method for controlling advertisement display of the present embodiment.

[0010] In the method for controlling advertisement display according to this embodiment, in an advertisement display system for causing an information terminal device 2 to display an advertisement, control means 11 and 21 of computers 1 and 2, together with an instruction for an operation to the user of the information terminal device 2 or after the instruction for the operation, cause the information terminal device 2 to display an advertisement; and when the control means 11 and 21 of the computers 1 and 2 detect an operation from the user, end the display of the advertisement or transition to another display. The operation is configured to be manual input or voice input such as drawing a line, tracing, marking, enclosing, a designated phrase, etc., or to move the advertisement to another position or deform the advertisement including rotation to complete the advertisement. The advertisement display here includes a display that can be visually recognized and a voice-based one. It may be an advertisement display system that performs advertisement display, instruction for operation, and operation only by display or only by voice, or an advertisement display system that combines display and voice.

[0011] In the following embodiments, a case where the server 1 and the information terminal device 2 have communication means 13 and 24 as communication functions will be described. However, as will be described later, the present invention can be implemented even when there is no communication function or in an offline state.

[0012] The server 1 includes, as control means 11, advertisement display means 111 for causing the information terminal device 2 to display an advertisement via a communication network 3. Further, it includes operation detection means 112 for receiving an operation of the information terminal device 2 by the user via the communication network 3.

[0013] The hardware configuration of the server 1 is that of a so-called general computer, and the control means 11 includes a central processing unit (CPU) and executes a program 121 stored in server storage means 121 such as a ROM (Read Only Memory) and a hard disk. The program 121 causes the control means 11 to execute the advertisement display means 111 and the operation detection means 112.

[0014] The server storage means 121 also stores data of advertisements to be displayed by the advertisement display means 111, data of instructions for operations to the user, and the like.

[0015] The control means 11 enables communication with the information terminal device 2 via the communication network 3 by controlling the communication means 13.

[0016] In this embodiment, the information terminal device 2 mainly includes a control means 21, an information terminal device storage means 22, an input means 23, a communication means 24, and a display means 25.

[0017] The information terminal device storage means 22 is, for example, a ROM (Read Only Memory) or the like, and includes a program 221 stored by installation, for example. The control means 21 is, for example, a CPU or the like, reads the program 221 from the information terminal device storage means 22, and the program 221 causes the control means 21 to execute an advertisement display means 211 and an operation detection means 212.

[0018] The input means 23 is for receiving input from the user, for example, by touch operation of the display means 25, operation using a mouse, operation using a gesture, input by keyboard, input by voice, input by thought, etc., and transmits the operation to the control means 21. When the user operates, for example, a touch panel screen, uses a mouse, uses a gesture, inputs by keyboard, inputs by voice, or inputs by thought, the operation detection means 212 of the information terminal device 2 detects the operation and transmits it to the server 1 via the communication means 24, and the operation detection means 112 of the server 1 detects the operation.

[0019] The control means 21 enables communication with the server 1 via the communication network 3 by controlling the communication means 24.

[0020] The information terminal device 2 is a device capable of displaying advertisements by executing a program 211. For example, it can be a computer such as a desktop PC, a portable information terminal device such as a smartphone, a tablet terminal, or a mobile computer, a wearable device such as a smartwatch, a machine-brain interface (BMI) (including invasive and non-invasive types) that can be operated by connecting a machine such as a VR device worn on the head or a computer chip that can be embedded in the brain and operated, etc. The display means 25 is a display means used in these devices, and includes, in addition to the displays of these devices, display means such as a projector, etc.

[0021] The communication network 3 is a communication infrastructure such as a network like the Internet.

[0022] The flow of the advertisement display control method executed by the server 1 of the present embodiment will be described with reference to the flowchart in FIG. 2 and the advertisement display examples in FIGS. 3 and 4.

[0023] Referring to FIG. 2, first, in step S1, the advertisement display means 111 of the server 1 transmits advertisement data to the information terminal device 2 via the communication network 3. The advertisement display means 211 of the information terminal device 2 causes the display means 25 to display the advertisement based on the transmitted data. The advertisement may be one that launches a window or one that is displayed on a browser, an app, etc.

