Abstract
Description
[Technical Field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a prostate massager, and more particularly to a massager that can improve massage efficiency to promote blood flow between the anus and genitals of the human body, thereby preventing prostate diseases in men and urinary incontinence in women. [Background technology]
[0002] The prostate and urinary tract of the human body are located in the perineum, midway between the anus and the genitals. It is known that massaging the perineum with appropriate vibrations and pressure can prevent the decline in function and development of diseases of the prostate and urinary tract. An example of a common prostate massager is described in Korean Patent Registration No. 10-1525585.
[0003] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the conventional prostate massager 100 is configured to be supported on the floor of the room by a bottom frame 50 and a middle frame 60 on both sides, and is integrally connected to a round handle 70 at the top by vertical shafts 40 and 41.
[0004] Between the intermediate frames 60, a portion of the circular wheel 12 of the rotating body 10, which has a diameter of 20 to 30 cm, protrudes outside the horizontal plane of the chair board 30, and the protruding wheel portion is configured to be able to rotate by the user's weight.
[0005] In addition, rails 61 are formed on the upper ends of the middle frames 60 on both sides, and the chair board 30, which is installed horizontally between the middle frames 60 and the upper round handle 70, has a long axis hole 31 formed in the center, measuring 15 to 30 cm. The wheel protrusions of the rotating body 10 supported by the middle frames 60 protrude into the hole 31 1 to 3 cm above the horizontal plane of the chair board 30. Rail holders 32 are fixed to the bottom on both sides of the chair board 30, and the rail holders 32 on both sides are configured to enclose the rails 61 formed on the upper ends of the middle frames 60.
[0006] The structure allows a user to sit on the chair board 30, grasp the round handle 70 at the top, and move the chair board 30 back and forth, so that the wheel protrusion of the rotating body 10 presses and massages the perineum between the anus and genitals.
[0007] In addition, the intermediate frame 60 has a rail 61 installed in the upper center, and the rail holder 32 of the chair plate 30 encloses the rail 61 so that the rail holder 32 does not come off the rail 61. On both sides of the bottom surface of the chair plate 30, groove-shaped screw fasteners 33 are formed to fix the bottom rail holder 32 to the chair plate 30.
[0008] Meanwhile, the rotating body 10 is connected to a fixed shaft 22 connected to a bottom fixing plate 23 and a U-shaped support member 21 having a receiving groove 21a for receiving the fixed shaft 22, thereby forming a shock absorbing unit. An elastic spring 24 is built into the fixed shaft 22 connected to the bottom fixing plate 23, so that it is compressed by the lower end of the U-shaped support member 21. The upper end 22a of the fixed shaft is positioned in the form of a cylinder inside the receiving groove 21a formed in the center of the U-shaped support member 21. When a user sits on the chair board 30 and moves back and forth while pressing the protruding part of the rotating body 10, the rotating body 10 is pushed downward by about 2 to 10 mm and then returns to its original position due to its elasticity.
[0009] The rotating body 10 may have a circular wheel 12 made of a metal material such as copper having high thermal conductivity, and a hot water inlet 14 and a rubber cap 15 may be formed on one side of the circular wheel 12.
[0010] The conventional prostate massager 100 configured as above has a drawback in that it is inconvenient to use because the user must sit on the chair plate 30 and move the chair plate 30 back and forth along the rails.
[0011] In addition, since the elastic load of the rotating body 10 that performs the massage is provided only by the action of the elastic spring 24, the pressure strength of the massage is constant regardless of the position of the chair board 30, which causes a structural problem of inferior feel and efficiency of the massage. [0014] In order to achieve the above object, the prostate massager of the present invention comprises a base body, a rail support part formed on the base body, a rail which is supported by the rail support part at an inclination so that one end of the rail can rotate via a fixed shaft, a massage mass which moves along the rail, an arm which is linked at one end to the massage mass, an arm driving member which is linked to the other end of the arm and moves the arm forward and backward, and an upper plate cover which is formed with a linear groove so that a part of the massage mass is exposed,
[0015] The massage mass comprises a movable mass to which one end of the arm is linked, a shock absorbing rod erected on the movable mass, and a massage roller connected to the upper end of the shock absorbing rod so as to be rotatable, and a portion of the circumferential surface of the massage roller is exposed outside a linear groove formed in the upper plate cover. The rail may further include a first elastic member coupled to the fixed shaft and elastically supported on one end of the rail to lift the other end of the rail. Also, a rail support mass is provided on the base body, which is configured to selectively elastically support or selectively support the other end of the rail.
