Abstract

To eliminate a wrinkle on a surface of roll-state condensation suppressing sheet or make it less noticeable.SOLUTION: A heat insulation material 21 is porous and sheet-like. An adhesive agent 27 is provided for a radial direction inner side R1 than the heat insulation material 21. Release paper 30 is provided for a radial direction inner side R1 than the adhesive agent 27, overlapped on the adhesive agent 27, and is sheet-like. The release paper 30 comprises a bonding part 31, a biting part 33, and a peeled-off part 35. The biting part 33 protrudes in a radial direction outer side R2 than the bonding part 31, and is arranged so as to bite into the heat insulation material 21. The peeled-off part 35 is adjacent to the biting part 33 in a circumferential direction C, and in a peeled off state from the adhesive agent 27. Rigidity of the release paper 30 in the circumferential direction C is 80 mN cm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