[0024] On the advertisement screen, as an example, instructions for operations to the user are displayed together. Note that the instructions for operations may be given by voice. It may be either one or both of the instructions by display and the instructions by voice, and there is no restriction on the timing. For example, the instructions for operations may be displayed before the advertisement starts and not displayed during the operation. For example, there may be instructions outside the advertisement, such as in an application, to operate in such a way in the advertisement in advance, or instructions may be given within the advertisement, or both. In FIG. 3, the operation instruction A1 is to instruct to trace the dotted line A3 below the display A2 of "Advertisement A" that the user is desired to pay attention to. In FIG. 4, the operation instruction B1 is to instruct to surround the periphery B3 of the display B2 of "Advertisement B" that the user is desired to pay attention to. The operation instructions can also be other instructions such as drawing a line, marking, manually inputting or voice inputting a specified text, or moving the advertisement to another position or deforming the advertisement including rotation to complete the advertisement. The operation of drawing a line includes writing symbols, characters, etc. The specified text, etc. is, for example, something that is desired to be paid attention to and is input by the input means 23. Deforming the advertisement including rotation means changing the state of the advertisement by rotating the advertisement, etc. When moving the advertisement to another position or rotating the advertisement, the operation can be performed by touching the display of the advertisement and drawing a line, etc. Thus, the operation also includes an operation of completing something that is not in the state where the advertisement is specified.

[0025] The user performs the specified operation on the advertisement screen according to the above operation instructions.

[0026] In step S2, when the operation detection means 212 of the information terminal device 2 detects the user's operation, it is transmitted to the server 1 via the communication network 3, and the operation detection means 112 of the server 1 detects the transmitted operation.

[0027] In step S3, after the advertisement display means 111 of the server 1 detects the user's operation, it transmits, via the communication network 3, control for ending the display of the advertisement or transitioning to another display to the information terminal device 2. When the advertisement display means 211 of the information terminal device 2 receives the control, it ends the display of the advertisement displayed on the display means 25 or transitions to another display.

[0028] As an example of this embodiment, for example, during the break time of a sports game such as soccer, an advertisement display system can be considered in which an advertisement is displayed on the condition that a replay is played, and by performing a specified operation on the advertisement, the replay is played.

[0029] Also, as another example of this embodiment, in a game, an advertisement display system can be considered in which an advertisement is displayed on the condition that the physical strength is restored, and by performing a specified operation on the advertisement, the physical strength is restored.

[0030] In this way, if an advertisement is displayed on the condition that the user receives a desired service, and by performing a specified operation on the advertisement, the transition of the advertisement display is performed, such as the resumption of the service or the relaxation of the condition, it becomes evidence that the advertiser has had the advertisement viewed, and for those viewing the advertisement, it shortens the time.

[0031] As described above, the advertisement display control method of this embodiment is in an advertisement display system that causes the information terminal device 2 to display an advertisement, and the control means 11 and 21 of the computers 1 and 2 cause the information terminal device 2 to display an advertisement together with or after an instruction for the user's operation of the information terminal device 2, and when the control means 11 and 21 of the computers 1 and 2 detect an operation from the user, end the display of the advertisement or transition to another display, and the operation is to draw a line, trace, mark, enclose, manually input or voice input a specified phrase, etc., or move the advertisement to another position or deform the advertisement including rotation to complete the advertisement.

[0032] In this case, among the advertisement displays, it is possible to firmly check the parts that need to be particularly noticed by the user.

[0033] As described above, the present invention has been described based on embodiments and examples, but the present invention can be implemented in various modified forms. For example, when not connected to a network such as the communication network 3 or when there is no communication function, human intervention may be allowed, such as manual input by a person or transfer of information from a device. In this case, the server 1 is not necessary, and it can be implemented using only the information terminal device 2. Also, the present invention can be used in combination with technologies related to the present invention and other technologies.