[0016] The rail support mass is characterized by comprising a cylindrical chamber that selectively supports the other end of the rail, a second elastic member that is attached to the inside of the cylindrical chamber and selectively elastically supports the other end of the rail, a slit-shaped groove formed at the lower end of the chamber, a slide plate that is configured to be able to move back and forth in the slit-shaped groove via a drive motor, and an upper end of the second elastic member that protrudes above the cylindrical chamber or retracts inside the cylindrical chamber as the slide plate moves back and forth. [Effects of the Invention]
[0017] The present invention comprises a base body, a rail support part formed on the base body, a rail supported at an inclined position on the rail support part via a fixed shaft so that one end of the rail can rotate, a first elastic member connected to the fixed shaft and elastically supported on one end of the rail so as to lift the other end of the rail, a massage mass that moves along the rail, an arm having one end linked to the massage mass, an arm driving member linked to the other end of the arm and moving the arm forward and backward, an upper plate cover having a linear groove formed so that a part of the massage mass is exposed, and a rail support part that is configured to selectively elastically support or selectively support the other end of the rail on the base body,
[0018] The massage mass comprises a movable mass to which one end of the arm is linked, a shock absorbing rod erected on the movable mass, and a massage roller connected to the upper end of the shock absorbing rod so as to be rotatable, and a prostate massager having a structure in which a part of the circumferential surface of the massage roller is exposed to the outside of the linear groove formed on the upper cover, thereby achieving the effect of providing a massage with variable compression strength according to the position of the massage roller.
[0019] Furthermore, by using the rail support mass to selectively support the rails elastically, the user can adjust the pressure intensity of the massage appropriately.
[0020] In addition, since the massage mass moves along the rail while the elastic member consisting of a tension spring elastically supports one end of the rail so as to tilt, the compression strength of the massage roller can be changed depending on the position of the rail.
[0021] In other words, even if the elastic forces of the tension spring and the spring configured in the shock absorbing rod interact, the compression strength of the massage roller acts relatively small on the upper side of the rail and relatively large on the lower side of the rail due to the principle of leverage, thereby achieving the effect of improving the strength and quality of the tactile sensation of the body contact part of the massage roller. [0023] The prostate massager 200 of the present invention comprises a base body 210, a rail support part 230 formed on the base body, a rail 220 supported by the rail support part at an inclined position so that one end thereof can rotate via a fixed shaft 231, a massage block 240 that moves along the rail, an arm 250 having one end linked to the massage block, an arm driving motor 260 linked to the other end of the arm to move the arm back and forth, and an upper cover 270 having a linear groove 271 formed therein so that a part of the massage block is exposed, and the massage block 240 comprises a movable block 241 to which one end of the arm is linked, a shock absorbing rod 242 erected on the movable block, and a massage roller 243 connected to the upper end of the shock absorbing rod so as to be rotatable, and a part of the circumferential surface of the massage roller 243 is configured to protrude outside the linear groove 271 formed in the upper cover 270 and be exposed. MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION The technical configuration and effects of prostate massager 200 of the present invention will be specifically described below with reference to Figs.
[0024] As shown in FIGS. 3 and 6, the prostate massager 200 of the present invention comprises a base body 210, a rail 220, a rail support part 230, a massage block 240, an arm 250, an arm driving motor 260 constituting an arm driving member, an upper cover 270, and a rail support block 280.
[0025] The prostate massager 200 of the present invention is configured as a hexahedron with dimensions of 400 mm wide, 300 mm long, and 100 mm high, for example, and is configured so that all sides are covered with covers, but for ease of explanation, the following description will be given with reference to the drawings showing a structure with open sides.
[0026] Rail support parts 230 are fixed to both sides of the bottom of base body 210, and one end of rail 220 is fixed to each rail support part 230 with fixed shaft 231 interposed therebetween so as to be inclined. As shown in Fig. 7, an elastic member (tension spring: 233) elastically supported by one end of rail 220 is connected to fixed shaft 231 so as to lift the other end of rail 220. The action of tension spring 233 generates an elastic force that rotates the other end of rail 220 upward with respect to fixed shaft 231.
[0027] 6, massage mass 240 is composed of movable mass 241, shock absorbing rod 242 erected on movable mass 241, massage roller 243 connected to the upper end of the shock absorbing rod so as to be rotatable, and first elastic member 245 sandwiched between shock absorbing rod 242 and movable mass 241. Shock absorbing rod 242 is configured so that its upper end is bent at about 30 to 40 degrees to ensure stable operation of the massage roller. In addition, shock absorbing rod 242 can be configured using a known shock absorber, and massage roller 243 can be configured from a material including silicone.
[0028] The moving masses 241 constituting the massage mass 240 move along the rails 220 as shown in FIG. 8, and can move smoothly without friction due to the bearings 221 arranged on the rails 220.
[0029] In addition, the moving mass 241 is linked and fixed to one end of an arm 250, and the other end of the arm 250 is fixed to an eccentric cam 255. The eccentric cam 255 is configured to be rotatable by an arm drive motor 260, and the arm 250 can be moved forward and backward by the rotation of the eccentric cam 255. The eccentric cam 255 can be configured to be rotatable by interposing a gear or the like (not shown) between the eccentric cam 255 and the arm drive motor 260.
[0030] 1, 6, 9, 10, and 11, a rail support block 280 is provided on base body 210, which is configured to selectively elastically support the other end of rail 220. Rail support block 280 includes a cylindrical chamber 281 that selectively supports the other end of the rail, a second elastic member 291 that is mounted inside the cylindrical chamber and selectively elastically supports the other end of the rail, and a slit-shaped groove 282 formed at the bottom of the chamber. Second elastic member 291 is mounted within the chamber. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 9, second elastic member 291 is pushed by slide plate 290 that is inclined to move toward and away from slit-shaped groove 282, and rises from within the chamber to the upper side of chamber 281. When slide plate 290 is removed from slit-shaped groove 282, as shown in FIG. 10, second elastic member 291 retracts into chamber 281.
[0031] The slide plate 290 advances and retreats toward the slit-shaped groove 282 formed in the chamber 281 by utilizing a cam 287 driven by a motor 286 and an arm 288 eccentrically fixed to the cam.
[0032] By configuring the rail support mass 280 as described above, when the user wants to increase the pressure of the massage mass 240, the second elastic member 291 is protruded as shown in Figures 1 and 9 to elastically support the rail 220 from below.
[0033] Conversely, to weaken the compression strength of the massage masses 240, the second elastic member 291 is retracted into the chamber 281 as shown in Figures 10 and 11 so that the rail 220 and the second elastic member 291 do not come into contact with each other. With the second elastic member 291 retracted into the chamber 281, the compression strength of the massage masses 240 is relatively weak, but the rail 220 only descends to the position where it comes into contact with the cylindrical chamber 281 and is stopped.
[0034] Meanwhile, the upper cover 270 is formed with a linear groove 271 through which a portion of the circumferential surface of the massage roller 243 constituting the massage mass protrudes and is exposed. The circumferential surface portion of the massage roller 243 protruding and exposed in the linear groove 271 rotates while coming into contact with the user's body, stimulating the perineum of the user. The height of the massage roller 243 protruding and exposed in the linear groove 271 can be appropriately regulated using a separate stopper (not shown) formed on the upper cover 270 or the underside of the upper cover 270.
[0035] In the prostate massager 200 of the present invention configured as above, when a user sits on the upper cover 270, the massage rollers 243 are positioned at the upper side as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, and the massage rollers 243 exposed through the linear grooves 271 of the upper cover 270 repeatedly move downwards by the driving of the arm driving motor 260, thereby pressing and moving the perineal area of the user to perform a massage.
[0036] In particular, in the present invention, even if the elastic force of the tension spring 233 and the first elastic member 245 formed on the shock absorbing rod 242 interacts, the tension spring 233 elastically supports one end of the rail 220 at an angle, and the massage mass 240 moves along the rail. Therefore, according to the principle of leverage, the compression strength of the massage roller 243 acts relatively small on the upper side of the rail 220 and relatively large on the lower side of the rail 220, which has the advantage of improving the strength and quality of the tactile sensation of the roller's contact part with the body during the movement and rotation of the roller.
[0037] In addition, since the rail 220 can be selectively elastically supported using the rail support mass 280, there is an advantage that the pressure strength of the massage can be appropriately adjusted according to the user's preference during the massage process. In addition, a vibration device (not shown) may be added to the moving mass 241 to further improve the massage function.
[0038] The prostate massager 200 of the present invention described above is not limited to the illustrated structure and description, and can be modified in various ways within the scope of the claims and purpose of the present invention. [Industrial Applicability]
